[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for placing an order to a store. In Patent Document 1, for example, in the process of a user moving from an out-of-home location to the user's home, the user can order food and the like provided by the store from the out-of-home location. The user can drop by the store and receive the food or the like that is the content of the order.

[0003] International Publication No. 2017 / 022018

[0004] In Patent Document 1, a user places an order for a product to a store based on the user's own initiative. Therefore, in Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that the user cannot order an appropriate product at a predetermined timing.

[0005] The present disclosure has been made to solve such problems, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide an order information generation system, an order information generation method and a program that enable a user to order an appropriate product at a predetermined timing.

[0006] The order information generation system according to the present disclosure is an order information generation system that generates order information including order content for pre-ordering a product to be provided at a store from a user to the store, comprising: an authentication unit that authenticates a user who has boarded a vehicle; a timing determination unit that determines whether an authentication timing at which the user is authenticated is a generation timing predetermined as a timing at which the order information should be generated; and an order information generation unit that generates the order information when the authentication timing is the generation timing.

[0007] The order information generation method relating to this disclosure is an order information generation method in which a computer generates order information including order details for a user to place an order with a store in advance for goods provided to the store, and comprises: an authentication process for authenticating a user who is in a vehicle; a timing determination process for determining whether the authentication timing at which the user is authenticated is a predetermined generation timing for generating the order information; and an order information generation process for generating the order information if the authentication timing is the generation timing.

[0008] The program relating to this disclosure is a program that generates order information including order details for a user to order products to be provided at a store in advance, and causes a computer to execute an authentication step for authenticating a user who is in a vehicle, a timing determination step for determining whether the authentication timing at which the user is authenticated is a predetermined generation timing for generating the order information, and an order information generation step for generating the order information if the authentication timing is the generation timing.

[0009] This disclosure provides an order information generation system, an order information generation method, and a program that enable users to order appropriate products at a predetermined time.

[0010] Figure 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system related to this disclosure. Figure 2 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the order information generation method by the order information generation system. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system related to this disclosure. Figure 4 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow until the order information is transmitted to the target store. Figure 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow after the order information has been transmitted to the target store. Figure 6 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system. Figure 7 is a diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the order information generation system.

[0011] (Embodiment 1) Hereinafter, an example of the configuration of the order information generation system 1 will be described with reference to Figure 1. Figure 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system 1 according to the present disclosure. The order information generation system 1 is typically one or more computer devices that operate by a processor executing a program stored in memory. In other words, the order information generation system 1 may be configured by one computer device or by two or more computer devices.

[0012] The Order Information Generation System 1 is a system that generates order information including order details for a user to place an order with a store for goods to be provided at the store. "Goods to be provided by the user" includes services. In other words, the Order Information Generation System 1 can generate order information including order details for services to be provided by the user. Furthermore, the "store" to which the order for goods is placed may be the same as the store where the user receives the goods. In other words, the "store" to which the order for goods is placed may refer to the store where the user directly receives the goods. Moreover, the store to which the order for goods is placed may be a different store located upstream in the distribution channel from the store where the user directly receives the goods, a different store that manages the store where the user receives the goods, or a storage warehouse that stores the goods.

[0013] The order information generation system 1 generates order information for a user riding in a vehicle to place an order with a store. "Vehicle" may refer to automobiles such as four-wheeled vehicles or two-wheeled vehicles, or to light vehicles such as bicycles. Also, "user riding in a vehicle" typically refers to the driver of the vehicle, but may refer to the driver or other passengers. In other words, "user" may be one person or multiple people.

[0014] The order information generation system 1 may or may not be installed in the vehicle in which the user is riding. That is, the order information generation system 1 may be an in-vehicle system, or it may be, for example, one or more server devices. If the order information generation system 1 is not installed in the vehicle, the vehicle and the order information generation system 1 are connected in a data communication manner. Data communication may be performed via an internet line or using short-range wireless communication technology. The type of communication protocol used for data communication is not limited.

[0015] The order information generation system 1 comprises an authentication unit 11, a timing determination unit 12, and an order information generation unit 13. The authentication unit 11, the timing determination unit 12, and the order information generation unit 13 are typically software or modules whose processing is performed by a processor executing a program stored in memory. These components of the order information generation system 1 may also be hardware such as circuits or chips. That is, the components of the order information generation system 1 may be configured by the same computer device, or each may be configured by different computer devices.

[0016] The components of the order information generation system 1 are connected to each other so that data can be communicated as needed. Data communication between components may be performed by wired connections or by wireless connections. Data communication may be performed within the same computer device, via an internet connection, or using short-range wireless communication technology. The type of communication protocol used for data communication is not limited.

[0017] The authentication unit 11 is configured to authenticate a user who has boarded a vehicle. In other words, the authentication unit 11 is configured to acquire identification information of a user who has boarded a vehicle. The authentication method used by the authentication unit 11 is, for example, biometric authentication. Biometric authentication is performed based on biometric information acquired from the user. The user's biometric information may be, for example, the user's facial information, palm print information, iris information, voiceprint information, vein information, a combination of these, or other biometric information. The authentication unit 11 acquires the necessary biometric information from various sensors (not shown). The authentication unit 11 may receive biometric information directly from the various sensors, or it may receive biometric information via other terminals or communication devices (not shown).

