[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application filed on April 16, 2025, with application number 2025104769552, entitled "Power Supply and Distribution Method, Power Supply and Distribution System, Power Supply and Distribution Equipment and Controller", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field

[0003] This application relates to the field of electrical technology, and in particular to a power supply and distribution method, power supply and distribution system, power supply and distribution equipment and controller. Background Technology

[0004] With the development of energy technology, the power supply mode of oil and gas field well site equipment has gradually evolved from a single type of power generation equipment, such as diesel generators, to a power supply mode that combines multiple types of power generation equipment, such as energy storage, photovoltaic power generation, gas turbine power generation, grid power, and wind power. Correspondingly, the load end of the above-mentioned power supply end has also evolved from a single load device working alone to multiple load devices working simultaneously. This change in power supply and distribution mode has placed higher demands on the layout of the power supply and distribution system of oil and gas field well sites, as well as the safety, reliability, and intelligence of the power supply and distribution equipment.

[0005] However, the inventors realized that the power supply and distribution system of traditional oil and gas field well sites usually sets up the power supply unit and the power distribution unit separately. This power supply and distribution method will result in a large space occupied by the system, making it inconvenient to move equipment in the oil and gas field well site, and also hindering equipment failure repair and maintenance, thus affecting the reliability of the power supply and distribution system. [0031] The power supply and distribution method provided in this application embodiment can be applied to the application environment shown in Figure 1. The power supply and distribution system 10 includes a controller 20, multiple switch cabinets 30, and a system bus 40. Each switch cabinet includes a switch module 302, a synchronous selection switch 304, a communication monitoring module 306 connected to the controller 20, and a parallel interface 308 for connecting external devices 50. The parallel interface 308 is connected to the system bus 40 through the switch module 302. The communication monitoring module 306 is connected to the synchronous selection switch 304, the controller 20, and the switch module 302.

[0032] In some examples, controller 20 can be located at a terminal, which can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, portable wearable devices, industrial displays, etc. Furthermore, the terminal can also communicate with a server, which can be a standalone physical server, a server cluster or distributed system consisting of multiple physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud computing services.

[0033] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG2, a power supply and distribution method is provided. Taking the application of this method to the controller 20 in FIG1 as an example, the method includes the following steps S202 to S206. Wherein:

[0034] Step S202: Obtain the device information of the external device 50 connected to the parallel interface 308 and the switching status of the corresponding synchronization selection switch 304.

[0035] The parallel interface 308 is used to connect external equipment 50 to the corresponding switch cabinet 30, so that the external equipment 50 can be connected to the power supply and distribution system.

[0036] For example, the device information of external device 50 may include the device type of external device 50 and whether external device 50 is the first power generation device to be connected to the power supply and distribution system; the device type of external device 50 may include power generation equipment and load-consuming equipment. In practical applications, power generation equipment may include diesel generators, energy storage, grid power, and other power-supplying equipment; load-consuming equipment may include oil and gas field well site equipment such as fracturing pumps. In some examples, the user can input the device information of the external device 50 that is currently being prepared to be connected to the power supply and distribution system on a terminal (e.g., an industrial display).

[0037] Specifically, the controller 20 can obtain device information of the external device 50 connected to the parallel interface 308 from terminals such as industrial displays, and obtain the current switching status of the synchronization selection switch 304.

[0038] In step S204, when it is determined that external device 50 is the first power generation device to be connected to the system based on the equipment information, the control switch module 302 is closed.

[0039] The switch module 302 can be used to perform closing or opening actions to connect or disconnect the line from the system bus 40 to the external device 50 to be connected. It is understood that when the switch module 302 of the switch cabinet 30 is closed, the external device 50 connected to the switch cabinet 30 can be successfully connected to the power supply and distribution system; when the switch module 302 of the switch cabinet 30 is open, the external device 50 connected to the switch cabinet 30 is not allowed to be connected to the power supply and distribution system. Optionally, the switch module 302 may include a three-position disconnector.

[0040] Specifically, when the external device 50 connected to the parallel interface 308 is determined to be the first power generation device connected to the power supply and distribution system based on the device information input by the user, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 of the corresponding switch cabinet 30 to close the circuit through the communication monitoring module 306 of the corresponding switch cabinet 30.

