Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this application, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0060] The voltage control method for power distribution network clusters provided in this application embodiment can be applied to the application environment shown in Figure 1. The power distribution network 102 includes multiple clusters 104, such as cluster 1, cluster 2, cluster 3, ..., cluster N in the figure. Each cluster 104 has a corresponding control terminal 106, such as control terminal 1 for cluster 1, control terminal 2 for cluster 2, control terminal 3 for cluster 3, ..., control terminal A for cluster N in the figure. Each cluster 104 includes multiple cluster sub-units 108, such as cluster sub-unit 1, cluster sub-unit 2, cluster sub-unit 3, ..., cluster sub-unit M in the figure. The edge controller 110 within each cluster 104 communicates with the corresponding control terminal 106. The edge controller 110 within each cluster 104 includes edge controller 1 for cluster sub-unit 1, edge controller 2 for cluster sub-unit 2, edge controller 3 for cluster sub-unit 3, ..., edge controller B for cluster sub-unit M in the figure.
[0061] Taking cluster 1 as the target cluster as an example, the control terminal 106 of cluster 1 obtains the target voltage information of cluster 1 and the voltage information of clusters other than cluster 1; based on the difference information between the voltage information and the target voltage information, it detects the target voltage difference information of the distribution network 102; based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information, it generates the voltage control information of the target cluster; and sends the voltage control information to the edge controller 110 of cluster 1.
[0062] Upon receiving voltage control information from the control terminal 106 of cluster 1, the edge controller 110 of cluster 1 acquires the initial voltage impact information of cluster 1 at the previous moment and the current operating voltage information of multiple cluster sub-units 108; for each cluster sub-unit 108 of cluster 1, the initial voltage impact information is corrected according to the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information of the cluster sub-unit 108 to obtain the voltage impact information of the cluster sub-unit 108 at the current moment; and the voltage of multiple cluster sub-units 108 in cluster 1 is controlled separately according to the voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units 108.
[0063] The control terminals 106 of each cluster 104 can be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, and portable wearable devices. IoT devices can include smart speakers, smart TVs, smart air conditioners, smart in-vehicle systems, and projection devices. Portable wearable devices can include smartwatches, smart bracelets, and head-mounted displays. Head-mounted displays can be virtual reality (VR) devices, augmented reality (AR) devices, and smart glasses.
[0064] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG2, a voltage control method for a power distribution network cluster is provided, taking the application of this method to the control terminal 106 of the target cluster in FIG1 as an example. Wherein:
[0065] S100: Obtain the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster.
[0066] In power distribution networks, the control terminals of each cluster play a crucial role. As the system's central hub, they are responsible for comprehensively collecting real-time information from other clusters. This information is centrally processed and analyzed by the control terminals of each cluster, transforming it into precise control commands. Compared to traditional centralized control, distributed control only requires exchanging information between neighboring nodes. The design without a central controller reduces the impact of single-point communication failures, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The principle of distributed control networking is to distribute decision-making capabilities among multiple nodes in the network, ensuring that each node possesses a certain level of control capability and intelligence. When constructing a distributed communication network, it is necessary to ensure stable interconnection among the nodes in the network, achieving real-time information transmission and collaborative work through effective communication protocols. Simultaneously, the network's scalability, high availability, real-time performance, and security must be considered to support complex and ever-changing communication needs.
[0067] A power distribution network cluster typically refers to a collection of closely interconnected, complementary nodes and their interconnections. These nodes may include distributed power sources (such as solar and wind power), load nodes, and source-load shared nodes. The formation of a cluster helps to break down a complex power distribution network into multiple relatively independent management units, thereby simplifying control complexity and improving control efficiency.
[0068] Specifically, the control terminal of each cluster collects the voltage information of its corresponding cluster. The voltage information it collects refers to the voltage signal on the output side of the cluster. The voltage signal can be an analog signal or a digital signal.
[0069] For the control terminal of the target cluster in multiple clusters, its control terminal can collect the voltage signal from the output side of the target cluster. Furthermore, it should be noted that in the inter-cluster distributed control of this application, when the communication topology contains at least one spanning tree, the control terminal of any cluster (such as a distributed generation unit cluster, load node, or voltage control area) can exchange information with the control terminals of any other cluster in the system, directly or indirectly. Therefore, the control terminal of the target cluster can also collect voltage information from clusters other than the target cluster. This complete communication connectivity is one of the key conditions for ensuring the stability and optimal convergence of the overall distributed control system.