[0018] The authentication unit 11 verifies the acquired user's biometric information by referring to a user database (DB) (not shown) that stores, for example, the biometric information of one or more users. This allows the authentication unit 11 to authenticate the user whose biometric information it has acquired. The authentication unit 11 can then obtain the user's identification information.

[0019] Furthermore, the authentication unit 11 may authenticate the user via a user terminal (not shown) owned by the user. A user terminal is, for example, a smartphone, tablet, wearable device, smart key, or notebook PC (Personal Computer) owned by the user. The authentication unit 11 authenticates the user by performing data communication with the user terminal. The authentication unit 11 can perform data communication with the user terminal using, for example, short-range wireless communication technology such as Wi-Fi® or Bluetooth®.

[0020] Furthermore, the authentication unit 11 may perform user authentication using the user ID (Identification) and password assigned to the user. The authentication unit 11 may perform user authentication using one authentication method or using multiple authentication methods.

[0021] The authentication unit 11 typically performs user authentication when the user enters the vehicle, but the timing of authentication is not limited to this. The authentication unit 11 can perform user authentication at any time while the user is in the vehicle. For example, the authentication unit 11 can authenticate users entering the vehicle at regular time intervals. In other words, the authentication unit 11 can periodically authenticate users entering the vehicle.

[0022] The timing determination unit 12 determines whether the authentication timing at which the authentication unit 11 authenticates the user is a predetermined generation timing for generating order information. The authentication timing by the authentication unit 11 is typically the timing at which user authentication by the authentication unit 11 is successful and the authentication unit 11 is able to obtain the user's identification information. "Authentication timing" may refer to the time at which the authentication unit 11 obtained the user's identification information, or it may refer to the date at which the user's identification information was obtained. "Authentication timing" may refer to the day, or it may include the hour, or it may include the minute or second. "Generation timing" is a predetermined timing for generating order information. "Generation timing" may refer to a predetermined point in time. That is, "Generation timing" may refer to a predetermined time, or it may refer to a predetermined date. Also, "Generation timing" may refer to a predetermined time range. For example, "Generation timing" may be "from 9:00 to 10:00" or "from March 1st to March 3rd". There may be one "Generation timing" or multiple "Generation timings".

[0023] The timing determination unit 12 determines whether the authentication timing is the generation timing. Here, "the authentication timing is the generation timing" may mean that the authentication timing and the generation timing coincide, that the authentication timing is included in the generation timing, or that the authentication timing has passed the generation timing. For example, if the authentication timing is "8:30" and the generation timing is defined as "from 8:00 to 9:00", the timing determination unit 12 determines that the authentication timing is the generation timing.

[0024] The order information generation unit 13 generates order information, including the order details that the user will place with the store in advance, when the authentication timing coincides with the generation timing. In other words, the order information generation unit 13 generates order information when the timing determination unit 12 determines that the authentication timing coincides with the generation timing. The "order details" include at least the product information that the user intends to receive.

[0025] Next, the flow of the order information generation method by the order information generation system 1 will be explained. Figure 2 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow of the order information generation method by the order information generation system 1. First, the authentication unit 11 authenticates the user who has boarded the vehicle (S101). Next, the timing determination unit 12 determines whether the authentication timing at which the authentication unit 11 authenticated the user is the generation timing predetermined as the timing at which order information should be generated (S102). If NO is determined in step S102, the process ends. If YES is determined in step S102, the order information generation unit 13 generates order information if the authentication timing is the generation timing (S103).

[0026] Thus, in this embodiment, the order information generation system 1 can generate order information if the authentication timing at which it authenticates a user who has boarded a vehicle coincides with a predetermined generation timing for generating order information. As a result, the user can order products based on the generated order information. Therefore, the user can order appropriate products at a predetermined time.

[0027] (Embodiment 2) This second embodiment is a specific example of the first embodiment described above. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system 2 according to this disclosure. The order information generation system 2 includes a user authentication DB 21, an order information DB 22, a store DB 23, an authentication unit 24, a timing determination unit 25, a location information acquisition unit 26, an input unit 27, an output unit 28, a route information generation unit 29, an order information generation unit 30, a confirmation unit 31, an order information transmission unit 32, and a notification unit 33. The order information generation system 2 allows a user riding in a vehicle to pre-order the products they will receive. The user can then receive the products by going to the store where they will be provided.

[0028] The order information generation system 2 may be an in-vehicle system installed in the vehicle the user is riding in, or it may be, for example, one or more server devices. Furthermore, some of the functions of the order information generation system 2 may be performed by a user terminal owned by the user. That is, some of the components of the order information generation system 2 may be user terminals. If the order information generation system 2 is composed of multiple devices, these devices are connected to each other in a manner that enables data communication. Also, the components of the order information generation system 2 are connected to each other in a manner that enables data communication as needed. This data communication may be performed by wired connections or by wireless connections. Data communication may be performed within the same computer device, via an internet connection, or using short-range wireless communication technology. The type of communication protocol used in data communication is not limited. Hereafter, for the sake of clarity, explanations that overlap with Embodiment 1 will be omitted as appropriate.

