Description

Rotary connecting device and lighting device Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of lighting fixtures technology, and particularly to a rotating connection device and a lighting device. Background Technology

[0002] Lighting fixtures come in many varieties, including floor lamps, downlights, and spotlights. Regardless of the type, adjustable illumination direction is often required to better adapt to different application scenarios. Existing adjustable lighting fixtures typically consist of a lamp body and a rotating adjustment assembly. One end of the assembly is usually rotatably connected to the lamp body, while the other end is mounted on a support. The rotating adjustment assembly often uses a rubber ring to ensure rotational damping, but this damping is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Summary of the Invention

[0003] In view of this, this application provides a rotating connection device and a lighting device to solve the above-mentioned technical problems.

[0004] According to a first aspect of this application, an embodiment of this application provides a rotating connection device, which includes a sleeve, a first rotating member, a second rotating member, and an adjusting assembly. The sleeve has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, and a central hole connecting the first and second ends. The first rotating member is rotatably disposed at the first end, and the second rotating member is rotatably disposed at the second end. The adjusting assembly is disposed within the central hole and located between the first and second rotating members. The adjusting assembly includes a first elastic member, a second elastic member, and a positioning member, with the positioning member disposed between the first and second elastic members. The first elastic member elastically abuts against the first rotating member and the positioning member, causing the first rotating member to abut against the sleeve. The second elastic member elastically abuts against the second adjusting member and the positioning member, causing the second rotating member to abut against the sleeve.

[0005] According to a second aspect of this application, an embodiment of this application provides a lighting device, which includes the aforementioned rotating connection device and a light-emitting module, wherein the light-emitting module is connected to the rotating connection device.

[0006] Compared to existing technologies, the rotary connection device provided in this application includes a first rotating member, a second rotating member, and an adjustment component. The adjustment component includes a first elastic member, a second elastic member, and a positioning member. The first elastic member abuts between the positioning member and the first rotating member, and the second elastic member abuts between the positioning member and the second rotating member. By setting the positioning member, the first and second elastic members can be separated, allowing them to deform independently. That is, the elastic force generated by the deformation of the first elastic member will not be transmitted to the second elastic member via the positioning member, reducing mutual interference between the first and second rotating members and enabling independent control of both, thereby improving the adjustment flexibility and stability of the first and second rotating members. Furthermore, independent deformation allows for different rotational damping between the first rotating member and the sleeve, and between the second rotating member and the sleeve, to adapt to different usage environments and connection requirements, further improving the adjustment flexibility of the first and second rotating members. In addition, the placement of the first and second elastic members can also prevent overall performance degradation caused by fatigue or failure of a single elastic member, increasing the service life of the rotary connection device. Meanwhile, the first and second elastic elements can provide double cushioning, effectively reducing wear and noise caused by vibration or impact, and improving the user experience. [0019] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the specification of this application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. The term "and / or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

[0020] Referring to Figure 1, this embodiment of the application provides a rotating connection device 100, which includes a sleeve 10, a first rotating member 20, a second rotating member 40, and an adjustment assembly 30. The rotating connection device 100, as a rotating connector, is used to rotatably fix a device to a support platform to achieve changes in the device's angle or direction. This embodiment does not impose specific limitations on the device and the corresponding support platform, and can be configured according to actual usage requirements. As an example, the device can specifically be a lamp body, the support platform can be a lamp post or lamp holder 212, and the rotating connection device 100 connects between the lamp body and the lamp post or lamp holder 212 to achieve rotation of the lamp body in multiple directions or at multiple angles. As another example, the device can also be a camera, and the corresponding support platform can be a camera bracket, with the rotating connector connecting between the camera and the camera bracket to achieve rotation of the camera in different directions or at different angles. For ease of explanation, in this embodiment, the rotating connection device 100 is configured as an accessory of the lighting device 200.

[0021] Specifically, referring to Figures 1 to 3, this embodiment also provides a lighting device 200, which is used to provide illumination light or decorative light. This embodiment does not limit the specific type of the lighting device 200; for example, it can be a spotlight, downlight, floor lamp, etc. In this embodiment, the lighting device 200 includes the aforementioned rotating connecting device 100 and a light-emitting module 210. The rotating connecting device 100 can be connected to the light-emitting module 210 via a second rotating member 40, so that the light emission angle and light emission direction of the light-emitting module 210 are adjustable, thereby increasing the light emission range of the lighting device 200. This embodiment also provides a lamp 300, which specifically includes the aforementioned lighting device 200 and a base 220. The first rotating member 20 of the rotating connecting device 100 can be used to connect to the base 220. The base 220 is used to place on a support platform to enhance the stability of the lighting device 200. The support platform can be a wall, ground, tabletop, etc., and can be placed according to actual usage needs. As an example, the lamp 300 can be used as an indoor lighting fixture, specifically a floor lamp with a base 220 for support on the ground.

[0022] The light-emitting module 210 may include a light source 211 and a lamp holder 212. The lamp holder 212 is detachably connected to the rotating connecting device 100. When the rotating connecting device 100 rotates, the light-emitting module 210 also rotates. This embodiment does not limit the connection method between the lamp holder 212 and the rotating connecting device 100, such as plug-in connection, snap-fit connection, magnetic connection, etc. As just a specific example, when the light-emitting module 210 is working, the lamp holder 212 has a connecting groove on the side facing the rotating connecting device 100, and one end of the first rotating member 20 passes through the connecting groove and is fastened to the lamp holder 212.

