[0034] Figure 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a communication interface according to an embodiment of this disclosure. This embodiment is applicable to applications supporting AI communication modes, specifically for displaying a communication interface. The method can be executed by a communication interface display device, which can be implemented in software and / or hardware. This device can be integrated into the application software and installed in electronic devices, such as mobile phones and computers.

[0035] As shown in Figure 1, the method for displaying the communication interface provided in this embodiment may include:

[0036] S110. In response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, the list item in the communication list component in the communication interface is switched to the communication card component.

[0037] In this embodiment, the first communication mode includes a communication mode that responds based on user input; the second communication mode includes a communication mode that responds based on an agent. The first communication mode can be considered as a communication mode where the user manually responds, and the second communication mode includes a communication mode where the agent automatically responds. The agent can be considered as an entity capable of understanding conversation content and supporting conversation assistance functions, such as generating conversation content for responses, with user authorization. The agent can be an entity such as a virtual assistant in software. The agent can be implemented based on AI technology, for example, based on existing neural network models with text understanding and text generation capabilities.

[0038] The communication interface may include a communication mode switching component. In response to the triggering of the switching component, switching between a first communication mode and a second communication mode can be performed. For example, Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the layout switching of the communication interface in a method for displaying a communication interface according to an embodiment of this disclosure. Referring to Figure 2, the switching component 210 may include, for example, a custom sliding component that supports switching between manual connection and managed modes, wherein manual connection can represent the first communication mode and managed mode can represent the second communication mode.

[0039] As shown in Figure 2(a), when switching to manual connection, the communication interface can display a communication list component 220, which can include list items 221. List items 221 can be empty, one, two, or more. As shown in Figure 2(a), the communication list component 220 can include four list items 221, and different list items 221 can correspond to different conversation objects. The avatar, nickname, and other identifiers of the conversation object, as well as at least a portion of the latest conversation content, can be displayed in the list items.

[0040] For example, in Figure 2(a), the four list items 221 have avatars consisting of circles with numbers 1-4, and nicknames ranging from "××1" to "××4". The latest conversation content in list items 2-3 is shorter and can be displayed entirely within list item 221; the latest conversation content in list items 1 and 4 is longer, and only a portion of the conversation content can be displayed in list item 221. Furthermore, an incomplete status indicator, such as "...", can be added to indicate the incomplete state of the conversation content.

[0041] As shown in Figure 2(b), when switching to managed mode, list item 221 in the communication interface can be switched to communication card component 230, meaning there is a corresponding relationship between list item 221 and communication card component 230. In some implementations, the interface deployment position of the communication card component 230 corresponding to list item 221 can be determined according to the order of list item 221 in the communication list component 220. For example, as shown in Figure 2(b), multiple rows of communication card components 230 can be deployed in the communication interface in managed mode, and three communication card components 230 can be deployed in each row; correspondingly, for list item 221 ordered 1-3 in the communication list component 220, the corresponding communication card component 230 can be deployed in the first row and first column of the first three columns respectively; for list item 221 ordered 4, the corresponding communication card component 230 can be deployed in the second row and first column. In addition, in some implementations, the deployment position of the communication card component 230 can be adjusted, for example, by adjusting the position according to the drag command input by the user, or by adjusting the position according to the priority of the communication card component 230.

[0042] In this embodiment of the present disclosure, in the first communication mode, a list item for which a conversation is to be conducted can be selected according to a first selection instruction input by the user; conversation content input by the user can be received; and conversation content can be sent according to a send operation input by the user, so as to realize a response based on user input. It can be considered that in the first communication mode, the user can communicate with the conversation object corresponding to the selected list item each time. In the second communication mode, the conversation content corresponding to the list item can be managed by an intelligent agent, which can generate and send conversation content to realize a response based on the intelligent agent. It can be considered that in the second communication mode, the intelligent agent can communicate with multiple conversation objects simultaneously.

[0043] S120. Display the first dimension information corresponding to the list item in the communication card component corresponding to the list item; wherein, the first dimension information includes the session content.

[0044] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the first dimension information corresponding to a list item may include the conversation content corresponding to that list item. The conversation content corresponding to a list item may include: conversation content sent by the conversation object corresponding to the list item, and conversation content sent by the local end. The conversation content sent by the local end may include: conversation content responding based on user input, and conversation content responding based on an intelligent agent.

[0045] Referring again to Figure 2, because the communication card component has more display space than list items, it can display more conversation content. The number of conversations displayed in the communication card component can be automatically adjusted according to the length of the conversation content, and multiple conversations can typically be displayed. By switching list items to communication card components and displaying conversation content within them, users can easily view the content of multiple managed conversations simultaneously in the second communication mode. This allows users to intervene promptly during the agent's response process, greatly improving the user experience.

