[0118] For example, the extension (121a) of the first hook portion (121) may extend forward from the front end of the first body (111). For example, the extension (122a) of the second hook portion (122) may extend forward from the front end of the second body (112).

[0119] The hook portion (120) may include a first bend portion (120b) that is bent from the extension portion (120a). The first bend portion (120b) may be extended in a direction that intersects with the direction in which the extension portion (120a) is extended. Specifically, the first bend portion (120b) may be bent from the extension portion (120a) in a direction toward the display panel (10) and extended toward the display panel (10).

[0120] For example, the first bend portion (121b) of the first hook portion (121) may be bent downward from the first extension portion (121a) and extended downward. For example, the first bend portion (122b) of the second hook portion (122) may be bent in the right direction (-Y direction) from the second extension portion (122a) and extended in the right direction (-Y direction).

[0121] The hook portion (120) may include a second bend portion (120c) that is bent from the first bend portion (120b). The second bend portion (120c) may be extended in a direction that intersects the direction in which the first bend portion (120b) extends. The second bend portion (120c) may be extended in a direction parallel to the direction in which the extension portion (120a) extends. Specifically, the second bend portion (120c) may be bent backward from the first bend portion (120b) and extended backward.

[0122] For example, the second bend portion (121c) of the first hook portion (121) may be bent backward from the first bend portion (121b) and extended backward. For example, the second bend portion (122c) of the second hook portion (122) may be bent backward from the first bend portion (122b) and extended backward.

[0123] The extension portion (120a), the first bend portion (120b), and the second bend portion (120c) can form cover insertion spaces (S1, S2). The cover insertion spaces (S1, S2) can be provided so that one end of the side cover (22) is inserted. Specifically, the front end of the side cover (22) can be inserted into the cover insertion spaces (S1, S2).

[0124] For example, the extension portion (121a), the first bend portion (121b), and the second bend portion (121c) of the first hook portion (121) can form a first cover insertion space (S1) into which the front end of the first cover portion (22a) is inserted. For example, the extension portion (122a), the first bend portion (122b), and the second bend portion (122c) of the second hook portion (122) can form a second cover insertion space (S2) into which the front end of the second cover portion (22b) is inserted.

[0125] The mounting bracket (100) may include a fixing projection (130). The fixing projection (130) may be provided to fix the mounting bracket (100) to the rear chassis (20). The fixing projection (130) may protrude from the other end of the bracket body (110). Specifically, the fixing projection (130) may protrude from the rear end of the bracket body (110).

[0126] The fixed projection (130) may be provided to contact the rear of the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the fixed projection (130) may be provided to contact the rear of the rear cover (21).

[0127] The fixed projection (130) may include a first fixed projection (131) and a second fixed projection (132). The first fixed projection (131) may protrude from the rear end of the first body (111). The second fixed projection (132) may protrude from the rear end of the second body (112).

[0128] The fixed projection (130) may include an inclined portion (130a). The inclined portion (130a) may extend forward at an angle from the other end of the bracket body (110). Specifically, the inclined portion (130a) may extend forward at an angle from the rear end of the bracket body (110).

[0129] For example, the inclined portion (131a) of the first fixed projection (131) may extend forward at an angle from the rear end of the first body (111). For example, the first fixed projection (131) may extend approximately downward and be inclined forward.

[0130] For example, the inclined portion (132a) of the second fixed projection (132) may extend forward at an angle from the rear end of the second body (112). For example, the second fixed projection (132) may extend approximately to the right (-Y direction) and be inclined forward.

[0131] The fixed projection (130) may include a projection (130b) protruding from the inclined portion (130a). Specifically, the projection (130b) may protrude forward from the inclined portion (130a). In other words, the projection (130b) may protrude from the inclined portion (130a) toward the rear of the rear cover (21). The projection (130b) may come into contact with the rear of the rear cover (21).

[0132] For example, the protrusion (131b) of the first fixed projection (131) may protrude forward from the inclined portion (131a). In other words, the protrusion (131b) of the first fixed projection (131) may protrude from the inclined portion (131a) toward the rear of the rear cover (21).

