[0149]

[0150] Hereinafter, the overall manufacturing process of the cushion pouch (30) manufacturing device according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will be explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0151] First, the packaging film (10), with the front packaging film (11) and the rear packaging film (12) unfolded, is unwound by the rotation of the film supply roll (211) and supplied to the rear of the first frame (110), and then continuously transported along the transport conveyor (111) from the perforated member (220) toward the adhesive member (230).

[0152] Next, the packaging film (10) being transported along the transport conveyor (111) has a hole (32) punched in the center of the front packaging film (11) by the punching member (220), and then passes through the adhesive member (230) to cover the punched hole (32), and a sticker (21) is attached to the outer surface of the front packaging film (11), and the sticker (21) is pressed by the pressure member (240) and firmly attached.

[0153] Next, the packaging film (10), which is transported to the upper part of the second frame (120) along the transport member (250), is cut in the center by the cutter (310) and split into the front packaging film (11) and the rear packaging film (12). Then, it is guided along the guide member (320) so that the inner surfaces of the front packaging film (11) and the rear packaging film (12) come into contact. At this time, the insertion member (330) inserts a sponge (31) between them, and the filling member (340) fills the sponge (31) with liquid foundation.

[0154] Subsequently, the packaging film (10), which is pulled to the lower part of the second frame (120), is sealed along the contour of the sponge (31) filled with foundation by the operation of the sealing member (350), then cooled while passing through the cooling member (360), and then cut into a predetermined cushion pouch (30) shape as shown in FIG. 13 through the cutting member (380) to be completed.

[0155]

[0156] Meanwhile, FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a compact having a cushion pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing a compact having a cushion pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0157] Referring to FIGS. 13 to 15, a compact (CP) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cushion pouch (30); a bezel (40); a cosmetic puff (50); and a cover (60).

[0158] The cushion pouch (30) is manufactured using the manufacturing device described above. Referring to FIG. 13, the cushion pouch (30) is provided with a sponge (31) that has absorbed liquid foundation inside, a sticker (21) is attached to the upper surface to cover a perforated hole (32), and a bonding bead (sealing part) (33) is provided on the edge.

[0159] The edges of the cushion pouch (30) are sealed to form an internal space, and a powder or liquid cosmetic and a sponge (31), i.e., a cushion sheet, capable of impregnating the powder or liquid cosmetic are embedded in this internal space. Here, it is preferable that the sponge (31) be implemented as a porous sheet such as urethane foam, which is a material capable of impregnating the powder or liquid cosmetic.

[0160] And the cushion pouch (30) may further include an extension part (34) that extends outward from the bonding bead (33) and is displayed on a display stand.

[0161] A hanging hole (35) may be formed on the upper part of the extension (34) to be hung on a display pin (not shown) of a display stand. At this time, a cut line (36) is formed between the joining bead (33) and the extension (34) so that the cushion pouch (30) can be cut and separated.

[0162] The bezel (casing) (40) forms the frame of the compact (CP). Referring to FIGS. 14 and 15, a bonding brim (41) is formed in a ring shape at the edge of the bezel (40) to be bonded to the bonding bead (33) of the cushion pouch (30), a through hole (42) is formed in the center to communicate with the hole (32) from which the sticker (21) was removed, and an annular puff sheet seating portion (43) is provided on the inner circumference. The bonding brim (41) of the bezel (40) can be bonded to the bonding bead (33) of the cushion pouch (30) by, for example, an ultrasonic method.

[0163] The above cover (60) is rotatably connected to one side of the bezel (40) by a hinge (61) and configured to cover a cosmetic puff (50).

[0164] The cosmetic puff (50) is made of a soft material so that it can be applied to the skin by directly contacting the upper surface of the sponge (31) exposed through the hole (32) of the cushion pouch (30) and applying liquid cosmetic product.

[0165]

[0166] Furthermore, the cosmetic puff (50) is used to apply foundation absorbed by the sponge (31). In order to prevent the foundation from the sponge (31) from adhering to the cosmetic puff (50) during storage, the cosmetic puff (50) is placed on a puff holder (51) for storage. The puff holder (51) is placed on the puff sheet seating portion (41), and the puff holder (51) is maintained at a certain distance from the sponge (31).

[0167]

[0168] According to the present invention, since a sponge that has absorbed liquid foundation is automatically and conveniently packaged and manufactured inside an inexpensive packaging film, the manufacturing cost of the compact can be lowered, thereby increasing sales volume, and there is a very useful effect of improving portability as the volume of the cushion pouch becomes smaller and the weight becomes lighter.
