Description

A brewing device and beverage preparation equipment for use in beverage preparation. Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of beverage preparation technology, and in particular to a brewing device and beverage preparation equipment for use in beverage preparation equipment. Background Technology

[0002] Currently, fully automatic coffee machines on the market operate by first receiving coffee grounds in the brewing chamber, then tamping the grounds with a movable brewing head, followed by water pumping water to complete the brewing process. The movable brewing head then returns to its initial position. This process results in excessive coffee grounds remaining at the bottom of the movable brewing head. These remaining grounds are then pressed back into the brewing chamber during subsequent brewing, affecting the brewing quality and posing a risk of spoilage and food safety issues. For example, Chinese patent CN105105636A discloses a movable coffee brewing head structure, comprising: a brewing head with a base, a connecting portion at the center of the base, and at least two sliders on the upper edge of the base, the connecting portion being connected to a driving device; and a brewing head support with a receiving cavity containing at least two sliding tracks corresponding to the sliders, the tracks extending at an angle. When the driving device rotates the brewing head, the brewing head can move up and down within the brewing head support. It is evident that this active coffee brewing head structure does not clean the residue on the coffee grounds after compaction, resulting in excessive residue remaining at the lower end of the active coffee brewing head structure. Summary of the Invention

[0003] To address the aforementioned technical problems in the prior art, this application provides a brewing device and a beverage preparation equipment. The movable scraper can effectively scrape away the powder residue remaining at the lower end of the fixed brewing head as the movable cup moves, making the structural design of the brewing device more reasonable and reducing the impact of residual powder residue on the subsequent beverage preparation.

[0004] This application provides a brewing device for beverage preparation equipment. The brewing device includes a brewing support, a brewing head assembly, and a brewing cup assembly. The brewing support has a residue-pushing structure. The brewing head assembly includes a fixed brewing head mounted on the brewing support. The brewing cup assembly includes a movable cup body movably mounted on the brewing support, located below the fixed brewing head. The movable cup body performs at least a pressing motion close to the fixed brewing head, and after the pressing motion, performs a pushing motion relatively close to the residue-pushing structure. A residue channel is provided on one side of the movable cup body, and a movable scraper is provided on the upper side of the movable cup body, close to the residue channel. The upper end face of the movable scraper acts on the lower end of the fixed brewing head. When the movable cup body performs the pushing motion, the movable scraper scrapes the residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head into the residue channel. The aforementioned movable scraper, moving with the movable cup, can effectively scrape away the powder residue remaining at the bottom of the fixed brewing head, making the structural design of the brewing device more reasonable and reducing the impact of residual powder residue on the subsequent preparation of beverages.

[0005] Optionally, before the movable cup body performs the slag pushing movement, the slag pushing structure and the slag powder channel are located on opposite sides of the opening of the movable cup body, so that when the movable cup body performs the slag pushing movement relatively close to the slag pushing structure, the slag pushing structure can push the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup body into the slag powder channel, so that the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup body can be directly recovered through the slag powder channel, and the structural design is reasonable.

[0006] Optionally, the brewing cup assembly has at least a first position and a second position. In the first position, the movable cup body is located directly below the fixed brewing head. When the brewing cup assembly moves from the first position to the second position to perform the slag pushing movement, the powder and slag channel moves directly below the fixed brewing head. This structure can minimize the displacement distance of the brewing cup assembly, making the movement trajectory of the brewing cup assembly more reasonable.

[0007] Optionally, the fixed brewing head includes a brewing head body and a filter screen disposed at the lower end of the brewing head body, and the upper surface of the movable scraper acts on the filter screen. In this way, the brewing liquid from the brewing head body can be filtered through the filter screen, allowing the brewing liquid to pass through the filter screen before brewing the powdered ingredients in the movable cup, thereby further ensuring the taste of the prepared beverage.

[0008] Optionally, grooves are provided on both sides of the upper end of the slag channel, and the two ends of the movable slag scraper are correspondingly embedded in the grooves. The connection between the movable slag scraper and the slag channel is stable and the structure is simple.

