[0033] The technical solutions of the embodiments of this disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, of the embodiments of this disclosure. Based on the embodiments of this disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this disclosure.

[0034] Referring to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of an air conditioning control system provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides an air conditioning control system including: a compressor 10, a first control valve SV1, a second control valve SV2, a heating plate heat exchanger 20, a first gas-liquid separator 30, a subcooler 40, a cooling plate heat exchanger 50, a second gas-liquid separator 60, and an air-side heat exchanger 70.

[0035] The compressor 10's exhaust port 11 is connected to the first control valve SV1 and the heating plate heat exchanger 20. The first control valve SV1 is connected to the subcooler 40 through the air-side heat exchanger 70, and the first control valve SV1 is connected to the first gas-liquid separator 30 through the second control valve SV2. The heating plate heat exchanger 20 is connected to the first gas-liquid separator 30, and the first gas-liquid separator 30 is connected to the subcooler 40. The subcooler 40 is connected to the compressor 10's air inlet 12 through the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 and the second gas-liquid separator 60.

[0036] The working principle of this embodiment can be seen as follows:

[0037] By controlling the on / off states of the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2, the air conditioning control system can be controlled to be in different modes, thereby reducing the complexity of mode switching of the air conditioning control system and reducing the cost of use. In different modes, the compressor 10, heating plate heat exchanger 20, first gas-liquid separator 30, subcooler 40, cooling plate heat exchanger 50, second gas-liquid separator 60 and air-side heat exchanger 70 can be in different states, thereby increasing the flexibility of use of the above components.

[0038] It should be noted that the modes of the air conditioning control system may include at least one of the following: cooling mode, heating mode, full-load operation mode (cooling and heating), main cooling section heating mode, main heating section cooling mode, and defrosting mode. The specific flow direction of the refrigerant under the above modes can be found in the relevant descriptions in the method embodiments below.

[0039] The heating mode described above can be understood as a mode used to increase the temperature of the environment in which the air conditioning control system is located. The cooling mode described above can be understood as a mode used to decrease the temperature of the environment in which the air conditioning control system is located. The full-load operation mode, the main cooling part heating mode, and the main heating part cooling mode described above can be understood as modes used to simultaneously perform heating and cooling. The difference between the full-load operation mode, the main cooling part heating mode, and the main heating part cooling mode lies in the different heating and cooling demands. In the full-load operation mode, the heating capacity demand equals the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power. In the main cooling part heating mode, the heating capacity demand is less than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power. In the main heating part cooling mode, the heating capacity demand is greater than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power.

[0040] It should be noted that defrosting mode can be understood as eliminating frost in the environment where the air conditioning control system is located by increasing the temperature of the environment.

[0041] It should be noted that, optionally, the first control valve SV1 can be closed in the following modes: full load operation mode for both cooling and heating, and heating mode for the main cooling section; while the second control valve SV2 can be closed in the following modes: cooling mode, heating mode, full load operation mode for both cooling and heating, and cooling mode for the main heating section.

[0042] The specific types of the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2 are not limited here. Optionally, the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2 can be electric ball valves, electric butterfly valves, electric gate valves, or flow regulating valves, etc. The flow regulating valve can be a solenoid valve, etc. The first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2 can be the same or different.

[0043] Among them, compressor 10 can be called compressor, heating plate heat exchanger 20 can be called heating plate hex, first gas-liquid separator 30 can be called HP accumulator, subcooler 40 can be called subcooler, cooling plate heat exchanger 50 can be called cooling plate hex, second gas-liquid separator 60 can be called LP accumulator or low-pressure gas-liquid separator, air-side heat exchanger 70 can be called air-side hex, and air-side heat exchanger 70 can be air-side finned tube heat exchanger.

[0044] It should be noted that by setting up the subcooler 40, the cooling and heating performance of the air conditioning control system can be further enhanced.