[0023] The light-emitting module 210 also includes a circuit board (not shown in the figure), which is disposed inside the lamp holder 212 and electrically connected to the light source 211 to supply power to the light source 211. Specifically, the light source 211 is used to generate emitted light. There can be multiple light sources 211, which are arranged sequentially on the circuit board to increase the emitted light brightness. This embodiment does not limit the specific type of the light source 211. For example, the light source 211 can be an LED light source 211, a halogen lamp, an incandescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp, etc. The colors of the multiple light sources 211 can be the same or different, and can be set according to actual needs. As an example, the light source 211 can be an LED light source. On the one hand, it can improve the efficiency of converting electrical energy into light energy, thereby reducing energy waste. At the same time, LED light sources generate less heat when illuminating, which plays a role in energy saving and environmental protection. On the other hand, LED light sources have a long service life, reducing the frequency of replacement of the light source 211 and thus reducing the operating cost of the lighting device 200.

[0024] Referring to Figures 1 and 4, in this embodiment, the sleeve 10 of the rotating connecting device 100 has a first end 101 and a second end 102 facing away from each other. The sleeve 10 is provided with a central hole 103 connecting the first end 101 and the second end 102. A first rotating member 20 is rotatably disposed at the first end 101, and a second rotating member 40 is rotatably disposed at the second end 102. An adjusting component 30 is disposed within the central hole 103 and located between the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40. The adjusting component 30 includes a first elastic member 31, a second elastic member 32, and a positioning member 33. The positioning member 33 is disposed between the first elastic member 31 and the second elastic member 32. The first elastic member 31 elastically abuts against the first rotating member 20 and the positioning member 33, causing the first rotating member 20 to abut against the sleeve 10. The second elastic member 32 elastically abuts against the second rotating member 40 and the positioning member 33, causing the second rotating member 40 to abut against the sleeve 10. It should be noted that the term "abutting" between two components as used in this specification can be understood as direct contact between the two components, or indirect contact between the two components, such as the presence of an intermediate component between the two components and the abutting achieved through the intermediate component.

[0025] By placing the first elastic element 31 between the positioning element 33 and the first rotating element 20, and the second elastic element 32 between the positioning element 33 and the second rotating element 40, the positioning element 33 can separate the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32. This allows the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 to deform independently, meaning the elastic force generated by the deformation of the first elastic element 31 will not be transmitted to the second elastic element 32 via the positioning element 33. This reduces mutual interference between the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40, enabling independent control of both elements and improving their adjustment flexibility and stability. Furthermore, independent deformation allows for different rotational damping between the first rotating element 20 and the sleeve 10, and between the second rotating element 40 and the sleeve 10, to adapt to different usage environments and connection requirements, further enhancing the adjustment flexibility of the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40. Furthermore, the arrangement of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can prevent the overall performance from declining due to fatigue or failure of a single elastic element, thereby increasing the service life of the rotary connection device 100. At the same time, the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 also provide dual cushioning, effectively reducing wear and noise caused by vibration or impact, thus improving the user experience.

[0026] The following sections will introduce each component of the rotating connection device 100 and the specific structure of each component.

[0027] Referring to Figures 1 and 4, the rotating connection device 100 includes a sleeve 10, a first rotating member 20, a second rotating member 40, and an adjusting assembly 30. During installation, the second rotating member 40 is first inserted from the first end 101 of the sleeve 10 into the central hole 103 and held at the second end 102, so that at least a portion of the second rotating member 40 protrudes from the second end 102 beyond the central hole 103 to connect to the light-emitting module 210. Then, the adjusting assembly 30 is inserted from the first end 101 into the central hole 103. Finally, the first rotating member 20 is inserted into the central hole 103 and held at the first end 101, so that at least a portion of the first rotating member 20 protrudes from the first end 101 beyond the central hole 103 to connect to a support platform, such as a lamp post or bracket.

[0028] In this embodiment, the sleeve 10 serves as a mounting carrier, used to mount and effectively protect the mounting components. The mounting components may include the aforementioned first rotating member 20, second rotating member 40, and adjusting assembly 30, etc., and are movably disposed inside the sleeve 10. Simultaneously, the sleeve 10 also serves to contact the mounting device to generate friction, allowing the mounting component to move relative to the sleeve 10 to a desired predetermined angle or position and then remain stationary. Specifically, the sleeve 10 is generally cylindrical, with a central hole 103 forming a receiving cavity for mounting the mounting components. The central hole 103 also serves to pass through wires. The sleeve 10 has a first end 101 and a second end 102 facing away from each other, and the central hole 103 connects the first end 101 and the second end 102 to form a hollow structure for mounting the components. In this embodiment, the first end 101 is adjacent to the support platform, and the second end 102 is adjacent to the light-emitting module 210.

[0029] In this embodiment, the first rotating member 20 is rotatably disposed at the first end 101 for fixing the rotating connecting device 100 to a support platform, such as a lamp post, lamp holder 212, or other support and fixing components. Simultaneously, the first rotating member 20 also increases the degree of freedom of the rotating connecting device 100, enabling it to adapt to more application scenarios. Specifically, the first rotating member 20 includes a first rotating shaft 22 with a first rotation axis O1. The first rotation axis O1 can be parallel to or coincide with the axis of the central hole 103, thereby maintaining a high degree of coaxiality of the rotating connecting device 100 during rotation, reducing vibration and noise caused by axis misalignment, and improving rotational stability.

