Description

Dabo device equipped with a locking function

[0001] The present invention relates to a standoff device having a locking function, and more specifically, to a standoff device having a locking function that allows a shelf to be easily fixed between two connecting parts through a standoff device installed in a connecting part.

[0002] Generally, furniture such as beds, desks, display cases, and dressing tables is equipped with shelves to support items. Shelves can be fixed to pillars or panels using nails or screws. However, fixing shelves using nails or screws in this way presents a problem in that it is difficult to install them easily.

[0003] In order to prevent such problems and increase the usability of the interior space of beds, desks, display cases, dressing tables, etc., shelves can be used in a form supported by dowels. Specifically, rather than being fixed, shelves can be used in a form supported by multiple dowels so that they can be attached and detached and their height adjusted according to the user's use.

[0004] The above-mentioned dowel may be installed into an assembly hole formed in the side panel of the furniture to support a shelf. The above-mentioned dowel includes a fixing member inserted into the assembly hole of the furniture and a support member formed integrally with the fixing member to contact and support the shelf, and the two ends of the shelf may be supported as the above-mentioned dowel is installed at four locations on the side panel of the furniture.

[0005] However, conventional dowels have a problem in that the support member that contacts and supports the shelf is mostly made of a cylindrical or columnar type, so the contact area with the shelf is insufficient. As the contact area with the shelf is insufficient, the support state of the conventional dowel may become unstable, and consequently, the shelf may detach.

[0006] In addition, conventional dowels have a problem in that the fixing device installed in the assembly hole is a cylindrical pin type, making it difficult to stably install the shelf in the correct position if the size of the assembly hole installed in the side plate does not match the size of the fixing device.

[0007] Meanwhile, conventional dowels support a shelf by utilizing an elastic body, such as a spring, to move the support of the dowel. However, when the support of the dowel is moved through an elastic body, such as a spring, there is a problem in that frequent failures occur in the spring and the dowel due to repeated use.

[0008] In addition, conventional dowels have a complex internal structure due to the use of elastic elements such as springs, which makes it difficult to manufacture the dowels. Along with this, conventional dowels support the shelf by moving the dowel's support member to a specific position using elastic elements such as springs, which makes it difficult to install the shelf and increases the shelf assembly time.

[0009] The present invention relates to a standoff device having a locking function, and more specifically, to a standoff device having a locking function that allows a shelf to be easily fixed between two connecting parts through a standoff device installed in a connecting part.

[0010] The dowel device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a dowel device for fixing a shelf provided between two connecting parts, and is characterized by comprising: a housing that is coupled to the connecting part and has a first internal space; a sliding part that is protruded to the outside of the housing by the operation of the lever and has a lever protruding to the outside of the housing; and a guide part that is inserted into the first internal space of the housing and has a second internal space in which the sliding part can slide.

[0011] In the housing of the dobo device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the aforementioned problem, the first internal space is formed by a through hole extending from one side to the other, and the lower part of the first internal space is provided with a first lever groove that is open to the outside of the lower surface of the housing, and the lever protrudes to the outside of the housing through the first lever groove, and one side of the sliding part can protrude to one side of the first internal space through sliding movement.

[0012] In the lower part of the second internal space of the dobo device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, a second lever groove is provided that is open to the outer side of the lower surface of the guide part, and the lever can pass through the second lever groove and protrude to the outside of the housing.

[0013] In order to solve the aforementioned problem, the inner side of the second lever groove of the Dabo device having a locking function according to the present invention is provided with a locking projection that protrudes outward, and the outer side of the lever may be provided with a locking groove that is recessed inward.

[0014] The lever of the dobo device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the aforementioned problem is provided with a locking projection protruding outward, and the inner side of the second lever groove may be provided with a locking groove that is recessed inward.

[0015] The sliding part of the dobo device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem includes a protrusion that protrudes outward from the housing and a moving part that is connected to the protrusion and slides within the second internal space of the guide part, and the lever may be provided at the lower part of the moving part.

[0016] In order to solve the aforementioned problem, the width of the moving part of the dobo device equipped with a locking function according to the present invention is formed to be narrower than the width of the second internal space, and the width of the protrusion may be formed to be wider than the width of the second internal space and narrower than the width of the first internal space.

[0017] After the sliding part is inserted into the second internal space of the guide part of the dobo device having a locking function of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problem, the guide part can be inserted into the first internal space of the housing.

[0018] The shelf of the dobo device having a locking function according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is provided with a coupling groove into which the housing is inserted, and after the housing is inserted into the coupling groove, when one side of the sliding part protrudes to the outside of the housing by the operation of the lever, the one side of the sliding part can be caught on the lower surface of the shelf inside the shelf.

