Description

A car seat function control system Technical Field

[0001] This invention belongs to the field of automotive seat technology and relates to an automotive seat function control system. Background Technology

[0002] As consumers demand greater comfort and convenience from car seats, their functionality is becoming increasingly sophisticated. For example, heating, ventilation, and massage functions have become standard features in high-end models. In current automotive system designs, the control of car seat functions is integrated into the vehicle's main control screen to enhance user experience and the vehicle's level of intelligence.

[0003] However, this design can also cause problems in certain situations. For example, the functions of the car seats are controlled by the main screen, and passengers need to switch to the management interface on the main screen to activate or adjust these functions. On the one hand, with the increasing number of comfort and entertainment systems in cars, the main screen menus and levels are numerous. Passengers need to be very familiar with the main screen's interface to smoothly activate seat heating or ambient lighting functions, especially while the vehicle is in motion. Passengers may not be able to quickly and accurately find the corresponding function options, thus affecting the user experience. On the other hand, when passengers operate the main screen, they may accidentally touch other driving-related function buttons, such as switching driving modes or adjusting the navigation system. This not only interferes with the driver's normal driving but may also cause unnecessary safety risks. Alternatively, when passengers operate seat functions on the main screen, or when rear passengers instruct front passengers (e.g., the passenger in the front passenger seat) to help control and adjust seat-related functions on the main screen, there is a high probability that the driver's attention will be distracted, especially in complex road conditions or at high speeds. This interference may cause the driver to misjudge road conditions, thereby endangering driving safety.

[0004] It should be noted that the above introduction to the technical background is only for the purpose of providing a clear and complete explanation of the technical solutions of this application and facilitating understanding by those skilled in the art. It should not be assumed that these technical solutions are known to those skilled in the art simply because they have been described in the background section of this application. Technical issues

[0005] How to provide a car seat function control system that allows passengers to conveniently control car seat functions without the need for the car's main control system has become an important technical problem that urgently needs to be solved by those skilled in the art. Technical solutions

[0006] In view of the shortcomings of the prior art described above, the purpose of this invention is to provide an automotive seat function control system to solve the problem that the functions of automotive seats are integrated into the main control system in the prior art, which is not conducive to passenger operation.

[0007] To achieve the above and other related objectives, a car seat function control system is provided, wherein the car seat has a functional module for performing preset functions, and the control system includes:

[0008] The signal acquisition module includes an operation information input unit, which is used to respond to operation information for the preset function and output an operation signal. The operation information input unit includes a flexible switch, which is installed on the car seat and triggers a preset operation for the preset function based on the flexible switch.

[0009] A signal processing module is connected to the signal acquisition module. The signal processing module includes a microprocessor, which processes and analyzes the operation signal to generate a control signal that matches the preset function.

[0010] A function execution module is connected to the signal processing module, and the function execution module is adapted to the function module to drive the execution of the preset function based on the control signal.

[0011] Optionally, the flexible switch includes a switch, an initial reference resistor, and a switch signal output terminal; wherein,

[0012] One end of the switch is connected to the power supply voltage, the other end of the switch is connected to one end of the initial reference resistor, the other end of the initial reference resistor is grounded, and the switch signal output terminal is led out from between the switch and the initial reference resistor unit;

[0013] When the flexible switch is pressed, the resistance of the switch changes, while the resistance of the initial reference resistor remains unchanged. This causes the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal to change with the change in the resistance of the switch. Based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal, the microprocessor determines the working state of the flexible switch and outputs a control signal.

[0014] Optionally, the microprocessor determines the operating state of the flexible switch based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal, including:

[0015] If the increase in voltage output from the switch signal output terminal is greater than a preset value, the microprocessor determines that the switch is activated.

[0016] Furthermore, the microprocessor counts the activation duration of the switch from the moment the switch is activated, and determines the working state of the flexible switch based on the activation state and activation duration of the switch.

[0017] Optionally, the microprocessor includes a timer, and the signal processing module further includes a first trigger and a second trigger. The first trigger is activated on the rising edge, and the second trigger is activated on the falling edge. The trigger terminals of both the first and second triggers are connected to the switch signal output terminal, and the output terminals of both the first and second triggers are connected to the input terminal of the timer. The voltage output by the switch signal output terminal is low when the switch is not pressed, and the initial outputs of both the first and second triggers are low, indicating that the timer is not activated.

[0018] The microprocessor determines the operating state of the flexible switch based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal, including:

[0019] The voltage at the switch signal output terminal increases when the switch is in the pressed state, and the first trigger is triggered to activate the timer;

[0020] The voltage at the switch signal output terminal drops when the switch changes from a pressed state to a released state, and the second trigger is triggered to turn off the timer;

[0021] The microprocessor determines the working state of the flexible switch based on the activation state and activation duration of the timer.

