The term "and / or" as used in this specification includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

[0044] Example 1

[0045] As shown in Figures 1-3, a portable fan with cooling function includes: a fan housing 1, on which an air inlet 15 and an air outlet 16 are provided opposite to each other; a fan assembly 2, which is assembled inside the fan housing 1; an expansion space 3 is provided between the air outlet end of the fan blade 23 in the fan assembly 2 and the air outlet 16, and the flow channel area for airflow in the radial section of the inlet end 31 of the expansion space 3 is smaller than the flow channel area for airflow in the radial section of the outlet end 32 of the expansion space 3.

[0046] The fan housing 1 in this embodiment includes a first housing 11, a second housing 12, and a third housing 13. The first housing 11 is fitted onto the second housing 12, and the third housing 13 is inserted into the second housing 12. The fan assembly 2 is connected to the third housing 13, and each air inlet penetrates both the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. However, the structure of the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing two half-housings front and back or top and bottom; in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing three or more housings. There are many ways to assemble the fan housing 1, and users can choose according to their needs, which is not limited here.

[0047] Fan assembly 2 includes a fan motor 22 and fan blades 23. The motor assembly can be (but is not limited to): a single-phase motor, a two-phase motor, or a three-phase motor. The structure of fan assembly 2 can be an external rotor or an internal rotor.

[0048] In this embodiment, the fan assembly 2 has a modular structure. Specifically, the fan assembly 2 includes a motor housing, a fan motor 22, and fan blades 23. The fan motor 22 and fan blades 23 are disposed within the motor housing, and a plurality of first stationary blades 21 are also disposed within the motor housing. However, the structure of the fan assembly 2 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan assembly 2 includes a fan motor 22 and fan blades 23. A mounting base 17 is provided inside the fan housing 1, the fan motor 22 is connected to the mounting base 17, the fan blades 23 are connected to the fan motor 22, and the plurality of first stationary blades 21 are connected between the fan housing 1 and the mounting base 17.

[0049] In this embodiment, the expansion space 3 can be multiple independent spaces that are divided. However, the shape of the expansion space 3 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the expansion space 3 can be an independent and complete space.

[0050] In this embodiment, the expansion space 3 is disposed between multiple stationary blades. The first end 171a of the multiple second stationary blades 171 is the inlet end 31 of the expansion space 3, and the second end 171b of the multiple second stationary blades 171 is the outlet end 32 of the expansion space 3. The width of the first end 171a is smaller than the width of the second stationary blades 171. However, the location of the expansion space 3 is not limited to this. In some embodiments, the expansion space 3 is disposed between the mounting base 17 and the air outlet 16. In some embodiments, the expansion space 3 is disposed between the fan blade 23 and the mounting base 17. The expansion space 3 can be disposed at any position from the fan blade 23 to the air outlet 16. Depending on the product space layout, the user can set it according to actual needs, which will not be elaborated here.

[0051] In the above embodiment, when the airflow passes through the expansion space 3 from the outlet end of the fan blade 23, because the flow channel area at the inlet end 31 of the expansion space 3 is smaller than the flow channel area at the outlet end 32, the airflow undergoes a rapid expansion process from high pressure to low pressure within the expansion space 3. According to thermodynamic principles, the gas absorbs heat during the expansion process, thereby lowering the temperature of the airflow. This design makes the air blown by the fan cooler, providing users with a more comfortable cooling experience. The existence of the expansion space 3 not only changes the temperature of the airflow but also plays a crucial role in the distribution of the airflow. Due to the smaller flow channel area at the inlet end 31, the airflow diffuses rapidly after entering the expansion space 3, filling the entire expansion space 3. This diffusion ensures that the airflow is fully mixed and evenly distributed before reaching the outlet 16, avoiding the problems of concentrated airflow and uneven blowing that may occur in traditional fans. The airflow dispersed by the expansion space 3 can form a wider air surface at the outlet 16, significantly improving the coverage area of the airflow. This means that when using this portable fan, users can feel a uniform and cool breeze no matter which direction they are facing. This avoids the discomfort caused by users having to frequently change the direction of the fan due to the concentrated airflow from the close proximity of the user to the body, and the discomfort caused by the "wind knife" effect of the concentrated airflow from the high-speed airflow.

[0052] In some embodiments, a plurality of first stationary blades 21 are provided inside the fan assembly 2 or on the mounting base 17 connected to the fan assembly 2, and a plurality of second stationary blades 171 are provided at the air outlet 16 of the fan housing 1, and the expansion space 3 is provided within the space enclosed by the plurality of second stationary blades 171.

[0053] In this embodiment, the number of first stationary blades 21 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0054] In this embodiment, the number of second stationary blades 171 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0055] A two-stage stationary blade structure is formed by setting a first stationary blade 21 inside the fan assembly 2 or on the mounting base 17, and a second stationary blade 171 at the air outlet 16 of the fan housing 1. This two-stage design effectively guides and rectifies the airflow. The first stationary blade 21 initially streamlines the airflow generated by the fan assembly 2, reducing turbulence and eddies, allowing it to flow more smoothly towards the air outlet 16. The second stationary blade 171 further optimizes the direction and velocity distribution of the airflow at the air outlet 16, ensuring that the airflow is discharged in a more uniform and stable manner. This two-stage guiding mechanism significantly improves the flow efficiency of the airflow and avoids disordered collisions and energy loss within the housing. The optimized airflow path through the two-stage stationary blades greatly improves the fan's output efficiency, enabling it to deliver stronger airflow with the same energy consumption. Simultaneously, the two-stage stationary blades effectively reduce airflow turbulence, significantly lowering the noise level during fan operation and providing users with a quieter and more comfortable experience.

[0056] The expansion space 3 is enclosed into an independent cavity by the second stationary blade 171, forming a flow channel cross-sectional area that gradually expands from the inlet to the outlet, allowing the airflow to fully decelerate and expand within the independent space. This design forces the conversion of kinetic energy into static pressure energy, significantly improving pressure recovery efficiency, reducing fan power consumption, and avoiding energy loss caused by disordered airflow diffusion. The independent expansion space 3, in conjunction with the second stationary blade 171, confines the high-speed airflow within a specific cavity, gradually releasing energy and suppressing eddies and turbulent noise generated by the airflow detaching from the wall.

[0057] As shown in Figure 8, in some embodiments, along the direction from the air inlet 15 to the air outlet 16, each of the plurality of second stationary blades 171 is provided with a first end 171a and a second end 171b, the width of the first end 171a being smaller than the width of the second end 171b, so as to form an expansion space 3.

[0058] The second stationary blade 171 adopts a gradually expanding variable cross-section design (width of the first end 171a < width of the second end 171b), forming a gradient expansion space 3 at the air outlet 16. When the airflow passes through the gradually widening channel, it follows the pressure-velocity conversion law in fluid mechanics. The high-speed airflow automatically decelerates and diffuses laterally in the expansion section. The pressure relief zone causes the airflow to expand autonomously along the blade width direction, forming a fan-shaped covering flow field, thus expanding the effective air delivery angle. The negative pressure adsorption effect formed by the gradually expanding blade converts some axial kinetic energy into lateral momentum, breaking the traditional single-direction airflow jet mode of straight blades. This makes the airflow coverage wider and further solves the drawbacks of portable fans, such as small size, close proximity to the human body, concentrated airflow position, and small coverage area when the airflow speed is too high.

[0059] In some embodiments, the widths of the first end 171a and the second end 171b of the second stationary blade 171 are the same. However, the expansion space 3 is disposed between the second stationary blade 171 and the air outlet 16, and the fan housing 1 between the second stationary blade 171 and the air outlet 16 is radially increased.

[0060] Specifically, an expansion space 3 is provided at the second end 171b of the second stationary blade 171 and at the air outlet 16. The fan housing 1 between the second stationary blade 171 and the air outlet 16 is radially enlarged. In addition to the cooling effect provided by the expansion space 3 itself, the radially enlarged fan housing 1 can guide the airflow to blow towards the human body with a larger coverage area through the wall effect, thereby increasing the comfort of the human body.

[0061] In some embodiments, the expansion space 3 is disposed between the mounting base 17 and the air outlet 16, and the expansion space 3 is enclosed by the inner wall of the fan housing 1.

[0062] In this embodiment, the fan assembly 2 is positioned near the air inlet 15 of the fan housing 1, thus creating an air duct space between the fan assembly 2 and the air outlet 16. This air duct space serves as the expansion space 3. In this embodiment, the inlet of the expansion space 3 is the plane where the mounting base 17 is located. Since multiple first stationary blades 21 connect the mounting base 17 to the inner surface of the fan housing 1, the space occupied by these first stationary blades 21 reduces the space through which airflow can pass, thus forming the inlet end 31 of the expansion space 3. The outlet end 32 of the expansion space 3 is the air outlet 16 of the fan, and the space between the inlet end and the outlet end 32 is constructed in a cylindrical shape.

[0063] The spatial shape between the inlet end and the outlet end 32 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some implementations, the spatial shape between the inlet end and the outlet end 32 can be (but is not limited to): frustum, hemisphere, cuboid, cube or other polyhedron.

[0064] The expansion space 3 is directly enclosed by the inner wall of the fan housing 1, forming a continuous, undivided cavity. Compared to segmented or blade-separated independent spaces, the overall space eliminates the obstruction of airflow by the internal structure, allowing the airflow to diffuse naturally along the inner wall of the housing. The airflow decelerates uniformly within a single cavity, improving the efficiency of kinetic energy conversion to static pressure. The overall expansion space 3 provides a full-range mixing environment for the airflow. Airflow layers with different velocities are fully mixed within the continuous cavity. The high-speed core airflow and the low-speed edge airflow form a stable shear layer under the constraint of the inner wall, automatically balancing the velocity difference through viscosity. The cooling sensation is gentler, avoiding localized strong wind stimulation, making it especially suitable for prolonged direct airflow scenarios. The continuous design of the expansion space 3 ensures that the airflow expansion follows an axisymmetric flow pattern. Through the geometric constraint of the inner wall of the housing, the pulsating problem of "sometimes strong, sometimes weak" airflow in traditional fans is avoided, improving airflow comfort.

[0065] In some embodiments, the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, the first housing 11 being sleeved on the second housing 12, and the air inlet 15 being disposed on the second housing 12.

