Abstract
Description
Rotating shaft device and electronic equipment
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202510473801.8, filed on April 14, 2025, entitled "Rotating Shaft Device and Electronic Equipment", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0002] This application relates to the field of electronic devices, specifically to a rotating shaft device and an electronic device. Background Technology
[0003] Electronic devices (such as tablets) generally consist of a device body and a support plate. The support plate is located on the back of the device body, and the device body and support plate are connected by a hinge mechanism, allowing the support plate to rotate at a certain angle relative to the device body. During use, the support plate supports the device body, creating an angle between the device body and the horizontal plane for user comfort. However, after the support plate rotates at a certain angle relative to the device body, the hinge mechanism struggles to maintain that angle, causing the device body to wobble during use and negatively impacting the user experience. Summary of the Invention
[0004] This application relates to the field of electronic devices, specifically to a rotating shaft device and an electronic device, which can prevent the device body from shaking and ensure user experience.
[0005] In a first aspect, embodiments of this application provide a rotating shaft device, including a base and a bracket, wherein the bracket is rotatably connected to the base. The rotating shaft device further includes a damping rod and an elastic element, wherein the damping rod is connected to the base, and the elastic element is connected to both the base and the damping rod. The base is used to apply a damping force to the bracket under the elastic force of the elastic element to prevent the bracket from rotating.
[0006] The rotatable connection between the bracket and the base allows the support plate to rotate relative to the equipment body. By adjusting the angle between the bracket and the base, the angle between the equipment body and the support plate can be adjusted, allowing the equipment body to be placed at a certain tilt angle.
[0007] The elastic element is connected to both the base and the damping rod. The base and damping rod restrict the position of the elastic element, keeping it in a compressed state. In this compressed state, the elastic element exerts force on the base and damping rod, attempting to return to its original length. The base experiences a force that pulls it closer to the support. As the support rotates, this force transforms into a damping force between the base and the support, preventing the support from rotating and maintaining its position after rotation. This prevents the device body from shaking, ensuring that the shaking angle is less than or equal to 1°, thus guaranteeing a good user experience.
[0008] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, the base includes a first base and a second base, which are disposed opposite to each other. A first annular slide rail is disposed on the first base, and a second annular slide rail is disposed on the second base. The center lines of the first and second annular slide rails are collinear. The collinearity of the center lines of the first and second annular slide rails means that their positions are symmetrical, and the position of the first annular slide rail on the first base corresponds to the position of the second annular slide rail on the second base.
[0009] The rotating shaft device also includes a first rotating shaft, which is connected to the bracket. One end of the first rotating shaft slides within a first annular slide rail, and the other end slides within a second annular slide rail. Because the first rotating shaft is connected to the bracket, it can drive the bracket to move during sliding, thereby enabling the bracket to rotate relative to the base.
[0010] Meanwhile, since the first and second annular slide rails are symmetrically positioned, when the first rotating shaft is connected to the first and second annular slide rails, the friction and wear between the first rotating shaft and the first and second bases can be reduced, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the support during movement and improving the service life of the rotating shaft device.
[0011] The first base has a first through hole, the second base has a first threaded hole, one end of the damping rod has a stop, the damping rod has a first external thread, the damping rod passes through the first through hole and the first external thread engages with the first threaded hole, the elastic element is located between the stop and the first base, and the elastic element is used to push against the first base from the second base.
[0012] The damping rod connects the first base and the second base. The fit between the first external thread and the first threaded hole improves the stability of the connection. Under the action of the stop and the first base, the elastic element is compressed. Because a stop is provided at one end of the damping rod, the elastic element is located between the stop and the first base. Blocked by the stop and the first base, the elastic element cannot extend outwards and will exert force on the stop and the first base, attempting to return to its original length.
[0013] As the elastic element applies force to the first base, the first base is subjected to a force that moves it closer to the second base, causing the first and second bases to press against the bracket. During the rotation of the bracket, the damping force of the first and second bases on the bracket will prevent the bracket from rotating, thus fixing the position of the bracket after rotation, preventing the equipment body from shaking, and ensuring the user experience.
[0014] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, a first annular groove is provided on a first base, and a second annular groove is provided on a second base. The center lines of the first and second annular grooves are collinear. A first annular slide rail and the first annular groove are arranged along the extending direction of the first base, and the second annular slide rail and the second annular groove are arranged along the extending direction of the second base. The collinearity of the center lines of the first and second annular grooves means that their positions are symmetrical, and the position of the first annular groove on the first base corresponds to the position of the second annular groove on the second base.
[0015] The rotating shaft device also includes a second rotating shaft, one end of which slides within the first annular groove, and the other end of which slides within the second annular groove. It is understood that the second rotating shaft is located between the first and second bases, and when the elastic element is under compression, the first and second bases will also compress the second rotating shaft. During the rotation of the second rotating shaft, it is also subjected to damping forces from the first and second bases, hindering its rotation.
[0016] Because the first and second annular grooves are symmetrically positioned, when the second rotating shaft is connected to the first and second annular grooves, the friction and wear between the second rotating shaft and the first and second bases can be reduced, thereby reducing the friction and wear between the second rotating shaft and the first and second bases, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the second rotating shaft during movement, and improving the service life of the rotating shaft device.
[0017] The rotating shaft device also includes a connector, on which a second through hole and a third through hole are provided at intervals. The first rotating shaft passes through the second through hole and the second rotating shaft passes through the third through hole. The connector can realize the connection between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
[0018] Because the first rotating shaft is connected to the support, and the second rotating shaft is also connected, the second rotating shaft is connected to the support. Under the action of the elastic element, both the support and the second rotating shaft are subjected to damping forces from the base during rotation, hindering their rotation. Since the second rotating shaft is connected to the support, the damping force on the second rotating shaft also acts on the support, increasing the total resistance on the support and further preventing the support from rotating, thus avoiding shaking of the equipment body.
[0019] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, the bracket is provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove. The first annular groove is disposed on the surface of the bracket near the first base, and the second annular groove is disposed on the surface of the bracket near the second base. The first annular groove engages with a first annular slide rail, and the second annular groove engages with a second annular slide rail. The bracket achieves a sliding connection with the first and second annular slide rails through the first and second annular grooves, allowing the bracket to rotate relative to the base.