[0046] In the technical solution of this disclosure embodiment, in response to switching from a first communication mode to a second communication mode, the list items in the communication list component within the communication interface are switched to communication card components. The first communication mode includes a communication mode based on user input for response; the second communication mode includes a communication mode based on intelligent agent response. First-dimensional information corresponding to the list item is displayed in the communication card component corresponding to the list item; the first-dimensional information includes conversation content. In this disclosure embodiment, in response to switching the communication mode from user response to intelligent agent-managed response, the list items in the communication list component can be switched to communication card components. The conversation content corresponding to each communication card component can be managed by the intelligent agent, and the conversation content can be displayed in the communication card component, thereby facilitating users to view multiple managed conversations simultaneously and improving user experience.

[0047] This embodiment can be combined with various optional solutions in the communication interface display method provided in the above embodiments. The communication interface display method provided in this embodiment allows the communication card component to provide flexible interactive capabilities, enabling interactive operations on the generated content after the agent generates the session content but before sending it, further enhancing the user experience.

[0048] In this embodiment of the disclosure, an interaction component is deployed in the communication card component; wherein, the interaction component is used to interact with first content in the session content; wherein, the first content includes content generated based on the agent but not sent; the method may further include: in response to a trigger related to the interaction component, performing a corresponding interaction operation on the first content.

[0049] The process of responding based on an intelligent agent may include: the intelligent agent generating conversation content for replying based on historical conversation content, and then delaying the sending of the generated conversation content. By delaying the sending of the conversation content, sufficient time can be given to the user to view and intervene, thereby improving the user experience. In this embodiment, the conversation content generated by the intelligent agent but not yet sent can be referred to as the first content. An interactive component for the first content may be deployed within the communication card component. In response to triggers related to the interactive component, an interactive operation corresponding to the interactive component can be performed on the first content.

[0050] For example, Figure 3 is an interactive schematic diagram of the interactive components in the communication card component of a communication interface display method provided in an embodiment of this disclosure.

[0051] Referring to Figure 3, the interactive component may include a sending component 310; in response to a trigger related to the interactive component, the corresponding interactive operation on the first content may include: in response to the end event of sending the countdown, triggering the sending component 310; in response to the triggering of the sending component 310, sending the first content.

[0052] The process of delaying the transmission of the first content may include: in response to the agent generating session content, starting a transmission countdown of a preset duration; and in response to the end event of the transmission countdown, triggering the transmission component 310 to transmit the first content. The preset duration can be set based on experimentation or experience, for example, it could be 30 seconds. As shown in Figure 3, in some implementations, the transmission countdown ("27" in Figure 3) can be displayed within the transmission component 310 so that the user can understand the remaining duration of the transmission countdown for the first content, thereby prompting the user to check the first content in a timely manner.

[0053] In addition, responding to a trigger related to the interactive component and performing a corresponding interactive operation on the first content may also include: receiving a first trigger from the sending component 310 through the communication interface; and sending the first content in response to the first trigger.

[0054] During the delayed sending of the first content, the communication interface can also receive the user's first trigger on the sending component 310, such as a click. Correspondingly, it can directly respond to the first trigger and send the first content. It can be assumed that if the user confirms the first content is correct, the first content can be sent with a single click without waiting for the sending countdown to end.

[0055] Referring to Figure 3, the interactive component may also include a pause component 320; in response to a trigger related to the interactive component, performing a corresponding interactive operation on the first content may include: receiving a second trigger from the pause component 320 through a communication interface; in response to the second trigger, pausing the sending countdown to pause the sending of the first content.

[0056] During the delayed transmission of the first content, the communication interface can also receive a second trigger from the user on the pause component 320, such as a click trigger. Correspondingly, the transmission countdown can be paused, for example, the transmission countdown displayed in the transmission component 310 can be paused. As shown in Figure 3, in some implementations, in response to the second trigger, the transmission countdown displayed in the transmission component 310 can be switched to a "paused" label, and the pause component 320 can be hidden. Furthermore, in response to the first trigger of the transmission component 310, the transmission of the first content can be initiated. By deploying the pause component 320, users can conveniently pause the transmission of the first content when they cannot view it in a timely manner.

[0057] Referring to Figure 3, the interactive component may also include an update component 330; in response to a trigger related to the interactive component, performing a corresponding interactive operation on the first content may include: receiving a third trigger from the update component 330 through a communication interface; and in response to the third trigger, updating the first content through an agent.

