[0001] Cross-references to related applications
[0002] This application claims the benefit of Chinese patent application CN202510493029.6, filed on April 18, 2025, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] This application relates to the field of structural monitoring, and in particular to a method, device, equipment, medium, and product for health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures. Background Technology
[0004] With the increasing demand for industrial upgrading and technological transformation, the span of large-span spatial structures is constantly increasing, and safety issues are gradually receiving attention. Large-span spatial structures are subject to complex stresses. The existing health monitoring of large-span spatial structures is based on three aspects: structural dynamic characteristics, structural static characteristics, and environmental load identification. Structural information is obtained by deploying acceleration sensors, strain sensors, and wind speed and pressure sensors, with stress and strain monitoring of key components as the main focus, and dynamic characteristic monitoring and environmental monitoring as supplementary.
[0005] However, for large-span spatial structures applied in the industrial field, the importance attached to structural health monitoring is far less than that for public buildings. Most existing industrial large-span spatial structures did not undergo structural testing, such as wind tunnel testing, during the design phase. The understanding of the environmental effects on the structure is not deep. Moreover, due to the large number of members in industrial large-span spatial structures, it is not possible to use the existing health monitoring methods for public buildings, such as stress and strain monitoring of key members, as the main monitoring means.
[0006] Therefore, a monitoring method applicable to large-span spatial structures in industry is urgently needed. Summary of the Invention

[0064] A third aspect of this application provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor. When the computer program is executed by the processor, it implements the industrial large-span spatial structure health monitoring method of the first aspect of this application.
[0065] A fourth aspect of this application provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which, when executed by a processor, implements the industrial large-span spatial structure health monitoring method of the first aspect of this application.
[0066] The fifth aspect of this application provides a computer program product, including a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the industrial large-span spatial structure health monitoring method of the first aspect of this application.
[0067] The health monitoring method for large-span industrial spatial structures according to this application involves monitoring the structure to obtain information about the forces acting on it. Then, based on the structural model of the large-span industrial spatial structure and the force information, the calculated stress values of each member in the model are obtained. Next, stress tests are performed on a subset of members. Based on the difference between the measured stress values and the calculated stress values, a correction coefficient is determined for the calculated stress values. This correction coefficient is then used to correct the calculated stress values of all members in the first structural model, resulting in a corrected second structural model. Finally, based on the monitoring results of the force information, the force information of the monitored area of the large-span industrial spatial structure is obtained and applied to the corrected second structural model. The target simulated stress values of all members after being subjected to the force information are calculated based on the second structural model and the force information monitoring results. These target simulated stress values are considered as the actual stress conditions of each member, thus enabling health monitoring of the large-span industrial spatial structure.
[0068] Unlike related technologies that monitor key members, this application uses a modified structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure as a preparation for health monitoring. After obtaining the modified second structural model, only a portion of the industrial large-span spatial structure needs to be monitored for stress information, significantly reducing the cost of health monitoring. Furthermore, by applying the monitoring results to the modified second structural model, the stress of all members under the stress information is calculated, which serves as the basis for health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure. This method primarily relies on environmental monitoring while also incorporating the model of the industrial large-span spatial structure itself, avoiding the problem that simple environmental monitoring alone cannot accurately determine the health status of the industrial large-span spatial structure. The method is efficient, convenient, and feasible. Attached Figure Description

[0074] The technical solutions of the embodiments of this application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this application, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0075] In the accompanying drawings, the size of constituent elements, the thickness of layers, or areas may sometimes be exaggerated for clarity. Therefore, any implementation of this disclosure is not necessarily limited to the dimensions shown in the drawings, and the shapes and sizes of the components in the drawings do not reflect true proportions. Furthermore, the drawings schematically illustrate ideal examples, and any implementation of this disclosure is not limited to the shapes or values shown in the drawings.