[0022] Optionally, the operation information input unit includes a sensing area, the switch is manufactured using a screen printing process, and the switch is located within the sensing area; wherein,

[0025] The signal processing module is also used to perform zero-adjustment processing on the flexible switch, and based on the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal after zero-adjustment processing, to determine the pressing operation and issue the control signal; wherein,

[0026] The pressing operation includes one of short press, long press, and two consecutive presses; the control signal includes at least one of start / stop signal and mode change signal; and the preset operation includes at least one of start, stop, and mode change of the preset function.

[0027] Optionally, the signal processing module is further configured to perform zero-adjustment processing on the flexible switch, including the following steps:

[0028] After power-on, the initial voltage output from the switch signal output terminal is detected, and the initial voltage is associated with the initial reference resistor;

[0029] If the initial voltage meets the preset requirements, then the initial reference resistor is used as the target reference resistor;

[0030] If the initial voltage does not meet the preset requirement, the initial reference resistor is switched to the backup reference resistor, and the intermediate voltage output by the switch signal output terminal is detected. The backup reference resistor when the intermediate voltage meets the preset requirement is used as the target reference resistor.

[0031] If, after switching each of the backup reference resistors, the intermediate voltage output by the switch signal output terminal does not meet the preset requirements, then the main control screen of the vehicle will display a function error message.

[0032] Optionally, the functional module includes at least one functional unit, which includes one of the following: a heating adjustment unit, a ventilation adjustment unit, an ambient light adjustment unit, a massage adjustment unit, a seat position adjustment unit, and a lumbar support adjustment unit;

The main control screen is configured to have an input interface of the operation module so as to input operation information of the preset functions of the car seat based on the input interface. The CAN bus is also used to update the status of the preset functions on the car seat in real time and store them in the memory unit.

[0038] Optionally, the signal acquisition module further includes an NFC coil, and the communication module further includes an NFC control unit. The NFC control unit is electrically connected to the NFC coil to collect identity information and perform identity verification based on the signal output by the NFC coil.

[0039] The NFC control unit is connected to the memory unit and the information processing module; wherein...

[0040] The memory unit is also used to store identity information and functional preference information that matches the identity information;

[0041] By default, the signal processing module also outputs the control signal based on the authentication result output by the NFC control unit and the function preference information. Beneficial effects

[0042] As described above, the automotive seat function control system of the present invention includes a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, and a function execution module. The signal acquisition module includes an operation information input unit. Based on the operation information input unit, the system processes and analyzes the input operation signals for preset functions of the vehicle and outputs control signals. The operation information input unit includes a flexible switch. Pressing the flexible switch accurately and sensitively conveys the passenger's operation information. Furthermore, the implementation method and working status detection method of the flexible switch can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs to ensure a rapid and accurate response to vehicle function adjustment operations. Furthermore, the signal processing module also includes a zeroing unit. By performing zeroing processing on the flexible switch based on the zeroing unit, the accuracy of signal acquisition can be avoided due to individual differences among passengers, which helps to further improve the riding experience. [0058] The following specific examples illustrate the implementation of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can easily understand other advantages and effects of the present invention from the content disclosed in this specification. The present invention can also be implemented or applied through other different specific embodiments, and various details in this specification can also be modified or changed based on different viewpoints and applications without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0059] Please refer to Figures 1 to 7. It should be noted that the illustrations provided in this embodiment are only schematic representations of the basic concept of the present invention. Therefore, the figures only show the components related to the present invention and are not drawn according to the actual number, shape and size of the components in the actual implementation. In the actual implementation, the form, quantity and proportion of each component can be arbitrarily changed, and the layout of the components may also be more complex.

[0060] Regarding the technical issues mentioned in the background section, such as the inconvenience and negative impact on passenger experience caused by requiring passengers to control car seat functions via the vehicle's main control system, and the potential interference with driver safety, it is proposed that non-driving-related functions like seat functions can be controlled independently of the main control system. For example, the seat function control system can be integrated into a control box installed in a location easily accessible to passengers, such as the seat side, armrest, or under the seat. This allows passengers to quickly and conveniently use these functions without interfering with the driver, while also avoiding the safety hazards associated with operating the main control screen. Furthermore, the various modules or units within the seat function control system can be designed to respond quickly to passenger input and accommodate personalized seat function customization needs, thereby improving the passenger experience.