[0030] The first rotating shaft 22 serves as the main structure of the first rotating component 20. The first rotating shaft 22 is generally cylindrical. One end of the first rotating shaft 22 is inserted into the central hole 103 to achieve a movable connection with the sleeve 10, and the other end is used to connect to the support platform. This embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the first rotating shaft 22; it is merely a specific example. The first rotating shaft 22 may include a rotating end 221 and a connecting end 222 connected to each other. The rotating end 221 is embedded in the central hole 103 and can be movably connected to the sleeve 10, while the connecting end 222 is located outside the sleeve 10. This embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the rotating end 221 and the connecting end 222. For example, the connecting end 222 can be configured as a threaded connecting end 222, which can be adapted to connect with a threaded hole on the support platform. In some embodiments, the connecting end 222 can also be configured as a plug-in end, a snap-fit end, or other forms of connecting component, which can respectively cooperate with corresponding plug-in holes or snap-fit buckles on the support platform for connection.

[0031] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, in some embodiments, to prevent the first rotating member 20 from disengaging from the sleeve 10 during rotation, the first rotating member 20 further includes a snap-fit member 23. Specifically, the snap-fit member 23 is used to movably connect the first rotating member 20 to the sleeve 10. In this embodiment, the first rotating shaft 22 is provided with a first snap-fit groove 223, which can surround the outer peripheral wall 1022 of the first rotating shaft 22, that is, the first snap-fit groove 223 extends around the first rotating shaft 22. The hole wall of the central hole is provided with a second snap-fit groove 104, which is disposed on the outer periphery of the first snap-fit groove 223 and corresponds to the first snap-fit groove 223. "Corresponds" can be understood as the second snap-fit groove 104 surrounding the outer periphery of the first snap-fit groove 223, and the bottom wall of the first snap-fit groove 223 and the bottom wall of the second snap-fit groove 104 are approximately on the same plane.

[0032] In this embodiment, the snap-fit component is an annular structure adapted to the shape of the central hole; for example, snap-fit component 23 can specifically be a snap ring 231. In other embodiments, the snap-fit component can also be a snap block, which is connected to the sleeve 10 via a connecting structure. The snap-fit component 23 is embedded in the first snap-fit groove 223 and the second snap-fit groove 104, thereby preventing the first rotating component 20 from disengaging from the sleeve 10 during rotation and effectively preventing axial movement of the first rotating shaft 22 during relative rotation, ensuring the rotational stability of the first rotating shaft 22 and the sleeve 10. Simultaneously, the cooperative connection of the snap ring 231, the first snap-fit groove 223, and the second snap-fit groove 104 makes the connection between the first rotating shaft 22 and the sleeve 10 more stable, capable of withstanding greater torque and radial force.

[0033] Furthermore, the snap-fit component 23 is also used to lock the first rotating component 20 and the sleeve 10 together when the first rotating component 20 rotates relative to the sleeve 10 to a predetermined position under the action of an external force, and when the external force is removed, thereby fixing the lighting device 200 at the predetermined angle required by the user. When the first rotating component 20 rotates relative to the sleeve 10, the snap-fit component 23 can contact and compress with the sleeve 10 and the first rotating shaft 22 to form a frictional force, so that when the first rotating component 20 rotates relative to the sleeve 10 to the predetermined position, it can be fastened to the sleeve 10 under the action of the frictional force. That is, the rotational damping between the first rotating component 20 and the sleeve 10 comes from the frictional force between the snap-fit component 23, the first rotating shaft 22, and the inner wall of the sleeve 10. In this embodiment, the magnitude of the frictional force can be adjusted by the adjusting component 30 so that the rotating connection component can adapt to different rotational damping under different usage environments, thereby improving the stability and flexibility of the rotating connection device.

[0034] Specifically, when an external force is applied to the first rotating member 20, the first rotating shaft 22 can rotate relative to the sleeve 10. Consequently, the snap-fit member 23, which contacts and presses against the groove wall of the first snap-fit groove 223, rotates accordingly and tends to move relative to the first rotating shaft 22. Therefore, the sleeve 10, which contacts and presses against the snap-fit member 23, also tends to move relative to the first rotating shaft 22. That is, there is friction between the sleeve 10 and the first rotating shaft 22. Because of the friction acting between the sleeve 10, the snap-fit member 23, and the first rotating shaft 22, when the first rotating shaft 22 rotates to a predetermined position, i.e., when the external force disappears, the sleeve 10 and the first rotating shaft 22 are fixed and cannot move relative to each other. At this time, the first rotating member 20 and the sleeve 10 are relatively stationary, thus achieving locking between the first rotating member 20 and the sleeve 10.

[0035] It should be noted that external force can also be applied to the sleeve 10 to cause it to rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 22. Similarly, during the rotation of the sleeve 10, the snap-fit member 23, which contacts and presses against the groove wall of the second snap-fit groove 104, rotates accordingly and tends to move relative to the sleeve 10. Consequently, the first rotating shaft 22, which contacts and presses against the snap-fit member 23, also tends to move relative to the sleeve 10, meaning there is friction between the sleeve 10 and the first rotating shaft 22. Specifically, the external force can be the user manually rotating the first rotating connector or manually rotating the sleeve 10; this embodiment does not impose specific limitations on this.

