Abstract
Description
Bag and frame attached to a bag
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a bag and a frame attached to a bag.
[0002] Conventionally, bags for accommodating luggage have been used. In particular, bags provided with wheels are used so that a user can easily carry the bag even when the luggage loaded therein is heavy.
[0003] On the other hand, on bad roads such as stairs, gravel roads, and snow roads, it is difficult to carry the bag by rolling the wheels. In such a case, the user holds or carries the bag on their back, but at that time, the wheels may hit the user's back or feet, and stain the user's clothes or body.
[0004] In response to this, various bags have been proposed that prevent contamination of the user's clothes, body, and the like when the user holds or carries the bag on their back.
[0005] For example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 describe a bag including a wheel and a cover that covers the wheel.
[0006] Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 9-285329 Utility Model Registration No. 3098518
[0007] However, in the bags described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, since the wheels are covered by the cover, the work of covering the wheels or removing the cover requires a great deal of labor. In addition, since the position of the wheels is fixed, even when the wheels are covered, the appearance is greatly different from that of a bag not provided with wheels, which impairs the aesthetic appearance.
[0008] The problem to be achieved by the present disclosure is to provide an easy-to-use bag that facilitates switching between use and non-use of wheels.

[0045] <Embodiment> Hereinafter, a bag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the embodiments shown below are examples of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments. Also, in these drawings, reference sign X indicates the bag according to the present embodiment. In the present specification, a state where the wheel is stored in the storage hole is referred to as a stored state, and a state where the wheel is located on the bottom surface portion is referred to as a use state. Also, the term "or" is used in the sense of inclusive disjunction, including "at least one or more" of the items listed in the sentence, unless otherwise specified. In the accompanying drawings, internal configurations that do not appear in the external appearance are indicated by dotted lines.
[0046] <Configuration> As shown in FIG. 1, the bag X includes a bag body 1 for storing articles, and a frame 2 attached to the bag body 1.
[0047] FIG. 3A is a perspective view of the bag body 1 in a state where the shoulder strap 15 is not stored in the shoulder storage portion 122. FIG. 3B is a perspective view of the bag body 1 in a state where the shoulder strap 15 is stored in the shoulder storage portion 122.
[0048] <<Bag Body>> As shown in FIG. 3A, the bag body 1 includes a bottom surface portion 11, a front portion 12 erected from the bottom surface portion 11, an accommodation space 13, an opening 14, a shoulder strap 15, a side accommodation portion 16, and a communication hole 17.
[0049] In the present embodiment, the bag body 1 is a rucksack, but any bag such as a Boston bag or a briefcase can be employed.
[0050] The front portion 12 includes an attachment opening 121 for attaching a front holder 212 of the frame 2 described later, a shoulder storage portion 122 for storing the shoulder strap 15, and a front panel 123.
[0051] The attachment opening 121 is formed to have a size approximately equal to the size of the storage hole H of the frame 2 in a front view.
[0052] The attachment opening 121 is provided on the bottom surface portion 11 side of the front portion 12, and communicates the accommodation space 13 with the external space.
[0053] The shoulder strap storage section 122 is located directly above the mounting opening 121.
[0054] Furthermore, the shoulder strap storage section 122 opens upward. As a result, as shown in Figure 3B, when the shoulder strap section 15 is not in use, a portion of the shoulder strap section 15 can be stored in the shoulder strap storage section 122.
[0055] The shoulder strap storage section 122 is provided as a protrusion from the mounting opening 121 and the front panel 123. In particular, the shoulder strap storage section 122 forms a protruding portion.
[0056] Figure 8A is a side view of frame 2. Figure 8B is a side view of bag body 1.
[0057] As shown in Figure 8B, the raised shoulder strap storage section 122 and the wheel holder 22, which will be described later, form the same plane when the wheel holder 22 is in the stored position.
[0058] When the wheel holder 22 is in the retracted position, the shoulder strap storage section 122 and the front panel 123 come into contact with the user's back.
[0059] The opening 14 connects the storage space 13 to the outside space.
[0060] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3A, a fastener 141 is provided in the opening 14. This allows the opening 14 to be opened and closed.
