Abstract
Description
Storage box for items
[0001] This invention relates to an article storage box that stores multiple articles in a stacked state.
[0002] Conventional storage boxes for goods include, for example, the tissue paper carton described as prior art in Patent Document 1 (see paragraph 0002 and Figure 14 of Patent Document 1). This tissue paper carton has a box-shaped body and stores tissue paper in a stacked state. The top surface of the body is provided with a lid for dispensing that can be torn off by perforations, and a plastic film with slits is attached to it. With such a tissue paper carton, consumers first tore off the dispensing lid along the perforations when using it, and then pulled out the first set of tissue paper from the slits in the plastic film.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 9-150871
[0004] By the way, although the above-mentioned tissue paper cartons are still sold on the market, there is a problem in that they use plastic film, as pointed out in Patent Document 1.
[0005] On the other hand, the tissue paper carton described in Patent Document 1 is provided on its upper surface with an opening forming section (tissue paper dispensing section) used to form an opening for dispensing tissue paper. The opening forming section has wavy perforations formed along a center line that divides the upper surface in half in the short direction. After making cuts along these perforations, the portions on both sides of the cuts (folded pieces) are folded diagonally upward, creating a gap between the folded pieces that serves as an opening for dispensing.
[0006] In the tissue paper carton described in Patent Document 1, plastic film is not used, but if the bending angle of the folded pieces is small and the gap between the folded pieces becomes narrow, the folded pieces come into contact with the entire width of both sides of the tissue paper, and the frictional force between them increases (resulting in a larger amount of paper dust being generated from the tissue paper).
[0007] This invention has been made in view of the above problems, and aims to provide an article storage box that can suppress frictional force when articles are removed without using plastic film.
[0008] The article storage box according to the present invention stores multiple articles in a stacked state within a box-shaped body, the body having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front surface, a back surface, and left and right side surfaces, and the top surface is provided with an outlet forming section for forming an outlet for the articles, in one embodiment thereof, the outlet forming section has a first notch that is paired with a first imaginary line extending in the left-right or front-back direction of the top surface, and a first fold line formed on the opposite side of the first imaginary line from the first notch and connecting both ends of the first notch, the first notch has a clamping portion forming section that is convex toward the first imaginary line, and a converging portion forming section formed on the outside of the clamping portion forming section in the left-right or front-back direction and concave toward the first imaginary line The first folded piece is formed having a clamping portion formed by the clamping portion, a clamping portion formed by the clamping portion, a clamping portion formed by the clamping portion, and
[0009] In this configuration, the article is held between a clamping portion that grips and contacts it, or by an anti-extraction portion that prevents it from excessively moving out of the opening in the left-right or front-back direction (so that the part of the article exposed from the opening is tilted), with a portion of it held by the first bent piece and the other portion gathered at the gathering portion (in a squeezed or bundled state), and is removed through the opening. In other words, with this article storage box, the article deforms appropriately to match the shape of the clamping portion, gathering portion and anti-extraction portion so that it passes through the opening prior to removal, and when removing it, the first bent piece comes into contact with the article at the clamping portion or anti-extraction portion and slides against it, but does not come into contact with the article across its entire width, so that the frictional force when removing the article can be suppressed without using a plastic film.
[0010] In another embodiment, the outlet forming portion has a first notch that is paired with a first imaginary line extending in the left-right or front-back direction of the upper surface portion, and a first fold line formed on the opposite side of the first imaginary line from the first notch and connecting both ends of the first notch, the first notch portion having a clamping portion forming portion that is convex toward the first imaginary line, a convergence portion forming portion that is concave toward the first imaginary line and formed on the outside of the clamping portion forming portion in the left-right or front-back direction, a stopper portion forming portion that is convex toward the first imaginary line and formed on the outside of the convergence portion forming portion in the left-right or front-back direction, and an outer peripheral convergence portion that is concave toward the first imaginary line The first folded piece is formed by cutting into the first notch and folding the portion of the upper surface surrounded by the first notch and the first fold line upward along the first fold line, thereby forming a first folded piece having a clamping portion formed by the clamping portion forming portion, a convergence portion formed by the convergence portion forming portion, a convergence portion formed by the convergence portion forming portion, a convergence portion formed by the convergence portion forming portion, the outlet is formed between the first folded pieces formed in pairs across the first imaginary line, and when the article passes through the outlet, a part of it is clamped in the clamping portion or the convergence portion, and the other part converges in the convergence portion or the convergence portion.