[0036] To further improve the rotational freedom of the rotating connecting device 100, in this embodiment, the second rotating member 40 is rotatably disposed at the second end 102 to drive the light-emitting module 210 to rotate, thereby adjusting the light emission position or light emission angle of the light-emitting module 210 and improving the light emission range of the lighting device 200. The second rotating member 40 may include a rotating mating part 41 and a rotating connecting part 42 connected to each other. The rotating mating part 41 can be accommodated in the central hole 103 and can rotate relative to the sleeve 10, and the rotating connecting part 42 can pass through the second end 102 and protrude relative to the central hole 103. In this embodiment, the rotating connecting part 42 is used to connect an external device, which may be the light-emitting module 210. The end of the rotating connecting part 42 opposite to the central hole 103 is detachably connected to the light-emitting module 210 to facilitate the installation and replacement of the light-emitting module 210. This embodiment does not limit the connection method between the rotating connecting part 42 and the light-emitting module 210. For example, it can be connected by thread, plug-in, snap-fit, etc., and can be set according to actual usage requirements.

[0037] In this embodiment, the rotating fitting part 41 is used to movably mount the second rotating member 40 within the central hole 103 to achieve synchronous rotation of the light-emitting module 210 and the second rotating member 40. Specifically, the radial dimension of the rotating fitting part 41 is larger than the radial dimension of the connecting part, and the diameter of the central hole 103 at the second end 102 can gradually decrease in the axial direction of the central hole, so that the rotating connecting end 222 can rotatably pass through the second end 102 and the rotating fitting part 41 is confined within the second end 102. The surface of the rotating fitting part 41 contacts and presses against the wall of the central hole 103, which on the one hand can confine the second rotating member 40 within the central hole 103, preventing the second rotating member 40 from detaching from the second end 102; on the other hand, under the action of external force, the rotating fitting part 41 can also press against the inner wall of the sleeve 10 to generate frictional damping, so that the second rotating member 40 can remain stationary relative to the sleeve 10 when it rotates to a predetermined position, so that the light-emitting module 210 remains suspended after rotating to the predetermined light-emitting position.

[0038] Specifically, the second end 102 has an end face 1021 and a peripheral wall 1022 connected to each other. The peripheral wall 1022 is arranged around the axis of the central hole 103 and forms the outer surface of the sleeve 10. The central hole 103 passes through the end face 1021, and the diameter of the central hole 103 in the end face 1021 is smaller than the diameter of the central hole 103 in the peripheral wall 1022, so that the rotating fitting part 41 is engaged between the end face 1021 and the peripheral wall 1022.

[0039] Please refer to Figures 4, 6, and 7. For ease of rotation, in this embodiment, the wall of the central hole 103 may be provided with a spherical surface 1031, and the outer surface of the rotating fitting part 41 may include a spherical surface. Thus, the rotating fitting part 41 and the spherical surface 1031 form a ball joint connection. On the one hand, this simplifies the mechanical structure and allows the frictional force during the rotation of the second rotating member 40 to be evenly distributed, reducing local wear and extending the service life of the device, providing more stable contact and more precise motion control. On the other hand, the cooperation between the spherical surface 1031 and the rotating fitting part 41 allows the rotating fitting part 41 to have multiple degrees of rotational freedom relative to the sleeve 10. That is, the second rotating member 40 can flexibly adjust its position and angle in multiple directions, thereby improving the light emission range and light emission angle of the light-emitting module 210 to meet the usage requirements of the lighting device 200 emitting light towards different angles or positions.

[0040] For example, in this embodiment, the second rotating member 40 has a second rotation axis O2, which allows the second rotating member 40 to rotate within the central hole 103. That is, the second rotation axis O2 is approximately parallel to or coincides with the axis of the central hole 103, and also approximately parallel to or coincides with the first rotation axis O1. When the second rotating member 40 rotates around the second rotation axis O2, the light-emitting module 210 connected to the second rotating member 40 also rotates around the second rotation axis O2, thereby enabling multi-angle adjustment of the light-emitting module 210 in the horizontal or axial direction to meet the requirements for light direction in different scenarios. It should be noted that this embodiment does not limit the angle of rotation of the second rotating member 40 around the second rotation axis O2; for example, it can be 360°, 180°, or other angles, which can be set according to actual usage requirements. By setting the first rotating component 20 and the second rotating component 40 to rotate approximately coaxially, the light-emitting module 210 can rotate more than 360° relative to the support platform without affecting the connecting wires, which improves the rotational flexibility of the rotating connection device 100 and increases the angle adjustment range of the lighting device 200.