[0061] The shoulder strap portion 15 is provided with a first shoulder strap portion 151 and a second shoulder strap portion 152.
[0062] The first shoulder strap portion 151 is provided with a buckle B that connects to the second shoulder strap portion 152. This makes it possible to adjust the length of the shoulder strap portion 15 to a desired length.
[0063] The side storage compartments 16 are provided on both sides of the bag body 1.
[0064] The side storage compartment 16 opens upwards. This makes it possible to store long items such as water bottles and tent poles.
[0065] A fastener 171 is provided in the communication hole 17, and it is formed to a size that allows the gripping portion P1 of the handle P, which will be described later, to be inserted. As a result, when the user is not using the handle P, the handle P can be stored in the storage space 13, thus preventing the handle P from becoming dirty or deteriorated by rain or ultraviolet rays without compromising the aesthetic appearance of the bag body 1.
[0066] <<Frame>> As shown in Figure 4 or Figure 5, the frame 2 includes a bag holder 21 for holding the bag body 1, a wheel holder 22 on which the wheel W is provided, a connecting part 23 for connecting the wheel holder 22 to the bag holder 21, and a fixing part 24.
[0067] The bag holder 21 includes a bottom holder 211 that holds the bottom portion 11 and a front holder 212 that extends from the bottom holder 211 and holds the front portion 12. In this embodiment, the bottom holder 211 and the front holder 212 are a single component, but they may be composed of separate components.
[0068] As shown in Figure 6, the bottom holder 211 includes a first bottom holder component 211a connected to the front holder 212, and a second bottom holder component 211b extending from the first bottom holder component 211a.
[0069] The bottom holder 211 is attached to the bag body 1 by being fastened with multiple rivets (not shown) to the bottom portion 11 inside the storage space 13 of the bag body 1. The bottom holder 211 may also be fastened to the bottom portion 11 of the bag body 1 with screws, or it may be sewn to the bottom portion 11 of the bag body 1.
[0070] The first bottom holder component 211a and the second bottom holder component 211b are made of plastic.
[0071] In this embodiment, the first bottom holder structure 211a and the second bottom holder structure 211b are formed from a single material, but they may be made from different materials.
[0072] The first bottom holder component 211a has an inclined surface 211s that slopes upward toward the front portion 12. This makes it possible to position the wheel W, which is provided on the wheel holder 22 (described later), toward the front, as shown in Figure 8. Furthermore, if a stand s (described later) is provided, the distance between the second bottom holder component 211b (described later) and the ground g is shortened, which allows the height of the bottom stand s to be lowered, thus preventing the aesthetic appearance of the bag X from being compromised even when a stand s is provided.
[0073] As shown in Figure 8A, the second bottom holder component 211b is positioned parallel to the ground g. This ensures that the bottom portion 11 of the bag body 1 to which the frame 2 is attached is parallel to the ground g, allowing items to be stably stored in the storage space 13.
[0074] The second bottom holder component 211b is provided with a stand s that protrudes from the bottom portion 11 of the bag body 1. This allows the bag to stand stably on its own even on inclined surfaces or inside a train where acceleration and deceleration occur.
[0075] As shown in Figure 4, the front holder 212 includes a first front holder component 212a that extends from the bottom holder 211 and holds the front portion 12, a second front holder component 212b positioned directly above the first front holder component 212a, and a handle P attached to the first front holder component 212a and the second front holder component 212b.
[0076] As shown in Figure 1, the first front holder component 212a is attached to the bag body 1 by fastening multiple rivets c to the front portion 12 on the inside of the storage space 13 of the bag body 1. Similarly, the second front holder component 212b is also attached to the bag body 1 by fastening multiple rivets (not shown) to the front portion 12 on the inside of the storage space 13 of the bag body 1. The first front holder component 212a and the second front holder component 212b may also be fastened to the front portion 12 of the bag body 1 with screws, or sewn to the front portion 12 of the bag body 1.
[0077] The first front holder component 212a is made of plastic.
[0078] The first front holder component 212a is provided with a protruding storage hole H for storing the wheel W. This makes the entire bag X compact when stored.
