Description

[0001] A HAIR BRUSH

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The invention relates to a hair brush.

[0004] The invention particularly relates to a flexible hair brush, characterized by a special design in which its flexibility starts from a point on the body, continues in a spiral form, and its end point remains free without reconnecting with any part of the hair brush, and which is the smallest in size.

[0005] State of the Art

[0006] Hair brushes, particularly flexible models, are among the primary tools for hair care and styling. Upon examining the current technology, it is observed that the basic design of conventional flexible hair brushes is intended for fixed-use applications. These brushes are generally designed for use in environments where users’ mobility is limited, such as at home or in the office. Their handle structures allow the user to hold them comfortably and focus on specific areas of the hair. However, this design falls short in meeting modern needs such as portability and mobile use. For example, the physical dimensions and rigid structures of conventional handled brushes make them unsuitable as accessories that can be easily carried in a daily bag or clothing pocket. In addition, the usage areas of these products are mostly limited to indoor spaces and cannot offer a practical solution outdoors or while on the move.

[0007] With demand for portable hair care products increasing, small-sized combs or foldable brushes are available in the market. However, these products fall short in terms of flexibility and hair health.

[0008] As a result, due to the drawbacks described above and the inadequacy of existing solutions on the subject, it has become necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

[0009] Object of the Invention

[0010] The invention is inspired by the current situation and aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. The invention aims to overcome the design and functionality limitations of existing flexible hair brushes and offer an innovative solution optimized for mobility-oriented use. The main object of the invention is to develop a special engineering design to ensure the flexibility of the small spiral piece located at the bristle connection point of the hair brush, and to provide the ability to deform without breaking even in narrow areas and nested circular structures, unlike conventional designs. This spiral piece has a structure that can stretch in response to the resistance encountered during brushing, thus minimizing the risks of hair breakage, tearing and tangling. In particular, due to the small surface area of the spiral part and the narrow distance between the edges, achieving the balance between material selection and mechanical durability stands out among the technical challenges of the invention. The developed design overcame this difficulty and enabled the part to flex without breaking or separating from the body when force was applied. This feature allows the hair brush's bristles to move more sensitively and adaptively to the friction between the hair strands, aiming to remove knots with less effort and preserve hair health.

[0011] Another object of the invention is to offer a foldable structure and integrated mirror integration to increase the practical carrying and usage possibilities of the users in their daily lives. Unlike existing mirrored pocket brushes on the market, this design is the first and only to incorporate a mirror feature into a flexible hair brush. This integration offers users instant control after brushing their hair, while optimizing portability without taking up space in narrow spaces such as bags or pockets thanks to its foldability.

[0012] In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the invention is a small-sized flexible hair brush that preserves the natural structure of the hair strands and is optimized for mobility-oriented use, comprising:

[0013] • a body that includes a spiral configuration that starts from one point and remains free at the end point, not reassembling itself, in order to simultaneously provide the balance of material strength and flexibility in the small-scale structure with the narrow distance between the edges of the concentric circular structures, and

[0014] • bristles placed on the spiral geometry body to distribute force homogeneously to the hair strands.

[0015] The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly thanks to the figures given below and the detailed descriptionwritten by making reference to these figures, and therefore the evaluation needs to be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

[0027] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0028] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the hair brush (A) which is the subject of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject.

[0029] The hair brush (A), the subject of the invention, has an innovative structure that does not damage the hair strands and is optimized for mobility-oriented use. For this purpose, the hair brush (A) comprises three basic elements: a spiral-shaped body (1), bristles (2) arranged on this body (1), and a foldable handle (3).

[0030] The key component of the invention is the spiral-shaped body (1) made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) raw material. This body (1) has a special engineering design that forms the basis for the flexibility and durability of the hair brush (A). The spiral structure has a configuration that starts from a certain point of the body (1 ) and continues and remains idle at the end point, not reassembling itself. This design provides highflexibility in a narrow space and offers the ability to deform in response to resistances encountered during scanning. Spiral geometry establishes a delicate balance between material strength and flexibility due to the narrow distance between the edges of the concentric circular structures. In this way, while the bristles (2) of the hair brush (A) move between the hair strands, localized excessive pressure is prevented and the natural structure of the hair is preserved. The body (1) shape can be produced in geometries such as square, rectangular, or oval, in addition to the basic round shape. This flexibility adapts to user preferences or ergonomic requirements.

[0031] The bristles (2) of the hair brush (A) are made of nylon material and positioned in accordance with the geometry of the spiral body (1). Thanks to the angular distribution of the spiral structure, the bristles (2) have the ability to apply a homogeneous force to the hair strands. This arrangement ensures that the forces generated during brushing are distributed evenly across the hair strand, reducing the risks of tangling, breakage and tearing, which are frequently observed in conventional brushes. The integration of the bristles (2) into the spiral structure also preserves the natural elasticity of the hair, making it possible to untangle resistant knots, which are frequently encountered especially in thick or curly hair, more easily.

[0032] The handle (3) is mechanically integrated with the body (1 ) and has an ergonomic design that allows the user to grip the hair brush (A) comfortably. The handle (3) is also designed to be foldable, so the hair brush (A) can be transformed into a compact form when not in use and can be easily carried in narrow spaces such as a bag or pocket. The integrated mirror integrated on the handle (3) is a secondary feature of the invention, allowing users to check their appearance after brushing their hair. This feature is the first and only example combined with a flexible structure, unlike existing mirrored pocket brushes.

[0033] The most important technical challenge solved by the invention is the simultaneous provision of flexibility and durability in the small-scale structure of the spiral body (1). In addition, the special connection point design developed for fixing the bristles (2) to the spiral body (1) enabled the parts to flex without separating when force was applied. This feature makes it possible for the invention to stand out as "the smallest flexible hair brush ever developed."