[0029] The user authentication database 21 is composed of storage devices such as a hard disk and flash memory. The user authentication database 21 stores information necessary to authenticate a user riding in a vehicle, associating it with other information. Specifically, the user authentication database 21 stores identification information 211 and registered biometric information 212 as associated information. The user authentication database 21 stores authentication information for a user riding in one vehicle, but it may also store authentication information for users riding in multiple vehicles. In this case, the user authentication database 21 may also store vehicle identification information (not shown). The user authentication database 21 stores the information necessary for the order information generation system 2 to perform at least biometric authentication on the user.

[0030] Identification information 211 is the user's identification information. Identification information 211 is a driver-specific ID assigned to users registered in the user authentication DB 21. Identification information 211 may include the user's name. Registered biometric information 212 is the user's biometric information used during biometric authentication of the user. Registered biometric information 212 may be any of the user's facial information, palm print information, iris information, voiceprint information, vein information, a combination thereof, or other biometric information. Registered biometric information 212 is data acquired using a visible light camera, infrared sensor, microphone, etc. (none of which are shown). When a user registers information in the user authentication DB 21, they also register their biometric information. Registered biometric information 212 may be the biometric information itself, a feature quantity extracted from the biometric information, or both.

[0031] The order information DB 22, like the user authentication DB 21, is composed of storage devices such as hard disks and flash memory. The order information DB 22 stores the information necessary for the order information generation system 2 to generate order information, relating it to each other. Specifically, the order information DB 22 stores the identification information 221, generation timing 222, ordered product information 223, and order history 224, relating them to each other. The identification information 221 is the user's identification information. The identification information 221 is the same as the identification information 211 of the user authentication DB 21. The generation timing 222 is information about the generation timing at which the order information generation system 2 generates order information. The generation timing 222 is, for example, information registered in advance by the user. Multiple generation timings 222 may be registered for a single user. If multiple generation timings 222 are registered, there may be overlapping time periods among the generation timings 222. Also, the generation timings 222 may or may not be different for each user. In other words, the generation timing 222 may be the same for all users registered in the order information DB 22. In this case, the generation timing 222 does not need to be associated with the identification information 221. Also, the generation timing 222 may be registered not by the user, but by, for example, the administrator of the order information generation system 2.

[0032] Order product information 223 is information about products that a user can order at a predetermined generation timing 222. Order product information 223 includes information about services that a user can order. Order product information 223 may be information about a specific product name or information about a product category. Order product information 223 may include information about the number of products to be ordered, the service provision time, etc. If there are multiple generation timings 222, order product information 223 may differ for each generation timing 222, or it may be the same for all generation timings 222. Order product information 223, like generation timing 222, is information that has been registered in advance by the user, for example. Order product information 223 may be the same product information for all users, for example, registered by the administrator of the order information generation system 2.

[0033] Furthermore, the ordered product information 223 may also include information about the timing of the reservation when the user reserves a product. "Product reservation" means that the user places an order with a store in advance for the product they will receive, but does not go to the store to receive the product immediately after placing the order, but instead goes to the store at a pre-arranged date and time to receive the product. "Reservation timing" is the reserved date and time when the user will receive the product. "Information about reservation timing" is information used to confirm the reservation timing. "Information about reservation timing" may include information such as "9:00 the next day" or "5 hours from the current time".

[0034] The order history 224 is order history information for each user that has placed an order in the past, generated by the order information generation system 2. The order history 224 includes information about the ordered products 223 and the date and time the order was placed. The order history 224 may also include a generation timing 222 corresponding to the date and time the order was placed.

[0035] The store database 23, like the user authentication database 21 and the order information database 22, is composed of storage devices such as hard disks and flash memory. The store database 23 stores information about stores where users receive goods or where they place orders for those goods, linking them together. Specifically, the store database 23 stores identification information 231, location information 232, provided product information 233, and destination information 234, linking them together. Identification information 231 is the identification information of the target store. Identification information 231 is an ID assigned to each registered store. Identification information 231 may include the name of the store. Location information 232 is information about the location of the target store. Location information 232 is typically the coordinate information of the target store.

[0036] The offered product information 233 is information about the products offered by each store. In the case of a store that provides a specified service, the offered product information 233 may also be information about the service provided by that store. The offered product information 233 may be information about a specific product name, or information about the product category. In the case of information about a specific product name, the offered product information 233 may further include information about the category to which the product belongs. The offered product information 233 may also include information about the quantity of the product and the price of the product. In this case, the order information generation system 2 may periodically receive inventory information and price information of the products handled by the target store by communicating data with the target store. As a result, the offered product information 233 is updated with information that is appropriate for the store's situation. The destination information 234 is information about the destination to which order information is sent to the store as the place of order. The destination information 234 may be the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the store from which the user directly receives the product, or it may be the IP address of another store located upstream in the distribution channel from that store. Furthermore, the destination information 234 may be the IP address of another store that manages the store where the user directly receives the product, or it may be the IP address of the storage warehouse where the product is stored.