[0133] For example, the protrusion (132b) of the second fixed projection (132) may protrude forward from the inclined portion (132a). In other words, the protrusion (132b) of the second fixed projection (132) may protrude from the inclined portion (132a) toward the rear of the rear cover (21).

[0134] For example, the protrusion (131b) of the first fixed projection (131) and the protrusion (132b) of the second fixed projection (132) can each come into contact with the rear surface of the rear cover (21).

[0135] The protrusion (130b) may protrude from the end of the inclined portion (130a) along the direction in which the inclined portion (130a) extends.

[0136] For example, the protrusion (131b) of the first fixed projection (131) may protrude from the end portion of the inclined portion (131a) along the direction in which the inclined portion (131a) extends. For example, the protrusion (131b) of the first fixed projection (131) may protrude from the lower portion of the inclined portion (131a).

[0137] For example, the protrusion (132b) of the second fixed projection (132) may protrude from the end portion of the inclined portion (132a) along the direction in which the inclined portion (132a) extends. For example, the protrusion (132b) of the second fixed projection (132) may protrude from the right end (-Y direction) of the inclined portion (132a).

[0138] The first fixed projection (131) may be provided in multiple numbers. Multiple first fixed projections (131) may be arranged spaced apart from each other on the rear end of the first body (111). Although two first fixed projections (131) are shown in the drawing, there is no particular limitation on the number of first fixed projections (131).

[0139] The second fixed projection (132) may be provided in multiple numbers. Multiple second fixed projections (132) may be arranged spaced apart from each other on the rear end of the second body (112). Although two second fixed projections (132) are shown in the drawing, there is no particular limitation on the number of second fixed projections (132).

[0140] The mounting bracket (100) can be mounted on the rear chassis (20) by inserting the front end of the side cover (22) into the hook portion (120) and the fixing projection (130) contacting the rear surface of the rear cover (21). Specifically, the mounting bracket (100) can be mounted on the rear chassis (20) by inserting the front end of the first cover portion (22a) into the first hook portion (121), inserting the front end of the second cover portion (22b) into the second hook portion (122), and each of the first fixing projection (131) and the second fixing projection (132) contacting the rear surface of the rear cover (21).

[0141] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, a gap space (S3) may be formed between the display panel (10) and the side cover (22). Specifically, the gap space (S3) may be formed between the upper edge of the display panel (10) and the first cover portion (22a), between the left edge (+Y direction) of the display panel (10) and the second cover portion (22b), and between the right edge (-Y direction) of the display panel (10) and the third cover portion (22c).

[0142] At least a portion of the hook portion (120) of the mounting bracket (100) may be placed in the spaced-out space (S3). Specifically, the second bent portion (120c) of the hook portion (120) may be placed in the spaced-out space (S3). That is, the second bent portion (120c) of the hook portion (120) may be placed between the display panel (10) and the side cover (22).

[0143] For example, the second bend portion (121c) of the first hook portion (121) may be positioned between the upper edge of the display panel (10) and the first cover portion (22a). For example, the second bend portion (122c) of the second hook portion (122) may be positioned between the left edge (+Y direction) of the display panel (10) and the second cover portion (22b).

[0144] Through this configuration, the mounting bracket (100) can prevent the display panel (10) from hitting the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the mounting bracket (100) can prevent the display panel (10) from hitting the side cover (22). Accordingly, cracks in the display panel (10) caused by the display panel (10) hitting the rear chassis (20) can be prevented.

[0145] In addition, the mounting bracket (100) can guide the display panel (10) to be seated in the correct position during the assembly process of the display panel (10). Further details regarding this will be described later.

[0146] As described above, the mounting bracket (100) can perform both the function of preventing collision between the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20) and the function of guiding the display panel (10). Therefore, the process of mounting a jig for assembling the display panel (10) or the process of mounting a cushioning member to prevent collision between the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20) may be unnecessary. In other words, through the mounting bracket (100), the efficiency of the manufacturing process of the display device (1) can be increased, and the total time required to manufacture the display device (1) can be reduced.

[0147] The mounting bracket (100) may be detachably mounted to the rear chassis (20). That is, the mounting bracket (100) may be detachably mounted to the display device (1). Thus, depending on the situation, the user may mount the mounting bracket (100) to the display device (1) or detach the mounting bracket (100) from the display device (1).

