Description

A partial discharge detection device for ring main unit Technical Field

[0001] This invention belongs to the field of partial discharge detection technology, and specifically relates to a partial discharge detection device for a ring main unit. Background Technology

[0002] Partial discharge detection in ring main units is a crucial step in ensuring the safe operation of power systems. Partial discharge refers to the localized discharge phenomenon that occurs within the insulation medium of electrical equipment. If this phenomenon is not detected and addressed in a timely manner, it may lead to equipment damage or even safety accidents. Currently, partial discharge detection mainly employs a method that integrates four detection methods: ultra-high frequency (UHF), transient ground voltage (TEV), ultrasonic (ULT), and current pulse method. This approach has high sensitivity and accuracy and is widely used.

[0003] Existing technology CN118275839B discloses a partial discharge detection device for ring main units according to the present invention, including a detection probe and an extension unit. The detection probe is mounted on the extension unit. The extension unit can push the detection probe between adjacent ring main units, and the extension unit includes a fixed component and a movable component. The fixed component includes a rectangular tube with symmetrical through holes on both sides of one end of the rectangular tube. A drive structure is set at the position of the through holes, and the drive structure controls the movement of the movable component. The drive structure includes a gear, which is rotatably connected in the through holes. A rack meshes with the inner side of the gear, and the rack is mounted on the movable component. The movable component includes a rectangular rod slidably connected in the rectangular tube. The rack is fixed to both sides of the rectangular rod, and the detection probe is fixed to the upper surface of one end of the rectangular rod. During detection, the device controls the movement of the movable component through a dual drive structure, causing the rectangular rod to extend out of the rectangular tube to achieve mobile detection of the ring main unit. The dual drive structure not only increases production costs but also increases production difficulty. Furthermore, there is no corresponding maintenance structure, making it impossible to perform self-maintenance of the drive structure, thus greatly shortening the inspection and maintenance cycle of the drive structure. Detailed Implementation

[0043] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numerals in the drawings represent the same components. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only some, not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the described embodiments of the present invention without creative effort are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0044] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, this embodiment of the invention proposes a partial discharge detection device for a ring main unit, including a detection probe 1. A rectangular rod 3 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the detection probe 1. A rectangular tube 2 is movably installed on the outer side of the rectangular rod 3. A drive module 4 is installed on the upper end of the rectangular tube 2. A rotating rod 5 is screwed to the front end of the rectangular tube 2. A moving wheel is screwed to the lower end of the rotating rod 5. A limiting module 6 is installed on the upper end of the rotating rod 5. A front support module 8 is screwed into the cavity at the lower end of the rectangular rod 3. A limiting module 9 is installed on the side of the front support module 8. A positioning module 10 is installed on one side of the cavity at the lower end of the rectangular rod 3.

[0045] By installing the drive module 4, the rectangular rod 3 is moved using a single drive structure, which reduces the cost of use and the difficulty of processing. It can also be self-maintained, making it easy to use and extending the inspection and maintenance cycle. Furthermore, by installing the limit module 1 6 and the limit module 2 9, the rotating rod 5 and the front support module 8 can be limited, thereby ensuring that the rotating rod 5 and the front support module 8 will not rotate during movement, ensuring the normal operation of the testing work. Also, by installing the limit module 1 6, it is ensured that the rotating rod 5 can be stably retracted after use to prevent the rotating rod 5 from detaching during movement.

[0046] Referring to Figures 2 and 3, several rollers are screwed onto the two sides of the lower end of the rectangular rod 3. The rollers are connected to the lower wall of the rectangular tube 2 in a rolling manner, which makes the rectangular rod 3 move more smoothly. The two longitudinal sides of the rectangular rod 3 are fixed to sliders, which are movable in the grooves on the two longitudinal walls inside the rectangular tube 2. The length of the groove is less than the length of the rectangular tube 2.