[0061] Example 1

[0062] This application provides an automotive seat function control system (hereinafter referred to as "control system"). Please refer to Figure 1, which shows a structural block diagram of the control system. The automotive seat has a function module 600 that performs preset functions. The control system includes a signal acquisition module 100, a signal processing module 200, and a function execution module 300.

[0063] Specifically, the signal acquisition module 100 includes an operation information input unit, which responds to operation information for the preset function and outputs an operation signal. The operation information input unit includes a flexible switch 11, which is mounted on the car seat. The preset operation for the preset function is triggered based on the flexible switch 11. The signal processing module 200 is connected to the signal acquisition module 100. The signal processing module 200 includes a microprocessor (MCU), which processes and analyzes the operation signal to generate a control signal matching the preset function. The function execution module 300 is connected to the signal processing module 200 and is adapted to the function module 600 to drive the execution of the preset function based on the control signal. Please refer to Figures 2 and 3 for schematic diagrams of two partial structures in this control system.

[0064] In an optional embodiment, please refer to Figure 4, which shows a schematic diagram of the circuit structure of the flexible switch in the control system. The flexible switch 11 includes a switch 111, an initial reference resistor 112, and a switch signal output terminal 113. One end of the switch 111 is connected to the power supply voltage Vcc (e.g., 5V), and the other end of the switch 111 is connected to one end of the initial reference resistor 112. The other end of the initial reference resistor 112 is grounded (GND), and the switch signal output terminal 113 is led out from the unit between the switch 111 and the initial reference resistor 112. When the flexible switch 11 is pressed, the resistance of the switch 111 changes, while the resistance of the initial reference resistor 112 remains unchanged. This causes the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 to change with the resistance of the switch 111. The microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 and judges the pressing operation to output a control signal.

[0065] In this embodiment, the flexible switch 11 operates as follows: When the switch 111 is in an unpressed state (static state), the current in the circuit of the flexible switch 11 is stable. Since the resistance value of the initial reference resistor 112 is fixed, the resistance value of the switch 111 in the unpressed state is also fixed. The switch 111 is connected in series with the initial reference resistor 112, so that the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 is also constant. When the switch 111 is pressed and triggered, the resistance value of the switch 111 increases, while the resistance value of the initial reference resistor 112 remains fixed, causing the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 to increase, and the degree of voltage increase depends on the degree of increase in the resistance value of the switch 111. After the switch 111 changes from the pressed state to the released state (i.e., the switch 111 returns to the unpressed state), the resistance value of the switch 111 also returns to the initial value, and the voltage of the switch signal output terminal 113 decreases to the initial constant value.

[0066] The flexible switch 11 in this embodiment has a simple circuit structure that is easy to implement. A small change in the resistance of the switch 111 can cause a significant change in the voltage output at the switch signal output terminal 113, thus sensitively and accurately detecting whether the switch 111 is pressed and its specific pressing state, facilitating subsequent signal processing and control. Furthermore, the flexible switch 11 is flexible and lightweight, allowing it to be mounted on various shaped surfaces, such as curved surfaces, especially the armrests and upholstery of car seats. When the flexible switch 11 is mounted on the seat upholstery, additional slotting is avoided to accommodate the flexible switch 100, ensuring the integrity of the seat upholstery and resulting in a consistent appearance and feel for the car seat, thus enhancing the passenger experience.

[0067] In an optional embodiment, the pressing operation includes one of a short press, a long press, and two consecutive presses. The control signal includes at least one of a start / stop signal and a mode change signal. The preset operation includes at least one of activating, deactivating, and changing the mode of the preset function.

[0068] In an optional embodiment, the microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113, including one or a combination of the following two methods:

[0069] Method 1: The microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113, including: if the increase in the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 is greater than a preset value, the microprocessor 21 determines that the switch 111 is activated. Furthermore, the microprocessor 21 counts the activation duration of the switch 111 from the time the switch 111 is activated, and determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the activation state and activation duration of the switch 111.

[0070] In an optional embodiment, the preset value is 30%, and the increase in voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 refers to the percentage of the difference between the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 and the reference voltage when the switch 111 is in the released state, relative to the reference voltage. If the voltage increase exceeds the preset value, it is considered that the (passenger) has consciously pressed the switch 111, and corresponding action is required for this press; otherwise, it can be considered that the switch 111 has been accidentally pressed.