[0079] The storage holes H are provided in the same number as the number of wheels W, and are formed to a size sufficient to store one wheel W. In other words, in the stored state, one storage hole H stores one wheel W. To put it another way, each wheel W is stored in its respective storage hole H. As a result, when the wheels W are positioned on the bottom surface 11 during use, the openings of the storage holes H are not formed to be large, thereby preventing mud, rainwater, etc. from entering the storage holes H.
[0080] The first front holder component 212a is attached to the front portion 12 of the bag body 1 at a position where the storage hole H corresponds to the mounting opening 121 of the bag body 1.
[0081] The second front holder component 212b is separate from the first front holder component 212a and is attached to the handle P at a predetermined distance from the first front holder component 212a. This allows the front portion 12 of the bag body 1 to be held while reducing the overall weight of the front holder 212.
[0082] The handle P is a telescopic handle provided with a gripping portion P1 and a telescopic pipe P2.
[0083] The surface of the wheel holder 22 is covered with a fabric used for the bag body 1, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) fabric or canvas fabric.
[0084] Multiple wheels W are provided on the wheel holder 22. In this embodiment, one wheel W is a single wheel, but it may also be a double wheel. In particular, multiple wheels W are provided on a single wheel holder 22.
[0085] As shown in Figure 8A, the wheel W protrudes in the direction of the front portion 12 when in use.
[0086] As shown in Figure 6, the connecting portion 23 includes a bag holder connecting portion 231 that connects to the bag holder 21, a wheel holder connecting portion 232 that connects to the wheel holder 22, and a connecting portion body 233 interposed between the bag holder connecting portion 231 and the wheel holder connecting portion 232. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 23 is composed of a single double hinge member.
[0087] The bag holder connection portion 231 includes one hinge of the double hinge member, which forms the bag holder shaft portion 231h. Similarly, the wheel holder connection portion 232 includes the other hinge of the double hinge member, which is provided with a wheel holder shaft portion 232h. As a result, the connecting portion body 233 rotates around the bag holder shaft portion 231h in accordance with the rotation of the wheel holder 22 around the wheel holder connection portion 232.
[0088] In other words, the wheel holder 22 rotates around either end of the connecting body 233 (i.e., the bag holder shaft 231h or the wheel holder shaft 232h) as the pivot point, allowing the wheel holder 22 to switch between a stored state in which the wheel W is stored in the storage hole H as shown in Figure 6, and a usage state in which the wheel W is positioned on the bottom surface 11 as shown in Figure 7.
[0089] Furthermore, since the wheel holder shaft portion 232h and the bag holder shaft portion 231h are positioned with the connecting body 233 in between, interference due to the thickness of the wheel holder 22 is suppressed, and the wheel holder 22 can be smoothly switched between the operational state and the stored state.
[0090] Furthermore, the connecting portion 23 is not particularly limited as long as it is a member that separates the bag holder shaft portion 231h and the wheel holder shaft portion 232h.
[0091] As shown in Figure 6, the fixing portion 24 includes a bottom fixing portion 241 that fixes the wheel holder 22 to the bottom holder 211, and a storage fixing portion 242 that fixes the wheel holder 22 to the front holder 212.
[0092] As shown in Figure 6, the bottom fixing portion 241 includes a magnet 241a provided on the bottom holder 211 and a magnet 241b provided on the wheel holder 22.
[0093] Magnet 241a is embedded inside the bottom holder 211. Similarly, magnet 241b is embedded inside the wheel holder 22. As a result, magnets 241a and 241b do not protrude from the surfaces of the bottom holder 211 and wheel holder 22, and the surfaces of each holder form a single plane, thus maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the frame 2 when stored.
[0094] The magnet 241a provided on the bottom holder 211 and the magnet 241b provided on the wheel holder 22 are a pair of magnets positioned to attract each other. This makes it possible to detachably fix the wheel holder 22 to the bottom holder 211. Alternatively, a configuration may be used in which a magnet is provided on either the bottom holder 211 or the wheel holder 22, and a magnetic material is provided on the other.
[0095] As shown in Figure 7, the storage and fixing section 242 includes a magnet 242a provided on the front holder 212 and a magnet 242b provided on the wheel holder 22.
