Description

Sheet Collective Package

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a sheet collective package.

[0002] In recent years, sheet packages obtained by film-wrapping sheets such as tissue paper, kitchen paper, and paper towels have become widespread in terms of convenience, compactness, and cost. Also for toilet paper, sheet packages obtained by film-wrapping sheet-type products are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] Sheet-type toilet paper has conventionally been widespread in limited fields such as nursing care and pet use, but it is becoming widely popular in general because it has advantages such as eliminating the trouble of cutting like roll-type sheets and preventing cut pieces from falling.

[0004] In addition, sheet packages are distributed as collective packages in which a plurality of individual packages are film-wrapped (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

[0005] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-177364, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2024-107382

[0006] However, collective packages require securing storage space when unused, and it takes time and effort to take out individual packages from the collective package.

[0007] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a sheet collective package that allows sheets to be used in a state where the sheet packages are accommodated as the collective package as it is.

[0008] A sheet collective package according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet collective package in which an aggregate formed by stacking a plurality of sheet packages is accommodated in a collective packaging bag, wherein the sheet package includes a sheet laminate in which a plurality of sheets are stacked, an individual packaging bag that accommodates the sheet laminate, and an opening formed in the individual packaging bag, and an outlet for taking out the sheet from the opening of the sheet package is formed in the collective packaging bag.

[0009] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a sheet collective package that allows sheets to be used in a state where the sheet packages are accommodated as the collective package as it is.

This figure shows an example of a through hole in the sheet assembly package. This figure shows a first modified example of the through hole in the sheet assembly package. This figure shows a second modified example of the through hole in the sheet assembly package. This figure shows the usage state of the sheet assembly package according to the first embodiment. This figure shows a sheet assembly package according to the second embodiment. This figure shows a sheet assembly package according to the third embodiment. This figure shows a sheet assembly package according to the fourth embodiment.

[0011] The embodiments of this disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, common parts may be denoted by the same or corresponding reference numerals, and their descriptions may be omitted. Also, for ease of understanding, the scale of each component in the drawings may differ from that of the actual components.

[0012] In this specification, a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system with three axes (X, Y, and Z directions) is used, where the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) of the sheet packaging or sheet laminate is the X direction, the transverse direction (front-back direction) is the Y direction, and the height direction (up-down direction) is the Z direction.

[0013] Furthermore, in this specification, deviations in each direction are permitted to the extent that they do not impair the function and effect of the embodiment. Note that "orthogonal" may include "approximately orthogonal".

[0014] <First Embodiment> Figure 1 shows a sheet assembly packaging of the first embodiment. Figure 2 shows sheet packaging contained in the sheet assembly packaging.

[0015] The sheet assembly packaging 1 of the first embodiment is one in which the assembly AG is housed in an assembly packaging bag 20.

[0016] The assembly AG is made up of multiple sheet packaging bodies 10 stacked on top of each other. In the assembly AG of this disclosure, the height direction (Z direction) of the sheet packaging bodies 10 is the same as the height direction (Z direction) of the sheet assembly packaging body 1, and five sheet packaging bodies 10A to 10E are stacked vertically such that the top surface 11A of one sheet packaging body 10 faces the bottom surface 11B of the other sheet packaging body 10.

[0017] As shown in Figure 2, the sheet packaging body 10 has a sheet laminate SL formed by stacking multiple sheets S, an individual packaging bag 11 in which the sheet laminate SL is contained, and an opening 12 formed in the individual packaging bag 11.

[0018] The material of the sheet S is not particularly limited and may be, for example, paper, nonwoven fabric, or cloth, and preferably tissue paper. When the sheet is tissue paper, the pulp composition may be any known composition for tissue paper. The pulp content can be, for example, 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.

[0019] Furthermore, the basis weight of sheet S is not particularly limited, but depending on the number of plies, it is 5 g / m² in the case of paper. 2 80g / m or more 2 For nonwoven fabrics, the following is 20 g / m². 2 More than 100g / m 2 The following are preferred. The basis weight will be measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124 (2011).

[0020] Furthermore, the thickness of the sheet S is not particularly limited, and the paper thickness measured under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998) can be used. For example, if the sheet is tissue paper, the paper thickness of the tissue paper can be 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less per ply (or 2 plies in the case of 2 plies), and preferably 60 μm or more and 330 μm or less.