[0020] The rotating shaft device includes a first slider and a second slider. The first slider is disposed at one end of the second rotating shaft and slides within a first annular groove. The second slider is disposed at the other end of the second rotating shaft and slides within a second annular groove.
[0021] The first annular groove can accurately position the first slider and guide it to move along a predetermined sliding path. The first slider and the first annular groove can fit precisely together, reducing the wobbling and offset of the second rotating shaft, extending the service life of the first annular groove and the first slider, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the rotating shaft device.
[0022] The second annular groove can accurately position the second slider and guide it to move along a predetermined sliding path. The second slider and the second annular groove can precisely match, reducing the wobbling and offset of the second rotating shaft, extending the service life of the second annular groove and the second slider, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the rotating shaft device.
[0023] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, the pivot device further includes a first sleeve and a second sleeve, with the first sleeve fitted onto the first pivot and the second sleeve fitted onto the second pivot. Due to the gap between the first and second pivots, there is a gap between the first and second sleeves. When the electronic device includes a floating keyboard, the electronic device includes a flexible circuit board that can pass through the gap between the first and second sleeves and be connected to the device body and the floating keyboard, respectively.
[0024] The hinge mechanism has pre-reserved space for flexible circuit boards to pass through. As the hinge mechanism opens and closes, the flexible circuit board flexes and creeps in a specific area to achieve circuit continuity. The flexible circuit board, threaded through the hinge mechanism, can shorten its length and improve the signal transmission rate between the device body and the floating keyboard.
[0025] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the rotating shaft device further includes a pull rod, on which a fourth through hole and a fifth through hole are provided at intervals, a first rotating shaft passes through the fourth through hole, and a second rotating shaft passes through the fifth through hole.
[0026] The pull rod connects the first and second rotating shafts, defining their relative positions through the fourth and fifth through holes. The pull rod restricts the positions of the first and second rotating shafts, preventing the connector from being pulled by them during the opening and closing of the rotating shaft device. This avoids deformation caused by the connecting component being stretched by the first and second rotating shafts, extends the service life of the connecting component, and improves the long-term torque stability of the rotating shaft device.
[0027] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, a first gear structure is provided on the bracket, and a damping rod is rotatably connected to the base. A second gear structure is provided on the damping rod, and the first gear structure and the second gear structure mesh with each other.
[0028] Since the rotating shaft device includes an elastic element connected to the base and the damping rod, during the rotation of the first gear structure and the second gear structure, the elastic element will undergo elastic deformation along with the rotation of the damping rod. To prevent the elastic deformation, the elastic element will do work on the damping rod, hindering the rotation of the first gear structure and the second gear structure, thereby preventing the bracket from rotating and fixing the position of the bracket after rotation. This increases the stability of the bracket and allows the rotating shaft device to maintain its position after rotation, preventing the equipment body from shaking and ensuring a good user experience.
[0029] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, both ends of the damping rod extend beyond the base and are provided with a first external thread. The rotating shaft device also includes two rotating shaft nuts, each with a first threaded hole that engages with the first external thread. One rotating shaft nut is connected to one end of the damping rod, and the other rotating shaft nut is connected to the other end of the damping rod.
[0030] There are two elastic elements: one located between a pivot nut and the base, and the other between another pivot nut and the base. By adjusting the positions of the two pivot nuts on the damping rod, the degree of compression of the two elastic elements can be changed, thereby altering the magnitude of the damping force experienced by the support during rotation.
[0031] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the pitch circle diameter of the first gear structure is larger than the pitch circle diameter of the second gear structure.
[0032] Because the first and second gear structures mesh, the module of the first gear structure is equal to that of the second gear structure. Since the pitch circle diameter of the first gear structure is larger than that of the second gear structure, the first gear structure rotates at a lower speed, while the second gear structure rotates at a higher speed. In other words, when the first gear structure rotates a certain angle, the second gear structure rotates at a larger angle. By adjusting the ratio between the pitch circle diameters of the first and second gear structures, the degree of compression of the elastic element when the support rotates to a specified position can be changed, thereby altering the magnitude of the damping force exerted by the base on the support.
[0033] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the base is provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove, which are arranged opposite to each other, and the center lines of the first and second annular grooves are collinear. The bracket is provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove, with the first annular groove slidingly disposed within the first annular groove and the second annular groove slidingly disposed within the second annular groove.
[0034] The first annular groove engages with the first annular slide groove, and the second annular groove engages with the second annular slide groove. The bracket achieves a sliding connection with the first and second annular slide grooves through the first and second annular grooves, allowing the bracket to rotate relative to the base.
[0035] Secondly, embodiments of this application provide an electronic device, including a device body, a support plate, and the aforementioned rotating shaft device, wherein the rotating shaft device is connected to the device body and the support plate respectively.
[0036] The rotating shaft allows the support plate to rotate relative to the equipment body. When the support plate contacts the plane, it creates an angle between the equipment body and the plane. The support plate can fix the equipment body at a suitable angle. Users can adjust the angle between the equipment body and the support plate according to their needs, thereby changing the angle of the equipment body, reducing pressure on the neck and back, and improving the user experience.
[0037] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the electronic device further includes a floating keyboard, which is connected to a support plate. A flexible circuit board is disposed on the pivot device, with one end of the flexible circuit board electrically connected to the device body and the other end of the flexible circuit board electrically connected to the floating keyboard.
[0038] One end of the flexible circuit board is electrically connected to the device body, and the other end is electrically connected to the floating keyboard, enabling connection between the device body and the floating keyboard. Because the flexible circuit board can be freely bent and folded, its placement within the hinge mechanism does not affect its normal operation. Simultaneously, it shortens the trace distance of the flexible circuit board, avoiding signal delay or attenuation between the device body and the floating keyboard, improving signal integrity between them, and reducing the complexity of electronic device layout.
[0039] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the number of rotating shaft devices is two, and the two rotating shaft devices are arranged at intervals.
[0040] Because the device body has a large area, two rotating shaft devices are used, spaced apart. These two devices distribute the weight of the device body more evenly, increasing their support and improving the stability of the electronic equipment. The increased number of rotating shaft devices also reduces the shaking of the electronic equipment.
[0041] Meanwhile, the two hinge devices can distribute the stress during the opening and closing of electronic devices, reducing the fatigue risk caused by the stress on a single hinge device and extending the life of the hinge device. Here, fatigue risk refers to the potential danger that the hinge device may break or be damaged under long-term repeated stress, even if the stress is below the material strength limit.