[0066] As shown in Figures 4-6, the fan housing 1 is configured as a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, with the first housing 11 fitted over the second housing 12. This connection structure creates a double-layer structure for the fan housing 1 at the fitting position of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. The second housing 12 is enclosed by the first housing 11, resulting in a larger connection area and a more stable connection between the two housings. Simultaneously, the double-layer structure provides stronger drop resistance and protection, better protecting internal functional components such as the fan motor 22.

[0067] In some embodiments, the first housing 11 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0068] In some embodiments, the first housing 11 is made of a transparent or translucent material. The materials used to make the first housing 11 include (but are not limited to): transparent plastics such as polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, transparent nylon, and AS (acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer); tempered glass; quartz; artificial optical crystals; and sapphire.

[0069] The first housing 11 is made of transparent or semi-transparent material, giving the fan housing 1 an overall transparent appearance and greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan. The first housing 11 forms a physical barrier through its sleeve structure, effectively preventing direct damage to the second housing 12 from external dust, liquid splashes, or mechanical impacts. Simultaneously, the first housing 11 reduces the oxidation effect of ultraviolet radiation on the material of the second housing 12, extending its color stability. The transparent or semi-transparent material allows the color or texture of the second housing 12 to be seen through the first housing 11, creating a sense of visual depth. For example, if the second housing 12 uses a metallic color or gradient coating, it can maintain its brightness for a long time under the protection of the first housing 11, avoiding fading or wear caused by direct exposure.

[0070] In some implementations, the transparent shell itself can be treated with processes such as frosting, gloss, raised edges, anti-slip, and partial hollowing to enhance its texture and suit the aesthetic needs of different users.

[0071] In some embodiments, identification information is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 11 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 12.

[0072] Identification information includes: specific fonts or patterns that have an indicative function, such as trademarks, logos, and product names, as well as decorative elements such as pictures, gradient layers, decals, and mirrors.

[0073] The identification information is applied to the inner surface of the first housing 11, the outer surface of the second housing 12, or the inner surface of the first housing 11 and the outer surface of the second housing 12 through processes such as (but not limited to) electroplating, spraying, pasting, painting, etc.

[0074] The identification information is set on the inner surface of the first housing 11, the outer surface of the second housing 12, or both the inner surface of the first housing 11 and the outer surface of the second housing 12. Since the relative positions of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 do not change, the first housing 11 protects the identification information during daily use, preventing damage or wear and tear, thus preserving the information for a long time. Simultaneously, the first housing 11 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, allowing users to observe the identification information through it, further enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0075] In some embodiments, by utilizing the thickness and transparency or translucency of the first housing 11, marking information is simultaneously applied to the outer surface and inner surface of the first housing 11 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 12, creating a sense of depth. For example, this can create a 3D visual effect.

[0076] In some embodiments, a light strip is provided on the first housing 11 or the second housing 12. The light strip passes through the second housing 12 and is electrically connected to the battery inside the portable fan. The light strip enables the portable fan to provide illumination. Furthermore, in nighttime environments, the illuminated light strip makes the markings more visually appealing, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0077] In some embodiments, sand, glitter, water, and vegetable oil can be disposed between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 to enhance the aesthetics of the portable fan housing 1.

[0078] In some embodiments, the fan housing 1 further includes a third housing 13, which is inserted into the second housing 12, an air outlet 16 is disposed on the third housing 13, and a plurality of second stationary blades 171 are disposed on the third housing 13.

[0079] The connection method between the third housing 13 and the second housing 12 (not limited to): one or more of the following connection methods: interference fit, snap-fit connection, screw connection, adhesive connection, etc.

[0080] A third housing 13 is provided to accommodate the functional components of the portable fan, including (but not limited to) a switch, display, fan assembly 2, battery assembly, or PCB circuit board. The third housing 13 allows some functional components to be pre-assembled within it before assembling the third housing 13 and the second housing 12. This avoids directly assembling the functional components within the second housing 12, reducing assembly complexity.

[0081] The third housing 13 also provides support for the second housing 12 and the first housing 11, giving the fan housing 1 stronger resistance to compression and impact. The assembly structure of the three housings not only improves the physical resistance of the fan housing 1, but also enhances its aesthetics.

[0082] As shown in Figure 7, in some embodiments, the third housing 13 can be simplified to a cover plate, which covers the second housing 12, with only the portion for connecting to the second housing 12 inserted into the second housing 12.

[0083] In some embodiments, the inner surface of the second housing 12 is provided with a first fastening member 121, and the outer surface of the third housing 13 is provided with a second fastening member 131 that cooperates with the first fastening member 121.

[0084] The second housing 12 and the third housing 13 are connected by a snap-fit mechanism, with the first snap-fit member 121 located on the inner surface of the second housing 12 and the second snap-fit member 131 located on the outer surface of the third housing 13. This internal snap-fit connection method makes the outer surface of the second housing 12 smooth and enhances its visual appeal. However, this internal snap-fit connection requires deformation of the second housing 12 to disengage the first snap-fit member 121 and the second snap-fit member 131, which is difficult to achieve due to the support of the third housing 13. Therefore, this snap-fit connection method makes the connection between the second housing 12 and the third housing 13 tighter and more secure.

[0085] In some embodiments, the bottom surface of the first housing 11 is provided with a first opening 111, and a bottom cover plate 14 is provided at the first opening 111. The bottom cover plate 14 is connected to the second housing 12, and the bottom cover plate 14 abuts against the first housing 11.

[0086] The connection methods between the second housing 12 and the bottom cover plate 14 are (not limited to): snap-fit connection, screw connection, adhesive connection, rivet connection, etc.

[0087] The bottom cover 14 abuts against the first housing 11, providing abutment force for the fitting of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, preventing the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 from detaching from each other. By fixing the first housing 11 with the bottom cover 14, connection marks can be avoided on the first housing 11, thus improving the overall aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0088] In some embodiments, the first housing 11 covers the corresponding position of the first latching member 121 to limit the deformation space of the first latching member 121.

[0089] The first housing 11 is fitted onto the second housing 12, and the first housing 11 covers the corresponding position of the first buckle 121. The covering of the first housing 11 can limit the deformation space of the first buckle 121, preventing the first buckle 121 from disengaging under external force, making the portable fan more secure and drop-resistant.

[0090] In some embodiments, a third latching member 141 is provided on the bottom cover plate 14, and a slot 124 that cooperates with the third latching member 141 is provided on the second housing 12. The third latching member 141 is latched and connected to the slot 124 and / or the housing edge 122 of the second housing 12.

[0091] A third latching member 141 is provided on the bottom cover plate 14, and a slot 124 is provided on the second housing 12 to cooperate with the third latching member 141. The third latching member 141 is inserted into the slot 124 and connected to the second housing 12. In some embodiments, when the second housing 12 is limited by space and it is inconvenient to provide a slot 124, the third latching member 141 is directly connected to the housing edge 122 of the second housing 12 or the recessed slot 124 in the housing edge 122.

[0092] In some embodiments, the second housing 12 has a second opening 123, which is connected to the first opening 111, and the opening area of the second opening 123 is smaller than the opening area of the first opening 111.

[0093] The area of the first opening 111 is larger than that of the second opening 123, causing the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 to be misaligned on the bottom surface. The misaligned structure of the second shell 12 forms the shell edge 122 that is snapped into place with the third fastener 141. The misalignment between the areas of the first opening 111 and the second opening 123 not only allows the bottom cover plate 14 to be snapped into place with the second shell 12, but also allows the bottom cover plate 14 to naturally form an abutment connection with the first shell 11. This fully utilizes the hierarchical relationship of the spatial structure to achieve the purpose of fixing the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, demonstrating ingenious design.

[0094] In some embodiments, the first fastener 121 is a plurality of claws 121a, and any one of the claws 121a forms a triangular stable structure with its two adjacent claws 121a. The second fastener 131 is a plurality of slots 131a, and any one of the slots 131a forms a triangular stable structure with its two adjacent slots 131a.

[0095] The first fastener 121 includes three claws 121a. However, the number of claws 121a in the first fastener 121 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of claws 121a can be (not limited to): 4, 5, 6 or more.

[0096] The second fastener 131 includes three slots 131a. However, the number of slots 131a in the second fastener 131 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of slots 131a can be (not limited to): 4, 5, 6 or more.

[0097] The claw 121a of the first latching member 121 and the slot 131a of the mating second latching member 131 both form a stable triangular structure, enabling the latching connection between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. The stability of the triangular structure enhances the connection strength between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. It can resist not only the pulling force along the vertical direction of the fan housing 1, but also the impact and pulling force along the horizontal direction of the fan housing 1, making the connection between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 more secure.

[0098] Example 2

[0099] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, a portable fan includes: a fan housing 1, with an air duct 14 disposed inside the fan housing 1; a mounting base 2, disposed inside the air duct 14, and connected to the fan housing 1 via a plurality of circumferentially arranged stationary blades 21; a fan assembly 3, disposed inside the air duct 14 and connected to the mounting base 2; a PCB circuit board 4, disposed inside the mounting base 2, with at least a portion of the PCB circuit board 4 having a plurality of assembly gaps 23 between it and the inner wall of the mounting base 2; and a decorative panel 5, on which a connecting bracket is disposed, the connecting bracket being inserted into the plurality of assembly gaps 23 and connected to the mounting base 2.

[0100] The fan housing 1 in this embodiment includes a first housing 11, a second housing 12, and a third housing 13. The first housing 11 is fitted onto the second housing 12, and the third housing 13 is inserted into the second housing 12. The fan assembly 3 is connected to the third housing 13, and each air inlet penetrates both the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. However, the structure of the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing two half-housings together front and back or top and bottom; in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing three or more housings together. There are many ways to assemble the fan housing 1, and users can choose according to their needs, which is not limited here.

[0101] The fan assembly 3 includes a fan motor 31 and fan blades 32. The motor assembly can be (but is not limited to): a single-phase motor, a two-phase motor, or a three-phase motor. The fan assembly 3 can have an external rotor or an internal rotor structure.