[0019] The present invention relates to a standoff device equipped with a locking function, and has the advantage of easily fixing a shelf between two connecting parts through a standoff device installed in a connecting part.

[0020] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of being able to easily manufacture a dowel device by manufacturing the dowel device through a housing, a sliding part, and a guide part, and has the advantage of reducing shelf assembly time by easily installing a shelf between two connecting parts through the dowel device.

[0037] The present invention relates to a standoff device having a locking function, and more specifically, to a standoff device having a locking function that allows a shelf to be easily fixed between two connecting parts through a standoff device installed in a connecting part.

[0038] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a dowel device having a locking function according to an embodiment of the present invention is for fixing a shelf (210) provided between two connecting parts (220). The shelf (210) may be installed between the two connecting parts (220) and may be supported through the two connecting parts (220).

[0039] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting portion (220) is formed in a bar shape and extends, and the connecting portion (220) can be installed on a column. A plurality of hook portions (221) formed in a hook shape may be provided on one side of the connecting portion (220), and the column may be provided with a plurality of coupling holes along the height direction into which the hook portions (221) can be fitted.

[0040] By changing the position where the hook part is coupled to the plurality of coupling holes provided in the column, the height at which the connecting part (220) is coupled to the column can be adjusted. This allows the height of the shelf (210) installed between the two connecting parts (220) to be adjusted.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 1, the shelf (210) may be provided with a clothes hanger rod (230). The clothes hanger rod (230) may be a rod that can hang clothes hangers while being provided at the bottom of the shelf (210). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the clothes hanger rod (230) may be provided with lighting, and the connecting part (220) may be provided with a first electrode. The lighting of the clothes hanger rod (230) provided on the shelf (210) may receive electricity by being electrically connected to the first electrode provided on the connecting part (220).

[0042] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the column may be provided with a second electrode extending along the height direction. When the hook portion (221) of the connecting portion (220) is inserted into the coupling hole, the first electrode and the second electrode come into contact, allowing electricity to flow. Through this, electricity can be supplied to the light of the clothes hanger rod (230) provided on the shelf (210).

[0043] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a dowel device (100) having a locking function according to an embodiment of the present invention may be fixedly installed on the connecting part (220). However, the connecting part (220) is not limited to the connecting part (220) equipped with the first electrode described above. The connecting part (220) may be various types of connecting parts as long as the shelf (210) can be installed.

[0044] Hereinafter, a stand-up device (100) equipped with a locking function according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. Referring to FIG. 3, a stand-up device (100) equipped with a locking function according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (110), a sliding part (120), and a guide part (130).

[0045] The above housing (110) is provided with a first internal space (111) and is coupled to the connecting part (220). The housing (110) can be coupled to the connecting part (220) through a nail or screw, and the housing (110) may be provided with a coupling hole (113) through which a nail or screw can pass.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 3, the sliding part (120) is provided with a lever (123) that protrudes outward from the housing (110), and can protrude outward from the housing (110) by operating the lever (123). Additionally, the sliding part (120) can be moved back into the housing (110) by operating the lever (123).

[0047] Referring to FIG. 3, the lever (123) can protrude to the lower part of the housing (110), and by operating the lever (123), one side of the sliding part (120) can protrude to the side of the housing (110).

[0048] Specifically, the sliding part (120) is capable of sliding within the housing (110), and when a user applies force to the lever (123), one side of the sliding part (120) can slide and protrude to the side of the housing (110) (upper view of FIG. 3). Additionally, the sliding part (120) can be moved back into the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123) (lower view of FIG. 3).

[0049] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing that one side of the sliding part (120) protrudes outside the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123), and that the sliding part (120) moves inside the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123).

[0050] Referring to FIG. 4, the shelf (210) may be provided with a coupling groove (211) into which the housing (110) is inserted. The coupling groove (211) may be a groove formed with a shape corresponding to the shape of the housing (110).

[0051] Specifically, the housing (110) may be formed in an L-shape, and the shelf (210) may be provided with the coupling groove (211) formed in an L-shape. The housing (110) may be inserted into the coupling groove (211) as shown in FIG. 5. As the housing (110) is inserted into the coupling groove (211), the housing (110) may be placed inside the shelf (210).

[0052] A plurality of the housings (110) may be coupled to the connecting portion (220), and a plurality of coupling grooves (211) may be provided in the shelf (210). When a plurality of the housings (110) are inserted into the plurality of coupling grooves (211), the shelf (210) can be supported through the housings (110).