[0058] During the delayed transmission of the first content, the communication interface can also receive a third trigger from the user on the update component 330, such as a click trigger. Correspondingly, all interactive components of the first content can be disabled to avoid conflicts between the update operation and other operations. As shown in Figure 3, in some implementations, in response to the third trigger, the countdown timer displayed in the sending component 310 can be switched to a "paused" label, the pause component 320 can be hidden, and the sending component 310 and update component 330 can be grayed out to indicate a disabled state. Furthermore, the first content can play an update animation effect, such as covering the first content with a color-filled box with a marquee effect, as shown in Figure 3. After the first content update is completed, the sending component 310 and update component 330 in the communication card component can be ungrabbed to indicate resumption of use. Moreover, in response to the first trigger of the sending component 310, the first content can be sent. By deploying the update component 330, a complete update of the first content can be achieved even when there is a significant discrepancy between the user's view of the first content and the response.

[0059] Referring again to Figure 3, the first conversation box 340 for the first content and the second conversation box 350 for the second content can be displayed separately; the second content includes all content in the conversation except for the first content. As shown in Figure 3, the first conversation box 340 can be a dashed line conversation box, and the second conversation box 350 can be a solid line conversation box. Furthermore, the second conversation box 350 for the second content sent by the local end can include a read status indicator 360, which can include various display styles such as unread, read, and partially read status. As shown in Figure 3, the read status indicator 360 can include a circle with a checkmark (√), and the unread status indicator 360 can include a circle without a checkmark (√). The first conversation box may not include the status indicator 360, thus more clearly representing that the first content belongs to a conversation generated by the agent but not yet sent.

[0060] Based on this, the method of displaying the communication interface may also include: receiving editing operations through the first conversation box; and editing the first content according to the editing operations.

[0061] In this embodiment, the interactive component can be deployed outside the first conversation box (as shown in Figure 3) or inside the first conversation box. The first conversation box can switch to a basic input box state in response to receiving user input for editing, temporarily switching from agent-managed reply to manual reply for the first content. Editing operations can include, for example, adding text, deleting text, copying text, pasting text, changing text styles, and adding emoticons to adjust the first content. The basic input box can be displayed differently from the first and second conversation boxes; for example, a dotted-line conversation box can be switched to a solid-line conversation box, and the interactive component can be deployed inside the basic input box.

[0062] During the editing of the first content, the sending countdown can be paused, for example, the sending countdown displayed in sending component 310 can be paused. As shown in Figure 3, in some implementations, during the editing of the first content, the sending countdown displayed in sending component 310 can be switched to a "paused" label, and the pause component 320 can be hidden. Furthermore, in response to the first trigger of sending component 310, the first content can be sent. After the edited first content is sent, the communication card component can continue to be managed by the intelligent agent to reply.

[0063] The technical solution of this disclosure embodiment provides a communication card component that offers flexible interactive functions. This allows for interactive operations on the generated content after it has been generated by the intelligent agent but before it is sent. For example, the generated content can be sent with one click, paused, updated, and edited, further enhancing the user experience. The communication interface display method provided in this disclosure embodiment belongs to the same disclosed concept as the communication interface display method provided in the above embodiments. Technical details not described in detail in this embodiment can be found in the above embodiments, and the same technical features have the same beneficial effects in this embodiment and the above embodiments.

[0064] This embodiment can be combined with various optional solutions in the communication interface display method provided in the above embodiments. In the communication interface display method provided in this embodiment, the first dimension information may further include at least one of the following: session object identifier, session topic, session tag, session prompt, session priority, and session status.

[0065] The session object identifier corresponding to the list item may include identifiers such as the avatar and nickname of the session object corresponding to the list item.

[0066] The conversation topic corresponding to the list item may include a topic determined based on the conversation content corresponding to the list item.

[0067] The session tags corresponding to the list items can include tags determined based on information related to the session object. The dimensions of the information used to determine the tags can be pre-set according to the specific application scenario.

[0068] The conversation prompts corresponding to the list items can include preset situations with a probability greater than a preset probability, predicted based on the conversation content corresponding to the list item. The communication card components can be displayed differently based on the urgency of the conversation prompts. For example, for communication card components with high-urgency conversation prompts, a preset area of the communication card component can be filled in red; for communication card components with low-urgency conversation prompts, the preset area can be filled in orange; and for communication card components with no conversation prompts, the preset area can be filled in green, etc. The urgency level can be pre-configured according to the type of preset situation.

[0069] The session priority corresponding to a list item can be determined based on at least one of the session topic, session tag, and session prompt. In response to a session priority reaching a preset priority, the communication card component can be switched back to the first communication mode; alternatively, the communication card component can be transferred to a preset terminal for replying, to ensure the communication experience of the session participants.

[0070] The session status can include states such as "session content is being generated" and "session has been replied to". The session status can be determined according to preset session logic.