[0037] The authentication unit 24 is configured to authenticate users who are in a vehicle. In other words, the authentication unit 24 corresponds to the authentication unit 11 in the order information generation system 1. The authentication unit 24 performs user authentication when a user gets into a vehicle. In other words, the authentication unit 24 performs user authentication when a user drives the vehicle. Furthermore, the authentication unit 24 can authenticate users who get into a vehicle at regular time intervals, for example.

[0038] The authentication unit 24 performs at least biometric authentication on the user. That is, the authentication unit 24 performs user authentication based on biometric information obtained from the user. The authentication unit 24 obtains the user's biometric information from various sensors (not shown). Here, the sensors are, for example, a visible light camera, an infrared sensor, a microphone, etc. The sensors may or may not be installed in the vehicle. The sensors may be installed, for example, in a user terminal (not shown) owned by the user. In this case, the authentication unit 24 may perform biometric authentication by receiving the user's biometric information from the user terminal. The authentication unit 24 extracts feature quantities from the acquired biometric information. Then, the authentication unit 24 compares these feature quantities with the registered biometric information 212 stored in the user authentication DB 21 and calculates a comparison score between each registered biometric information 212. Then, users whose comparison score is above a predetermined threshold are authenticated as users who will ride in the vehicle. After that, the authentication unit 24 obtains user identification information 211 by extracting user identification information 211 associated with the registered biometric information 212.

[0039] The authentication unit 24 transmits the user's identification information 211 and the time at which the identification information 211 was acquired to the timing determination unit 25. The time at which the identification information 211 was acquired is referred to as the "authentication timing." If the authentication unit 24 performs user authentication for multiple users riding in the vehicle, the authentication unit 24 transmits the identification information 211 and authentication timing for each user to the timing determination unit 25. In addition, the authentication unit 24 can perform user authentication via a user terminal owned by the user, in addition to biometric authentication. In this case, the authentication timing may be the time at which the user's identification information 211 has been acquired for all predetermined authentication methods.

[0040] The timing determination unit 25 determines whether the authentication timing at which the authentication unit 24 authenticates the user is a predetermined generation timing that should be used to generate order information containing the order details for the user to order the products to be provided at the store. In other words, the timing determination unit 25 corresponds to the timing determination unit 12 in the order information generation system 1. The timing determination unit 25 receives the user's identification information 211 and the user's authentication timing from the authentication unit 24. The timing determination unit 25 refers to the generation timing 222 corresponding to the user from the identification information 221 stored in the order information DB 22 and compares it with the user's authentication timing. The timing determination unit 25 then determines whether the user's authentication timing is a generation timing 222. If multiple generation timings 222 are stored for the authenticated user's identification information 221, the timing determination unit 25 makes a determination for all generation timings 222. The timing determination unit 25 makes a determination for the authentication timing for user authentication performed by the authentication unit 24 when the user gets into the vehicle. Furthermore, if the authentication unit 24 performs user authentication at regular time intervals, the timing determination unit 25 may perform a determination for each authentication timing. The timing determination unit 25 transmits the user identification information 221, the authentication timing, and the generation timing 222 for the authentication timing to the order information generation unit 30.

[0041] Here, we will explain "order details" and "order information." "Order details" include information about the product the user wishes to receive. Specifically, "order details" are information about the product extracted from the product information 233. "Order details" include the product description and the quantity of the product. "Order information" is information that may include the order details, the user's identification information 221, the identification information 231 of the store where the user will receive the product, the vehicle's current location at the time of ordering, the estimated travel time to the store, and the estimated arrival time at the store. Furthermore, if the user makes a reservation for product delivery, "order information" may also include the reservation order details for the store where the user will receive the product. That is, when reserving a product, the "reservation order details" include information about the reserved date and time for receiving the product, in addition to the product description and quantity.

[0042] The location information acquisition unit 26 can acquire location information of the vehicle the user is riding in. Typically, the location information acquisition unit 26 acquires location information of the vehicle's current location. The location information acquisition unit 26 can determine the current location by, for example, communicating with GPS (Global Positioning System) satellites. Alternatively, the location information acquisition unit 26 may determine the vehicle's location using short-range wireless communication technology such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. For example, the location information acquisition unit 26 can acquire the vehicle's location information by communicating with access points or beacons placed in parking lots where the vehicle is parked or on roads where the vehicle is traveling.

[0043] The input unit 27 is configured to receive predetermined inputs from a user riding in the vehicle. The input unit 27 receives user input via input devices (not shown), such as a touch panel, microphone, keyboard, or mouse. The user can input arbitrary information to the order information generation system 2 by operating the input device. For example, the input unit 27 can receive order information from the user. Specifically, the input unit 27 can receive additions, modifications, or deletions of order information from the user. "Adding, modifying, or deleting order information" refers to actions such as adding or deleting items, modifying the number of items ordered, or changing the store where the user will receive the goods. The input unit 27 can also receive input about the vehicle's destination. "Vehicle destination" refers to the address or coordinate information of the facility the user is heading to. "Vehicle destination" may or may not be the address of the store where the user will receive the goods. There may also be multiple "vehicle destinations." In this case, one of the destinations may be called a "waypoint." Specifically, the user can input the store where they will receive the product as a transit point and other facilities as their destination via the input unit 27.