[0070] In an exemplary embodiment, when the voltage signal is an analog signal, each distributed node in the distributed system converts the continuous physical quantities such as voltage and current collected from the cluster output side into corresponding analog electrical signals using measuring devices such as sensors. These analog signals are transmitted to the corresponding control terminal of the cluster via mediums such as wires and cables. At the distributed control terminal, corresponding analog signal processing circuits, such as filters, amplifiers, and analog-to-digital converters, need to be configured to preprocess, amplify, and digitize the received analog signals for subsequent digital processing and analysis. This equipment is relatively inexpensive and offers good real-time performance for high-frequency signal transmission; however, signal attenuation and distortion are significant problems.
[0071] In an exemplary embodiment, when the voltage signal is a digital signal, the physical quantity collected by the measuring device at the cluster output side is directly converted into a digital signal and transmitted efficiently and reliably using digital communication protocols (RS-232, CAN (Controller Area Network) bus, Ethernet, etc.) to the control terminal corresponding to the cluster. It has strong anti-interference ability, stable and reliable signal transmission, high data transmission rate, large information volume, and is also easy to encrypt, thus improving data security.
[0072] In an exemplary embodiment, considering that high real-time performance is not required in the application scenario, digital signals can be selected for voltage information transmission, and the widely used Ethernet transmission scheme can be chosen. Efficient data transmission is achieved by constructing a local area network based on the TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) protocol. Each node device has a built-in Ethernet interface, encapsulating the collected data into IP packets, which are then broadcast or transmitted point-to-point over Ethernet via twisted-pair cables, optical fibers, or other media. The control terminal of each cluster acts as a server, listening to and receiving data packets from each node, and parsing them. Simultaneously, the control terminal of each cluster can also encapsulate control commands into data packets and send them to designated nodes via Ethernet for remote control. This transmission method is characterized by high speed, reliability, and flexibility, providing a solid foundation for intelligent control of the power distribution network.
[0073] S200 detects the target voltage difference information of the distribution network based on the difference information between the voltage information and the target voltage information.
[0074] Specifically, in the distributed control among the various distributed clusters, this application adopts the consensus principle. The consensus principle states that multiple cluster control terminals in a power distribution network, through local information exchange and cooperation, eventually make their states or decisions consistent or achieve a common goal. This principle has wide applications in distributed control, collaborative operations, and group behavior simulation.
[0075] In the process of generating voltage control information for the target cluster using the consistency principle, firstly, it is necessary to detect the difference information of the target voltage of the distribution network based on the difference information between the voltage information of other clusters and the target voltage information of the target cluster. Based on the difference information of the target voltage of the distribution network, the difference between the voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of other clusters is reduced, and the target cluster gradually approaches consistency with other clusters or achieves a common goal.
[0076] S300 generates voltage control information for the target cluster based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information.
[0077] Specifically, after the control terminal of the target cluster obtains the target voltage difference information of the distribution network, it generates the voltage control information of the target cluster based on the consistency principle, according to the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information. The voltage control information includes the target cluster voltage control information on the output side of the target cluster.
[0078] It should be noted that under a distributed control strategy, the voltage control information of each cluster's control terminals will gradually converge during a finite number of iterations. At this point, the voltage control information is an estimate, and the convergence of voltage control information does not mean that the actual measured voltage values of each cluster are strictly equal. In a power system, due to factors such as line impedance and load changes, the voltage values at different locations will naturally differ. Through a distributed control strategy, each cluster can reach a consensus on its estimation of the system voltage state, meaning each cluster considers the current operating voltage state to be optimal. At this point, the entire system achieves a globally optimal or near-optimal state, and the active power flow is reasonable and efficient, meeting load demands while reducing network losses. When a cluster goes offline or experiences a large load disturbance, the distributed control method can react quickly and restore stable operation.
[0079] S400 sends voltage control information to the edge controller of the target cluster, whereby the edge controller controls the internal voltage of the target cluster based on the voltage control information.
