[0068] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0069] As shown in Figures 1-6, a lifting and locking mechanism includes a housing 1, two drums 2 rotatably arranged inside the housing 1, ratchet 3 fixedly arranged on both sides of the drums 2, a load-bearing belt 4 wound on the drums 2, and a locking unit that restricts the rotation of the ratchet 3 when the tension on the load-bearing belt 4 exceeds a set tension is provided inside the housing 1.

[0070] Furthermore, the locking unit includes locking plates 5, with two locking plates 5 fixedly disposed at both ends of the connecting plate 6. The locking plates 5 are disposed above the ratchet 3. A connecting hole 7 is opened at one end of the locking plate 5, and the locking plate 5 is rotatably disposed on the rotating shaft 8 through the connecting hole 7. A roller 9 is rotatably disposed at the other end of the locking plate 5.

[0071] Furthermore, the rotating shaft 8 is fixedly mounted on the rear wall of the housing 1, and a torsion spring 10 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 8. One end of the torsion spring 10 contacts the lower end face of the connecting plate 6, and the other end of the torsion spring 10 is located at the lower part of the stop rod 11 and contacts the stop rod 11.

[0072] Furthermore, a driven gear 12 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the ratchet 3, and the driven gear 12 is connected to the power unit for transmission.

[0073] Furthermore, the power unit includes a gear shaft 13 fixedly mounted on the rear wall of the housing 1, a drive gear 14 rotatably mounted on the gear shaft 13, and the drive gear 14 meshing with the driven gear 12.

[0074] Furthermore, a dual-axis motor 15 is fixedly installed on the bottom surface of the housing 1. Worms 16 are fixedly installed on the two power output shafts of the dual-axis motor 15 respectively. A worm wheel 17 is rotatably installed on the gear shaft 13. The worm wheel 17 is meshed with the worm 16 and is fixedly connected to the drive gear 14.

[0075] Furthermore, the two worm gears 16 rotate in opposite directions.

[0076] Furthermore, the power unit includes a drive motor 18 fixedly mounted on the front wall of the housing 1. The power output shaft of the drive motor 18 passes through the front wall of the housing 1 and enters the housing 1, where a drive gear 19 is fixedly mounted. The drive gear 19 meshes with a driven gear 12 on one of the two drums 2.

[0077] An intermediate gear 20 is rotatably mounted on the rear wall of the housing 1. The intermediate gear 20 is engaged with the driving gear 19 and the driven gear 12 on another drum 2.

[0078] Furthermore, the load-bearing belt 4 is made of composite fiber material.

[0079] An exercise device includes the lifting and locking mechanism and the hanging ring 100 described in the aforementioned technical solution, wherein the hanging ring 100 is fixedly installed at the end of the load-bearing belt 4.

[0080] The working principle of the above technical solution:

[0081] To accommodate people of different heights exercising on a single ring, an adjustable lifting mechanism with a weighted belt is installed. The weighted belt is raised and lowered by a motor. Although the motor has a self-locking function, it may lose this function when the weighted belt is subjected to excessive tension, potentially causing injury to the exerciser. Therefore, a locking unit is installed on the lifting mechanism to restrict the rotation of ratchet 3 when the weighted belt is subjected to tension exceeding a set limit, thus locking the ring when subjected to excessive tension.

[0082] The axes of the two drums 2 inside the housing 1 are arranged in parallel. The drum 2 includes a drum shaft and circular baffles on the two end faces of the drum shaft. The function of the baffles is to block the load-bearing belt 4 wound on the drum shaft and prevent the load-bearing belt 4 from slipping off. The ratchet 3 is fixedly arranged on the outside of the baffle and is coaxial with the drum 2.