[0102] In this embodiment, the fan assembly 3 has a modular structure. Specifically, the fan assembly 3 includes a motor housing 33, a fan motor 31, and fan blades 32, with the fan motor 31 and fan blades 32 disposed within the motor housing 33. However, the structure of the fan assembly 3 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan assembly 3 includes a fan motor 31 and fan blades 32. A mounting base 2 is provided inside the fan housing 1, the fan motor 31 is connected to the mounting base 2, the fan blades 32 are connected to the fan motor 31, and multiple stationary blades 21 are connected between the fan housing 1 and the mounting base 2.

[0103] In this embodiment, the mounting base 2 is used to cooperate with the fan assembly 3 to form an air guide channel. The internal space of the mounting base 2 is used to support the PCB circuit board 4.

[0104] In this embodiment, the PCB circuit board 4 is used to control the digital display screen. However, the function of the PCB circuit board 4 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the PCB circuit board 4 can also be used (but is not limited to): controlling the fan assembly 3, controlling the semiconductor cooling chip, controlling the atomizer, etc. In some embodiments, the PCB circuit board 4 is also used to implement two or more of the above control functions.

[0105] In this embodiment, the decorative panel 5 can be a light-transmitting panel used in conjunction with a digital display screen to display numerical values and images. However, the decorative panel 5 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the decorative panel 5 can be a decorative plastic or metal panel. In products with semiconductor cooling function, the decorative panel 5 can be a semiconductor sheet or a heat-conducting metal sheet. In products with atomizer function, the decorative panel 5 can be the atomizing air outlet panel of the atomizer.

[0106] In the above embodiments, by providing multiple assembly gaps 23 between the PCB circuit board 4 and the inner wall of the mounting base 2, the installation space of the decorative panel 5 connecting bracket is significantly expanded. This not only reduces the precision requirements caused by space constraints during assembly but also increases friction through the contact surface between the connecting bracket and the gap sidewall. The PCB circuit board 4 acts as a radial shrinkage preventer for the connecting bracket, forming a physical barrier using its rigidity. When the connecting bracket is subjected to external force, the PCB circuit board 4 can prevent the bracket from shifting in the radial shrinkage direction, making the connection between the connecting bracket and the mounting base 2 tighter and less prone to disconnection. Simultaneously, the gap design between the PCB circuit board 4 and the inner wall of the mounting base 2 also considers heat dissipation requirements. The heat generated by the PCB circuit board 4 during operation can be diffused to other spaces in the mounting base 2 through the assembly gaps 23, increasing the heat dissipation space, improving heat dissipation efficiency, preventing damage to the PCB circuit board 4 in high-temperature environments, and extending its service life.

[0107] As shown in Figure 11, the assembly base 2 is provided with multiple connecting platforms 22. The PCB circuit board 4 is connected to the multiple connecting platforms 22 respectively. An assembly gap 23 is provided between two adjacent connecting platforms 22.

[0108] In this embodiment, the number of connection stations 22 is 3. However, the number of connection stations 22 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of connection stations 22 can be (but is not limited to): 2, 4, 5 or more.

[0109] The connecting platform 22 is constructed in an arc shape. However, the shape of the connecting platform 22 is not limited to this. The purpose of the connecting platform 22 is to provide support for the PCB circuit board 4. Therefore, any shape of the connecting platform 22 that can achieve this purpose can be used in this embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.

[0110] The connection between the connecting platform 22 and the PCB circuit board 4 is a snap-fit connection. However, the connection between the connecting platform 22 and the PCB circuit board 4 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some implementations, the connection between the connecting platform 22 and the PCB circuit board 4 can be (but is not limited to): riveting, screwing, adhesive bonding, etc.

[0111] Multiple connecting platforms 22 are spaced apart and connected to the PCB circuit board 4, forming a multi-point contact overhead support structure. Compared to traditional integral mounting bases, this design reduces material consumption by decreasing the physical contact area of the connecting platforms 22. The assembly gaps 23 between the connecting platforms 22 form a through-type heat dissipation channel, which, together with the overhead posture of the PCB board, constructs a three-dimensional convection path, further improving heat dissipation efficiency. The discontinuous contact interface formed by the discrete connecting platforms 22 can interrupt the continuous transmission of vibration waves between the mounting base 2 and the PCB board, reducing the vibration frequency and amplitude of the PCB circuit board 4, thus extending the service life of the PCB circuit board 4.

[0112] In some embodiments, the mounting base 2 and the fan assembly 3 abut against each other, the internal space of the mounting base 2 is connected to the fan assembly 3, and a communication notch is provided at the end of the fan assembly 3 that abuts against the mounting base 2.

[0113] The mounting base 2 and the fan assembly 3 abut against each other, and the internal space of the mounting base 2 is connected to the fan assembly 3. This allows some of the protruding structures of the fan assembly 3 to extend into the mounting base 2, making full use of the existing material's spatial structure and making the overall structure of the portable fan more compact. When the fan runs at high speed, the connecting notch acts as a pressure relief channel, balancing the air pressure difference between the mounting base 2 and the fan assembly 3, preventing resonance of the PCB circuit board 4 inside the mounting base 2 due to sudden pressure changes. The design of the connecting notch also allows the airflow generated by the fan assembly 3 to directly enter the interior of the mounting base 2, accelerating the dissipation of heat inside the mounting base 2. The end faces of the mounting base 2 and the fan assembly 3 abut against each other, forming a short-range force transmission chain. When the fan assembly 3 rotates, high-frequency vibration is indirectly transmitted at the abutment point, reducing the vibration frequency of the mounting base 2 and lowering the risk of resonance between the fan assembly 3 and the mounting base 2.

[0114] In some embodiments, the fan assembly 3 further includes a flexible sleeve 34, which is fitted onto the motor housing 33 and abuts against the mounting base 2. The flexible sleeve 34 not only reduces the frequency and amplitude of vibration transmitted from the fan assembly 3 to the fan housing 1, but also further reduces the risk of resonance between the mounting base 2 and the fan assembly 3.

[0115] As shown in Figure 12, in some embodiments, the connecting bracket includes multiple first connecting plates 51 and multiple second connecting plates 52. Multiple first connecting plates 51 and multiple second connecting plates 52 are respectively provided on the side of the decorative panel 5 facing the PCB circuit board 4. The multiple first connecting plates 51 and multiple second connecting plates 52 are arranged alternately. The multiple first connecting plates 51 are all located above the multiple connecting platforms 22, and the multiple second connecting plates 52 are all inserted into the multiple assembly gaps 23 and connected to the assembly base 2.

[0116] In this embodiment, the number of first connecting plates 51 is 3. However, the number of first connecting plates 51 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of first connecting plates 51 is (not limited to): 2, 4, 5 or more.

[0117] In this embodiment, the number of second connecting plates 52 is 3. However, the number of second connecting plates 52 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of second connecting plates 52 is (not limited to): 2, 4, 5 or more.

[0118] In this embodiment, there is a gap between the first connecting plate 51 and the connecting platform 22. However, the positional relationship between the first connecting plate 51 and the connecting platform 22 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the first connecting plate 51 and the corresponding connecting platform 22 abut against each other.

[0119] Through the alternating arrangement of multiple first connecting plates 51 and second connecting plates 52, a multi-point connection is formed between the decorative panel 5 and the mounting base 2. This multi-point connection significantly increases the contact area and friction, making the connection between the decorative panel 5 and the mounting base 2 more secure and effectively preventing loosening or detachment due to external impact or long-term use. The alternating arrangement of the first connecting plates 51 and second connecting plates 52 ensures that the connection force is evenly distributed across all parts of the decorative panel 5, preventing connection failure due to excessive local stress. This evenly distributed connection further improves the stability of the decorative panel 5. The first connecting plate 51 is located above the connecting platform 22, and the second connecting plate 52 is inserted into the assembly gap 23. This design makes the fit between the connecting bracket and the mounting base 2 more precise. Through this precise fit, the decorative panel 5 can be accurately installed on the mounting base 2, reducing assembly errors. The alternating arrangement of the first connecting plate 51 and the second connecting plate 52 forms a spatially interlocked fixing system. The first connecting plate 51 is above the connecting platform 22, which restricts the movable space of the decorative panel 5 in the axial direction. The second connecting plate 52 is inserted into the assembly gap 23, which limits the movable space of the decorative panel 5 in the radial direction, thereby improving the connection stability of the decorative panel 5.

[0120] In some embodiments, the length of any one of the plurality of first connecting plates 51 is less than the length of any one of the plurality of second connecting plates 52.

[0121] Because of its shorter length, the first connecting plate 51 is prioritized for initial assembly, providing a guiding reference for the insertion of the second connecting plate 52 into the assembly gap 23. The shorter length of the first connecting plate 51 creates a high-rigidity zone that preferentially bears the load when the decorative panel 5 is subjected to vertical pressure, suppressing panel collapse and deformation. The longer length of the second connecting plate 52 enhances bending resistance and absorbs energy through elastic deformation during lateral impacts. The difference in length between the first and second connecting plates 51 and 52 creates an asymmetric mechanical response, making the connection of the decorative panel 5 more stable and its resistance to external forces stronger.

[0122] In some embodiments, a first claw 24 is provided at the location of multiple assembly gaps 23, and a first buckle 521 that cooperates with the first claw 24 is provided on multiple second connecting plates 52.

[0123] In some embodiments, a first slot is recessed at the location of multiple assembly gaps 23, and multiple second connecting plates 52 are provided with second claws that cooperate with the first slot.

[0124] The second connecting plate 52 is connected to the mounting base 2 by a snap-fit connection, which improves assembly efficiency. The PCB circuit board 4 provides anti-retraction support for the second connecting plate 52 in the radial shrinkage direction, making it difficult for the second connecting plate 52 to disengage from the mounting base 2, and further improving the connection stability.

[0125] As shown in Figure 13, in some embodiments, at least one of the multiple connecting platforms 22 extends a third claw 25 towards the decorative panel 5, and the PCB circuit board 4 has a snap-fit notch 43 at the corresponding position of the third claw 25, the snap-fit notch 43 being located between the connecting platform 22 and the third claw 25.

[0126] The third claw 25 engages with the locking notch 43 on the PCB circuit board 4 to form a stable mechanical locking structure. This design effectively prevents the PCB circuit board 4 from loosening or shifting within the mounting base 2, ensuring its stability during operation. Through the engagement of the locking notch 43 and the third claw 25, the PCB circuit board 4 is fixed in the X, Y, and Z directions, preventing shaking caused by vibration or external forces. The locking structure allows for quick assembly and disassembly without the need for screws or other auxiliary tools. This design significantly reduces assembly time and costs, improving production efficiency.