[0071] Method 2: Please refer to Figure 5, which shows a circuit structure diagram for determining the working state of a flexible switch based on a timer. The microprocessor 21 includes a timer (not shown in Figure 5). The signal processing module 200 also includes a first flip-flop 27 and a second flip-flop 28. The first flip-flop 27 is activated on the rising edge, and the second flip-flop 28 is activated on the falling edge. The trigger terminals of both the first flip-flop 27 and the second flip-flop 28 are connected to the switch signal output terminal 113. The output terminals of both the first flip-flop 27 and the second flip-flop 28 are connected to the input terminal of the timer. The voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 is low when the switch 111 is not pressed. The initial outputs of both the first flip-flop 27 and the second flip-flop 28 are low, and the timer is not activated. Both the first flip-flop 27 and the second flip-flop 28 are JK flip-flops, and the J and K terminals of both flip-flops are connected to a high level. At this time, both the first flip-flop 21 and the second flip-flop 28 are activated and only have a single function: "conversion". In other words, when the first flip-flop 27 and the second flip-flop 28 are in the active state, they can both flip the potential of the output Q (i.e., flip the current output Q from high level to low level, or flip the current output Q from low level to high level), thereby realizing the "clock on" and "clock off" functions.

[0072] The microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113. This includes: when the switch 111 is pressed, the voltage at the switch signal output terminal 113 increases, triggering the first trigger 27 to activate the timer; when the switch 111 is released, the voltage at the switch signal output terminal 113 decreases, triggering the second trigger 28 to deactivate the timer. The microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11 based on the activation state and duration of the timer. Furthermore, after the microprocessor 21 determines the operating state of the flexible switch 11, it also needs to reset the first trigger 27 and the second trigger 28 (i.e., the outputs Q of both the first trigger 27 and the second trigger 28 are set to low level) to prevent the "clock on" and "clock off" functions from being continuously activated, which could cause the first trigger 27 and the second trigger 28 to malfunction, affecting the stability of the control system.

[0073] In this embodiment of the application, the microprocessor 21 determines the working state of the flexible switch 11 based on the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 in two ways. In the first way, the voltage signal needs to be converted into a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter before the working state is detected. In the second way, the working state can be detected by triggering a (digital) timer to continue timing, without the need for an analog-to-digital converter.

[0074] In an optional embodiment, the microprocessor 21 determines the working state of the flexible switch 11 based on the activation state and activation duration of the timer, and the determination rule is as follows:

[0075] When the activation duration of the switch 111 is within the first preset time, the working state of the flexible switch 11 is not determined. At this time, it can be regarded as the flexible switch 11 being accidentally touched and "virtual activation" occurs.

[0076] When the activation duration of the switch 111 is between the first preset time and the second preset time, it is determined that the flexible switch 11 is in a short press state, which can be regarded as a short press operation.

[0077] When the activation time of the switch 111 exceeds the second preset time, it is determined that the flexible switch 11 is in a long-press state, which can be regarded as a long-press operation.

[0078] When the flexible switch 11 is pressed a second time within a third preset time after the short press ends, it is determined that the flexible switch 11 is in a state of two consecutive presses, which can be regarded as a continuous press operation.

[0079] If the flexible switch 11 experiences a second short press (or a second long press) after a third preset time has elapsed since the end of the short press (or long press), it is judged as a new short press (or a new long press) and can be regarded as two independent pressing operations.

[0080] In an optional embodiment, the first preset time is 0.3s, the second preset time is 2s, and the third preset time is 3s. When the above specific time is met, the pressing operation can be responded to quickly to switch or adjust the preset function quickly, and the actual experience of the passenger will not be affected by the operation time of function switching or adjustment being too long.

[0081] In an optional embodiment, the operation information input unit includes a sensing area, the switch 111 is manufactured using a screen printing process, and the switch 111 is located in the sensing area. The initial reference resistor 112 includes one or a combination of the following two implementation methods:

[0082] Method 1: The initial reference resistor 112 is also made based on the screen printing process. The operation information input unit also includes a non-inductive area, and the initial reference resistor 112 is located in the non-inductive area.

[0083] Furthermore, in Method 1, a protective device can be added around the initial reference resistor 112 to protect it. The non-mechanical sensing area can be located under the car seat or inside the control box.

[0084] Method 2: The control system includes a control circuit board, and the initial reference resistor 112 is located on the control circuit board.

[0085] In this embodiment, if the initial reference resistor 112 is obtained using method one, both the switch 111 and the initial reference resistor 112 in the flexible switch 11 are fabricated using screen printing technology. This allows for effective and large-area fabrication of the flexible switch 11, and the adjustable resistance value of the switch 111 has a very small resistance error with the initial reference resistor 112. Therefore, the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 can essentially reflect the operating state of the flexible switch 11 without additional zeroing processing. Of course, additional zeroing processing can also be performed to ensure accurate acquisition of the operating state of the flexible switch 11. If the initial reference resistor 112 is obtained using method two, at least one fixed resistor is provided on the control circuit board. After fabricating the switch 111, the switch 111 is electrically connected to this fixed resistor to form the flexible switch 11, wherein the fixed resistor serves as the initial reference resistor 112.