[0083] The locking unit includes locking plates 24. Two locking plates 24 are fixedly installed at both ends of the connecting plate 6. The locking plates 24 are located above the ratchet 3. A connecting hole 7 is opened at one end of the locking plate 24. The locking plates 24 are rotatably installed on the rotating shaft 8 through the connecting hole 7. The roller 9 is rotatably installed between the two locking plates 24, as shown in Figure 6. The free end of the load-bearing belt 4 wound on the drum 2 passes over the roller 9 and the fixed pulley 101 and hangs downward with a lifting ring 100. The position of the roller 9 is higher than the line connecting the drum 2 and the fixed pulley 101. The connection method between the lifting ring 100 and the load-bearing belt 4 is the prior art and will not be described in detail here.

[0084] The torsion spring 10 supports the lower end face of the connecting plate 6. When the user does not pull the ring 100 down beyond the set tension, the power unit drives the drum 2 to rotate. The torsion spring 10 provides upward support to the locking plate 5 through the connecting plate 6, so that the locking plate 24 and the ratchet 3 maintain a certain distance. At this time, the length of the load-bearing belt can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the distance between the ring 100 and the ceiling. The ring 100 can be lowered for exercisers to use, or it can be retracted near the ceiling or stored in the ceiling after exercise. When the ring 100 is not in use, it does not occupy the space under the ceiling.

[0085] The set tension is determined based on the elastic force of the torsion spring 10, the weight of the lifting ring, and the weight of the load-bearing belt. The set tension should be greater than the sum of the weights of the lifting ring and the vertical section of the load-bearing belt.

[0086] The stop bar 11 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the rear side of the housing 1. The support rod 11 is spaced apart from the rotating shaft 8. The two locking units are symmetrically arranged above the two drums 2.

[0087] When the exerciser wants to exercise, the power unit is first activated, which drives the drum 2 to rotate. The drum 2 releases the load-bearing belt 4, and the hanging ring 100 moves downward under its own weight. After reaching a suitable height, the power unit is turned off and the hanging ring 100 stops. At this time, the exerciser pulls the hanging ring 100 downward. Since the position of the roller 9 is higher than the line connecting the drum 2 and the fixed pulley 101, when the exerciser pulls down the hanging ring 100, the load-bearing belt 4 is pressed down by the roller 9 against the locking plate 24. The teeth at the bottom of the locking plate 24 engage with the teeth of the ratchet 3, restricting the rotation of the ratchet 3, thereby restricting the rotation of the drum 2 and preventing the load-bearing belt 4 from moving further. This stops the hanging ring 100 at a suitable height, making it convenient for the exerciser to exercise. Locking the hanging ring 100 also prevents the exerciser from falling and getting injured.

[0088] This invention discloses two power unit structures. The first type is shown in Figure 3. A dual-axis motor 15 is installed on the bottom surface of the housing 1. The dual-axis motor is fixed to the bottom surface of the housing by bolts. Worms 16 are fixed on the two power output shafts of the dual-axis motor 15. The worms 16 are meshed with worm wheels 17. When adjusting the height of the lifting ring 100, the dual-axis motor 15 starts and drives the drive gear 14 to rotate through the worms 16 and worm wheels 17. This drives the drum 2 to rotate through the driven gear 12, thereby winding and unwinding the load-bearing belt 4. Since the load-bearing belt 4 on both drums 2 is wound from the top of the drum 2, and the rotation directions of the two screws 16 are opposite, the rotation directions of the two upper drums 2 are opposite, thereby achieving simultaneous winding or unwinding of the load-bearing belt on both drums 2. The power output shaft of the dual-axis motor 15 is parallel to the length direction of the housing 1. The lifting mechanism with the dual-axis motor is called a one-line locking lifting mechanism.

