Heat exchange components, battery devices and electrical equipment

[0001] Cross-references to related applications

[0002] This disclosure is based on and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202510486080.4, filed on April 17, 2025, entitled “Heat Exchange Components, Battery Devices and Electrical Equipment”, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field

[0003] The embodiments disclosed herein relate to the field of battery technology, and more particularly to a heat exchange component, battery device, and electrical equipment. Background Technology

[0004] In new energy vehicles equipped with battery devices, the battery devices can provide all or part of the power. During the use of the battery devices, the individual battery cells generate heat. If this heat is too high, it will adversely affect the performance and lifespan of the battery devices. Therefore, heat exchange components are usually installed within the battery devices. Heat exchange components typically use heat exchange media to achieve heat exchange. How to reduce the risk of heat exchange media leakage is an important research direction in this field. Summary of the Invention

[0005] In view of this, the present disclosure aims to provide a heat exchange component, a battery device, and an electrical device.

[0006] The first aspect of this disclosure provides a battery device, comprising: a housing; a plurality of battery cells disposed within the housing; and a heat exchange assembly including at least two heat exchange elements, at least one of which is a flexible element and at least one of which is a rigid element, the flexible element and the rigid element being stacked to form at least one medium flow channel for conducting heat exchange medium for exchanging heat with the plurality of battery cells; wherein at least one of the flexible element and the rigid element includes a heat-fusion layer, the heat-fusion layer being connected to the other of the rigid element and the flexible element, and at least one of the rigid element and the flexible element having a connecting structure connected to the heat-fusion layer, the connecting structure including at least one of a roughened layer, a frosted layer, and a reinforcing layer.

[0007] In the battery device provided in this embodiment, at least one heat exchange component of the heat exchange assembly is configured as a flexible component. The flexible component is lightweight, which helps to reduce the weight of the heat exchange assembly and thereby improve the energy density of the battery device.

[0008] On the other hand, the flexible component has a certain degree of flexibility, which allows the heat exchange component to fit better with the housing and / or battery cells. This helps to absorb the assembly tolerance of the heat exchange component, eliminating the need for sealant or thermal conductive material, improving the fit between the heat exchange component and the housing and / or battery cells, increasing the effective heat exchange area between the heat exchange component and the housing and / or battery cells, and thus improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange component.

[0009] On the other hand, by setting at least one heat exchanger as a rigid component and stacking the flexible components with the rigid components to form at least one medium flow channel, the rigid component can support the flexible component, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength and stability of the heat exchange assembly, and further improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange assembly. In addition, by setting the rigid component, the heat exchange assembly has sufficient structural strength to support the battery cells, which improves the applicability of the heat exchange assembly.

[0010] On the other hand, by connecting the flexible and rigid components through the hot melt layer, the connection temperature (150℃±10℃) is lower than the brazing temperature in related technologies, and alloy elements will not precipitate. This is beneficial to further improve the structural strength of the heat exchange component. In addition, at least one of the flexible and rigid components has a connection structure, which can improve the strength of the connection with the hot melt layer, thereby improving the connection strength between the flexible and rigid components, reducing the risk of heat exchange medium leakage, and improving the reliability of use.

[0011] In some embodiments, the connection structure includes a textured layer, and at least the rigid member is provided with a textured layer.

[0012] In this embodiment, by setting the connection structure as a roughened layer, the strengthening effect of the connection structure on the connection strength is further improved, thereby helping to further improve the reliability of the heat exchange component.

[0013] In some embodiments, the texturing layer forms a connecting groove, and the hot-melt layer at least partially fills the connecting groove.

[0014] In this embodiment, by forming a connecting groove in the texturing layer, the contact area between the hot melt layer and the rigid component is significantly increased, thereby improving the connection strength between the hot melt layer and the texturing layer, and thus improving the reliability of the heat exchange component.

[0015] In some embodiments, the connecting groove has an opening and an expansion portion connected to the opening. The opening is disposed toward the hot melt layer, and in a projection plane perpendicular to the stacking direction of the flexible member and the rigid member, the projected area of the opening is smaller than the projected area of the expansion portion.

[0016] In this embodiment, by setting the connecting groove to the above shape, it helps to further increase the contact area between the rigid component and the hot melt layer, and also helps to improve the constraint ability of the connecting groove on the hot melt layer filled therein. In summary, it helps to further improve the connection strength.

[0017] In some embodiments, the number of connecting slots is multiple, and the multiple connecting slots are arranged in parallel or staggered.

[0018] In this embodiment, the parallel arrangement of multiple connecting slots helps to improve the connection strength while minimizing the impact on the structural strength of the rigid / flexible components. The staggered arrangement of multiple connecting slots helps to obtain a larger contact area, further improving the connection strength.

[0019] In some embodiments, the connection structure includes a frosted layer, and at least the rigid member is provided with a frosted layer.

[0020] In this embodiment, the connecting structure includes a frosted layer, which helps to increase the contact area with the hot melt layer, thereby helping to improve the connection strength. Moreover, compared with the roughened layer, the frosted layer helps to reduce manufacturing difficulty and cost and improve production efficiency.

[0021] In some embodiments, the frosted layer is configured as a chemical etching layer, or the frosted layer is configured as a sandblasting layer.

[0022] In this embodiment, setting the frosted layer as a chemical etching layer or a sandblasting layer helps to further reduce manufacturing difficulty and cost.

[0023] In some embodiments, the rigid member is a metal plate.

[0024] In this embodiment, by setting the rigid component as a metal plate, the metal plate can still have good structural strength and good thermal conductivity while forming the above-mentioned frosted layer and / or roughened layer.

[0025] In some embodiments, the connection structure includes a reinforcing layer, and the flexible member includes a stacked metal layer and a reinforcing layer, wherein the reinforcing layer connects the metal layer and the hot-melt layer.

[0026] In this embodiment, a reinforcing layer is provided in the flexible component. This helps to improve the connection strength between the flexible component and the hot-melt layer, thereby improving the connection strength between the flexible component and the rigid component. On the other hand, it also helps to improve the structural strength of the flexible component itself, thereby improving the durability of the heat exchange assembly.

[0027] In some embodiments, the reinforcing layer is a non-metallic material layer.

[0028] In this embodiment, the reinforcement layer is made of a non-metallic material, which helps to improve the connection strength and the structural strength of the flexible component itself while minimizing the weight of the flexible component, thereby helping to improve the energy density of the battery device.

[0029] In some embodiments, the reinforcing layer comprises one of polar group-modified polypropylene, glass fiber, and carbon fiber.

