Description

A temperature control module, system and liquid injection device Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of thermal management technology for fluid-filled products, and in particular to a temperature control module, system and liquid injection device. Background Technology

[0002] In the production of fluid-filled products, especially those with built-in liquid working fluids such as water-cooled pads and gel pads, liquid injection is a critical process. To ensure that there is no residual air inside the fluid-filled product after injection, and that the liquid is fully filled and stable, traditional processes generally include two independent but necessary pre-processes: First, the inside of the fluid-filled product is evacuated to remove air and create a negative pressure environment, which helps to quickly and fully inject the liquid. Second, to ensure the purity of the liquid itself, such as to avoid moisture and impurities from the air from mixing into the working fluid, the operation must also be carried out in a closed or controlled environment.

[0003] Currently, the industry generally uses separate equipment to achieve the above-mentioned processes. This involves a dedicated vacuum pumping device for vacuuming, followed by a separate liquid injection device for liquid injection. This separate operation mode has significant drawbacks: First, the equipment integration is low, requiring two independent systems, resulting in a large number of devices, a large footprint, and high costs. Furthermore, the process transitions rely on manual operation, leading to low efficiency. Second, during process connections, the fluid-filled products may be exposed to the external environment during transfer, posing a risk of introducing air pollutants or ambient moisture, thus affecting the purity of the injection medium and the performance stability of the final product. Third, the injection volume control precision is insufficient. Traditional injection devices rely heavily on manual experience or simple mechanical measurement, making it difficult to perform precise and repeatable injection according to the capacity requirements of different specifications of fluid-filled products, easily leading to over- or under-injection, affecting product consistency. Fourth, the entire process has a low level of automation and intelligence, lacking continuous, automatic, and integrated control of processes such as vacuuming, quantitative liquid storage, and precise liquid injection, further restricting production quality and efficiency.

[0004] Furthermore, existing production methods present more complex challenges for certain high-end fluid-filled products that require both auxiliary liquid injection and active temperature control. These products typically require a built-in temperature control system, used both for connection to the liquid injection equipment during the production customization stage and for subsequent liquid pumping temperature control. However, current temperature control systems themselves suffer from reliability bottlenecks. For example, in terms of heat dissipation, traditional temperature control modules often employ a single inlet and outlet air duct layout, which is prone to blockage by foreign objects, leading to a sharp decline in heat dissipation efficiency. This affects the auxiliary liquid injection efficiency during the production customization stage and increases the power consumption of subsequent liquid pumping temperature control. Additionally, in terms of heating, commonly used heating pipes are often single, circuitous lines with small flow cross-sections and high resistance. If a section becomes partially blocked or shut down under pressure, the heating capacity of the entire system deteriorates significantly, hindering product temperature control and reducing user experience.

[0005] Therefore, designing a highly integrated, intelligently controlled fluid filling product injection equipment and effectively solving the reliability problem of the temperature control system that may be integrated with it has become the key to improving production efficiency and product quality. Summary of the Invention

[0038] Compared with existing technologies, this invention has significant advantages and beneficial effects. By adopting a parallel layout and a multi-redundant interconnected thin-film pipeline network, the fault tolerance of the fluid path is significantly enhanced, reducing the risk of system failure due to local blockage. At the liquid injection process level, the introduction of an integrated pumping and injecting port and a quick-clamp assembly greatly improves docking efficiency and operational reliability while ensuring sealing. The entire system achieves closed-loop precise control of the entire process of vacuuming and quantitative liquid injection through high-precision liquid level sensing, vacuum pressure data processed by filtering algorithms, and a centrally integrated solenoid valve group. Finally, with the help of a two-way communication module between the device and the product, a highly automated and intelligent liquid injection production system is constructed, fundamentally solving the core problems of discrete equipment, insufficient precision, poor reliability, and low automation in existing technologies.

[0071] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of this invention clearer, the invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and not intended to limit the invention.

[0072] It should be noted that when a component is said to be "fixed to" another component, it can be directly attached to the other component or there may be an intervening component. When a component is said to be "connected to" another component, it can be directly connected to the other component or there may be an intervening component. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and similar expressions used in this document are for illustrative purposes only.