[0021] The sheet S may be embossed. Such embossing can be carried out by known embossing methods. The embossing method is not particularly limited and examples include the steel rubber method and the steel match method. Among these, the steel match method is preferred.

[0022] The form of sheet S is not particularly limited and can be applied to sanitary tissues such as toilet paper, tissue paper, kitchen paper, and paper towels. Sanitary tissues also include those containing moisturizing ingredients (e.g., lotion tissues). Furthermore, the use of sheet S is not particularly limited and can be applied to industrial, household, or portable uses. Among these, it is particularly suitable for use as household toilet paper.

[0023] The number of plies in sheet S can be one or more, preferably one ply or two plies (two layers). The shape of sheet S is not particularly limited, but for example, it is preferable that the shape of a one-ply or two-ply sheet when folded is rectangular in plan view.

[0024] The dimensions of sheet S are, for example, 120 to 260 mm in length and 80 to 280 mm in width in the case of toilet paper. Furthermore, the number of plies is preferably one or more, and more preferably two.

[0025] The sheet laminate SL is made up of multiple sheets (or sets of sheets) stacked together. The shape of the sheet laminate SL is not particularly limited and can be, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube. The sheet laminate SL is made up of multiple sheets S stacked together so that the sheets S can be pulled out one by one (or one set at a time) through the opening 12.

[0026] Furthermore, from the viewpoint of pulling out one sheet S at a time or in sets of sheets S, it is preferable that the sheet laminate SL is constructed in a manner in which each sheet S is folded and stacked alternately (a so-called pop-up type sheet laminate SL). In addition, the form of the sheet laminate SL is not limited to one that can be pulled out in a pop-up manner; it may also be simply a laminate of multiple sheets (or multiple sets) S, or a laminate in which each sheet S is folded.

[0027] Furthermore, the dimensions of the sheet laminate SL can be such that the length in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet packaging 10 is 100 mm or more and 250 mm or less, the length in the short direction or depth direction (Y direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet packaging 10 is 80 mm or more and 130 mm or less, and the thickness in the height direction or thickness direction (Z direction) is 30 mm or more and 100 mm or less.

[0028] The individual packaging bag 11 contains the sheet laminate 10. With the sheet laminate 10 contained, the individual packaging bag 11 has a top surface 11A, a bottom surface 11B, sides 11C, sides 11D, sides 11E, and sides 11F. In the individual packaging bag 11, the top surface 11A and the bottom surface 11B face each other in the vertical direction (Z direction), sides 11C and sides 11D face each other in the front-to-back direction (Y direction), and sides 11E and sides 11F face each other in the left-to-right direction (X direction). Sides 11E and 11F are continuous with any of the top surface 11A, bottom surface 11B, sides 11C, and sides 11D.

[0029] An opening 12 is formed in the individual packaging bag 11. The position of the opening 12 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the opening 12 be located on the top surface 11A of the individual packaging bag 11 so that the sheet S can be pulled upwards. The shape of the opening 12 is not particularly limited and can be made up of, for example, a series of cuts or an elongated hole. The shape of the opening 12 is not particularly limited and can be a straight line, a wavy line, a rectangle, an ellipse, a dumbbell shape, etc. The opening 12 may also be made by tearing a perforation (intermittent cuts).

[0030] The material of the individual packaging bag 11 is not particularly limited and may be, for example, made of resin or paper, but preferably made of resin film. The material of the individual packaging bag 11 may be the same as the material of the collective packaging bag 20.

[0031] The resin used in the resin film constituting the individual packaging bag 11 is not particularly limited, and for example, resins such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and polyamide (PA) can be used.

[0032] Among these, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc., are preferred as the resin film constituting the individual packaging bag 11, due to their flexibility, ease of handling, high sealing performance when heat-sealed, and low cost.

[0033] Furthermore, polyethylene is preferred because it is odorless, has excellent water and chemical resistance, and can be mass-produced at low cost. High-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, etc., can be used as the polyethylene. Polypropylene is also preferred from the viewpoint of being robust, easy to mold, having good color development when printed, and being able to provide gloss.

[0034] The form of the resin film forming the individual packaging bag 11 is not particularly limited, and may be a single-layer film formed by forming the above-mentioned resin in a single layer, a laminate film formed by laminating the above-mentioned resin, or a mixed film formed by forming a mixture of two or more of the above-mentioned resins.