[0086] In an optional embodiment, please refer to Figure 6, which shows a flowchart of the zeroing process. The signal processing module 200 further includes a zeroing unit 22, which includes at least one backup reference resistor 221. The resistance value of at least one backup reference resistor 221 is different from the resistance value of the initial reference resistor 112, and at least two backup reference resistors 221 have different resistance values, thereby enabling the initial reference resistor 112 to be replaced several times during the zeroing process. The signal processing module 200 is also used to perform zeroing processing on the flexible switch 11, and based on the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 after zeroing processing, to determine the pressing operation and issue the control signal. The resistance values of the multiple backup reference resistors 221 are reasonably selected based on actual needs, i.e., to cover the possible range of resistance changes of the switch 111, and to ensure that after replacing the initial reference resistor 112, the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 can be adjusted to a preset threshold range relatively accurately. For example, when the zeroing unit 22 includes a plurality of backup reference resistors 221, the resistance values of the plurality of backup reference resistors 221 are distributed in a gradient. In this document, "at least one" includes one or more cases.

[0087] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG6, the signal processing module 200 is further configured to perform a zero-adjustment process on the flexible switch 11, including:

[0088] After power-on, the initial voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 is detected, and this initial voltage is associated with the initial reference resistor 112. If the initial voltage meets a preset requirement, the initial reference resistor 112 is used as the target reference resistor. If the initial voltage does not meet the preset requirement, the initial reference resistor 112 is switched to the backup reference resistor 221, and the intermediate voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 is detected. The backup reference resistor 221 when the intermediate voltage meets the preset requirement is used as the target reference resistor. If, after switching each backup reference resistor 221, the intermediate voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 does not meet the preset requirement, a faulty main control screen prompt is displayed, indicating that the flexible switch 100 (or a portion thereof) needs to be replaced or repaired.

[0089] In cases where the initial voltage does not meet the preset requirements, the initial reference resistor 112 is switched to one of the backup reference resistors 221 in the zeroing unit 22. The voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 (this voltage is called the intermediate voltage) is then detected. If the intermediate voltage still does not meet the preset requirements, the backup reference resistor 221 is replaced with another backup reference resistor 221, and the intermediate voltage output after replacing the backup reference resistor 221 is detected again. This process continues until, after replacing a backup reference resistor 221, the intermediate voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 meets the preset requirements. If so, the backup reference resistor 221 is considered to serve as a good reference, and the zeroing process ends with this backup reference resistor 221 as the target reference resistor. To avoid ambiguity, "initial voltage" refers to the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 when the switch 111 is connected in series with the initial reference resistor 112, and "intermediate voltage" refers to the voltage output from the switch signal output terminal 113 when the switch 111 is connected in series with any backup reference resistor 221.

[0090] In an optional embodiment, the preset requirement refers to the voltage (initial voltage and intermediate voltage) being within ±12% of the threshold voltage. In a specific example, the threshold voltage is 2.5V, and the preset range is 2.2V~2.8V. If the initial voltage or intermediate voltage is lower than 2.2V or higher than 2.8V, the flexible switch 11 needs to continue to be zeroed until the voltage output by the switch signal segment 113 is within the preset range, at which point the zeroing process ends.

[0091] In this embodiment, the initial voltage depends on the resistance of the switch 111 at the moment of power-on and the resistance of the initial reference resistor 112. If the initial voltage detected after power-on meets the preset requirements, it is considered that the resistance of the switch 111 is within a suitable range at the moment of power-on, so that the initial voltage falls within the preset threshold range, and the flexible switch 11 can work normally. That is, the purpose of the zeroing process is to adjust the appropriate reference resistor (i.e., the target reference resistor) that together with the switch 111 constitutes the flexible switch 11 in order to find a suitable voltage division ratio so that the voltage output by the switch signal output terminal 113 can be stabilized within the preset threshold range, thereby ensuring that the state change of the switch 111 can be accurately detected in the subsequent working process, so as to respond sensitively to the pressing operation.