[0009] Optionally, the movable scraper has a first rod, a second rod, and a third rod connected in sequence. The upper end face of the second rod acts on the lower end of the fixed brewing head. The first and third rods cooperate to support the second rod, and are correspondingly embedded in the groove. The movable scraper has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and can fully contact the lower end of the fixed brewing head through the upper end face of the second rod, thereby scraping off the residual powder residue on the lower end of the fixed brewing head.

[0010] Optionally, the slag channel is constructed as an inclined slide, with the upward-facing side of the slide open, and the upper part of the slide connected to the movable cup body, so as to guide the slag scraped off by the movable scraper and the slag pile scraped off by the slag pushing structure to slide out of the slag channel under the action of gravity. The transportation of residue can be guaranteed without additional structural design, making the structural design of the slag channel more reasonable.

[0011] This application also provides a beverage preparation device, including the aforementioned brewing device for beverage preparation. The beverage preparation device further includes a frame and a drive assembly and a transmission assembly mounted on the frame. The drive assembly is used to drive the transmission assembly to move linearly along a first direction, and the transmission assembly is used to drive the movable cup body to move linearly towards or away from the slag-pushing structure in at least a second direction; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular. The aforementioned movable slag scraper, moving with the movable cup body, can effectively scrape away the residual powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head, making the structural design of the brewing device more reasonable and reducing the impact of residual powder residue on subsequent beverage preparation.

[0012] Optionally, the brewing device is detachably mounted on the frame. The brewing device also includes a pusher detachably connected to the transmission assembly. The pusher acts on the movable cup. When the brewing device is mounted on the frame, the pusher is connected to the transmission assembly. The transmission assembly is used to drive the movable cup to move linearly in the second direction through the pusher, so as to stably drive the movable cup to move linearly through the pusher and increase structural stability.

[0013] Optionally, the brewing support has a side plate with a guide groove arranged along the second direction. The outer wall of the movable cup is provided with a connector located within the guide groove. The pushing member is sleeved on the connector, so that the connector moves linearly within the guide groove under the action of the pushing member. In this way, the movable cup can be guided to move linearly in the second direction through the guide groove, ensuring the stability of the movable cup's movement in the second direction.

[0014] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this application are as follows: This application, through a movable cup body movably disposed on the brewing support, and a powder residue channel and a movable scraper disposed on the movable cup body, allows the movable cup body to first approach the fixed brewing head and perform a pressing motion, so that powder residue remains at the lower end of the fixed brewing head. Then, the movable scraper, along with the pushing motion of the movable cup body, can scrape the powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head into the powder residue channel. The above structure does not require any other moving structure to drive the movable scraper to move. The movable scraper, along with the movement of the movable cup body, can fully scrape the powder residue remaining at the lower end of the fixed brewing head, making the structural design of the brewing device more reasonable, reducing the impact of residual powder residue on the subsequent preparation of beverages, achieving the purpose of preparing beverages with better taste, and further avoiding food safety problems caused by the deterioration of residual powder residue. [0024] This application provides a brewing device for beverage preparation equipment. As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the brewing device for beverage preparation equipment includes a brewing support 1, a brewing head assembly 2, and a brewing cup assembly 3. The brewing support 1 is provided with a residue pushing structure 11. The brewing head assembly 2 includes a fixed brewing head 21 disposed on the brewing support 1. The brewing cup assembly 3 includes a movable cup body 31 movably mounted on the brewing support 1. The movable cup body 31 is located below the fixed brewing head 21, and the movable cup body 31 performs at least a pressing motion close to the fixed brewing head 21, and a pushing motion relatively close to the slag pushing structure 11 after the pressing motion. A powder and slag channel 4 is provided on one side of the movable cup body 31, and a movable scraper 5 is provided on the upper side of the movable cup body 31 close to the powder and slag channel 4. The upper end face of the movable scraper 5 acts on the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21. When the movable cup body 31 performs the slag pushing motion, the movable scraper 5 scrapes the powder and slag at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 into the powder and slag channel 4.