[0042] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, the electronic device further includes a hinge assembly located in the middle of the electronic device, and the hinge assembly is connected to the device body and the support plate respectively.
[0043] The hinge assembly can further improve the stability of the device body and reduce the shaking of electronic equipment. At the same time, the hinge assembly can distribute the stress on the hinge device, reduce the risk of fatigue caused by stress, ensure the safety of the hinge device, and extend its lifespan. In addition, the hinge assembly is relatively easy and inexpensive to manufacture, simplifying the manufacturing process of electronic equipment.
[0044] In some embodiments that may include the above-described embodiments, the rotating shaft assembly includes a base and a support frame. The base is provided with a third annular slide rail and a fourth annular slide rail, which are arranged opposite to each other, and the center lines of the third and fourth annular slide rails are collinear. The support frame is provided with a third annular groove and a fourth annular groove, the third annular groove slidingly disposed on the third annular slide rail, and the fourth annular groove slidingly disposed on the fourth annular slide rail.
[0045] The rotation of the shaft assembly can be achieved through the cooperation of the third annular groove and the third annular slide rail, as well as the cooperation of the fourth annular groove and the fourth annular slide rail, thereby enabling the support plate to rotate relative to the equipment body.
[0046] In some embodiments that may include the above embodiments, there is a gap between the device body and the support plate, and the width of the gap is 1mm-2mm.
[0047] The larger gap between the device body and the support plate increases the contact area between the device body and the air, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the electronic equipment. At the same time, since materials such as metals and plastics expand or contract with temperature changes, the gap provides space to accommodate volume changes, preventing the device body and support plate from deforming, cracking, or stress concentration due to compression. [0086] It should be noted that, in the description of the embodiments of this application, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "connected" and "linked" should be interpreted broadly. For example, they can refer to a fixed connection or an integral connection; they can also refer to a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; they can refer to a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium; or they can refer to the internal connection of two components. Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of this application according to the specific circumstances.
[0087] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, this application provides an electronic device 10. Exemplarily, the electronic device 10 may include a mobile phone, tablet computer, etc., and this application does not limit the scope of the electronic device 10. The electronic device 10 includes a device body 11, a support plate 12, and a hinge device 20, which is connected to both the device body 11 and the support plate 12. In an embodiment where the electronic device 10 is a tablet computer, the device body 11 may include a mid-frame, a back cover, a screen, and a motherboard disposed inside the mid-frame. The motherboard integrates a processor, memory, storage, and other electronic components. The motherboard can be connected to other components (e.g., screen, battery, speaker, etc.) via ribbon cables to achieve data transmission and processing.
[0088] The rotating shaft device 20 allows the support plate 12 to rotate relative to the device body 11, thereby enabling the opening and closing of the electronic device 10. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the electronic device 10 in the closed state. When the electronic device 10 is in the closed state, the support plate 12 can be set tightly against the device body 11. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the electronic device 10 in the open state. When the electronic device 10 is in the open state, the support plate 12 can rotate around the rotating shaft device 20 and has a certain angle with the device body 11.
[0089] When the electronic device 10 is placed on a table, the support plate 12 supports it, allowing the device body 11 to have a certain angle with the table. Users can adjust the angle between the device body 11 and the support plate 12 according to their own needs, thereby changing the angle of the device body 11, reducing pressure on the neck and back, and improving the user experience.
[0090] This application does not limit the material of the support plate 12. For example, the material of the support plate 12 may include aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon fiber composite material, plastic, etc. In embodiments where the support plate 12 is made of aluminum alloy, the support plate 12 has high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, and good heat dissipation. In embodiments where the support plate 12 is made of plastic, the support plate 12 has low cost, is easy to process, and has good insulation. A suitable support plate 12 can be selected according to the actual needs of the electronic device 10.
[0091] Referring to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the electronic device 10 also includes a floating keyboard 13. The floating keyboard 13 and the support plate 12 can be connected by a flexible printed circuit (PFC). One end of the flexible printed circuit is electrically connected to the device body 11, and the other end of the flexible printed circuit is electrically connected to the floating keyboard 13.
[0092] Users can type using the floating keyboard 13. The flexible circuit board converts the electrical signals generated during typing into digital or analog signals and transmits them to the device body 11. After receiving the digital or analog signals, the device body 11 can analyze them and display the text on the screen. Compared with the virtual keyboard of the electronic device 10, the floating keyboard 13 has a clear key layout, significantly faster input speed, reduces the probability of accidental touches, and avoids input errors caused by finger slippage or overlapping touch areas.
[0093] This application embodiment does not limit the connection method between the floating keyboard 13 and the support plate 12. For example, the floating keyboard 13 can be connected to the support plate 12 through a pivot, so that the floating keyboard 13 can rotate relative to the support plate 12. By adjusting the rotation angle of the support plate 12 relative to the device body 11 and the rotation angle of the floating keyboard 13 relative to the support plate 12, the relative positional relationship between the floating keyboard 13 and the device body 11 can be adjusted, thereby enhancing the user experience.
[0094] Please refer to Figure 4, which is an exploded view of the rotating shaft device 20. The rotating shaft device 20 provided in this embodiment includes a base 21 and a bracket 22, which are rotatably connected to the base 21. The base 21 is fixedly connected to the device body 11. This embodiment does not limit the connection method between the base 21 and the device body 11. For example, the base 21 and the device body 11 can be connected by bolts, or they can be welded together.
[0095] The bracket 22 is fixedly connected to the support plate 12. This application embodiment does not limit the connection method between the bracket 22 and the support plate 12. For example, the bracket 22 and the support plate 12 can be connected by bolts, or the bracket 22 and the support plate 12 can be connected by welding.
[0096] This application does not limit the materials of the base 21 and the bracket 22. For example, the materials of the base 21 and the bracket 22 may include titanium alloy, stainless steel, plastic, etc. In embodiments where the base 21 and the bracket 22 are made of titanium alloy, the base 21 and the bracket 22 have high strength, corrosion resistance, and low weight. In embodiments where the base 21 and the bracket 22 are made of stainless steel, the base 21 and the bracket 22 have high wear resistance and long service life. A suitable base 21 and bracket 22 can be selected according to the actual needs of the rotating shaft device 20. In a rotating shaft device 20, the materials of the base 21 and the bracket 22 can be the same or different.