[0030] In this embodiment, the reinforcement layer of the selected material helps to further improve the connection strength and structural strength of the flexible component, and reduces the weight of the flexible component.

[0031] In some embodiments, the metal layer includes one of aluminum foil, copper foil, and steel foil.

[0032] In this embodiment, the metal layer selected in this way can give the flexible component a certain structural strength and play an isolation role.

[0033] In some embodiments, the flexible element includes a metallized film.

[0034] In this embodiment, since the metal plastic film is thin and light, and a medium flow channel is formed between the metal plastic film and the heat exchange component, it is not affected by the extrusion process and does not need to meet a large thickness requirement. Therefore, the overall thickness and weight of the heat exchange component can be reduced.

[0035] In some embodiments, the flexible element includes an aluminum-plastic film.

[0036] Aluminum-plastic film has high barrier properties, good cold stamping formability, puncture resistance, electrolyte stability, and electrical insulation.

[0037] In some embodiments, the thickness of the flexible element is 0.05mm-0.3mm.

[0038] In this embodiment, by setting the thickness of the flexible component to 0.05mm-0.3mm, the heat exchange assembly made of the flexible component has a certain structural strength while making the overall thickness of the heat exchange assembly small, which is beneficial to reducing the overall volume and weight of the battery device and thus increasing the energy density of the battery device.

[0039] In some embodiments, the elastic modulus of the flexible component is 0.1 MPa-10000 MPa.

[0040] In this embodiment, by setting the elastic modulus of the flexible component to 0.1MPa-10000MPa, the flexible component has a certain structural strength, which improves the reliability of the heat exchange assembly, and also has a certain deformation capacity. This can improve the fit between the heat exchange assembly and the housing and / or battery cells, thereby increasing the effective heat exchange area between the heat exchange assembly and the housing and / or battery cells, and thus improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange assembly.

[0041] In some embodiments, both the rigid and flexible components have a connection structure.

[0042] In some embodiments, rigid components are provided with a roughened or frosted layer, and flexible components are provided with a reinforcing layer.

[0043] A second aspect of this disclosure provides a heat exchange assembly comprising at least two heat exchange elements, at least one of which is a flexible element and at least one of which is a rigid element. The flexible element and the rigid element are stacked to form at least one medium flow channel for conducting a heat exchange medium for exchanging heat with a battery cell. At least one of the flexible element and the rigid element includes a heat-fused layer connected to the other of the rigid element and the flexible element. At least one of the rigid element and the flexible element has a connecting structure connected to the heat-fused layer. The connecting structure includes at least one of a roughened layer, a frosted layer, and a reinforcing layer.

[0044] A third aspect of this disclosure provides an electrical device that includes a battery device according to a first aspect of this disclosure, or a heat exchange component according to a second aspect of this disclosure.

[0045] The heat exchange components and electrical devices of the present disclosure have all the advantages of the battery devices described in any of the above embodiments, and will not be repeated here. Attached Figure Description

[0063] With the development of clean energy, more and more devices are using electricity as their driving force, leading to the rapid development of power batteries, such as lithium-ion batteries, which can store large amounts of electrical energy and can be repeatedly charged and discharged. These power batteries are not only used in energy storage systems such as hydropower, thermal power, wind power, and solar power plants, but are also widely used in electric vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and electric cars, as well as in aerospace and other fields.

[0064] In this embodiment of the disclosure, the battery cell can be a secondary battery, which refers to a battery cell that can be recharged to activate the active materials and continue to be used after the battery cell has been discharged.

[0065] The battery cell can be a lithium-ion battery, sodium-ion battery, sodium-lithium-ion battery, lithium metal battery, sodium metal battery, lithium-sulfur battery, magnesium-ion battery, nickel-metal hydride battery, nickel-cadmium battery, lead-acid battery, etc., and this disclosure does not limit it.

[0066] A single battery cell typically includes an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator, with the separator positioned between the positive and negative electrodes. During the charging and discharging process of a single battery cell, active ions (such as lithium ions) repeatedly insert and extract between the positive and negative electrodes. The separator, positioned between the positive and negative electrodes, prevents short circuits while allowing active ions to pass through.

[0067] The electrode assembly can be a wound structure, a stacked structure, or a hybrid structure of wound and stacked.

[0068] In some implementations, the electrode assembly is a wound structure. The positive and negative electrode sheets are wound into a wound structure.

[0069] In some implementations, the electrode assembly is a stacked structure.

[0070] As an example, multiple positive and negative electrodes can be set, and multiple positive and multiple negative electrodes can be stacked alternately.

[0071] As an example, multiple positive electrode plates can be provided, and negative electrode plates can be folded to form multiple stacked folded segments, with a positive electrode plate sandwiched between adjacent folded segments.

[0072] As an example, both the positive and negative electrode plates are folded to form multiple stacked folded segments.

[0073] As an example, multiple separators can be provided, each positioned between any adjacent positive or negative electrode plates.

[0074] As an example, the separators can be continuously arranged, either by folding or rolling between any adjacent positive or negative electrode plates.

[0075] In some embodiments, the electrode assembly can be cylindrical, flat, or polygonal, etc.

[0076] In some embodiments, the electrode assembly is provided with tabs that allow current to be drawn from the electrode assembly. The tabs include a positive tab and a negative tab.

[0077] In some embodiments, the battery cell may include a casing. The casing may be a steel casing, an aluminum casing, a plastic casing (such as a polypropylene casing), a composite metal casing (such as a copper-aluminum composite casing), or an aluminum-plastic film, etc. In some embodiments, the casing may be a sealed structure or a non-sealed structure. As an example, when the casing is a non-sealed structure, the casing serves to protect the electrode assembly, and a sealing bag is included between the casing and the electrode assembly to encapsulate the electrode assembly and electrolyte. Specifically, the sealing bag may be a bag-shaped insulating component or an aluminum-plastic film. When the casing is a sealed structure, it is used to encapsulate components such as the electrode assembly and electrolyte.

[0078] As an example, the battery cell can be a cylindrical battery cell, a prismatic battery cell, a pouch battery cell, or a battery cell of other shapes. Prismatic battery cells include prismatic battery cells, blade-shaped battery cells, and multi-prismatic batteries, such as hexagonal prismatic batteries. This disclosure does not impose any particular limitations.

[0079] In some embodiments, the housing includes an end cap and a housing, the housing having an opening, and the end cap covering the opening. The housing may have one or more openings. The end cap may also have one or more.

[0080] In some embodiments, at least one electrode terminal is provided on the housing, and the electrode terminal is electrically connected to the tab. The electrode terminal can be directly connected to the tab, or it can be indirectly connected to the tab through a current collector. The electrode terminal can be provided on the end cap or on the housing.

