[0047] The accompanying drawings have illustrated specific embodiments of this application, which will be described in more detail below. These drawings and descriptions are not intended to limit the scope of the concept in any way, but rather to illustrate the concept of this application to those skilled in the art through reference to specific embodiments. Detailed Implementation

[0048] Exemplary embodiments will now be described in detail, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description relates to the drawings, unless otherwise indicated, the same numbers in different drawings denote the same or similar elements. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with this application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatuses and methods consistent with some aspects of this application as detailed in the appended claims.

[0049] Currently, some electric vehicles have seat or handlebar heating functions, but these are all set up with a button on one side of the vehicle to start heating. The heating method is that the user presses the button to start heating. When the user is riding an electric vehicle, if the heating is started, there will be problems such as cold hands in the early stages of riding.

[0050] Figure 1 is an application scenario diagram provided by an embodiment of this application. As shown in Figure 1, in order to address the above-mentioned problems, this application considers to enable scheduled heating of electric vehicles. The scheduled heating command is issued through an application or button, so that the heating can be completed before the user rides, thus solving the problem of cold hands in the early stages of riding.

[0051] The technical solution of this application and how the technical solution of this application solves the above-mentioned technical problems are described in detail below with specific embodiments. These specific embodiments can be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described again in some embodiments. The embodiments of this application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0052] Figure 2 is a flowchart illustrating a heating method for an electric vehicle component according to an embodiment of this application. The method is applied to a vehicle controller. Optionally, the vehicle controller is mounted on the electric vehicle, which can be an electric mobility scooter, an electric two-wheeler, an electric motorcycle, etc. The method includes steps S201 and S202:

[0053] Step S201: Receive the scheduled heating instruction;

[0054] Optionally, the scheduled heating command is sent by the application via wireless communication; or, the scheduled heating command is set via a button on the electric vehicle, which is connected to the vehicle controller.

[0055] The vehicle controller in an electric vehicle can receive scheduled heating commands, and thus can perform heating according to the scheduled heating commands.

[0056] Optionally, the scheduled heating command can be set and issued through an application (APP). Users can set scheduled heating commands in the APP; for example, a user can set scheduled heating to start from Monday to Friday of the current month in the APP.

[0057] After a user sets a scheduled heating command on the app, the app can send the command to the vehicle controller. Optionally, the app can establish wireless communication with the vehicle controller, such as Bluetooth, 4G, or 5G communication.

[0058] Optionally, the scheduled heating command can also be set and issued by the user via buttons on the electric vehicle. For example, a user can use one or more buttons to set scheduled heating to be activated from Monday to Friday of the current month. Optionally, the buttons are connected to the vehicle controller, so that the vehicle controller can receive the scheduled heating command after it has been set via the buttons.

[0059] Step S202: Heat the target component according to the scheduled heating instruction;

[0060] Optional, target components include handles and / or seat cushions.

[0061] Once the vehicle controller receives a scheduled heating command, it can execute the scheduled heating command. For example, if the scheduled heating command includes a heating start time, the target component can be heated when that heating start time arrives.

[0062] Typically, the parts of an electric vehicle that users need to come into contact with are the handlebars and the seat. Therefore, the target components can be the handlebars and / or the seat.

[0063] Optionally, the user can select the target component to determine whether the target component is only the seat cushion, or only the handle, or both the seat cushion and the handle.

[0064] As shown in Figure 1, the vehicle controller can be connected to buttons and also to a Telematics Box (TBOX) to communicate with the app via the TBOX. Furthermore, the vehicle controller can be connected to the handlebars and seat, where heating wires are installed. The vehicle controller can control these heating wires to heat the handlebars and seat.

[0065] This application provides a method for heating electric vehicle components, which is applied to a vehicle controller. The method includes: receiving a scheduled heating command; heating the target component according to the scheduled heating command; and achieving a good riding experience without user waiting by scheduling the heating of the electric vehicle components.

[0066] Optionally, the scheduled heating command includes: the heating start time and / or the target temperature; heating the target component according to the scheduled heating command includes:

[0067] When the heating starts at the current moment, the target component is heated and controlled to maintain the target temperature.

[0068] The scheduled heating command can include the heating start time and / or target temperature. For example, different temperatures can be set with a precision of 1 degree Celsius, and the temperature range can be from 37 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius.

[0069] Optionally, when setting the temperature via the app, the app can use UI colors to correspond to the temperature. For example, blue tones can be used to display the temperature in the low-temperature range; green and yellow tones can be used in the medium-temperature range; and red and orange tones can be used in the high-temperature range, making it easier for users to intuitively determine the set temperature.