[0097] Referring to Figures 5 and 6, the bracket 22 and the base 21 are rotatably connected, allowing the support plate 12 to rotate relative to the device body 11. Figure 5 shows a schematic diagram of the rotating shaft device 20 without rotation, and Figure 6 shows a schematic diagram of the rotating shaft device 20 after rotation. Since the base 21 is fixedly connected to the device body 11 (as shown in Figure 3), and the bracket 22 is fixedly connected to the support plate 12 (as shown in Figure 3), by adjusting the angle between the bracket 22 and the base 21, the angle between the device body 11 and the support plate 12 can be adjusted, so that the device body 11 is placed on the table at a certain angle.
[0098] Referring again to Figure 4, the rotating shaft device 20 further includes a damping rod 23 and an elastic element 24. The damping rod 23 is connected to the base 21, and the elastic element 24 is connected to both the base 21 and the damping rod 23. The base 21 is used to apply a damping force to the support 22 under the elastic force of the elastic element 24 to prevent the support 22 from rotating. The elastic element 24 refers to a device that can undergo elastic deformation. This application embodiment does not limit the elastic element 24. For example, the elastic element 24 can be a spring, disc spring, etc.
[0099] The elastic element 24 is connected to both the base 21 and the damping rod 23. The base 21 and the damping rod 23 restrict the position of the elastic element 24, keeping it in a compressed state. When compressed, the elastic element 24 exerts force on the base 21 and the damping rod 23, attempting to restore its original length. This causes the base 21 to be subjected to a force that pulls it closer to the bracket 22. When the bracket 22 rotates, this force is converted into friction between the base 21 and the bracket 22 (the friction force is the aforementioned damping force), preventing the bracket 22 from rotating and fixing its position after rotation. This prevents the device body 11 from shaking and ensures that the shaking angle of the device body 11 is less than or equal to 1° (for example, the shaking angle of the device body 11 can be 1°, 0.8°, 0.5°, or 0.1°), thus ensuring a good user experience.
[0100] According to mass production forecasts, a wobble angle of the device body 11 less than or equal to 1° can be considered a good product. The full inspection yield of the device body 11 in the X direction is 100%, and the full inspection yield in the Y direction is greater than or equal to 99%. Here, the X direction is the arrangement direction of the base 21 and the bracket 22, and the Y direction is the extension direction of the base 21. The full inspection yield is the percentage of electronic devices 10 with a wobble angle of the device body 11 less than or equal to 1° out of the total number of electronic devices 10 inspected.
[0101] Referring again to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the base 21 includes a first base 211 and a second base 212, which are disposed opposite to each other. The first base 211 and the second base 212 are detachably connected by first placing the bracket 22 between the first base 211 and the second base 212, and then connecting the first base 211 and the second base 212, thereby reducing the difficulty of connecting the bracket 22 and the base 21.
[0102] This application does not limit the connection method of the first base 211 and the second base 212. For example, in some embodiments, the first base 211 is provided with a first limiting member and the second base 212 is provided with a second limiting member. The first limiting member is provided with a protrusion at one end near the second limiting member and a groove is provided at one end near the first limiting member. The protrusion and the groove cooperate to connect the first limiting member and the second limiting member, thereby fixing the first base 211 and the second base 212.
[0103] A first annular slide rail 31 is provided on a first base 211, and a second annular slide rail 32 is provided on a second base 212. The center lines of the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32 are collinear. The center line of the first annular slide rail 31 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the first base 211 and passing through the center of the first annular slide rail 31. The center line of the second annular slide rail 32 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the second base 212 and passing through the center of the second annular slide rail 32.
[0104] The center line of the first annular slide rail 31 and the center line of the second annular slide rail 32 are collinear. That is, the positions of the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32 are symmetrical, and the position of the first annular slide rail 31 on the first base 211 corresponds to the position of the second annular slide rail 32 on the second base 212.
[0105] Referring again to Figure 4, the rotating shaft device 20 further includes a first rotating shaft 25, which is connected to the bracket 22. One end of the first rotating shaft 25 slides within a first annular slide rail 31, and the other end slides within a second annular slide rail 32. Because the first rotating shaft 25 is connected to the bracket 22, it can drive the bracket 22 to move during sliding, thereby enabling the bracket 22 to rotate relative to the base 21.
[0106] Meanwhile, since the positions of the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide groove 34 are symmetrical, when the first rotating shaft 25 is connected to the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32, the friction and wear between the first rotating shaft 25 and the first base 211 and the second base 212 can be reduced, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the bracket 22 during movement and improving the service life of the rotating shaft device 20.
[0107] The first base 211 has a first through hole 61, and the second base 212 has a first threaded hole (not shown in Figure 4). The damping rod 23 has a first external thread 66, which passes through the first through hole 61 and engages with the first threaded hole. The damping rod 23 connects the first base 211 and the second base 212. The engagement of the first external thread 66 and the first threaded hole improves the stability of the connection between the first base 211 and the second base 212.
[0108] One end of the damping rod 23 is provided with a stop portion 231, and an elastic member 24 is located between the stop portion 231 and the first base 211. The elastic member 24 is used to abut against the first base 211 against the second base 212. Under the action of the stop portion 231 and the first base 211, the elastic member 24 becomes compressed. Since one end of the damping rod 23 is provided with the stop portion 231, and the elastic member 24 is located between the stop portion 231 and the first base 211, the elastic member 24 is blocked by the stop portion 231 and the first base 211 and cannot extend outward. The elastic member 24 will apply force to the stop portion 231 and the first base 211, attempting to restore its original length.
[0109] As the elastic element 24 applies force to the first base 211, the first base 211 is subjected to a force that moves it closer to the second base 212, causing the first base 211 and the second base 212 to press against the bracket 22. During the rotation of the bracket 22, the pressing force (i.e., damping force) exerted by the first base 211 and the second base 212 on the bracket 22 will prevent the bracket 22 from rotating, thus fixing the position of the bracket 22 after rotation, preventing the device body 11 from shaking, and ensuring the user's experience.
[0110] The embodiments of this application do not limit the stop portion 231. For example, the stop portion 231 can be a protrusion on the damping rod 23. The stop portion 231 can also be a bolt, with an external thread provided on one end of the damping rod 23 and a threaded hole provided inside the bolt, the threaded hole engaging with the external thread.