[0044] The output unit 28 is configured to output predetermined information to a user riding in a vehicle. The output unit 28 outputs information to the user by using an output device (not shown) such as a display or a speaker, for example. For example, the output unit 28 can display, via the display, the current position of the vehicle the user rides in on a map. The output unit 28 can display the current position of the vehicle based on the vehicle position information acquired by the position information acquisition unit 26 and map information stored in a map DB (not shown). Further, the output unit 28 can display route information to a destination point of the vehicle on the display. Here, the "route information" is information about a planned route along which the vehicle is to travel to the destination point of the vehicle. Furthermore, based on position information 232 stored in a store DB 23, the output unit 28 can display positions of stores existing around the current position of the vehicle on the display. In particular, based on the user's order history 224 stored in an order information DB 22, the output unit 28 can display the position of a store from which the user has previously received a product, and positions of other stores related to said store. Furthermore, the output unit 28 can display order information on the display.

[0045] The route information generation unit 29 can generate route information from a predetermined departure point to a predetermined destination point. The route information generation unit 29 can generate route information based on map information stored in a map DB. The "departure point" is the current position of the vehicle when the destination point is set. When a destination point is set at the timing when the user gets on the vehicle, the "departure point" is the parking position where the vehicle is parked at the timing when the user gets on the vehicle. Further, the route information generation unit 29 can calculate a scheduled travel time and a scheduled arrival time at the destination point when the vehicle travels from the departure point to the destination point based on the route information.

[0046] The destination point may be set by a user input via the input unit 27. For example, the user may set the destination point by inputting the address of a facility intended by the user via the input unit 27. Alternatively, the user may set the store as the destination point by inputting the address of the store from which the user receives provision of a product. Furthermore, the user may set a plurality of destination points by inputting a store from which the user receives provision of a product as a transit point, and inputting another intended facility as a destination point.

[0047] Alternatively, the destination point may be set by the order information generation unit 30 or the order information transmission unit 32. For example, the order information generation unit 30 may refer to the position information 232 stored in the store DB 23, and cause the route information generation unit 29 to calculate route information when the store is set as a destination point, the estimated travel time to the store, and the estimated arrival time at the store. Similarly, the order information transmission unit 32 may, at the timing when the order information is transmitted, cause calculation of route information, the estimated travel time to the store, and the estimated arrival time at the store with the store from which the user receives provision of the product set as the destination point. Here, if a destination point has already been set by the user, the order information generation unit 30 and the order information transmission unit 32 may set the store as a transit point.

[0048] The order information generation unit 30 generates order information when the timing determination unit 25 determines that the authentication timing by the authentication unit 24 is the generation timing 222. That is, the order information generation unit 30 corresponds to the order information generation unit 13 in the order information generation system 1. When the authentication timing is the generation timing 222, the order information generation unit 30 extracts ordered product information 223 from the store DB 23. Here, when ordered product information 223 corresponding to the user's identification information 221 is stored in the store DB 23, the order information generation unit 30 extracts, from the order information DB 22, the ordered product information 223 associated with the target generation timing 222 for the user's identification information 221. That is, the order information generation unit 30 can extract the ordered product information 223 based on the user's identification information 211 authenticated by the authentication unit 24 and generate order information.

[0049] The order information generation unit 30 may search the store database 23 for product information 233 that matches the ordered product information 223 in the order information database 22. Alternatively, if the ordered product information 223 in the order information database 22 is information about a product category, the order information generation unit 30 may extract multiple product information 233 belonging to that category. Furthermore, the order information generation unit 30 may extract product information related to the ordered product information 223 from the product information 233. Here, "related product information" refers to product information about other products belonging to the same category as the ordered product information 223, for example, if the ordered product information 223 is information about a specific product name. Also, "related product information" may refer to product information about different products determined based on the user's order history 224. In this case, the order information generation unit 30 may extract product information 233 for products in a different category than the ordered product information 223. The order information generation unit 30 may extract one product information 233 or multiple product information 233.

[0050] If the user has set a predetermined destination, the order information generation unit 30 can extract product information 233 based on the route information from the starting point to the destination, which is generated by the route information generation unit 29. For example, based on the location information 232 of the stores corresponding to the product information 233, suppose there are no stores near the planned route from the starting point to the destination that offer products matching the ordered product information 223. In such a case, the order information generation unit 30 may extract product information from the product information 233 that is offered by stores near the planned route and is related to the ordered product information 223. This allows the user to receive products along the way from the starting point to the destination.

[0051] The order information generation unit 30 may also extract the offered product information 233 by inputting the ordered product information 223 into a trained model (not shown) that outputs offered product information 233 that matches or is related to the product information when the ordered product information 223 is input. In this case, the trained model is generated by machine learning using the ordered product information 223 and the offered product information 233 as training data. The trained model is generated using a machine learning algorithm such as a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), for example.