[0041] In step S206, when it is determined that the external device 50 is a load power-consuming device based on the device information, or when it is determined that the external device 50 is not the first power generation device connected to the system based on the device information, the working state of the switch module 302 is controlled based on the switching state of the synchronous selection switch 304 and the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306.

[0042] Among them, the synchronization selection switch 304 can be a selection switch installed on the surface of the switch cabinet 30, which allows the user to select the appropriate synchronization strategy according to the equipment type of the external equipment 50 to be integrated into the system by adjusting the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304.

[0043] It should be noted that, on the one hand, the communication monitoring module 306 can be used to transmit switch status signals from the synchronous selection switch 304 and control signals to the switch module 302 from the controller 20; on the other hand, the communication monitoring module 306 can also monitor and acquire monitoring data for the system side and the side to be connected in the power supply and distribution system. In some examples, for one of the switch cabinets 30, the monitoring data on the system side may include the electrical parameters of the line from the switch module 302 of the switch cabinet 30 to the system bus 40; the monitoring data on the side to be connected may include the electrical parameters of the line from the parallel interface 308 of the switch cabinet 30 to the external device 50 to be connected.

[0044] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a load power device or a power generation device that is not the first to be connected to the power supply and distribution system based on the device information, the controller 20 can control the working state of the switch module 302 through the communication monitoring module 306 based on the switching state of the synchronous selection switch 304 and the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306.

[0045] In some possible implementations, the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 may include a first synchronization state (SYN ON) and a second synchronization state (SYN OFF). When the synchronization selection switch 304 is in different switching states, the controller 20 can execute different synchronization strategies. For example, when a user needs to connect a generator that is not the first generator to be connected to the system, the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 can be adjusted to the first synchronization state, so that the system executes the synchronization strategy corresponding to the first synchronization state to determine whether to allow the generator to be connected to the power supply and distribution system. When a user needs to connect a load device, the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 can be adjusted to the second synchronization state, so that the system executes the synchronization strategy corresponding to the second synchronization state to determine whether to allow the load device to be connected to the power supply and distribution system.

[0046] In the above power supply and distribution method, the controller 20 can obtain the equipment information of the external device 50 to be connected and the switching status of the synchronization selection switch 304 according to the user input. When the external device 50 is determined to be the first power generation device to be connected to the system based on the equipment information, the controller 20 will control the switch module 302 to close through the communication monitoring module 306 to connect the power generation device to the power supply and distribution system. When the external device 50 is determined to be a load device or a non-first power generation device to be connected to the system based on the equipment information, the controller 20 will select the corresponding synchronization strategy based on the switching status of the synchronization selection switch 304 and control the working status of the switch module 302 according to the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306 to determine whether to connect the power generation device or the load device to the power supply and distribution system. This application enables the safe integration of power generation equipment or load-consuming equipment into the same power supply and distribution system through the above-mentioned method. Compared with the traditional power supply and distribution methods in oil and gas field well sites, it greatly improves the system's compatibility, reduces the system's space occupation (it is not necessary to set up separate power supply and distribution systems at the same time), and also improves the overall reliability of the power supply and distribution system.

[0047] In one embodiment, the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306 includes voltage and frequency data from both the system side and the side to be paralleled. The step of controlling the operating state of the switching module 302 based on the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 and the monitoring data from the communication monitoring module 306 includes the following steps:

[0048] Based on the switching state of the synchronous selection switch 304, and the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected, the operating state of the switching module 302 is controlled.

[0049] For example, for one of the switch cabinets 30, the voltage and frequency data on the system side can refer to the electrical parameters of the line from the switch module 302 of the switch cabinet 30 to the system bus 40; the voltage and frequency data on the side to be connected can refer to the voltage and frequency data of the line from the parallel interface 308 of the switch cabinet 30 to the external device 50 to be connected.

[0050] Specifically, when the user input determines that the external device 50 to be connected is a load power device or a power generation device that is not the first to be connected to the system, the controller 20 can determine the synchronization strategy to be executed based on the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304. Based on the synchronization strategy, combined with the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected, it can determine whether the external device 50 can be connected to the power supply and distribution system. Finally, based on the judgment result, the controller controls the switch module 302 to enter the corresponding working state.