[0080] Specifically, voltage control information is precisely distributed to the edge controllers within the target cluster to achieve fine-grained voltage regulation of the target cluster in the distribution network. The control terminal of the target cluster aggregates and distributes the voltage control information.
[0081] Furthermore, when the edge controller receives voltage control information sent by the control terminal of the target cluster, it acquires the current operating voltage information of multiple cluster sub-units and the initial voltage influence information of the previous moment. For each cluster sub-unit, the initial voltage influence information is corrected according to the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information to obtain the voltage influence information of the cluster sub-unit at the current moment. Based on the voltage influence information of all cluster sub-units, the voltage of the target cluster is controlled. The detailed voltage control process is described in the following embodiments and will not be repeated here.
[0082] In the aforementioned voltage control method for clusters in a distribution network, the control terminal of the target cluster among multiple clusters in the distribution network detects the target voltage difference information of the distribution network by comparing the voltage information of multiple clusters other than the target cluster with the target voltage information of the target cluster. Combining this target voltage difference information with the target voltage information of the target cluster itself, voltage control information for the target cluster is generated. This voltage control information is then sent to the edge controller of the target cluster, which controls the internal voltage of the target cluster based on the voltage control information. Throughout this process, it is unnecessary to obtain precise and diverse operating parameters of the distribution network beforehand, nor is it necessary to construct complex processing models. Instead, it relies on the difference information between the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of other clusters to generate the voltage control information for the target cluster and send it to the edge controller of the target cluster. This greatly simplifies the process of controlling the voltage of the target cluster in the distribution network, thereby improving the efficiency of distribution network voltage control.
[0083] In an exemplary embodiment, detecting the target voltage difference information of the distribution network based on the difference information between multiple voltage information and target voltage information includes:
[0084] Obtain voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster from the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster; detect the difference information between the voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster and the target voltage information; and detect the target voltage difference information of the distribution network based on at least one difference information.
[0085] Specifically, in multiple distributed clusters within a power distribution network, not all target clusters establish communication connections with other clusters. Therefore, voltage information from other clusters that do not have communication connections with the target cluster does not affect the target cluster.
[0086] Identify at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster from among the clusters other than the target cluster, and identify the voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster from the voltage information of multiple clusters.
[0087] The voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster is detected to be different from the target voltage information, and the target voltage difference information of the distribution network is detected based on at least one difference information.
[0088] In an exemplary embodiment, detecting target voltage difference information of a distribution network based on at least one difference information includes: determining the target voltage difference information of the distribution network as the integral value of the sum of all difference information.
[0089] For example, let the target cluster be cluster i, and the other clusters besides the target cluster be cluster j. The target voltage information of the target cluster is V. i The voltage information for clusters other than the target cluster is V. j N i It is the set of all clusters, and aij is the communication matrix parameter, where the communication matrix parameter indicates whether cluster j has established a communication connection with cluster i. If a communication connection has been established, then aij... ij =1, if no communication connection is established, then a ij =0. At this time, the target voltage difference information is:
[0090] In the above embodiments, by narrowing the scope of all clusters to clusters that have communication connections with the target cluster, the target voltage difference information of the distribution network detected based on the difference information between the voltage information of the clusters that have communication connections with the target cluster and the target voltage information is more accurate.
[0091] In an exemplary embodiment, voltage control information for a target cluster is generated based on target voltage difference information and target voltage information, including:
[0092] Based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information, the global voltage prediction information of the distribution network is detected, and the rated voltage information of the distribution network is obtained; based on the global voltage prediction information and the rated voltage information, the voltage control information of the target cluster is generated.
[0093] Specifically, the target voltage difference information is obtained based on the differences between multiple voltage information values and the target voltage information. In fact, the target voltage difference information is the integral value of the sum of the differences between the multiple voltage information values and the target voltage information. Based on the sum of the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information, the global voltage prediction information of the distribution network can be detected. At this point, the rated voltage information of the distribution network is obtained, and based on the difference between the rated voltage information and the global voltage prediction information, voltage control information for the target cluster is generated.