[0096] The magnet 242a provided in the front holder 212 is embedded in the front holder 212 so as not to protrude from it. As a result, when the frame 2 is attached to the bag body 1, the front of the bag body 1 does not bulge due to the magnet 242a, thus maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the bag X.
[0097] Similarly, the magnet 242b provided in the wheel holder 22 of the storage and fixing section 242 is embedded inside the wheel holder 22. As a result, the magnet provided in the wheel holder 22 does not protrude from the surface of the wheel holder 22, thus maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the frame 2 when in use.
[0098] The magnet 242b provided on the wheel holder 22 and the magnet 242a provided on the front holder 212 are a pair of magnets that attract each other. This makes it possible to detachably fix the wheel holder 22 to the front holder 212. Alternatively, one of the wheel holder 22 and the front holder 212 may be provided with a magnet, and the other with a magnetic material.
[0099] Furthermore, the magnet 241b provided on the wheel holder 22 in the bottom fixing portion 241 may be the same as the magnet 242b provided on the wheel holder 22 in the storage fixing portion 242.
[0100] <Effects> According to this embodiment, the bag holder 21 is provided with a storage hole H for storing the wheel W, and the connecting part 23 includes a bag holder connecting part 231 that connects to the bag holder 21, a wheel holder connecting part 232 that connects to the wheel holder 22, and a connecting part body 233 interposed between the bag holder connecting part 231 and the wheel holder connecting part 232. Since the wheel holder 22 rotates with either end of the connecting part body 233 as the pivot point, it is possible to easily switch between the wheel W being used and stored, improving convenience. In addition, by storing the wheel W in the storage hole H, it is possible to achieve an appearance similar to a bag without wheels W, contributing to a superior aesthetic.
[0101] Furthermore, since a bag holder shaft portion 231h is formed in the bag holder connection portion 231 and a wheel holder shaft portion 232h is formed in the wheel holder connection portion 232, the connecting body 233 is provided between the bag holder shaft portion 231h and the wheel holder shaft portion 232h, which widens the range of motion of the wheel holder 22 and makes it even easier to position the wheel holder 22 in the storage hole H and the bottom.
[0102] Furthermore, since the frame 2 has a storage fixing part 242 that detachably secures the wheel holder 22 to the front holder 212 of the bag holder 21, it is possible to prevent the wheel W stored in the storage hole H from unintentionally popping out of the storage hole H.
[0103] Furthermore, the bag holder 21 includes a bottom holder 211 that holds the bottom portion 11 and a front holder 212 that extends from the bottom holder 211 and holds the front portion 12. The front holder 212 is provided with a storage hole H, so that the wheels W can be stored in the storage hole H when the bag X is standing upright. In addition, since the inside of the bottom portion 11 of the bag body 1 is flat, items can be stored more stably in the bag body 1.
[0104] Furthermore, the frame 2 has a bottom fixing portion 241 that detachably secures the bottom holder 211 and the wheel holder 22, thereby preventing the wheel holder 22 from unintentionally rotating away from the bottom holder 211 when the bag X receives an impact while the bag X is moving.
[0105] Furthermore, the first bottom holder component 211a has an inclined surface 211s that slopes upward toward the front portion 12, and when the wheels W are in use, they protrude toward the front portion 12, so when the wheels W are extended the distance between the bottom portion 11 of the bag X and the floor on which the bag X is placed is shortened, and the center of gravity of the entire bag X can be lowered. In addition, when the bag X is tilted and moved, the bottom portion 11 is prevented from scraping against the ground g. Also, by shortening the distance between the second bottom holder component 211b and the ground g, the height of the bottom stand s can be lowered, and the aesthetic appearance of the bag X can be prevented from being compromised.
[0106] Furthermore, the front portion 12 is provided with a raised shoulder strap storage section 122, and the wheel holder 22 and the shoulder strap storage section 122 form the same plane when stored, making it easier to carry the bag X on one's back when using the front portion 12. This also prevents the user from tripping over the wheel holder 22 in which the wheels W are stored in the storage holes H.