[0127] In some embodiments, a movable gap 26 is provided between the third claw 25 and the mounting base 2, and the first connecting plate 51 of the plurality of first connecting plates 51 corresponding to the third claw 25 is inserted into the movable gap 26 to limit the range of motion of the third claw 25.

[0128] The first connecting plate 51 is inserted into the movable gap 26, restricting the radial range of motion of the third claw 25. This design is similar to the function of a retainer, effectively preventing the third claw 25 from radially sliding or loosening when subjected to external force. Through the retaining action of the first connecting plate 51, the third claw 25 is firmly restricted in the radial direction. Combined with the design of the snap-fit notch 43, the PCB circuit board 4 is stably fixed in multiple directions, further enhancing the overall connection stability.

[0129] In some embodiments, a positioning protrusion 27 is provided on any one of the multiple connecting platforms 22, and a first positioning notch 44 is provided on the PCB circuit board 4 at the location of the positioning protrusion 27.

[0130] The engagement of the positioning protrusion 27 and the first positioning notch 44 ensures precise alignment of the PCB circuit board 4 during assembly, eliminating the need for additional fixing devices or measurements during assembly. This design makes the assembly process more intuitive and simple, reducing assembly errors. The engagement of the positioning protrusion 27 and the first positioning notch 44 not only limits the PCB circuit board 4 in the axial direction but also restricts its rotation in the circumferential direction, effectively preventing the PCB circuit board 4 from rotating or shifting due to vibration or external forces during operation. Through the synergistic action of the connecting platform 22, the third jaw 25, and the positioning protrusion 27, the PCB circuit board 4 is effectively fixed in multiple directions. This all-around limiting design significantly reduces the loosening or damage of the PCB circuit board 4 caused by vibration or impact, improving the product's shock resistance.

[0131] In some embodiments, a second positioning notch 511 is provided on the first connecting plate 51 corresponding to the positioning protrusion 27 among the plurality of first connecting plates 51, and the opening direction of the first positioning notch 44 is perpendicular to the opening direction of the second positioning notch 511.

[0132] In this embodiment, a portion of the structure of the first connecting plate 51 corresponding to the second positioning notch 511 is disposed between the inner wall of the mounting base 2 and the PCB circuit board 4. However, the positional relationship between the first connecting plate 51 and the PCB circuit board 4 is not limited thereto. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the first connecting plate 51 is disposed above the PCB circuit board 4. In this embodiment, the first connecting plate 51 plays an axial limiting role for the PCB circuit board 4.

[0133] The positioning protrusion 27 is used not only for positioning and limiting the PCB circuit board 4, but also for positioning and limiting the decorative panel 5 by cooperating with the second positioning notch 511 on the decorative panel 5. This design makes the positioning protrusion 27 reusable, reducing the use of additional positioning elements and simplifying the structure. The opening directions of the first positioning notch 44 and the second positioning notch 511 are perpendicular to each other, so that the PCB circuit board 4 and the decorative panel 5 can be effectively positioned and limited in two different directions. The multi-dimensional positioning system further improves the accuracy and stability of assembly. At the same time, when the first connecting plate 51 is placed above the PCB circuit board 4, the first connecting plate 51 plays an axial limiting role for the PCB circuit board 4, further improving the stability of the PCB circuit board 4 installation.

[0134] In some embodiments, the PCB circuit board 4 includes a plurality of first sides 41 and a plurality of second sides 42. The plurality of first sides 41 are all connected to the connecting platform 22, and the plurality of second sides 42 form an assembly gap 23 with the inner wall of the mounting base 2. The length of any one of the plurality of first sides 41 is less than the length of any one of the plurality of second sides 42.

[0135] In this embodiment, the number of first side edges 41 is 3. However, the number of first side edges 41 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of first side edges 41 is (not limited to): 2, 4, 5 or more.

[0136] In this embodiment, the number of second side edges 42 is 3. However, the number of second side edges 42 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of second side edges 42 is (not limited to): 2, 4, 5 or more.

[0137] The longer, suspended second side 42 creates a larger airflow space between the PCB board 4 and the mounting base 2. This design optimizes the airflow path, improves heat dissipation efficiency, and prevents damage to the PCB board 4 due to heat buildup. The longer second side 42 provides more suspended space for the PCB board 4, allowing the air to cushion vibrations and reduce vibration transmission when subjected to shocks or external forces.

[0138] Example 3

[0139] Please refer to Figures 14 and 15. Figure 14 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the fan clamping device in this embodiment; Figure 15 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the portable fan clamping device in this embodiment.

[0140] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, a portable fan includes: a fan housing 1; a fan assembly 2, which is assembled inside the fan housing 1. The fan housing 1 has an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 that communicate with the fan assembly 2. A plurality of first stationary blades 24 are provided inside the fan assembly 2 or on the mounting base 16 connected to the fan assembly 2. A plurality of second stationary blades 151 are provided at the air outlet 12 of the fan housing 1.

[0141] In this embodiment, the portable fan can be (but is not limited to): a neck fan, a waist fan, a handheld fan, a desktop fan, or a wearable fan.

[0142] The fan housing 1 in this embodiment includes a first housing 13, a second housing 14, and a third housing 15. The first housing 13 is fitted onto the second housing 14, and the third housing 15 is inserted into the second housing 14. The fan assembly 2 is connected to the third housing 15, and each air inlet opening penetrates through the first housing 13 and the second housing 14. However, the structure of the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing two half-housings together front and back or top and bottom.

[0143] Fan assembly 2 includes a fan motor 22 and fan blades 23. The motor assembly can be (but is not limited to): a single-phase motor, a two-phase motor, or a three-phase motor. The structure of fan assembly 2 can be an external rotor or an internal rotor.

[0144] In this embodiment, the fan assembly 2 has a modular structure. Specifically, as shown in FIG19, the fan assembly 2 includes: a motor housing 21, a fan motor 22, and fan blades 23. The fan motor 22 and fan blades 23 are disposed within the motor housing 21, and a plurality of first stationary blades 24 are also disposed within the motor housing 21. However, the structure of the fan assembly 2 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, as shown in FIG20, in some embodiments, the fan assembly 2 includes: a fan motor 22 and fan blades 23. A mounting base 16 is provided inside the fan housing 1, the fan motor 22 is connected to the mounting base 16, the fan blades 23 are connected to the fan motor 22, and the plurality of first stationary blades 24 are connected between the fan housing 1 and the mounting base 16.

[0145] In this embodiment, the number of the first stationary blades 24 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0146] In this embodiment, the number of second stationary blades 151 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0147] It should be noted that in some embodiments, one of the multiple first stationary blades 24 is also used as a conduit for the conductors in the wiring structure. Due to the needs of wiring, the first stationary blade 24 is relatively large and loses some of the features of the first stationary blade 24 in this embodiment. When the stationary blade loses all the features of the first stationary blade 24 defined in this embodiment, the stationary blade does not belong to the first stationary blade 24 defined in this embodiment. When the stationary blade has some or all of the features of the first stationary blade 24, then the stationary blade is defined as belonging to the first stationary blade 24 in the embodiment with the corresponding features.

[0148] In some embodiments, one of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is also used as a conduit for the conductors in the wiring structure. Whether it belongs to the second stationary blade 151 referred to in this embodiment should be determined using the method described above for determining the first stationary blade 24. Further details will not be provided here.

[0149] In the above embodiment, a two-stage stationary blade structure is formed by setting a first stationary blade 24 inside the fan assembly 2 or on the mounting base 16, and a second stationary blade 151 at the air outlet 12 of the fan housing 1. The two-stage stationary blade design effectively guides and rectifies the airflow. The first stationary blade 24 initially streamlines the airflow generated by the fan assembly 2, reducing turbulence and eddies, allowing it to flow more smoothly towards the air outlet 12. The second stationary blade 151 further optimizes the direction and velocity distribution of the airflow at the air outlet 12, ensuring that the airflow is discharged in a more uniform and stable state. This two-stage guiding mechanism significantly improves the flow efficiency of the airflow and avoids disordered collisions and energy loss of the airflow within the housing. The optimized airflow path through the two-stage stationary blades greatly improves the fan's output efficiency, enabling it to output stronger airflow with the same energy consumption. Simultaneously, the two-stage stationary blades effectively reduce airflow turbulence, significantly lowering the noise level during fan operation and providing users with a quieter and more comfortable user experience.

[0150] Please refer to Figures 16 and 17. Figure 16 is a partially exploded view of the portable fan of this embodiment; Figure 17 is a top view of the portable fan of this embodiment.

[0151] As shown in Figures 16 and 17, in some embodiments, a plurality of first stationary blades 24 and a plurality of second stationary blades 151 are arranged alternately.

[0152] Two sets of stationary blades are arranged in a non-parallel, staggered pattern in three-dimensional space, forming a two-stage flow guide interface. Multiple first stationary blades 24 and multiple second stationary blades 151, each along its own axial dimension, divide the airflow channel into multiple micro-flow channels. Because the multiple first stationary blades 24 and multiple second stationary blades 151 are staggered, the micro-flow channels they form are also staggered. The micro-flow channels formed by the second stationary blades 151 can receive airflow transported by the micro-flow channels formed by two or more first stationary blades 24. This structure forces the airflow to change direction a second time, similar to the flow splitting principle of a honeycomb structure. By restricting the airflow's degrees of freedom, it promotes the homogenization of the velocity field. The first-stage and second-stage blades are located in different axial planes, forming an orthogonal flow guide network. This achieves a more refined segmentation of the airflow in the axial wind direction, without reducing the space for airflow, increasing airflow velocity, causing a sharp drop in airflow pressure, or creating wind blades that cause user discomfort during the segmentation process. The above structure can achieve two-stage division of axial airflow without reducing airflow pressure, making the airflow velocity more uniform and the airflow coverage wider. It perfectly solves the drawbacks of portable fans that are small in size, close to the human body, and have a concentrated airflow position and small coverage area when the airflow velocity is too fast.

[0153] In some embodiments, the opposite ends of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of second stationary blades 151 are aligned with each other.