[0035] The thickness of the resin film forming the individual packaging bag 11 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less, more preferably 25 μm or more and 70 μm or less. By making the resin film thickness 20 μm or more, sufficient strength can be ensured for the individual packaging bag 11 that contains the sheet 10A. Furthermore, by making the resin film thickness 100 μm or less, flexibility and lightness of the individual packaging bag 11 can be ensured, and costs can be reduced.

[0036] Furthermore, biodegradable materials or biomass materials may be used for the material of the individual packaging bag 11.

[0037] Furthermore, the packaging method of the individual packaging bags 11 is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, for example, packaging in which both ends of a tubular resin film are folded and sealed (caramel packaging), packaging in which both ends or one end of a gusset-folded tubular resin film are sealed (pillow packaging), packaging in which a heat-shrinkable resin film is heated and adhered to the packaged object (shrink packaging), or packaging that combines these can be used. Among these, caramel packaging is preferred because it allows for easy control of compaction with respect to the sheet laminate 10.

[0038] The collective packaging bag 20 has a top surface 20A, a bottom surface 20B, a side surface 20C, a side surface 20D, a side surface 20E, and a side surface 20F in a state where the aggregate AG is accommodated therein. In the collective packaging bag 20, the top surface 20A and the bottom surface 20B oppose each other in the up-down direction (Z direction), the side surface 20C and the side surface 20D oppose each other in the front-rear direction (Y direction), and the side surface 20E and the side surface 20F oppose each other in the left-right direction (X direction). The side surface 20E and the side surface 20F are continuous with any of the top surface 20A, the bottom surface 20B, the side surface 20C, and the side surface 20D (see FIG. 1).

[0039] A handle 21 may be provided on the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20. In the present disclosure, a lower end 21B of the handle 21 is connected to an upper portion 22A of a main body 22 of the collective packaging bag 20 that accommodates the aggregate AG.

[0040] The handle 21 is provided with a finger-hanging hole 21A for hanging a finger. The handle 21 may be formed integrally with the collective packaging bag 20, or may be formed as a separate member from the collective packaging bag 20. The handle 21 can be changed from a state of lying flat on the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20 to an upright state when a user grasps the handle 21 (see FIG. 1).

[0041] The material of the collective packaging bag 20 is not particularly limited, and for example, it is made of resin or paper, and is preferably made of a resin film.

[0042] The resin used for the resin film constituting the collective packaging bag 20 is not particularly limited, and for example, resins such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and polyamide (PA) can be used.

[0043] Among these, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and the like are preferable for the resin film constituting the collective packaging bag 20, in view of being flexible, excellent in handleability, high sealing performance when heat-sealed, and low in cost.

[0044] Polyethylene is preferred because it is odorless, excellent in water resistance and chemical resistance, can be mass-produced at low cost. As the polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene or the like can be used. Polypropylene is preferred from the viewpoints of being robust, easy to mold, good color development during printing, and capable of imparting gloss, among other advantages.

[0045] Note that a biodegradable material or a biomass material may be used as the material of the collective packaging bag 20.

[0046] The form of the resin film forming the collective packaging bag 20 is not particularly limited, and may be a single-layer film formed of a single layer of the above-mentioned resin, a laminated film obtained by laminating the above-mentioned resins, or a mixed film formed of a mixture of two or more of the above-mentioned resins.

[0047] The thickness of the resin film forming the collective packaging bag 20 is not particularly limited, and is preferably 20 µm or more and 100 µm or less, more preferably 25 µm or more and 70 µm or less. By setting the thickness of the resin film to 20 µm or more, sufficient strength can be ensured for the collective packaging bag 20 that accommodates the aggregate AG of the sheet packaging bodies 10. Further, by setting the thickness of the resin film to 100 µm or less, the flexibility and light weight of the collective packaging bag 20 can be ensured, and the cost can be suppressed.

[0048] Further, the packaging mode of the collective packaging bag 20 is not particularly limited. For example, packaging in which both ends or either end of a gusset-folded cylindrical resin film is sealed (gusset packaging or pillow packaging), packaging in which both ends or either end of a cylindrical resin film is folded and bonded or sealed (caramel packaging), packaging in which a heat-shrinkable resin film is heated to adhere closely to an object to be packaged (shrink packaging), or a combination of these packaging modes can be employed. Among these, gusset packaging is preferred because the handle 21 can be formed integrally with the collective packaging bag 20.