[0011] In another embodiment, the article is sandwiched between a sandwiching portion that sandwiches and contacts the article, and an ejection preventing portion that prevents the article from excessively protruding out of the take-out port in the left-right direction or the front-rear direction. A part of the article is held by the first bent piece, and the other part is gathered at the gathering portion or the outer peripheral gathering portion, and the article is taken out through the take-out port. That is, according to this article storage box, before being taken out, the article is appropriately deformed according to the shapes of the sandwiching portion, the gathering portion, the ejection preventing portion and the outer peripheral gathering portion so as to pass through the take-out port. When the article is taken out, the first bent piece contacts and slides against the article at the sandwiching portion or the ejection preventing portion, but does not contact the article over the entire width thereof. Therefore, the frictional force generated when taking out the article can be suppressed without using a plastic film.
[0012] In any of the above embodiments, the first crease may have a convex curved shape toward the opposite side of the first imaginary line. Accordingly, a force corresponding to the curvature rate (curvature) of the first crease can be applied to the first bent piece as a force for maintaining the upright state of the first bent piece (this can also be rephrased as a returning force by which the first bent piece tends to fall back to the state before being bent).
[0013] In one of the above embodiments, the sandwiching portion forming portion, the gathering portion forming portion and the ejection preventing portion forming portion may be formed in a continuous curved shape. In another of the above embodiments, the sandwiching portion forming portion, the gathering portion forming portion, the ejection preventing portion forming portion and the outer peripheral gathering portion forming portion may be formed in a continuous curved shape. Accordingly, the sandwiching portion and other portions on the first bent piece are not sharp, and it is possible to suppress situations where sharp portions catch on the article, hinder the taking out of the article, or damage the article.
[0014] Further, the take-out opening forming portion includes a second cut portion paired with a second imaginary line extending in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction of the upper surface portion, and a second folding streak formed on the opposite side of the second imaginary line relative to the second cut portion and connecting both ends of the second cut portion. The second cut portion has a sliding portion forming part that protrudes toward the second imaginary line. After the second cut portion is cut, the portion of the upper surface portion surrounded by the second cut portion and the second folding streak is bent upward along the second folding streak, thereby forming a second bent piece having a sliding portion formed by the sliding portion forming part, and the take-out opening may be formed between the second bent pieces formed to form a pair across the second imaginary line. As a result, even if an article protrudes outward beyond the escape prevention portion, the article is guided by the sliding portion and smoothly taken out, so that it is possible to suppress a situation where the article is caught on the left-right direction or front-rear direction edge of the take-out opening, which hinders taking out the article or causes damage to the article.
[0015] At this time, the sliding portion forming part may be formed in a curved shape, whereby the sliding portion in the second bent piece is not sharp, so that it is possible to further suppress a situation where a sharp part catches on an article, hinders taking out the article or damages the article.
[0016] In any of the above embodiments, the article may be thin paper, whereby it is possible to suppress frictional force when taking out easily breakable thin paper and prevent damage to the thin paper.
[0017] According to the present invention, an article storage box capable of suppressing frictional force when taking out articles without using a plastic film is realized.
[0018] Figure 11 shows a tissue paper storage box according to the first embodiment. Figure 13 shows a storage box with a dispenser formed. Figure 14 shows a storage box with a dispenser formed.
[0019] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted.
[0020] (First Embodiment) Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of the article storage box according to the present invention. The storage box 1 according to this embodiment stores multiple articles in a stacked state and comprises a main body 10. Examples of articles include tissue paper, paper towels, kitchen paper, gloves, and masks. In this embodiment, the article is tissue paper P, which is stacked as shown in Figure 2, and when the top sheet (or set) is pulled up and removed, the next sheet (or set) is pulled up.