[0111] In the embodiment where the stop part 231 is a bolt, by adjusting the relative position of the threaded hole and the external thread, the position of the stop part 231 on the damping rod 23 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the magnitude of the force exerted by the stop part 231 on the elastic member 24, changing the degree of compression of the elastic member 24, thereby changing the magnitude of the force exerted by the elastic member 24 on the first base 211, changing the compressive force between the first base 211 and the second base 212, and further changing the magnitude of the damping force exerted by the first base 211 and the second base 212 on the bracket 22.
[0112] Understandably, the cross-sectional area of the elastic element 24 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first through hole 61, while the cross-sectional area of the elastic element 24 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the stop portion 231. The larger cross-sectional area of the elastic element 24 prevents it from entering the first through hole 61 and thus preventing it from exerting pressure on the first base 211. The smaller cross-sectional area of the elastic element 24 ensures that it is subjected to the compressive force of the stop portion 231, keeping it compressed between the base 211 and the stop portion 231.
[0113] Referring again to Figure 4, in some embodiments, a first annular groove 33 is provided on the first base 211, and a second annular groove 34 is provided on the second base 212. The center line of the first annular groove 33 and the center line of the second annular groove 34 are collinear. The first annular groove 33 and the first annular slide rail 31 are arranged along the extension direction of the first base 211, and the second annular groove 34 and the second annular slide rail 32 are arranged along the extension direction of the second base 212.
[0114] The centerline of the first annular groove 33 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the first base 211 and passing through the center of the first annular groove 33. The centerline of the second annular groove 34 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the second base 212 and passing through the center of the second annular groove 34. The centerlines of the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 are collinear. That is to say, the positions of the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 are symmetrical. The position of the first annular groove 33 on the first base 211 corresponds to the position of the second annular groove 34 on the second base 212.
[0115] The rotating shaft device 20 also includes a second rotating shaft 26, one end of which is slidably disposed within the first annular groove 33, and the other end of which is slidably disposed within the second annular groove 34. It is understood that the second rotating shaft 26 is located between the first base 211 and the second base 212. When the elastic member 24 is in a compressed state, the first base 211 and the second base 212 will also compress the second rotating shaft 26. During the rotation of the second rotating shaft 26, it is also subjected to damping forces from the first base 211 and the second base 212, which impede the rotation of the second rotating shaft 26.
[0116] Since the positions of the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 are symmetrical, when the second rotating shaft 26 is connected to the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34, the friction and wear between the second rotating shaft 26 and the first base 211 and the second base 212 can be reduced, thereby reducing the friction and wear between the second rotating shaft 26 and the first base 211 and the second base 212, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the second rotating shaft 26 during the movement process, and improving the service life of the rotating shaft device 20.
[0117] In this embodiment, the center of the first annular slide rail 31 is not limited. For example, the center of the first annular slide rail 31 may be collinear with the center of the first annular groove 33. Correspondingly, the center of the second annular slide rail 32 and the center of the second annular groove 34 are also collinear.
[0118] The center of the first annular slide rail 31 may not be collinear with the center of the first annular slide groove 33. Correspondingly, the center of the second annular slide rail 32 and the center of the second annular slide groove 34 are also not collinear.
[0119] By adjusting the position of the center of the first annular slide rail 31, the position of the first annular slide rail 31 can be adjusted, changing the positional relationship between the first annular slide groove 33 and the first annular slide rail 31, thereby changing the positional relationship between the base 21 and the bracket 22, and causing the positional relationship between the equipment body 11 and the support plate 12 to also change.
[0120] Please refer to Figures 7 and 8, which are top views of the electronic device 10 from different angles. In some embodiments, there is a gap d between the device body 11 and the support plate 12. Since the device body 11 is connected to the base 21 and the support plate 12 is connected to the bracket 22, the relative positional relationship between the base 21 and the bracket 22, as well as the relative positional relationship between the support plate 12 and the bracket 22, will affect the positional relationship between the device body 11 and the support plate 12, resulting in a certain gap d between the device body 11 and the support plate 12.
[0121] Please refer to Figures 9, 10, 11, and 12. Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the unadjusted electronic device 10 in a closed state, and Figure 10 is a schematic diagram of the unadjusted electronic device 10 in an open state. Figure 11 is a schematic diagram of the unadjusted rotating shaft device 20 in a closed state, and Figure 12 is a schematic diagram of the unadjusted rotating shaft device 20 in an open state. The point where the two dashed lines intersect in Figures 10 and 12 is the center of the first annular slide rail 31. The center of the first annular slide rail 31 and the center of the first annular groove 33 are collinear, and the distance between the center of the first annular slide rail 31 and the center of the first annular groove 33 is small. After the bracket 22 rotates, the gap between the support plate 12 and the device body 11 is small, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the device body 11.
[0122] Please refer to Figures 13, 14, 15, and 16. Figure 13 is a schematic diagram of the adjusted electronic device 10 in a closed state, and Figure 14 is a schematic diagram of the adjusted electronic device 10 in an open state. Figure 15 is a schematic diagram of the adjusted rotating shaft device 20 in a closed state, and Figure 16 is a schematic diagram of the adjusted rotating shaft device 20 in an open state. The point where the two dashed lines intersect in Figures 14 and 16 is the center of the first annular slide rail 31. By adjusting the position of the center of the first annular slide rail 31, the size of the gap between the support plate 12 and the device body 11 can be changed. For example, the center of the first annular slide rail 31 can be moved away from the center of the first annular groove 33 along the Y or Z direction. After the center of the first annular slide rail 31 moves along the Y and Z directions, a larger gap d will appear between the support plate 12 and the device body 11, with a width of 1mm-2mm. For example, the width of the gap d can be 1mm, 1.5mm, or 2mm. Here, the X direction is the arrangement direction of the base 21 and the support 22, the Y direction is the extension direction of the base 21, and the Z direction is perpendicular to the X and Y directions.
[0123] It is understandable that adjusting the gap d between the support plate 12 and the device body 11 can also be achieved by adjusting the length of the support plate 12 and the relative position of the support plate 12 and the bracket 22. For example, in order to ensure that the support plate 12 can be supported on the table, the shorter the length of the support plate 12, the further away the connection position between the support plate 12 and the bracket 22 is from the first annular groove 33, and the larger the gap between the support plate 12 and the device body 11.