[0076] Due to the complex stress conditions of large-span spatial structures, health monitoring methods for these structures are typically applied to public buildings, such as large stadiums and airport terminals. These public large-span spatial structures have unique shapes and distinctive styles, and their structures are specifically designed. Therefore, health monitoring methods for them are usually only applicable to their specific structures and lack universality, making them unsuitable for other building structures to adopt. Furthermore, most public buildings consider the impact of load information on the structure during the design phase and undergo load information-related tests before construction, such as wind tunnel tests. This provides a certain understanding of the distribution of load information on the structure and allows for targeted monitoring of key structural members. However, for industrial large-span spatial structures, the emphasis on load information during construction is far lower than that for public buildings. Most industrial large-span spatial structures have not undergone load information-related tests, resulting in a relatively poor understanding of their interaction with the environment, making it difficult to directly apply health monitoring methods used in public buildings.
[0077] Furthermore, the application of industrial large-span spatial structures involves multiple industrial sectors. Many industrial large-span spatial structures have a long history of construction, and the building codes implemented during design and construction are not entirely the same. Their reliability levels vary greatly. Moreover, due to their long-term use, their structures are affected by adverse factors such as environmental erosion, material aging, fatigue effects, and catastrophic effects. The problems faced in health monitoring are different from those in public buildings.
[0078] Therefore, addressing the problems encountered in health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures in related technologies, this application proposes a practical and cost-effective method for health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures. Please refer to Figure 1 for details. Figure 1 is a flowchart of a health monitoring method for large-span industrial spatial structures proposed in an embodiment of this application. As shown in Figure 1, the method may include steps S101 to S105:
[0079] Step S101: Obtain the action information obtained from monitoring the industrial large-span spatial structure. The action information includes at least: wind load, snow load, temperature effect, and support displacement.
[0080] Step S102: Input the action information into the first structural model corresponding to the industrial large-span spatial structure to obtain the calculated stress value of each member in the first structural model;
[0081] Step S103: Based on the measured stress value of the member to be monitored and the calculated stress value of the member to be monitored, determine the correction coefficient, wherein the member to be monitored is at least one of the members;
[0082] Step S104: Based on the correction coefficient, the first structural model is corrected to obtain the second structural model;
[0083] Step S105: Based on the second structural model and the monitoring results of the action information, calculate the target simulation stress value of each member, and perform health monitoring on the industrial large-span spatial structure based on the target simulation stress value.
[0084] In this application embodiment, the industrial large-span spatial structure requiring health monitoring generally refers to large-span spatial structures built in industrial settings such as coal sheds, material sheds, and large-span roofs. These structures are typically space frames, shell structures, or tubular trusses, and their spans are usually not less than a set length (e.g., 30 meters). Since most of these are already built and in use, they lack the conditions for conducting performance testing during the design phase. Furthermore, industrial large-span spatial structures involve numerous and complex members. Therefore, the health monitoring method proposed in this application is a method that calculates the overall health of the industrial large-span spatial structure based on the condition of a subset of its members, and then performs health monitoring accordingly. The execution process can be broadly divided into two stages: the preliminary preparation stage and the health monitoring stage. Firstly, in the preliminary preparation stage, it is necessary to model the industrial large-span spatial structure and monitor its load information. The monitored load information is applied to the first structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure to obtain the calculated stress values of each member. Simultaneously, stress testing is performed on a portion of the members to obtain measured stress values. By comparing the measured stress values with the calculated stress values, a correction coefficient for the industrial large-span spatial structure model is obtained. This correction coefficient reflects the damage status of each member under the influence of the load information during the use of the industrial large-span spatial structure. Based on the damage status, the first structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure is corrected, thereby obtaining the internal force status of each member in the industrial large-span spatial structure that is closest to the true value under the load information. This leads to the determination of the corrected second structural model, further reducing the error of the structural model.
[0085] During the health monitoring phase, based on the monitoring results of the action information set around the industrial large-span spatial structure, the target simulated stress value of each member under the action information can be calculated through the second structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure in the preparation phase. That is, the actual stress value of each member after being subjected to the action information. In this way, the health monitoring analysis of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be carried out. Based on whether the stress of each member under the influence of the action information exceeds its bearing capacity, and whether the stress of each member will affect the industrial large-span spatial structure, the health status of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be determined.
[0086] This method involves setting up monitoring areas for environmental impact information at designated locations around the industrial large-span spatial structure after preliminary preparation. By applying environmental impact information to the industrial large-span spatial structure model, the health monitoring costs associated with monitoring the internal forces of key members are avoided. Furthermore, the stress conditions of all members in the industrial large-span spatial structure can be calculated, effectively enabling health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure.