[0021] The main body 10 is a rectangular box shape that is elongated in the left-right direction and has a top surface 11, a bottom surface 12, a front surface 13, a back surface 14, a left side surface 15, and a right side surface 16. The main body 10 is flexible, and its material can be, for example, cardboard. The dimensions of the main body 10 are arbitrary, but in this embodiment, the width (length in the long side direction of the top surface 11, bottom surface 12, front surface 13, and back surface 14) is 248 mm, the height (length in the short side direction of the front surface 13, back surface 14, left side surface 15, and right side surface 16) is 108 mm, and the depth (length in the short side direction of the top surface 11 and bottom surface 12, and length in the long side direction of the left side surface 15 and right side surface 16) is 121 mm.
[0022] The upper surface 11 of the main body 10 is provided with an opening forming section 20 for forming a tissue paper dispenser 30 (see Figures 5 and 6). The opening forming section 20 is located at the center of the upper surface 11 in the left-right direction (width direction) and extends in the front-back direction (depth direction) along a virtual line V 1 A pair of cut lines 21 and a virtual line V relative to the cut line 21. 1 It has a fold line 22 formed on the opposite side, connecting the front end 21a and the rear end 21b of the cut line 21.
[0023] The cut line 21 is virtual line V 1 A convex clamping portion forming portion 23 is formed toward the front and rear, and one is formed on each side of the clamping portion forming portion 23 in the front-rear direction (both front and rear sides), along the imaginary line V 1 A concave convergence portion forming section 24 is formed toward the front-rear direction, and one is formed on each side of the convergence portion forming section 24 in the front-rear direction (both front and rear sides), along the imaginary line V 1 It has a protruding prevention portion forming portion 25 that is convex toward the end. The clamping portion forming portion 23, the converging portion forming portion 24, and the protruding prevention portion forming portion 25 are formed in a continuous curved shape, and in this embodiment, both the clamping portion forming portion 23 and the converging portion forming portion 24, and the converging portion forming portion 24 and the protruding prevention portion forming portion 25 are tangentially continuous or curvilinearly continuous.
[0024] The score line 21 is formed by a perforation consisting of a cut portion C and a tie portion T, as shown in FIG. 3. The thickness of a blade for forming the cut portion C is normally about 0.25 to 0.4 mm, but herein the cut portion C is formed by a blade having a thickness of more than 0.4 mm and 1 mm or less. Accordingly, when a user cuts the tie portion T to connect adjacent cut portions C and cuts along the score line 21 as described later, clear unevenness is formed on the cut portion (including not only the position of the tie portion T cut by the user but also the position of the cut portion C previously cut by the blade). Even if the user accidentally slides a finger or the like along the cut score line, the contact distance with the cut portion is shortened (because even if a finger or the like that contacts a convex portion facing the user slides, the finger or the like is separated from the next concave portion and does not contact it), so the risk of the user getting a cut wound at the cut portion can be reduced.
[0025] The folding line 22 is a virtual line V 1 and has a convex curved shape toward the opposite side of. The curve rate is preferably 1.5% or more to increase the restoring force acting on a folding piece 31 described later. If the restoring force is excessively strong, it may become difficult to take out tissue paper P from the take-out opening 30, so the curve rate is preferably 9.7% or less, more preferably 4.8% or less (see International Publication No. WO 2024 / 117271). Here, the curve rate is a numerical value reflecting the size of a curve. As shown in FIG. 4, when assuming the smallest rectangle R that can contain the curve (in FIG. 4, the folding line 22 is illustrated), the distance between both ends of the curve corresponding to the length of one side (the long side in FIG. 4) of the rectangle R is r 1 , and the distance from the one side to the vertex of the curve corresponding to the length of the other side (the short side in FIG. 4) of the rectangle R is r 2 , then the curve rate is r 2 divided by r 1 . The folding line 22 may be formed by printing a straight line on the top surface portion 11, or may be formed without being particularly visualized by printing or the like, only defined as a line connecting the front end 21a and the rear end 21b of the score line 21, but it is desirably formed to be easily foldable through creasing or the like.
[0026] To allow tissue paper P to be taken out of storage box 1, the user cuts the tie portion T of the cut line 21 to connect the adjacent cut portion C, and cuts the cut line 21, thereby making a cut along the cut line 21 in the dispensing opening portion 20.