[0094] At this point, let the target cluster be cluster i, and the other clusters besides the target cluster be cluster j. The target voltage information of the target cluster is V. i The voltage information for clusters other than the target cluster is V. j Ni is the set of all clusters, a ij Here, the communication matrix parameter indicates whether cluster j establishes a communication connection with cluster i. If a communication connection is established, then a... ij =1, if no communication connection is established, then a ij =0, the target voltage difference information is: Then, the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information are summed to obtain the global voltage prediction information of the distribution network. And obtain the rated voltage information V of the distribution network. * Based on the difference between the rated voltage information and the global voltage prediction information, voltage control information for the target cluster is generated.
[0095] Hi(s) is the transfer function of the PI (Proportional-Integral) controller in the distributed control terminal. The PI controller consists of two control terms: proportional and integral. It calculates the control quantity by combining the current error (proportional term) and the accumulated error (integral term) to regulate the controlled object.
[0096] In this embodiment, the rated voltage information is obtained by using target voltage difference information and target voltage information, such as the global voltage prediction information of the distribution network, to accurately generate voltage control information for the target cluster.
[0097] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG3, a voltage control method for a cluster in a distribution network is also provided. Taking the application of this method to an edge controller 110 within a target cluster in the distribution network 102 of FIG1 as an example, the target cluster includes multiple cluster sub-units 108; wherein:
[0098] S500, upon receiving voltage control information from the control terminal of the target cluster, acquires the current operating voltage information of multiple cluster sub-units and the initial voltage influence information of the previous moment.
[0099] Among them, the voltage control information is generated by the control terminal of the target cluster after collecting the voltage information of the target cluster. The process of the control terminal of the target cluster generating voltage control information includes: acquiring the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of the clusters other than the target cluster; detecting the target voltage difference information of the distribution network based on the difference information between the voltage information and the target voltage information; and generating the voltage control information of the target cluster based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information.
[0100] Specifically, the control terminal of the target cluster obtains the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster, generates voltage control information through a consensus algorithm, and sends the voltage control information to the edge controller of the target cluster. The edge controller then controls the internal voltage of the target cluster using the voltage control information.
[0101] More specifically, the control terminal of the target cluster acquires the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster. Based on the difference between the voltage information and the target voltage information, it detects the target voltage difference information of the distribution network. Based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information, it generates voltage control information for the target cluster. The specific voltage control information generation process is described in detail in the above embodiments and will not be repeated here.
[0102] Furthermore, in this application, the edge controller controls the internal voltage of the target cluster via voltage control information. This control is achieved by the target cluster executing the voltage control information based on recursive least squares. In other words, after the current cluster receives the voltage control information calculated by the upper-layer distributed algorithm, it further executes the voltage control information based on least squares. The recursive calculation significantly accelerates the computation process, requiring only addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division operations to complete all calculations.
[0103] Therefore, in order to accurately execute voltage control information based on the least squares method, it is also necessary to obtain the initial voltage influence information of multiple cluster sub-units at the previous moment. In addition, it is also necessary to obtain the current operating voltage information of multiple cluster sub-units at the current moment. The previous moment and the current moment are both control moments of distribution network voltage control. In the control mode within the cluster, the control moment interval is usually very short, completed within tens of milliseconds. The initial voltage influence information refers to the information in the cluster sub-units of the target cluster that can affect the voltage of the target cluster. For example, the initial voltage influence information can be reactive power output information or droop voltage information.
[0104] S600, for each cluster sub-unit, corrects the initial voltage influence information based on the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information to obtain the voltage influence information of the cluster sub-unit at the current moment.
[0105] Specifically, by using the recursive least squares method, the voltage control information transmitted from the control terminal and the current operating voltage information of each cluster sub-unit are used to accurately correct the initial voltage influence information of the corresponding cluster sub-unit at the previous moment, so as to obtain the voltage influence information at the current moment.
[0106] The S700 controls the voltage of the target cluster based on the voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units.
[0107] Specifically, by correcting the initial voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units from the previous moment to the current moment, the voltage of the target cluster can be effectively controlled using the voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units. This ensures that the voltage of the target cluster remains stable within a reasonable range, thereby optimizing the operation of the power distribution network system. The voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units can be considered equivalent to being directly proportional to the voltage of the target cluster; the greater the voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units, the higher the voltage of the target cluster; conversely, the smaller the voltage impact information of all cluster sub-units, the lower the voltage of the target cluster.
