Description

An automatic control device for water curtain orifices in a water-sealed cavern and a water-sealed cavern Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of water curtain hole control technology, and in particular, to an automatic control device for water curtain holes in a water-sealed cavern and a water-sealed cavern. Background Technology

[0002] As a special type of underground oil storage facility, the safety and stability of water-sealed caverns are of paramount importance. The water curtain system is a crucial component of a water-sealed cavern. By forming a stable water curtain in the water curtain orifices, it effectively isolates oil and gas from air, preventing oil and gas evaporation and fire accidents. Precise control of the water curtain orifices is key to ensuring the stable operation of the system. When the pressure in the water curtain orifices is low, water needs to be injected; when the pressure is high, water needs to be drained to reduce the pressure. In traditional methods, pressure sensors, flow meters, and regulating valves are installed separately, lacking integrated protection and easily affected by environmental factors, leading to reduced system reliability. Integrating these components, however, presents challenges in overall installation and fixation. Summary of the Invention

[0041] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. An automatic control device for water curtain holes in a water-sealed cavern provided by the present invention includes a control box 100, a mounting plate 200, a connecting and fixing component 300, a connecting branch pipe 500, and a drainage branch pipe 600.

[0042] The control box 100 has a mounting cavity 110, within which a monitoring and control pipeline 120 is installed. One end of the monitoring and control pipeline 120 extends out of the control box 100 to connect with a water supply pipe 101, and the other end extends out of the control box 100 and connects to a water distribution pipe 160. A regulating valve 121, a flow meter 122, and a water pressure sensor 123 are installed on the monitoring and control pipeline 120. A connecting protrusion 130 is provided at the rear of the control box 100. Referring to Figure 2, the control box 100 includes a box body 140 and a box cover 150. The box cover 150 is hinged to one side of the box body 140 to allow opening and closing of the mounting cavity 110. A mounting plate 200 is located at the rear of the control box 100 and has mounting holes 210. It is understood that a communication module and a PCB control board are typically installed inside the mounting cavity 110. The perimeter wall of the mounting cavity 110 also has wire passage holes for wire harness entry to enable signal transmission and power input with the outside. It is understandable that the connection between the measurement and control pipeline 120 and the external pipeline of the control box 100 is a detachable connection, so as to facilitate the overall disassembly and assembly of the control box 100 and the internal components of the control box 100.

[0043] A connecting and fixing component 300 passes through the mounting hole 210. One end of the connecting and fixing component 300, facing away from the control box 100, is used to be embedded and fixed in a wall hole. The other end has a connector 310. The wall hole is a mounting hole provided on the wall of the storage room, for the connecting and fixing component 300 to be inserted and fixed, facilitating the installation of the control box 100. The connector 310 cooperates with the connecting protrusion 130 to limit the position of the control box 100. Typically, multiple sets of connecting and fixing components 300, mounting holes 210, and connecting protrusions 130 are provided. The cooperation between the connecting and fixing component 300 and the mounting hole 210 achieves positioning of the connecting and fixing component 300, allowing multiple sets of connectors 310 and connecting protrusions 130 to connect and cooperate simultaneously during installation.

[0044] One end of the connecting branch pipe 500 is connected to the end of the water distribution pipe 160 away from the monitoring and control pipe 120, and the other end is connected to the water curtain hole 102. A first control valve 510 is installed on the connecting branch pipe 500. The monitoring and control pipe 120 is connected to the water curtain hole 102 through the connecting branch pipe 500 and the water distribution pipe 160. One end of the drainage branch pipe 600 is connected to the end of the water distribution pipe 160 away from the monitoring and control pipe 120. A second control valve 610 is installed on the drainage branch pipe 600. The water pressure sensor 123 can measure the water pressure at the water curtain hole. When the water pressure at the water curtain hole 102 is insufficient, the regulating valve 121 and the first control valve 510 can be opened, and the second control valve 610 can be closed to deliver water from the water supply pipe 101 to the water curtain hole 102. When the water pressure at the water curtain hole 102 exceeds the set value, the regulating valve 121 and the first control valve 510 can be closed, and the second control valve 610 can be opened to achieve drainage and pressure reduction at the water curtain hole 102.