[0154] The second stationary blade 151 extends the first stationary blade 24 axially, and the ends of the two blades are aligned to form a continuous flow channel. After the airflow completes initial rectification by the first stationary blade 24, it undergoes secondary guidance through the axially extended second stationary blade 151, forming a longer flow-guiding and stabilizing path. Compared with the traditional single-stage stationary blade structure, the airflow has a longer flow time in the flow-guiding path, more sufficient momentum exchange, less spiral kinetic energy in the airflow, and better blowing effect.

[0155] In some embodiments, the number of second stationary blades 151 is less than or equal to the number of first stationary blades 24.

[0156] When the ends of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of second stationary blades 151 that are arranged opposite to each other are aligned, the number of second stationary blades 151 is equal to the number of first stationary blades 24.

[0157] When multiple first stationary blades 24 and multiple second stationary blades 151 are arranged alternately, the number of second stationary blades 151 is less than or equal to the number of first stationary blades 24.

[0158] When the number of second stationary blades 151 is equal to the number of first stationary blades 24, the airflow moves from the position of the first stationary blade 24 to the position of the second stationary blade 151. The flow space does not decrease due to the change in position, and the airflow is more stable. When the airflow passes through the two sets of blades in sequence, the velocity field and pressure field are precisely coupled.

[0159] When the number of second stationary blades 151 is less than the number of first stationary blades 24, the airflow moves from the location of the first stationary blades 24 to the location of the second stationary blades 151. This increases the flow space, and the second stationary blades 151 depressurize the airflow, reducing the pressure on the airflow, increasing the pressure of the passing airflow itself, and reducing the velocity of the outflowing airflow. This enhances the diffusion capacity of the airflow and provides wider coverage. This further solves the drawbacks of portable fans, such as small size, close proximity to the human body, and concentrated airflow with a small coverage area when the airflow is too fast.

[0160] In some embodiments, each of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 extends curvedly along the inner surface of the fan housing 1, the bending direction of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blades 23 of the fan assembly 2, and the curvature of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 is greater than the curvature of the second stationary blade 151.

[0161] In this embodiment, the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 being opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23 means that the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23, and is not limited to the specific embodiment where the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is 180° to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23. In some embodiments, when the extension line of the bending of the first stationary blade 24 forms an obtuse angle with the rotation direction of the fan blade 23, it is also within the scope of the opposite definition in this embodiment.

[0162] The bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23. When the fan blade 23 rotates, it will drive the airflow to rotate in the same direction. At this time, the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the airflow. When the airflow rotates, it comes into contact with the curved part of the first stationary blade 24. Since the directions are opposite, the angle between the airflow and the curved part of the first stationary blade 24 is greater than 90 degrees. The airflow comes into contact with the first stationary blade 24 at a larger angle, which can reduce the kinetic energy loss of the airflow when contacting the first stationary blade 24. During the larger angle contact process, the guiding effect of the first stationary blade 24 on the airflow is obvious, the energy loss is small, and the air outlet efficiency is greatly improved.

[0163] The first stationary blade 24 extends along the shell in a curved direction opposite to the fan blade's rotation direction. This design converts the outward centrifugal airflow generated by the fan blade's rotation into axial thrust through centrifugal force compensation. The high-curvature blade increases the contact arc length between the airflow and the blade, accelerating swirling attenuation through frictional shearing. The second stationary blade 151 employs a low-curvature design, forming a gentle guiding path. Its function is similar to a "swirling filter," providing secondary guidance to the initially rectified airflow and suppressing the further development of residual swirling. With two stages of stationary blades, the first stationary blade 24 guides the airflow and converts energy, while the second stationary blade 151 stabilizes the converted airflow. Ultimately, this gives the outflowing air a stable directional projection capability, enhancing the air delivery capacity.

[0164] In some embodiments, a plurality of second stationary blades 151 are arranged in a straight line along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12.

[0165] The second stationary blade 151 is set in a straight line, meaning that the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is 0. The straight blade extends along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12, and acts as a vector guide to straighten the quasi-axial airflow after the first stage of treatment, ensuring that the kinetic energy is output along the shortest path.

[0166] It should be noted that the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is not limited to 0. In some embodiments, the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is between 0 and the curvature of the first stationary blade 24.

[0167] In some embodiments, along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12, each of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is provided with a first end 151a and a second end 151b, the width of the first end 151a being smaller than the width of the second end 151b, so that a pressure relief zone is formed at the air outlet 12.

[0168] The second stationary blade 151 adopts a gradually expanding variable cross-section design (width of the first end 151a < width of the second end 151b), forming a gradient pressure relief channel at the air outlet 12.

[0169] In some embodiments, the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, the first housing 13 being sleeved on the second housing 14, and the air inlet 11 being disposed on the second housing 14.

[0170] The fan housing 1 is configured as a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, with the first housing 13 fitted over the second housing 14. This connection structure creates a double-layer structure at the fitting position of the first housing 13 and the second housing 14. The second housing 14 is enclosed by the first housing 13, resulting in a larger connection area and a more stable connection between the two housings. Simultaneously, the double-layer structure provides stronger drop resistance and protection, better protecting internal functional components such as the fan motor 22.

[0171] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0172] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material. The materials used to make the first housing 13 include (but are not limited to): transparent plastic materials such as polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, transparent nylon, and AS (acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer); tempered glass; quartz; artificial optical crystals; and sapphire.

[0173] The first housing 13 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, giving the fan housing 1 an overall transparent appearance and greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan. The first housing 13 forms a physical barrier through its sleeve structure, effectively preventing direct damage to the second housing 14 from external dust, liquid splashes, or mechanical impacts. Simultaneously, the first housing 13 reduces the oxidation effect of ultraviolet radiation on the material of the second housing 14, extending its color stability. The transparent or semi-transparent material allows the color or texture of the second housing 14 to be seen through the first housing 13, creating a sense of visual depth. For example, if the second housing 14 uses a metallic color or gradient coating, it can maintain its brightness for a long time under the protection of the first housing 13, avoiding fading or wear caused by direct exposure.

[0174] In some implementations, the transparent shell itself can be treated with processes such as frosting, gloss, raised edges, anti-slip, and partial hollowing to enhance its texture and suit the aesthetic needs of different users.

[0175] In some embodiments, identification information is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14.

[0176] Identification information includes: specific fonts or patterns that have an indicative function, such as trademarks, logos, and product names, as well as decorative elements such as pictures, gradient layers, decals, and mirrors.

[0177] The identification information is applied to the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14 through processes such as (but not limited to) electroplating, spraying, pasting, painting, etc.

[0178] The identification information is set on the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or both the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14. Since the relative positions of the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 do not change, the first housing 13 protects the identification information during daily use, preventing damage or wear and tear, thus preserving the information for a long time. Simultaneously, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, allowing users to see the identification information through it, further enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0179] In some embodiments, by utilizing the thickness and transparency or translucency of the first housing 13, marking information is simultaneously applied to the outer surface and inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14 to create a sense of depth. For example, this creates a 3D visual effect.

[0180] In some embodiments, a light strip is provided on the first housing 13 or the second housing 14. The light strip passes through the second housing 1412 and is electrically connected to the battery inside the portable fan. The light strip enables the portable fan to provide illumination. Furthermore, in nighttime environments, the illuminated light strip makes the markings more visually appealing, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0181] In some embodiments, sand, glitter, water, and vegetable oil can be disposed between the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 to enhance the aesthetics of the portable fan housing 1.

[0182] Please refer to Figure 18, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of the third housing in this embodiment.

[0183] As shown in Figure 18, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 further includes: a third housing 15, which is inserted into the second housing 14, an air outlet 12 is disposed on the third housing 15, and a plurality of second stationary blades 151 are disposed on the third housing 15.

[0184] The connection method between the third housing 15 and the second housing 14 (not limited to): one or more of the following connection methods: interference fit, snap-fit connection, screw connection, adhesive connection, etc.

[0185] A third housing 15 is provided to accommodate the functional components of the portable fan, including (but not limited to) a switch, display, fan assembly 2, battery assembly, or PCB circuit board. The third housing 15 allows for the pre-assembly of some functional components within it before assembling the third housing 15 and the second housing 14. This avoids directly assembling the functional components within the second housing 14, reducing assembly complexity.

[0186] The third housing 15 also provides support for the second housing 14 and the first housing 13, giving the fan housing 1 stronger resistance to compression and impact. The assembly structure of the three housings not only improves the physical resistance of the fan housing 1, but also enhances its aesthetics.

[0187] In some embodiments, the third housing 15 can be simplified to a cover plate that covers the second housing 14, with only the portion for connection to the second housing 14 inserted into the second housing 14.

[0188] In this embodiment, the insertion of the third housing 15 into the second housing 14 means that at least a portion of the structure of the third housing 15 extends into the second housing 14.

[0189] Example 4

[0190] As shown in Figures 21, 22, and 23, a portable fan includes: a fan housing 1; a fan assembly 2, the fan assembly 2 being assembled inside the fan housing 1, the fan housing 1 having an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 communicating with the fan assembly 2; the fan assembly 2 having a plurality of first stationary blades 24, the fan housing 1 having a plurality of second stationary blades 151 at the air outlet 12, and a plurality of third stationary blades 17 being disposed between the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of second stationary blades 151.

[0191] In this embodiment, the portable fan can be (but is not limited to): a neck fan, a waist fan, a handheld fan, a desktop fan, or a wearable fan.

[0192] The fan housing 1 in this embodiment includes a first housing 13, a second housing 14, and a third housing 15. The first housing 13 is fitted onto the second housing 14, and the third housing 15 is inserted into the second housing 14. The fan assembly 2 is connected to the third housing 15, and each air inlet penetrates both the first housing 13 and the second housing 14. However, the structure of the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be formed by splicing two half-housings together front and back or top and bottom. The fan housing 1 can also be any outer shell structure with an air inlet 11, an air outlet 12, and an air duct. Its composition structure is diverse and is only used as an example here, without limitation.