[0087] Step S101: Obtain the action information obtained from monitoring the industrial large-span spatial structure. The action information includes at least: wind load, snow load, temperature effect and support displacement.
[0088] In this embodiment of the application, the action information refers to the actions exerted on the industrial large-span spatial structure, including but not limited to: wind load, snow load, temperature effect and support displacement. First, based on the characteristics of different industrial large-span spatial structures, the areas to be monitored and the corresponding monitoring methods are selected, and sensors are deployed to collect the action information of each monitoring area of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored.
[0089] Specifically, wind load refers to the pressure or suction generated by wind acting on the surface of a structure, which may induce structural vibration or cause damage. This is measured by sensors placed on the structural surface, such as thin-film pressure sensors, to measure surface wind pressure. Snow load is the vertical load generated by the weight of snow accumulated on the surface of a large-span spatial structure. This weight can cause structural damage due to localized overloading. Snow thickness is monitored by sensors placed on the surface of the large-span spatial structure, such as snow depth sensors, which use ultrasonic or laser ranging to measure snow thickness. Temperature effects are the deformation of the structure caused by changes in ambient temperature, resulting in internal forces and additional stresses. This can cause structural deformation or node failure in large-span industrial spatial structures. Measurements can be taken by placing sensors on the structural surface, such as temperature sensors, or by using infrared thermal imaging to detect temperature distribution. Support displacement is caused by factors such as foundation settlement, temperature deformation, and external forces, resulting in horizontal, vertical, or rotational changes in the structural supports. This may alter the distribution of internal forces within the structure. Moreover, for large-span industrial spatial structures, even small displacements can be amplified to produce significant deformation. The supports of large-span industrial spatial structures can be monitored using sensors, levels, and inclinometers to check whether displacement or rotation has occurred.
[0090] Step S102: Input the action information into the first structural model corresponding to the industrial large-span spatial structure to obtain the calculated stress value of each member in the first structural model.
[0091] In this embodiment of the application, the action information is applied to the first structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored, and the stress generated by each member in the industrial large-span spatial structure under the influence of the action information is calculated under ideal conditions and recorded as the calculated stress value.
[0092] Step S103: Based on the measured stress value of the member to be monitored and the calculated stress value of the member to be monitored, determine the correction coefficient, wherein the member to be monitored is at least one of the members.
[0093] In this embodiment, while setting up the action information monitoring, it is also necessary to select a portion of the members in the industrial large-span spatial structure as the members to be monitored. By measuring the stress generated by the members under the influence of the action information, the measured stress value is obtained. Specifically, strain sensors can be arranged on the members to be monitored to obtain the stress condition. By comparing the measured stress value of the members to be monitored with the calculated stress value obtained through the model, a correction coefficient for the industrial large-span spatial structure model can be obtained. That is, the stress condition of each member in the first structural model after being subjected to the action information is corrected, so that the stress condition of each member calculated by the model is closer to the actual situation.
[0094] Optionally, since there are multiple types of action information, and the effects of each type may vary, the structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be further improved by conducting multiple measurements under different conditions. For example, regarding the impact of snow load, the stress on the monitored members can be measured under different snow accumulation levels to determine the potential impact of snow load on the industrial large-span spatial structure under different snowfall amounts. Furthermore, due to the shape of the industrial large-span spatial structure and the potential influence of wind on snow distribution, the impact of uneven snow distribution on the snow load caused by the industrial large-span spatial structure also needs to be considered during monitoring. By collecting data under multiple conditions, the correction coefficients of the industrial large-span spatial structure model can be further improved, making the calculated stress on other members closer to the actual values and improving the accuracy of health monitoring.
[0095] Step S104: Based on the correction coefficient, the first structural model is corrected to obtain the second structural model.
[0096] In this embodiment of the application, since there are a large number of members in the industrial large-span spatial structure, it is impossible to monitor the stress of each member. Therefore, the calculated stress values of each member in the first structural model are corrected accordingly by using correction coefficients calculated after actual measurement of a portion of the members to be monitored. This results in the simulated stress values of each member in the structure under the monitored load information, thereby correcting the first structural model and obtaining a second structural model that is closer to the real situation.
[0097] Step S105: Based on the second structural model and the monitoring results of the action information, calculate the target simulation stress value of each member, and perform health monitoring on the industrial large-span spatial structure based on the target simulation stress value.