[0124] By adjusting the position of the center of the first annular slide rail 31, the length of the support plate 12, and the relative positional relationship between the support plate 12 and the bracket 22, it is possible to ensure that the gap d between the device body 11 and the support plate 12 is large, thereby increasing the contact area between the device body 11 and the air and improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the electronic device 10.
[0125] Meanwhile, since materials such as metals and plastics expand or contract when the temperature changes, the gap d can provide space to accommodate volume changes and prevent the equipment body 11 and support plate 12 from deforming, cracking or stress concentration due to compression.
[0126] Referring to Figure 4, the rotating shaft device 20 also includes a connector 27. The connector 27 is provided with a second through hole 62 and a third through hole 63 at intervals. The first rotating shaft 25 passes through the second through hole 62, and the second rotating shaft 26 passes through the third through hole 63. The connector 27 can realize the connection between the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26.
[0127] The embodiments of this application do not limit the manufacturing method of the connector 27. For example, the connector 27 can be made by sheet metal wrapping, or it can be formed by mold injection molding, etc.
[0128] Since the first rotating shaft 25 is connected to the bracket 22, and the first rotating shaft 25 is connected to the second rotating shaft 26, and the second rotating shaft 26 is connected to the bracket 22, under the action of the elastic element 24, both the bracket 22 and the second rotating shaft 26 are subjected to the damping force of the base 21 during rotation, which hinders their rotation. Since the second rotating shaft 26 is connected to the bracket 22, the damping force on the second rotating shaft 26 also acts on the bracket 22, increasing the total resistance on the bracket 22, further preventing the rotation of the bracket 22, and avoiding the shaking of the equipment body 11.
[0129] During the rotation of the bracket 22, the first rotating shaft 25 begins to slide within the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32. The first rotating shaft 25 will rotate during the sliding process, generating a first torque between itself and the connecting member 27.
[0130] At the same time, the first rotating shaft 25 drives the second rotating shaft 26 to slide within the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34. The second rotating shaft 26 will also rotate during the sliding process, generating a second torque between itself and the connecting member 27.
[0131] Since both the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26 are connected to the bracket 22, the first torque and the second torque will act on the bracket 22, hindering the bracket 22 from rotating relative to the base 21, further increasing the total resistance on the bracket 22, and improving the stability of the rotating shaft device 20.
[0132] Referring again to Figure 4, in the above embodiment, the bracket 22 is provided with a first annular groove 35 and a second annular groove 36. The first annular groove 35 is disposed on the surface of the bracket 22 near the first base 211, and the second annular groove 36 is disposed on the surface of the bracket 22 near the second base 212. The first annular groove 35 engages with the first annular slide rail 31, and the second annular groove 36 engages with the second annular slide rail 32. The bracket 22 achieves a sliding connection with the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32 through the first annular groove 35 and the second annular groove 36, allowing the bracket 22 to rotate relative to the base 21.
[0133] It is understood that limiting grooves can be provided at the ends of the first annular slide rail 31 and the second annular slide rail 32, and limiting protrusions are correspondingly provided at the front ends of the first annular groove 35 and the second annular groove 36. When the bracket 22 rotates relative to the base 21, the limiting protrusions move towards the limiting grooves. The limiting protrusions can cooperate with the limiting grooves to restrict the position of the bracket 22, so that the position of the bracket 22 is fixed after it rotates to the specified position.
[0134] The rotating shaft device 20 includes a first slider 261 and a second slider 262. The first slider 261 is disposed at one end of the second rotating shaft 26 and slides within the first annular groove 33. The second slider 262 is disposed at the other end of the second rotating shaft 26 and slides within the second annular groove 34.
[0135] The first annular groove 33 can accurately position the first slider 261 and guide it to move along a predetermined sliding path. The first slider 261 and the first annular groove 33 can precisely cooperate, reducing the wobbling and offset of the second rotating shaft 26, extending the service life of the first annular groove 33 and the first slider 261, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the rotating shaft device 20.
[0136] The second annular groove 34 can accurately position the second slider 262 and guide it to move along a predetermined sliding path. The second slider 262 and the second annular groove 34 can precisely cooperate, reducing the wobbling and offset of the second rotating shaft 26, extending the service life of the second annular groove 34 and the second slider 262, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the rotating shaft device 20.
[0137] Referring again to Figures 3, 4, 17, and 18, Figure 17 is a schematic diagram of the winding of the flexible circuit board 15 when the rotating shaft device 20 is not rotating, and Figure 18 is a schematic diagram of the winding of the flexible circuit board 15 after the rotating shaft device 20 rotates. In the above embodiment, the rotating shaft device 20 further includes a first sleeve 281 and a second sleeve 282. The first sleeve 281 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 25, and the second sleeve 282 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 26. Since the connecting member 27 is connected to the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, the connecting member 27 and the first sleeve 281 are spaced apart along the extending direction of the first rotating shaft 25, and the connecting member 27 and the second sleeve 282 are spaced apart along the extending direction of the second rotating shaft 26.
[0138] Because there is a gap between the first pivot 25 and the second pivot 26, there is also a gap between the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282. In embodiments where the electronic device 10 includes a floating keyboard 13, the device body 11 and the floating keyboard 13 are connected by a flexible circuit board 15. The flexible circuit board 15 can pass through the gap between the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282 and is connected to the device body 11 and the floating keyboard 13 respectively.
[0139] The hinge device 20 has a reserved space for the flexible circuit board 15 to pass through. As the hinge device 20 opens and closes, the flexible circuit board 15 flexes and creeps in a specific area to achieve circuit conduction. Since the flexible circuit board 15 can be bent and folded freely, it passes through the gap between the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282 without affecting its normal use. At the same time, it can shorten the routing distance of the flexible circuit board 15, avoid signal delay or signal attenuation between the device body 11 and the floating keyboard 13, improve the signal integrity between the device body 11 and the floating keyboard 13, and reduce the complexity of the layout of the electronic device 10.