[0052] The order information generation unit 30 extracts identification information 231 and location information 232 of the store that provides the product from the extracted product information 233, and determines the store where the user will receive the product. If there are multiple extracted product information 233 items and the target product is provided by multiple stores, the order information generation unit 30 can narrow down the options to stores located near the vehicle's current location based on the vehicle's current location and the store's location information 232 acquired by the location information acquisition unit 26. For example, the order information generation unit 30 can determine the store closest to the vehicle's current location as the store where the user will receive the product. Furthermore, if the user has set a predetermined destination, the order information generation unit 30 can determine the store where the user will receive the product based on the route information from the starting point to the destination. For example, the order information generation unit 30 can determine the store located near the planned route from the starting point to the destination as the store where the user will receive the product. This allows the user to receive the product while traveling from the starting point to the destination. The user may receive the product from one store or multiple stores.

[0053] The order information generation unit 30 generates order information based on the extracted product information 233 and the identification information 231 of the store where the user will receive the product. The order information includes order details, which are information about the contents and quantity of the product extracted from the product information 233. The order information generation unit 30 can obtain the vehicle's current location from the location information acquisition unit 26 and include this location information in the order information. The order information generation unit 30 can also include the estimated travel time from the vehicle's current location to the store providing the product and the estimated arrival time at the store in the order information, based on the information calculated by the route information generation unit 29. If multiple product information 233 is extracted or if the user has decided on multiple stores as the stores where they will receive the product, the order information generation unit 30 can generate multiple order information entries. The order information generation unit 30 can transmit the generated order information to the confirmation unit 31 and the order information transmission unit 32.

[0054] If the ordered product information 223 includes information about the timing of the product reservation, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information for reserving the product. That is, the order information generation unit 30 can include reservation order details in the order information. The reservation date and time for receiving the product in the reservation order details is calculated from the reservation timing information stored in the ordered product information 223. For example, if the information "9:00 the next day" is stored as reservation timing information related to the product, the order information generation unit 30 will use that date and time as the reservation date and time.

[0055] The confirmation unit 31 outputs the order information generated by the order information generation unit 30 to the user. The confirmation unit 31 then confirms with the user whether it is OK to send the order information and the products related to the order information to the store where the order was placed. The confirmation unit 31 may output the order information to the output unit 28, or it may send it to the user's terminal. The user can send confirmation to the confirmation unit 31 via the input unit 27 that it is OK to send the order information. Alternatively, the user may send confirmation to the confirmation unit 31 via the user terminal that it is OK to send the order information. The confirmation unit 31 may send the confirmation result from the user to the order information transmission unit 32.

[0056] After receiving confirmation from the confirmation unit 31, the user can add, modify, or delete order information using the input unit 27 or the user terminal. For example, if the order information generation unit 30 generates multiple order information entries, the user can delete order information for unnecessary entries. Also, if there are errors in the product details, quantity, or information about the store where the product will be delivered, the user can correct the necessary information. Furthermore, the user can add order information for products that the order information generation unit 30 has not extracted from the provided product information 233. The user can send confirmation to the confirmation unit 31 via the input unit 27 or the user terminal that it is OK to send the modified order information to the store where the order was placed.

[0057] The order information transmission unit 32 is configured to transmit the order information generated by the order information generation unit 30 to the store to which the order is being placed. The order information transmission unit 32 transmits the order information to the destination information 234 associated with the product related to the order information by referring to the store DB 23. When transmitting order information to multiple stores, the order information transmission unit 32 transmits the order information for the corresponding product to the multiple destination information 234 associated with each product related to the order information. The order information transmission unit 32 can transmit the order information to the store if the confirmation unit 31 has confirmed with the user whether to transmit the order information to the target store. In this case, the order information transmission unit 32 transmits the order information if it has received the order information from the order information generation unit 30 and confirmation from the confirmation unit 31. The order information transmission unit 32 may transmit the order information even if confirmation by the confirmation unit 31 has not been received.

[0058] The notification unit 33 is configured to provide the user with predetermined notifications. The notification unit 33 can notify the user that transmission by the order information transmission unit 32 has been completed. The notification unit 33 may notify the user via the output unit 28, or it may notify the user's user terminal. The notification unit 33 can also notify the user of the preparation status of the products related to the order information. The notification unit 33 can receive the preparation status of the products at the target store by communicating data with the store and transmit that preparation status to the user. Here, the notification unit 33 may receive the preparation status of the products from the store from which the user will receive the products, or it may receive the preparation status of the products from other stores that handle the products. The notification unit 33 may also notify the user of the preparation status of the products periodically, or it may notify the user at each stage of the product preparation process.

[0059] Next, the flow of the order information generation method by the order information generation system 2 will be explained. Figure 4 is a flowchart showing an example of the flow from order information to transmission to the target store. First, the user gets into a parked vehicle. Then, the user drives the vehicle. After that, the authentication unit 24 authenticates the user who got into the vehicle (S201). Here, the authentication unit 24 obtains the user's biometric information from a predetermined sensor. Then, the authentication unit 24 compares the biometric information with the registered biometric information 212 stored in the user authentication DB 21 and authenticates the user. After that, the authentication unit 24 obtains the user's identification information 211 (S202).

