Abstract

A solenoid valve for air compressor control, relating to the technical field of air compressors. The solenoid valve for air compressor control comprises: an actuating assembly; a connecting housing, connected to the actuating assembly; and a valve body assembly, comprising a housing, a sealing ring sliding inside the housing, and a lower rubber ring provided at the side edge of the sealing ring. A solenoid coil drives an iron core to move downward to change the position of the sealing ring, so as to control communication and blocking between an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole; when the sealing ring moves to the bottom of the housing of the valve body assembly, because the lower rubber ring is located at the side edge, the lower rubber ring is not compressed by the sealing ring, thereby ensuring the elasticity of the lower rubber ring, and ensuring that the lower rubber ring can stably fit against the inner surface of the housing of the valve body assembly; in addition, the iron core and the sealing ring are respectively located in a housing of the actuating assembly and the housing of the valve body assembly, and are separated by means of an upper rubber ring and the lower rubber ring, thereby preventing the iron core from coming into contact with an oil-containing gas, and ensuring normal opening and closing of the solenoid valve.

Description

An air compressor control solenoid valve Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of air compressors, and in particular to an air compressor control solenoid valve. Background Technology

[0002] Currently, the loading and unloading solenoid valves of air compressors, whether direct-acting or pilot-operated, generally control the loading and unloading of the air compressor by driving the iron core and the matching spring through the solenoid valve coil.

[0003] This control method has the following problems:

[0004] First, the rubber gasket used to seal the vent in the iron core is prone to wear after frequent operation, resulting in a decrease in sealing effect and thus causing control failure, requiring the entire solenoid valve to be replaced.

[0005] Secondly, the control air source of air compressors generally contains oil. After long-term operation, the oil quality will deteriorate, and oil stains will easily form at the iron core, causing the iron core to jam and preventing it from working properly.

[0006] Therefore, a solenoid valve for controlling an air compressor is proposed to solve the above problems. Summary of the Invention

[0025] To enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0026] The terminology used in this invention is that which is currently widely used in the art in consideration of the function of the invention; however, these terms may vary according to the intent of those skilled in the art, precedent, or new technology in the art. Furthermore, specific terms may be chosen by the applicant, and in such cases, their detailed meanings will be described in the detailed description of the invention. Therefore, the terms used in this specification should not be construed as simple names, but rather based on their meanings and the overall description of the invention.

[0027] Example 1, referring to Figures 1-3, this example provides an air compressor control solenoid valve, including,

[0028] Action component 1, connecting shell 3 connected to action component 1; and,

[0029] The valve body assembly 4 includes a housing 41, a sealing ring 43 that slides inside the housing 41, and a lower rubber ring 42 disposed on the side of the sealing ring 43.

[0030] Furthermore, the actuation component 1 includes a housing 11, and an electromagnetic coil 2 is disposed on the outer surface of the housing 11.

[0031] When the electromagnetic coil 2 is energized, it generates a magnetic force, which drives the iron core 13 to move upward, compressing the spring 12 and connecting the air outlet 47 and the air inlet 48. When the electromagnetic coil 2 is de-energized, the magnetic force disappears, the spring 12 returns to its original position, and the iron core 13 is pressed downward, disconnecting the air outlet 47 and the air inlet 48.

[0032] An iron core 13 is slidably connected to the inner surface of the housing 11, and a spring 12 is connected to the surface of the iron core 13.

[0033] As a conductor, the iron core 13 generates magnetic force when the electromagnetic coil 2 is energized, which can drive the iron core 13 to move. The spring 12 can press the iron core 13 downward to ensure that the iron core 13 is located at the bottom of the housing 11, so that the sealing ring 43 is always located at the bottom of the outer shell 41, ensuring that the air outlet 47 and the air inlet 48 are normally disconnected.

[0034] The bottom of the iron core 13 is connected to a connecting rod 44 by a thread. An upper rubber ring 46 is fixed on the surface of the connecting rod 44 and slides inside the connecting shell 3.

[0035] The iron core 13 is connected to the sealing ring 43 via the connecting rod 44, so that the up and down movement of the iron core 13 can directly change the position of the sealing ring 43. The upper rubber ring 46 is set on the surface of the connecting rod 44. When the connecting rod 44 moves inside the connecting shell 3, the upper rubber ring 46 contacts the inner surface of the connecting shell 3, blocking the movement of gas.

[0036] A sealing ring 43 is fixed to the lower end of the connecting rod 44, and an air outlet 47 and a vent 45 are provided on the side of the outer casing 41.

[0037] A lower rubber ring 43 is provided on the side of the sealing ring 43. Since the lower rubber ring 43 is provided on the side, when the sealing ring 43 moves downward and contacts the bottom of the outer shell 41, the lower rubber ring 43 will not be squeezed, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the lower rubber ring 43.

[0038] The vent 45 is positioned at a higher height than the vent 47 on the outer casing 41.

[0039] As the sealing ring 43 moves up and down inside the outer casing 41, when the sealing ring 43 moves downward, a negative pressure is formed between the upper end of the sealing ring 43 and the outer casing 41, and external gas enters through the vent hole 45. When the sealing ring 43 moves upward, the gas between the upper end of the sealing ring 43 and the outer casing 41 is squeezed, and the gas is discharged from the vent hole 45. At the same time, after the gas-using equipment is used, some high-pressure gas still remains inside the gas-using equipment. At this time, the air inlet 48 and the air outlet 47 are disconnected, and the gas inside the gas-using equipment is discharged from the vent hole 45, so that the gas-using equipment can be easily removed.

[0040] Meanwhile, since the vent hole 45 is set at a higher height than the outlet hole 47, when the sealing ring 43 moves upward, the inlet hole 48 will first connect with the outlet hole 47, thereby supplying air to the air-using equipment and preventing the gas inside the inlet hole 48 from being discharged from the vent hole 45.