[0089] The second type of power unit includes a drive motor 18 fixedly installed on the outer side of the front wall of the housing 1. The power output shaft of the drive motor 18 passes through the front wall of the housing 1 and enters the housing 1, where a drive gear 19 is fixedly installed. The drive gear 19 meshes with a driven gear 12 on one of the two drums 2. An intermediate gear 20 is rotatably installed on the rear wall of the housing 1. The intermediate gear 20 meshes with the drive gear 19 and the driven gear 12 on the other drum 2 respectively. The rotation of the drive motor 18 drives the two drums 2 to rotate through the drive gear 19 and the intermediate gear 20, thereby winding and unwinding the load-bearing belt. The direction of the power output shaft of the drive motor is perpendicular to the length direction of the housing 1. The lifting mechanism with the drive motor 18 installed on the outer side of the front wall of the housing 1 is called a T-shaped locking lifting mechanism.

[0090] The installation of the intermediate gear 20 is the same as that of the drive gear 14. The intermediate gear shaft can be fixedly installed on the rear wall of the housing 1, and the intermediate gear 20 is rotatably mounted on the intermediate gear shaft.

[0091] An exercise device includes a lifting and locking mechanism and a suspension rod 102 as described in the aforementioned technical solution. The ends of two weight-bearing belts 4 are fixedly connected to the suspension rod 102 near both ends. The connection points of the two weight-bearing belts 4 to the suspension rod 102 are symmetrically arranged with the midpoint of the suspension rod 102 as the center. The suspension rod device can be used as a horizontal bar for exercise. The connection method of the weight-bearing belts 4 is the same as that of the ring device, and will not be described again here.

[0092] The beneficial effects of the above technical solution are as follows:

[0093] The lifting and locking mechanism and exercise equipment described in this invention use a power unit to drive the drum to rotate, thereby adjusting the height of the exercise equipment by winding and unwinding the load-bearing belt wound on the drum. This allows it to accommodate exercisers of different heights. After the exercise equipment is adjusted to the correct height, pulling it down forces the locking unit to lock the drum, thus locking the exercise equipment at the corresponding height and improving safety. After exercise, the exercise equipment can be stored close to the ceiling, without taking up living space.

[0094] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 8-9, the lifting and locking mechanism includes a support member 21 and a drum 2 rotatably mounted on the lower surface of the support member 21. Two sets of bearing seats are arranged along the length direction of the support member on the lower surface of the support member 21. A dual-output shaft motor 22 is fixedly arranged between the two sets of bearing seats. The two drums 2 are rotatably mounted on the bearing seats through bearings. The drums 2 are connected to the power output shaft 23. A ratchet 3 is fixedly mounted on one of the drums 2. A locking plate 24 is rotatably mounted on the lower side of the drum 2 with the ratchet 3. Two connecting arms 25 are fixedly mounted on one side of the locking plate 24. Two connecting arms 25 are fixedly mounted on one side wall of the locking plate 24. The angle between the connecting arms 25 and the upper surface of the locking plate 24 is a set angle. A sleeve 26 is rotatably mounted between the two connecting arms 25. A locking tooth 27 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the locking plate 24. The length direction of the locking tooth 27 is parallel to the axial direction of the drum 2. The set angle between the connecting arms 25 and the locking plate 24 can be set as needed, and can be set to 120-15 degrees. At 0 degrees, the locking plate 24 can be made of metal, as shown in Figure 10. One end of the load-bearing belt 4 wound on the drum 2 is fixedly mounted on the drum 2. The movable end of the load-bearing belt 4 passes around the sleeve 26 and is fixedly connected to the lifting ring 100. When the length of the load-bearing belt needs to be adjusted, the dual-output shaft motor 22 can be turned on. The dual-output shaft motor 22 drives the lifting ring to move up and down. At this time, because the weight of the lifting ring is relatively light, due to the weight of the locking plate 24 itself, the pressure of the lifting ring 100 on the sleeve 26 cannot make the sleeve 26 move. The moving locking plate 24 rotates closer to the ratchet 3. When someone pulls the ring from below, the weight of the person is much greater than the weight of the ring, and the tension on the load-bearing belt 4 also increases. The load-bearing belt 4 squeezes the sleeve 26 to the left, and the sleeve 26 drives the locking plate 24 to rotate clockwise. The locking plate 24 moves closer to the ratchet 3, and the locking teeth 27 on the locking plate 24 lock the ratchet 3, so that the drum 2 does not rotate and the position of the load-bearing belt 4 is locked. The person exercising can exercise under the ring. The tension at this time can be set according to the weight of the locking plate 24.