[0073] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. This embodiment of the invention provides a temperature regulation module, including a front shell 1, a bottom shell 2, a cover 3, a heat exchange module 6, and an air outlet 30. The bottom shell 2 is disposed on one side of the front shell 1 and forms a first accommodating space 21 with the front shell 1. The heat exchange module 6 is disposed within the first accommodating space 21. The cover 3 is disposed on the other side of the front shell 1. The cover 3 is provided with a first air hole 10 and a second air hole 11. The first air hole 10 and the second air hole 11 are air inlets and are spaced apart. The front shell 1 is provided with a first air duct corresponding to the position of the heat exchange module 6. The first air duct is used to connect the first accommodating space 21 and the first air hole 10. A second accommodating space 22 is formed between the cover 3 and the front shell 1. The second accommodating space 22 is provided with a second air duct, which is used to connect the first air duct and the second air hole 11.

[0074] In this embodiment, the air outlet 30 includes a side air outlet 14 and a bottom air outlet 15. The side air outlet 14 is disposed on the side wall of the bottom shell 2 and located next to the heat exchange module 6, and the bottom air outlet 15 is disposed on the bottom surface of the bottom shell 2 and located below the heat exchange module 6.

[0075] The temperature regulation module also includes a heat source module 5, a fan 7, and a motor 8. The heat source module 5, the heat exchange module 6, the fan 7, and the motor 8 are all placed in the first accommodating space 21. The heat source module 5 is connected to the heat exchange module 6 so that the heat source module 5 can exchange heat with the outside air. The heat source module 5 is provided with an inlet pipe 19, an outlet pipe 20, and a fluid pump. The fluid pump is installed on the inlet pipe 19 or the outlet pipe 20 and is used to drive the fluid circulation. The fluid pump is connected to the motor 8. The faceplate 1 has a fan mounting hole 12 located on the first air duct. The fan 7 is placed in the fan mounting hole 12 and is installed on the heat exchange module 6. The faceplate 1 separates the air inlet and outlet 30 to accelerate the air flow. By designing a dual air duct, hot air and cold air are separated to improve the heat exchange efficiency.

[0076] It should also be noted that there are two scenarios for the air intake depending on the rotation direction of fan 7. Specifically, when fan 7 rotates clockwise, the first air vent 10 and the second air vent 11 serve as air intakes. When fan 7 rotates counterclockwise, the side air vent 14 and the bottom air vent 15 serve as air intakes. This dual-air vent parallel heat dissipation channel design ensures that the airflow can maintain normal circulation even when any air vent or vent is obstructed. This effectively avoids the heat dissipation efficiency reduction caused by blockage in traditional single-air duct structures, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and system reliability.

[0077] Furthermore, the temperature regulation module also includes a control board 4 and a control unit mounting slot 13. The control board 4 is disposed in the second accommodating space 22 and located on the second air duct, and the control board 4 is placed in the control unit mounting slot 13.

[0078] By placing the control board 4 in the middle of the first air vent 10 and the second air vent 11, the control board 4 has a good cooling effect.

[0079] Both the front shell 1 and the bottom shell 2 are provided with a drive mounting structure 18 for fixing the motor 8. The drive mounting structure 18 fixes the motor 8 between the front shell 1 and the bottom shell 2.

[0080] The shape of the fan 7 matches the shape of the fan mounting hole 12 so that the fan 7 blocks the fan mounting hole 12.

[0081] Furthermore, the temperature regulation module also includes a vent cover 9, with side vents 16 on the side wall and bottom vents 17 on the bottom surface. The side vents 16 are located outside the side vents 14, and the bottom vents 17 are located outside the bottom vents 15. The vent cover 9 is connected to the bottom shell 2.

[0082] Here, the vent cover 9 can block the air outlet 30 of the fan 7 and the heat exchange module 6, so that when the air in the air duct blows directly into the heat exchange module 6, it can prevent internal turbulence from affecting the heat dissipation efficiency. The side vents 16 and bottom vents 17 are both set as a combination of multiple rows and columns of vents.