[0047] Referring to Figure 1, the handles 11 are connected to the inner wires on both sides of the rectangular tube 2. By rotating the handles 11, the handles 11 extend out of the rectangular tube 2. After the rectangular rod 3 extends to its farthest position, it can still move forward through the handles 11 to perform detection, thus expanding the detection range.

[0048] Referring to Figures 4-14, the drive module 4 includes a housing 401 connected to the rectangular tube 2 and a linkage plate 41 fixed to the upper end of the rectangular rod 3. One side of the housing 401 is fixed to the motor 402. The inner side of the housing 401 is screwed to the rotating rod 42. The outer side of the rotating rod 42 is equipped with a rotating disk 44. The upper wall surface of the linkage plate 41 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating disk 44 are both reserved with several teeth and they mesh with each other through the teeth. The rotating disk 44 is connected to the center of the rotating rod 42 through the positioning strip 43 to ensure that the rotating disk 44 and the rotating rod 42 rotate together. It also includes a driven bearing unit 45, a maintenance unit 46 and a drain control unit 47.

[0049] The driven bearing unit 45 includes a groove 451. The center of each side of the linkage plate 41 is reserved with a groove 451. The two sides of the rotating disk 44 are fixedly connected to the connecting cylinder 457. Each pair of connecting cylinders 457 is screwed to a pair of rotating rings 456. Each pair of rotating rings 456 is fixedly connected to a pair of support frames 455. The outer side of the pair of support frames 455 is snapped with a shielding plate 458. The lower ends of each pair of support frames 455 are movably connected to the corresponding groove 451 via a pair of variable bearing parts.

[0050] During this process, the oil on the rotating disc 44 slides down the side wall and flows between the connecting cylinder 457 and the rotating ring 456, and performs maintenance on the connection between the connecting cylinder 457 and the rotating ring 456.

[0051] The variable bearing part includes a variable platform 452, a tension screw 453, and a bearing bar 454. The bearing bar 454 is fixedly connected to the center of the lower end of a pair of retainers 455. The lower end of each bearing bar 454 is fixedly connected to the variable platform 452 via the tension screw 453. The variable platform 452 and the groove 451 on the same side are movably connected. The tension screw 453 facilitates the assembly of the variable platform 452 and the bearing bar 454. The movable connection between the variable platform 452 and the groove 451 enables the rotating disk 44 and the linkage plate 41 to maintain a stable engagement.

[0052] The maintenance unit 46 includes a liquid storage tank 463, which is mounted at a high position on the rotating plate 44. A drain channel 468 is connected to the center of the lower end of the liquid storage tank 463.

[0053] The maintenance unit 46 also includes a support plate 461 and a tensioning screw 462. The support plates 461 are fixed to both sides of the reservoir 463. The lower ends of the pair of support plates 461 are fixed to the lower ends of the pair of support frames 455 via the tensioning screw 462, so that the reservoir 463 moves with the support frame 455 and the rotating plate 44, ensuring that the oil discharged from the drain channel 468 can fall smoothly onto the rotating plate 44.

[0054] The maintenance unit 46 also includes an injection pipe 464 and a cap 465. The upper end of the storage tank 463 is connected to the injection pipe 464, and the injection pipe 464 is threaded to the cap 465. Rotating the cap 465 can open the injection pipe 464, and oil is injected into the storage tank 463 through the injection pipe 464. After the oil injection is completed, tightening the cap 465 can close the injection pipe 464, thereby realizing the oil injection.

[0055] The maintenance unit 46 also includes a distribution section and an adjustment section. The lower end of the drain channel 468 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the distribution section, and both sides of the distribution section are connected to the lower end of the reservoir 463 via the adjustment section. The distribution section can spray the engine oil flowing out of the drain channel 468 onto the rotating plate 44, which can make the engine oil evenly distributed and enhance the maintenance function. The adjustment section can change the vertical span of the distribution section as needed. When the rotating plate 44 is large, the distribution section is adjusted upward to avoid obstructing the rotation of the rotating plate 44.