[0045] An automatic control device for a water curtain orifice in a water-sealed cavern, provided in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, integrates a regulating valve 121, a flow meter 122, and a water pressure sensor 123 within a control box 100. This avoids the problem of components being susceptible to environmental factors in traditional distributed installation methods, thus improving the reliability and stability of the system. The control box 100 is quickly installed and fixed through the cooperation of the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130, and the integrated design also facilitates later maintenance and repair. The water pressure sensor 123 and the flow meter 122 monitor the pressure and flow rate within the water curtain orifice in real time, and combined with the precise adjustment of the regulating valve 121, precise control of the water curtain orifice is achieved. The switching control of water injection and drainage in the water curtain orifice is ensured through the connecting branch pipe 500, the drainage branch pipe 600, the first control valve 510, and the second control valve 610.

[0046] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a locking member 400 is also included. The locking member 400 is installed between the mounting plate 200 and the control box 100 and is used to limit the connection protrusion 130 that cooperates with the connector 310, so that the connector 310 and the connection protrusion 130 remain in cooperation, thereby achieving stable limiting and fixing of the control box 100.

[0047] Referring to Figures 9 and 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, the locking member 400 has a locked state and an unlocked state. The locking member 400 is movably installed between the mounting plate 200 and the control box 100 to switch between the locked and unlocked states. In the locked state, the locking member 400 limits the connection protrusion 130 that mates with the connector 310. In the unlocked state, the locking member 400 avoids the movement path of the connection protrusion 130 disengaging from the connector 310, thereby not hindering the connection protrusion 130 from disengaging from the connector 310, thus unlocking the connection protrusion 130 and disassembling the control box 100. Utilizing the movement of the locking member 400 to achieve unlocking reduces the use of fasteners, making disassembly and assembly more convenient and quick.

[0048] Referring to Figures 4, 5, and 6, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the connecting and fixing assembly 300 includes a fixing sleeve 320 and a threaded rod 330. A tensioning block 340 is connected to the rear peripheral wall of the fixing sleeve 320, and the tensioning block 340 is hinged to the fixing sleeve 320. The tensioning block 340 can retract inward to be inserted into a wall hole along with the fixing sleeve 320. The threaded rod 330 is threadedly connected inside the fixing sleeve 320. To facilitate tightening, the front end of the threaded rod 330 has a multi-faceted prism section 333. Specifically, the fixing sleeve 320 is hollow in the center, and a threaded hole section is provided in the center of the fixing sleeve 320 for threaded connection of the threaded rod 330. The threaded rod 330 can push the tensioning block 340 outward to make close contact with the inner wall of the wall hole. That is, the tensioning block 340 can retract inward to not protrude from the peripheral wall of the fixing sleeve 320, so as to facilitate insertion of the fixing sleeve 320 into the wall hole. After the fixing sleeve 320 is inserted into the wall hole, the threaded rod 330 is tightened, causing the threaded rod 330 to push the tensioning block 340 outward to make tight contact with the inner wall of the wall hole, thus achieving a tight connection between the fixing sleeve 320 and the wall hole, and making the control box 100 stably fixed to the wall. It is understood that, in order to achieve installation stability, multiple sets of connecting fixing components 300, connecting protrusions 130, and mounting holes 210 are provided.