[0041] In some embodiments, the second rotating member 40 may also have a third rotation axis O3, which intersects with the second rotation axis O2. The third rotation axis O3 allows the second rotating member 40 to tilt relative to the sleeve 10. Specifically, the peripheral wall 1022 of the second end 102 has a notch 1023, the opening of which extends toward the end face 1021 and communicates with the central hole 103. The third rotation axis O3 is located between the central hole 103 and the notch 1023 and intersects with the axis of the central hole 103. For example, the third rotation axis O3 and the second rotation axis O2 are perpendicular to each other, so that the rotating connection part 42 can swing back and forth between the end face 1021 and the notch 1023 to adjust the pitch angle of the second rotating member 40, and can remain suspended at a predetermined angle under the action of the friction between the rotating fitting part 41 and the inner wall of the sleeve 10, further expanding the coverage range of the light. Since the notch 1023 is located on the peripheral wall 1022, and its spatial position is approximately flush with the bottom of the rotating fitting part 41, when the rotating fitting part 41 is in its initial position, i.e., when the spatial position of the second rotating member 40 is parallel to or coincides with the second rotation axis O2, the rotating connecting part 42 passes through the end face 1021 and is approximately perpendicular to the end face 1021. In other words, the second rotating member 40 does not shift relative to the second rotation axis O2 at this time. When the rotating fitting part 41 rotates and causes the rotating connecting part 42 to abut against the bottom of the notch 1023, the third rotation axis O3 is approximately perpendicular to the second rotation axis O2. Therefore, the notch 1023 restricts the axial swing range of the second rotating member 40 relative to the central hole 103 to 0°–90°, thus avoiding mechanical interference or damage caused by excessive rotation without the need for additional limiting components. It can be understood that the bottom of the notch 1023 and the position where the rotating connecting part 42 rotates to be perpendicular to the end face 1021 represent the rotational limit positions of the second rotating member 40.

[0042] In some embodiments, the second rotating member 40 may also have a fourth rotation axis O4, which intersects the third rotation axis O3 and the second rotation axis O2. The fourth rotation axis O4 allows the second rotating member 40 to rotate or swing relative to the sleeve 10 within the notch 1023. Specifically, the fourth rotation axis O4 passes through the notch 1023, and may intersect the axis of the central hole 103 or be perpendicular to the axis of the central hole 103. For example, the fourth rotation axis O4 may be perpendicular to the second rotation axis O2, and this embodiment does not limit this. When the second rotating member 40 swings relative to the third rotation axis O3 to the notch 1023, the rotating connection portion 42 is located within the notch 1023 and can rotate or swing around the fourth rotation axis O4, thereby enabling multi-dimensional rotation control of the rotating connection device 100 and further improving the light emission angle and light emission range of the lighting device 200.

[0043] It is understandable that when the rotating connection device 100 rotates relative to any of the above-mentioned rotating axes, under the action of the second elastic member 32, the rotating mating part 41 always abuts against the spherical part 1031 of the central hole 103 (that is, the inner wall of the sleeve 10) and generates friction. The retaining ring 231 always abuts against the first retaining groove 223 and the second retaining groove 104 to ensure that the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40 can be stationary relative to the sleeve 10 when they rotate to the predetermined position, and the light-emitting module 210 is suspended at the light-emitting position required by the user. To ensure sufficient friction between the rotating mating part 41 and the spherical part 1031, and between the retaining ring 231 and the first retaining groove 223 and the second retaining groove 104 to fix the rotating connection assembly in a predetermined position, in this embodiment, the adjusting component 30 is disposed in the central hole 103 and located between the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40. The adjusting component 30 can press the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40 under the action of external force, so that the rotating mating part 41 presses against the inner wall of the sleeve 10 and the retaining ring 231 presses against the sleeve 10 and the first rotating shaft 22.

[0044] The adjusting assembly 30 may specifically include a first elastic element 31, a positioning element 33, and a second elastic element 32. The positioning element 33 is disposed between the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32. The first elastic element 31 elastically abuts against the first rotating element 20 and the positioning element 33, causing the first rotating element 20 to abut against the sleeve 10. The second elastic element 32 elastically abuts against the second rotating element 40 and the positioning element 33, causing the second rotating element 40 to abut against the sleeve 10. This embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32. For example, the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can be elastic components such as springs, elastic sleeves, spring sheets, and elastic rods, and can be configured according to actual usage requirements.

[0045] Because the positioning element 33 is located inside the sleeve 10 and separates the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32, the elastic force generated by the deformation of the first elastic element 31 and the elastic force generated by the deformation of the second elastic element 32 are independent of each other. That is, the elastic force generated by the first elastic element 31 will not be transmitted to the second elastic element 32 through the positioning element 33, and the elastic force generated by the second elastic element 32 will not be transmitted to the first elastic element 31 through the positioning element 33. As a result, the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40 can rotate relatively independently, which can reduce the mutual interference between the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40 and achieve the function of independently controlling the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40, thereby improving the adjustment flexibility and stability of the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40. At the same time, it can also adapt to different usage environments and connection requirements, further improving the adjustment flexibility of the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40. In addition, the setting of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can also avoid the overall performance degradation caused by fatigue or failure of a single elastic element, and improve the service life of the rotating connection device 100. It also provides dual cushioning, effectively reducing wear and noise caused by vibration or impact, thus improving the user experience.

[0046] Specifically, the positioning member 33 is fixed inside the sleeve 10. The first elastic member 31 and the second elastic member 32 both abut against the positioning member 33, causing the first elastic member 31 and the second elastic member 32 to deform and generate elastic force. The elastic force pushes the first rotating member 20 to further compress the sleeve 10 and the second rotating member 40 to further compress the sleeve 10, thereby increasing the friction between the first rotating member 20, the second rotating member 40, and the sleeve 10. More specifically, when the first rotating shaft 22 rotates relative to the sleeve 10, the first elastic member 31 deforms and generates a thrust toward the first rotating member 20 to press the retaining ring 231, thereby increasing the friction between the retaining ring 231, the first rotating member 20, and the sleeve 10. When the second rotating member 40 rotates relative to the sleeve 10, the second elastic member 32 deforms and generates a thrust toward the second rotating member 40 to make the rotating mating part 41 press against the sleeve 10.