[0108] In the aforementioned voltage control method for distribution network clusters, edge controllers within the target cluster are applied to multiple clusters in the distribution network. The target cluster includes multiple cluster sub-units. The parameters involved in the entire process are very simple, mainly including the initial voltage influence information of the target cluster at the previous moment, the current operating voltage information of multiple cluster sub-units, and the interaction of voltage control information between the edge controller and the control terminal within the target cluster. It is not necessary to obtain precise and diverse operating parameters in the distribution network in advance, nor is it necessary to construct complex processing models. It can correct the initial voltage influence information based on the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information of the cluster sub-units to obtain the voltage influence information of the cluster sub-units at the current moment. Based on the voltage influence information of all cluster sub-units, the voltage of multiple cluster sub-units in the target cluster is controlled separately, which greatly simplifies the complexity of voltage control of multiple cluster sub-units in the target cluster and thus improves the efficiency of voltage control in the distribution network.
[0109] In an exemplary embodiment, the initial voltage influence information is corrected based on voltage control information and current operating voltage information, including:
[0110] Obtain the target cluster voltage information from the voltage control information; correct the initial voltage influence information based on the voltage difference between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information.
[0111] Specifically, the voltage control information at this time is a control information carrying the target cluster voltage information. Therefore, it is necessary to extract the target cluster voltage information from the voltage control information, and to obtain the voltage influence information by detecting the voltage difference information between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information, and correcting the initial voltage influence information based on the voltage difference information.
[0112] More specifically, the correction of the initial voltage influence information based on voltage difference information involves weighting the voltage difference information to obtain the change in voltage influence information, and then using this change in voltage influence information to correct the initial voltage influence information, thus obtaining the final voltage influence information. Specifically, correcting the initial voltage influence information using the change in voltage influence information to obtain the final voltage influence information includes superimposing the initial voltage influence information with the change in voltage influence information to obtain the final voltage influence information.
[0113] In the above embodiments, by detecting the voltage difference between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information, the change in the voltage influence information of the initial voltage influence information can be obtained based on the voltage difference information, so as to accurately correct the initial voltage influence information.
[0114] In an exemplary embodiment, the initial voltage influence information is corrected based on the voltage difference information between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information, including:
[0115] Obtain the voltage difference information between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information, as well as the influence weight information of the voltage difference information; based on the initial voltage influence information and the current operating voltage information, correct the initial influence weight information to obtain the influence weight information at the current moment; based on the influence weight information, correct the voltage difference information to obtain the change in voltage influence information; based on the change in voltage influence information, correct the initial voltage influence information.
[0116] Specifically, the correction of the initial voltage influence information based on the voltage difference information is achieved by weighting the voltage difference information to obtain the change in voltage influence information, and then using the change in voltage influence information to correct the initial voltage influence information to obtain the voltage influence information.
[0117] The weighted processing of voltage difference information is achieved by using the influence weight information at the current moment. In other words, the voltage difference information is weighted using the influence weight information at the current moment to obtain the change in voltage influence information.
[0118] The influence weight information at the current moment is related to the initial influence weight information of the voltage difference information at the previous moment, and can be obtained through recursion. Let the voltage influence information at the k-th moment be Aj(k), and the initial voltage influence information at the (k-1)-th moment be Aj(k). j (k-1), the current operating voltage of the cluster subunit at time k is U j (k), δ j (k-1) represents the initial influence weight information at time k-1, then the influence weight information δ at time k... jThe process of obtaining (k) can be specifically represented as: δ j (k)=δ j (k-1)+β(k)ΔA j (k-1)[U j (k)-δ j (k-1)ΔA j (k-1)].
[0119] It can be seen that by correcting the initial influence weight information based on the initial voltage influence information and the current operating voltage information, the influence weight information at the current moment can be obtained.
[0120] Here, β(k) can also be regarded as an influence weight information of the initial influence weight information, which is another intermediate variable. Its value can also be obtained through recursion. Its value is related to β(k-1) of the previous time step, and its specific form is as follows:
[0121] Where u is a constant, and similarly, it is usually taken to be around 0 to 0.05. Too large a value will lead to instability, while too small a value will lead to slow system convergence.