[0081] During the use of a battery device, the individual battery cells generate heat. Excessive heat can negatively impact the performance and lifespan of the battery device. Therefore, effectively dissipating heat from the battery cells while reducing the weight of the heat exchange components has become an important research direction in this field. Related technologies utilize a cooling system installed within the battery device housing to cool the individual battery cells. This cooling system may include multiple aluminum water-cooled plates laid within the battery device housing, with the surfaces of these plates in contact with the surfaces of the individual battery cells. During use, a heat exchange medium, such as water, flows through these water-cooled plates, carrying away heat from the battery cells and cooling them down. However, the aluminum water-cooled plates in this cooling system suffer from drawbacks such as significant weight and the risk of heat exchange medium leakage.

[0082] In view of this, in order to reduce the weight of the heat exchange assembly and the risk of heat exchange medium leakage, and to improve the reliability of use, this disclosure provides a battery device, which includes a housing, multiple battery cells, and a heat exchange assembly. The multiple battery cells are disposed within the housing. The heat exchange assembly includes at least two heat exchange elements, at least one of which is a flexible element and at least one of which is a rigid element. The flexible element and the rigid element are stacked to form at least one medium flow channel. The at least one medium flow channel is used to conduct the heat exchange medium, which is used to exchange heat with the multiple battery cells. At least one of the flexible element and the rigid element includes a heat-fused layer, which is connected to the other of the rigid element and the flexible element. At least one of the rigid element and the flexible element has a connecting structure connected to the heat-fused layer. The connecting structure includes at least one of a roughened layer, a frosted layer, and a reinforcing layer.

[0083] In the battery device provided in this disclosure, at least one heat exchange component of the heat exchange assembly is configured as a flexible component. The flexible component is lightweight, which helps reduce the weight of the heat exchange assembly and thus improves the energy density of the battery device. Furthermore, the flexible component's flexibility allows for better fit between the heat exchange assembly and the housing and / or individual battery cells, thus facilitating the absorption of assembly tolerances and eliminating the need for sealants or thermally conductive materials. This improves the fit between the heat exchange assembly and the housing and / or individual battery cells, increasing the effective heat exchange area and thereby enhancing the heat exchange efficiency and effect. Moreover, by configuring at least one heat exchange component as a rigid component, and stacking the flexible and rigid components to form at least one medium flow channel, the rigid component can support the flexible component, improving the overall structural strength and stability of the heat exchange assembly and further enhancing its heat exchange efficiency and effect. Additionally, by using a rigid component, the heat exchange assembly has sufficient structural strength to support the individual battery cells, improving its applicability. On the other hand, by connecting the flexible and rigid components through the hot melt layer, the connection temperature (150℃±10℃) is lower than the brazing temperature in related technologies, and alloy elements will not precipitate.

[0084] The technical solutions described in this disclosure are applicable to electrical devices that use battery devices. The electrical device includes the battery device according to any embodiment of this disclosure, and the battery device is used to provide electrical energy.

[0085] Electrical devices can include vehicles, mobile phones, portable devices, laptops, ships, spacecraft, electric toys, and power tools, etc. Vehicles can be gasoline-powered cars, natural gas-powered cars, or new energy vehicles; new energy vehicles can be pure electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, or range-extended electric vehicles, etc. Spacecraft include airplanes, rockets, space shuttles, and spacecraft, etc. Electric toys include stationary or mobile electric toys, such as game consoles, electric car toys, electric ship toys, and electric airplane toys, etc. Power tools include metal cutting power tools, grinding power tools, assembly power tools, and railway power tools, such as electric drills, electric grinders, electric wrenches, electric screwdrivers, electric hammers, impact drills, concrete vibrators, and electric planers, etc. This disclosure does not impose any special limitations on the above-mentioned electrical devices.

[0086] It should be noted that the technical solutions described in this disclosure are not limited to the battery devices described above, but can also be applied to all electrical devices and energy storage devices that include battery devices. However, for the sake of brevity, the following embodiments are all described using electric vehicles as examples.

[0087] Referring to Figure 1, a controller 200, a motor 300, and a battery device 100 can be installed inside the vehicle 100. The controller 200 controls the battery device 100 to supply power to the motor 300. For example, the battery device 100 can be installed at the bottom, front, or rear of the vehicle 1000. The battery device 100 can be used to power the vehicle 1000. For example, the battery device 100 can serve as the operating power source for the vehicle 1000's electrical system, such as meeting the power requirements for starting, navigation, and operation of the vehicle 1000. In another embodiment of this disclosure, the battery device 100 can not only serve as the operating power source for the vehicle 1000 but also as the driving power source for the vehicle 1000, replacing or partially replacing fuel or natural gas to provide driving power for the vehicle 1000.

[0088] Referring to Figure 2, to meet different power needs, the battery device 100 includes multiple battery cells 10, where each battery cell 10 is the smallest unit that makes up a battery module or battery pack. Multiple battery cells 10 can be connected in series, parallel, or in a mixed configuration, where some cells are connected in series and others in parallel. Multiple battery cells 10 can be directly connected in series, parallel, or in a mixed configuration, and then the entire assembly is housed within the housing 20. Alternatively, the battery device 100 can also consist of multiple battery cells 10 first connected in series, parallel, or in a mixed configuration to form battery modules, which are then connected in series, parallel, or in a mixed configuration to form a whole, housed within the housing 20. The battery device 100 may also include other structures; for example, it may include a busbar component for electrical connection between the multiple battery cells 10. Each battery cell 10 can be a secondary battery or a primary battery; it can also be a lithium-sulfur battery, a sodium-ion battery, or a magnesium-ion battery, but is not limited to these. The battery cell 10 can be cylindrical, flat, cuboid, or other shapes.

[0089] Referring to Figures 2-7, this disclosure provides a battery device 100, which includes a housing 20, a plurality of battery cells 10, and a heat exchange assembly 30. The plurality of battery cells 10 are disposed within the housing 20. The heat exchange assembly 30 includes at least two heat exchange elements, at least one of which is a flexible element 31 and at least one of which is a rigid element 32. The flexible element 31 and the rigid element 32 are stacked to form at least one medium flow channel 30a. The at least one medium flow channel 30a is used to conduct heat exchange medium, which is used to exchange heat with the plurality of battery cells 10. The flexible element 31 includes a metal layer 311, and the heat exchange assembly 30 also includes an insulating structure covering the outer peripheral surface of the metal layer 311.

[0090] In this disclosure, "multiple" refers to two or more items.