[0049] The collective sheet packaging body 20 is formed with an outlet 30 for taking out the sheet S from the opening 12 of the sheet packaging body 10.

[0050] The position of the dispensing opening 30 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the dispensing opening 30 of the sheet bundle packaging 1 is formed to correspond to the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10. Furthermore, it is preferable that the dispensing opening 30 is provided on the top surface 20A of the bundle packaging bag 20 so that the sheets S can be pulled out upwards.

[0051] The sheet assembly packaging 1 may have multiple dispensing openings 30. In this case, one dispensing opening may be provided on the top surface 20A of the assembly packaging bag 20, while other dispensing openings may be provided on the side surface 20C of the assembly packaging bag 20. With this configuration, the dispensing openings can be widened from the top surface 20A of the assembly packaging bag 20 toward the side surface 20C. Furthermore, it is preferable that the multiple dispensing openings are formed to correspond to each individual package of the assembly AG contained in the assembly packaging bag 20.

[0052] The shape of the outlet 30 is not particularly limited and can be made up of, for example, a series of cuts or an elongated hole. The shape of the outlet 30 is not particularly limited and can be a straight line, a wavy line, a rectangle, a circle, a semicircle, an ellipse, a dumbbell shape, etc. The outlet 30 may also be made by tearing perforations (intermittent cuts).

[0053] In the first embodiment, the dispensing opening 30 is made up of a curved slit that is convex toward the side surface 20C of the collective packaging bag 20. In this disclosure, the convex curved slit is made up of an arc-shaped slit, and when this arc-shaped slit opens, a semicircular dispensing opening 30 is formed. Furthermore, in this disclosure, by opening the dispensing opening 30 toward the side surface 20C, an opening OP is formed that extends from the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20 toward the side surface 20C (see Figure 10).

[0054] In the first embodiment, an opening 30 for removing the sheet S from the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10 is formed in the collective packaging bag 20, so that the sheet S can be removed while the sheet packaging 10 is still contained within the collective packaging 1 (see Figure 10). Therefore, there is no need to remove the sheet packaging 10 from the collective packaging 1 when using the sheet S. Also, there is no need to secure a storage place for the collective packaging 1 when the sheet S is not in use.

[0055] In the first embodiment, since the dispensing opening 30 of the sheet assembly packaging 1 is provided corresponding to the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10, the sheets S can be easily removed even when the sheet packaging 10 is still contained within the assembly packaging 1.

[0056] In the first embodiment, the sheets S can be removed sequentially from the top layer of individual packaging (sheet packaging 10A) of the aggregate packaging bag 20, as they are formed on the top surface 20A of the aggregate AG.

[0057] Furthermore, since the dispensing opening 30 formed on the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20 is made up of a curved slit that is convex toward the side surface 20C of the collective packaging bag 20, the dispensing opening 30 can be easily expanded from the top surface 20A toward the bottom surface 20B of the collective packaging bag 20. As a result, sheets S can be removed from the top individual package of the collective body AG down to the bottom individual package (sheet packaging body 10E).

[0058] Furthermore, in the first modified example of the outlet in the first embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the length of the slit constituting the outlet 31 is longer than the length of the slit constituting the outlet 30 in the first embodiment shown in Figure 1. Also, the radius of the arc constituting the slit of the outlet 31 is greater than the radius of the arc constituting the slit of the outlet 30 in the first embodiment. In the first modified example of the outlet in the first embodiment, the width dimension of the outlet 31 is increased, making it easy to expand the outlet 31.

[0059] Furthermore, in the second modification of the dispensing opening in the first embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, the dispensing opening 32 is formed by a curved slit that protrudes toward the handle 21 on the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20. In this disclosure, the direction of the protrusion of the curved slit constituting the dispensing opening 32 is opposite to the direction of the protrusion of the curved slit constituting the dispensing opening 31 in the second modification shown in Figure 3. In the second modification of the dispensing opening in the first embodiment, a part of the top surface 20A of the collective packaging bag 20 becomes easier to grasp, making it easy to expand the dispensing opening 32.

[0060] Furthermore, in the third modification of the outlet in the first embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, the outlet 33 is formed by a wavy slit. In this disclosure, the wavy slit is formed by a sine curve. When such a wavy slit opens, a wavy outlet 32 is formed. In the third modification of the outlet in the first embodiment, the sheet S is more easily held in the wavy outlet 32, making it less likely for the sheet S to fall in.