[0095] The axis of rotation of the locking plate 24 is parallel to the axis of the drum 2, and the length direction of the locking tooth 27 is parallel to the axis of the drum 2. After the locking plate 24 approaches the ratchet 3, the locking tooth 27 can better engage with the teeth of the ratchet 3.

[0096] The lifting ring 100 is connected to the drum 2 at both ends of the support member 21, and the support member 21 is fixed in the ceiling. The structure is simple and the cost is low.

[0097] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 10-13, the lifting and locking mechanism includes a housing 1, within which a drum 2 and an auxiliary drum 28 are rotatably disposed, parallel to the drum 2.

[0098] A first gear 29 is fixedly mounted on the auxiliary drum 28, and the first gear 29 meshes with a second gear 30 fixedly mounted on the drum 2.

[0099] The first gear 29 and the auxiliary drum 28 are fixedly mounted on the axle 31, and ratchet gears 32 are fixedly mounted on the outer sides of the first gear 29 and the auxiliary drum 28 on the axle 31, respectively.

[0100] Connecting plates 33 are fixedly arranged on the front and rear side walls of the housing 1. Grooves 34 are opened on the opposite sides of the two connecting plates 33. A retaining tooth 35 is fixedly arranged on the lower part of the inner wall of the groove 34. A ratchet 32 is rotatably arranged in the groove 34.

[0101] A groove 36 is provided on the bottom surface of the groove 34, and a slider 37 is slidably arranged in the groove 36. A shaft hole 38 is provided on the slider 37, and a wheel axle 31 is rotatably arranged in the shaft hole 38. An elastic element 39 is provided in the groove 34. The lower end of the elastic element 39 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the groove 34, and the upper end of the elastic element 39 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the slider 37.

[0102] It also includes a motor 40, which is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the housing 1. The power output shaft of the motor 40 passes through the side wall of the housing 1 and enters the housing 1, where a drive gear 41 is fixedly mounted. The drive gear 41 meshes with the second gear 30.

[0103] The load-bearing belt 4, wound on the drum 2, hangs downwards after passing over the auxiliary drum 28. The free end of the load-bearing belt 4 is fixedly equipped with a hanging clip 100. Due to the action of the elastic element 39, the slider 37 is pushed upwards. When adjusting the length of the load-bearing belt 4, the downward tension of the load-bearing belt 4 cannot compress the elastic element 39 to make the wheel axle 31 move downwards when the motor 40 is winding and releasing the load-bearing belt. When someone pulls the ring, the instantaneous tension on the load-bearing belt 4 increases. The load-bearing belt 4 squeezes the elastic element 39 downwards through the auxiliary drum 28 and the wheel axle 31. The auxiliary drum 28 moves downwards as a whole, and the ratchet 32 moves downwards and gets caught on the locking tooth 35. The locking tooth 35 restricts the rotation of the ratchet 32, thereby restricting the rotation of the drum 2 through the auxiliary drum 28 and locking the load-bearing belt 4. The person exercising can exercise under the ring. At this time, the set tension is set according to the elasticity of the elastic element 39.

[0104] The thickness of slider 37 is greater than the depth of groove 36, and the part of slider 37 that protrudes from groove 36 is used to fix elastic element 39.

[0105] The housing 1 includes a detachably connected top cover 42, which serves to prevent dust and protect the internal components of the housing 1.