[0091] Please refer to Figure 2. The battery device 100 includes a housing 20 and a plurality of battery cells 10, with the plurality of battery cells 10 disposed inside the housing 20.

[0092] The enclosure 20 can be a simple three-dimensional structure such as a cuboid, cylinder, or sphere, or a complex three-dimensional structure composed of simple three-dimensional structures such as cuboids, cylinders, or spheres. The material of the enclosure 20 can be an alloy material such as aluminum alloy or iron alloy, a polymer material such as polycarbonate or polyisocyanurate foam, or a composite material such as glass fiber and epoxy resin.

[0093] The housing 20 is used to encapsulate the battery cell 10. The housing 20 can prevent liquids or other foreign objects from affecting the charging or discharging of the battery cell 10.

[0094] As an example, the box 20 is typically a cuboid structure. Both the length and width directions of the box 20 are parallel to the horizontal plane, and the length direction of the box 20 is parallel to the longest side of its cuboid structure. The height direction of the box 20 is perpendicular to the ground. As shown in Figure 2, the length direction of the box 20 is represented by X, the width direction by Y, and the height direction by Z.

[0095] Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the heat exchange assembly 30 includes at least two heat exchange elements, at least one of which is a flexible element 31 and at least one of which is a rigid element 32. The flexible element 31 and the rigid element 32 are stacked to form at least one medium flow channel 30a. The at least one medium flow channel 30a is used to conduct heat exchange medium for exchanging heat with multiple battery cells 10.

[0096] Here, the flexibility in flexible component 31 refers to the material properties of the structure. This type of property can be due to the material's light weight, or it can be due to at least one of the material's properties such as thickness, stiffness, strength, and elastic modulus. As an example, the material of flexible component 31 can be selected as a material that is lighter than conventional aluminum plates, steel plates, and other structures, and its flexibility can be controlled by the thickness, width, length, and type of material of flexible component 31.

[0097] By configuring the heat exchange component 30 to include a flexible member 31 in this embodiment, it is beneficial to reduce the weight of the heat exchange component 30 and thereby increase the energy density of the battery device 100.

[0098] Furthermore, the flexible component 31 has certain expandable or contractible characteristics. It can also be understood that the flexible component 31 can be an elastically deformable structure. The flexible component 31 has the ability to deform and recover its deformation, so that the heat exchange assembly 30 can adapt to the external contour shape of the battery cell 10 or other components through a certain elastic deformation, thereby improving the fit between the heat exchange assembly 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, thereby increasing the effective heat exchange area between the heat exchange assembly 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, and thus improving the heat exchange efficiency.

[0099] Here, the rigidity of the rigid component 32 refers to the material properties of the structure. This type of property can be due to the material's weight, or it can be due to at least one of the material's properties such as thickness, stiffness, strength, and modulus of elasticity. As an example, the material of the rigid component 32 can be a conventional metal plate such as aluminum or steel, or a composite material. Its rigidity can be controlled by the thickness, width, length, and type of material of the rigid component 32. By setting the heat exchange assembly 30 to include the rigid component 32, this embodiment can support the flexible component 31, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength and stability of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0100] By configuring the heat exchange component 30 to include a flexible component 31 and a rigid component 32, the heat exchange component 30 can have a flexible function while also having a certain structural strength.

[0101] The flexible function of the heat exchange component 30 allows the heat exchange surface of the heat exchange component 30 to fit better with the battery cell 10, further improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange component 30.

[0102] The flexible element 31 and the rigid element 32 are stacked to form at least one medium flow channel 30a. This means that the heat exchange assembly 30 forms the medium flow channel 30a between the flexible element 31 and the rigid element 32. In other words, the flexible element 31 constitutes at least a portion of the sidewall of the medium flow channel 30a, and the rigid element 32 also constitutes at least a portion of the sidewall of the medium flow channel 30a. The heat exchange medium flows within the medium flow channel 30a to exchange heat with the battery cell 10.

[0103] As an example, the surface of the flexible member 31 facing the rigid member 32 is recessed to form a flow channel groove, and the surface of the rigid member 32 facing the flexible member 31 is flat. This flat surface and the flow channel groove enclose a medium flow channel 30a. Alternatively, the surface of the rigid member 32 facing the flexible member 31 is recessed to form a flow channel groove, and the surface of the flexible member 31 facing the rigid member 32 is flat. This flat surface and the flow channel groove enclose a medium flow channel 30a. Or, both the surfaces of the flexible member 31 and the rigid member 32 facing each other are recessed to form flow channel grooves, and the flow channel grooves of the flexible member 31 and the rigid member 32 enclose a medium flow channel 30a.

[0104] The medium flow channel 30a is used to conduct the heat exchange medium. It should be noted that the specific type of heat exchange medium is not limited here, as long as it can achieve a heat exchange effect on the battery cell 10. For example, it can be gaseous or liquid. In this embodiment, a coolant is used as an example for the heat exchange medium.

[0105] The specific number of medium flow channels 30a is not limited here. There can be one or more.

[0106] The phrase "at least one heat exchanger is configured as a flexible element 31" means that the number of flexible elements 31 is one or more. In embodiments where multiple heat exchangers are configured as flexible elements 31, the flexible elements 31 may be the same or different.

[0107] The phrase "at least one heat exchanger is a rigid member 32" means that the number of rigid members 32 is one or more. In embodiments where multiple heat exchangers are configured as rigid members 32, the rigid members 32 may be the same or different.

[0108] As an example, the heat exchange assembly 30 includes two heat exchange elements, one of which is a flexible element 31 and the other is a rigid element 32. As an example, the heat exchange assembly 30 includes three or more heat exchange elements, of which at least two are flexible elements 31 or at least two are rigid elements 32, with the flexible elements 31 and the rigid elements 32 alternating.

[0109] As an example, the rigid component 32 is a rigid plate structure that can support the flexible component 31, thereby improving the overall structural strength and stability of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0110] As an example, the heat exchanger has an inlet 30b and an outlet 30c, both of which are connected to a medium flow channel 30a. Here, the inlet 30b and outlet 30c are used for the heat exchange medium to enter and exit the medium flow channel 30a. The inlet 30b and / or outlet 30c can be formed by a rigid member 32 or by a flexible member 31.

[0111] As an example, referring to Figures 3 and 4, the heat exchange assembly 30 further includes a connector 33 communicating with the inlet 30b and a connector 33 communicating with the outlet 30c. As an example, the connector 33 includes a water nozzle. As an example, both the inlet 30b and the outlet 30c are formed on the rigid member 32, and the connector 33 is brazed to the rigid member 32.