[0122] In other words, the value of β(k) is not only related to β(k-1) at the previous time step, but also to the initial voltage influence information A at the previous time step. j (k-1) is related.
[0123] After determining the influence weight information at the current moment, it is necessary to correct the voltage difference information based on the influence weight information to obtain the change in voltage influence information; based on the change in voltage influence information, the initial voltage influence information A is then adjusted. j After correcting for (k-1), the voltage influence information Aj(k) can be characterized as follows:
[0124] Among them, V i 1 For target cluster voltage information, U j V represents the current operating voltage information of the cluster sub-unit. i 1 -U j For voltage difference information, δ j (k) represents the influence weight information at time k, A j (k-1) represents the initial voltage influence information at time k-1. The voltage influence information change is represented by λ, which is a constant, typically around 0 to 0.05. Values that are too large can lead to instability, while values that are too small will result in slow system convergence. The value of λ needs to be considered in conjunction with u. Furthermore, in practical applications, the initial values of the variable parameters in the above expression are all 0, such as the intermediate variable information β(k) and the initial influence weight information δ. j (k) and information on the influence of initial voltage A j (k-1).
[0125] In the above embodiments, by obtaining the initial influence weight information of the previous moment, and based on the initial voltage influence information and the current operating voltage information, the initial influence weight information is corrected to obtain the influence weight information of the current moment. The voltage difference information can be accurately corrected according to the influence weight information, and then the initial voltage influence information can be accurately corrected according to the change in voltage influence information obtained after correction.
[0126] In an exemplary embodiment, upon receiving voltage control information sent by the control terminal of the target cluster, obtaining the initial voltage impact information of the target cluster at the previous moment further includes:
[0127] Upon receiving voltage control information from the control terminal of the target cluster, the cluster type of the target cluster is obtained; based on the cluster type, the initial voltage impact information of the target cluster at the previous moment is obtained.
[0128] The target cluster types include AC clusters and DC clusters. When the cluster type is AC, the initial voltage impact information is reactive power output information; when the cluster type is DC, the initial voltage impact information is droop voltage information.
[0129] Specifically, upon receiving voltage control information from the control terminal of the target cluster, the cluster type of the target cluster is obtained; based on the cluster type, the initial voltage impact information of the target cluster at the previous moment is obtained, which is divided into two cases:
[0130] When the cluster type is AC cluster, the initial reactive power output information of the cluster sub-units at the previous moment is obtained. Based on the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information, the initial reactive power output information is corrected to obtain the reactive power output information of the cluster sub-units at the current moment. Then, by adjusting the reactive power output information of all cluster sub-units, the voltage level of the current cluster is effectively controlled and adjusted. The greater the reactive power output information of all cluster sub-units, the more effectively the voltage level of the current cluster is controlled and adjusted.
[0131] When the cluster type is a DC cluster, the initial droop voltage information of the cluster sub-unit at the previous moment is obtained. Based on the voltage control information and the current operating voltage information, the initial droop voltage information is corrected to obtain the droop voltage information of the cluster sub-unit at the current moment. Then, by adjusting the droop voltage information of all cluster sub-units, the voltage level of the current cluster is effectively controlled and adjusted. The larger the droop voltage in the droop voltage information of all cluster sub-units, the more effectively the voltage level of the current cluster is controlled and adjusted.
[0132] In the above embodiments, by determining whether the target cluster is an AC cluster or a DC cluster based on the power characteristics of the current cluster, the voltage influence information of different sub-units in the cluster can be controlled according to the cluster type of the target cluster, so as to accurately control the voltage of the target cluster.
[0133] In one exemplary embodiment, within the framework of achieving efficient coordination and precise control among power clusters in a complex power system, once the inter-cluster communication mechanism is successfully established and adjustment commands are smoothly issued, each cluster immediately initiates its internal optimization and adjustment procedures. The core objective is to ensure supply-demand balance and stable operation at the entire system level by finely controlling the output characteristics of its internal distributed power sources. This process not only reflects the trend of intelligent and adaptive development of power systems but is also a key measure to improve energy utilization efficiency and enhance grid resilience.