[0047] Since the rotating mating part 41 is spherical, in order to improve the connection stability between the second elastic member 32 and the rotating mating part 41, in some embodiments, the adjusting assembly 30 may further include a shim 34. The shim 34 is used to increase the contact area between the spherical part 411 and the second elastic member 32 to form a more stable contact. Specifically, the shim 34 is disposed between the second elastic member 32 and the spherical part 411. When the second rotating member 40 rotates, the second elastic member 32 presses the shim 34 and the spherical part 411 together. By setting the shim 34, the pressure of the second elastic member 32 can be evenly distributed on the spherical part 411, avoiding wear or deformation caused by excessive local pressure, and improving the stability and reliability of the rotating connection device 100. At the same time, the shim 34 can compensate for the wear between the spherical part 411 and the sleeve 10 caused by long-term use, ensuring that the rotating connection device 100 can still maintain good performance after long-term operation.

[0048] It should be noted that the external force on the first rotating member 20 can be either manually rotated by the user or manually rotated by the sleeve 10. As a specific example, the positioning member 33 can be adjustablely disposed in the central hole 103. When the second rotating member 40 rotates or is pushed by the parallel sleeve 10, the second elastic member 32 is in a compressed state and pushes the positioning member 33 toward the first rotating member 20. Since the first rotating member 20 is limited within the sleeve 10, the first elastic member 31 connected to the positioning member 33 elastically pushes the first rotating shaft 22 so that the retaining ring 231 presses the first rotating shaft 22 and the sleeve 10 together.

[0049] In this embodiment, to improve the flexibility of the rotational damping adjustment of the rotating connection device 100, thereby enhancing its stability and adapting to more applications, the elastic forces of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can be different. This allows the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40 to form different rotational damping relative to the sleeve 10, achieving differentiated adjustment. Specifically, different elastic coefficients of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can be used to achieve different supporting forces and thus different rotational damping. For example, the elastic coefficient of the first elastic element 31 can be greater than that of the second elastic element 32, resulting in different rotational damping. For instance, a larger rotational damping from the first elastic element 31 facilitates a stable connection between the first rotating element 20 and the object connected to it, while a smaller rotational damping from the second elastic element 32 facilitates the rotation of the second rotating element 40. It is understood that in some embodiments, the elastic coefficient of the first elastic element 31 can also be smaller than that of the second elastic element 32. The elastic modulus can be specifically understood as the force required to cause a unit length deformation in an elastic element. The larger the elastic modulus, the greater the force required to produce the deformation.

[0050] As an example, when the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 are springs, the elastic modulus of the first elastic element 31 and the elastic modulus of the second elastic element 32 are set to be different. The elastic modulus describes the ability of a material to undergo elastic deformation when subjected to external force; it reflects the ease with which a material resists elastic deformation. The smaller the elastic modulus, the easier it is for the material to deform. For example, if the materials of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 are different, the deformation amounts of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 will be different, thus creating different contact pressures on the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40. That is, the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40 can overcome different magnitudes of frictional force to achieve locking with the sleeve 10, thereby achieving differentiated adjustment. For example, in this embodiment, the first rotating element 20 is used to connect the lamp post or lamp holder 212, and the second rotating element 40 is used to connect the light-emitting module 210. The elastic modulus of the first elastic element 31 can be greater than that of the second rotating element 40, thereby enabling the first rotating element 20 to generate greater friction with the sleeve 10, ensuring the connection stability between the first rotating element 20 and the lamp post. Meanwhile, the second rotating element 40 generates less friction with the sleeve 10, allowing for more flexible rotation to meet the light emission requirements of the light-emitting module 210 at multiple positions and angles.

[0051] As another example, different contact pressures can be achieved by setting the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 to have different compression amounts, thereby forming different rotational damping. For example, the number of coils of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can be different, so that the deformation of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 when they deform can be different, thus forming different contact pressures on the first rotating element 20 and the second rotating element 40. In this embodiment, there is no specific limitation on the number of spring coils of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32, which can be set according to actual usage requirements. In this embodiment, the distance between the positioning element 33 and the first rotating element 20 and the distance between the positioning element 33 and the second rotating element 40 can be set to be different, that is, the deformation of the first elastic element 31 and the second elastic element 32 can be adjusted. When the rotating connection device 100 is installed and used, the user can fix the positioning element 33 at different positions on the axis of the central hole 103 through the positioning part 331 and the mating part 105 to adjust the distance between the positioning element 33, the first rotating element 20, and the second rotating element 40. Specifically, the positioning member 33 is provided with a positioning part 331, and a mating part 105 corresponding to the positioning part 331 is provided in the central hole 103. The positioning part 331 is connected to the mating part 105 to achieve the fixed installation of the positioning member 33. The mating part 105 has multiple positions that can be positioned with the positioning part 331. The user can manually fix the positioning part 331 at different positions of the mating part 105 to adjust the distance between the positioning member 33 and the first rotating member 20 and the distance between the positioning member 33 and the second rotating member 40, so that the elastic force formed by the first elastic member 31 and the elastic force formed by the second elastic member 32 are different, thus forming different rotational damping. This embodiment does not limit the specific form of the positioning part 331 and the mating part 105. For example, the positioning part 331 can be an external thread provided on the outer periphery of the positioning member 33, and the mating part 105 can be an internal thread provided on the hole wall (i.e., the inner wall of the sleeve 10) of the central hole 103. The internal thread and the external thread are screwed into different positions to achieve the fixation of the positioning member 33 and the sleeve 10. The positioning part 331 can also be a protrusion structure provided on the outer periphery of the positioning member 33, and the mating part 105 can also be multiple groove structures. The multiple groove structures are arranged sequentially along the axis of the central hole 103, and the protrusion structure is inserted into any one of the grooves to achieve a fixed connection between the positioning member 33 and the sleeve 10.