[0092] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG3, the functional module 600 includes at least one of the following: a gear position indicator unit 611, a seat heating adjustment unit 612, a seat ventilation adjustment unit 613, an ambient light adjustment unit 614, a massage adjustment unit 615, a seat position adjustment unit 616, and a lumbar support adjustment unit 617. The operation information input unit includes multiple flexible switches 11, and each functional unit responds to the triggering of at least one flexible switch 11 to control its corresponding functional unit based on the flexible switch 11. The gear position indicator unit 611 includes multiple gear position indicator lights, which can be switched on / off and have their number of lights adjusted. The seat heating adjustment unit 612 includes a heater, which can be switched on / off and have its PWM mode adjusted. The seat ventilation adjustment unit 613 includes a fan, which can be switched on / off and have its PWM mode adjusted. The ambient light adjustment unit 614 includes an ambient light, which can be switched on / off, and has its color, mode, and brightness adjusted. The massage adjustment unit 615 includes a massager, which can be switched on / off, has its gear cycle adjusted, and has its massage intensity adjusted. The seat position adjustment unit 616 includes a seat lifting motor, a seat sliding motor, a footrest angle adjustment motor, and a backrest angle adjustment motor. The seat lifting motor can adjust the seat's vertical position, the seat sliding motor can adjust the seat's forward / backward position, the footrest angle adjustment motor can adjust the footrest's tilt angle, and the backrest angle adjustment motor can adjust the backrest's tilt angle. The lumbar support adjustment unit 617 includes an air pump and a valve assembly, which control the inflation and deflation of the lumbar support airbag.

[0093] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG2, the signal processing module 200 further includes a multiplexing unit 23, which is connected to a plurality of flexible switches 11 respectively, so as to input the signals output by the plurality of flexible switches 11 into the microprocessor 21.

[0094] In this embodiment, each functional unit corresponding to the car seat in the control system is equipped with at least one flexible switch 11, and its corresponding function is controlled and adjusted based on the flexible switch 11. In addition, a multiplexing unit 23 is provided to adapt to the microprocessor 21. Since the number of input / output interfaces of the microprocessor 21 is limited, it cannot process the working states of all the flexible switches 11 simultaneously. The multiplexing unit 23 can continuously scan the working state of each flexible switch 11 and send the scan results to the microprocessor 21. After receiving the scanned switch state information, the microprocessor 21 makes a judgment and saves the result to the memory unit 41, thereby achieving effective management of multiple flexible switches 11.

[0095] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG6, during the process of zeroing the flexible switch 11, the backup reference resistor 221 is also switched based on the multiplexing unit 23.

[0096] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG2, the signal processing module 200 further includes a filtering unit 24, a differential amplifier unit 25, and an analog-to-digital converter unit 26 connected in sequence. The filtering unit 24 is connected to the multiplexing unit 23 to filter the analog signal output by the multiplexing unit 23, thereby filtering out noise in the signal. The differential amplifier unit 25 is used to enhance the strength of the analog signal. The analog-to-digital converter unit 26 is connected to the microprocessor 21 to convert the analog signal into a digital signal (i.e., binary code) and output it to the microprocessor 21 for processing. The microprocessor 21 determines the working state of the flexible switch 11 based on the received digital signal and provides feedback on the operation to control the function execution module 300 to start, stop, or adjust preset functions.

[0097] In a selected embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the control system further includes a communication module 400, which includes a memory unit 41 and a CAN (Controller Area Network) line 42. The memory unit 41 records the passenger's operation process of the car seat functions and their preference information for those functions. The CAN line 42 is connected to the car's main control screen 700. The car's main control system includes an operation module for preset car seat functions and a memory unit. The main control screen 700 is configured with an input interface for the operation module, allowing input of operation information for the preset car seat functions. The CAN line 42 is also used to update the status of the preset functions on the car seat in real time and store it in the memory unit 41 or the memory unit itself.

[0098] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the signal acquisition module 100 further includes an NFC (Near Field Communication) coil 14, and the communication module 400 further includes an NFC control unit 43. The NFC control unit 43 is electrically connected to the NFC coil 14 to collect and authenticate identity information based on the signal output by the NFC coil 14. The NFC control unit 43 is connected to the memory unit 41 and the signal processing module 200. The memory unit 41 is also used to store identity information and functional preference information matching the identity information. In a preset case, the signal processing module 200 also outputs the control signal based on the authentication result output by the NFC control unit 43 and the functional preference information. The preset case includes situations where the NFC control unit verification result indicates that the current passenger has a previous travel record and this is the passenger's second trip, or where the current passenger changes seats during the same trip. Of course, if the verification result of the NFC control unit shows that the passenger has no historical travel record (i.e., the passenger's identity information and function preference information are not stored in the memory unit 41), then the signal processing module 200 generates a control signal based on the operation signal output by the signal acquisition module 100. Furthermore, in the case of multiple passenger trips, the memory unit 41 updates the function preference information matching the passenger's identity information after each trip, so that the signal processing module 200 outputs a control signal that is closer to the passenger's current function preferences.