[0061] Furthermore, in the fourth modified example of the outlet in the first embodiment, as shown in Figure 6, the wavelength of the wavy lines of the slits constituting the outlet 34 is longer than the wavelength of the wavy lines of the slits constituting the outlet 33 in the third modified example of the first embodiment shown in Figure 5. In the fourth modified example of the outlet in the first embodiment, the slits of the outlet 34 are composed of wavy lines with a relatively long wavelength, which makes it easier to hold the sheet S in the wavy-shaped outlet 34 while also making it easy to open the outlet 31.

[0062] In this disclosure, as shown in Figures 1 to 7, a through hole 40 is formed in the handle 21 for suspending the sheet bundle packaging 1. The through hole 40 provided in the bundle packaging 1 can be used to suspend the bundle packaging 1 by, for example, attaching it to an existing holder.

[0063] The holder is, for example, a toilet roll holder. The toilet roll holder has an arm that rotatably holds a roll of toilet paper. The shape of the holder's arm is not particularly limited and can be, for example, a U-shape formed from a single rod-shaped member as shown in Figure 10. Also, if the holder has a back plate, a pair of side plates, and a top plate, the holder's arm may be composed of a pair of arms.

[0064] The shape of the through-hole 40 is not particularly limited and can be a straight line, cross shape, triangle, square, polygon with pentagons or more, circle, semicircle, ellipse, etc. The through-hole 40 may also be formed by breaking perforations (intermittent cuts).

[0065] In this disclosure, as shown in Figures 1 to 7, the through-hole 40 is formed by a cross-shaped slit (through-holes 41, 42). The through-hole 40 formed by the cross-shaped slit constitutes a substantially rectangular opening. By forming the through-hole 40 with a cross-shaped slit, a mounting part such as a holder can be fitted into the through-hole 40, thereby enabling the stable suspension of the sheet assembly packaging 1.

[0066] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 8, in the first modified example of the through hole, the through hole 40 may be formed as an arc-shaped slit (through holes 43, 44). By configuring the through hole 40 as an arc-shaped slit, it is possible to prevent the generation of torn pieces when the through hole 40 is formed in the handle 21. Moreover, as shown in Figure 9, in the second modified example of the through hole, the through hole 40 may be formed as a circular opening (through holes 45, 46).

[0067] The number of through holes 40 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that there be two through holes. In the examples of through holes shown in Figures 1 and 7, the through holes 40 consist of two through holes (through holes 41 and 42). In the first modified example of the through holes shown in Figure 8, the through holes 40 consist of two through holes (through holes 43 and 44). Furthermore, in the second modified example of the through holes shown in Figure 9, the through holes 40 consist of two through holes (through holes 45 and 46).

[0068] As shown in Figure 1, when the through hole 40 is composed of two through holes (through holes 41 and 42), the distance P between the two through holes is preferably 80 cm or more and 150 mm or less, more preferably 90 cm or more and 140 mm or less, and even more preferably 100 cm or more and 130 mm or less.

[0069] The dimensions of the through-hole are not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the diameter of the through-hole be 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less, more preferably 2 mm or more and 25 mm or less, and even more preferably 3 mm or more and 20 mm or less.

[0070] In the first embodiment, a through hole 40 for suspending the sheet assembly packaging 1 is formed in the handle 21 of the sheet assembly packaging 1, so that the sheet assembly packaging 1 can be attached to the arm HA of a holder H that has been installed in advance (see Figure 10). Therefore, the sheets S can be used in the location where the sheets S are used, with the sheet assembly packaging 10 contained within the assembly packaging 1.

[0071] In the first embodiment, the presence of two through-holes 40 for suspending the sheet assembly packaging 1 allows it to be attached to a holder regardless of the shape of the holder that is pre-installed (for example, one arm HA, a pair of arms).

[0072] In the first embodiment, the distance P between the two through holes (through holes 41 and 42) for suspending the sheet bundle packaging 1 is 80 cm or more and 150 mm or less, so that the sheet bundle packaging 1 can be attached to the holder regardless of the dimensions of the holder that has been installed in advance.

[0073] In the first embodiment, the diameter of the through hole 40 for suspending the sheet bundle packaging 1 is 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less, so that the sheet bundle packaging 1 can be attached to the holder regardless of the dimensions of the mounting portion of the holder that has been installed in advance.