[0070] In addition, the heating time can be set. For example, there can be a maximum allowed heating time and a minimum heating time, and the user can choose a heating time between the minimum heating time and the maximum allowed heating time.

[0071] When the vehicle controller starts heating according to the scheduled heating command, it can determine whether the current time has reached the start time of the scheduled heating command. If it has, it will start heating the target component to keep the temperature of the target component at the target temperature.

[0072] Optionally, a temperature sensor can be installed at the location of the seat and / or handle to detect the actual temperature of the seat and / or handle. When the actual temperature reaches the target temperature, heating of the target component can be stopped; when the actual temperature is lower than the target temperature, heating of the target component can continue.

[0073] If the scheduled heating instruction includes a heating duration, the timer can start from the moment heating begins, and stop heating the target component once the heating duration is reached.

[0074] In addition, the heating start time can also be the current time, so as to achieve immediate heating.

[0075] By setting the heating start time and / or target temperature in the scheduled heating command, users can flexibly set the settings according to their needs, thus enabling flexible heating of the target component.

[0076] Optionally, the scheduled heating command includes a target heating mode; when the current time reaches the heating start time, heating is applied to the target component, and the target component is controlled to maintain the target temperature, including:

[0077] When the heating start time is reached at the current moment, the target component is heated to the target temperature using the target heating mode, and the target component is controlled to maintain the target temperature;

[0078] The target heating modes include rapid heating mode and normal heating mode.

[0079] The scheduled heating command can also set a target heating mode, which can include a fast heating mode and a normal heating mode. When it is in fast heating mode, the vehicle controller can use a first power to heat the target component when heating is turned on. When it is in normal heating mode, the vehicle controller can use a second power to heat the target component when heating is turned on, wherein the first power is greater than the second power.

[0080] For example, if the user sets the heating to start via the APP and the target temperature is reached in a maximum of 5 minutes, it indicates that the target component is being heated using a rapid heating mode; if the user does not set the heating to start via the APP and the target temperature is reached in a maximum of 5 minutes, it indicates that the target component is being heated using a normal heating mode.

[0081] By setting the rapid heating mode, the target component can be heated quickly, which is suitable for scenarios where you need to leave quickly. By setting the normal heating mode, the power consumption can be reduced while meeting the heating requirements. By providing two heating modes, users can flexibly choose the heating mode according to their needs.

[0082] Optionally, the scheduled heating command is to start heating for a target duration when the electric vehicle is detected to be powered on.

[0083] Since users may not ride their electric vehicles at fixed times, setting a fixed time to start heating could result in the target component being heated but not ridden, thus wasting electricity. For example, users might ride between 9 and 10 AM on Monday, between 3 and 4 PM on Tuesday, or there might be no fixed riding time. Therefore, the scheduled heating command could also start heating the target component when the electric vehicle is detected as powered on. Alternatively, heating could begin for a target duration, such as 15 minutes, when the electric vehicle is detected as powered on.

[0084] Optionally, the target duration can be set according to the actual situation; no specific limit is set here.

[0085] By setting a scheduled heating command to activate heating when the electric vehicle is detected to be powered on, heating can be performed while the user is riding, thus reducing power consumption and addressing the issue of a poor riding experience.

[0086] Optionally, the scheduled heating command corresponds to a target time span; heating the target component according to the scheduled heating command includes:

[0087] Within the target time span, the target component is heated according to the scheduled heating instruction.

[0088] When setting up a scheduled heating command, you can set a target time span. For example, the target time span refers to a preset period in the future, such as the next 4 months, to achieve scheduled heating throughout the entire winter with a single setting.

[0089] For example, you can set up a system where heating can be scheduled to start at 8 a.m. every Monday to Friday for the next four months, thus enabling scheduled heating within that four-month period.

[0090] The target time span can be set according to the user's needs; no specific limit is set here.

[0091] For example, through the application (APP), you can also set the time period for scheduled heating to be turned on each year.

[0092] By setting a target time span, pre-heating can be scheduled within that time span with a single setup, eliminating the need for frequent settings by the user.

[0093] Optionally, the method also includes:

[0094] Upon receiving a cancellation instruction, stop the scheduled heating of the target component within the target time span.

[0095] Users can also cancel pre-set heating requests. Optionally, users can delete the pre-set heating request within the application to cancel it.

[0096] If a cancellation request is generated by the application, the cancellation request can be sent to the vehicle controller, which can then stop the scheduled heating of the target component within the target time span.