[0051] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG3, the switching states of the synchronization selection switch 304 include a first synchronization state and a second synchronization state; the step of controlling the operating state of the switch module 302 based on the switching states of the synchronization selection switch 304 and the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be paralleled includes the following steps S302 to S306. Wherein:

[0052] Step S302: Based on the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected, obtain the voltage difference data and frequency difference data of the system side and the side to be connected.

[0053] The voltage and frequency data on the system side can refer to the electrical parameters of the line from the switch module 302 of the switch cabinet 30 to the system bus 40; the voltage and frequency data on the side to be connected can refer to the voltage and frequency data of the line from the parallel interface 308 of the switch cabinet 30 to the external device 50 to be connected.

[0054] Specifically, the controller 20 can obtain voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected through the communication monitoring module 306, and calculate the voltage difference data and frequency difference data of the system side and the side to be connected based on the voltage and frequency data.

[0055] Step S304: When the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 is the first synchronization state, the working state of the switch module 302 is controlled based on the voltage difference data, frequency difference data and device information.

[0056] The synchronization selection switch 304 has two states: a first synchronization state (SYN ON) and a second synchronization state (SYN OFF). It can be understood that the user can adjust the synchronization selection switch 304 on the switch cabinet 30 to different states, thereby instructing the controller 20 to execute different synchronization strategies accordingly.

[0057] For example, the synchronization strategy corresponding to the first synchronization state can be used to determine whether the power generation equipment connected to the switch cabinet 30 can be connected to the power supply and distribution system based on the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306.

[0058] Specifically, the controller 20 acquires the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 and the device information of the external device 50 to be connected. When the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 is the first synchronization state, the controller 20 controls the working state of the switch module 302 based on the synchronization strategy corresponding to the first synchronization state, the voltage difference data and frequency difference data between the system side and the side to be connected, and the device information of the external device 50 to be connected.

[0059] Step S306: When the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 is the second synchronization state, the working state of the switch module 302 is controlled based on the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected, as well as the device information.

[0060] For example, the synchronization strategy corresponding to the second synchronization state can be used to determine whether the load electrical equipment connected to the switch cabinet 30 can be connected to the power supply and distribution system based on the monitoring data of the communication monitoring module 306.

[0061] Specifically, the controller 20 acquires the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 and the device information of the external device 50 to be connected. When the switching state of the synchronization selection switch 304 is the second synchronization state, the controller 20 controls the working state of the switch module 302 based on the synchronization strategy corresponding to the second synchronization state, the voltage and frequency data of the system side and the side to be connected, and the device information of the external device 50 to be connected.

[0062] In some possible implementations, when the type of the external device 50 to be integrated does not match the switching state of the synchronous selection switch 304, the controller 20 can control the corresponding switch module 302 to remain open or grounded.

[0063] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG4, the steps for controlling the operating state of the switch module 302 based on voltage difference data, frequency difference data, and device information include the following steps S402 to S406. Wherein:

[0064] In step S402, if the external device 50 is determined to be a power generation device based on the device information, and the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are not 0, and the voltage difference data and frequency difference data both meet the synchronization set value conditions, then the control switch module 302 is closed.

[0065] Among them, the synchronization setting condition can be a preset value range. When the voltage difference data or frequency difference data is within this value range, it means that the voltage parameters and frequency parameters of the current system side and the side to be connected match. At this time, the external device 50 can be connected to the power supply and distribution system.

[0066] For example, when the voltage data on the system side is not 0, it indicates that the power supply and distribution system may have been connected to other power generation equipment that is currently supplying power; when the voltage data on the side to be connected is not 0, it indicates that the power generation equipment to be connected may be currently supplying power, or the load equipment to be connected has its own power supply module and is currently energized.

[0067] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a power generation device, when the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are not 0, and the voltage difference data and frequency difference data both meet the synchronization set value conditions, the controller 20 sends a control signal to the switch module 302 through the communication monitoring module 306 to control the switch module 302 to close, thereby realizing the safe connection of the power generation device to the power supply and distribution system.

[0068] In step S404, if the external device 50 is determined to be a power generation device based on the device information, and the voltage difference data or frequency difference data does not meet the synchronous setting conditions, the control switch module 302 is tripped or grounded.