[0083] In addition, the temperature regulation module also includes a face vent cover, which is located on the outside of the first vent 10 and / or the second vent 11, which is more conducive to dust prevention and heat dissipation.

[0084] Please refer to Figures 1, 3, 4, and 5. The housing 1 is also provided with a liquid injection interface 23 for quick connection with an external liquid injection device. A liquid injection on / off valve 24 is installed on the liquid injection interface 23. The valve opens when clamped to connect to the liquid inlet pipe 19. Specifically, the liquid injection on / off valve 24 is connected to the liquid inlet pipe 19 through a liquid injection branch pipe 25, thereby establishing a fluid channel from the outside to the internal circulation system of the module. The liquid injection branch pipe 25 is located within the first accommodating space 21, making the pipeline 41 compact and protected by the housing.

[0085] A water temperature sensor 26 is also provided at the inlet end of the liquid inlet pipe 19 to monitor the temperature of the fluid entering the heat exchange cycle in real time. A semiconductor control chip 27 is fixedly provided on the side of the heat source module 5 as the core control unit for temperature regulation. The water temperature sensor 26 is electrically connected to the semiconductor control chip 27. The semiconductor control chip 27 is also electrically connected to a protection temperature sensor 28. Heat dissipation fins 29 are protruding on the outer surface of the heat source module 5 to improve heat exchange efficiency. The protection temperature sensor 28 is installed on the side of the heat dissipation fins 29 near the inlet end of the liquid inlet pipe 19 to ensure the effectiveness of monitoring.

[0086] It should be noted that both the water temperature sensor 26 and the protection temperature sensor 28 are NTCs. The water temperature sensor 26 is located at the liquid inlet to monitor the liquid temperature at the inlet, while the protection temperature sensor 28 is located on the heat sink fin 29 on the side in contact with the liquid, working in conjunction with the water temperature sensor 26 to achieve constant temperature control. When the liquid has good flowability, the temperatures at the two NTCs are relatively close, and the NTC temperature at the heat sink fin 29 will not be too high or too low. When the liquid flowability decreases or the coolant is insufficient, the temperature difference between the two NTCs is larger, and the temperature at the heat sink fin 29 may be too high or too low. In a preferred embodiment, the protection temperature threshold is set as follows: during cooling, the NTC temperature at the heat sink fin 29 is below 8 degrees Celsius and the temperature difference between the two NTCs is greater than 5 degrees Celsius; during heating, the temperature at the heat sink fin 29 is above 60 degrees Celsius and the temperature difference between the two NTCs is greater than 5 degrees Celsius.

[0087] The semiconductor control chip 27 also integrates a heating and cooling control circuit, which is an H-bridge circuit. It achieves the switching of heating and cooling functions by switching the current direction, making the control efficient and reliable.

[0088] Specifically, the H-bridge circuit uses a P-type transistor on top and an N-type transistor on the bottom. Referring to Figure 6, when the temperature control module is cooling, the P-type transistor in the upper left corner and the N-type transistor in the lower right corner are turned off, and the P-type transistor in the upper right corner and the N-type transistor in the lower left corner are turned on. The current flow at the semiconductor chip is from right to left. When the temperature control module is heating, the P-type transistor in the upper right corner and the N-type transistor in the lower left corner are turned off, and the P-type transistor in the upper left corner and the N-type transistor in the lower right corner are turned on. The current flow at the semiconductor chip is from left to right.

[0089] Please refer to Figure 4. The temperature adjustment module also includes a handle controller 31, which provides users with a convenient human-machine interface for temperature setting and mode switching. The handle controller 31 is electrically connected to the semiconductor control chip 27, so that user commands can be reliably transmitted to the control core.

[0090] Referring to Figures 7 and 8, the present invention also provides a temperature regulation system, including a network of pipes 41 consisting of two layers of thin film 40 stacked and thermally fused together. The network of pipes 41 includes multiple parallel pipes 41, with multiple interconnections between adjacent pipes 41. Each end of a pipe 41 is provided with an inlet 42 and an outlet 43. One end of the multiple pipes 41 is interconnected to share the inlet 42 and outlet 43. The network of pipes 41 can carry a heat transfer liquid for heat exchange.