[0098] In this embodiment, after completing the preliminary preparatory work and revising the structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure, health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be carried out. Specifically, by monitoring the action information of the industrial large-span spatial structure during use, this information is applied to the revised second structural model to calculate the target simulated stress value of each member. Since it is a revised structural model, the target simulated stress value can be considered to reflect the actual stress situation of each member in the industrial large-span spatial structure. Based on this, it can be determined whether the industrial large-span spatial structure will be at risk due to the action information, which facilitates the health analysis of maintenance personnel and allows them to take different countermeasures according to different situations.
[0099] In conjunction with the above embodiments, in one implementation, this application also provides a method for health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures, which specifically includes the following before obtaining the effect information obtained from monitoring the large-span industrial spatial structures:
[0100] First, based on the design information of the industrial large-span spatial structure, an original structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure needs to be built. Previously built industrial large-span spatial structures may only exist on paper drawings, or the description of the structural design may be relatively brief. It is necessary to build a model of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored as accurately as possible based on the design information at the time of design and construction. The more accurate and closer the original structural model is to reality, the more precise the subsequent model correction and health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure will be.
[0101] Then, the industrial large-span spatial structure is inspected. This inspection includes at least: spatial structure inspection, member dimension inspection, and corrosion degree inspection. For industrial large-span spatial structures, due to their industrial application and varying construction periods and referenced building codes, their actual condition may differ significantly from the original design information. After modeling the industrial large-span spatial structure based on the design information, it is necessary to conduct actual inspection and evaluation of the structure to be monitored. This includes verifying whether the structure's construction matches the design drawings, whether the selected member dimensions strictly adhere to the design drawings, and whether there are any member errors. Furthermore, due to the passage of time, the original structure may exhibit varying degrees of corrosion and damage caused by past loads. These factors affect the original performance of the members, causing their stress conditions to deviate from those considered in the design phase. Therefore, on-site inspection of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored is necessary to confirm its current condition.
[0102] Finally, the original structural model is corrected based on the test results to determine the corrected first structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure. After the test is completed, the test results are compared with the design information. For the parts that have changed, the original model built based on the design information is corrected to obtain the first structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure that conforms to the current actual situation, which is used to calculate the structural stress of the structure after applying load information.
[0103] In conjunction with the above embodiments, in one implementation, this application also provides a method for health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures, obtaining operational information from monitoring large-span industrial spatial structures, specifically including the following:
[0104] First, determine the monitoring scheme for the industrial large-span spatial structure. The monitoring scheme shall include at least: wind load monitoring, snow load monitoring, temperature effect monitoring, support displacement monitoring, and control member monitoring.
[0105] Then, the test area to be monitored is determined according to the monitoring scheme, and the data of the monitoring equipment set in the test area is obtained. The monitoring equipment includes at least: sensors;
[0106] In this embodiment, different monitoring schemes are required for different industrial large-span spatial structures. Based on their location and usage, different monitoring schemes are developed according to different load information to ensure accurate reflection of the load information that the monitored large-span spatial structure may experience during actual application. This includes monitoring items such as wind load detection, snow load monitoring, temperature load monitoring, and support displacement monitoring. It also includes the selection of control members that may require comparative monitoring, and the selection of monitoring areas should be tailored to local conditions. For example, areas that may be affected by different load information need to be monitored in a focused manner, as do areas where damage caused by load information has a significant impact. The proposed monitoring scheme can be applied not only in the preliminary preparation stage for revising the structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure, but also in the subsequent health monitoring stage for monitoring the actual load information of the industrial large-span spatial structure.