[0112] The principle of heat exchange component 30 for heat exchange of battery cell 10 is as follows: the heat exchange medium output from the heat exchange medium source (not shown in the figure) enters the medium flow channel 30a through the inlet 30b of the heat exchange component 30. After the heat exchange medium exchanges heat with the battery cell 10, the heat exchange medium flows out through the outlet 30c of the heat exchange component 30, thus completing the heat exchange of the battery cell 10.

[0113] Here, the heat exchange component 30 can exchange heat with the battery cell 10 by either dissipating heat from the battery cell 10 or by heating the battery cell 10.

[0114] The principle of heat exchange component 30 for heat dissipation of battery cell 10 is as follows: the heat exchange medium output from the heat exchange medium source enters the medium flow channel 30a through the inlet 30b of the heat exchange component 30. After the heat exchange medium absorbs the heat generated by the battery cell 10 during operation, the heat exchange medium flows out through the outlet 30c of the heat exchange component 30, releasing the heat and completing the cooling and heat dissipation of the battery cell 10.

[0115] The principle of the heat exchange component 30 heating the battery cell 10 is as follows: the heat exchange medium output from the heat exchange medium source enters the medium flow channel 30a through the inlet 30b of the heat exchange component 30, and the heat exchange medium transfers heat to the battery cell 10. After heating the battery cell 10, the heat exchange medium flows out through the outlet 30c of the heat exchange component 30, thus completing the heating of the battery cell 10.

[0116] The specific location of the heat exchange component 30 is not restricted here.

[0117] In some embodiments, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed on the top side of the battery cell 10. As an example, referring to FIG2, the housing 20 includes a housing body 21 and a top cover 22 connected to the top side of the housing body 21. In this case, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed between the top cover 22 and the battery cell 10, and / or at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed on the side of the top cover 22 facing away from the battery cell 10. As another example, the top side of the housing 20 has an opening, and the heat exchange component 30 covers the opening.

[0118] In some embodiments, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed on the bottom side of the battery cell 10. As an example, referring to FIG2, the housing 20 includes a bottom protective plate 23 connected to the bottom side of the housing body 21. In this case, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed between the bottom protective plate 23 and the battery cell 10, and / or at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed on the side of the bottom protective plate 23 facing away from the battery cell 10. As another example, the bottom side of the housing 20 has an opening, and the heat exchange component 30 covers the opening.

[0119] In some embodiments, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed on one side of the battery cell 10 along the length or width direction of the housing 20. As an example, referring to FIG2, the housing body 21 includes a side beam 211 for constraining the battery cell 10, and the heat exchange component 30 is disposed between the side beam 211 and the battery cell 10, or the heat exchange component 30 is disposed on the side of the side beam 211 opposite to the battery cell 10.

[0120] In some embodiments, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed between two adjacent battery cells 10. As an example, at least one heat exchange component 30 is disposed between the large surfaces of two adjacent battery cells 10, where the large surface refers to the surface with the largest area among all surfaces of the battery cell 10.

[0121] In embodiments where the heat exchange assembly 30 is disposed between the housing 20 and the battery cell 10, the relative positional relationship between the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31 of the heat exchange assembly 30 and the battery cell 10 is not limited. For example, the rigid member 32 can face the battery cell 10, and the flexible member 31 can face the housing 20, thus providing stronger support for the battery cell 10. Alternatively, the flexible member 31 can face the side of the battery cell 10, and the rigid member 32 can face the housing 20, thus improving the tightness of the fit between the heat exchange assembly 30 and the battery cell 10.

[0122] Referring to Figure 5, at least one of the flexible member 31 and the rigid member 32 includes a hot melt layer 34, which is connected to the other of the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31.

[0123] Here, the hot melt layer 34 specifically refers to a layered structure formed by hot melt materials, which include, but are not limited to, one or more of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyester (PES), polyamide (PA), and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA).

[0124] The flexible component 31 may include the hot melt layer 34, the rigid component 32 may include the hot melt layer 34, or both the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32 may include the hot melt layer 34; there are no restrictions on this.

[0125] As an example, the flexible member 31 and the rigid member 32 are hot-pressed to form a hot-pressed region 30d and a medium flow channel 30a, and the hot-melt layer 34 is disposed in at least a portion of the hot-pressed region 30d.

[0126] As an example, the hot-pressing region 30d includes a heat-sealed region and a non-heat-sealed region. The heat-melting layer 34 is disposed in the heat-sealed region, while the non-heat-sealed region and the medium flow channel 30a are located on both sides of the heat-sealed region. This helps to reduce the width of the heat-sealed region and mitigate the problem of excessively high temperatures caused by an overly wide heat-sealed region, which affects the hot-pressing quality and damages the flexible component 31. In addition, the non-heat-sealed region can also form a stress-relieving buffer zone when the flexible component 31 is folded, improving the situation where stress concentration occurs in the heat-sealed region, leading to damage to the heat-sealed region.

[0127] In related technologies, the heat exchange component 30 is formed by welding two high-strength aluminum alloys. However, high-strength aluminum alloys (5 series, 6 series, etc.) have a high alloy content, and alloying elements will precipitate during welding, affecting the welding quality.

[0128] In this embodiment, the connection between the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32 is achieved through the hot melt layer 34. It can be understood that the melting temperature of the hot melt layer 34 is usually (usually 150℃±10℃) lower than the brazing temperature in related technologies, and alloy elements will not precipitate, which is beneficial to further improve the structural strength of the heat exchange component 30.

[0129] Furthermore, this disclosure proposes that although using the heat-fusion layer 34 to connect the rigid component 32 and the flexible component 31 has the above advantages, in some application scenarios, the heat-fusion layer 34 may have insufficient connection strength. Insufficient connection strength will cause gaps to appear between the rigid component 32 and the flexible component 31 at some locations, thereby creating a risk of heat exchange medium leakage.

[0130] Therefore, referring to FIG5, in this embodiment, at least one of the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31 has a connecting structure 35, which is connected to the hot melt layer 34.

[0131] Here, the connection structure 35 can refer to any structure that has a high connection strength when connected to the heat-fusion layer 34. By adding the connection structure 35, the connection strength between the rigid component 32 and the flexible component 31 can be improved, thereby reducing the risk of heat exchange medium leakage and improving reliability.

[0132] As an example, the connection structure 35 may be a structure formed by surface treatment at the location of the flexible member 31 / rigid member 32 for connection with the hot melt layer 34. The surface treatment here includes, but is not limited to, roughening treatment, sanding treatment, etc. The structure formed by such surface treatment can increase the contact area with the hot melt layer 34, thereby achieving a higher connection strength when connected with the hot melt layer 34.