[0027] Next, the user folds the portion of the upper surface 11 surrounded by the cut line 21 and the fold line 22 upward along the fold line 22, and as shown in Figure 5, the folded piece 31 extending diagonally upward from the fold line 22 is formed along the imaginary line V 1 They are formed in pairs, sandwiching each other. The bent piece 31 has a clamping portion 32 formed by the clamping portion forming portion 23, convergent portions 33, 33 formed by the convergent portion forming portions 24, 24, and a protrusion prevention portion 34, 34 formed by the protrusion prevention portion forming portion 25.
[0028] The clamping portion 32, the converging portions 33, 33, and the protrusion prevention portions 34, 34 are connected by a virtual line V that extends horizontally from the center of the upper surface portion 11 in the front-to-back direction. 2 It is symmetric with respect to the line V. At the clamping portion 32, the edge portion 32a is along the imaginary line V. 2 The virtual line V has its vertex at the position indicated. 1 Approaching closest to virtual line V 2 As you move away from the virtual line V 1 As it gradually moves away from the edge, the edges 32b, 32b connected to the edge 32a take on an S-shape and form the boundary with the convergence sections 33, 33. In the anti-outflow sections 34, 34, the small-diameter, convex, arc-shaped edges 34a, 34a toward the gap described later form the imaginary line V 1 As it approaches the edge, the edges 34b, 34b connected to the edges 34a, 34a form a large-diameter concave arc towards the gap described later, forming the boundary with the converging portions 33, 33. The converging portion 33 has a concave entrance (dummy line V) due to the shapes of the edges 32b of the clamping portion 32 and the edge 34b of the anti-outflow portion 34. 1 The side closer to the object is narrower, and the back (virtual line V) is narrower. 1 The side furthest from the edge is wider. Here, the front-to-back dimension of the clamping portion 32 is approximately five times the dimension of the converging portion 33 in the same direction, and approximately ten times the dimension of the anti-outward portion 34 in the same direction.
[0029] Virtual line V 1A gap is formed between the pair of folded pieces 31, 31 that are facing each other, and this gap becomes the tissue paper dispenser 30. Unlike the dispenser of a typical tissue paper storage box, the dispenser 30 does not have a plastic film, which helps to reduce plastic waste.
[0030] Then, as shown in Figure 6, when the user pulls out the topmost tissue paper P from the dispenser 30, as the tissue paper P passes through the dispenser 30, a portion of it is held in place by the clamping portions 32, 32 of the folded pieces 31, 31 or the anti-dispensing portions 34, 34, and another portion is gathered in the gathering portions 33, 33. When this tissue paper P is pulled out and removed, the next tissue paper P is held in a removable position by the folded pieces 31, 31, and thereafter, tissue paper P is removed sequentially in the same manner.
[0031] In this embodiment, the storage box 1 houses stacks of tissue paper P in a box-shaped body 10, the body 10 having an upper surface 11, a bottom surface 12, a front surface 13, a back surface 14, a left side surface 15, and a right side surface 16, and the upper surface 11 is provided with an outlet forming section 20 for forming an outlet 30 for dispensing tissue paper P, and the outlet forming section 20 is connected to a virtual line V extending in the front-rear direction of the upper surface 11. 1 A pair of cut lines 21 and a virtual line V relative to the cut line 21. 1 It has a fold line 22 formed on the opposite side, connecting both ends of the cut line 21 (front end 21a and rear end 21b), and the cut line 21 is a virtual line V 1 A convex clamping portion forming portion 23 toward the front and rear, and formed on the outer side of the clamping portion forming portion 23 in the front-rear direction, along the imaginary line V 1 A concave convergence portion forming portion 24 is formed toward the front-rear direction of the convergence portion forming portion 24, and a virtual line V is formed on the outer side of the convergence portion forming portion 24 in the front-rear direction. 1 The folding piece 31 is formed having a convex anti-outflow portion forming portion 25 toward the top surface 11, and when the cut line 21 is cut and the portion of the top surface 11 surrounded by the cut line 21 and the fold line 22 is folded upward along the fold line 22, a folding piece 31 is formed having a clamping portion 32 formed by the clamping portion forming portion 23, a converging portion 33 formed by the converging portion forming portion 24, and an anti-outflow portion 34 formed by the anti-outflow portion forming portion 25, and the outlet 30 is along the imaginary line V 1It is formed between two bent pieces 31 that are arranged in pairs with the other in between, and when the tissue paper P passes through the dispensing opening 30, a part of it is held in the clamping part 32 or the anti-dispensing part 34, and the other part is gathered in the gathering part 33.