[0134] For AC power clusters, reactive power directly impacts power system voltage stability. Therefore, precisely adjusting the reactive power output of distributed generation sources within the cluster becomes a core strategy for effective voltage control. This adjustment process can be performed without relying on detailed system model parameters, employing a model-free control method. This significantly reduces the complexity of control implementation and the dependence on the completeness of system information. Simultaneously, avoiding oscillations during the adjustment process—achieving smooth transition and precise control—is the key challenge and core advantage of this technology.
[0135] Similarly, in DC sub-clusters, DC system voltage regulation focuses on adjusting the droop control points of internal distributed power sources, thereby adjusting the droop voltage information. Droop control, as a commonly used distributed power source control strategy, is particularly crucial in DC microgrids. It achieves automatic power distribution and voltage regulation by simulating the droop characteristics of traditional power sources. By dynamically adjusting the droop voltage information, it can flexibly respond to load changes or power output fluctuations, maintaining the stability of the DC bus voltage. This regulation mechanism also emphasizes operating without relying on complex model parameters, focusing on the simplicity and robustness of the control algorithm to adapt to the diversity and uncertainties that may exist within the DC cluster.
[0136] Figure 4 shows the voltage curve of the distribution network cluster after using the voltage control method of this application. When the control mode of this application is enabled after 10 seconds, the voltage of both the AC and DC clusters returns to the rated value. Figure 5 shows the system voltage curve after load disturbance. It can be seen that even after load disturbance, the voltage of each cluster can return to the rated value, ensuring its control effect.
[0137] In an exemplary embodiment, when a cluster encounters an anomaly such as a line fault or communication interruption at the line's output side, its operational status will change significantly. Specifically, the cluster will be forced to deviate from its original collaborative operation framework and enter islanded operation mode. In this mode, the cluster will automatically activate its emergency response mechanism. The primary task is to ensure energy self-sufficiency and voltage stability within the cluster to achieve continuous power supply to critical loads. At this time, instructions from the upper-level distributed coordinated control system and the cluster's internal voltage adjustment strategy based on recursive least squares will be temporarily blocked to avoid executing control actions that exacerbate system instability under fault conditions. During islanded operation, the cluster will rely on its built-in autonomous capabilities to maintain voltage and frequency indicators within acceptable ranges by optimizing the matching of internal power generation and load, and by employing possible local voltage control strategies. This ensures a basic balance between power supply and demand within the cluster and allows for timely disconnection of some non-critical loads in emergencies. Specifically, the local control method within the cluster can be to use a voltage source type controlled diesel generator or energy storage system with voltage frequency or droop control to establish a qualified grid voltage and frequency, and then connect distributed power sources such as photovoltaic and small energy storage batteries with current source type control to balance energy.
[0138] When the fault is cleared and the system conditions meet the requirements for reconnection, the power cluster first performs an operational check to ensure all equipment is operating normally and confirms that the grid's voltage, frequency, and other parameters meet grid connection standards. Next, the cluster uses synchronization control to ensure that the phase, frequency, and voltage amplitude of its output voltage are completely consistent with the main grid. Specifically, frequency synchronization is achieved by adjusting the cluster's overall rotational speed, voltage amplitude synchronization is achieved by adjusting the voltage control loop, and phase synchronization ensures that the cluster's voltage phase is aligned with the main grid's voltage phase. After confirming these parameters are consistent, the cluster's output switch is gradually closed, connecting the cluster to the main grid, while grid parameters are closely monitored to ensure stability. After successful grid connection, the system experiences a brief stabilization period, typically a few minutes to tens of minutes, to verify the effectiveness and stability of the grid connection operation. During this period, the operating status of the equipment, grid parameters, and the operation of protection devices are continuously monitored to ensure no abnormalities. Finally, the grid connection time, grid parameters, and other data are recorded, and a report is generated for subsequent analysis and optimization. This process ensures that the cluster can safely and stably reconnect to the grid and maintain long-term stable system operation.