[0148] In the above, the configuration, structure, and features of the mounting bracket (100) have been examined. Specifically, the first mounting bracket (101) has been described above, but a detailed description of the second mounting bracket (102) has been omitted.

[0149] As described above, the first mounting bracket (101) and the second mounting bracket (102) may have substantially the same configuration, structure, and features. Therefore, the configuration, structure, and features of the mounting bracket (100) described above may be applied not only to the first mounting bracket (101) but also to the second mounting bracket (102). At this time, expressions such as ‘left end of the first cover part (22a) (+Y direction)’, ‘second cover part (22b)’, ‘right direction (-Y direction)’, ‘right end (-Y direction)’, and ‘left edge of the display panel (10) (+Y direction)’ mentioned when describing the mounting bracket (100) may correspond to ‘right end of the first cover part (22a) (-Y direction)’, ‘third cover part (22c)’, ‘left direction (+Y direction)’, ‘left end (+Y direction)’, and ‘right edge of the display panel (10) (-Y direction)’, respectively.

[0150] FIG. 12 is a perspective view illustrating a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 13 is a perspective view illustrating an enlarged view of area D shown in FIG. 12.

[0151] Hereinafter, a display device (1') according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13. In describing the display device (1'), the same reference numerals are assigned to configurations that are substantially identical to those shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, and detailed descriptions may be omitted.

[0152] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, the display device (1') may include a mounting bracket (100'). The mounting bracket (100') may be mounted on the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the mounting bracket (100') may be mounted on one side of the rear chassis (20).

[0153] The mounting bracket (100') may include a bracket body (110'). The bracket body (110') may extend in one direction.

[0154] The mounting bracket (100') may include a hook portion (120') protruding from the front end of the bracket body (110'). The front end of the side cover (22) may be inserted into the hook portion (120').

[0155] The mounting bracket (100') may include a fixing projection (130') protruding from the rear end of the bracket body (110'). The fixing projection (130') may protrude from the rear end of the side cover (22).

[0156] A plurality of mounting brackets (100') may be provided. Each of the plurality of mounting brackets (100') may be mounted on any one of the upper side (+Z direction), left side (+Y direction), and right side (-Y direction) of the rear chassis (20). Although three mounting brackets (100') are shown in the drawing, there is no particular limitation on the number of mounting brackets (100').

[0157] FIG. 14 is a perspective view illustrating a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 15 is a perspective view illustrating an enlarged view of area E shown in FIG. 14.

[0158] Hereinafter, a display device (1'') according to one embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15. In describing the display device (1''), the same reference numerals are assigned to configurations that are substantially identical to those shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, and detailed descriptions may be omitted.

[0159] The display device (1'') may include a mounting bracket (100''). The mounting bracket (100'') may be mounted on the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the mounting bracket (100'') may be mounted on the corner of the rear chassis (20).

[0160] The mounting bracket (100'') may include a bracket body (110''). The bracket body (110'') may include a first body (111'') and a second body (112'').

[0161] The mounting bracket (100'') may include a hook portion (120''). The hook portion (120'') may include a first hook portion (121'') protruding from the front end of the first body (111'') and a second hook portion (122'') protruding from the front end of the second body (112'').

[0162] The mounting bracket (100'') may include a magnetic body (140''). The magnetic body (140'') may be provided inside the mounting bracket (100''). Specifically, the magnetic body (140'') may be provided inside the bracket body (110''). For example, the magnetic body (140'') may include a first magnetic body (141'') provided inside the first body (111'') and a second magnetic body (142'') provided inside the second body (112'').

[0163] The mounting bracket (100'') can be mounted to the rear chassis (20) due to the magnetic force acting between the side cover (22) and the magnetic body (140''). Therefore, the mounting bracket (100'') may omit configurations such as fixing protrusions.

[0164] In the foregoing, display devices (1', 1'') according to an embodiment of the present disclosure were examined with reference to FIGS. 12 to 15. Below, a display device (1) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be examined again with reference to FIGS. 16 to 22.