[0032] Therefore, the tissue paper P is held in place by the clamping portion 32 that sandwiches and contacts it, or by the anti-extraction portion 34 that prevents it from excessively coming out of the dispensing opening 30 in the front-to-back direction (the part of the tissue paper P exposed from the dispensing opening 30 from falling over), with a part of it held by the folded piece 31 and the other part gathered at the gathering portion 34 (in a squeezed or bundled state), and is dispensed through the dispensing opening 30. In other words, with this storage box 1, the tissue paper P deforms appropriately to match the shape of the clamping portion 32, gathering portion 33 and anti-extraction portion 34 so that it passes through the dispensing opening 30 prior to being dispensed, and when dispensed, the folded piece 31 comes into contact with the tissue paper P at the clamping portion 32 or anti-extraction portion 34 and slides against it, but does not come into contact with the entire width of the tissue paper P, so the frictional force when dispensing the tissue paper P can be suppressed without using a plastic film, and the dispensing becomes smooth.
[0033] More specifically, the clamping portion 32 clamps the tissue paper P with at least a part of it and makes contact with the clamped portion, but in this embodiment, the edge portion 32a of the clamping portion 32 is the virtual line V 2 The virtual line V has its vertex at the position indicated. 1 Approaching closest to virtual line V 2 As you move away from the virtual line V 1Because it gradually moves away from the front and back and is long in the front-to-back direction, it is easy to hold the tissue paper P over a certain width (width in the front-to-back direction), but it is designed so that it does not rub strongly against the tissue paper P except at the apex. The gathering part 33 gathers and bundles the portion of the tissue paper P that protrudes outward in the front-to-back direction from the clamping part 32 so that it is folded in and bundled, and the gathered portion becomes a folded piece 31 so as not to rub, but in this embodiment the gathering part 33 has a shape in which the concave opening is narrow and the back is wide, so that the portion of the tissue paper P that has been gathered once does not easily come out of the gathering part 33. The anti-dispensing part 34 also functions to keep the tissue paper P in the gathering part 33 and not protrude outward in the front-to-back direction (for example, to prevent it from protruding and rubbing against the edge portion 30a that demarcates the front-to-back end of the dispensing opening 30), and in this embodiment the folded piece 31 has a height of about the same as the clamping part 32, but it may be formed to be higher than the clamping part 32.
[0034] Furthermore, the fold line 22 is the virtual line V 1 It has a convex curve towards the opposite side, and as mentioned above, a force (for example, an appropriate return force) corresponding to the curvature of the fold line 22 can be applied to the bent piece 31.
[0035] Furthermore, since the clamping portion forming portion 23, the gathering portion forming portion 24, and the anti-dispensing portion forming portion 25 are formed in a continuous curved shape, the clamping portion 32 etc. on the bent piece 31 are not sharp, and it is possible to suppress situations in which sharp parts catch on the tissue paper P, hindering the removal of the tissue paper P or damaging the tissue paper P.
[0036] (Second Embodiment) Figure 7 shows a second embodiment of the article storage box according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the storage box 2 has a cut line 21 that extends in the front-rear direction along a virtual line V at the center of the left-right direction of the upper surface portion 11. 1 Instead, a virtual line V extends horizontally from the center of the upper surface portion 11 in the front-to-back direction. 2 Paired with respect to the virtual line V 2 The point has a concave outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 toward the direction of the imaginary line V, and the outlet forming portion 20 is located along the imaginary line V 1A pair of cut lines 27 and a virtual line V relative to the cut line 27. 1 It has substantially the same configuration as storage box 1, except that it has a fold line 28 formed on the opposite side, connecting the front end 27a and the rear end 27b of the cut line 27.
[0037] The outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 is formed one on each side (left and right) of the left-right direction of the anti-outflow portion forming portion 25. The clamping portion forming portion 23, convergence portion forming portion 24, anti-outflow portion forming portion 25, and outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 are formed in a continuous curved shape. In this embodiment, the anti-outflow portion forming portion 25 and the outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 are tangentially continuous or curvilinearly continuous, similar to the clamping portion forming portion 23 and convergence portion forming portion 24, and the convergence portion forming portion 24 and anti-outflow portion forming portion 25.