[0139] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figure 6, which is a structural block diagram of voltage control of a power distribution network according to this application, the power distribution network includes multiple power distribution networks, such as cluster 1, cluster 2, cluster 3, ..., cluster N. These multiple power distribution networks are connected through a common point. Each power distribution network has a corresponding upper-level control terminal, and these multiple control terminals operate in a distributed manner. Each power distribution network includes multiple sub-units, which can be various power sources. The edge controller within each power distribution network communicates with the corresponding control terminal of the power distribution network.
[0140] The upper-layer distributed control terminal collects voltage information from the output side of the corresponding cluster to generate voltage control information for the corresponding cluster. The voltage control information is then sent to the edge controllers of each cluster. Each cluster then calculates the voltage impact information of each cluster sub-unit through recursive estimation and sends the voltage impact information of each cluster sub-unit to each power supply to control the voltage of the cluster.
[0141] Specifically, voltage control for the target cluster includes:
[0142] S1. The control terminal of the target cluster acquires the target voltage information of the target cluster and the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster; from the voltage information of clusters other than the target cluster, it acquires the voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster; it detects the difference information between the voltage information of at least one cluster that has a communication connection with the target cluster and the target voltage information; based on at least one difference information, it detects the target voltage difference information of the distribution network; based on the target voltage difference information and the target voltage information, it detects the global voltage prediction information of the distribution network and acquires the rated voltage information of the distribution network; based on the global voltage prediction information and the rated voltage information, it generates the voltage control information of the target cluster; and it sends the voltage control information to the edge controller of the target cluster.
[0143] S2. Upon receiving voltage control information from the target cluster's control terminal, the edge controller of the target cluster acquires the current operating voltage information and the initial voltage influence information of multiple cluster sub-units from the previous moment. The voltage control information is generated by the target cluster's control terminal after collecting the target cluster's voltage information. For each cluster sub-unit, the target cluster voltage information is extracted from the voltage control information. The voltage difference information between the target cluster voltage information and the current operating voltage information, as well as the initial influence weight information of the voltage difference information, are acquired. Based on the initial voltage influence information and the current operating voltage, the initial influence weight information is corrected to obtain the influence weight information at the current moment. Based on the influence weight information, the voltage difference information is corrected to obtain the voltage influence information change. Based on the voltage influence information change, the initial voltage influence information is corrected to obtain the voltage influence information of the cluster sub-unit at the current moment. Based on the voltage influence information of all cluster sub-units, the voltage of the target cluster is controlled. Specifically, in the case of an AC cluster, the initial voltage influence information is reactive power output information; in the case of a DC cluster, the initial voltage influence information is droop voltage information.
[0144] As can be seen from the above embodiments, the advantages of this application compared with the prior art are as follows:
[0145] (1) The innovative method proposed in this application is used to obtain voltage information of multiple clusters in a hybrid distribution network, calculate voltage control information for each cluster using the voltage information of multiple clusters, and send the voltage control information to the corresponding AC or DC clusters. After the cluster receives the voltage control information, it calculates the voltage command value of each cluster sub-unit within the cluster using the recursive least squares method according to the characteristics of the AC or DC distributed power source, and finally realizes data-driven model-free adaptive two-layer voltage control. The advanced two-layer data-driven model-free control architecture adopted in this application does not require prior acquisition of precise operating parameters of the distribution network, breaking through the limitations of traditional control methods. The data-driven design enables the system to flexibly cope with various complex and ever-changing power grid environments. By collecting and analyzing massive amounts of data in real time, it can intelligently adjust the control strategy, thereby achieving the optimization of global voltage control without relying on a precise model. This improves the efficiency and accuracy of voltage control and effectively reduces the dependence on power grid operating data, providing direction for the stable operation and efficient management of the power system.
[0146] (2) The communication parameters involved in the voltage control process of this application are very simple, mainly including the interaction between voltage measurement data and voltage control commands. This feature greatly simplifies the complexity of the communication system and reduces the requirements for data transmission and processing. At the same time, since this application does not have high requirements for real-time control, there is no need to use a high-performance, high-cost controller. The requirements can be met using a low-cost controller, making this technology more adaptable in practical applications. Whether it is the intelligent transformation of urban power grids or the power management in remote areas, this technology can demonstrate excellent performance, has good application scenarios, and broad prospects for promotion.