[0193] As shown in Figure 25, the fan assembly 2 includes a fan motor 22 and fan blades 23. The motor assembly can be (but is not limited to): a single-phase motor, a two-phase motor, or a three-phase motor. The fan assembly 2 can have an external rotor or an internal rotor structure. The fan assembly 2 includes a motor housing 21, a fan motor 22, fan blades 23, a first mounting base 25, and a plurality of first stationary blades 24. The first mounting base 25 is at least partially disposed within the motor housing 21 and is connected to the motor housing 21 via the plurality of first stationary blades 24. The first mounting base 25 is used to mount the fan motor 22, and the fan motor 22 is connected to the fan blades 23.

[0194] In some embodiments, the motor housing 21, the first mounting base 25, the fan blades 23, and the plurality of first stationary blades 24 are all made of plastic material.

[0195] In this embodiment, the number of the first stationary blades 24 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0196] In this embodiment, the number of second stationary blades 151 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0197] In this embodiment, the number of third stationary blades 17 is (not limited to) 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or more.

[0198] It should be noted that in some embodiments, one of the multiple second stationary blades 151 is also used as a conduit for the conductors in the wiring structure. Due to the needs of wiring, this second stationary blade 151 is relatively large and loses some of the features of the second stationary blade 151 in this embodiment. When the stationary blade loses all the features of the second stationary blade 151 defined in this embodiment, the stationary blade does not belong to the second stationary blade 151 defined in this embodiment. When the stationary blade has some or all of the features of the second stationary blade 151, then the stationary blade is defined as belonging to the second stationary blade 151 in the embodiment with the corresponding features.

[0199] In some embodiments, one of the plurality of third stationary blades 17 is also used as a conduit for the conductors in the wiring structure. Whether it belongs to the third stationary blade 17 referred to in this embodiment should be determined using the method described above for determining the second stationary blade 151. Further details will not be provided here.

[0200] In some embodiments, the number of multiple first stationary blades 24, multiple second stationary blades 151, and multiple third stationary blades 17 is equal, and they are aligned with each other in the axial direction. However, the relative relationship between the stationary blades is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the number of multiple first stationary blades 24, multiple second stationary blades 151, and multiple third stationary blades 17 is different, or the number of two types of stationary blades is the same, and the stationary blades are staggered with each other, or two types are axially aligned and then staggered with the other type.

[0201] In some embodiments, one end of a plurality of second stationary blades 151 is connected to the fan housing 1, and the other end is connected to a second mounting base 16 at the center of the air outlet 12. The second mounting base 16 is used to mount a display, a semiconductor cooling device, or a decorative panel.

[0202] In some embodiments, one end of a plurality of third stationary blades 17 is connected to the fan housing 1, and the other end is connected to the second mounting base 16 at the center of the air outlet 12. The third stationary blades 17 are connected to the side of the second stationary blade 151 located inside the fan housing 1.

[0203] In the above embodiment, by employing a three-stage stationary blade arrangement, the airflow is effectively separated, making the airflow path inside the fan more orderly. The first stationary blade 24 within the fan assembly 2, the second stationary blade 151 at the air outlet 12, and the third stationary blade 17 between them all impede the rotational motion of the airflow, gradually reducing the spiral rotational kinetic energy during the flow process, lowering energy loss due to rotation, and improving airflow efficiency. The three-stage stationary blade layout can convert some of the weakened spiral kinetic energy into directional flow kinetic energy, enhancing the concentration of the airflow at the air outlet 12, making the outflowing airflow more directional, ensuring that the airflow can be delivered more accurately to the target direction, and improving the fan's directional air delivery capability. Simultaneously, since the first stationary blade 24 is located within the fan assembly 2, it decomposes large-scale eddies into multi-directional micro-turbulence. The third stationary blade 17 recovers micro-turbulent kinetic energy by reorganizing the micro-turbulence, and finally, the second stationary blade 151 converts the recovered energy into axial kinetic energy.

[0204] In some embodiments, a mixing space is provided between the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of third stationary blades 17. The first stationary blades 24 and the third stationary blades 17 abut against each other, overlap, or have a small gap between them. The third stationary blades 17 and the first stationary blades 24 have a larger gap, which forms the mixing space.

[0205] After the airflow from fan assembly 2 passes through multiple third stationary blades 17, the airflow velocity at different outlets may vary. The mixing space provides a uniform velocity and pressure environment for the airflow, making the outflow velocity more uniform, thereby improving the fan's airflow quality and enhancing the user experience. By mixing and adjusting the airflow within this space, eddies and turbulence caused by uneven airflow velocity are reduced, improving the fan's operational stability and airflow smoothness, thus reducing noise and enhancing the fan's performance and reliability. After passing through the high-pressure environment of fan assembly 2, the airflow expands upon entering the mixing space. This process helps lower the airflow temperature, making the blown air cooler and more comfortable, especially in hot environments. It provides users with a more pleasant cooling and ventilation effect, expanding the fan's applicability and value.

[0206] In some implementations, the mixing space can be located between the second stationary blade 151 and the third stationary blade 17.

[0207] In some embodiments, the fan assembly 2 is a three-phase motor. A three-phase motor provides more power, increasing the rotational speed of the fan assembly 2, resulting in a higher airflow velocity from the portable fan and a stronger air delivery capability.

[0208] In some embodiments, the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of second stationary blades 151 are arranged alternately.

[0209] In some embodiments, the plurality of first stationary blades 24 and the plurality of third stationary blades 17 are arranged alternately.

[0210] In some embodiments, the plurality of second stationary blades 151 and the plurality of third stationary blades 17 are arranged alternately.

[0211] The first stationary blade 24, the second stationary blade 151, and the third stationary blade 17 are arranged in a non-parallel, staggered manner in three-dimensional space, forming a two-stage flow guide interface. Each of the two sets of stationary blades divides the airflow channel into multiple micro-flow channels along its own axial dimension. Because the two sets of blades are staggered, the micro-flow channels they form are also staggered. For the set of stationary blades located at or closer to the air outlet 12, the micro-flow channel can receive airflow from the micro-flow channels of two or more rear stationary blades. This structure forces the airflow to change direction a second time, similar to the flow splitting principle of a honeycomb structure. By restricting the airflow's degrees of freedom, it promotes the homogenization of the velocity field. The two sets of stationary blades are located in different axial planes, forming an orthogonal flow guide network. This achieves a more refined segmentation of the airflow in the axial direction, but without reducing the space for airflow flow, increasing airflow velocity, causing a sharp drop in airflow pressure, or creating wind blades that cause user discomfort during the segmentation process.

[0212] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the first stationary blade 24, the second stationary blade 151, and the third stationary blade 17 are all staggered with each other. The three-stage staggered structure can further force the airflow to be divided into three stages, realizing the three-stage fine division of the airflow in the axial direction. However, it does not reduce the space for airflow during the division process, making the airflow velocity more uniform and the coverage area wider after the airflow is blown out.

[0213] In some embodiments, each of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is horizontally arranged along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12, and each of the plurality of third stationary blades 17 is inclined or bent along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12.

[0214] The third stationary blade 17, with its inclined or curved design, precisely targets the airflow, effectively converting the rotational kinetic energy of the airflow into axial kinetic energy, optimizing the direction and energy distribution of the airflow, and improving the axial flow efficiency. The second stationary blade 151, located at the outlet 12, is horizontally positioned, acting like a neatly arranged guide barrier to finalize the airflow. It quickly adjusts potentially turbulent airflow into a regular axial flow, improving airflow stability and directional flow capability, ensuring the airflow is smoothly and concentratedly directed towards the target direction. Through the rational combination of the third stationary blade 17 and the second stationary blade 151, the airflow, during the process of kinetic energy conversion and direction regularization, reduces eddies and turbulence caused by inconsistent flow directions or uneven energy distribution, lowers internal interference and energy dissipation, and improves the overall airflow quality and fan operating efficiency.

[0215] In some embodiments, each of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is inclined or bent, and each of the plurality of third stationary blades 17 is inclined or bent, and the inclination or bending direction of each second stationary blade 151 is opposite to that of each third stationary blade 17.

[0216] Both the second stationary blade 151 and the third stationary blade 17 are inclined or curved, increasing the contact area with the airflow and thus strengthening the ability to confine the airflow. This allows the airflow to better conform to the guiding direction of the blades during flow, reducing disordered movement and diffusion, and improving airflow controllability. Because the two sets of stationary blades are inclined or curved in opposite directions, when the airflow passes the third stationary blade 17 and generates backflow, the second stationary blade 151 can guide this backflow appropriately. This opposite guiding effect can offset some of the unfavorable airflow conditions caused by the guidance of the third stationary blade 17, making the airflow smoother after multiple adjustments and reducing internal interference and turbulence. Through the synergistic effect of the two sets of stationary blades, the airflow exiting the fan is fully organized, resulting in more uniform airflow velocity and direction, higher smoothness, and better stability.

[0217] In some embodiments, the number of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is greater than the number of the plurality of third stationary blades 17.

[0218] The number of second stationary blades 151 is greater than that of the third stationary blades 17. When airflow passes through the third stationary blades 17, the available radial space is relatively large, while when it passes through the second stationary blades 151, the radial space is relatively small. This change in space causes the second stationary blades 151 to exert a pressurizing effect on the airflow, similar to the Venturi tube effect. By reducing the cross-sectional area of the airflow, the airflow velocity increases and the pressure increases when passing through the second stationary blades 151. The pressurizing effect of the second stationary blades 151 makes the airflow more concentrated and even when it flows out, reducing airflow dispersion and unevenness, improving the airflow directionality and stability, and making the blown air more uniform and gentle. Through the pressurizing effect and increased airflow velocity, the overall performance of the fan is significantly enhanced, enabling it to achieve a larger air volume and a longer air delivery distance at the same power, meeting users' high requirements for fan performance in different scenarios, and improving the product's market competitiveness.

[0219] In some embodiments, each of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 extends curvedly along the inner surface of the fan housing 1, the bending direction of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blades 23 of the fan assembly 2, and the curvature of the plurality of first stationary blades 24 is greater than the curvature of the second stationary blade 151.

[0220] In this embodiment, the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 being opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23 means that the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23, and is not limited to the specific embodiment where the bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is 180° to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23. In some embodiments, when the extension line of the bending of the first stationary blade 24 forms an obtuse angle with the rotation direction of the fan blade 23, it is also within the scope of the opposite definition in this embodiment.

[0221] The bending direction of the first stationary blade 24 is opposite to the rotation direction of the fan blade 23.