[0052] Please refer to Figures 4, 6 and 8. In order to prevent the elastic potential energy of the first elastic member 31 or the second elastic member 32 from being too large when deformed, which would cause the positioning member 33 to move or move too far and affect the adjustment stability of the rotating connection device 100, in this embodiment, the positioning member 33 can abut against the limiting boss 1038 in the hole wall of the central hole 103 to prevent the positioning member 33 from moving.

[0053] Specifically, the central hole 103 has a coaxial and connected first hole section 1033 and a second hole section 1034. The first hole section 1033 is used to install the first rotating member 20 and the first elastic member 31, and the second hole section 1034 is used to install the second elastic member 32 and the second rotating member 40. A limiting boss 1038 is provided at the connection between the first hole section 1033 and the second hole section 1034. The limiting boss 1038 protrudes relative to the inner wall of the first hole section 1033 and is opposite to the end of the positioning member 33. It should be noted that the positioning member 33 can be set in the first hole section 1033 or in the second hole section 1034. This embodiment does not impose a specific limitation on this. As a specific example, when the positioning member 33 is disposed within the first hole section 1033, the limiting boss 1038 is disposed on the side of the positioning member 33 facing away from the first rotating member 20; when the positioning member 33 is disposed within the second hole section 1034, the limiting boss 1038 is disposed on the side of the positioning member 33 facing away from the second rotating member 40. This effectively prevents the positioning member 33 from moving or moving excessively due to excessive elastic potential energy during deformation of the first elastic member 31 or the second elastic member 32, thereby ensuring the adjustment accuracy and stability of the rotating connection device 100. It should be noted that when the positioning part 331 of the positioning member 33 is located at different positions of the mating part 105, the end of the positioning member 33 may or may not abut against the limiting boss 1038.

[0054] This embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the limiting boss 1038. For example, the limiting boss 1038 can be a protruding structure, which can protrude relative to the hole wall of the first hole segment 1033 or the second hole segment 1034. The diameter of the first hole segment 1033 can be the same as or different from the diameter of the second hole segment 1034. This embodiment does not impose specific limitations on this. When the diameters of the first hole segment 1033 and the second hole segment 1034 are different, the limiting boss can also be a stepped surface formed due to the difference in the diameters of the first hole segment and the second hole segment. The stepped surface is at least partially opposite to the end of the positioning member 33 to achieve the limiting of the positioning member 33.

[0055] As a specific example, the diameter of the first hole segment 1033 is larger than the diameter of the second hole segment 1034, such that the hole wall of the central hole 103 includes a first peripheral wall 1035, a connecting wall 1037 and a second peripheral wall 1036 connected to each other. The inner diameter of the first peripheral wall 1035 is larger than the inner diameter of the second peripheral wall 1036. The connecting wall 1037 connects between the first peripheral wall 1035 and the second peripheral wall 1036 to form a stepped surface, i.e., a limiting boss 1038. The stepped surface is opposite to the positioning member 33 and protrudes relative to the positioning member 33. By utilizing the stepped surface formed by the difference in diameter between the first hole segment 1033 and the second hole segment 1034, the positioning member 33 can be limited without the need for an additional limiting structure. This reduces the production cost of the rotating connection device 100 and effectively restricts the movement of the positioning member 33. It also prevents the first elastic member 31 from being over-compressed, which could lead to excessive friction between the first rotating member 20 and the sleeve 10, making it difficult for the first rotating member 20 to rotate. This ensures the adjustment flexibility and stability of the first rotating member 20. Furthermore, when one end of the positioning member 33 abuts against the connecting wall 1037, the connection strength between the positioning member 33 and the sleeve 10 is improved.

[0056] It is understandable that the diameter of the first hole section 1033 can be smaller than the diameter of the second hole section 1034, so that the inner diameter of the first circumferential wall 1035 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second circumferential wall 1036. The positioning member 33 is disposed between the connecting wall 1037 and the second rotating member 40 to prevent the second elastic member 32 from being over-compressed, which would cause excessive friction between the second rotating member 40 and the sleeve 10, making it difficult for the second rotating member 40 to rotate, thereby ensuring the adjustment flexibility and adjustment stability of the second rotating member 40.

[0057] In this embodiment, the rotating connection device 100 can be configured as a through-hole structure to facilitate the passage of wires, thereby achieving electrical connection between the light-emitting module 210 and the external circuit. Specifically, the first rotating member 20 has a first through-hole 24, and the adjusting component 30 has a second through-hole 35, which sequentially passes through the first elastic member 31, the positioning member 33, and the second elastic member 32. The second rotating member 40 has a third through-hole 43, and the first through-hole 24, the second through-hole 35, and the third through-hole 43 are interconnected and coaxially arranged to form a channel passing through the rotating connection device 100. The lighting device 200 may also include wires, which pass through the channel to electrically connect the light-emitting module 210 and the external circuit. By providing the first through-hole 24, the second through-hole 35, and the third through-hole 43, the rotating connection device can be easily wired in different application scenarios, improving the adaptability of the device.