[0071] Referring again to Figure 3, in response to recognizing that a conversation object has sent conversation content, the agent can generate conversation content for reply. Furthermore, during the generation of conversation content, the interaction components 310-330 and the first conversation box 340 may not be displayed, but the conversation state component 370 may be displayed. As shown in Figure 3, during the generation of conversation content, the conversation state component 370 can display a spinning animation effect and a conversation state indicating "Conversation content is being generated".

[0072] Referring again to Figure 3, in response to the completion of sending the first content, the interactive components 310-330 and the first conversation box 340 may not be displayed, but the conversation state component 370 may be displayed again. As shown in Figure 3, after sending the first content, the conversation state component 370 can display the conversation state "The conversation has been replied to, waiting for the other party to input".

[0073] In addition, the session status may also include a "session ended" status. This can be determined by the absence of session information within a preset time interval; or by the session content itself. When the communication card component is in the "session ended" status, a countdown timer can be applied to close the communication card component.

[0074] For example, Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of a communication card component in a communication interface display method provided in an embodiment of this disclosure. Referring to Figure 4, the communication card component may display a first conversation box 410, a second conversation box 420, an interactive component 430, a conversation object identifier 440, a conversation topic 450, a conversation tag 460, a conversation prompt 470, and a conversation priority 480.

[0075] In Figure 4, the first conversation box 410 can display the first content, and the second conversation box 420 can display the second content. Referring to Figure 3, the interactive component 430 can include a send component, a pause component, and an update component. The conversation object identifier 440 can include the avatar of the conversation object. The number of conversation tags 460 can be multiple, but only three are shown as an example in Figure 4. The background area of the conversation prompt 470 can be displayed differently according to the urgency level. The conversation priority 480 (represented by R3 in Figure 4) can be marked on the conversation object identifier 440. In addition, other first-dimensional information can also be displayed on the communication card, which will not be exhaustively listed here.

[0076] In the technical solution of this disclosure embodiment, the communication card component can support rich information display, which can further enhance the user experience. The communication interface display method provided in this disclosure embodiment belongs to the same disclosure concept as the communication interface display method provided in the above embodiments. Technical details not described in detail in this embodiment can be referred to in the above embodiments, and the same technical features have the same beneficial effects in this embodiment and the above embodiments.

[0077] This embodiment can be combined with various optional solutions in the communication interface display methods provided in the above embodiments. The communication interface display method provided in this embodiment offers a detailed description of the communication interface.

[0078] In the communication interface display method provided in this embodiment, the communication list component is displayed in the first area of the communication interface; in response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, it may further include: extending the first area; wherein, the communication card component is displayed in the extended first area.

[0079] For example, Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of a communication interface in a method for displaying a communication interface provided in an embodiment of this disclosure. Referring to Figure 5, Figure 5(a) can represent the communication interface in a first communication mode, and Figure 5(b) can represent the communication interface in a second communication mode.

[0080] In Figure 5, a first area 510 can be deployed on the left side of the communication interface, and a switching component 511 can be deployed within the first area. The switching component 511 can be triggered to switch between a first communication mode (represented by manual wiring in Figure 5) and a second communication mode (represented by managed mode in Figure 5).

[0081] Referring to Figure 5(a), in the first communication mode, a communication list component 512 can be displayed in the first area 510, and the communication list component 512 can contain multiple list items. In response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, the first area 510 can be extended, as shown in Figure 5(b), by extending the first area 510 to the right to increase its area proportion in the communication interface. Each list item can be switched to a communication card component 513, and the communication card component 513 can be displayed in the extended first area 510. Figure 5(b) only shows two communication card components 513 as an example.

[0082] Extending the first area provides ample display space for the communication card component, facilitating the display of session content from multiple managed sessions for simultaneous viewing by users. Furthermore, it also allows for the display of other first-dimensional information besides session content, enhancing the user experience.

[0083] In some optional implementations, the communication interface may include a second area; wherein the second area displays a session window, and the session window displays session content corresponding to the first list item; wherein the first list item includes the selected list item; in response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, it may further include: determining a content summary based on the session content corresponding to the first list item; and displaying the content summary in the session window.

[0084] Referring to Figure 5, a second area 520 may be deployed in the middle of the communication interface. This second area 520 can display the session window 521 of the selected first list item in the communication list component 512. The session window 521 can display the session content. In response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, a content summary can be determined based on the session content corresponding to the first list item. Referring to Figure 5(b), the content summary 522 can be added to the session window 521 for display, for example, at the top of the session window 521.

[0085] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5(b), in response to switching from the first communication mode to the second communication mode, the basic input box of the session window 521 can be switched to the first session box. Interactive components, such as send, pause, and update components, can be deployed within the first session box. In response to the communication card component 513 in the first area 510 receiving a second selection instruction, the corresponding session window 521 can also be displayed in the second area 520.