[0165] As described above, the first fixed bracket (201) and the second fixed bracket (202) may have substantially the same configuration, structure, and features. Therefore, for convenience of explanation, the first fixed bracket (201) will be described below, but a detailed description of the second fixed bracket (202) may be omitted. Additionally, the first fixed bracket (201) may be referred to as the fixed bracket (200) below.

[0166] FIG. 16 is an exploded perspective view of a display device according to one embodiment. FIG. 17 is an enlarged perspective view of the F area shown in FIG. 16. FIG. 18 is an exploded perspective view of a part of the configuration of the display device shown in FIG. 17.

[0167] Referring to FIGS. 16 to 18, the display panel (10) can be attached to the rear chassis (20) through an adhesive member (70). The lower cover (80) is attached to the lower side of the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20) to cover the lower side of the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20).

[0168] The optical sheet (60) can be placed at the rear of the display panel (10). The optical sheet (60) can be fixed to the rear chassis (20).

[0169] A fixing bracket (200) may be provided to fix the optical sheet (60) to the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the fixing bracket (200) may fix the optical sheet (60) to the rear chassis (20) by supporting the optical sheet (60) while attached to the rear chassis (20).

[0170] The fixed bracket (200) can be attached to the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the fixed bracket (200) can be attached to the upper part of the rear chassis (20).

[0171] The rear chassis (20) may include a bracket support (23). The bracket support (23) may be provided to support a fixed bracket (200).

[0172] The bracket support (23) can be connected to a part of the side cover (22). Specifically, the bracket support (23) can be connected to a part of the side cover (22) that covers the upper edge of the display panel (10). That is, the bracket support (23) can be connected to the first cover part (22a).

[0173] In the drawing, the bracket support (23) is shown as being formed by extending and bending from the first cover part (22a), but there are no specific restrictions on the method of connection between the bracket support (23) and the first cover part (22a). For example, the bracket support (23) may be formed by protruding downward from the first cover part (22a).

[0174] The bracket support (23) may extend downward from a part of the side cover (22) that covers the upper edge of the display panel (10). That is, the bracket support (23) may extend downward from the first cover part (22a).

[0175] Additionally, the bracket support (23) may extend along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the bracket support (23) may extend along the direction in which the first cover part (22a) extends. For example, the bracket support (23) may extend along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0176] The bracket support (23) can form an insertion groove (S4) together with a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) and the rear cover (21). The insertion groove (S4) can be provided so that a fixing bracket (200) is inserted. The fixing bracket (200) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20) by being inserted into the insertion groove (S4) (see FIG. 21).

[0177] The bracket support (23) may include a first insertion hole (23a) and a second insertion hole (23b). The first insertion hole (23a) may be provided to allow the insertion of a first insertion projection (241), which will be described later, and the second insertion hole (23b) may be provided to allow the insertion of a second insertion projection (242), which will be described later. The first insertion hole (23a) may be formed at a position corresponding to the first insertion projection (241), and the second insertion hole (23b) may be formed at a position corresponding to the second insertion projection (242). The first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b) may have substantially the same structure and shape.

[0178] The first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the first cover part (22a) extends. For example, the first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b) may be spaced apart from each other along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0179] The fixed bracket (200) can form a sheet insertion space (S5) into which at least a portion of the optical sheet (60) is inserted. By inserting at least a portion of the optical sheet (60) into the sheet insertion space (S5), the fixed bracket (200) can support the optical sheet (60) (see FIG. 22).

[0180] The optical sheet (60) may include a sheet portion (61) provided in a plate shape and an insert portion (62) protruding from the sheet portion (61). Specifically, the insert portion (62) may protrude upward from the sheet portion (61). The insert portion (62) may be provided to be inserted into a sheet insertion space (S5).

[0181] The optical sheet (60) may include a third insertion hole (63) and a fourth insertion hole (64). The third insertion hole (63) may be provided to allow the insertion of a third insertion projection (251), which will be described later, and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be provided to allow the insertion of a fourth insertion projection (252), which will be described later. The third insertion hole (63) may be formed at a position corresponding to the third insertion projection, and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be formed at a position corresponding to the fourth insertion projection. The third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64) may have substantially the same structure and shape.