[0133] As another example, the connecting structure 35 may be a layer structure or other structure formed of a material that has a high connection strength with the corresponding structures of the hot melt layer 34 and the flexible member 31 / rigid member 32. In this case, the connecting structure 35 actually plays the role of a transitional connection, which can improve the connection strength compared with the corresponding structures of the flexible member 31 / rigid member 32 being directly connected to the hot melt layer 34.

[0134] In some embodiments, specifically, the connecting structure 35 includes at least one of a roughening layer, a frosted layer, and a reinforcing layer. Here, a roughening layer specifically refers to a structure formed by roughening the surface. A frosted layer specifically refers to a structure formed by frosting the surface. A reinforcing layer specifically refers to a layered structure composed of one or more substances. The specific material of the reinforcing layer can be determined based on the material properties of the two materials actually being connected. Examples of specific material selection will be given in the relevant sections below, and will not be elaborated further here.

[0135] In this embodiment, only the rigid member 32 may have a connecting structure 35, only the flexible member 31 may have a connecting structure 35, or both the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31 may have a connecting structure 35. When both the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31 have a connecting structure 35, the connecting structures 35 of the rigid member 32 and the flexible member 31 may be the same (e.g., both may be roughened layers, both may be frosted layers, or both may be reinforcing layers) or different (e.g., the connecting structure 35 of the rigid member 32 may be a roughened layer or a frosted layer, and the connecting structure of the flexible member 31 may be a reinforcing layer). The rigid member 32 and / or the flexible member 31 may have only one connecting structure 35, or they may have multiple connecting structures 35 simultaneously.

[0136] In the battery device 100 provided in this embodiment, at least one heat exchange component of the heat exchange assembly 30 is configured as a flexible component 31. The flexible component 31 is lightweight, which helps to reduce the weight of the heat exchange assembly 30 and thereby improve the energy density of the battery device 100.

[0137] On the other hand, the flexible component 31 has a certain degree of flexibility, which allows the heat exchange component 30 to fit better with the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10. This helps to absorb the assembly tolerance of the heat exchange component 30, eliminating the need for sealant or thermal conductive material, improving the fit between the heat exchange component 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, increasing the effective heat exchange area between the heat exchange component 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, and thus improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange component 30.

[0138] On the other hand, by setting at least one heat exchanger as a rigid member 32, and stacking the flexible member 31 with the rigid member 32 to form at least one medium flow channel 30a, the rigid member 32 can support the flexible member 31, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength and stability of the heat exchange assembly 30, and further improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange assembly 30. In addition, by setting the rigid member 32, the heat exchange assembly 30 has sufficient structural strength to support the battery cell 10, which improves the applicability of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0139] On the other hand, the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32 are connected by the hot melt layer 34. The temperature during the connection (150℃±10℃) is lower than the brazing temperature in related technologies, so alloy elements will not precipitate. This is beneficial to further improve the structural strength of the heat exchange component 30. In addition, at least one of the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32 has a connection structure 35, which can improve the strength of the connection with the hot melt layer 34, thereby improving the connection strength between the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32, reducing the risk of heat exchange medium leakage, and improving the reliability of use.

[0140] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 and 7, the connection structure 35 includes a texturing layer 321, and at least the rigid member 32 is provided with the texturing layer 321.

[0141] Here, the texturing layer 321 specifically refers to the structure formed by texturing the surface. Texturing specifically refers to the process of forming a large number of pits or textures on the surface. As an example, the texturing layer 321 is a laser texturing layer 321, that is, a texturing layer 321 formed by texturing through laser etching.

[0142] The phrase "at least the rigid member 32 is provided with a roughened layer 321" means that the rigid member 32 is provided with a roughened layer 321, while the flexible member 31 may or may not be provided with a roughened layer 321.

[0143] In this embodiment, by setting the connection structure 35 as a roughened layer 321, the strengthening effect of the connection structure 35 on the connection strength is further improved, thereby helping to further improve the reliability of the heat exchange component 30.

[0144] In some embodiments, referring to FIG7, the texturing layer 321 forms a connecting groove 322, and the hot-melt layer 34 at least partially fills the connecting groove 322.

[0145] Here, the connecting groove 322 specifically refers to the groove-shaped structure formed on the texturing layer 321. The connecting groove 322 has an opening at least on the side facing the hot melt layer 34. Thus, during connection, the hot melt material in the hot melt layer 34 can melt and enter the connecting groove 322 through the opening, so that after the connection is completed, the hot melt layer 34 at least partially fills the connecting groove 322.

[0146] The size and number of connecting grooves 322 are not limited. As an example, the size of connecting grooves 322 is on the micrometer scale, which helps to reduce the impact of the setting of connecting grooves 322 on the structural strength of rigid member 32 / flexible member 31.

[0147] Taking the rigid component 32 / flexible component 31 as a rectangular plate as an example, the connecting groove 322 can extend along one or more of the length direction, width direction, and diagonal direction. The connecting groove 322 can penetrate the roughened layer 321 in its extension direction, or it can not penetrate the roughened layer 321.

[0148] In this embodiment, by forming a connecting groove 322 in the texturing layer 321, the contact area between the hot melt layer 34 and the rigid member 32 is significantly increased, thereby improving the connection strength between the hot melt layer 34 and the texturing layer 321, and thus improving the reliability of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0149] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the texturing layer 321 may not form the connecting groove 322, but instead form a hole structure, a protrusion structure, etc.

[0150] In some embodiments, referring to FIG7, the connecting groove 322 has an opening 322a and an expansion portion 322b connected to the opening 322a. The opening 322a is disposed toward the hot melt layer 34. In the projection plane perpendicular to the stacking direction of the flexible member 31 and the rigid member 32, the projected area of the opening 322a is smaller than the projected area of the expansion portion 322b.

[0151] Here, the opening 322a is specifically used for the flow of hot melt material in the hot melt layer 34 into the expansion portion 322b.

[0152] Here, along the direction away from the opening 322a, the projected area of the connecting portion can gradually increase, increase first and then decrease, or decrease first and then increase. As an example, the cross-section of the connecting groove 322 perpendicular to the extension direction and the aforementioned stacking direction can be trapezoidal, spherical, etc., and there is no limitation thereto.

[0153] In this embodiment, by setting the connecting groove 322 into the above shape, on the one hand, it helps to further increase the contact area between the rigid member 32 and the hot melt layer 34, and on the other hand, it helps to improve the constraint ability of the connecting groove 322 on the hot melt layer 34 filled therein. In summary, it helps to further improve the connection strength.