[0049] As can be understood, as shown in Figure 7, multiple tensioning blocks 340 are arranged in a circular pattern to achieve tensioning and fixing through multi-position opening, thereby improving installation stability. Specifically, the tensioning block 340 includes a pushing arm 341 and a tensioning arm 342, which are connected at a certain angle. In this embodiment, the pushing arm 341 and the tensioning arm 342 are vertically arranged. A first hinge hole is provided at the connection point of the pushing arm 341 and the tensioning arm 342. The rear end of the fixed insert 320 is provided with an installation port 322, and the side wall of the installation port 322 is provided with a second hinge hole. The first hinge hole and the second hinge hole are aligned and a hinge shaft is installed, thereby achieving hinge connection. The pushing arm 341 is used to contact the threaded rod 330, and the tensioning arm 342 is used to contact the inner wall of the wall hole. Furthermore, to prevent the push arm 341 from retracting too much and thus becoming unable to be pushed by the threaded rod 330, a limiting slope 323 is provided on the inner side of the mounting port 322. When the push arm 341 contacts the limiting slope 323, the tension arm 342 retracts inward until it does not protrude from the outer peripheral wall of the fixed insert 320, while the push arm 341 is on the screwing path of the threaded rod 330 and can be pushed by the threaded rod 330.

[0050] Referring to Figures 5 and 8, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the connector 310 includes a connecting post 311, a contracting post 312, and an expanding post 313 arranged sequentially facing forward. The connecting post 311, the contracting post 312, and the expanding post 313 are coaxially arranged, and the diameter of the contracting post 312 is smaller than that of the connecting post 311 and the expanding post 313. The connecting protrusion 130 is provided with a groove 131, and the bottom of the groove 131 is provided with an opening for the expanding post 313 to be inserted. A clearance notch 132 is provided on the rear side of the groove 131. The bottom opening of the clearance notch 132 is provided, and the width of the clearance notch 132 is adapted to the diameter of the retraction post 312. When the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130 are engaged, the retraction post 312 is embedded in the clearance notch 132, and the expansion post 313 is embedded in the groove 131, thereby achieving the front-back direction limit and the left-right direction limit of the connecting protrusion 130. In conjunction with the function of the locking part 400, the vertical direction limit is achieved, thereby achieving the fixed installation of the connecting protrusion 130 and the control box 100. The locking component 400 is a limiting cylinder, which is slidably sleeved on the connecting and fixing assembly 300. Specifically, the limiting cylinder has a central hole, and the front end of the threaded rod 330 has a first cylindrical section 331. The limiting cylinder is slidably sleeved on the first cylindrical section 331 to achieve movable limiting. It can be understood that the limiting cylinder has a sleeve hole that fits the first cylindrical section 331. A spring 420 is provided between the limiting cylinder and the mounting plate 200. The spring 420 can be a compression spring. The spring 420 is used to push the limiting cylinder to wrap around the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130 so that the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130 are in cooperation. That is, the spring 420 can push the limiting cylinder to move from the unlocked state to the locked state. When the limiting cylinder reaches the locked state, the limiting cylinder wraps around the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130 so that the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130 are in cooperation. The limiting sleeve encloses the connector 310 and the connecting protrusion 130, preventing them from separating and maintaining their engagement. This ensures stable positioning and fixation of the connecting protrusion 130 and the control box 100. Referring to Figures 8 and 9, when in the locked state, the spring 420 continues to apply force to the limiting sleeve, preventing it from disengaging from the locked state unless subjected to significant external force. This maintains the locked state and achieves positioning and fixation of the control box 100. Referring to Figure 10, in the unlocked state, the limiting sleeve and the connecting protrusion 130 are offset in the front-to-back direction, allowing the connecting protrusion 130 to move upwards to disengage from the connector 310, releasing the limiting position and enabling disassembly of the control box 100.

[0051] Referring to Figures 8 to 10, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the inner ring of the front end of the limiting cylinder is provided with a locking protrusion 410. The locking protrusion 410 can pass through the clearance notch 132 and enter the groove 131, or it can be offset from the clearance notch 132 and abut against the front end face of the connecting protrusion 130 under the action of the spring 420. As shown in Figure 9, in the locked state, the locking protrusion 410 is in the groove 131. As shown in Figure 10, the locking protrusion 410 in the unlocked state can be offset from the clearance notch 132 and abut against the front end face of the connecting protrusion 130 under the action of the spring 420. Thus, after releasing the hand, the locking protrusion 410 can remain abut against the front end face of the connecting protrusion 130, thereby keeping the limiting cylinder in the unlocked state and the connecting protrusion 130 offset in the front-back direction. It is not necessary for the operator to continuously operate the limiting cylinder. The operator can switch the limiting cylinder to the unlocked state and rotate it to make the locking protrusion 410 offset from the clearance notch 132 before releasing the hand. After operating all the limiting cylinders one by one, the control box 100 can be moved upward to complete the disassembly.