[0099] In this embodiment, by setting an NFC control unit 43 in the control system for identity authentication, when a passenger takes a second ride or changes seats, the control and adjustment information of some functions of the car seat during the previous ride can be quickly imported based on the passenger's identity authentication. The microprocessor 21 then automatically outputs control signals to adjust the corresponding functions to the passenger's preferred state, avoiding the need for the passenger to readjust each function unit one by one, thus improving the passenger's experience and satisfaction.

[0100] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the communication module 400 further includes a Bluetooth unit 44, which is connected to the signal processing module 200. Passengers use a mobile device 800 (e.g., a mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to establish a communication connection with the Bluetooth unit 44 to input execution information for preset functions of the car seat. The mobile device 800 is equipped with a client that controls the function execution unit. Furthermore, the Bluetooth unit 44 can transmit the passenger's seat function settings and preferences to the passenger's mobile device 800 to store relevant information. This allows the vehicle's main control system to access the seat function information during subsequent rides, automatically responding to the passenger's seat function needs and avoiding repeated adjustments. Passengers can also register their identity using the client on their mobile device and save their seat function preferences and parameters within the device. Based on the Bluetooth unit 44 connection, this preference and parameter information can be transmitted to the main control system or memory unit 41. Therefore, when a passenger changes seats in the vehicle, they can directly switch seats using their mobile device (i.e., switch the adjustment information for the original seat's functions to the current seat to control the current seat's function units).

[0101] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the communication module 400 further includes a LIN (Local Interconnect Network) line 45. The LIN line 45 is connected to a subset of functional units to assist in the execution of a specific function within those units. For example, as shown in Figure 2, the LIN line 45 is connected to the seat ventilation adjustment unit 613 to control the fan to operate in PWM mode; or, the LIN line 45 is connected to the ambient light adjustment unit 614 to control the color of the ambient light; or, the LIN line 45 is connected to the massage adjustment unit 615 to control the massage intensity, and so on. The functions within these preset functional units that can be assisted in execution by the LIN line 45 have independent control codes, and the LIN line 45 changes or adjusts the currently running function based on the corresponding function's control code.

[0102] In an optional embodiment, the signal acquisition module 100 further includes a Safety Belt Reminder (SBR) unit 13. The control system prepares for the execution of preset functions (i.e., subsequent initialization and self-test processes) based on the signals emitted by the SBR unit 13. Besides acquiring information about passengers not wearing seatbelts through the SBR unit 13 to issue reminders, the microprocessor 21 determines whether a passenger is seated in the vehicle based on the signals emitted by the SBR unit 13, and puts the control system of the seat with a passenger in a ready state (e.g., zeroing the flexible switch 11), so that the control system can quickly respond to the passenger's functional needs after the passenger operates the preset function.

[0103] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the function execution module 300 includes at least one driving unit 31. Each function unit is adapted and connected to at least one driving unit 31. The driving unit 31 controls the start and stop of a preset function. The driving unit 31 includes a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) driving unit.

[0104] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG2, the control system further includes a power management module 500. The power management module 500 is connected between an external power source and the signal acquisition module 100 to manage the power input from the external power source and then supply power to the signal acquisition module 100. The power management module 500 includes at least one of a power input unit 51, a current limiting protection unit 52, and a voltage regulating unit 53. The power management module 500 is also connected to the microprocessor 21 and the drive unit 31 respectively to supply power to the microprocessor 21 and the drive unit 31.

[0105] In an optional embodiment, referring to Figures 2 and 3, when the functional module 600 includes a seat heating adjustment unit 612 and / or a seat ventilation adjustment unit 613, the information acquisition module 200 further includes a temperature sensor 12, for example, a negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC). Based on the real-time temperature detected by the temperature sensor 12, this real-time temperature is fed back to the microprocessor 21. The microprocessor 21 adjusts the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal according to the preset temperature target value and the actual temperature value, thereby precisely controlling the power of the seat heating element or ventilation element, so that the actual temperature of the seat gradually approaches the preset temperature target value, ensuring the stability and comfort of the seat heating or ventilation temperature.

[0106] In an optional embodiment, the control system further includes an electromagnetic interference shielding circuit to prevent electromagnetic interference from affecting the accuracy of the signal. The power management module 500 also includes a transformer unit, which is used to process the voltage of an external power source (e.g., a vehicle power supply) input into the control system and output it to the unit that needs power to meet the power supply requirements of the corresponding unit.

[0107] In an optional embodiment, the control system can be integrated into a control box (e.g., as shown in Figure 7). The control box has the control circuit board, and multiple modules of the control system are integrated on the control circuit board. The control box can be independently mounted on the seat, for example, located on the armrest or under the seat. Passengers can control the preset functions of the seat they are sitting on using the control box, which is simple, convenient, and enhances the user experience. Furthermore, it allows for personalized customization of seat functions without the need for the vehicle's main control system, reducing the resource consumption of the main control system and minimizing additional driver operations, thus ensuring driving safety.