[0060] Next, the timing determination unit 25 determines whether the authentication timing at which the authentication unit 24 authenticated the user is the generation timing 222 at which order information is generated (S203). If NO is determined in step S203, the process returns to S201. If YES is determined in step S203, the order information generation unit 30 extracts the ordered product information 223 corresponding to the generation timing 222 from the order information DB 22 (S204). Then, the order information generation unit 30 extracts the provided product information 233 corresponding to the extracted ordered product information 223 from the store DB 23 (S205). Here, the order information generation unit 30 may extract the provided product information 233 that matches the ordered product information 223, or it may extract the provided product information 233 that is related to the ordered product information 223. Alternatively, the order information generation unit 30 may extract the provided product information 233 based on route information from the starting point to the destination point. The order information generation unit 30 generates order information from the extracted product information 233 (S206).

[0061] Subsequently, the confirmation unit 31 outputs the order information generated by the order information generation unit 30 to the user. The confirmation unit 31 then accepts additions, modifications, or deletions of order information from the input unit 27 or the user's terminal (S207). Subsequently, the confirmation unit 31 determines whether the user has confirmed that it is OK to send the order information and the products related to the order information to the store where the order was placed (S208). If the result in step S208 is NO, the process returns to S207. If the result in step S208 is YES, the order information transmission unit 32 transmits the order information to the target store (S209).

[0062] Next, we will explain the process after the order information has been sent to the target store. Figure 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the process after the order information has been sent to the target store. After the order information transmission unit 32 has transmitted the order information, the notification unit 33 notifies the user via the output unit 28 or to the user terminal owned by the user that the transmission by the order information transmission unit 32 has been completed (S210). Next, the route information generation unit 29 determines whether the destination point has already been set (S211). If it is determined to be YES in step S211, the route information generation unit 29 sets the store where the user will receive the goods as a waypoint (S212). If it is determined to be NO in step S211, the route information generation unit 29 sets the store as the destination point (S213). After that, the notification unit 33 checks whether it has received the status of goods preparation from the target store (S214). If it is determined to be NO in step S214, the notification unit 33 performs the same determination again. If the answer is YES in step S214, the notification unit 33 notifies the user terminal of the product's preparation status via the output unit 28 (S215).

[0063] In this way, the order information generation system 2 can concretely implement the order information generation system 1. Specifically, the order information generation system 2 can authenticate the user by acquiring the biometric information of the user who is in the vehicle and comparing it with the pre-registered registered biometric information 212. Then, when the user authentication timing is the predetermined generation timing 222 for generating order information, the order information generation system 2 can generate order information by extracting the provided product information 233 corresponding to the ordered product information 223. As a result, the user can order the appropriate product at the predetermined timing.

[0064] For example, when using services such as drive-ins, users place their orders after arriving at the store, which can result in a waiting time between ordering and receiving their goods. Furthermore, stores need to respond quickly to orders received after a user's arrival, potentially leading to inefficient store operations. However, with the order information generation system 2, users can place orders using order information generated at a predetermined time. Specifically, users can place appropriate orders based on order information generated at the moment they enter their vehicle. This allows users to order appropriate items before arriving at the store, thus reducing waiting times after arrival. Additionally, stores can receive order information before the user arrives, allowing the order information generation system 2 to improve the efficiency of their operations.

[0065] Furthermore, the order information generation system 2 can transmit the generated order information to the store where the order was placed. This allows the order information generation system 2 to improve user convenience. In addition, because the order information generation system 2 can quickly transmit order information to the target store, the target store can quickly understand the user's order details. Therefore, the order information generation system 2 can further reduce user waiting times and enable more efficient operations for the store.

[0066] Furthermore, the order information generation system 2 can confirm with the user whether it is acceptable to send the generated order information to the target store. The order information generation system 2 can also accept additions, modifications, or deletions of order information from the user. This allows the order information generation system 2 to send more accurate order information to the target store. Additionally, the order information generation system 2 can reflect the user's preferences at the time of authentication in the order information.

[0067] Furthermore, if the order information DB 22 contains ordered product information 223 corresponding to the user's identification information 221, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order details based on the user's identification information 221. This allows the order information generation system 2 to generate order information for appropriate products tailored to the user riding the train.

[0068] Furthermore, the order information generation system 2 can generate order information for reserving products. This allows the order information generation system 2 to improve user convenience. In addition, if the user receives products during their journey from the starting point to the destination, the order information generation system 2 can generate order information based on the route information from the starting point to the destination. This allows the order information generation system 2 to generate order information for products that can be provided at stores located near the planned route from the starting point to the destination. This enables the user to travel efficiently, thus improving user convenience.

[0069] Thus, the Order Information Generation System 2 is not merely an abstract idea or data processing, but a practical application for solving specific technical problems. In particular, the Order Information Generation System 2 solves real-world problems, such as reducing user waiting times at stores, by combining a physical device, a vehicle, with concrete steps such as user authentication, timing determination, and order information generation and transmission.