[0140] The embodiments of this application do not limit the positions of the connector 27 and the sleeve. For example, please refer to Figures 19 and 20. Figure 19 is a front view of the rotating shaft device 20, and Figure 20 is a rear view of the rotating shaft device 20. In some embodiments, the connector 27 is disposed near the first base 211, the first sleeve 281 is disposed on the side of the first rotating shaft 25 (shown in Figure 18) near the second base 212, and the second sleeve 282 is disposed on the side of the second rotating shaft 26 (shown in Figure 18) near the second base 212.
[0141] Please refer to Figure 21, which is a front view of the rotating shaft device 20. In some embodiments, the connector 27 is disposed near the second base 212, the first sleeve 281 is disposed on the side of the first rotating shaft 25 (shown in Figure 18) near the first base 211, and the second sleeve 282 is disposed on the side of the second rotating shaft 26 (shown in Figure 18) near the first base 211.
[0142] It is understood that the position of the flexible circuit board 15 corresponds to the positions of the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282. In an embodiment where the connector 27 is positioned near the first base 211, the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282 are positioned near the second base 212, and the flexible circuit board 15 is positioned on the side near the second base 212. In an embodiment where the connector 27 is positioned near the second base 212, the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282 are positioned near the first base 211, and the flexible circuit board 15 is positioned on the side near the first base 211.
[0143] Referring again to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the rotating shaft device 20 further includes a pull rod 29, on which a fourth through hole 64 and a fifth through hole 65 are provided at intervals. The first rotating shaft 25 passes through the fourth through hole 64, and the second rotating shaft 26 passes through the fifth through hole 65.
[0144] The pull rod 29 connects the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, and defines the relative positions of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26 through the fourth through hole 64 and the fifth through hole 65. This application embodiment does not limit the position of the pull rod 29. For example, the pull rod 29 can be located between the first base 211 and the connector 27, between the second base 212 and the sleeves (first sleeve 281 and second sleeve 282), or between the connector 27 and the sleeves.
[0145] The pull rod 29 can limit the position of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, so that the connecting piece 27 is not subjected to the pulling force of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26 during the opening and closing of the rotating shaft device 20. This prevents the connecting piece 27 from being deformed due to being pulled by the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, extends the service life of the connecting piece 27, improves the opening and closing durability and reliability of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, and thus improves the long-term torque stability of the rotating shaft device 20. The torque attenuation specification of the rotating shaft device 20 in this embodiment is less than or equal to 20%. Here, the torque attenuation specification refers to the percentage of torque reduction after testing or use relative to the initial torque.
[0146] Referring again to Figure 4, in the above embodiment, the pull rod 29 includes a first pull rod 291 and a second pull rod 292. The first pull rod 291 is disposed between the base 21 and the connector 27, and the second pull rod 292 is disposed between the base 21 and the sleeve. The first pull rod 291 and the second pull rod 292 are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26. The first pull rod 291 and the second pull rod 292 can further define the positions of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, improve the overall rigidity of the rotating shaft device 20, and ensure the stability of the rotating shaft torque.
[0147] Meanwhile, since the first pull rod 291 and the second pull rod 292 are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, the forces on both ends of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26 are more even, which can avoid uneven forces on both ends of the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26, which would cause the sleeve or connector 27 to deform.
[0148] In some embodiments, in addition to the first tie rod 291 and the second tie rod 292, the tie rod 29 may also include a third tie rod, which is disposed between the connector 27 and the first sleeve 281 and the second sleeve 282. The third tie rod can further improve the rigidity of the rotating shaft device 20 and prevent deformation of the connector 27, the first sleeve 281, or the second sleeve 282.
[0149] Please refer to Figures 22, 23, 24, and 25. Figure 22 is a structural schematic diagram of another rotating shaft device 20 provided in an embodiment of this application; Figure 23 is a structural schematic diagram of the rotating shaft device 20 when it is not rotated; Figure 24 is a structural schematic diagram of the rotating shaft device 20 after it is rotated; and Figure 25 is a sectional view along the BB direction of Figure 22. In some embodiments, a first gear structure 51 is provided on the bracket 22, and a damping rod 23 is rotatably connected to the base 21. A second gear structure 52 is provided on the damping rod 23, and the first gear structure 51 and the second gear structure 52 mesh.
[0150] Since the rotating shaft device 20 includes an elastic element 24, which is connected to the base 21 and the damping rod 23, during the rotation of the first gear structure 51 and the second gear structure 52, the elastic element 24 will undergo elastic deformation as the damping rod 23 rotates. To prevent the elastic deformation, the elastic element 24 will do work on the damping rod 23, hindering the rotation of the first gear structure 51 and the second gear structure 52, thereby preventing the support 22 from rotating. This fixes the position of the support 22 after rotation, increases the stability of the support 22, and allows the rotating shaft device 20 to maintain its position after rotation, preventing the device body 11 (shown in Figure 1) from shaking and ensuring user experience.
[0151] Referring again to Figure 22, in some embodiments, both ends of the damping rod 23 extend beyond the base 21 and are provided with a first external thread (not shown in the figure). The rotating shaft device 20 also includes two rotating shaft nuts 53, each with a first threaded hole (not shown in the figure). The first threaded hole engages with the first external thread. One rotating shaft nut 53 is connected to one end of the damping rod 23, and the other rotating shaft nut 53 is connected to the other end of the damping rod 23.
[0152] There are two elastic elements 24. One elastic element 24 is located between one pivot nut 53 and the base 21, and the other elastic element 24 is located between another pivot nut 53 and the base 21. By adjusting the positions of the two pivot nuts 53 on the damping rod 23, the degree of compression of the two elastic elements 24 can be changed, thereby changing the magnitude of the damping force on the bracket 22 during rotation.
[0153] Please refer to Figures 26 and 27. Figure 26 is a cross-sectional view of the rotating shaft device 20, and Figure 27 is a cross-sectional view of the rotating shaft device 20. In some embodiments, one end of the damping rod 23 extends out of the base 21 and is provided with a first external thread (not shown in the figure). The rotating shaft device 20 also includes a rotating shaft nut 53, which is disposed at one end of the damping rod 23. The rotating shaft nut 53 is provided with a first threaded hole (not shown in the figure), which mates with the first external thread.
[0154] By adjusting the position of the pivot nut 53 on the damping rod 23, the degree of compression of the elastic element 24 can be changed, thereby changing the magnitude of the damping force experienced by the bracket 22 during rotation.
[0155] Referring again to Figure 25, in the above embodiment, the pitch circle diameter of the first gear structure 51 is larger than the pitch circle diameter of the second gear structure 52.