[0154] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the projected area at each position of the connecting groove 322 may also be the same in the projection plane perpendicular to the stacking direction.

[0155] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6, the number of connecting slots 322 is multiple, and the multiple connecting slots 322 are arranged in parallel or staggered.

[0156] In embodiments where multiple connecting slots 322 are arranged in parallel, the extending direction of the connecting slots 322 can be arbitrary. Taking a rectangular plate as an example, the extending direction of the connecting slots 322 can be parallel to the length direction, parallel to the width direction, or parallel to the diagonal direction. In this embodiment, the connecting slots 322 can be equally spaced or unequally spaced.

[0157] The staggered arrangement of multiple connecting grooves 322 specifically means that at least two of the multiple connecting grooves 322 have intersecting extension directions. Taking the flexible component 31 / rigid component 32 as a rectangular plate as an example, some connecting grooves 322 can extend along the length direction, and other connecting grooves 322 can extend along the width direction, that is, the multiple connecting grooves 322 are distributed in a checkerboard pattern.

[0158] In this embodiment, the parallel arrangement of multiple connecting grooves 322 helps to improve the connection strength while minimizing the impact on the structural strength of the rigid component 32 / flexible component 31. The staggered arrangement of multiple connecting grooves 322 helps to obtain a larger contact area, further improving the connection strength.

[0159] In some embodiments, the connection structure 35 includes a frosted layer, and at least the rigid member 32 is provided with a frosted layer.

[0160] Here, the frosted layer specifically refers to the structure formed through a frosting process.

[0161] The main difference between the matte layer and the texturing layer 321 is that texturing is usually achieved through laser etching, which offers higher etching precision. This results in a relatively regular distribution and uniform shape of the microstructures formed in the texturing layer 321 (such as the connecting grooves 322 mentioned above). In contrast, matte processing is typically achieved through sandblasting, chemical etching, or other methods. This results in a relatively irregular distribution (but usually denser than the microstructures in the texturing layer 321) and more diverse shapes of the microstructures formed in the matte layer.

[0162] The requirement that at least the rigid component 32 has a frosted layer specifically means that the rigid component 32 has a frosted layer, while the flexible component 31 may or may not have a frosted layer.

[0163] It should be noted that a portion of the area where the rigid component 32 is connected to the hot melt layer 34 may be provided with a frosted layer, and another portion may be provided with a roughened layer 321.

[0164] In this embodiment, the connecting structure 35 includes a frosted layer, which helps to increase the contact area with the hot melt layer 34, thereby helping to improve the connection strength. Moreover, compared with the roughened layer 321, the frosted layer helps to reduce manufacturing difficulty and cost and improve production efficiency.

[0165] In some embodiments, the frosted layer is configured as a chemical etching layer, or the frosted layer is configured as a sandblasting layer.

[0166] A chemically etched layer specifically refers to a frosted layer formed through chemical etching, while a sandblasted layer specifically refers to a frosted layer formed through sandblasting.

[0167] In this embodiment, setting the frosted layer as a chemical etching layer or a sandblasting layer helps to further reduce manufacturing difficulty and cost.

[0168] In some embodiments, the rigid member 32 is a metal plate.

[0169] As an example, rigid member 32 can be an aluminum alloy plate with an insulating outer surface.

[0170] In this embodiment, by setting the rigid member 32 as a metal plate, the metal plate can still have good structural strength and good thermal conductivity while forming the above-mentioned frosted layer and / or roughened layer 321.

[0171] In some embodiments, referring to FIG5, the connection structure 35 includes a reinforcing layer 312, and the flexible member 31 includes a metal layer 311 and a reinforcing layer 312 stacked together, wherein the reinforcing layer 312 connects the metal layer 311 and the hot melt layer 34.

[0172] It is understood that the stacking direction of the metal layer 311 and the reinforcing layer 312 is the same as the stacking direction of the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32.

[0173] Hot melt materials are usually non-polar materials with relatively low surface energy. When they are combined with metals with high surface energy, their strength is relatively low. Therefore, in this disclosure, the metal layer 311 and the hot melt layer 34 are connected by a reinforcing layer 312.

[0174] Here, the reinforcing layer 312 specifically refers to a layered structure formed by one or more substances. When these substances are connected to the metal layer 311 and the hot-melt layer 34, they have a high connection strength, at least higher than the connection strength when the metal layer 311 and the hot-melt layer 34 are directly connected.

[0175] The specific material selection for the reinforcing layer 312 can be determined by those skilled in the art based on the specific materials selection for the hot-melt layer 34 and the metal layer 311, and there are no restrictions on this.

[0176] In this embodiment, a reinforcing layer 312 is provided in the flexible component 31. This helps to improve the connection strength between the flexible component 31 and the hot-melt layer 34, thereby improving the connection strength between the flexible component 31 and the rigid component 32. On the other hand, it also helps to improve the structural strength of the flexible component 31 itself, thereby improving the durability of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0177] It should be noted that, in addition to the metal layer 311 described above, the flexible component 31 may also include other layer structures. For example, referring to Figure 5, in some embodiments, the flexible component 31 may also include an insulating layer 313 stacked on the side of the metal layer 311 facing away from the reinforcing layer 312. The specific connection method between the various layers of the flexible component 31 is not limited, and may include bonding, welding, etc.

[0178] In some embodiments, the reinforcing layer 312 is a non-metallic material layer.

[0179] It is understood that non-metallic materials generally have lower weight compared to metallic materials. In this embodiment, the reinforcing layer 312 is made of a non-metallic material, which helps to reduce the weight of the flexible component 31 as much as possible while improving the connection strength and the structural strength of the flexible component 31 itself, thereby helping to improve the energy density of the battery device 100.

[0180] In some embodiments, the reinforcing layer 312 comprises one or more of polar group-modified polypropylene, glass fiber, and carbon fiber.

[0181] Here, polar group-modified polypropylene refers to a substance obtained by introducing polar groups into polypropylene through common modification methods in the art, such as surface treatment (e.g., plasma treatment, acid etching, coating), fillers (e.g., adding glass fiber, carbon fiber, nanofillers), and grafting modification. Any polar group-modified polypropylene provided in the related art can be applied here.

[0182] Here, the reinforcing layer 312 can specifically be glass fiber prepreg, carbon fiber prepreg, etc.

[0183] In this embodiment, the reinforcement layer 312 of the above-mentioned material selection helps to further improve the connection strength and the structural strength of the flexible component 31, and reduce the weight of the flexible component 31.

[0184] In some embodiments, the metal layer 311 includes one of aluminum foil, copper foil, and steel foil.

[0185] In this embodiment, the metal layer 311 selected in this way can give the flexible part 31 a certain structural strength and play an isolation role.