[0056] The distribution section includes a rubber channel 469, a manifold channel 4610, a branch channel 4612, a switch 4613, and a spray head 4614. The lower end of the drain channel 468 is connected to the upper inlet of the manifold channel 4610 via the rubber channel 469. Both ends of the manifold channel 4610 are sealed. The lower end of the manifold channel 4610 is connected to several branch channels 4612 at equal intervals. The lower end of each branch channel 4612 is fixedly connected to the spray head 4614. A switch 4613 is installed in the center of each branch channel 4612. The engine oil discharged from the drain channel 468 passes through the rubber channel 4612. The oil flows into the manifold 4610 and then through the branching channel 4612 to the spray head 4614. The spray head 4614 sprays the oil onto the rotating disc 44 to enhance the maintenance function. The spray volume of the spray head 4614 can be adjusted by the switch 4613. The discharge volume can be increased near the center of the rotating disc 44 and decreased near the side wall of the rotating disc 44 to prevent excessive discharge from the side wall of the rotating disc 44 and increased loss. The rubber channel 469 allows the manifold 4610, the branching channel 4612 and the spray head 4614 to move vertically under the action of the adjustment unit.

[0057] The adjustment unit includes a lead screw 4611, a guide rod 4615, and a connecting piece 4616. The two ends of the manifold 4610 are each fixedly connected to the connecting piece 4616. The guide rod 4615 is movably mounted on one of the connecting pieces 4616. The upper end of the guide rod 4615 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the liquid storage tank 463. The lead screw 4611 is threaded onto the connecting piece 4616 on the other side. The upper end of the lead screw 4611 is screwed onto the lower end of the liquid storage tank 463. Rotating the lead screw 4611 causes the threaded connection between the lead screw 4611 and the connecting piece 4616 to pull the manifold 4610 to move vertically along the guide rod 4615.

[0058] The lower end of the drain control unit 47 is mounted in a pair of support brackets 455, and the upper end of the drain control unit 47 extends into the liquid storage tank 463.

[0059] The drainage control unit 47 includes a tensioning screw 471, a wedge block 472, a variable bar 473, a support plate 474, a plug 476, and a return part. The two sides of the rotating disk 44 are each fixedly connected to the wedge block 472 via the tensioning screw 471. The wedge block 472 has a pre-drilled opening for fitting the rotating rod 42. The variable bar 473 is movably mounted on the upper end of each support frame 455, and the lower end of the variable bar 473 passes through a support. The upper end of the support 455 is fixedly connected to the support piece 474. The lower end of the support piece 474 contacts the upper end of the corresponding wedge block 472. A return part is installed between the support piece 474 and the upper end of the corresponding support 455. The upper ends of a pair of movable bars 473 are movably connected to the lower end of the liquid storage tank 463. The upper ends of a pair of movable bars 473 are fixedly connected to the block 476. The center of the block 476 is located at the upper end of the drain channel 468.

[0060] When the rotating disk 44 rotates, it pulls the wedge block 472 to rotate. When the wedge block 472 is under pressure, it moves upward via the support plate 474, pressing the moving strip 473 upward, pushing the block 476 upward, and then opening the drain channel 468 at the lower end of the reservoir 463. This allows the oil in the reservoir 463 to drain out through the drain channel 468 and fall onto the rotating disk 44 for maintenance. At this moment, the return section shortens, and then the wedge block 472 continues to rotate with the rotating disk 44. At this time, the block 476 is still higher than the drain channel 468, and the drain channel 468 remains open, continuously draining the oil. As the rotating disk 44 and wedge block 472 continue to rotate, the wedge block 472 returns to its original position during the return process, causing the support plate 474 and the moving bar 473 to move downwards. The moving bar 473 pulls the block block 476 downwards, blocking the opening of the drain channel 468 and preventing the oil from flowing out. Then the wedge block 472 rotates, and at this time the opening of the drain channel 468 is still tightly closed. The rotating disk 44 completes the above actions with one rotation. With the continuous rotation of the rotating disk 44, the drain channel 468 can be opened and closed intermittently, thereby performing self-maintenance on the rotating disk 44 and the linkage plate 41.