[0053] When the housing (110) is inserted into the coupling groove (211), the shelf (210) can be supported through the housing (110), but when the shelf (210) is pushed up from the bottom of the shelf (210), the shelf (210) can be lifted.

[0054] To prevent the shelf (210) from being lifted, the sliding part (120) coupled to the housing (110) can be protruded to the outside of the housing (110). When the housing (110) is inserted into the coupling groove (211) and the sliding part (120) is protruded to the outside of the housing (110), the sliding part (120) protrudes inward toward the shelf (210) and catches on the inner lower surface (212) of the shelf (210).

[0055] Specifically, referring to FIG. 5, the housing (110) is inserted into the coupling groove (211) without the sliding part (120) protruding outward from the housing (110).

[0056] After inserting the housing (110) into the coupling groove (211), if one side of the sliding part (120) is protruded to the outside of the housing (110) by operating the lever (123), the side of the sliding part (120) protruding to the outside of the housing (110) catches on the lower surface (212) of the shelf (210) inside the shelf (210). This prevents the shelf (210) from being lifted when it is coupled to the connecting part (220).

[0057] FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of a multi-bo device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a front perspective view and a rear perspective view of the housing (110).

[0058] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the first internal space (111) of the housing (110) may be formed as a through hole extending from one side of the housing (110) to the other side. The sliding part (120) and the guide part (130) may be coupled through the other side of the housing (110), and one side of the sliding part (120) may protrude to the outside of the housing (110) through one side of the housing (110).

[0059] Referring to FIG. 7, the lower part of the first internal space (111) of the housing (110) may be provided with the first lever groove (112) which is open to the outside of the lower surface of the housing (110).

[0060] The lever (123) of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the lower part of the housing (110), and the lever (123) can protrude to the outside of the housing (110) through the first lever groove (112).

[0061] The first lever groove (112) may be extended in the longitudinal direction so that the lever (123) can be moved, and the lever (123) may slide along the first lever groove (112).

[0062] According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the lever (123) slides along the first lever groove (112), one side of the sliding part (120) can protrude to one side of the first internal space (111) through the sliding movement.

[0063] FIG. 8 is a front perspective view and a rear perspective view of the guide portion (130). Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 8, the guide portion (130) is provided with a second internal space (131) in which the sliding portion (120) can slide, and can be inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110).

[0064] The guide portion (130) provides a space in which the sliding portion (120) can slide, and the sliding portion (120) can slide in the second internal space (131) of the guide portion (130). The guide portion (130) can be inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110).

[0065] Referring to FIG. 8, a second lever groove (132) that is open to the outside of the lower surface of the guide portion (130) may be provided in the lower portion of the second internal space (131) of the guide portion (130). When the guide portion (130) is inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110), the second lever groove (132) may be in communication with the first lever groove (112).

[0066] The lever (123) of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the lower part of the housing (110), and the lever (123) can protrude to the outside of the housing (110) through the second lever groove (132).

[0067] Specifically, when the sliding part (120) is inserted into the second internal space (131) of the guide part (130) and the guide part (130) is inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110), the lever (123) can pass through the first lever groove (112) and the second lever groove (132) and protrude to the lower outer side of the housing (110).

[0068] The second lever groove (132) may be extended in the longitudinal direction so that the lever (123) can be moved, and the lever (123) may slide along the first lever groove (112) and the second lever groove (132).

[0069] FIG. 9 is a front perspective view and a rear perspective view of the sliding part (120). Referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the sliding part (120) may include a protrusion (121), a moving part (122), and the lever (123). The protrusion (121) may be a part that protrudes outward from the housing (110). The moving part (122) is connected to the protrusion (121) and can slide within the second internal space (131) of the guide part (130).

[0070] Referring to FIG. 10, the sliding part (120) can be inserted into the second internal space (131) of the guide part (130), and the moving part (122) of the sliding part (120) can be inserted into the second internal space (131). The protrusion (121) is a part that protrudes without being inserted into the second internal space (131), and the protrusion (121) can protrude to the outside of the housing (110).

[0071] Specifically, the width of the moving part (122) is narrower than the width of the second internal space (131), and the width of the protrusion (121) can be wider than the width of the second internal space (131).

[0072] As the width of the moving part (122) is narrower than the width of the second internal space (131), the moving part (122) can slide within the second internal space (131).

[0073] The above protrusion (121) is not inserted into the second internal space (131) but protrudes, and the sliding movement of the moving part (122) may be restricted as the protrusion (121) comes into contact with the second internal space (131).