[0107] Specifically, due to the wide range of applications and large number of industrial large-span spatial structures, different health monitoring schemes are needed for different application scenarios, relevant structural specifications, and operation and maintenance requirements. For example, in northern regions with heavy snowfall, snow load may have the primary impact on industrial large-span spatial structures. Therefore, it is necessary to fully consider the potential impact on the structure under different snowfall levels. This can be achieved by increasing the monitoring area to comprehensively consider the impact of snow load on each part and the actual stress of each member. In contrast, in southern coastal areas, there may be no snowfall, but wind load has a significant impact and extreme wind conditions, such as typhoons, may occur. Therefore, a more detailed wind load monitoring scheme is needed, with special attention paid to areas susceptible to wind load, such as corners and eaves. Furthermore, based on local historical meteorological data, the potential wind load impact on industrial large-span spatial structures under extreme wind conditions should be considered. In mountainous areas, there are large diurnal temperature differences and seasonal temperature variations. The temperature fluctuations caused by solar radiation are significant, resulting in large-span industrial structures in the area. Therefore, temperature effects have a substantial impact on these structures. The thermal expansion and contraction of structural materials due to temperature changes must be carefully considered, and monitoring of temperature effects needs to take into account dynamic changes. Thus, a multi-period monitoring plan is necessary to ensure coverage of various temperature variations that industrial structures may experience. Regarding support displacement, several scenarios exist. Firstly, industrial structures located in earthquake-prone areas require more detailed monitoring of support displacement, as ground motion has a significant impact on structural supports. Secondly, the foundation conditions of the industrial structures' locations must be considered, including soil inhomogeneity and groundwater level fluctuations. Targeted monitoring plans for support displacement are needed.
[0108] Finally, based on the monitoring results of the monitoring equipment, the functional information of the industrial large-span spatial structure is determined.
[0109] In this application example, the actual force information of the industrial large-span spatial structure is collected by monitoring equipment, and then the force information is applied to the first structural model of the constructed industrial large-span spatial structure through the structural model. In this way, the stress of each member after the model is subjected to the force information can be obtained, which can be compared with the actual measured values.
[0110] In conjunction with the above embodiments, in one implementation, this application also provides a method for health monitoring of large-span industrial spatial structures, wherein a second structural model is obtained by correcting the first structural model according to the correction coefficient, specifically including the following:
[0111] Based on the correction coefficient and the calculated stress value of the unmonitored member, the corrected simulated stress value of the unmonitored member is obtained;
[0112] Based on the measured stress value of the monitored member and the corrected simulated stress value of the unmonitored member, the corrected simulated stress value of each member of the industrial large-span spatial structure is determined.
[0113] Based on the corrected simulation stress values of each member, the second structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure is determined.
[0114] In this embodiment, after obtaining the correction coefficient, the unmonitored members (excluding the members to be monitored) in the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored can be corrected according to the correction coefficient. The calculated stress value of the unmonitored members is obtained from the first structural model after the application of the action information. Based on the calculated stress value, the correction coefficient is applied to obtain the corrected simulated stress value of the unmonitored members. By combining the measured stress value of the members to be monitored with the corrected simulated stress value of the unmonitored members, the corrected simulated stress value of all members in the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored under the action information can be determined. This can be regarded as the actual stress situation of each member under the action information. Thus, the corrected second structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored can be obtained, which can reflect the structural damage of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored, and is closer to the true value, reducing the error of the model.
[0115] In conjunction with the above embodiments, in one implementation, this application also provides a method for health monitoring of industrial large-span spatial structures. Based on the second structural model and the monitoring results of the action information, the target simulated stress value of each member is calculated, and health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure is performed based on the target simulated stress value. Specifically, the method includes the following:
[0116] First, establish pole monitoring levels, which include at least: a first risk level and a second risk level.
[0117] In this embodiment, the number of members involved in the industrial large-span spatial structure is large, so certain standards are needed to limit their health monitoring. First, it is stipulated that the monitoring level of each member has a first risk level and a second risk level. Optionally, the threshold for whether a member belongs to the first risk level or the second risk level can be set as the stress condition of the member. The member is set to a low risk level if the stress condition may have a small negative impact on the member itself and the overall structure, while the member is set to a high risk level if it may cause deformation of the member and thus affect the entire industrial large-span spatial structure. The specific threshold and level can be set according to different industrial large-span spatial structures to be monitored, and this application does not impose any restrictions.
[0118] Then, based on the second structural model and the monitoring results of the action information, the target simulated stress value of each member in the large-span industrial spatial structure under the action information is calculated.
[0119] Next, the monitoring level of each member is determined based on the target simulated stress value.