[0061] The drainage control unit 47 also includes a sealing block 477. The lower end of the block 476 is fixedly connected to the sealing block 477, which is positioned directly opposite the drainage channel 468. The sealing block 477 replaces the block 476 in sealing the opening of the drainage channel 468, thus strengthening the blocking effect of the block 476 on the drainage channel 468. The sealing block 477 is a rubber block.

[0062] The return section includes a spiral beryllium copper wire 475. A pair of spiral beryllium copper wires 475 are fixedly connected to both ends of the upper end of the support plate 474. The upper ends of the pair of spiral beryllium copper wires 475 are each fixedly connected to the upper end of the corresponding support frame 455. When the moving bar 473 moves upward, the support plate 474 moves upward and presses the spiral beryllium copper wires 475. During the return of the wedge block 472, the spiral beryllium copper wires 475 press the moving bar 473, support plate 474, block 476 and sealing block 477 to move downward and return to their original positions, so that the sealing block 477 blocks the drainage channel 468.

[0063] The return section also includes a rotating column 478, an adjusting column 479, a spiral beryllium copper wire 4710, a rotating column 4711, and a connecting frame 4712. The upper ends of a pair of moving bars 473 are each screwed onto the lower ends of a pair of adjusting columns 479 via the rotating column 478. The upper ends of a pair of adjusting columns 479 are each screwed onto a pair of connecting frames 4712 via the rotating column 4711. The pair of connecting frames 4712 are each fixed to the upper end inside the liquid storage tank 463. Each adjusting column 479 has a baffle ring fixed to both ends. Each adjusting column 479 has a... The self-clamping is connected to the spiral beryllium copper wire 4710. Both ends of the spiral beryllium copper wire 4710 are connected to the blocking rings at both ends of the adjusting column 479. When the moving bar 473 moves downward, the spiral beryllium copper wire 4710 shortens. When the moving bar 473 moves downward, the deformation of the spiral beryllium copper wire 4710 compresses the support plate 474 to move downward back to its original position. The spiral beryllium copper wire 4710 can assist the spiral beryllium copper wire 475 in working together to ensure the smoothness of the return of the block 476, the moving bar 473, and the support plate 474.

[0064] The maintenance unit 46 also includes a side plate 466 and a tension screw 3 467. One side of the liquid storage tank 463 is open. The opening of the liquid storage tank 463 is fixed to the side plate 466 via the tension screw 3 467. The opening is sealed by the side plate 466 and the tension screw 3 467. The side plate 466 can be removed to assemble components in the liquid storage tank 463.

[0065] During operation, motor 402 drives rotating rod 42 to rotate, which in turn drives rotating disk 44 to rotate. The engagement between rotating disk 44 and linkage plate 41 causes linkage plate 41 to move. Support frame 455 is screwed onto rotating disk 44 and moves along groove 451 via a variable bearing portion, ensuring stable engagement between linkage plate 41 and rotating disk 44. When rotating disk 44 rotates, it drives support frame 455 to move along linkage plate 41. This movement is achieved through the variable bearing portion and groove 451. The movable connection supports the support frame 455 to carry and guide it, thereby ensuring the stability of the drive module 4. When the rotating rod 42 and the rotating disk 44 rotate, the drain control unit 47 can open the drain channel 468 at the lower end of the reservoir 463, allowing the oil filled in the reservoir 463 to fall onto the rotating disk 44. The oil is then coated onto the linkage plate 41 as the rotating disk 44 rotates. The oil performs maintenance on the linkage plate 41 and the rotating disk 44, achieving the purpose of self-maintenance of the rotating disk 44 and the linkage plate 41.