[0222] The first stationary blade 24 extends along the shell in a curved direction opposite to the fan blade's rotation direction. Its function is similar to a "swirling filter," providing a third guidance to the already preliminarily rectified airflow and suppressing the further development of residual swirling. The first stationary blade 24 guides the airflow and converts energy, while the second stationary blade 151 stabilizes the energy-converted airflow. Ultimately, this gives the outflowing airflow a stable directional projection capability, enhancing the air delivery capacity.

[0223] In some embodiments, the second stationary blade 151 is arranged in a straight line, that is, the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is 0. It should be noted that the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is not limited to 0. In some embodiments, the curvature of the second stationary blade 151 is between 0 and the curvature of the first stationary blade 24.

[0224] As shown in Figure 24, in some embodiments, along the direction from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12, each of the plurality of second stationary blades 151 is provided with a first end 151a and a second end 151b, the width of the first end 151a being smaller than the width of the second end 151b, so that a pressure relief zone is formed at the location of the air outlet 12.

[0225] The second stationary blade 151 adopts a gradually expanding variable cross-section design (width of the first end 151a < width of the second end 151b), forming a gradient pressure relief channel at the air outlet 12.

[0226] In some embodiments, the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 13, a second housing 14, and a third housing 15. The first housing 13 is sleeved on the second housing 14, one end of the third housing 15 is inserted into the second housing 14, the air inlet 11 is disposed on the second housing 14, and the air outlet 12 is disposed on the third housing 15.

[0227] The fan housing 1 is configured as a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, with the first housing 13 fitted over the second housing 14.

[0228] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0229] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0230] The first housing 13 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, giving the fan housing 1 an overall transparent appearance and greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0231] In some implementations, the transparent shell itself can be treated with processes such as frosting, gloss, raised edges, anti-slip, and partial hollowing to enhance its texture and suit the aesthetic needs of different users.

[0232] In some embodiments, identification information is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14.

[0233] Identification information includes: specific fonts or patterns that have an indicative function, such as trademarks, logos, and product names, as well as decorative elements such as pictures, gradient layers, decals, and mirrors.

[0234] The identification information is applied to the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14 through processes such as (but not limited to) electroplating, spraying, pasting, painting, etc.

[0235] The identification information is set on the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or both the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14.

[0236] In some embodiments, by utilizing the thickness and transparency or translucency of the first housing 13, marking information is simultaneously applied to the outer surface and inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14 to create a sense of depth. For example, this creates a 3D visual effect.

[0237] In some embodiments, a light strip is provided on the first housing 13 or the second housing 14. The light strip passes through the second housing 14 and is electrically connected to the battery inside the portable fan. The light strip enables the portable fan to provide illumination. Furthermore, in nighttime environments, the illuminated light strip makes the markings more visually appealing, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0238] In some embodiments, sand, glitter, water, and vegetable oil can be disposed between the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 to enhance the aesthetics of the portable fan housing 1.

[0240] As shown in Figures 26, 27 and 28, a portable fan includes: a fan housing 1, with a first side groove 11 formed on the side wall of the fan housing 1; a first mounting plate 21, which is disposed inside the fan housing 1 and is detachably connected to the fan housing 1, with at least a portion of the structure of the first mounting plate 21 inserted into the first side groove 11; and an electronic component 3, which is connected to the first mounting plate 21.

[0241] In this embodiment, the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, with the first housing 13 sleeved on the second housing 14. The connection method between the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 is (not limited to): interference fit, screw connection, adhesive connection, or snap-fit connection, etc.

[0242] It should be noted that the structure of the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 can be a single-layer structure. The structure of the fan housing 1 can be formed by integral molding, splicing half-shells, or splicing multiple shells.

[0243] As shown in Figures 29 and 30, the first side groove 11 is formed on a narrower side of the fan housing 1. However, the formation of the first side groove 11 is not limited to this. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the first side groove 11 is formed on a wider side of the fan housing 1. When the side widths of the fan housing 1 are all equal or it is a circular housing, the first side groove 11 can be formed at any position on the side of the fan housing 1.

[0244] The first side groove 11 connects to one end of the fan housing 1. However, the relationship between the first side groove 11 and the fan housing 1 is not limited to this. In some embodiments, the first side groove 11 is a hole provided on the side wall of the fan housing 1, or the first side groove 11 connects to both ends of the fan housing 1.

[0245] The connection method between the first assembly plate 21 and the fan housing 1 is (not limited to): screw connection, snap-fit connection, slot connection, abutment connection, or a combination of one or more of these connection methods.

[0246] The first assembly plate 21 is inserted into the first side groove 11, so that the outer surface of the first assembly plate 21 is flush with the outer surface of the fan housing 1, or the first assembly plate 21 protrudes from the outer surface of the fan housing 1.

[0247] In this embodiment, the electronic component 3 can be (but not limited to): any one of the following, or a combination of two or more: PCB circuit board 31, switch button 32, LED beads, scroll wheel button, display screen, etc.

[0248] The connection methods between electronic component 3 and first assembly plate 21 include (but are not limited to): screw connection, adhesive connection, snap-fit connection, riveting, welding, or a combination of one or more of these connection methods.

[0249] The above-described embodiment, by setting the first assembly plate 21, allows for the pre-assembly of the electronic components 3, forming a relatively independent and complete component unit. This simplifies the subsequent assembly with the fan housing 1, eliminating the cumbersome steps of directly installing the electronic components 3 within the confined and complex fan housing 1, reducing assembly difficulty, and improving assembly efficiency. Furthermore, when the electronic components 3 malfunction and require repair or replacement, only the first assembly plate 21 needs to be removed for the corresponding operation, eliminating the need for large-scale disassembly and reassembly of the entire fan structure, greatly facilitating maintenance.

[0250] In some embodiments, the portable fan further includes: an assembly housing 2 connected to a fan housing 1, wherein the sidewall of the assembly housing 2 extends toward the fan housing 1 to form a first assembly plate 21.

[0251] The connection method between the assembly housing 2 and the fan housing 1 (not limited to): one or more of the following connection methods: interference fit, snap-fit connection, screw connection, adhesive connection, etc.

[0252] The first assembly plate 21 is disposed on the assembly housing 2, enabling the assembly housing 2 to assemble the electronic components 3 of the portable fan. The first assembly plate 21 on the assembly housing 2 allows the electronic components 3 to be pre-assembled within the assembly housing 2 before the assembly housing 2 and the fan housing 1 are assembled.

[0253] The assembly housing 2 also provides support for the fan housing 1, giving it greater resistance to compression and impact. The first assembly plate 21, as part of the assembly housing 2, connects to the fan housing 1 and the first side groove 11, improving the connection stability between the assembly housing 2 and the fan housing 1, and enhancing the overall assembly stability of the portable fan.

[0254] In some embodiments, a first insertion groove 211 is provided at the edge of the first assembly plate 21, and the first insertion groove 211 is mounted on the edge of the first side groove 11.

[0255] A first insertion slot 211 is provided at the edge of the first assembly plate 21, and the insertion slot is mounted on the edge of the first side groove 11. This design makes the connection between the first assembly plate 21 and the first side groove 11 more stable. The placement of the first insertion slot 211 enables the first assembly plate 21 to resist the intrusion of external forces from the outside to the inside of the fan housing 1, and also to resist the outward force from the inside of the fan housing 1, making the installation of the first assembly plate 21 more stable.

[0256] The mating structure between the first insertion slot 211 and the first side slot 11 simplifies the assembly operation between the first assembly plate 21 and the fan housing 1. During actual assembly, simply align the first assembly plate 21 with the first side slot 11, and then, through the mating of the first insertion slot 211 and the edge of the first side slot 11, the installation and positioning of the first assembly plate 21 can be completed quickly and accurately. No additional complex fixing tools or tedious calibration procedures are required, greatly improving assembly efficiency, reducing assembly difficulty and error rate, and also facilitating subsequent disassembly and maintenance.

[0257] The assembly method of the first assembly plate 21 and the first side groove 11 is not limited. Depending on the specific application scenario, in some embodiments, the side of the first assembly plate 21 facing the first side groove 11 is inserted into the first side groove 11 and connected to the first side groove 11 by sealing.

[0258] In some embodiments, the electronic component 3 includes a PCB circuit board 31, which is connected to the inner surface of the first assembly plate 21.

[0259] When assembling electronic components 3 inside the fan housing 1, traditional methods often require directly mounting the PCB circuit board 31 within the confined and complex interior of the fan housing 1. This not only limits the operating space but also easily damages the circuit board during installation, and is inconvenient for subsequent maintenance and replacement. However, by using the first mounting board 21 in this solution, the PCB circuit board 31 can be connected to the inner surface of the first mounting board 21, forming a relatively independent and easy-to-operate component. This method significantly reduces the difficulty of assembling the PCB circuit board 31 inside the fan housing 1, improves assembly efficiency, reduces the risk of damage to the PCB circuit board 31 during assembly, and facilitates subsequent disassembly and maintenance.

[0260] In some embodiments, the electronic component 3 includes a switch button 32, which is disposed inside the fan housing 1, and a button hole 212 for the switch button 32 to extend out is provided on the first mounting plate 21.

[0261] The switch button 32 is located inside the fan housing 1, and a button hole 212 for it to extend from the first mounting plate 21 is provided. This design makes the installation of the switch button 32 inside the fan housing 1 more convenient. During assembly, the switch button 32 can be initially positioned simply by passing it through the button hole 212, and then installation can be completed with simple fixing measures, greatly simplifying the installation steps and improving assembly efficiency.

[0262] In some embodiments, the portable fan further includes: a mounting bracket 4 connected to the mounting housing 2, and a PCB circuit board 31 connected to the mounting bracket 4.

[0263] A mounting bracket 4 is provided behind the PCB circuit board 31 to provide good support for the PCB circuit board 31. Since the PCB circuit board 31 may be affected by external forces such as vibration during operation, the mounting bracket 4 can keep it in a stable position within the fan housing 1, reduce the risk of shaking and deformation, ensure the connection stability and electrical performance of electronic components on the circuit board, and extend its service life.

[0264] The assembly bracket 4 can be pre-assembled with the first assembly plate 21 and the PCB circuit board 31 to form a whole unit. When installing it on the fan housing 1, this pre-assembled whole can be directly installed, eliminating the need to install each component one by one in the small housing, which greatly simplifies the assembly process, reduces assembly complexity, improves assembly efficiency, and facilitates subsequent disassembly and maintenance.

