Description

Shoes equipped with a diagonal band tightening part

[0001] The present invention relates to a shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening portion, and more specifically, to a shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening portion to prevent foreign substances from entering the interior of the shoe during activity after the wearer wears it.

[0002] Footwear is broadly classified according to its purpose and design into athletic and sports shoes, casual and fashion shoes, and formal and dress shoes; it may also include specialized footwear manufactured for specific purposes, such as safety shoes for industrial sites. Throughout this process, footwear has continuously evolved to provide a comfortable fit for the wearer's feet.

[0003] When wearing such shoes, foreign substances typically enter the interior between the shoe and the ankle, degrading the wearing comfort. This problem was particularly pronounced during outdoor activities such as hiking and jogging, as well as during industrial work and farming, where even larger amounts of foreign substances entered the shoe.

[0004] To address the aforementioned problems, gaiters have been developed to prevent foreign substances from entering the inside of shoes during various outdoor activities. These gaiters are worn on the outside of the shoe, wrapping around the ankle area to function as a type of gaiter, and are utilized in diverse fields such as hiking, fishing, and construction sites.

[0005] As prior art, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1540416 discloses spats and crampons. Referring to FIG. 1, the spats and crampons include a main body (1) in which one end and the other end are mutually detachable, an elastic line (2) extending from the one end to the other end within the lower interior of the main body (1), and one or more rings (3) connected to the elastic line (2) and exposed to the outside. The main body (1) includes an outer shell including the one end and the other end, and an inner shell connected to an inner part of the outer shell and extending downward from the inner part of the outer shell, wherein the lower end of the lower direction is spaced apart from the outer shell, and the elastic line (2) is located within the lower end of the inner shell.

[0006] The above-mentioned Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1540416 has the problem that not only must a separate pair of spats be provided for attachment to shoes, but the wearing process is also complicated, causing inconvenience to the wearer.

[0007] The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening part that is implemented to be narrow at the top and wide at the bottom to fit the wearer's body, thereby preventing foreign substances from entering the interior of the shoe during activity after wearing it.

[0008] To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, a shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening portion according to the present invention comprises: a sole; an upper connected to the upper side of the sole so as to insert the wearer's foot into the inner side; and a band extending to the rear upper side of the upper so as to wrap the wearer's ankle on its inner surface; wherein the band comprises: a first band having one end positioned on one side of the left or right ankle and the other end extending to the rear; and a second band having one end connected to the other end of the first band and the other end detachably attached to the first band; wherein the other end of the second band may be inclined downward so as to have its inner surface attached to the outer surface of the first band.

[0009] Additionally, the band may further include a fastening loop, one end of which is connected to the other end of the second band and the other end of which is fixed to the side of the upper.

[0010] In addition, the shoe having a diagonal band tightening portion according to the present invention further includes a projection portion positioned on the lower side of the first band and protruding outward; and the fastening ring may include an insertion hole into which the projection portion is inserted.

[0011] Additionally, the projection comprises: a fixed body fixed to the side of the upper; an upper body spaced apart from the fixed body and having a first diameter (D1); and a lower body connected between the fixed body and the upper body and having a second diameter (D2) smaller than the first diameter (D1); and the insertion hole comprises a first insertion hole having different radii and communicating in both end directions; and a second insertion hole; wherein a multiple of the first radius (R1) of the first insertion hole and a multiple of the second radius (R2) of the second insertion hole are formed to be larger than the second diameter (D2), and a multiple of the first radius (R1) of the first insertion hole corresponds to the first diameter (D1), and a multiple of the second radius (R2) of the second insertion hole is formed to be smaller than the first diameter (D1).

[0012] In addition, the first band may have a first Velcro formed on the outer surface of one end, and the second band may have a second Velcro formed on the inner surface of the other end that is detachably attached to the first Velcro.

[0013] In addition, the second Velcro has a rectangular cross-section having a first width (W1) in the two-way direction and a first height (H1) in the up-down direction, and the first Velcro has an upper width (W H Bottom width (W) greater than ) L ) can be formed to have a large square cross-section.

[0014] Additionally, the first Velcro may be formed such that the first front edge (S1) extends in the vertical direction and the second rear edge (S2) has its lower end inclined toward the rear.

[0015] In addition, the lower corner of the first Velcro can be bent so that the rear end is positioned lower than the front end.

[0016] Additionally, the second band comprises: a fixed band positioned on the left or right side of the ankle, with one end connected to the other end of the first band; and a variable band with one end connected to the other end of the fixed band, which folds or unfolds based on a fold line (FL) of the first end; and when the variable band is unfolded, it may be tilted at a predetermined angle (θ) so that the other end of the variable band is positioned above the first end.

[0017] In addition, the above fold line may be formed to be inclined so that the lower part is located further back than the upper part.

[0018] The shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening part according to the present invention with the above-described configuration is implemented with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part using the principle of a cone to suit a body with a narrow ankle and a wide foot, thereby preventing foreign matter from entering between the band and the ankle through the diagonal band tightening part that tightens the wearer's ankle, and thus achieving the effect of maintaining a comfortable and clean wearing experience of the shoe.

[0019] In addition, the shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening part according to the present invention has the advantage of further enhancing convenience, as the wearer can easily attach and detach it through a second band extended diagonally and a fastening loop.

[0020] In addition, the shoe equipped with a diagonal band tightening part according to the present invention has the advantage that the insertion hole is formed as a multiple hole, thereby preventing the fastening hook from detaching from the protrusion during the wearer's activity.