[0066] Referring to Figures 4-14, the drive module 4 also includes a drain pressure unit 48. The lower end of the drain pressure unit 48 is mounted on one side of the rotating rod 42, and the upper end of the drain pressure unit 48 is mounted on one side of the reservoir 463. The drain pressure unit 48 allows the engine oil in the reservoir 463 to flow smoothly out through the drain channel 468 and the diverter. As the rotating rod 42 rotates, it pulls the drain pressure unit 48 to actuate, increasing the pressure in the reservoir 463 and forcing the oil cup in the reservoir 463 out, allowing the engine oil to drain smoothly.

[0067] The liquid discharge compression unit 48 includes an assembly platform 4813, a rubber cylinder 4814, a connecting channel 4815, an air injection channel 4816, a compression linkage part, and a compression intensity adjustment part. The assembly platform 4813 is fixedly connected to the center of one side of the liquid storage tank 463. The lower end of the assembly platform 4813 is fixedly connected to the rubber cylinder 4814. The upper end of the rubber cylinder 4814 is connected to the connecting channel 4815. One side of the upper end of the liquid storage tank 463 is connected to the air injection channel 4816. The other end of the air injection channel 4816 is connected to the other end of the connecting channel 4815. The compression linkage part is installed at the lower end of one side of the liquid storage tank 463, and the compression intensity adjustment part is installed on one side of the rotating rod 42.

[0068] The pressure intensity adjustment unit can change the distance by which the pressure linkage unit is lifted upward when the rotating rod 42 rotates, thereby adjusting the extent of the shortening of the rubber cylinder 4814. The extent of the shortening of the rubber cylinder 4814 will adjust the amount of air added to the reservoir 463, thereby controlling the amount of oil leaked. When the rubber cylinder 4814 is compressed, the gas inside the rubber cylinder 4814 flows through the upper check switch to the connecting channel 4815, and then flows through the air injection channel 4816 to the reservoir 463. When the pressure linkage unit moves downward and separates from the rubber cylinder 4814, under the deformation of the rubber cylinder 4814, the outside gas flows into the rubber cylinder 4814 through the check switch on the side of the rubber cylinder 4814, so as to compress and add air later.

[0069] The compression linkage includes a constraint block 487, a square bar 488, a concave seat 489, a disc 4810, a spiral beryllium copper wire 4811, and a compression platform 4812. The constraint block 487 is fixed to one side of the liquid storage tank 463. The square bar 488 is movably installed in the constraint block 487. The upper end of the square bar 488 is fixed to the compression platform 4812, which is located below the rubber cylinder 4814. The lower end of the square bar 488 is fixed to the concave seat 489, and the disc 4810 is screwed into the concave seat 489. The spiral beryllium copper wire 4811 is clamped to the outer surface of the square bar 488 between the constraint block 487 and the concave seat 489.

[0070] The wedge block 482 on the pressure intensity adjustment unit rotates. When the tip of the wedge block 482 touches the disc 4810, the disc 4810 presses the concave seat 489 and the square bar 488 upward, which in turn presses the pressure table 4812 upward to achieve pressure on the rubber cylinder 4814, causing the rubber cylinder 4814 to add gas to the liquid storage tank 463 to increase the pressure intensity. At this time, the spiral beryllium copper wire 4811 shortens. When the wedge block 482 returns to its original position, the spiral beryllium copper wire 4811 extends, pulling the concave seat 489 and the square bar 488 downward.