[0069] It is understandable that when the voltage difference data or frequency difference data does not meet the synchronous setting conditions, it means that the voltage and frequency parameters of the current system side and the side to be connected do not match. At this time, connecting the external device 50 into the power supply and distribution system will pose a significant safety risk.

[0070] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a power generation device, if the voltage difference data or frequency difference data does not meet the synchronous setting conditions, the controller 20 sends a control signal to the switch module 302 through the communication monitoring module 306 to control the switch module 302 to trip or ground, thereby avoiding safety accidents and improving the safety and reliability of the power supply and distribution system.

[0071] In step S406, if the external device 50 is determined to be a load electrical device based on the device information, the control switch module 302 is tripped or grounded.

[0072] It is understandable that when the switching state of the synchronization selector switch 304 is the first synchronization state and the external device 50 to be connected is a load power device, the switching state of the synchronization selector switch 304 does not match the device type of the external device 50. In this case, when the external device 50 is connected to the power supply and distribution system, a safety accident may occur.

[0073] Specifically, when the switching state of the synchronous selection switch 304 is the first synchronous state and the external device 50 is determined to be the load power device, the controller 20 controls the switch module 302 to open or ground through the communication monitoring module 306.

[0074] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG5, the steps for controlling the operating state of the switch module 302 based on voltage and frequency data from the system side and the side to be paralleled, as well as device information, include the following steps S502 to S508. Wherein:

[0075] In step S502, if the external device 50 is determined to be a load device based on the device information, and the voltage and frequency data on the system side meet the system side operating conditions and the voltage data on the side to be connected is 0, then the control switch module 302 is closed.

[0076] When the voltage and frequency data on the system side meet the operating conditions on the system side, it indicates that the power supply and distribution system is operating normally and there are power generation devices that have been connected to the system and are performing power generation work. At this time, the switch cabinet 30 of the power supply and distribution system can safely perform power supply work for the load electrical equipment.

[0077] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a load device, when the voltage and frequency data on the system side meet the system side operating conditions and the voltage data on the side to be connected is 0, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 to close through the communication monitoring module 306, so as to safely connect the above-mentioned load device into the power supply and distribution system.

[0078] In step S504, if the external device 50 is determined to be a load electrical device based on the device information, and the voltage and frequency data of the side to be connected meet the operating conditions of the side to be connected and the voltage data of the system side is 0, then the control switch module 302 is closed.

[0079] When the voltage and frequency data of the side to be connected meet the operating conditions of the side to be connected, it indicates that the load equipment to be connected is itself energized and may have its own power supply module.

[0080] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a load device, when the voltage and frequency data of the side to be connected both meet the operating conditions of the side to be connected and the voltage data of the system side is 0, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 to close through the communication monitoring module 306, so as to safely connect the above-mentioned load device into the power supply and distribution system.

[0081] In step S506, if the external device 50 is determined to be a load device based on the device information, and the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are 0, then the control switch module 302 is closed.

[0082] When the voltage data of both the system side and the side to be connected are 0, it means that both the system side and the side to be connected are in a de-energized state. At this time, the switch cabinet 30 can be safely connected to the load electrical equipment.

[0083] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a load device, when the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are 0, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 to close through the communication monitoring module 306, so as to safely connect the aforementioned load device into the power supply and distribution system.

[0084] In step S508, if the external device 50 is determined to be a load device based on the device information, and the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are not 0, then the control switch module 302 is tripped or grounded.

[0085] It is understandable that when the voltage data of both the system side and the side to be connected are not 0, it means that both the system side and the side to be connected are in a energized state. At this time, there is a significant risk in connecting the switch cabinet 30 to the load equipment.

[0086] Specifically, when the external device 50 is determined to be a load device, if the voltage data on both the system side and the side to be connected are not 0, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 to trip or ground through the communication monitoring module 306 to avoid safety accidents.

[0087] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG6, the switch cabinet 30 further includes a grounding detection module 310; the communication monitoring module 306 is connected to the parallel interface 308 through the grounding detection module 310; the method further includes the following step S208. Wherein:

[0088] In step S208, if the detection result from the grounding detection module 310 determines that the connection between the parallel interface 308 and the external device 50 is abnormal, or if the detection result determines that the power supply and distribution system is grounded abnormal, then the control switch module 302 is tripped or grounded.