[0038] The cut line 27 is virtual line V 1 It has a convex sliding spring portion forming portion 29 toward the front. In this embodiment, the entire cut line 27 is formed in a curved shape as the sliding spring portion forming portion 29, but a part of the cut line 27 may be the sliding spring portion forming portion 29.
[0039] The cut line 27 is formed by a perforation consisting of a cut section C and a tie section T (see Figure 3). The thickness of the blade that forms the cut section C is usually about 0.25 to 0.4 mm, but here, similar to the cut line 21, the cut section C is formed by a blade with a thickness of more than 0.4 mm and less than or equal to 1 mm.
[0040] The fold line 28 is a straight line or a virtual line V 1 The curved shape is convex toward the opposite side (Figure 7 shows the curved case), and the curvature ratio in the curved case is preferably 1.15% or more and 6.0% or less in order to balance the ease of taking out the tissue paper P with preventing dust from entering the opening 30 by making the return force of the folded piece 36, which will be described later, appropriate. The fold line 28 may be formed by printing a straight line on the upper surface 11, or it may be formed without being particularly visible by printing, etc., simply by connecting the front end 27a and the rear end 27b of the cut line 27, but it is desirable that it be formed to be easily bent by creasing or the like.
[0041] To allow tissue paper P to be taken out of storage box 2, the user cuts the tie portion T of the cut line 21 and the cut line 27 to connect the adjacent cut portion C, and cuts the cut line 21 and the cut line 27, thereby making cuts in the dispensing opening forming portion 20 along the cut line 21 and the cut line 27.
[0042] Next, the user folds the portion of the upper surface 11 surrounded by the cut line 21 and the fold line 22 upward along the fold line 22, and as shown in Figure 8, the folded piece 31 extending diagonally upward from the fold line 22 is formed along the imaginary line V 2 They are formed in pairs, sandwiching each other. The bent piece 31 has a clamping portion 32 formed by a clamping portion forming portion 23, a convergence portion 33 formed by a convergence portion forming portion 24, a convergence portion 34 formed by a convergence portion forming portion 25, and an outer peripheral convergence portion 35 formed by an outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26.
[0043] The clamping portion 32, the converging portions 33, 33, the anti-extrusion portions 34, 34, and the outer peripheral converging portions 35, 35 are connected by the virtual line V 1 It is symmetric with respect to the line V. In the clamping portion 32, the convex, arc-shaped edge portion 32a toward the gap described later is along the imaginary line V. 2 As it approaches the edge, the edges 32b, 32b connected to the edge 32a take on a straight or S-shape and form the boundary with the converging portion 33, 33. In the anti-outflow portion 34, 34, the convex and arc-shaped edges 34a, 34a toward the gap described later form the imaginary line V 2 It approaches the edge 34a, 34a and a virtual line V 1 The edges 34b, 34b that connect on the side take on a straight or S-shape and form the boundary with the convergence portion 33, 33, and an imaginary line V is drawn on the edges 34a, 34a. 1 The edges 34c, 34c that connect on the opposite side form a concave arc shape toward the gap described later, and become the boundary with the outer peripheral convergence portions 35, 35. The convergence portion 33 has a concave entrance (dummy line V) due to the shapes of the edges 32b of the clamping portion 32 and the edge 34b of the anti-outflow portion 34. 2 The side closer to (the) is slightly narrower, and the back (virtual line V 2 The side furthest from the edge is slightly wider. The outer peripheral convergence portion 35 has a concave entrance (dummy line V) due to the shapes of the edge 34c of the anti-out portion 34 and the edge 37a of the sliding spring portion 37, which will be described later. 2The side closer to the camera is wider, and the back (virtual line V) is wider. 2 The side furthest from the edge is narrower. Here, the left-right dimension of the clamping portion 32 is approximately the same as the same-direction dimension of the converging portion 33, the same-direction dimension of the anti-outlet portion 34, and the same-direction dimension of the outer peripheral converging portion 35.