[0120] In this embodiment of the application, after completing a series of preparatory work such as modeling, detection and correction of the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored in the early preparation stage, in the actual monitoring process, it is only necessary to monitor the action information of the industrial large-span spatial structure according to the monitoring plan, and apply the collected action information to the corrected second structural model to calculate the target simulation stress value of each member that approaches the true value. By comparing them, it is determined which member monitoring level each member is at, thereby judging the degree of influence of the action information.
[0121] Finally, based on the proportion of the number of rods at each monitoring level, a health monitoring analysis is conducted on the aforementioned large-span industrial spatial structure.
[0122] In this embodiment, after obtaining the monitoring level of each member, a health monitoring analysis of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be performed. In an optional embodiment, the overall condition of the industrial large-span spatial structure can be determined by the proportion of members at each monitoring level. For example, if members at a high-risk level account for 2% of the total number of members, and members at a medium-risk level account for 10% of the total number of members, then the industrial large-span spatial structure is considered to be at risk and requires immediate maintenance. The specific method of health monitoring analysis can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and is not limited in this application.
[0123] In one optional embodiment, the health analysis of industrial large-span spatial structures can also be combined with the importance of the members. For example, if one member among the members with a high importance level reaches a high-risk level, then the member needs to be inspected and dealt with immediately to avoid problems in the industrial large-span spatial structure caused by damage or breakage of key members.
[0124] In conjunction with the above embodiments, in one implementation, this application also provides a method for health monitoring of industrial large-span spatial structures. Based on the second structural model and the monitoring results of the action information, the method calculates the target simulated stress value of each member, and performs health monitoring of the industrial large-span spatial structure based on the target simulated stress value. Specifically, the method further includes the following:
[0125] Obtain weather forecast information for the area where the large-span industrial spatial structure is located, including at least: wind force, wind speed, snowfall, and temperature changes;
[0126] Based on the weather forecast information, the expected stress information of the industrial large-span spatial structure is predicted, and the expected simulated stress value of each member is calculated;
[0127] The monitoring level of each member is determined based on the predicted simulated stress value;
[0128] Based on the proportion of the number of rods at each monitoring level, risk warnings are issued for the aforementioned large-span industrial spatial structure.
[0129] In this embodiment of the application, based on the health monitoring of industrial large-span spatial structures according to the monitoring information, a method for early warning of industrial large-span spatial structures is also proposed. Specifically, based on weather forecast information, such as weather forecasts, the future weather conditions of the area where the large-span spatial structure to be monitored is located are obtained in advance, including whether there will be wind, wind force, wind speed, wind direction, etc., as well as whether there will be snowfall, the expected amount of snowfall, the start and end time, etc., whether there will be a significant temperature rise or drop in a short period of time, and whether there may be extreme weather such as typhoons. When the future weather is known in advance, the impact information that the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored may be subjected to when similar weather conditions occur can be obtained based on historical weather conditions. This information is used as input to the structural model and applied to the modified second structural model of the industrial large-span spatial structure to calculate the expected simulated stress values that may occur in each member. Based on the member monitoring level and monitoring plan, a judgment is made, and for situations that may cause damage to the industrial large-span spatial structure, a timely notification and early warning are issued.
[0130] The health monitoring method for large-span industrial spatial structures proposed in this application not only enables practical health monitoring of such structures in industrial applications, but also reduces operating costs compared to related technologies that continuously monitor key components. Furthermore, it can provide early warnings of potential structural damage risks based on weather forecasts, greatly improving the reliability of large-span industrial spatial structures and facilitating large-scale implementation and application.
[0131] In an optional embodiment, the industrial large-span spatial structure health monitoring method proposed in this application can be implemented as shown in Figure 2. Figure 2 is an implementation block diagram of an industrial large-span spatial structure health monitoring method proposed in an embodiment of this application. As shown in Figure 2, firstly, the industrial large-span spatial structure to be monitored is detected and identified, and a model is created based on the actual situation. Then, a monitoring plan needs to be formulated, including: wind load monitoring, snow load monitoring, temperature effect monitoring, support displacement monitoring, and control member monitoring. Next, the actual action information collected according to the monitoring plan is applied to the first structural model to obtain the corrected second structural model, and the stress situation of all members is calculated to complete the preliminary preparation work. Finally, based on the actual monitored action information, the health status of the industrial large-span spatial structure is analyzed, and early warnings are issued in a timely manner based on weather forecast information.