[0025] The aforementioned slag-pushing structure 11 can be positioned close to the fixed brewing head 21. The slag-pushing structure 11 can be understood as being fixedly mounted on the brewing support 1, used to push the slag pile inside the movable cup 31 into the powder and slag channel 4 when the movable cup 31 performs its slag-pushing movement. The slag-pushing structure 11 can be constructed in a plate shape, so that the slag pile inside the movable cup 31 can be pushed into the powder and slag channel 4 via the plate-shaped slag-pushing structure 11.

[0026] Specifically, after the movable cup 31 moves close to the fixed brewing head 21 and presses the powder, the powdered ingredients in the movable cup 31 can be brewed. After brewing, a delicious beverage will be prepared. The powdered ingredients in the movable cup 31 will form a pile of residue after brewing. Then, the movable cup 31 can move towards the residue pushing structure 11, so that the residue pushing structure 11 can push the pile of residue in the movable cup 31 into the powder and residue channel 4.

[0027] The above-mentioned brewing device can adopt a rotating pressing method. For example, after the movable cup 31 makes a pressing motion close to the fixed brewing head 21, the fixed brewing head 21 can rotate relative to the movable cup 31 to achieve the rotation pressing of the powdered food into the movable cup 31.

[0028] The pressing motion of the movable cup 31 near the fixed brewing head 21 can be understood as an upward motion in the vertical direction. After brewing, the movable cup 31 can move downward to move away from the fixed brewing head 21 and be located below the fixed brewing head 21. Then, it can move horizontally to push the slag, so that the slag pile in the movable cup 31 can be pushed into the powder and slag channel 4 by the slag pushing structure 11.

[0029] The interior of the aforementioned movable cup 31 may be equipped with a liftable push rod. Before brewing, the push rod is located at the bottom of the movable cup 31 to receive powdered ingredients. After brewing, the push rod will move upward to push the residue pile formed after brewing to the upper opening of the movable cup 31, so as to push the residue pile to the outside of the movable cup 31 via the residue pushing structure 11.

[0030] As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the movable scraper 5 can be located between the slag channel 4 and the slag pushing structure 11, so that the slag scraped off by the movable scraper 5 and the slag pile scraped off by the slag pushing structure 11 can both fall into the slag channel 4 as the movable cup 31 pushes. Specifically, the upper part of the slag channel 4 can be at least partially open to directly receive the slag scraped off by the movable scraper 5 and the slag pile scraped off by the slag pushing structure 11.

[0031] The aforementioned movable scraper 5 can be constructed as an elastic element so that when scraping the powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21, it can make more contact with the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 through deformation, so that the movable scraper 5 can apply better cleaning force to the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21.

[0032] The aforementioned movable scraper 5 may have a scraper bar that can move along the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 to thoroughly clean the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21. A brush body may be provided on the side of the scraper bar facing the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 to achieve further cleaning.

[0033] This application utilizes a movable cup 31 movably mounted on a brewing support 1, along with a powder residue channel 4 and a movable scraper 5 mounted on the movable cup 31. The movable cup 31 first approaches the fixed brewing head 21 to press the powder, leaving powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21. Then, the movable scraper 5, along with the pushing motion of the movable cup 31, scrapes the powder residue from the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 into the powder residue channel 4. This structure eliminates the need for additional moving mechanisms to drive the movable scraper 5. The movable scraper 5, moving with the movable cup 31, effectively scrapes away the remaining powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21, resulting in a more rational design of the brewing device. This reduces the impact of residual powder residue on subsequent beverage preparation, achieving the goal of preparing beverages with better taste and further preventing food safety issues caused by spoilage of residual powder residue.

[0034] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, before the movable cup 31 performs the slag pushing movement, the slag pushing structure 11 and the powder slag channel 4 are located on opposite sides of the opening of the movable cup 31, so that when the movable cup 31 performs the slag pushing movement relatively close to the slag pushing structure 11, the slag pushing structure 11 can push the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup 31 into the powder slag channel 4.

[0035] In this way, the slag pushing structure 11 can push the slag pile at the opening of the continuously approaching movable cup 31 into the powder slag channel 4, so that the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup 31 can be directly recycled through the powder slag channel 4. The structure design is reasonable.