[0182] Each of the third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be formed in the insertion portion (62). The third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the first cover portion (22a) extends. For example, the third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64) may be spaced apart from each other along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0183] FIG. 19 is a perspective view illustrating a fixing bracket according to one embodiment. FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view along the line I-I' indicated in FIG. 19. FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view along the line G-G' indicated in FIG. 17. FIG. 22 is a cross-sectional view along the line H-H' indicated in FIG. 17.

[0184] Referring to FIGS. 18 through 22, the fixing bracket (200) may include a first part (210), a second part (220), and a third part (230). The first part (210), the second part (220), and the third part (230) may be formed integrally. The first part (210), the second part (220), and the third part (230) may form the approximate appearance of the fixing bracket (200).

[0185] The first part (210) may be in contact with the side cover (22). The first part (210) may be provided on the inner surface of the side cover (22). Specifically, the first part (210) may be provided on the inner surface of the first cover part (22a).

[0186] The first part (210) may extend along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the first part (210) may extend along the direction in which the first cover part (22a) extends. For example, the first part (210) may extend along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0187] The second part (220) may be bent from one end of the first part (210). Specifically, the second part (220) may be bent downward from the front end of the first part (210).

[0188] The second part (220) may come into contact with the bracket support (23). The second part (220) may be provided on the inner side of the bracket support (23).

[0189] The third part (230) may be bent from the other end of the first part (210). Specifically, the third part (230) may be bent downward from the rear end of the first part (210).

[0190] The third part (230) may be extended backward at an angle from the other end of the first part (210). Specifically, the third part (230) may be bent downward from the rear end of the first part (210) and extended backward at an angle. Through this angled structure, the fixing bracket (200) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4) by force-fitting. By inserting the fixing bracket (200) into the insertion groove (S4) by force-fitting, the fixing bracket (200) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20).

[0191] The third part (230) can come into contact with the front of the rear cover (21). Specifically, one end of the third part (230) along the direction in which the third part (230) extends can come into contact with the front of the rear cover (21).

[0192] The first part (210), the second part (220), and the third part (230) may form a sheet insertion space (S5) into which at least a portion of the optical sheet (60) is inserted. The sheet insertion space (S5) may be formed inside the first part (210), the second part (220), and the third part (230).

[0193] The fixed bracket (200) may include a first insertion projection (241) and a second insertion projection (242). The first insertion projection (241) may be provided to be inserted into a first insertion hole (23a) of the bracket support (23), and the second insertion projection (242) may be provided to be inserted into a second insertion hole (23b) of the bracket support (23). The first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may have substantially the same structure and shape.

[0194] Each of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) can protrude from the second part (220) toward the bracket support (23). In other words, each of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) can protrude forward from the second part (220).

[0195] Each of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may extend downward at an angle from the second part (220). Specifically, each of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may protrude forward from the second part (220) and extend downward at an angle.

[0196] The first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the first cover portion (22a) extends. For example, the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) may be spaced apart from each other along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0197] The first insertion projection (241) may be provided at one end of the second part (220) along the direction in which the fixed bracket (200) extends. For example, the first insertion projection (241) may be provided at the left end (+Y direction) of the second part (220).

[0198] The second insertion projection (242) may be provided at the other end of the second part (220) along the direction in which the fixed bracket (200) extends. For example, the second insertion projection (242) may be provided at the right end (-Y direction) of the second part (220).

[0199] The fixed bracket (200) may include a third insertion projection (251) and a fourth insertion projection (252). The third insertion projection (251) may be provided to be inserted into a third insertion hole (63) of the optical sheet (60), and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be provided to be inserted into a fourth insertion hole (64) of the optical sheet (60). The third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may have substantially the same structure and shape.

[0200] Each of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) can protrude from the second part (220) toward the optical sheet (60). In other words, each of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) can protrude backward from the second part (220).

[0201] Each of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may extend upwardly at an angle from the second part (220). Specifically, each of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may protrude backward from the second part (220) and extend upwardly at an angle.

[0202] The third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which a part of the side cover (22) covering the upper edge of the display panel (10) extends. That is, the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the first cover portion (22a) extends. For example, the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be spaced apart from each other along the left-right direction (Y-axis direction).