[0045] In one optional implementation, the first gas-liquid separator 30 is a gas-liquid separator with a pressure value greater than a preset threshold. Thus, a gas-liquid separator with a pressure value greater than the preset threshold can be called a high-pressure gas-liquid separator. In this way, the high-pressure gas-liquid separator can simultaneously achieve the functions of refrigerant storage and gas-liquid separation, and can also be used to balance the loads of the heating plate heat exchanger 20 and the air-side heat exchanger 70.

[0046] It can also be understood that the high-pressure gas-liquid separator can separate gaseous refrigerant from liquid refrigerant, thereby adjusting the heating load of the heating plate heat exchanger 20 and the air-side heat exchanger 70. When the air conditioning control system is in heating mode, the high-pressure gas-liquid separator can act as a liquid storage tank, that is, the high-pressure gas-liquid separator can be used to store refrigerant that exceeds the heating demand.

[0047] Optionally, the first control valve SV1, the second control valve SV2, and the air-side heat exchanger 70 can be connected by a T-shaped tee pipe, which can make the connection effect more stable.

[0048] It should be noted that, as shown in Figure 1, the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can be equipped with an inlet W1 and an outlet W2, and the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 can be equipped with an inlet W3 and an outlet W4. In this way, water can enter the heating plate heat exchanger 20 through the inlet W1, exchange heat with the refrigerant in the heating plate heat exchanger 20, and then flow out through the outlet W2. Similarly, water can enter the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 through the inlet W3, exchange heat with the refrigerant in the cooling plate heat exchanger 50, and then flow out through the outlet W4.

[0049] As an optional implementation, the air conditioning control system further includes a one-way valve assembly, which includes a first one-way valve 80 and a second one-way valve 81 connected in parallel. The air-side heat exchanger 70 is connected to the subcooler 40 through the first one-way valve 80, and the first gas-liquid separator 30 is connected to the subcooler 40 through the second one-way valve 81.

[0050] In this embodiment of the disclosure, since the air conditioning control system also includes a one-way valve assembly, the flow direction of the refrigerant in the air conditioning control system can be controlled by the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81, so that the refrigerant passing through the air-side heat exchanger 70 and the first gas-liquid separator 30 flows along the guiding direction of the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81 respectively, thereby enhancing the control effect on the flow direction of the refrigerant.

[0051] It should be noted that the flow direction of the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81 can refer to the flow direction of the refrigerant in the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81.

[0052] As an optional implementation, the air conditioning control system further includes a driver liquid cooling module 90, wherein the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81 are both connected to the subcooler 40 through the driver liquid cooling module 90.

[0053] The driver liquid cooling module 90 can be referred to as the driver cooler. In this embodiment, regardless of the mode of the air conditioning control system, the refrigerant flowing to the driver liquid cooling module 90 after passing through the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81 can be a high-pressure liquid refrigerant. The driver liquid cooling module 90 is cooled by the high-pressure liquid refrigerant. In this way, while ensuring the temperature reliability of the driver liquid cooling module 90, it can also prevent the temperature inside the driver liquid cooling module 90 from being too low, which would cause condensation inside the driver liquid cooling module 90 and thus cause the air conditioning control system to malfunction. This improves the reliability of the air conditioning control system.

[0054] In this embodiment of the present disclosure, both the first one-way valve 80 and the second one-way valve 81 are connected to the subcooler 40 through the driver liquid cooling module 90. In this way, since the air conditioning control system also includes the driver liquid cooling module 90, and the driver liquid cooling module 90 can be set to correspond to the compressor driver, the refrigerant passing through the driver liquid cooling module 90 can cool the compressor driver, thereby enhancing the cooling effect on the compressor driver.

[0055] As an optional implementation, the driver liquid cooling module 90 is connected to the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 through the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40, and the first pipe 41 is connected to the air supply port of the compressor 10 through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 and the second pipe 42 of the subcooler 40 in sequence.

[0056] The first pipe 41 and the second pipe 42 can be arranged adjacent to each other and spaced apart, and the first pipe 41 can be connected to the second pipe 42 through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3.