[0106] The housing 1 and the support 21 can be installed on the roof inside the ceiling of the house and fixed with bolts. Installing them inside the ceiling makes the interior beautiful and tidy. The lifting mechanism using the auxiliary drum 28 requires two pairs to be used, each connected to two lifting rings 100. The two motors can be set to rotate synchronously.

[0107] The auxiliary drum moves downward under the tension of the load-bearing belt, and the ratchet 3 engages with the locking tooth 35, ensuring high locking stability and good safety.

[0108] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 14-15, the locking unit includes a transmission plate 43 and a ratchet ring 44. The transmission plate 43 is rotatably disposed inside the ratchet ring 44 and is fixedly connected to the drum 2. At least two columns 45 and baffles 46 are arranged in an array along the circumferential direction on the side of the transmission plate 43 facing away from the drum 2. A pawl 47 is rotatably disposed on the column 45. One end of a spring 48 is fixedly connected to the side of the baffle 46 facing the pawl, and the other end of the spring 48 is fixedly connected to the pawl.

[0109] In the initial position, as shown in Figure 15, the pawl 47 has a certain gap with the ratchet ring 44 under the action of the spring tension, and the pawl 47 and the ratchet ring 44 will not get stuck. When the upper load-bearing belt of the drum 2 is subjected to a large tension, the rotation speed of the drum 2 increases instantaneously. Under the action of centrifugal force, the end of the pawl 47 away from the column 45 overcomes the tension of the spring 48 and rotates outward. The pawl 47 gets stuck on the teeth of the ratchet ring (as shown in Figure 19), so that the drum 2 cannot rotate and the load-bearing belt 4 is locked. At this time, the tension is set according to the spring force.

[0110] The transmission plate 43 can be fixed on the driven gear 12, and the ratchet ring 44 can be fixed on the side wall of the housing 1 to cooperate with the transmission plate 43, replacing the locking plate 5 as the locking unit. Alternatively, the ratchet ring 44 can be fixed on the bearing seat of the support member 21, and the transmission plate 43 can be fixed on the driven gear 12, replacing the locking plate 24 on the support member 21 as the locking unit. The locking unit using the ratchet is responsive and has good locking performance.

[0111] Figure 16 shows a structural block diagram of a control system for a lifting and locking mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. Based on the lifting and locking mechanism, the system realizes the lifting and locking functions of the exercise equipment, and includes: an information acquisition module 161, a control module 162, a drive module 163, and a locking module 164; wherein...

[0112] The information acquisition module 161 is used to acquire the user's initial control information regarding the exercise equipment.

[0113] The control module 162 is used to generate corresponding control commands based on the initial control information and send the control commands to the corresponding functional modules.

[0114] The drive module 163 is used to receive control commands and drive the exercise equipment to complete the lifting and lowering according to the command content.

[0115] The locking module 164 is used to receive control commands and lock the exercise equipment according to the command content.

[0116] A control system for a lifting and locking mechanism according to this embodiment includes: an information acquisition module, a control module, a drive module, and a locking module. The information acquisition module acquires initial control information from the user regarding the exercise equipment. The control module generates corresponding control commands based on the initial control information and sends the commands to the corresponding functional modules. The drive module receives the control commands and drives the exercise equipment to lift and lower according to the command content. The locking module receives the control commands and locks the exercise equipment according to the command content. This control system acquires user voice or operation information to determine control information for the exercise equipment. The control module analyzes and processes this information to extract control requirements for the exercise equipment and generates control commands accordingly. After sending the commands to the corresponding functional modules, the system accurately adjusts or locks the exercise equipment based on the user's needs. This safely and accurately achieves automatic lifting and lowering of the exercise equipment, meeting the needs of users of different heights and allowing them to exercise at a suitable height, greatly improving the user experience.

[0117] Figure 17 shows a structural block diagram of a control system for a lifting locking mechanism according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 17, the system includes: an information acquisition module 171, a control module 172, a drive module 173, and a locking module 174.