[0091] Furthermore, the heat transfer fluid is water.

[0092] Furthermore, multiple parallelograms are formed between two adjacent pipes 41, and the vertices of the parallelograms are the intersection points where the two pipes 41 are connected.

[0093] Furthermore, the two opposite vertices of the parallelogram in the middle of the multiple pipes 41 are connected to form a transverse pipe 41. The transverse pipe 41 is perpendicular to the length direction of the multiple pipes 41, and the parallelogram is a parallelogram with all four sides being equal.

[0094] Furthermore, the widths of the multiple pipes 41 are equal.

[0095] Furthermore, the conduit 41 is wavy, with the crest of the wave connected to an adjacent conduit 41 and the trough of the wave connected to another adjacent conduit 41.

[0096] Furthermore, it also includes an inlet pipe 19, which starts from one end of the outlet 43, passes through one side of the pipeline 41 mesh, and connects to the inlet 42. The inlet pipe 19 and the pipeline 41 mesh are formed by thermal fusion of the same film 40.

[0097] Furthermore, it also includes a pipeline circulation control unit 44, which is connected to the inlet 42 via the inlet pipe 19 and to the outlet 43 via the outlet pipe 20.

[0098] Furthermore, protective cloth is also included. Protective cloth is provided on both sides of the inlet pipe 19 and the pipeline 41 mesh to protect the inlet pipe 19 and the pipeline 41 mesh. The protective cloth is thermally fused together with the film 40 that forms the inlet pipe 19 and the pipeline 41 mesh.

[0099] Furthermore, the heat-fusion area between the protective cloth and the film 40 is the same as the heat-fusion area between the two layers of film 40.

[0100] By setting up a network of multiple parallel pipes 41, the heat exchange efficiency is high. There are multiple interconnections between two adjacent pipes 41, so that even if one pipe 41 is blocked, multiple pipes 41 can still flow, which can ensure that the pipes 41 are unobstructed. The pipes 41 are made of a thin film 40 by hot melting. The thickness of the pipes 41 is small, which makes the network of pipes 41 small in size and easy to store.

[0101] It should also be clarified that the pipeline circulation control unit 44 is a temperature regulation module. A gravity sensor 45 is also installed on the membrane 40 to sense pressure distribution. The gravity sensor 45 is located in the center of the membrane 40 to more accurately detect the user's sitting or alighting position. The gravity sensor 45 is electrically connected to the pipeline circulation control unit 44, thereby realizing the transmission of sensing signals to control commands. The gravity sensor 45 can detect pressure changes to determine if someone has sat down. When someone sits down, the pipeline circulation control unit 44 automatically starts working and automatically stops working and enters standby mode when the person leaves. An integrated controller 46 is also installed on the membrane 40, which is also electrically connected to the pipeline circulation control unit 44, forming a hierarchical control communication link to enhance system reliability. The pipeline circulation control unit 44 also integrates a voice control module. After activation, voice control can be used to control power on / off, switch gears and temperatures, and switch between cooling and heating modes.

The outlet end of the second pipe 58... A three-way fitting 583 is installed, with outlet 1 and outlet 2. Outlet 1 is connected to the top of the storage tank 52 via pipe 3 59 to apply pressure to the storage tank 52. Outlet 2 is connected to pipe 4 60, which is equipped with solenoid valve 2 61, first branch pipe 62, and solenoid valve 3 63 in sequence. The first branch pipe is connected to the top of the measuring cup 53 to pressurize or depressurize the inside of the measuring cup 53. The bottom of the measuring cup 53 is equipped with pipe 5 64 and pipe 65. Pipe 5 64 connects to the bottom of the storage tank 52, forming a flow path for liquid from the storage tank 52. The flow channel of measuring cup 53 is connected to pipes 54 and 65, which are equipped with solenoid valves 641 and 651 respectively. Pipe 65 also branches off to pipe 766, which connects to the top of storage tank 52, forming a liquid return path. The inlet of pipe 766 is located between the end of pipe 65 away from measuring cup 53 and solenoid valve 651. Solenoid valve 661 is installed on pipe 766. The top of storage tank 52 is also connected to the inlet of filter 54 through pipe 867, establishing a vacuum passage. Solenoid valve 7671 is installed on pipe 867. A second branch pipe 68, which is connected to pipe 67, is provided between solenoid valve 671 and filter 54, serving as the air intake channel when the system is in standby mode. Solenoid valve 681 is installed on the second branch pipe 68. The outlet end of filter 54 is connected to vacuum machine 55. A liquid level sensor 69 is installed on measuring cup 53 to accurately monitor the liquid volume in measuring cup 53 for quantitative control. Liquid level sensor 69, solenoid valves 571 to 681, air compressor 50, and vacuum machine 55 are all electrically connected to control box 56 and are uniformly coordinated and controlled by control box 56 to realize automated liquid injection process.