[0044] Furthermore, the user folds the portion of the upper surface 11 surrounded by the cut line 27 and the fold line 28 upward along the fold line 28, and this portion causes the folded piece 36 extending diagonally upward from the fold line 28 to form a virtual line V 1 They are formed in pairs with the other in between. The bent piece 36 has a sliding spring portion 37 formed by the sliding spring portion forming portion 29, and in this embodiment, the entire cut line 27 is formed in a curved shape as the sliding spring portion forming portion 29, so the entire bent piece 36 becomes the sliding spring portion 37.
[0045] The sliding spring portion 37 is located along the imaginary line V 2 It is symmetrical with respect to the line and, in this embodiment, occupies the entire folded piece 36. A force (elastic restoring force of the paper, spring force) acts on the sliding spring portion 37 to maintain the upright state according to the curvature ratio of the fold line 28. In the sliding spring portion 37, the convex, arc-shaped edge portion 37a toward the gap described later also serves as the boundary of the outer peripheral convergence portion 35.
[0046] Between the pair of folded pieces 31, 31 and between the pair of folded pieces 36, 36 (the pair of sliding spring parts 37, 37), a gap is formed that leads to the inside of the main body 10, and this gap becomes the tissue paper P dispensing opening 30. Unlike the dispensing opening of a typical tissue paper storage box, the dispensing opening 30 does not have a plastic film, which contributes to the reduction of waste plastic.
[0047] Then, as shown in Figure 9, when the user pulls out the topmost tissue paper P from the dispenser 30, as the tissue paper P passes through the dispenser 30, a portion of it is held in place by the clamping portions 32, 32 of the folded pieces 31, 31 or the anti-dispensing portions 34, 34, and another portion is gathered in the gathering portions 33, 33 or the outer peripheral gathering portions 35, 35. When this tissue paper P is pulled out and removed, the next tissue paper P is held in a removable position by the folded pieces 31, 31, and thereafter, tissue paper P is sequentially removed in the same manner.
[0048] In this embodiment, the storage box 2 houses stacks of tissue paper P in a box-shaped body 10, the body 10 having an upper surface 11, a bottom surface 12, a front surface 13, a back surface 14, a left side surface 15, and a right side surface 16, and the upper surface 11 is provided with an outlet forming section 20 for forming an outlet 30 for dispensing tissue paper P, and the outlet forming section 20 is connected to a virtual line V extending in the left-right direction of the upper surface 11. 2 A pair of cut lines 21 and a virtual line V relative to the cut line 21. 2 It has a fold line 22 formed on the opposite side, connecting both ends of the cut line 21 (left end 21a and right end 21b), and the cut line 21 is a virtual line V 2 A convex clamping portion forming portion 23 toward the left, and formed on the left and right outer side of the clamping portion forming portion 23, along the imaginary line V 2 A concave convergence portion forming portion 24 is formed toward the left and right outer side of the convergence portion forming portion 24, and a virtual line V 2 A protruding prevention portion forming portion 25 is convex toward the direction, and is formed on the left and right outer side of the protruding prevention portion forming portion 25, along the imaginary line V 2 The outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 is concave toward the edge, and when the cut line 21 is cut, the portion of the upper surface portion 11 surrounded by the cut line 21 and the fold line 22 is folded upward along the fold line 22, thereby forming a bent piece 31 having a clamping portion 32 formed by the clamping portion forming portion 23, a convergence portion 33 formed by the convergence portion forming portion 24, a discharge prevention portion 34 formed by the discharge prevention portion forming portion 25, and an outer peripheral convergence portion 35 formed by the outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26, the outlet 30 is along the imaginary line V 2 It is formed between two bent pieces 31 that are arranged in pairs with the other in between, and when the tissue paper P passes through the dispensing opening 30, a part of it is held in the clamping part 32 or the anti-dispensing part 34, and the other part is gathered in the gathering part 33 or the outer peripheral gathering part 35.
[0049] Therefore, the tissue paper P is held between the clamping portion 32 that sandwiches and contacts it, or the anti-extraction portion 34 that prevents it from coming out of the dispensing opening 30 excessively in the left-right direction, with a portion of it held by the bent piece 31 and the other portion gathered at the gathering portion 34 or the outer peripheral gathering portion 35, and is then removed through the dispensing opening 30. In other words, with this storage box 2, the tissue paper P deforms appropriately to match the shape of the clamping portion 32, gathering portion 33, anti-extraction portion 34 and outer peripheral gathering portion 35 so that it passes through the dispensing opening 30 prior to removal, and when removed, the bent piece 31 comes into contact with the tissue paper P at the clamping portion 32 or the anti-extraction portion 34 and slides against it, but does not come into contact with the entire width of the tissue paper P, so the frictional force when removing the tissue paper P can be suppressed without using a plastic film, and the removal becomes smooth.