[0089] Among them, the grounding detection module 310 of each switch cabinet 30 can be used to detect whether there is a connection abnormality between the parallel interface 308 and the external device 50, and to detect whether the lines of the switch cabinet 30 are properly grounded.

[0090] Specifically, the control module can obtain the detection results from the grounding detection module 310. When the detection results determine that there is a connection abnormality between the parallel interface 308 and the external device 50, or when the detection results determine that there is a grounding abnormality in the power supply and distribution system lines, the controller 20 can control the switch module 302 to trip or ground through the communication monitoring module 306. This embodiment of the application, through the above method, prevents safety accidents in the power supply and distribution system due to connection abnormalities or grounding abnormalities, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the power supply and distribution system.

[0091] It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments described above are shown sequentially according to the arrows, these steps are not necessarily executed in the order indicated by the arrows. Unless explicitly stated herein, there is no strict order restriction on the execution of these steps, and they can be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages. These steps or stages are not necessarily completed at the same time, but can be executed at different times. The execution order of these steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but can be performed alternately or in turn with other steps or at least some of the steps or stages of other steps.

[0092] Based on the same inventive concept, this application also provides a power supply and distribution system for implementing the power supply and distribution method described above. The solution provided by this system is similar to the solution described in the above method; therefore, the specific limitations in one or more power supply and distribution system embodiments provided below can be found in the limitations of the power supply and distribution method described above, and will not be repeated here.

[0093] In one example, this application provides a controller including a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, and the processor executing the computer program to implement the steps in the above-described method embodiments.

[0094] In one example, as shown in Figure 1, this application discloses a power supply and distribution system 10, which includes the controller 20, multiple switch cabinets 30, and a system bus as described in the above embodiments. The switch cabinet 30 includes a switch module 302, a synchronous selection switch 304, a communication monitoring module 306 connected to the controller 20, and a parallel interface 308 for connecting external devices 50. The parallel interface 308 is connected to the system bus through the switch module 302. The communication monitoring module 306 is connected to the synchronous selection switch 304, the controller 20, and the switch module 302.

[0095] In one embodiment, the switch cabinet 30 further includes a grounding detection module 310. The communication monitoring module 306 is connected to the parallel interface 308 via the grounding detection module 310.

[0096] In one embodiment, the ground detection module 310 includes a ground wire monitor and a ground fault relay.

[0097] For example, a ground wire monitor can be used to monitor the ground wire integrity of a power supply and distribution system to ensure that the ground wire connection of the power supply and distribution system is reliable and meets grounding requirements. A ground fault relay can be used to quickly disconnect the relevant fault circuit when a ground fault occurs in the system.

[0098] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG7, the communication monitoring modules 306 of all switch cabinets 30 are connected to form a redundant ring network structure.

[0099] The communication monitoring module 306 includes a switch and a line monitoring unit. Exemplarily, the power supply and distribution system also includes redundant control lines for zero-delay switching of backup circuits.

[0100] Specifically, this application embodiment uses a redundant ring network structure. When a communication line in the system fails, the corresponding switch cabinet 30 can start other backup links with zero delay, so that data can still be transmitted through other paths in the ring. This reduces unnecessary downtime caused by a single network failure, thereby ensuring the continuity of the system's communication network and improving the reliability of the power supply and distribution system.

[0101] In one embodiment, the parallel interface 308 includes a female cable connector; the female cable connector is used to connect a male cable connector of an external device 50.

[0102] Specifically, this application embodiment allows all devices to be connected, whether power generation equipment or load-consuming equipment, to the female cable connector of the parallel interface 308 of the switchgear 30 using a male cable connector. Users can determine the specific type of the external device 50 to be connected to the switchgear 30 on a terminal (e.g., an industrial display). By standardizing the cable connector interface type, this application enables different types of external devices 50 to be connected through the same interface, greatly simplifying the physical connection and initial configuration process, thereby improving the compatibility and versatility of the power supply and distribution system.

[0103] In one embodiment, the switch cabinet 30 further includes a current transformer; the current transformer is connected between the parallel interface 308 and the switch module 302.

[0104] Specifically, the aforementioned current transformer can realize longitudinal differential protection, thereby enabling the switchgear 30 to be applied to load equipment with a capacity of 2MW or more, thus improving the versatility of the power supply and distribution system.