[0097] Optionally, users can also delete the scheduled heating command by pressing a button to cancel the scheduled heating command.

[0098] In addition, the scheduled heating command can be modified through the application or by pressing a button. For example, the heating start time and / or target temperature can be modified, allowing for flexible modification according to the user's needs without requiring the user to reset the scheduled heating command.

[0099] Optionally, the method also includes:

[0100] After the target component is heated, a heating icon is displayed on the instrument interface.

[0101] When the vehicle controller is heating the target component, it can be displayed on the instrument panel. For example, a heating icon can be displayed to clearly inform the user that the target component is being heated, avoiding accidental operation. When the user wishes to stop heating the target component, they can manually control it to stop heating.

[0102] In addition, when the target component is heated to the target temperature, the heating icon can be changed to indicate to the user that the target component has reached the target temperature.

[0103] By displaying a heating icon on the instrument panel, users can easily know the status of the target component and thus determine whether to continue heating or stop heating the target component.

[0104] Optionally, the method also includes:

[0105] When the end of the ride is detected, heating of the target component is stopped.

[0106] When the vehicle controller detects that the ride is over, it can stop heating the target component to reduce power consumption.

[0107] Optionally, the ride is considered complete when at least one of the following conditions is met: the vehicle stops rotating after a preset time, the electric vehicle's kickstand is in the lowered position, the user is detected leaving the electric vehicle, or the vehicle's power is turned off.

[0108] Optionally, a speed sensor can be used to detect whether the vehicle has stopped rotating; a kickstand sensor can be used to obtain the status of the kickstand; a pressure sensor located on the seat and / or a capacitive sensor located on the handlebars can be used to detect whether the user has left the vehicle; and the power supply to the electric vehicle can be detected to determine whether the power is turned off.

[0109] By stopping the heating at the end of the ride, you can save electricity and extend the electric vehicle's range.

[0110] Figure 3 is a schematic flowchart of a heating method for electric vehicle components provided in an embodiment of this application.

[0111] Optionally, the method also includes:

[0112] Step S301: Receive the first prompt information sent by the application via wireless communication; the first prompt information is used to indicate that the scheduled heating has not been turned on that day and the weather is rainy or snowy.

[0113] Step S302: Control the camera to capture images. If the captured images indicate rain or snow, then heat the target component.

[0114] For certain weather conditions, such as rain or snow, the target components can be heated to prevent the seat or handlebars from freezing and affecting the user's riding experience.

[0115] Optionally, the app can send an initial notification to the vehicle controller so that the vehicle can determine whether heating of the target component is necessary. Specifically, the app can obtain weather information, for example, by linking with weather-related apps. When the weather is confirmed to be rainy or snowy, it can also determine whether scheduled heating should be activated that day. If scheduled heating is not activated and the user has a riding need, it can send an initial notification to the vehicle controller.

[0116] When the vehicle controller receives the first prompt, it can take an image using the camera installed on the electric vehicle. By analyzing the captured image, it can determine whether it is rainy or snowy weather. If it is rainy or snowy weather, it can heat the target component.

[0117] In addition, when the app determines that the weather forecast indicates rain or snow and that scheduled heating is not activated that day, it can send a push notification to the user so that the user can decide whether to activate scheduled heating. Users can decide whether to activate scheduled heating based on whether it is raining or snowing and whether they have travel needs. If the user confirms that scheduled heating is activated, the app can send a scheduled heating command to the vehicle controller, which can then heat the target component according to the command.

[0118] By judging the rain and snow weather, the system can automatically activate the scheduled heating in rainy or snowy weather to achieve snow removal or quick drying. When using the electric vehicle, users can ride directly without wiping it, providing a good user experience.

[0119] Optionally, the method also includes:

[0120] The receiving application sends a second notification message via wireless communication; the second notification message indicates that the scheduled heating has not been activated on that day and that the user is menstruating.

[0121] Heat the target component according to the second prompt.

[0122] When the user of the electric vehicle is a female, menstrual care can also be provided, which means that if the user is menstruating and the scheduled heating is not activated, the scheduled heating can be activated.

[0123] Optionally, the app can record menstrual cycles or read user health data to determine if the user is menstruating. When a user is menstruating and the scheduled heating is not activated that day, the app can send a second notification to the vehicle controller.

[0124] When the vehicle controller receives the second prompt, it can heat the target component according to the second prompt.

[0125] By sending a second notification message through the application, users can schedule heating to provide care during menstruation and improve the user experience.