[0186] In some embodiments, the flexible element 31 includes a metallized film.

[0187] The flexible component 31 is a single-layer or multi-layer thin film.

[0188] In this embodiment, since the metal plastic film is thin and light, and the medium flow channel 30a is formed between the metal plastic film and the heat exchange component, it is not affected by the extrusion process and does not need to meet the large thickness requirement. Therefore, the overall thickness and weight of the heat exchange component 30 can be reduced.

[0189] In some embodiments, the flexible element 31 includes an aluminum-plastic film.

[0190] Aluminum-plastic film has high barrier properties, good cold stamping formability, puncture resistance, electrolyte stability, and electrical insulation.

[0191] In some embodiments, the thickness of the flexible element 31 is 0.05mm-0.3mm.

[0192] As an example, the thickness of the flexible component 31 is any one of 0.05mm, 0.06mm, 0.07mm, 0.08mm, 0.09mm, 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.21mm, 0.22mm, 0.25mm, 0.27mm, 0.28mm, or 0.3mm, or a value between any two of them.

[0193] In this embodiment, by setting the thickness of the flexible component 31 to 0.05mm-0.3mm, the heat exchange component 30 made of the flexible component 31 has a certain structural strength while making the overall thickness of the heat exchange component 30 small, which is beneficial to reduce the overall volume and weight of the battery device 100, thereby increasing the energy density of the battery device 100.

[0194] In some embodiments, the thickness of the flexible element 31 is 0.08 mm to 0.2 mm.

[0195] As an example, the thickness of the flexible component 31 is a point value of any one of 0.08mm, 0.09mm, 0.1mm, 0.11mm, 0.12mm, 0.13mm, 0.14mm, 0.15mm, 0.16mm, 0.17mm, 0.18mm, 0.19mm, or 0.2mm, or a point value between any two of them.

[0196] In this embodiment, by setting the thickness of the flexible component 31 to 0.08mm-0.2mm, the heat exchange component 30 made of the flexible component 31 has a certain structural strength, while further reducing the overall thickness of the heat exchange component 30. This is beneficial to further reduce the overall volume and weight of the battery device 100, thereby further increasing the energy density of the battery device 100.

[0197] In some embodiments, the elastic modulus of the flexible member 31 is 0.1 MPa-10000 MPa.

[0198] As an example, the elastic modulus of the flexible component 31 can be 0.1 MPa, 1 MPa, 50 MPa, 100 MPa, 150 MPa, 200 MPa, 300 MPa, 500 MPa, 800 MPa, 1000 MPa, 1300 MPa, 1500 MPa, 1800 MPa, 2000 MPa, 2500 MPa, 2800 MPa, 3000 MPa, 3500 MPa, 4000 MPa, 4500 MPa, 5000 MPa, 5500 MPa, 6000 MPa, or 6500 MPa.

[0199] Point values of any one of 7000MPa, 7500MPa, 8000MPa, 8500MPa, 8800MPa, 9000MPa, 9500MPa, 9700MPa, and 10000MPa, or point values between any two of them.

[0200] The elastic modulus describes the magnitude of a unit strain caused by a unit stress when a solid is subjected to force within a certain range; it is one of the fundamental physical quantities of materials. The larger the elastic modulus, the greater the stiffness and compressive strength of the material. The elastic modulus is a physical quantity that describes the elasticity of a material.

[0201] The elastic modulus of the flexible component 31 can be measured by at least one of the following methods: static tensile testing, dynamic testing, sound velocity method, nanoindentation method, and bending method. The measuring instrument can include a nanoindenter and a universal testing machine.

[0202] For example, the elastic modulus of the flexible part 31 can be measured by nanoindentation under normal temperature and pressure. Nanoindentation uses a tiny indenter to indent the surface of the flexible part 31, and calculates the elastic modulus by analyzing the relationship between the indentation depth and the load.

[0203] In this embodiment, by setting the elastic modulus of the flexible component 31 to 0.1MPa-10000MPa, the flexible component 31 is made to have a certain structural strength, which improves the reliability of the heat exchange assembly 30, and also has a certain deformation capability. This can improve the fit between the heat exchange assembly 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, thereby increasing the effective heat exchange area between the heat exchange assembly 30 and the housing 20 and / or the battery cell 10, and thus improving the heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange effect of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0204] In some embodiments, the elongation at break of the flexible member 31 is greater than that of the rigid member 32. Elongation at break is a percentage of the elongation at break relative to the original length. It measures the deformation capacity of a material during tension; that is, elongation at break represents the ductility of a material under tension.

[0205] The elongation at break of the flexible component 31 is greater than that of the rigid component 32. In other words, when subjected to tensile stress, the elongation of the flexible component 31 is greater than that of the rigid component 32.

[0206] In some embodiments, the elongation at break of the flexible member 31 is in the range of 30% to 300%.

[0207] The elongation at break of the flexible component 31 can be any one of 30%, 50%, 60%, 80%, 90%, 100%, 130%, 150%, 160%, 170%, 190%, 200%, 220%, 150%, 260%, 280%, 290%, 300%, or any value between two of them.

[0208] In this embodiment, by setting the elongation at break of the flexible component 31 to be in the range of 30% to 300%, the flexible component 31 can have a certain impact resistance and puncture resistance, as well as a certain structural strength.

[0209] In some embodiments, the elongation at break of the rigid member 32 is in the range of 1% to 50%.

[0210] The elongation at break of the rigid component 32 can be any one of 1%, 3%, 5%, 6%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 13%, 15%, 16%, 17%, 19%, 20%, 25%, 28%, 30%, 32%, 35%, 38%, 40%, 43%, 45%, 48%, or 50%, or any value between two of them.

[0211] In this embodiment, by setting the elongation at break of the rigid member 32 to be in the range of 1% to 50%, the rigid member 32 can have sufficient structural strength, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength of the heat exchange assembly 30.

[0212] In some embodiments, the medium flow channel 30a includes a plurality of sub-flow channels, each battery cell 10 corresponds to a plurality of sub-flow channels, and the extension direction of the sub-flow channel corresponding to the battery cell 10 is perpendicular to the length direction of the battery cell 10.

[0213] Multiple sub-channels are connected to form a medium channel 30a.

[0214] The extension direction of the sub-channel is perpendicular to the length direction of the battery cell 10. In other words, multiple sub-channels are arranged along the length direction of the battery cell 10, so that the length direction of the battery cell 10 corresponds to multiple sub-channels.

[0215] It can be understood that the temperature of the heat exchange medium will gradually increase along the flow direction of the heat exchange medium.