[0156] Since the first gear structure 51 and the second gear structure 52 mesh, the module of the first gear structure 51 is equal to the module of the second gear structure 52. Here, module = pitch circle diameter / number of teeth. The pitch circle diameter of the first gear structure 51 is greater than the pitch circle diameter of the second gear structure 52, that is, the number of teeth of the first gear structure 51 is greater than the number of teeth of the second gear structure 52.
[0157] Because the number of teeth in the first gear structure 51 is greater than the number of teeth in the second gear structure 52, the rotational speed of the first gear structure 51 is lower and the rotational speed of the second gear structure 52 is higher during rotation. In other words, when the first gear structure 51 rotates a certain angle, the second gear structure 52 rotates an even greater angle. By adjusting the ratio between the pitch circle diameter of the first gear structure 51 and the pitch circle diameter of the second gear structure 52, the degree of compression of the elastic element 24 when the support 22 rotates to a specified position can be changed, thereby altering the magnitude of the damping force exerted by the base 21 on the support 22.
[0158] Referring again to Figure 22, in the above embodiment, the base 21 is provided with a first annular groove 33 and a second annular groove 34. The first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 are arranged opposite to each other, and the center line of the first annular groove 33 and the center line of the second annular groove 34 are collinear. The center line of the first annular groove 33 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the base 21 and passing through the center of the first annular groove 33, and the center line of the second annular groove 34 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the base 21 and passing through the center of the second annular groove 34.
[0159] The center line of the first annular groove 33 and the center line of the second annular groove 34 are collinear. That is, the positions of the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 are symmetrical. The position of the first annular groove 33 on one surface of the base 21 facing the support 22 corresponds to the position of the second annular groove 34 on the other surface of the base 21 facing the support 22.
[0160] The bracket 22 is provided with a first annular groove 35 and a second annular groove 36. The first annular groove 35 slides within a first annular groove 33, and the second annular groove 36 slides within a second annular groove 34. The first annular groove 35 engages with the first annular groove 33, and the second annular groove 36 engages with the second annular groove 34. The bracket 22 achieves a sliding connection with the first annular groove 33 and the second annular groove 34 through the first annular groove 35 and the second annular groove 36, allowing the bracket 22 to rotate relative to the base 21.
[0161] The embodiments of this application do not limit the number of rotating shaft devices 20. For example, the number of rotating shaft devices 20 can be one, two, or more.
[0162] Referring to Figure 28, in some embodiments, there are two rotating shaft devices 20, which are spaced apart. Since the device body 11 has a large area, having two rotating shaft devices 20, spaced apart, allows the two devices to distribute the weight of the device body 11, increasing the supporting force of the rotating shaft devices 20 on the device body 11 and improving the stability of the electronic device 10. Simultaneously, increasing the number of rotating shaft devices 20 reduces the swaying amplitude of the support plate 12 during rotation, ensuring the stability of the support plate 12.
[0163] Meanwhile, the two rotating shaft devices 20 can distribute the stress when the electronic device 10 is opened and closed, reduce the fatigue risk caused by the stress on a single rotating shaft device 20, and extend the service life of the rotating shaft device 20. Here, fatigue risk refers to the potential danger that the rotating shaft device 20 may break or be damaged under long-term repeated stress, even if the stress is lower than the material strength limit.
[0164] Referring again to Figures 28 and 29, Figure 29 is an enlarged view of the hinge assembly 14 in Figure 28. In some embodiments, the electronic device 10 further includes the hinge assembly 14, which is located in the middle of the electronic device 10 and is connected to the device body 11 and the support plate 12, respectively.
[0165] The hinge assembly 14 can further distribute the weight of the device body 11, improve the stability of the device body 11, and reduce the shaking of the electronic device 10. At the same time, the hinge assembly 14 can disperse the stress borne by the hinge device 20, reduce the fatigue risk caused by the stress on the hinge device 20, ensure the safety of the hinge device 20, and extend the service life of the hinge device 20. In addition, the hinge assembly 14 is relatively easy to manufacture and has a low cost, which can simplify the manufacturing steps of the electronic device 10.
[0166] Please refer to Figures 30, 31, 32, and 33. Figure 30 is a schematic diagram of the rotating shaft assembly 14 without rotation, Figure 31 is a schematic diagram of the rotating shaft assembly 14 after rotation, Figure 32 is a schematic diagram of the rotating shaft assembly 14 with part of the base 41 removed, and Figure 33 is a sectional view along line AA of Figure 31. In the above embodiment, the rotating shaft assembly 14 includes a base 41 and a support frame 42. A third annular slide rail 411 and a fourth annular slide rail 412 are provided on the base 41. The third annular slide rail 411 and the fourth annular slide rail 412 are arranged opposite to each other, and the center lines of the third annular slide rail 411 and the fourth annular slide rail 412 are collinear. The center line of the third annular slide rail 411 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the base 41 and passing through the center of the third annular slide rail 411. The center line of the fourth annular slide rail 412 is a straight line perpendicular to the extension direction of the base 41 and passing through the center of the fourth annular slide rail 412.
[0167] The third annular slide rail 411 and the fourth annular slide rail 412 are arranged opposite to each other, that is, the third annular slide rail 411 and the fourth annular slide rail 412 are arranged on two surfaces of the base 41 facing the support 42. The center line of the third annular slide rail 411 is collinear with the center line of the fourth annular slide rail 412, that is, the positions of the third annular slide rail 411 and the fourth annular slide rail 412 are symmetrical. For example, the third annular slide rail 411 is arranged on one surface of the base 41 facing the support 42, and the fourth annular slide rail 412 is arranged on the other surface of the base 41 facing the support 42. The position of the third annular slide rail 411 on one surface corresponds to the position of the fourth annular slide rail 412 on the other surface.
[0168] The support frame 42 is provided with a third annular groove 421 and a fourth annular groove 422. The third annular groove 421 slides on the third annular slide rail 411, and the fourth annular groove 422 slides on the fourth annular slide rail 412. Through the cooperation of the third annular groove 421 and the third annular slide rail 411, and the cooperation of the fourth annular groove 422 and the fourth annular slide rail 412, the rotation of the rotating shaft assembly 14 can be realized, thereby realizing the rotation of the support plate 12 relative to the equipment body 11.