[0036] The inlet of the aforementioned slag channel 4 can be connected to the movable cup 31, and the outlet of the slag channel 4 can be equipped with a slag receiving cup to collect the residue from the slag channel 4.

[0037] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the movable cup 31 is in its state before the slag-pushing movement. At this time, the slag-pushing structure 11 and the slag-powdering channel 4 are located on opposite sides of the opening of the movable cup 31. As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the movable cup 31 is in its state after the slag-pushing movement. After the movable cup 31 performs the slag-pushing movement, the slag-pushing structure 11 and the slag-powdering channel 4 are located on the same side of the opening of the movable cup 31, so that the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup 31 can be completely pushed into the slag-powdering channel 4.

[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 5, the brewing cup assembly 3 has at least a first position and a second position. In the first position, the movable cup body 31 is located directly below the fixed brewing head 21. When the brewing cup assembly 3 moves from the first position to the second position to perform a slag-pushing motion, the powder and slag channel 4 moves directly below the fixed brewing head 21. Specifically, the brewing cup assembly 3 shown in Figures 2 and 3 is in the first position, and the brewing cup assembly 3 shown in Figures 4 and 5 is in the second position.

[0039] In this way, after the brewing cup assembly 3 moves from the first position to the second position, it can complete the slag-pushing movement of pushing the slag pile at the opening of the movable cup body 31 into the powder and slag channel 4. In the first position, the movable cup body 31 is located directly below the fixed brewing head 21, and in the second position, the powder and slag channel 4 moves to directly below the fixed brewing head 21. This can minimize the displacement distance of the brewing cup assembly 3 and make the movement trajectory of the brewing cup assembly 3 more reasonable.

[0040] The first and second positions can be located at the same horizontal height, so that the brewing cup assembly 3 can make linear reciprocating motion when moving between the first and second positions.

[0041] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 5, the fixed brewing head 21 includes a brewing head body 22 and a filter screen 23 disposed at the lower end of the brewing head body 22, and the upper end surface of the movable scraper 5 acts on the filter screen 23.

[0042] In this way, the brewing liquid from the brewing head 22 can be filtered through the filter screen 23, so that the brewing liquid can be filtered through the filter screen 23 before brewing the powdered ingredients in the movable cup 31, thereby further ensuring the taste of the prepared beverage.

[0043] The filter 23 can be detachably installed at the lower end of the brewing head body 22. For example, it can be installed at the lower end of the brewing head body 22 by fasteners, such as screws or bolts.

[0044] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, grooves 41 are provided on both sides of the upper end of the powder and slag channel 4, and the two ends of the movable scraper 5 are correspondingly embedded in the grooves 41.

[0045] Thus, the movable scraper 5 can be connected to the movable cup 31 through the groove 41 of the powder and slag channel 4, and thus move towards the direction of the pushing structure 11 as the movable cup 31 pushes the slag, thereby scraping the powder and slag at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21.

[0046] The groove 41 can be constructed as an elongated groove, and the two ends of the movable scraper 5 can be constructed as long rods. The two ends of the long rod-shaped movable scraper 5 are inserted into the elongated groove, which can achieve a stable connection between the movable scraper 5 and the upper end of the powder and slag channel 4.

[0047] The two ends of the aforementioned movable scraper 5 can extend toward the direction of the powder and slag channel 4 to form hooks. The hooks can be inserted into the opposite sides of the powder and slag channel 4 so that the movable scraper 5 can be installed more stably on the powder and slag channel 4.

[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, the movable scraper 5 has a first rod portion 51, a second rod portion 52, and a third rod portion 53 connected in sequence. The upper end face of the second rod portion 52 acts on the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21. The first rod portion 51 and the third rod portion 53 are used to cooperate in supporting the second rod portion 52, and the first rod portion 51 and the third rod portion 53 are correspondingly embedded in the groove 41. The second rod portion 52 can be understood as the aforementioned scraper rod.

[0049] The aforementioned active slag scraper 5 has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and can fully contact the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 through the upper end face of the second rod 52, thereby scraping off the residual powder residue on the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21.