[0265] In some embodiments, a second side groove 12 is provided on the side wall of the fan housing 1 opposite to the first side groove 11.

[0266] In some embodiments, the sidewall of the assembly housing 2 opposite to the first assembly plate 21 extends toward the fan housing 1 to form a second assembly plate 22. The second assembly plate 22 is disposed inside the fan housing 1, and at least a portion of the structure of the second assembly plate 22 is inserted into the second side groove 12.

[0267] A second side groove 12 is formed on the side wall of the fan housing 1 opposite to the first side groove 11. The side wall of the assembly housing 2 opposite to the first assembly plate 21 extends towards the fan housing 1 to form a second assembly plate 22, and at least a portion of the structure of the second assembly plate 22 is inserted into the second side groove 12. This symmetrical design makes the internal structure of the fan more balanced and stable, enhancing the overall structural strength. During fan operation, it effectively reduces the shaking of internal components caused by vibration or airflow impact, improving the reliability and service life of the fan. The matching design of the second assembly plate 22 and the second side groove 12 simplifies the assembly process. When connecting the assembly housing 2 to the fan housing 1, the second assembly plate 22 can be quickly and accurately inserted into the second side groove 12 without additional complex positioning and fixing procedures. This not only improves assembly efficiency but also reduces the error rate during assembly, and facilitates subsequent disassembly and maintenance.

[0268] In some embodiments, the second mounting plate 22 is provided with an air inlet 221, and an air inlet filter 222 is installed at the location of the air inlet 221.

[0269] Traditionally, assembling the air inlet filter 222 within the narrow space inside the fan housing 1 restricts the operator's movement, requiring only one hand, making assembly extremely inconvenient and inefficient. Now, by opening the air inlet 221 on the second assembly plate 22, the air inlet filter 222 can be pre-assembled outside the fan housing 1 using the relatively spacious operating space. After pre-assembly, it can be installed entirely inside the fan housing 1. This allows for free operation with both hands, significantly reducing assembly difficulty and greatly improving efficiency. The pre-assembly of the air inlet 221 and air inlet filter 222, forming a pre-assembled component with the second assembly plate 22, facilitates subsequent integration with the fan housing 1.

[0270] In some embodiments, a second insertion groove 223 is provided at the edge of the second assembly plate 22, and the second insertion groove 223 is mounted on the edge of the second side groove 12.

[0271] A second insertion slot 223 is provided at the edge of the second mounting plate 22, and the insertion slot is mounted on the edge of the second side groove 12. This design makes the connection between the second mounting plate 22 and the second side groove 12 more stable. The provision of the second insertion slot 223 enables the second mounting plate 22 to resist the intrusion of external forces from the outside to the inside of the fan housing 1, and also to resist the outward force from the inside of the fan housing 1, making the installation of the second mounting plate 22 more stable.

[0272] The mating structure between the second insertion slot 223 and the second side slot 12 simplifies the assembly operation between the second mounting plate 22 and the fan housing 1. During actual assembly, simply align the second mounting plate 22 with the second side slot 12, and then the second insertion slot 223 engages with the edge of the second side slot 12 to quickly and accurately complete the installation and positioning of the second mounting plate 22. No additional complex fixing tools or tedious calibration procedures are required, greatly improving assembly efficiency, reducing assembly difficulty and error rate, and facilitating subsequent disassembly and maintenance.

[0273] As shown in Figure 31, in some embodiments, the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, with the first housing 13 sleeved on the second housing 14.

[0274] The fan housing 1 is configured as a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, with the first housing 13 fitted over the second housing 14. This connection structure creates a double-layer structure at the fitting points of the first and second housings 13. The second housing 14 is enclosed by the first housing 13, resulting in a larger connection area and a more stable connection between the two housings. Simultaneously, the double-layer structure provides stronger drop resistance and protection, better protecting internal functional components such as the fan motor.

[0275] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0276] In some embodiments, the first housing 13 is made of a transparent or translucent material.

[0277] The first housing 13 is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, giving the fan housing 1 an overall transparent appearance and greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the portable fan.

[0278] In some implementations, the transparent shell itself can be treated with processes such as frosting, gloss, raised edges, anti-slip, and partial hollowing to enhance its texture and suit the aesthetic needs of different users.

[0279] In some embodiments, identification information is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14.

[0280] Identification information includes: specific fonts or patterns that have an indicative function, such as trademarks, logos, and product names, as well as decorative elements such as pictures, gradient layers, decals, and mirrors.

[0281] The identification information is applied to the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14 through processes such as (but not limited to) electroplating, spraying, pasting, painting, etc.

[0282] The identification information is set on the inner surface of the first housing 13, the outer surface of the second housing 14, or both the inner surface of the first housing 13 and the outer surface of the second housing 14.

[0283] In some embodiments, by utilizing the thickness and transparency or translucency of the first housing 13, marking information is simultaneously applied to the outer surface and inner surface of the first housing 13 and / or the outer surface of the second housing 14 to create a sense of depth. For example, this creates a 3D visual effect.

[0284] In some embodiments, a light strip is provided on the first housing 13 or the second housing 14.

[0285] In some embodiments, colored sand, sequins, water, and vegetable oil can be disposed between the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 to enhance the aesthetics of the portable fan housing 1.

[0286] Both the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are integrally injection molded to form a relatively long and narrow internal space.

[0287] In some embodiments, the portable fan further includes a fan assembly 5 and a battery assembly 6, a first assembly compartment 23 is provided inside the assembly housing 2, a second assembly compartment 24 is provided on one side of the first assembly compartment 23, the fan assembly 5 is disposed in the first assembly compartment 23, and the battery assembly 6 is disposed in the second assembly compartment 24.

[0288] The first assembly chamber 23 and the second assembly chamber 24 are independently configured, effectively preventing airflow from entering the second assembly chamber 24. Since the airflow generated by the fan assembly 5 during operation is confined within the first assembly chamber 23, it will not interfere with the battery assembly 6 in the second assembly chamber 24. This reduces the whistling noise caused by airflow impacting the battery assembly 6 or its connecting parts, improves the quietness of the fan during operation, and enhances the user experience.

[0289] In some embodiments, the fan assembly 5 is inserted into the first assembly chamber 23, and a buffer sleeve 51 is provided between the fan assembly 5 and the first assembly chamber 23.

[0290] The fan assembly 5 generates vibrations during operation. The buffer sleeve 51 absorbs and buffers these vibrations, reducing the impact of vibrations on the assembly housing 2 and other internal components. This reduces the risk of component loosening or damage due to long-term vibration, improves the connection stability and reliability of the fan assembly 5, and ensures its normal operation. The buffer sleeve 51 effectively blocks and reduces the transmission of noise generated by the fan assembly 5 during operation to the assembly housing 2 and other components, especially reducing airflow noise.

[0291] In some embodiments, the first assembly compartment 23 has an assembly slot on the side facing the second assembly compartment 24, and a wire is threaded through the assembly slot. The wire is used to electrically connect the battery assembly 6 and the fan assembly 5.

[0292] The first equipment compartment is enclosed by a portion of the first assembly plate 21 and a barrel plate 231 connected to the assembly shell 2.

[0293] The second equipment compartment is enclosed by a portion of the second assembly plate 22 and a side plate 241 disposed along the assembly housing 2 facing the fan housing 1.

[0294] In some embodiments, the length of the first assembly plate 21 is greater than the length of the first assembly compartment 23. The length of the first assembly compartment 23 is the length of the side plate 241 in the axial direction, and the length of the first assembly plate 21 is greater than the length of the first assembly compartment 23, that is, the length of the first assembly plate 21 is greater than the length of the side plate 241.

[0295] The length of the first assembly plate 21 is greater than the length of the barrel plate 231 of the first assembly compartment 23, exposing part of its structure outside the first assembly compartment 23. This provides ample space for assembly operations, allowing assembly personnel to easily install and fix electronic components 3 and other parts without having to operate in a confined space, reducing assembly difficulty and improving assembly efficiency and quality. The first assembly compartment 23 is relatively shallow, facilitating the assembly of the fan assembly 5. During installation, the fan assembly 5 does not need to penetrate into confined spaces, allowing for quick and accurate placement, simplifying the assembly process and saving assembly time.

[0296] In some embodiments, the length of the second assembly plate 22 is greater than the length of the second assembly compartment 24.

[0297] The length of the second assembly plate 22 is greater than the length of the side plate 241 of the second assembly compartment 24, exposing part of its structure outside the second assembly compartment 24. This provides ample space for assembly operations, eliminating the need for assembly personnel to operate in confined spaces, reducing assembly difficulty, and improving assembly efficiency and quality. The second assembly compartment 24 is relatively shallow, facilitating the assembly of the battery module 6. During installation, the battery module 6 does not need to penetrate confined spaces, allowing for quick and accurate placement, simplifying the assembly process and saving assembly time.

[0298] In some embodiments, the fan housing 1 is integrally injection molded, and the fan housing 1 has a long and narrow internal space.

[0299] The term "one-piece injection molding of the fan housing 1" means that the fan housing 1 is not assembled from half-shells or multiple fragmented shells, but rather formed through a single injection molding or casting process. This implies that the fan housing 1 does not have a structure that can be opened, assembled, and then closed. Fan housings 1 that are formed in one piece and cannot be opened or closed fall under the one-piece injection molding standard of this embodiment.

[0300] When the fan housing 1 includes a first housing 13 and a second housing 14, the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are sleeved together. The first housing 13 and the second housing 14 are integrally injection molded. Since the first housing 13 and the second housing 14 have the same structure and purpose, they also belong to the integral injection molding referred to in this embodiment.

[0301] In this embodiment, "long and narrow" refers to a fan housing 1 with a length, width, and height of less than 15cm, a length and width of less than 8cm, and a length-to-width ratio greater than 1.5.

[0302] The one-piece injection molded fan housing 1 has stronger physical properties and a more aesthetically pleasing external appearance.

[0303] It should be noted that any of the embodiments and examples in this example can be implemented independently, or in combination with one or more other embodiments or examples. When implementing in combination, the combination method should not be limited to the combinations listed in this example.