[0071] The compression strength adjustment unit includes a clamp 481, a second wedge block 482, a second groove 483, a second adjusting platform 484, a threaded cylinder 485, and a second lead screw 486. A connection port is pre-drilled in the center of one side of the rotating rod 42. A second groove 483, running along the central axis of the rotating rod 42, is pre-drilled at the upper end of one side of the rotating rod 42. The clamp 481 is clamped to one side of the rotating rod 42. The second adjusting platform 484 is fixedly connected inside the clamp 481. The second adjusting platform 484 and the second groove 483 are movably connected. The lower end of 484 is fixedly connected to the threaded cylinder 485 located in the center of the connection port. The second threaded rod 486 is screwed into the connection port. The second threaded rod 486 and the threaded cylinder 485 are threaded together. Three wedge-shaped blocks 482 are fixedly connected at equal intervals on the outer circumference of the hoop cylinder 481. The tips of the three wedge-shaped blocks 482 and the tip of the first wedge-shaped block 472 are all set in the same direction. The size of the tips of the three wedge-shaped blocks 482 increases sequentially from the inside to the outside. The upper end of the middle wedge-shaped block 482 touches the lower end of the disk 4810.

[0072] Three wedge blocks 482 rotate together with wedge block 472. When wedge block 472 pulls the moving bar 473, the blocking block 476, and the sealing block 477 upwards, allowing oil to drain from the drain channel 468, the tip of wedge block 482 also pulls and presses the linkage upwards, causing the rubber cylinder 4814 to add air to the reservoir 463 and force the oil out. The air addition and draining are performed simultaneously. This rotates the lead screw 486, and the lead screw 486 and the lead screw cylinder 485... The traction platform 484 moves along the groove 483, which in turn moves the traction cylinder 481 along the rotating rod 42. This causes the upper end of the corresponding wedge block 482 and the lower end of the disc 4810 to touch. The lead screw 486 rotates, and the cylinder 481 moves outward. Because the tips of the three wedge blocks 482 are different sizes, they compress the rubber cylinder 4814 to shorten in different ways. This adjusts the amount of air added to the reservoir 463, which in turn adjusts the amount of oil added.

[0073] Referring to Figures 4-14, the drive module 4 also includes a liquid recovery unit 49. The liquid recovery unit 49 is installed on the side wall of the linkage plate 41. The liquid recovery unit 49 can recover the excess oil on the linkage plate 41.

[0074] The liquid recovery unit 49 includes a receiving plate 491. The receiving plate 491 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the side wall of the channel 451 on both sides of the linkage plate 41. The side of the upper end of the receiving plate 491 that is farther away from the channel 451 is fixedly connected to both ends of the upper end of the receiving plate 491 with a protrusion 492. The lower ends of both ends of the linkage plate 41 are each equipped with a liquid recovery and discharge part.

[0075] During operation, excess oil on the linkage plate 41 flows along the side wall of the linkage plate 41 to the receiving plate 491. Due to the installation of the protruding plate 492, the oil flows into the channel 451, which can perform maintenance on the lower end of the variable bearing part, so that the variable bearing part moves along the stable channel 451. Excess oil in the channel 451 flows out from the head end and is recycled into the recovery and discharge part.

[0076] The oil recovery and discharge section includes a collection hood 493, a discharge channel 494, and a second switch 495. The two ends of the linkage plate 41 are fixedly connected to the collection hood 493. When the first moving platform 452 moves in the first channel 451, it pushes the excess oil in the first channel 451 into the collection hood 493 for recovery through the head end of the first channel 451. The side of the collection hood 493 is connected to the discharge channel 494. The second switch 495 is installed on the discharge channel 494. After a certain amount of oil is recovered in the collection hood 493, the second switch 495 can be turned on to discharge the oil in the collection hood 493 through the discharge channel 494, so that the oil can be reused.

[0077] Referring to Figures 1 and 15, the limiting module 6 includes a mounting groove 61 reserved on the side of the rectangular tube 2 and an L-shaped rod 64 fixed to the side of the rectangular tube 2. A spiral beryllium copper wire 63 is fixed in the mounting groove 61, and the other end of the spiral beryllium copper wire 63 is fixed to a limiting block 62. One end of the limiting block 62 slides out of the mounting groove 61. The limiting block 62 and the L-shaped rod 64 surround the outside of the rotating rod 5.