[0050] The length of the second rod portion 52 is greater than the maximum length of the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21, so that the second rod portion 52 covers the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21, thereby achieving the purpose of thoroughly cleaning the powder residue remaining on the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21.

[0051] The first rod portion 51, the second rod portion 52, and the third rod portion 53 can be integrally formed, and the length direction of the first rod portion 51 and the length direction of the third rod portion 53 are parallel, while the length direction of the second rod portion 52 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first rod portion 51.

[0052] The shape of the upper end face of the second rod portion 52 is adapted to match the lower end face of the fixed brewing head 21. For example, when the lower end face of the fixed brewing head 21 is flat, the upper end face of the second rod portion 52 is also flat. Or, for example, when the lower end face of the fixed brewing head 21 is curved, the upper end face of the second rod portion 52 is a curved surface that can fit into the lower end face of the fixed brewing head 21.

[0053] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 6, the powder channel 4 is constructed as an inclined slide, with the upward-facing side of the slide open, and the high position of the slide connected to the movable cup body 31.

[0054] In this way, the powdered slag scraped off by the movable scraper 5 and the slag pile scraped off by the slag pushing structure 11 can be guided to slide out of the powdered slag channel 4 under the action of gravity through the inclined slide. The transportation of residue can be guaranteed without additional structural design, making the structural design of the powdered slag channel 4 more reasonable.

[0055] This application also provides a beverage preparation device. As shown in Figures 3, 5, and 7, the beverage preparation device includes the brewing device described above for beverage preparation. The beverage preparation device also includes a frame 6 and a drive assembly 7 and a transmission assembly 8 disposed on the frame 6. The drive assembly 7 is used to drive the transmission assembly 8 to move linearly along a first direction, and the transmission assembly 8 is used to drive the movable cup body 31 to move linearly towards or away from the slag pushing structure 11 at least in a second direction; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.

[0056] The aforementioned drive component 7 can be a drive motor, which provides a power source for the transmission component 8, thereby driving the transmission component 8 to move linearly along the first direction. The transmission component 8 can be one or a combination of the following structures: a lead screw and nut structure, a worm gear structure, a gear transmission structure, and a belt transmission structure.

[0057] For example, the transmission component 8 is a lead screw and nut structure, and the drive component 7 can drive the lead screw to rotate, so that the nut on the lead screw can move up and down along the lead screw. The first direction mentioned above can be understood as the vertical direction, that is, the nut of the transmission component 8 can move up and down in the vertical direction.

[0058] The movable cup 31 can be connected to the transmission assembly 8 to move linearly along with the transmission assembly 8 at least in the second direction. Specifically, the movable cup 31 can be connected to the transmission assembly 8 via the pusher 9 described below. The structure of the pusher 9 is described below and will not be repeated here. Of course, the transmission assembly 8 can also drive the movable cup 31 to move linearly towards or away from the fixed brewing head 21 in the first direction, so that the movable cup 31 can move upward to approach the fixed brewing head 21 for powder pressing and brewing operations, and after brewing, move downward to move away from the fixed brewing head 21 for subsequent slag pushing operations.

[0059] The first direction mentioned above can be understood as the vertical direction, and the second direction can be understood as the horizontal direction.

[0060] The beverage preparation equipment using the above-mentioned brewing device, through the movable cup body 31 movably mounted on the brewing support 1, and the powder residue channel 4 and movable scraper 5 mounted on the movable cup body 31, can first move the movable cup body 31 close to the fixed brewing head 21 to press the powder, so that powder residue remains at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21. Then, the movable scraper 5 can scrape the powder residue at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 into the powder residue channel 4 as the movable cup body 31 moves. The above structure does not require any other moving structure to drive the movable scraper 5 to move. The movable scraper 5 can fully scrape the powder residue remaining at the lower end of the fixed brewing head 21 as the movable cup body 31 moves, making the structural design of the brewing device more reasonable, reducing the impact of residual powder residue on the subsequent preparation of beverages, achieving the purpose of preparing beverages with better taste, and further avoiding food safety problems caused by the deterioration of residual powder residue.