[0041] An air inlet 48 is provided at the bottom of the outer casing 41.

[0042] The air inlet 48 is located at the bottom of the housing 41. When the sealing ring 43 is located at the bottom of the housing 41, the air inlet 48 is directly connected to the air compressor. The gas pressure is high. The spring 12 presses the iron core 13 against the bottom of the housing 11 to ensure that the sealing ring 43 will not move upward under the action of gas pressure. At the same time, the lower rubber ring 42 can block the movement of gas and prevent gas from overflowing through the gap between the sealing ring 43 and the housing 41.

[0043] Usage: The air inlet 48 is directly connected to the air compressor, and the air outlet 47 is connected to the air-using equipment. When the solenoid valve needs to be opened, the solenoid coil 2 is energized, and the iron core 13 is moved upward by magnetic force. The spring 12 is compressed, and the upward movement of the iron core 13 drives the connecting rod 44 to move. The connecting rod 44 moves upward and drives the sealing ring 43 to move. The sealing ring 43 moves inside the outer shell 41. When the sealing ring 43 rises above the height of the air outlet 47, the air outlet 47 is connected to the air inlet 48. The lower rubber ring 42 on the surface of the sealing ring 43 is attached to the inner surface of the outer shell 41 to prevent the gas from moving upward. The gas then enters the air outlet 47 from the air inlet 48, so that the air-using equipment can be used normally.

[0044] Example 2, referring to Figures 1-3, is the second embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the previous embodiment, it further includes...

[0045] A conical block is fixed to the bottom of the sealing ring 43, and the conical block is inserted into the air inlet 48.

[0046] The conical block 43 can be inserted into the air inlet 48 to reduce the amount of gas entering the housing 41 from the air inlet 48, ensuring that the sealing ring 43 will not move upward under the action of gas pressure. At the same time, the lower rubber ring 42 can block the movement of gas and prevent gas from overflowing through the gap between the sealing ring 43 and the housing 41.

[0047] The upper end of the housing 11 is provided with mounting bolts, and the electromagnetic coil 2 is connected to the housing 11 through the mounting bolts.

[0048] The mounting bolts can stably fix the electromagnetic coil 2, ensuring that the magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil 2 when energized can stably drive the iron core 13 to move, thereby allowing the iron core 13 to move vertically up and down inside the housing 11, and stably control the connection and disconnection of the air inlet 48 and the air outlet 47.

[0049] Usage process: The conical block is inserted into the air inlet 48 to increase the sealing of the air inlet 48. The surface of the sealing ring 43 is provided with a lower rubber ring 42, which is used to seal and guide the normal movement of gas. The electromagnetic coil 2 is fixed by the mounting bolt to ensure that the electromagnetic coil 2 can be fixed and stable. The electromagnetic coil 2 stably pushes the iron core 13 to move.

[0050] Example 3, referring to Figures 1-3, is the third embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the previous embodiment, it further includes...

[0051] The bottom of the housing 11 is provided with an exhaust port 14.

[0052] Usage process: When the iron core 13 moves upward normally, a low pressure is formed between the bottom of the iron core 13 and the shell 11, and the external gas enters the interior of the shell 11 through the exhaust port 14. When the iron core 13 moves downward normally, the space between the bottom of the iron core 13 and the shell 11 is compressed, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust port 14, ensuring the normal descent of the iron core 13.

[0053] Working principle: The air inlet 48 is directly connected to the air compressor, and the air outlet 47 is connected to the air-using equipment. When the solenoid valve needs to be opened, the solenoid coil 2 is energized, and the iron core 13 moves upward through magnetic force. A low pressure is formed between the bottom of the iron core 13 and the housing 11, and the external gas enters the housing 11 from the exhaust port 14. The spring 12 is compressed, and the iron core 13 moves upward, which drives the connecting rod 44 to move. The connecting rod 44 moves upward, which drives the sealing ring 43 to move. The sealing ring 43 moves inside the housing 41. When the sealing ring 43 rises above the height of the air outlet 47, the air outlet 47 is connected to the air inlet 48. The lower rubber ring 42 on the surface of the sealing ring 43 is attached to the inner surface of the housing 41 to prevent the gas from moving upward. The gas then enters the air outlet 47 from the air inlet 48, so that the air-using equipment can be used normally.

[0054] After the gas-using equipment is used, the electromagnetic coil 2 is de-energized, and the spring 12 presses the iron core 13 downward. The iron core 13 moves downward, and the connecting rod 44 drives the sealing ring 44 to move downward, thus disconnecting the air inlet 48 and the air outlet 47. At this time, the conical block is inserted into the air inlet 48 to increase the sealing of the air inlet 48. The air inlet 48 is located at the bottom of the outer shell 41. When the sealing ring 43 is located at the bottom of the outer shell 41, the air inlet 48 is directly connected to the air compressor. The gas pressure is high. The spring 12 presses the iron core 13 against the bottom of the outer shell 11 to ensure that the sealing ring 43 will not move upward under the action of gas pressure. At the same time, the lower rubber ring 42 can block the movement of gas and prevent gas from overflowing through the gap between the sealing ring 43 and the outer shell 41.

[0055] As the sealing ring 43 moves up and down inside the outer casing 41, when the sealing ring 43 moves downward, a negative pressure is formed between the upper end of the sealing ring 43 and the outer casing 41, and external gas enters through the vent hole 45.

[0056] Finally, it should be noted that the methods and devices described in detail above are merely embodiments, and those skilled in the art can modify these embodiments in different ways as long as they do not depart from the scope of the present invention.