[0050] More specifically, the clamping portion 32, the gathering portion 33, and the anti-spread portion 34 perform the same functions as those in the storage box 1. The anti-spread portion 34 functions to keep the tissue paper P in the gathering portion 33 and prevent it from spilling out to the left or right. Even if it spills out, that portion is gathered and bundled together by the outer peripheral gathering portion 35 being folded inward.
[0051] Furthermore, in the storage box 2, the outlet forming portion 20 is an imaginary line V extending in the front-rear direction of the upper surface portion 11. 1 A pair of cut lines 27 and a virtual line V relative to the cut line 27. 1 It has a fold line 28 formed on the opposite side, connecting both ends of the cut line 27 (front end 27a and rear end 27b), and the cut line 27 is a virtual line V 1 The upper surface portion 11 has a convex sliding spring portion forming portion 29, and a cut line 27 is cut into it, and the portion surrounded by the cut line 27 and the fold line 28 is folded upward along the fold line 28, thereby forming a bent piece 36 having a sliding spring portion 37 formed by the sliding spring portion forming portion 29, and the outlet 30 is on the imaginary line V 1It is formed between two bent pieces 36 that are formed in pairs, with the other piece in between. As a result, even if the tissue paper P extends beyond the anti-dispensing part 34, it is guided by the sliding spring part 37 and the tissue paper P is smoothly dispensed, preventing the tissue paper P from getting caught on the left or right edges of the dispensing opening 30, which would hinder the dispensing of the tissue paper P or cause damage.
[0052] At this time, the fold line 28 is the virtual line V 1 If the curve is convex toward the opposite side, a force (for example, an appropriate return force) corresponding to the curvature of the fold line 28 can be applied to the folded piece 36.
[0053] Furthermore, since the clamping portion forming portion 23, the convergence portion forming portion 24, the anti-dispensing portion forming portion 25, and the outer peripheral convergence portion forming portion 26 are formed in a continuous curved shape, the clamping portion 32 etc. on the bent piece 31 are not sharp, and since the sliding spring portion forming portion 29 is formed in a curved shape, the sliding spring portion 37 on the bent piece 36 is not sharp. Therefore, it is possible to prevent sharp parts from getting caught on the tissue paper P, hindering the dispensing of the tissue paper P, or damaging the tissue paper P.
[0054] (Third Embodiment) Figures 10 to 12 show a third embodiment of the article storage box according to the present invention. The storage box 3 according to this embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the storage box 1, except that the shape of the cut line 21 is different from that of the storage box 1, and the joining section 33 has a concave opening that is wide and narrow at the back, and the front-to-back dimension of the clamping section 32 is smaller than the front-to-back dimension of the opening of the joining section 33.
[0055] (Fourth Embodiment) Figures 13 to 15 show a fourth embodiment of the article storage box according to the present invention. The storage box 4 according to this embodiment differs from the storage box 2 in that the shape of the cut lines 21 and 27 is different, and the cut line 27 includes cut lines 27c and 27d, and by cutting the cut lines 27c and 27d as well, the sliding spring portion 37 is divided into three parts: sliding spring portion 37b, sliding spring portion 37c and sliding spring portion 37d, and the ease of removing tissue paper P that protrudes outside the anti-dislodgement portion 34 can be adjusted by changing the upright angle (bending angle) of the sliding spring portion 37 at each position. Other than this difference from the storage box 2, the storage box 4 has substantially the same configuration as the storage box 2.
[0056] Although embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified in various ways.
[0057] For example, in the above embodiment, tissue paper was used as an example of an item stored in the storage box, but it is not limited to this.
[0058] Furthermore, each cut line can be cut by any method other than perforation, the shape of the cut line is arbitrary, and the pair of cut lines flanking the imaginary line do not need to be entirely or partially on the imaginary line, and the pair of clamping parts or the pair of anti-protrusion parts may be separated when the cut lines are cut.