[0118] The information acquisition module 171, control module 172, drive module 173, and locking module 174 can all perform the above functions.

[0119] Specifically, the information acquisition module 171 further includes: a first information unit 1711, a second information unit 1712, and an information transmission unit 1713;

[0120] The first information unit 1711 is used to acquire the user's control voice information and perform semantic analysis on the voice information to obtain initial control information.

[0121] Preferably, the first information unit 1711 is further configured to perform user identification on the wake-up voice, compare the wake-up voice data with the user-preset start-up voice data based on voiceprint recognition technology, and wake up the system after confirmation;

[0122] After being woken up, the system acquires the user's control voice information and uses a semantic recognition model based on a convolutional neural network to perform semantic analysis on the voice information to obtain initial control information.

[0123] The second information unit 1712 is used to generate initial control information in response to the user's operation of the control device associated with the exercise equipment.

[0124] Preferably, the control device can be a remote control associated with the exercise equipment, a mobile smart device with a related APP installed, or a computer with related control software installed.

[0125] The information transmission unit 1713 is used to transmit initial control information to the control module 172.

[0126] Preferably, the information acquisition module 171 can also be used to, in response to a measurement request issued by the user via voice or terminal operation, measure the user's height using a distance measuring device located below the lifting locking mechanism, and automatically generate initial control information based on the measurement results and send it to the control module 172, so as to adjust the height of the exercise equipment according to a preset user height and exercise equipment height comparison table. For example, the distance measuring device can be a laser rangefinder, which measures the distance between itself and the ground, and the distance between itself and the top of the user's head, to determine the current user height data.

[0127] Furthermore, users can match their ID with their voiceprint data and height data; when the information acquisition module matches the current user with the pre-stored user information, it automatically generates initial control information and sends it to the control module 172 to complete the height adjustment of the exercise equipment.

[0128] Specifically, the control module 172 further includes: an information extraction unit 1721, an instruction generation unit 1722, and an instruction sending unit 1723; wherein,

[0129] Information extraction unit 1721 is used to extract first demand information for exercise equipment based on initial control information.

[0130] The instruction generation unit 1722 is used to convert the first requirement information into second requirement information for the corresponding functional module, and generate control instructions based on the second requirement information; wherein, the control instructions include at least a run instruction and a stop instruction for the drive module 173, and a lock instruction and a release instruction for the lock module 174.

[0131] Preferably, the first required information is the target operating parameters of the exercise equipment, which includes at least the operating height and operating direction of the exercise equipment;

[0132] The second requirement information is the operating parameters for the functional modules generated based on the first requirement information; among them, the operating parameters for the drive module 173 include at least the switching parameters, rotation direction and number of revolutions; the operating parameters for the locking module 174 include at least the tightening of the locking unit to lock or the releasing of the locking unit to release the lock.

[0133] The instruction sending unit 1723 is used to send the generated control instructions to the corresponding functional modules.

[0134] Preferably, in the operating parameters for the drive module 173, when the switch parameter is on, an operating command is generated based on the rotation direction and number of revolutions; when the switch parameter is off, a termination command is generated.

[0135] When the operating parameters of the locking module 174 are set to tighten the locking unit, a locking command is generated; otherwise, a releasing command is generated.

[0136] Preferably, the system further includes a drive power supply 165, which provides power to the drive module 173 and the locking module 174 respectively.

[0137] Furthermore, the drive motor is a dual-axis motor, which drives the drum to roll up and unroll the load-bearing belt by rotating in different directions, thereby completing the raising and lowering of the exercise equipment.

[0138] When the locking module does not receive a locking command, the locking unit in the locking module remains in the released state through the retaining component. After the locking module receives a locking command, the tightening force on the locking unit is greater than the supporting force provided by the retaining component, thus locking the exercise equipment. The retaining component can be a spring or a torsion spring.