[0058] Referring to Figures 6 and 9, to prevent wire twisting and damage caused by excessive rotation of the first rotating member 20, in some embodiments, the rotating connection device 100 may further include a first limiting member 51 and a second limiting member 52. The first limiting member 51 is fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the sleeve 10, and the second limiting member 52 is disposed between the first rotating shaft 22 and the hole wall of the central hole 103 and can move along a specified circumference as the first rotating shaft 22 rotates. For example, the second limiting member 52 may be disposed on the first rotating shaft 22. The specified circumference is a circular path or arc path with the first rotation axis O1 as the center. It should be understood that the specified circumference is not necessarily a visible circumference; it may be a virtual circumference, but it objectively exists during the rotation of the first rotating shaft 22 relative to the sleeve 10, and both the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 are located on the specified circumference. Since the first limiting member 51 is located on the movement path of the second limiting member 52, when the first rotating shaft 22 rotates relative to the sleeve 10 to its limit position, the second limiting member 52 and the first limiting member 51 abut against each other, and the first limiting member 51 prevents the second limiting member from continuing to move. The mutual abutment of the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 can limit the limit angle of rotation of the first rotating member 20 or the sleeve 10, preventing the first rotating member 20 or the sleeve 10 from rotating infinitely in one direction, avoiding wire twisting and damage, thereby preventing damage to the rotating connection device 100 due to improper operation, and improving the service life of the lighting device 200. The "limit position" can be understood as the maximum angle position that the first rotating shaft 22 can rotate relative to the sleeve 10 in one direction. When the first rotating shaft 22 is in this position relative to the sleeve 10, the second limiting member 52 and the first limiting member 51 are in contact and abut against each other, thereby preventing the first rotating shaft 22 from continuing to rotate relative to the sleeve 10 in one direction.

[0059] As an example, both the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 can be protruding structures, spaced apart on the specified circumference. When the first limiting member 51 moves along the specified circumference, it can move away from or closer to the second limiting member. When the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 come into contact with each other, it indicates that the first rotating member 20 has reached its limit angle relative to the sleeve 10. Specifically, the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 can be ball bearings, and their dimensions can be different to improve the reliability of the limiting.

[0060] Furthermore, in some embodiments, to guide the first limiting member 51 to move towards the second limiting member 52, the first rotating shaft 22 may also be provided with a guide groove 224. Specifically, the guide groove 224 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the first rotating shaft 22, and is used to guide and restrict the movement between the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52. The guide groove 224 extends along a specified circumference, and the second limiting member 52 is movably disposed in the guide groove 224. The first limiting member 51 is at least partially located in the guide groove 224. The arrangement of the guide groove 224 enables the first limiting member 51 and the second limiting member 52 to stably contact and interact during the rotation of the first rotating shaft 22, thereby improving the reliability of the limiting. At the same time, it can effectively prevent limiting failure caused by external force or vibration, ensuring the stability and reliability of the device under various working conditions.

[0061] As another example, in some embodiments, either the first limiting member 51 or the second limiting member 52 can be a protrusion, and the other can be a groove. For example, the first limiting member 51 is a groove provided on the outer periphery of the first rotating shaft 22, and the second limiting member 52 is a protrusion provided on the inner wall of the sleeve 10. The protrusion is movably accommodated in the groove, and when the first rotating shaft 22 rotates relative to the sleeve 10 to its limit angle, the protrusion abuts against the side wall of the groove. By providing the groove and the protrusion, on the one hand, it can prevent the first rotating shaft 22 from rotating infinitely in one direction, thereby avoiding damage to the rotating connection device 100 due to improper operation, and improving the service life of the rotating connection device. On the other hand, the protrusion is movably embedded in the groove, which can play a certain fixing role. During the rotation of the first rotating member 20 relative to the sleeve 10, the protrusion is always embedded in the groove, which can, to a certain extent, prevent the first rotating member 20 from falling off and separating from the sleeve 10, further improving the stability of the rotating connection device 100 during rotation.

[0062] In summary, the rotating connection device 100 provided in this application embodiment includes a first rotating member 20, a second rotating member 40, and an adjustment component 30. The adjustment component 30 comprises a first elastic member 31, a second elastic member 32, and a positioning member 33. The first elastic member 31 abuts against the positioning member 33 and the first rotating member 20, while the second elastic member 32 abuts against the positioning member 33 and the second rotating member 40. By setting the positioning member 33, the first elastic member 31 and the second elastic member 32 can be spaced apart, allowing them to deform independently. That is, the elastic force generated by the deformation of the first elastic member 31 will not be transmitted to the second elastic member 32 via the positioning member. This reduces the mutual interference between the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40, enabling independent control of both members and improving the adjustment flexibility and stability of the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40. Furthermore, independent deformation allows for different rotational damping between the first rotating member 20 and the sleeve 10, and between the second rotating member 40 and the sleeve 10, to adapt to different usage environments and connection requirements, thereby further improving the flexibility of adjustment of the first rotating member 20 and the second rotating member 40.