[0103] It should be noted that the control box 56 also integrates a vacuum status light, a water storage status light, a liquid injection status light, a standby status light, and a buzzer.

[0104] A complete liquid injection process for the injection device is as follows: simultaneously perform air extraction and liquid storage → stop air extraction and liquid storage → perform liquid injection → stop liquid injection. Specifically:

[0105] Simultaneous evacuation and liquid storage: Solenoid valves 2 (61), 5 (651), and 8 (681) are closed, while all other solenoid valves are open, including:

[0106] Evacuation circuit: When solenoid valve 661 and solenoid valve 771 are open, the evacuation status light is on, vacuum machine 55 is started, and evacuation is performed. Please refer to Figure 12.

[0107] Liquid storage circuit: When solenoid valve 1 (571), solenoid valve 3 (63), and solenoid valve 4 (641) are open, the water storage status light illuminates, the air compressor 50 starts, and liquid storage is initiated. Please refer to Figure 13.

[0108] Stop vacuuming and stop liquid storage: When the temperature control system completes vacuuming, solenoid valves 2 (61) and 5 (651) remain closed. Solenoid valves 6 (661) and 7 (671) on the vacuuming line change from open to closed, and solenoid valve 8 (681) changes from closed to open. At this time, the vacuuming operation stops, the vacuuming status light goes out, and the vacuum machine 55 stands by, waiting for the next vacuuming operation. When the liquid level sensor 69 detects that the liquid level in the measuring cup 53 has reached the preset maximum liquid level, liquid storage stops, and a buzzer sounds for 1 second to indicate this. At this time, solenoid valves 1 (571), 3 (63), and 4 (641) change from open to closed, stopping liquid storage.

[0109] To perform liquid injection: Solenoid valve 1 (571), solenoid valve 2 (61), and solenoid valve 5 (651) are open; solenoid valve 3 (63), solenoid valve 4 (641), solenoid valve 6 (661), and solenoid valve 7 (671) are closed; the liquid injection status light is on. Please refer to Figure 14.

[0110] Stop injection: Solenoid valve 8681 remains open, other solenoid valves are closed, and the standby status light illuminates. Please refer to Figure 15.

[0111] In this embodiment, the end of pipe 65 furthest from measuring cup 53 is a vacuum-injection integrated port 652, which integrates vacuuming and liquid injection functions and can be directly connected to the temperature control system of the liquid to be injected. A pressure relief pipe 70 branches off from the reversing pressure relief valve 582, which is used to safely release gas when the system pressure is too high, ensuring equipment and operational safety.

[0112] The storage tank 52 is used to store liquid working fluid as a source of working fluid for liquid injection operations, ensuring a stable supply.

[0113] One end of the second branch pipe 68 is connected to the pipe 67, and the other end is the standby air inlet 71, which allows air to enter in the non-vacuum state to balance the pressure inside and outside the system.

[0114] Please refer to Figures 9 to 11. The storage tank 52 is also equipped with a liquid addition funnel 521, providing a convenient inlet for manually adding the liquid working medium. The addition funnel 521 is connected to the storage tank 52 via pipe nine 522. A liquid addition switch valve 523 is installed on pipe nine 522 to control the opening and closing of the liquid addition channel, preventing leakage or contamination of the working medium. The storage tank 52 is also equipped with a liquid level observation tube 524.