[0203] Each of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be provided between the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242). Specifically, the third insertion projection (251) may be provided closer to the first insertion projection (241), and the fourth insertion projection (252) may be provided closer to the second insertion projection (242).

[0204] In the drawing, only the first insertion projection (241) inserted into the first insertion hole (23a) of the bracket support (23) and the third insertion projection (251) inserted into the third insertion hole (63) of the optical sheet (60) are shown. As described above, the first insertion hole (23a), the third insertion hole (63), the first insertion projection (241), and the third insertion projection (251) can each have substantially the same structure and shape as the second insertion hole (23b), the fourth insertion hole (64), the second insertion projection (242), and the fourth insertion projection (252), respectively. Accordingly, the appearance of the second insertion projection (242) inserted into the second insertion hole (23b) of the bracket support (23) can correspond to the appearance of the first insertion projection (241) inserted into the first insertion hole (23a) of the bracket support (23). Additionally, the appearance of the fourth insertion projection (252) inserted into the fourth insertion hole (64) of the optical sheet (60) may correspond to the appearance of the third insertion projection (251) inserted into the third insertion hole (63) of the optical sheet (60).

[0205] In the above, the configuration, structure, and features of the fixed bracket (200) have been examined. Specifically, the first fixed bracket (201) has been described above, but a detailed description of the second fixed bracket (202) has been omitted.

[0206] As described above, the first fixed bracket (201) and the second fixed bracket (202) may have substantially the same configuration, structure, and features. Therefore, the configuration, structure, and features of the fixed bracket (200) described above may be applied not only to the first fixed bracket (201) but also to the second fixed bracket (202).

[0207] Additionally, the bracket support (23) may further include a plurality of insertion holes formed at positions corresponding to the second fixed bracket (202). The said insertion holes may have substantially the same structure and shape as the first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b).

[0208] Additionally, the optical sheet (60) may further include a plurality of insertion holes formed at positions corresponding to the second fixing bracket (202). The said insertion holes may have substantially the same structure and shape as the third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64).

[0209] Below, we will look at the assembly process of the display device (1) with reference to FIGS. 23 to 31.

[0210] FIG. 23 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling a rear chassis, a light source module, a chassis reinforcing member, and a reflective sheet according to one embodiment. FIG. 24 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling a fixing bracket according to one embodiment. FIG. 25 is a perspective view illustrating a bracket jig and a fixing bracket according to one embodiment. FIG. 26 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling a diffuser plate according to one embodiment. FIG. 27 is a perspective view illustrating an enlarged view of the area J indicated in FIG. 26. FIG. 28 is a perspective view illustrating an enlarged view of the area K indicated in FIG. 26. FIG. 29 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling a reflective sheet according to one embodiment. FIG. 30 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling an adhesive member and a mounting bracket according to one embodiment. FIG. 31 is a drawing illustrating the process of assembling a display panel and a lower cover according to one embodiment.

[0211] Referring to FIG. 23, a light source module (30) may be attached to the front of the rear chassis (20). Subsequently, a chassis reinforcing member (90) may be placed at the corner of the rear chassis (20). Specifically, a first chassis reinforcing member (91) may be placed at the left corner (+Y direction) of the rear chassis (20), and a second chassis reinforcing member (92) may be placed at the right corner (-Y direction) of the rear chassis (20). Subsequently, a reflective sheet (40) may be attached to the front of the rear chassis (20).

[0212] However, the assembly order of the light source module (30) and the reflective sheet (40) is not limited to this. For example, it is also possible to attach the light source module (30) to the front of the reflective sheet (40) after the reflective sheet (40) has been attached to the front of the rear chassis (20).

[0213] Referring to FIGS. 24 and 25, after a reflective sheet (40) is attached to the front of the rear chassis (20), a fixing bracket (200) can be attached to the upper part of the rear chassis (20). Specifically, a first fixing bracket (201) can be attached to the upper part of the left side (+Y direction) of the rear chassis (20), and a second fixing bracket (202) can be attached to the upper part of the right side (-Y direction) of the rear chassis (20).