[0105] In one embodiment, the switch module 302 includes a three-position isolating switch.

[0106] Specifically, three-position disconnect switches can be safely and reliably applied in medium and high voltage power systems, ensuring personnel safety in medium and high voltage environments while also improving the reliability and efficiency of power supply and distribution systems.

[0107] In one example, as shown in FIG8, this application provides a power supply and distribution equipment 80, which includes a power supply and distribution system 10 as described in any of the above embodiments; the power supply and distribution equipment 80 also includes an auxiliary transformer, a distribution cabinet 84 and a DC power supply panel 86 respectively connected to each switch cabinet; the distribution cabinet 84 is respectively connected to the auxiliary transformer and the DC power supply panel 86.

[0108] The auxiliary transformer is used to convert the output voltage of the connected power generation equipment into the operating voltage for use by other systems (such as lighting systems, cooling systems, etc.) in the power distribution equipment 80. The distribution cabinet 84 can be used to distribute the power generated by the power generation equipment to the DC power supply panel 86 and other systems of the equipment. Optionally, the distribution cabinet 84 is a low-voltage distribution cabinet 84.

[0109] Furthermore, the DC power supply panel 86 includes a battery that can be charged using the power generated by the connected power generation equipment. The DC power supply panel 86 can be used to provide operating or control power to various modules of the power supply and distribution system 10 (e.g., control modules, communication monitoring modules, etc.). It is understood that, compared to the conventional AC power supply panel, the DC power supply panel 86 of this embodiment can maintain DC output when the power generation equipment or the mains power supply is abnormal, thereby continuing to maintain the normal operation of each system in each device for a period of time, thus reducing the failure rate and improving the safety and reliability of the power supply and distribution equipment 80. In addition, the switchgear's control module uses a DC system power supply, which reduces the DC-AC inverter stage, thereby also increasing the power supply reliability of the power supply and distribution system 10.

[0110] In one embodiment, the power supply and distribution equipment 80 is a skid-mounted device.

[0111] Specifically, the use of a skid-mounted structure for the power supply and distribution equipment 80 can improve the ease of equipment relocation.

[0112] In one possible implementation, as shown in Figure 9, the individual switchgear of the power distribution equipment 80 is installed back-to-back in the prefabricated compartment.

[0113] Specifically, the traditional space design of skid-mounted power supply equipment or skid-mounted power distribution equipment involves installing the corresponding power supply switchgear or power distribution switchgear on one side of the cabin, while a counterweight is placed on the other side of the cabin to balance the weight distribution. This space design wastes a significant amount of cabin space. This application adopts a back-to-back method to install each switchgear in the prefabricated cabin, which can effectively improve the space utilization of the equipment and increase the number of switchgear that can be installed in the cabin.

[0114] In one possible implementation, the communication monitoring module adopts the IEC 61850 power communication protocol. Through this protocol, the power supply and distribution system can remotely perform switchgear opening and closing operations. Simultaneously, the system can upload monitoring data (voltage, current, frequency, etc.) collected for the target monitoring lines to the backend monitoring system, eliminating the need for personnel to be constantly present at the power supply and distribution equipment. This achieves unmanned operation of the power supply and distribution system and equipment, as well as intelligent fault early warning and handling functions.

[0115] In an exemplary embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal. In some examples, the terminal is an industrial display. Its internal structure diagram may be as shown in Figure 10. The computer device includes a processor, memory, input / output interface, communication interface, display unit, and input device. The processor, memory, and input / output interface are connected via a system bus, and the communication interface, display unit, and input device are connected to the system bus via the input / output interface. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and computer programs. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The input / output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and external devices. The communication interface of the computer device is used for wired or wireless communication with external terminals; wireless communication can be achieved through Wi-Fi, mobile cellular networks, Near Field Communication (NFC), or other technologies. When the computer program is executed by the processor, it implements a power supply and distribution method. The display unit of this computer device is used to form a visually visible image and can be a display screen, a projection device, or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be an LCD screen or an e-ink screen. The input device of this computer device can be a touch layer covering the display screen, or buttons, a trackball, or a touchpad set on the casing of the computer device, or an external keyboard, touchpad, or mouse, etc.