[0139] Preferably, the system is further used for:

[0140] After the locking module is adjusted according to the control command to lock the exercise equipment, the control module 172 automatically generates a termination command to control the drive module 173 to stop running.

[0141] After adjusting the drive module according to the control command to complete the raising and lowering of the exercise equipment, the control module 172 automatically generates a locking command to control the locking module 174 to lock the raising and lowering locking mechanism, so that it remains in the current position.

[0142] According to the above system, by acquiring the user's voice or operation information, the control information for the exercise equipment is determined. Voiceprint recognition ensures the safety of the control process, preventing injury to the user caused by unauthorized control. Based on semantic recognition, control requests are accurately obtained through voice information or input using various types of operating terminals to accurately complete subsequent control. The height of the exercise equipment is automatically adjusted by measuring the user's height. The exercise equipment is secured by locking the drive module before operation or locking it after the drive module stops, ensuring safety for subsequent use and preventing user injury. Therefore, adjusting the height of the exercise equipment in this way meets the needs of various groups, lowers the operational threshold and overall convenience, and greatly improves the user experience.

[0148] Preferably, the step of acquiring the user's control voice information and performing semantic analysis on the voice information to obtain initial control information further includes: performing user recognition on the wake-up voice, waking up the user after confirmation, acquiring the user's control voice information after waking up, and performing semantic analysis on the voice information to obtain initial control information.

[0149] Step S1802: Generate corresponding control commands based on the initial control information and send the control commands to the corresponding functional modules.

[0150] Specifically, the step of generating corresponding control commands based on initial control information and sending the control commands to the corresponding functional modules further includes,

[0151] Based on the initial control information, the first demand information for the exercise equipment is extracted; the first demand information is converted into second demand information for the corresponding functional modules, and control instructions are generated based on the second demand information; wherein, the control instructions include at least run instructions and stop instructions for the drive module, and lock instructions and release instructions for the locking module; the generated control instructions are sent to the corresponding functional modules.

[0152] Preferably, the step of generating corresponding control commands based on initial control information and sending the control commands to the corresponding functional modules further includes:

[0153] The first requirement information is the target operating parameters of the exercise equipment, which includes at least the operating height and direction of the exercise equipment; the second requirement information is the operating parameters for the functional modules generated based on the first requirement information; among them, the operating parameters for the drive module include at least the switch parameters, rotation direction and number of revolutions; the operating parameters for the locking module include at least the tightening of the locking unit to lock or the releasing of the locking unit to release the lock.

[0154] Step S1803: Receive control instructions and drive the exercise equipment to complete the lifting and lowering according to the instructions.

[0155] Step S1804: Receive control instructions and lock the exercise equipment according to the instructions.

[0156] Preferably, the method further includes: after adjusting the locking module according to the control command to lock the exercise equipment, the control module automatically generates a termination command to control the drive module to stop running; after adjusting the drive module according to the control command to raise and lower the exercise equipment, the control module automatically generates a locking command to control the locking module to lock the raising and lowering locking mechanism to keep it in its current position.

[0157] This embodiment provides a control method for a lifting and locking mechanism. This method acquires user voice or operation information to determine control information for the exercise equipment. The control module analyzes and processes this control information to extract control requirements for the exercise equipment, which are then converted into control requirements for different functional modules. Control commands are generated and sent to the corresponding functional modules to accurately adjust or lock the position of the exercise equipment based on the user's needs. This safely and accurately achieves automatic lifting and lowering of the exercise equipment. The locking module effectively improves safety during adjustment and use, meeting the needs of exercisers of different heights, allowing them to exercise at a suitable height. After use, the equipment can be retracted to the ceiling, ensuring ample home space and significantly reducing the impact of exercise equipment on daily life. Furthermore, the entire process requires no manual operation from the user; adjustments can be made via voice or a terminal, greatly reducing the operational threshold and overall convenience, meeting the needs of users of all ages, and significantly enhancing the user experience.