[0070] Furthermore, the order information generation system 2 does not simply make related technologies processable by computer, but performs technically advanced processing by generating optimal order information based on data stored in the user authentication DB 21, order information DB 22, and store DB 23. As a result, the order information generation system 2 realizes the provision of efficient and personalized services that exceed human capabilities. Therefore, the order information generation system 2 goes far beyond abstract ideas and provides concrete and technical improvements.

[0071] (Modification of Embodiment 2) This embodiment is a modification of Embodiment 2 described above. The order information generation system 2a in this embodiment generates order information based on calendar information obtained from the calendar information of the user riding in the vehicle. Figure 6 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the order information generation system 2a. The order information generation system 2a is newly equipped with a calendar information acquisition unit 34 compared to the order information generation system 2. Explanations that overlap with Embodiment 2 will be omitted as appropriate.

[0072] The calendar information acquisition unit 34 acquires the calendar information of the user riding in the vehicle. "Calendar information" is information about the user's planned activities. "Calendar information" includes, for example, information about the user's travel plans, destinations, and the user's planned activities at the destination. "Information about the user's travel plans" includes information about the planned departure time when the user leaves a predetermined departure point and information about the planned arrival time when the user arrives at a predetermined destination. "Information about the destination" includes location information and attribute information of the destination. "Attribute information of the destination" includes, for example, whether the destination is the user's home or workplace. "Information about the user's planned activities at the destination" includes the content and duration of planned activities to be performed at the destination without leaving the destination. If the destination is the user's workplace, the information about planned activities may include, for example, the content of planned activities such as meetings or business negotiations held at the workplace and their respective scheduled times.

[0073] The information about the user's planned activities included in the "calendar information" may include not only information about the user's most recent planned activities, but also information about subsequent planned activities on the same day, or information about planned activities on subsequent days. In other words, the "calendar information" is not limited to information about the user's most recent planned activities at the time the order information generation unit 30 generates the order information.

[0074] The calendar information acquisition unit 34 can acquire the user's calendar information by coordinating with a calendar information management system (not shown). The calendar information management system is a system that allows users to manage their calendar information by, for example, adding, editing, or deleting their own schedules. The calendar information management system may also be updated, for example, by the user communicating data with a predetermined server device via a user terminal owned by the user. The calendar information acquisition unit 34 may acquire calendar information periodically, or it may acquire it at the time when the order information generation unit 30 generates order information.

[0075] The route information generation unit 29 can generate route information based on the user's calendar information acquired by the calendar information acquisition unit 34. For example, the route information generation unit 29 can generate route information from the user's starting point to a destination point and route information from that destination point to another destination point based on instructions from the order information generation unit 30.

[0076] The order information generation unit 30 obtains the calendar information of the user riding in the vehicle from the calendar information acquisition unit 34. Based on the user's calendar information acquired by the calendar information acquisition unit 34, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information corresponding to the user's destination. For example, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information corresponding to the attribute information of the destination. For example, if the user's starting point is the user's home and the user's immediate destination is the user's workplace, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information that the product the user will receive is "coffee". In particular, the order information generation unit 30 may select a product and generate order information by considering the estimated time of arrival at the destination included in the calendar information and the estimated time of arrival at the destination calculated by the route information generation unit 29. Alternatively, the order information generation unit 30 may generate order information corresponding to a subsequent destination rather than the user's immediate destination. Based on the order information generated by the order information generation unit 30 in this way, the user can receive products corresponding to their destination during the journey from the starting point to the destination.

[0077] Furthermore, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information based on the user's planned activities at the destination. That is, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information based on information about the user's planned activities at the destination, which is included in the calendar information. For example, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information based on the user's planned activities at the nearest destination. For example, if a meeting is scheduled immediately after arriving at the workplace, which is the user's nearest destination, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information in which the product the user will receive is "coffee". Also, for example, if the user is traveling from their home, which is the starting point, to their workplace, which is the destination, and then plans to be out for a long time from their workplace, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information in which the product the user will receive includes a predetermined meal. In this way, the order information generation unit 30 can generate order information that includes products that take into account a long outing afterwards, during the process of traveling from home, which is the starting point, to their workplace, which is the destination.

[0078] In this way, the order information generation system 2a can acquire the calendar information of users riding in a vehicle. Then, the order information generation system 2a can generate the user's order information based on this calendar information. That is, the order information generation system 2a can generate order information that corresponds to the user's destination. As a result, the order information generation system 2a can provide the user with products that take into account the user's destination information as the user travels from the starting point to the destination. In this way, the order information generation system 2a can generate order information that meets the user's needs. Therefore, the order information generation system 2a can further improve user convenience.

[0079] Furthermore, the order information generation system 2a can generate order information based on the user's planned activities at their destination. This allows the system to generate order information that includes products that support the user's activities based on their planned activities. As a result, the user can proceed with their daily activities smoothly. Consequently, the order information generation system 2a can help users make more effective use of their time and improve their productivity.