[0074] <Second Embodiment> Figure 11 shows a sheet assembly packaging according to the second embodiment. In the second embodiment shown in Figure 11, parts common to the first embodiment shown in Figure 1 are denoted by the same or corresponding reference numerals and their descriptions are omitted.

[0075] In the sheet bundle packaging 2 of the second embodiment, the dispensing opening 50 is formed by a linear slit extending from the top surface 20A to the side surface 20C of the bundle packaging bag 20. In this disclosure, the linear slit is made up of perforations, and the linear dispensing opening 50 is formed by tearing the perforations.

[0076] In the second embodiment, the dispensing opening 50 of the sheet aggregate packaging 2 is formed by a straight slit extending from the top surface 20A to the side surface 20C of the aggregate packaging bag 20, so that sheets can be removed from the top individual packaging (sheet packaging 10A) to the bottom individual packaging (sheet packaging 10E) of the aggregate AG.

[0077] <Third Embodiment> Figure 12 shows a sheet assembly packaging according to the third embodiment. In the third embodiment shown in Figure 12, parts common to the first embodiment shown in Figure 1 and the second embodiment shown in Figure 11 are denoted by the same or corresponding reference numerals and their descriptions are omitted.

[0078] In the sheet assembly packaging 3 of the third embodiment, a linear slit 60 is formed by a plurality of partial slits 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65. The partial slits 61 to 65 are arranged to correspond to the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10. In this disclosure, each partial slit 61 to 65 is made up of perforations, and by tearing along the perforations, an outlet 60 (outlet 61 to 65) is formed corresponding to the opening 12 of each sheet packaging 10.

[0079] In the sheet assembly packaging 3 of the third embodiment, by arranging each of the partial slits 61 to 65 to correspond to the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10, each individual package of the contained assembly AG can be removed from the outlet 60 (outlets 61 to 65) provided in the assembly packaging.

[0080] Furthermore, in the sheet assembly packaging 3 of the third embodiment, the positions of the partial slits 61 to 65 are preferably located 12 mm to 18 mm away upward from the top surface 12 of the sheet packaging 10, more preferably 13 mm to 17 mm away, and even more preferably 14 mm to 16 mm away. When the positions of the partial slits 61 to 65 are within this range, the sheets S are more easily held between the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10 and the dispensing opening 60 of the sheet assembly packaging 1, making it less likely for the sheets S to fall out.

[0081] Furthermore, the length of the partial slits 61 to 65 is preferably 35 mm or more and 55 mm or less, more preferably 38 mm or more and 52 mm or more, and even more preferably 40 mm or more and 50 mm or less. When the length of the partial slits 61 to 65 is within this range, the sheet S can be easily pulled out even when it is held between the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10 and the dispensing opening 60 of the sheet assembly packaging 1.

[0082] <Fourth Embodiment> Figure 13 shows a sheet assembly packaging according to the fourth embodiment. In the fourth embodiment shown in Figure 13, parts common to the first embodiment shown in Figure 1, the second embodiment shown in Figure 11, and the third embodiment shown in Figure 12 are denoted by the same or corresponding reference numerals and their descriptions are omitted.

[0083] In the sheet assembly packaging 3 of the fourth embodiment, the partial slits 71, 72, 73, 74, and 75 are formed in a T-shape. The T-shaped slit has a shape in which a slit extending in the left-right direction (X direction) is connected to the upper end of a slit extending in the vertical direction (Z direction).

[0084] In the fourth embodiment, the partial slits 71 to 75, which are arranged to correspond to the opening 12 of the sheet packaging 10, are T-shaped, making it easier for the sheet S pulled out from the sheet packaging 10 to be held in the dispensing opening 70 of the sheet assembly packaging 2. Therefore, even when the sheet packaging 10 is housed in the assembly packaging 4, it becomes easy to use the sheets in a pop-up manner.

[0085] Although embodiments of this disclosure have been described above, this disclosure is not limited to any particular embodiment, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the invention as described in the claims.

[0086] The embodiments disclosed above include, for example, the following aspects:

[0087] A first aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet aggregate package in which a plurality of sheet packages are stacked and contained in an aggregate packaging bag, wherein the sheet packages have a sheet stack made up of a plurality of sheets, an individual packaging bag containing the sheet stack, and an opening formed in the individual packaging bag, and an outlet for removing the sheets from the opening of the sheet packages is formed in the aggregate packaging bag.