[0214] The fixed bracket (200) can be attached to the rear chassis (20) through the bracket jig (2). In other words, the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4) through the bracket jig (2) (see FIG. 21). Specifically, the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4) by a press fit through the bracket jig (2).

[0215] The bracket jig (2) may include a jig body (2a), a rail portion (2b) extending in one direction on the jig body (2a), a movable plate (2c) movably provided on the rail portion (2b), a handle portion (2d) coupled to the movable plate (2c) and provided to be gripped, a block portion (2e) provided on the rail portion (2b) to restrict movement of the movable plate (2c) in one direction, an elastic member (2f) coupled to the block portion (2e), and a bracket seating portion (2g) provided at one end of the rail portion (2b).

[0216] First, the fixed bracket (200) can be seated on the bracket mounting portion (2g). Then, as the operator manipulates the handle portion (2d), the movable plate (2c) can move in one direction on the rail portion (2b). When the movable plate (2c) reaches one end of the rail portion (2b), the fixed bracket (200) seated on the bracket mounting portion (2g) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4) (see FIG. 21). Afterward, the block portion (2e) can press the handle portion (2d) in a direction opposite to the one direction due to the elastic force of the elastic member (2f). Accordingly, the handle portion (2d) and the movable plate (2c) can return to their original positions.

[0217] As described above, by attaching the fixed bracket (200) to the rear chassis (20) through the bracket jig (2), the attachment process of the fixed bracket (200) can be simplified.

[0218] As the fixed bracket (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (S4), the first insertion projection (241) of the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the first insertion hole (23a) of the bracket support (23), and the second insertion projection (242) of the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the second insertion hole (23b) of the bracket support (23). This is due to the restoring force caused by the inclination structure of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) and the elasticity of the fixed bracket (200) (see FIG. 21).

[0219] Specifically, as the fixed bracket (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (S4), the bracket support (23) can press the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) downward, and accordingly, the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) can undergo elastic deformation due to the inclined structure. After the fixed bracket (200) is fully inserted into the insertion groove (S4), the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) can be restored to a circular shape by a restoring force, and at the same time, each of the first insertion projection (241) and the second insertion projection (242) can be inserted into the first insertion hole (23a) and the second insertion hole (23b), respectively (see FIG. 21).

[0220] Referring to FIGS. 26 to 28, after the fixed bracket (200) is coupled to the rear chassis (20), the diffuser plate (50) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the upper end of the diffuser plate (50) is inserted into the insertion groove (S4), the left end (+Y direction) of the diffuser plate (50) is inserted into the first guide groove (S6) to be described later, and the right end (-Y direction) of the diffuser plate (50) is inserted into the second guide groove (S7) to be described later, so that the diffuser plate (50) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20).

[0221] The rear chassis (20) may include a first guide portion (24). The first guide portion (24) may be connected to a second cover portion (22b). The first guide portion (24) may extend along the direction in which the second cover portion (22b) extends. The first guide portion (24) may form a first guide groove (S6) together with the second cover portion (22b) and the rear cover (21).

[0222] The rear chassis (20) may include a second guide portion (25). The second guide portion (25) may be connected to a third cover portion (22c). The second guide portion (25) may extend along the direction in which the third cover portion (22c) extends. The second guide portion (25) may form a second guide groove (S7) together with the third cover portion (22c) and the rear cover (21).

[0223] The diffuser plate (50) can be slid and coupled with the rear chassis (20). As the diffuser plate (50) slides, at least a portion of the diffuser plate (50) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4). Specifically, as the diffuser plate (50) slides, the upper portion of the diffuser plate (50) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4).

[0224] Each of the first guide section (24) and the second guide section (25) can guide the sliding of the diffuser plate (50). Additionally, after the complete assembly of the display device (1), each of the first guide section (24) and the second guide section (25) can support the diffuser plate (50) so that the diffuser plate (50) can be attached to the rear chassis (20).