[0052] Referring to Figures 6 and 8, in a further embodiment of the present invention, a guide cylinder 220 is provided on the front side of the mounting plate 200, surrounding the mounting hole 210. The rear end of the spring 420 is sleeved on the guide cylinder 220, and the fixing insert 320 passes through the guide cylinder 220. The center hole size of the guide cylinder 220 is the same as that of the mounting hole 210. The guide cylinder 220 can increase the contact length with the fixing insert 320, improving the positioning stability of the fixing insert 320. In addition, the guide cylinder 220 can also position the rear end of the spring 420, making the installation position of the spring 420 stable. The front end of the fixing insert 320 is provided with a limiting head 321 whose contour is larger than that of the center hole of the guide cylinder 220, thereby preventing the mounting plate 200 from moving forward and disengaging from the fixing insert 320.

[0053] The connector 310 is connected to the front end of the threaded rod 330. Because the screw depth of each threaded rod 330 is different, the positions of the connectors 310 on the threaded rod 330 are not aligned, thus affecting the simultaneous connection and engagement of multiple connecting protrusions 130 with the connector 310. Therefore, in a further embodiment of the invention, the front end of the threaded rod 330 is provided with a threaded hole 332, and the connecting post 311 is provided with a stud 314 adapted to the threaded hole 332. The stud 314 is threadedly connected to the threaded hole 332, thereby achieving adjustment of the connector 310 through the threaded connection between the stud 314 and the threaded hole 332. This allows multiple connectors 310 to be adjusted to an aligned position to facilitate the simultaneous connection and engagement of multiple connecting protrusions 130. Of course, for ease of screwing, a multi-faceted prism section can be provided on the connector 310. Furthermore, to increase the sliding guide range of the limiting cylinder, the diameter of the connecting post 311 is the same as that of the first cylindrical section 331, allowing the limiting cylinder to slide and fit within it.

[0054] Referring to Figure 5, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the rear end of the limiting cylinder is provided with an embedded cylinder 430. The outer diameter of the embedded cylinder 430 is larger than the outer diameter of the limiting cylinder, so that the outer circumference of the embedded cylinder 430 protrudes from the outer circumference of the limiting cylinder, making it convenient to operate the embedded cylinder 430 to drive the limiting cylinder to move backward during operation. The front end of the spring 420 extends into the embedded cylinder 430 to position and limit the front end of the spring 420, preventing the front end of the spring 420 from shifting. The rear end of the embedded cylinder 430 is provided with a radially inwardly extending locking block 431, which is embedded in the spring 420. This allows the locking block 431 to hook the spring 420 after the control box is disassembled, preventing the limiting cylinder from rebounding and falling off due to the rebound force of the spring 420. Furthermore, the embedding of the locking block 431 into the spring 420 does not prevent the limiting cylinder from rotating at a certain angle to misalign the locking protrusion 410 with the clearance notch 132. Multiple locking blocks 431 are arranged around the perimeter.

[0055] Referring to Figure 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting plate 200 is provided with a support plate 230, which is used to contact the bottom of the control box 100. This allows most of the weight of the control box 100 to be supported by the support plate 230, preventing the weight load from being concentrated on the connecting protrusion 130, which would otherwise be prone to damage. Therefore, the connecting protrusion 130 primarily serves to limit movement. The support plate 230 and the bottom of the mounting plate 200 are provided with reinforcing ribs 231, thereby improving the structural strength of the support plate 230.

[0056] The present invention also provides a water-sealed cavern, including an automatic control device for multiple water curtain holes in the water-sealed cavern, so as to realize one-to-one measurement and control of multiple water curtain holes.