[0088] In the first embodiment, an opening for removing the sheets from the sheet packaging is formed in the collective packaging bag, allowing the sheets to be removed while still contained within the collective packaging. Therefore, there is no need to remove the sheet packaging from the collective packaging when using the sheets. Furthermore, there is no need to secure a storage space for the collective packaging when the sheets are not in use.

[0089] A second aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet assembly package according to the first aspect, wherein the dispensing outlet of the sheet assembly package is formed corresponding to the opening of the sheet assembly package. In the second aspect, since the dispensing outlet of the sheet assembly package is provided corresponding to the opening of the sheet assembly package, the sheets can be easily removed even when the sheet assembly package contains the sheet assembly package.

[0090] A third aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet aggregate packaging according to the first or second aspect, wherein the dispensing opening is formed on the top surface of the aggregate packaging bag, and the dispensing opening is composed of a curved slit that is convex toward the side surface of the aggregate packaging bag. In the third aspect, because it is formed on the top surface of the aggregate packaging bag, sheets can be removed sequentially from the topmost individual packaging of the aggregate.

[0091] Furthermore, the dispensing opening formed on the top surface of the collective packaging bag is made up of a curved slit that convex toward the side surface of the collective packaging bag, making it easy to expand the dispensing opening from the top surface to the bottom surface of the collective packaging bag. As a result, sheets can be removed from the top layer of individual packaging to the bottom layer of individual packaging in the collective.

[0092] A fourth aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet aggregate packaging according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the dispensing opening is formed by a linear slit extending from the top surface to the side of the aggregate packaging bag. In the fourth aspect, since the dispensing opening of the aggregate packaging bag is formed by a linear slit extending from the top surface to the side of the aggregate packaging bag, sheets can be removed from the top individual packaging to the bottom individual packaging of the aggregate.

[0093] A fifth aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet assembly package according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the slit is formed by a plurality of partial slits, and the partial slits are arranged to correspond to the opening of the sheet packaging. In the fifth aspect, by arranging each partial slit to correspond to the opening of the sheet packaging, each individual package of the contained assembly can be removed from an outlet provided in the assembly package.

[0094] A sixth aspect of the present disclosure is the sheet bundle packaging according to the fifth aspect, wherein the partial slit is T-shaped. In the sixth aspect, the T-shaped partial slit, which is positioned corresponding to the opening of the sheet bundle, makes it easier for sheets pulled out from the sheet bundle to be held at the opening of the bundle packaging bag. Therefore, it becomes easier to use the sheets in a pop-up manner even when the sheet bundle is still contained within the bundle packaging.

[0095] A seventh aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet assembly packaging according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the assembly packaging bag comprises a body for containing the assembly and a handle whose lower end is connected to the upper part of the body, and a through hole is formed in the handle for suspending the sheet assembly packaging.

[0096] In the seventh embodiment, a through-hole is formed in the handle of the sheet bundle packaging for suspending the sheet bundle packaging, allowing the sheet bundle packaging to be attached to a pre-installed holder. Therefore, the sheets can be used in the location where they are used, with the sheet bundle packaging still containing the sheets.

[0097] An eighth aspect of the present disclosure is the sheet bundle packaging according to the seventh aspect, wherein two through holes are formed. In the eighth aspect, the presence of two through holes for suspending the sheet bundle packaging allows it to be attached to a holder regardless of the shape of the pre-installed holder.

[0098] A ninth aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet bundle packaging according to the seventh or eighth aspect, wherein the spacing of the through holes is 80 cm or more and 150 mm or less. In the ninth aspect, the spacing of the through holes for suspending the sheet bundle packaging is 80 cm or more and 150 mm or less, so that the sheet bundle packaging can be attached to the holder regardless of the dimensions of the holder that has been installed in advance.

[0099] A tenth aspect of the present disclosure is a sheet assembly packaging according to any one of the seventh to ninth aspects, wherein the diameter of the through hole is 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less. In the tenth aspect, the diameter of the through hole for suspending the sheet assembly packaging is 1 mm or more and 30 mm or less, so that the sheet assembly packaging can be attached to the holder regardless of the dimensions of the mounting portion of the holder that is installed in advance.