[0078] When it is necessary to lower the rotating rod 5, press the limiting block 62 into the mounting groove 61. As the rotating rod 5 rotates downward under its own weight, it moves away from the limiting block 62. With the cooperation of the spiral beryllium copper wire 63, the limiting block 62 moves out of the mounting groove 61. The L-shaped rod 64 and the limiting block 62 limit the rotating rod 5, thereby preventing the rotating rod 5 from rotating during movement. After use, press the limiting block 62 into the mounting groove 61, rotate the rotating rod 5 in the opposite direction, rotate the rotating rod 5 out of the L-shaped rod 64 and move it above the limiting block 62, and then smoothly support the rotating rod 5, ensuring that the rotating rod 5 can be stably retracted after use to prevent the rotating rod 5 from detaching during movement.

[0079] Referring to Figure 2, the front support module 8 includes a support rod 81 screwed into the lower cavity of the rectangular rod 3. The lower end of the support rod 81 is screwed with a movable wheel, and a torsion spring is installed between the support rod 81 and the side wall of the lower cavity of the rectangular rod 3.

[0080] When the rectangular rod 3 extends to more than half of its own length, the positioning module 10 unlocks the support rod 81, and the support rod 81 falls quickly to bear the load on the rectangular rod 3, ensuring the stability of the device during use.

[0081] Referring to Figures 2 and 16, the second limiting module 9 is pre-installed in the mounting groove 91 on the side wall of the lower cavity of the rectangular rod 3. A spiral beryllium copper wire 92 is fixedly connected in the mounting groove 91. The other end of the spiral beryllium copper wire 92 is fixedly connected to the limiting block 93. The other end of the limiting block 93 slides out of the mounting groove 91.

[0082] When the rectangular rod 3 moves to more than half its own length, the support rod 81 rotates downward. With the cooperation of the spiral beryllium copper wire 92, the limiting block 93 extends out of the mounting groove 91. Then, the limiting block 93 and the cavity limit the support rod 81 to ensure stable movement of the device during use. After use, the limiting block 93 is pressed into the mounting groove 91, and the support rod 81 is rotated in the opposite direction. The positioning module 10 positions the support rod 81 to ensure stable storage of the support rod 81.

[0083] Referring to Figure 2, the positioning module 10 includes a movable groove 101 reserved on the right side of the lower cavity of the rectangular rod 3 and an installation groove 104 reserved on the lower wall of the rectangular tube 2. A Z-shaped locking piece 102 is movably installed in the movable groove 101. One end of the locking piece 102 can be engaged in the limiting opening at the lower end of the support rod 81. The locking piece 102 is connected to the side wall of the movable groove 101 via a spiral beryllium copper wire 103. The other end of the locking piece 102 is fixedly connected to a toggle block 106. The lower end of the toggle block 106 moves through the movable groove 101. An unlocking block 105 is screwed into the installation groove 104. The upper end of the unlocking block 105 is above the lower end of the toggle block 106. Torsion springs are installed at both ends of the unlocking block 105. One end of the toggle spring is connected to the unlocking block 105, and the other end of the toggle spring is connected to the side wall of the installation groove 104.

[0084] When the length of the rectangular rod 3 is extended to more than half of its own length, the actuating block 106 first contacts the unlocking block 105, the spiral beryllium copper wire 103 shortens first, the actuating block 106 pulls the locking piece 102 to move, causing the locking piece 102 to move out of the limiting port on the support rod 81, canceling the positioning of the locking piece 102 on the support rod 81. When the rectangular rod 3 continues to move, the actuating block 106 drives the unlocking block 105 to rotate. The actuating block 106 passes the unlocking block 105, the rectangular rod 3 continues to extend to perform the detection, and the locking piece 102 and the unlocking block 105 return to their original positions under the action of the spiral beryllium copper wire 103 and the torsion spring.