[0057] In this embodiment of the present disclosure, a portion of the refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41 can enter the second pipe 42 through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3, and exchange heat with the refrigerant in the first pipe 41 again, thereby enhancing the heat exchange effect of the refrigerant in the first pipe 41 and improving the utilization rate of the portion of the refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41.

[0058] As an optional implementation, the one-way valve assembly further includes a third one-way valve 82, and the air conditioning control system further includes a first electronic expansion valve EXV1 and a third control valve SV3. The first pipe 41 is also connected to the first electronic expansion valve EXV1. The first electronic expansion valve EXV1 is connected to the second one-way valve 81 through the third control valve SV3, and the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 is connected to the air-side heat exchanger 70 through the third one-way valve 82.

[0059] Optionally, the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 can be closed in the following modes: cooling mode, full load operation mode (cooling and heating), and main cooling section heating mode. Optionally, the third control valve SV3 can be opened in defrost mode.

[0060] In this embodiment, since a first electronic expansion valve EXV1 and a third control valve SV3 are also provided, when the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 and the third control valve SV3 are in the open state, part of the refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41 can sequentially pass through the first electronic expansion valve EXV1, the third control valve SV3 and the second one-way valve 81 into the subcooler 40 for heat exchange again, thereby improving the utilization rate of the aforementioned part of the refrigerant; and part of the refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41 can also pass through the third one-way valve 82 into the air-side heat exchanger 70 for heat exchange, thereby improving the utilization rate of this part of the refrigerant.

[0061] As an optional implementation, the air conditioning control system further includes a second electronic expansion valve EXV2, and the first pipe 41 is also connected to the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 through the second electronic expansion valve EXV2.

[0062] Optionally, the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 can be turned off in the following modes: heating mode and defrosting mode.

[0063] In this embodiment of the disclosure, by setting a second electronic expansion valve EXV2, the connection or disconnection between the first pipe 41 and the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 can be controlled. That is, when the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 is in the open state, the first pipe 41 is connected to the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50, and when the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 is in the closed state, the first pipe 41 is not connected to the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50. In this way, the flow direction of the refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41 can be flexibly controlled by the second electronic expansion valve EXV2.

[0064] As an optional implementation, the air conditioning control system further includes a fourth control valve SV4, and the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 is also connected to the air supply port 13 of the compressor 10 through the fourth control valve SV4.

[0065] In this embodiment of the disclosure, by setting a fourth control valve SV4, and by controlling the on / off state of the fourth control valve SV4, the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the second pipe 42 of the subcooler 40 can be connected or disconnected, thereby ensuring the reliability of the system's gas replenishment and enthalpy enhancement function.

[0066] It should be noted that when it is necessary to replenish gas and increase enthalpy for compressor 10, the fourth control valve SV4 can be closed. When it is not necessary to replenish gas and increase enthalpy for compressor 10, the fourth control valve SV4 can be opened. In this way, replenishing gas and increasing enthalpy for compressor 10 is more convenient through the fourth control valve SV4. By replenishing gas and increasing enthalpy for compressor 10, the performance of heating mode and cooling mode can be improved.

[0067] As an optional implementation, the air conditioning control system further includes a multi-way valve 100, the input terminal D of which is connected to the exhaust port 11 of the compressor 10, the first output terminal C of which is connected to the first control valve SV1, the second output terminal S of which is connected to the second gas-liquid separator 60 through a fourth one-way valve 83, and the third output terminal E of which is connected to the heating plate heat exchanger 20.

[0068] Optionally, the air conditioning control system also includes a fifth check valve 84, through which the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 is connected to the second gas-liquid separator 60. When a fourth check valve 83, a fifth check valve 84, and a fourth control valve SV4 are provided, with the fourth control valve SV4 open, the fourth check valve 83 and the fifth check valve 84 can ensure that the refrigerant from the subcooler 40 can enter the second gas-liquid separator 60. In this case, the refrigerant flowing out of the second pipe 42 of the subcooler 40 does not enter the compressor injection port 13.