[0115] Further, referring to Figures 10 and 16, the liquid injection device also includes a frame 72 that serves as the supporting framework for the entire device. The air filter 51, liquid storage tank 52, measuring cup 53, filter 54, and vacuum pump 55 are all fixedly mounted on the frame 72. The air compressor 50 is located beside the frame 72, achieving integrated and stable installation of various functional components. A workbench 73 is mounted on the top of the frame 72, providing a flat working surface for operation. Removable support legs 81 are mounted on the bottom of the frame 72. The control box 56 is fixedly mounted on one side of the workbench 73, and a bracket is also fixedly mounted beside the control box 56. 74. A longitudinally arranged guide rail 741 is mounted on the bracket 74. A fixed seat 742 is provided at the end of the guide rail 741 away from the worktable 73. The fixed seat 742 is fixedly connected to the bracket 74, forming a stable support point. A quick-clamp assembly 75 is provided on the fixed seat 742 for quick connection and locking pressure. The quick-clamp assembly 75 includes a connecting seat 751, a connecting rod 752, a connecting piece 753, and an actuating rod 754. The connecting seat 751 is fixedly mounted on the fixed seat 742. A guide sleeve 76 is fixedly provided on the side of the connecting seat 751 near the worktable 73. The linear motion of the actuator 754 is constrained and guided. A hinge ear 77 protrudes from the other end of the actuator 754, which is movably fitted into the guide sleeve 76. One end of the connecting rod 752 is hinged to the hinge ear 77, and the other end is hinged to the connecting member 753. The end of the connecting member 753 away from the connecting rod 752 is hinged to the actuator 754. The connecting rod 752 mechanism converts rotational motion into linear motion. An operating handle 78 protrudes from the side of the connecting rod 752 away from the fixed base 742, providing a force point for the user to operate the connecting rod 752 mechanism. The operating handle 78 is fixedly installed. At the end of the connecting rod 752 away from the hinge ear 77, and at the end of the actuating rod 754 away from the connector 753, a clamping head 79 is fixedly provided for directly clamping and connecting to the interface of the receiving liquid product. The clamping head 79 is connected to the pipe opening at the end of the pipe 65 away from the measuring cup 53, so as to ensure that the pipe 41 in the temperature regulation system can eventually be connected to the pipe of the water injection device through the clamping head 79. A limit slider 80 is also fixedly installed on the actuating rod 754. The limit slider 80 is slidably installed on the guide rail 741 so that the movement of the entire quick clamp assembly 75 is strictly along the predetermined trajectory.

[0116] Furthermore, the bottom of the frame 72 is also equipped with casters 82, and the clamping tube head 79 is used to connect with the temperature control system for liquid injection, so as to realize a quick and sealed connection between the liquid injection device and the fluid channel of the temperature control system. The control box 56 communicates with the temperature control system through a communication module to realize data exchange and collaborative control between the liquid injection device and the product. The communication module can be either a wired communication module or a wireless communication module, providing a flexible and reliable communication method selection.

[0117] In the preferred embodiment, please refer to Figures 17 and 21. The communication between the liquid injection device and the temperature control system is a serial communication method.

[0118] In addition, a high-precision pressure sensor is installed in the liquid circuit of the temperature control system to detect whether the pipeline 41 of the temperature control system has been evacuated. To ensure the accuracy of the data acquired by the pressure sensor, the collected pressure data needs to be filtered, that is, the raw sampled data is subjected to moving average filtering to suppress noise and short-term fluctuations and extract the long-term trend of the data. Specifically, a fixed-size window slides over the data sequence, and each output is the arithmetic mean of all data within the window. In this way, outlier data points in the window can be filtered out by average, thus making the data smoother. For details, please refer to the pressure data filtering logic block diagram shown in Figure 18. The formula for pressure data filtering is as follows:

[0119]

[0120] in, This is the filtered data; The size of the window; The data in the storage window data array is i, which is 1-n; The maximum value of the data in the array; It represents the minimum value of the data in the array.