[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1, 3, 5 and 7, the brewing device is detachably mounted on the frame 6. The brewing device also includes a pusher 9 detachably connected to the transmission assembly 8. The pusher 9 acts on the movable cup 31. When the brewing device is mounted on the frame 6, the pusher 9 is connected to the transmission assembly 8. The transmission assembly 8 is used to drive the movable cup 31 to move linearly in the second direction through the pusher 9.

[0062] Thus, the brewing device, which is detachably mounted on the frame 6, can be completely removed from the frame 6 after use, facilitating thorough cleaning of the brewing device. Furthermore, the detachably connected transmission component 8 and pusher 9 can be connected when the brewing device is mounted on the frame 6 and disassembled when the brewing device is removed from the frame 6. This allows the transmission component 8 to stably drive the movable cup 31 to move linearly via the pusher 9 when the brewing device is mounted on the frame 6.

[0063] The brewing device may be equipped with a self-locking component, which can lock the entire brewing device onto the frame 6 and release the lock on the entire brewing device under force, so that the brewing device can be detached from the frame 6, which is convenient for disassembling the brewing device for thorough cleaning.

[0064] As shown in Figure 1, the aforementioned pusher 9 may include a slide rod 92 and a pusher block 91 sleeved on the slide rod 92. One end of the pusher block 91 may be detachably connected to the transmission assembly 8, and the other end may be connected to the movable cup body 31, so that the transmission assembly 8 can drive the pusher block 91 to slide on the slide rod 92 when the brewing device is installed on the frame 6. The pusher block 91 can swing at one end of the movable cup body 31, thereby driving the movable cup body 31 to move linearly in the second direction via the pusher block 91.

[0065] One end of the push block 91 may be provided with multiple protrusions, which can be detachably connected to the transmission component 8 so that the push block 91 can move up and down along the first direction with the transmission component 8.

[0066] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1, 3, 5 and 7, the brewing support 1 has a side plate 12, and the side plate 12 has a guide groove 13 arranged along a second direction. The outer wall of the movable cup body 31 is provided with a connector 32 located in the guide groove 13. The pusher 9 is sleeved on the connector 32, so that the connector 32 moves linearly in the guide groove 13 under the action of the pusher 9.

[0067] In this way, the movable cup 31 can be guided to move linearly in the second direction through the guide groove 13, thus ensuring the stability of the movable cup 31 in the second direction.

[0068] The aforementioned pusher 9 may include a slide groove 93, which is fitted onto the connector 32, allowing the connector 32 to slide within the guide groove 13 and the slide groove 93.

[0069] A bushing may be fitted over the connector 32 to allow the connector 32 to move smoothly in a straight line within the guide groove 13, thereby reducing the friction between the connector 32 and the guide groove 13 and the sliding groove 93 of the pusher 9.

[0070] The following describes how to use the beverage preparation equipment: The brewing device is installed on the frame 6. The movable cup 31 of the brewing cup assembly 3 performs the powder receiving operation. After the powder receiving is completed, the drive assembly 7 drives the drive transmission assembly 8 to move the movable cup 31 at least in the first direction, so that the movable cup 31 can approach the fixed brewing head 21. The fixed brewing head 21 performs the powder pressing operation on the powdered ingredients in the movable cup 31. After the powder pressing is completed, the brewing operation is performed to prepare a delicious beverage. At this time, the powdered ingredients in the movable cup 31 will form a residue pile after brewing. Then, the movable cup 31 can move to the bottom of the fixed brewing head 21 under the drive of the transmission component 8, and move in the second direction below the fixed brewing head 21, specifically towards the direction of the slag pushing structure 11, so that the slag pushing structure 11 can push the slag pile of the movable cup 31 into the powder and slag channel 4. At the same time, the movable scraper 5 can scrape the powder and slag at the bottom of the fixed brewing head 21 into the powder and slag channel 4 along with the slag pushing movement of the movable cup 31, so as to fully scrape the powder and slag remaining at the bottom of the fixed brewing head 21. Thus, the beverage preparation equipment completes one beverage preparation process.