[0069] In this embodiment of the present disclosure, by setting a multi-way valve 100, the connection stability of the compressor 10's exhaust port 11, the first control valve SV1, the fourth check valve 83 and the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can be further improved. In addition, the multi-way valve 100 can also control the flow direction of the refrigerant, that is, further enhance the guiding effect on the flow direction of the refrigerant.

[0070] It should be noted that the specific type of multi-way valve 100 is not limited here. Optionally, multi-way valve 100 can be a four-way valve, which can also be called a four-way valve or a four-way directional valve.

[0071] This disclosure also provides an air conditioner, including the air conditioner control system described in the first aspect. Since the air conditioner provided in this disclosure includes the air conditioner control system of the above embodiments, it has the same beneficial technical effects as the above embodiments. The structure of the air conditioner control system can be found in the corresponding descriptions in the above embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0072] This disclosure also provides a control method for an air conditioning control system, applied to the air conditioning control system described in the first aspect, the method comprising:

[0073] The mode of the air conditioning control system is controlled by controlling the on / off states of the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2 included in the air conditioning control system.

[0074] Since the air conditioning control system control method in this embodiment is applied to the air conditioning control system described in the above embodiments, the technical features in this embodiment can be referred to the relevant descriptions of the corresponding technical features in the above embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0075] The embodiments disclosed herein have the same beneficial technical effects as the embodiments described above, namely, by controlling the on / off states of the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2, the air conditioning control system can be controlled to be in different modes, thereby reducing the complexity of mode switching of the air conditioning control system and reducing the cost of use.

[0076] As an optional implementation, when the air conditioning control system further includes a third control valve SV3, a first electronic expansion valve EXV1, a second electronic expansion valve EXV2, and a third electronic expansion valve EXV3, controlling the mode of the air conditioning control system by controlling the on / off states of the first control valve SV1 and the second control valve SV2 includes at least one of the following:

[0077] By controlling the first control valve SV1, the second electronic expansion valve EXV2, and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to all be in the open state, and the second control valve SV2, the third control valve SV3, and the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 to all be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in the cooling mode.

[0078] By controlling the first control valve SV1, the first electronic expansion valve EXV1, and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to be in the open state, and the second control valve SV2, the third control valve SV3, and the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 to be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in heating mode.

[0079] By controlling the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to be in the open state, and the first control valve SV1, the second control valve SV2, the third control valve SV3 and the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 to be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in the full load operation mode of cooling and heating. In the full load operation mode of cooling and heating, the heating capacity demand is equal to the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power.

[0080] By controlling the second control valve SV2, the second electronic expansion valve EXV2, and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to be in the open state, and the first control valve SV1, the third control valve SV3, and the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 to be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in the main cooling section heating mode. In the main cooling section heating mode, the heating capacity demand is less than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power.

[0081] By controlling the first control valve SV1, the first electronic expansion valve EXV1, the second electronic expansion valve EXV2, and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to be in the open state, and the second control valve SV2 and the third control valve SV3 to be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in the main heating part cooling mode. In the main heating part cooling mode, the heating capacity demand is greater than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power.

[0082] By controlling the first control valve SV1, the third control valve SV3, the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 and the third electronic expansion valve EXV3 to be in the open state, and the second electronic expansion valve EXV2 and the second control valve SV2 to be in the closed state, the air conditioning control system is controlled to be in defrost mode.

[0083] When the air conditioning control system is in cooling mode, it only has cooling demand and no heating demand. Therefore, there is no flowing water or refrigerant in the heating plate heat exchanger 20, meaning that the heating plate heat exchanger 20 does not need to work at this time.