[0121] For example, input window data: 10, 16, 15, 23, 30, 24, 21, 23, 18, 22, output data: 20. Input window data: 23, 30, 26, 34, 38, 40, 35, 32, 35, 33, output data: 32. It should be noted that all data is calculated using positive integer variables.

[0122] Liquid injection is performed quantitatively. A fixed amount of liquid is injected into measuring cup 53, and then the liquid is injected into the pipe 41 of the temperature control system. The liquid metering is determined by a preset liquid level sensor 69. The liquid level sensor 69 is a capacitive liquid level sensor, which detects the liquid level based on the difference in dielectric constant between the liquid and air. When the liquid reaches the position of the liquid level sensor 69, the dielectric constant between the electrodes changes significantly, causing a change in capacitance. The core formula is: C = ε * A / d, where C is the capacitance, ε is the dielectric constant, A is the effective area of the electrodes, and d is the electrode spacing. When the liquid reaches the position of the liquid level sensor 69, the capacitance C changes, and the voltage output of the liquid level sensor 69 changes accordingly. Considering the influence of different temperatures on the electrical signal, temperature compensation is performed, and the formula is: V 实 =V*(1+a(T-T0)), where V 实V is the compensated voltage value, a is the original voltage value, a is the compensation coefficient, usually 0.01, T is the current temperature, and T0 is the temperature value at room temperature, with a typical value of 25℃.

[0123] Please refer to Figure 20, which illustrates the automatic liquid injection process of the liquid injection device using water injection as an example. Here, the liquid injection device is simply referred to as the water injection machine, and the temperature control system is simply referred to as the smart cushion. The specific process is as follows:

[0124] S1: Power supply for the water injector. Connects the water injector to the smart cushion. The VDD and GND of the water injector's main board are connected to the smart cushion via a connecting cable to supply power to the smart cushion.

[0125] S2: The water injector sends a command to start detecting the sensor to the smart cushion. The smart cushion starts detecting whether the pressure sensor is normal. If it is normal, it proceeds to the next step. If it is abnormal, it sends an error to the water injector.

[0126] S3: After receiving a normal command from the pressure sensor, the water injector sends a vacuum command to the smart cushion. The water injector begins the vacuuming operation and simultaneously injects water into the storage tank 52 to save water injection time. The smart cushion then detects that the pressure P is less than P0. 负 The system sends a vacuum signal to the water injection machine, where P is the original pressure value after filtering. 负 This is the shutdown pressure setting value during vacuuming.

[0127] S4: After water is started being added to the storage tank 52, the liquid level is detected. When the liquid level sensor 69 at H1 detects liquid, the water addition to the storage tank 52 is stopped.

[0128] S5: When the water injector receives a message that the water circuit of the smart cushion is vacuumed and the water level in the storage tank 52 has reached H1, it sends a start water injection command to inject the water in the storage tank 52 into the smart cushion.

[0129] S6: When the water level in the storage tank 52 is lower than H2, stop adding water to the smart cushion.

[0130] S7: Remove the connecting cable.

[0131] It should be noted that steps S2 to S6 are automatic. After pressing the automatic water injection button, the water injection machine will run automatically. If any abnormal information such as sensor malfunction is detected during the process, the operation will stop and an error message will be displayed.

[0132] It should also be noted that before formally filling the products with water, the water volume needs to be determined, so the water level needs to be preset and adjusted. The specific method for obtaining the preset water volume is as follows: use a water injection machine to inject water into an empty smart cushion that can fill the corresponding specification pipe 41 of the smart cushion. Then, collect the data of the water volume injected into the smart cushion, and adjust the position of the upper scale H1 and lower scale H2 of the measuring cup 53 based on this water volume data (see Figure 19). To ensure the accuracy of the water volume data, take different cushions of the same specification and conduct multiple tests continuously to eliminate average noise, and take the average value of the test data. For obtaining the shutdown pressure setting value for vacuuming the water cushion, it is obtained in conjunction with a pressure sensor. When it is observed that there is no water residue in the cushion, the data value of the pressure sensor at this time is the shutdown pressure setting value. To ensure the accuracy of the sampling data, take different cushions of the same specification and conduct multiple tests continuously to eliminate average noise.

[0133] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention.