[0225] Referring to FIGS. 27 to 29, after the diffuser plate (50) is coupled to the rear chassis (20), the optical sheet (60) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20). Specifically, the upper end of the optical sheet (60) is inserted into the insertion groove (S4), the left end (+Y direction) of the optical sheet (60) is inserted into the first guide groove (24a) to be described later, and the right end (-Y direction) of the optical sheet (60) is inserted into the second guide groove (24b) to be described later, so that the optical sheet (60) can be coupled to the rear chassis (20).

[0226] The optical sheet (60) can be slid and coupled with the rear chassis (20). As the optical sheet (60) slides, at least a portion of the optical sheet (60) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4) and the sheet insertion space (S5). Specifically, as the optical sheet (60) slides, the upper portion of the sheet portion (61) can be inserted into the insertion groove (S4), and the insertion portion (62) can be inserted into the sheet insertion space (S5). At this time, the first guide portion (24) and the second guide portion (25) can each guide the sliding of the optical sheet (60).

[0227] As the optical sheet (60) slides, the third insertion projection (251) of the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the third insertion hole (63) of the optical sheet (60), and the fourth insertion projection (252) of the fixed bracket (200) can be inserted into the fourth insertion hole (64) of the optical sheet (60). This is due to the restoring force caused by the inclination structure of the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) and the elasticity of the fixed bracket (200) (see FIG. 22).

[0228] Specifically, as the optical sheet (60) slides into the sheet insertion space (S5), the upper portion of the optical sheet (60) can press the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) upward, and accordingly, the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) can undergo elastic deformation due to the inclined structure. After the upper portion of the optical sheet (60) is completely inserted into the sheet insertion space (S5), the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) can be restored to a circular shape by a restoring force, and at the same time, the third insertion projection (251) and the fourth insertion projection (252) can each be inserted into the third insertion hole (63) and the fourth insertion hole (64), respectively (see FIG. 22).

[0229] Referring to FIG. 30, after the optical sheet (60) is coupled to the rear chassis (20), a mounting bracket (100) can be mounted on the rear chassis (20). Specifically, a first mounting bracket (101) can be mounted on the left corner (+Y direction) of the rear chassis (20), and a second mounting bracket (102) can be mounted on the right corner (-Y direction) of the rear chassis (20).

[0230] The mounting bracket (100) may include a hook portion (120) and a fixing projection (130). To mount the mounting bracket (100) to the rear chassis (20), first, the hook portion (120) of the mounting bracket (100) can be hooked onto one end of the side cover (22). Then, the fixing projection (130) can be positioned on the rear surface of the rear cover (21) using the elastic force of the mounting bracket (100). Accordingly, the mounting bracket (100) can be mounted to the rear chassis (20) (see FIGS. 6 and 8).

[0231] Referring to FIG. 30, after the optical sheet (60) is coupled to the rear chassis (20), an adhesive member (70) can be placed on the rear chassis (20). Specifically, a first adhesive member (71) can be placed on a bracket support (23), a second adhesive member (72) can be placed on a first guide part (24), and a third adhesive member (73) can be placed on a second guide part (25).

[0232] Referring to FIG. 31, after the mounting bracket (100) is mounted on the rear chassis (20) and the adhesive member (70) is placed on the rear chassis (20), the display panel (10) can be placed on the optical sheet (60). In other words, after the mounting bracket (100) is mounted on the rear chassis (20) and the adhesive member (70) is placed on the rear chassis (20), the display panel (10) can be placed on the adhesive member (70). The display panel (10) can be bonded to the rear chassis (20) through the adhesive member (70).

[0233] When the adhesive member (70) is placed on the rear chassis (20), the mounting bracket (100) can guide the display panel (10) to be seated in the correct position. The display panel (10) can be seated at a position spaced apart from the side cover (22) of the rear chassis (20) by a predetermined distance by the hook portion (120) of the mounting bracket (100). After the display panel (10) is seated in the correct position, a gap space (S3) can be formed between the display panel (10) and the side cover (22). Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the display panel (10) from colliding with the side cover (22) of the rear chassis (20) and causing a crack to occur in the display panel (10) (see FIG. 10 and FIG. 11).

[0234] After the display panel (10) is placed on the optical sheet (60), a lower cover (80) can be attached to the lower side of the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20). Accordingly, the lower cover (80) can cover the lower side of the display panel (10) and the rear chassis (20).