[0084] For example, referring to Figure 2, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 2 is in cooling mode. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the air-side heat exchanger 70 after passing through the first output terminal C of the multi-way valve 100 and the first control valve SV1. After heat exchange, it becomes high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 passes through the first one-way valve 80 and the driver liquid cooling module 90, and then enters the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 to exchange heat with the refrigerant in the second pipe 42. After passing through the first pipe 41, a portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 then enters the air-side heat exchanger 70. After exchanging heat with the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in the first pipe 41 in the second pipe 42, it becomes low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 through the air inlet 13. Another portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 after passing through the first pipe 41 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the second electronic expansion valve EXV2. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 and exchanges heat with water, becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 after passing through the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10.

[0085] It should be noted that in cooling mode, the air-side heat exchanger 70 can act as a condenser, and the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 can act as an evaporator.

[0086] When the air conditioning control system is in heating mode, it only has heating demand and no cooling demand. Therefore, there is no flowing water or refrigerant in the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50, meaning that the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 does not need to work at this time.

[0087] For example, referring to Figure 3, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 3 is in heating mode. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the heating plate heat exchanger 20 through the third output terminal E of the multi-way valve 100 for heat exchange, thereby condensing into high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 then passes through the first gas-liquid separator 30, the second one-way valve 81, and the driver liquid cooling module 90 in sequence before entering the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 for heat exchange. After passing through the first pipe 41, a portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the second pipe 42 and exchanges heat with the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in the first pipe 41, becoming low-pressure liquid refrigerant B3. Gaseous refrigerant B4, and this part of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to compressor 10 through the air supply port 13 of compressor 10. Another part of high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 after passing through the first pipe 41 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the first electronic expansion valve EXV1. This part of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the air-side heat exchanger 70 for heat exchange after passing through the third one-way valve 82, and becomes low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This part of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 passes through the first control valve SV1, enters the multi-way valve 100 through the first output terminal C of the multi-way valve 100, and then returns to compressor 10 after passing through the second output terminal S of the multi-way valve 100, the fourth one-way valve 83, the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the air inlet 12 of compressor 10.

[0088] It should be noted that in heating mode, the air-side heat exchanger 70 can act as an evaporator, and the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can act as a condenser.

[0089] When the air conditioning control system is in full-load operation mode, there is both heating and cooling demand.

[0090] For example, referring to Figure 4, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 4 is in full-load operation mode. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the heating plate heat exchanger 20 through the third output terminal E of the multi-way valve 100 for heat exchange, thereby completely condensing into high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 then passes through the first gas-liquid separator 30, the second one-way valve 81, and the driver liquid cooling module 90 in sequence before entering the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 for heat exchange and cooling. After passing through the first pipe 41, a portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3... After entering the second pipe 42 and exchanging heat with the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in the first pipe 41, the refrigerant becomes low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. The low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 for heat exchange, thus becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 after passing through the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10.

[0091] It should be noted that in the full-load operation mode of heating and cooling, the air-side heat exchanger 70 can operate without heat exchange, and the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 can act as an evaporator.

[0092] When the air conditioning control system is in the main cooling section heating mode, there is both cooling and heating demand at the same time, and the heating capacity demand is less than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power, that is, the cooling demand has a higher priority than the heating demand.

[0093] For example, referring to Figure 5, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 5 is in the heating mode of the main cooling section. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the heating plate heat exchanger 20 through the third output terminal E of the multi-way valve 100 for heat exchange and condensation. The refrigerant after passing through the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can be high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 and high-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant. After passing through the first gas-liquid separator 30, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 and high-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant are separated. The high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 obtained after separation by the first gas-liquid separator 30 enters the air-side heat exchanger 70 through the second control valve SV2 for heat exchange, thereby condensing into high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. This part of high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2, after passing through the first one-way valve 80, meets the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 obtained by the first gas-liquid separator 30 in the driver liquid cooling module 90, and... The high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 enters the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 for heat exchange and cooling. After passing through the first pipe 41, a portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the second pipe 42 and exchanges heat with the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in the first pipe 41, becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This low-pressure gaseous two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 for heat exchange, thus becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 after passing through the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10.