[0074] The protrusion (121) may be formed with a width narrower than the width of the first internal space (111) of the housing (110). As the protrusion (121) is formed with a width narrower than the width of the first internal space (111), the protrusion (121) can be protruded to the outside of the housing (110).

[0075] The lever (123) may be provided at the lower part of the moving part (122), and the lever (123) may slide together with the moving part (122). The lever (123) may slide along the first lever groove (112) and the second lever groove (132), and when force is applied to the lever (123), the lever (123) and the moving part (122) slide together.

[0076] A dobo device having a locking function according to an embodiment of the present invention can be assembled and operated as follows.

[0077] According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the guide part (130) and the sliding part (120) are first combined, the guide part (130) and the sliding part (120) can be combined with the housing (110).

[0078] Specifically, referring to FIG. 10, after the sliding part (120) is inserted into the second internal space (131) of the guide part (130), the guide part (130) can be inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110).

[0079] After the guide part (130) into which the sliding part (120) is inserted is inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110), the housing (110) can be joined to the connecting part (220) through a nail or screw, etc. Referring to FIG. 2, the other side of the housing (110) can be joined to the connecting part (220), thereby allowing the other side of the housing (110) to be blocked.

[0080] At this time, a first blocking part (114) may be provided in the first internal space (111) so that the guide part (130) does not protrude to one side of the housing (110) through the first internal space (111).

[0081] Referring to FIG. 6, the first blocking portion (114) may be a point where the width becomes narrower than the first internal space (111). When the guide portion (130) is inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110), the guide portion (130) is caught on the first blocking portion (114), thereby preventing the guide portion (130) from moving away from one side of the housing (110).

[0082] Additionally, a second blocking part (115) may be provided in the first lever groove (112) so that the lever (123) does not protrude to one side of the housing (110) through the first lever groove (112).

[0083] Referring to FIG. 6, the second blocking portion (115) may be a part that is blocked on one side of the first lever groove (112). When the sliding portion (120) is inserted into the second internal space (131) of the guide portion (130) and the guide portion (130) is inserted into the first internal space (111) of the housing (110), the lever (123) is caught on the second blocking portion (115), thereby preventing the lever (123) from moving away from one side of the housing (110).

[0084] After assembling the housing (110), the sliding part (120), and the guide part (130) in this manner, when the housing (110) is connected to the connecting part (220), only the protrusion (121) of the sliding part (120) can be protruded to the outside of the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123).

[0085] When the protrusion (121) of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the outside of the housing (110), the protrusion (121) catches on the lower surface of the shelf (210), thereby preventing the shelf (210) from being lifted.

[0086] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a locking projection (133) protruding outwardly may be provided on the inner side of the second lever groove (132), and a locking groove (124) carved inwardly may be provided on the outer side of the lever (123).

[0087] As described above, the sliding part (120) slides within the second internal space (131) of the guide part (130) by the operation of the lever (123). At this time, after one side of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the outside of the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123), the lever (123) and the sliding part (120) must remain fixed without moving.

[0088] If the lever (123) and the sliding part (120) move without being fixed, there is a risk that the sliding part (120) will move without protruding to one side of the housing (110).

[0089] Specifically, if an inclination occurs in the shelf (210) or the connecting part (220), there is a risk that the sliding part (120) will return to a state where it does not protrude to one side of the housing (110) even if one side of the sliding part (120) is protruded to the outside of the housing (110) through the operation of the lever (123).

[0090] To prevent this, as shown in FIG. 11, a locking projection (133) protruding outwardly may be provided on the inner side of the second lever groove (132), and a locking groove (124) carved inwardly may be provided on the outer side of the lever (123).

[0091] Referring to FIG. 11, the locking projection (133) may be a projection protruding in the direction of the second lever groove (132) from the inner side of the second lever groove (132). The locking groove (124) may be a groove carved in the direction of the inner side of the lever (123) from the outer side of the lever (123).

[0092] The above-mentioned locking projection (133) may be formed in a shape corresponding to the above-mentioned locking groove (124), and the above-mentioned locking projection (133) may engage with the above-mentioned locking groove (124). When the above-mentioned locking projection (133) engages with the above-mentioned locking groove (124), the movement of the lever (123) is fixed, thereby allowing the movement of the sliding part (120) to be fixed.

[0093] Through this, after one side of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the outside of the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123), the lever (123) and the sliding part (120) can be fixed without moving.

[0094] However, the method of fixing the lever (123) and the sliding part (120) after one side of the sliding part (120) protrudes to the outside of the housing (110) by the operation of the lever (123) is not limited to the method described above.
