[0017] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of this disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of this disclosure will be clearly and completely described below. Where specific conditions are not specified in the embodiments, conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer shall apply. Reagents or instruments whose manufacturers are not specified are all conventional products that can be purchased commercially.

[0018] The inventors discovered that anti-wrinkle cosmetics containing peptides such as acetyl peptides and palmitoyl peptides have a single anti-wrinkle pathway, limiting their effectiveness. Further research revealed that the primary cause of wrinkles lies in the aging of the dermal structure; therefore, protecting the dermal structure becomes crucial for effective anti-wrinkle treatment. Further research showed that SPARC plays a vital role in maintaining the structural integrity of the skin and contributes to multiple processes involved in skin development, maintenance, and repair. The level of fibrin I in the dermis affects the maturity and structure of the skin matrix. Further research also found that the transmission of nerve signals in the skin affects dermal structure; and the activity of collagenase also influences dermal structure and collagen production. Therefore, improving dermal structure requires a multi-dimensional approach.

[0019] Based on the above research, this disclosure provides an anti-wrinkle face cream, which, by weight percentage, comprises: 0.3%-2.5% Codonopsis pilosula cyclic peptide solution, 1.0%-5.0% Conophytum comosum cyclic peptide solution, 0.1%-5.0% Pichia pastoris recombinant collagen solution, and 1.0%-5.0% mixed solution of hydrolyzed collagen and hexapeptide-9.

[0020] In the above technical solution, the various components work synergistically to achieve a synergistic effect. It improves the dermal structure from different dimensions, increasing SPARC in the dermis and thus enhancing the synthesis of type I collagen. Simultaneously, it inhibits the transmission of skin nerve signals and the activity of collagenase, promoting collagen production. This achieves multi-dimensional and truly effective protection of the dermal structure, greatly improving the anti-aging effect.

[0021] Furthermore, the following active ingredients work synergistically to improve dermal structure: Codonopsis pilosula cyclic peptide: increases type I collagen synthesis, improves dermal structure; increases SPARC in the dermis, enhancing skin matrix maturity and structure; increases fibrin I levels in the dermis; Conocospira cyclic peptide: inhibits the transmission of nerve signals in the skin; Pichia pastoris recombinant collagen: inhibits collagenase activity; a mixture of hydrolyzed collagen and hexapeptide-9: promotes collagen production. These four active ingredients work together from different dimensions to truly improve dermal structure and greatly enhance anti-aging effects.

[0022] Furthermore, the anti-wrinkle cream disclosed herein innovatively employs a combination of bicyclic peptides; it is also formulated with recombinant collagen and marine collagen oligopeptides; each ingredient has high bioactivity and good stability, thereby enhancing the true anti-wrinkle effect of the cosmetic.