[0094] It should be noted that in the heating mode of the main cooling section, the air-side heat exchanger 70 can act as a condenser, and the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 can act as an evaporator. The heating load of the air-side heat exchanger 70 can be determined by detecting the temperature difference between the hot water entering and exiting the heating plate heat exchanger 20. When a fan 71 is installed on one side of the air-side heat exchanger 70, the speed of the fan 71 is determined by the excess heat that the air-side heat exchanger 70 needs to release.

[0095] When the air conditioning control system is in the main heating and part cooling mode, there is both cooling and heating demand at the same time, and the heating capacity demand is greater than the sum of the cooling capacity demand and the compressor power. That is, the heating demand has a higher priority than the cooling demand.

[0096] For example, referring to Figure 6, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 6 is in the main heating section cooling mode. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the heating plate heat exchanger 20 through the third output terminal E of the multi-way valve 100 for heat exchange and condensation. The refrigerant after passing through the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can be high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. The high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 passes through the first gas-liquid separator 30, the second one-way valve 81, and the driver liquid cooling module 90 in sequence before entering the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 for heat exchange and cooling. The first part of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 after passing through the first pipe 41 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This part of the low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the second pipe 42 and exchanges heat with the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in the first pipe 41, becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This part of the low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 through the gas injection port 13. In the process, the second part of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2, after passing through the first pipe 41, becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the second electronic expansion valve EXV2. The low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the refrigeration plate heat exchanger 50 for heat exchange, thus becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This part of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 after passing through the second gas-liquid separator 60 and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10. The third part of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant after passing through the first pipe 41... The refrigerant B2 passes through the first electronic expansion valve EXV1 and the third check valve 82 before entering the air-side heat exchanger 70 for heat exchange, becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 passes through the first control valve SV1, then through the first output terminal C of the multi-way valve 100, and then through the second output terminal S of the multi-way valve 100, the fourth check valve 83, the second gas-liquid separator 60, and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10 before returning to the compressor 10.

[0097] It should be noted that in the cooling mode of the main heating section, both the air-side heat exchanger 70 and the cooling plate heat exchanger 50 can act as evaporators. When a fan 71 is installed on one side of the air-side heat exchanger 70, the speed of the fan 71 is determined by the required cooling capacity.

[0098] Optionally, when the air conditioning control system is in the main heating section cooling mode or heating mode, it can be switched to defrost mode. This ensures smoother mode switching for the entire air conditioning control system, better performance, and greater energy efficiency.

[0099] For example, referring to Figure 7, the air conditioning control system shown in Figure 7 is in defrost mode. At this time, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 in the compressor 10 enters the air-side heat exchanger 70 for heat exchange and condensation after passing through the first output terminal C of the multi-way valve 100 and the first control valve SV1, thereby melting the frost attached to the air-side heat exchanger 70 and achieving the purpose of defrosting. After the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant B1 undergoes heat exchange and condensation in the air-side heat exchanger 70, it becomes high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2. This high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 passes through the first one-way valve 80 and the driver liquid cooling module 90 in sequence before entering the first pipe 41 of the subcooler 40 for heat exchange and cooling. After passing through the first pipe 41, a portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the third electronic expansion valve EXV3. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 enters the second pipe 42 and reacts with the first After heat exchange, the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 in pipe 41 becomes low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can return to the compressor 10 through the air inlet 13. Another portion of the high-pressure liquid refrigerant B2 after passing through the first pipe 41 becomes low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 after passing through the first electronic expansion valve EXV1. This portion of low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant B3 passes through the third control valve SV3 and the first gas-liquid separator 30 and enters the heating plate heat exchanger 20 for heat exchange, thus becoming low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4. This portion of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant B4 can enter the multi-way valve 100 through the third output end E, and then return to the compressor 10 through the second output end S of the multi-way valve 100, the fourth one-way valve 83, the second gas-liquid separator 60, and the air inlet 12 of the compressor 10.

[0100] It should be noted that in defrost mode, the air-side heat exchanger 70 can act as a condenser, and the heating plate heat exchanger 20 can act as an evaporator.