[0108] In an optional embodiment, the control circuit board includes a multi-layer structure (e.g., three layers). The power management module 500 is positioned above the control circuit board. The signal receiving module 100, or a portion thereof (e.g., a portion of the NTC, SBR unit 13, or flexible switch 11), is located on a first side (e.g., the left side) of the first layer (the uppermost layer). A portion of the drive units (high-current output) in the function execution module 300 is positioned on a second side (e.g., the right side) of the first layer, and the communication module 400 is positioned on a third layer (e.g., the lower side) of the first layer. Another portion of the drive units of the function execution module 300 (e.g., drive units corresponding to fans and motors) is positioned on the third layer, and a copper layer is provided between the first and third layers as a second layer, serving as an electric field isolation barrier layer.

[0109] In optional embodiments, the number of control boxes is reasonably designed based on the number of seats in the car and the application scenario of the car. For example, one control box is installed on each seat in the car, or one control box is installed on each seat in the car except for the driver's seat, or one control box is installed on seats located in the same row in the car, and the control box integrates the control systems of multiple seats, etc.

[0110] The automotive seat function control system of this application includes a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module, and a function execution module. The signal acquisition module includes an operation information input unit, where passengers can input operation signals for preset automotive functions. The signal processing module processes and analyzes the operation signals and outputs control signals. The function execution module executes the preset automotive functions based on the control signals. This control system separates the control of the automotive seat function units from the main control system, externalizing functions deeply embedded in the main control system to the client. This allows passengers to easily and conveniently control seat functions according to their individual needs without the need for the main control system, effectively ensuring both passenger comfort and driver safety. The operation information input unit includes a flexible switch, which accurately and sensitively conveys passenger operation information based on pressing the switch. Furthermore, the implementation method and working status detection method of the flexible switch can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs to ensure a rapid and accurate response to automotive function adjustment operations. Furthermore, the signal processing module also includes a zeroing unit. By performing zeroing processing on the flexible switch based on the zeroing unit, the accuracy of signal acquisition can be avoided due to individual differences among passengers, which helps to further improve the riding experience.

[0111] Example 2

[0112] This embodiment illustrates the working process of the control system described in Embodiment 1 through the control process of several functional units. Please refer to Figures 1 to 3 for details.

[0113] After the control system is powered on (for example, the control system is powered on when the passenger sits down), the control system begins self-testing and initialization. The self-testing and initialization process is as follows:

[0114] First, check if the CAN line 42 (or LIN line 45) in the communication module 400 is connected to the main control system and the microprocessor 21. After connection, enter standby mode. Next, check the Bluetooth unit 44 to see if any registered passengers are in the vehicle. If so, automatically connect to the Bluetooth on the passenger's mobile device 800; otherwise, flash the Bluetooth standby indicator. Next, check the NFC control unit 43. If functioning correctly, flash the NFC indicator. Then, check the activation status of the SBR unit 13. When the SBR unit 13 is activated, initiate the zeroing process of the flexible switch 11. When the SBR unit 13 is not activated, the flexible switch 11 uses the initial reference resistor 113 as the target reference resistor. Then, the ambient light adjustment function 614 is activated. The ambient light effects (e.g., color, brightness, change mode) use the default lighting effects stored in the main control system. For example, it can switch from light blue to bright blue and use a breathing mode or a flowing mode. After initialization, the ambient light effects switch to the last stored user settings.

[0115] The control flow for the heating regulating unit 612 is as follows, and the ventilation regulating unit 612 can refer to this control flow:

[0116] Passengers activate the heater by pressing and holding the flexible switch 11 (hereinafter referred to as the "heating switch") corresponding to the heating adjustment unit 612. Initially, the heater operates at full power (e.g., level 3). Simultaneously, the microprocessor 21 receives real-time seat temperature information from the temperature sensor 12 (e.g., NTC). Once the real-time seat temperature reaches the set temperature threshold corresponding to level 3, the seat's PWM control mode is activated. The memory unit 41 records the seat's heating function status and temperature data and sends the recorded information to the main control system. The system reads the historical ambient light color settings related to the heating function stored in the main control system and illuminates the light according to the last stored user setting. If no user setting is specified, the default setting is used, for example, red for heating (blue for ventilation), allowing the user to intuitively understand the current operating mode (e.g., heating) through the ambient light color.

[0117] Next, passengers can switch heating levels by short-pressing the heating switch. Each short press lowers the heating level by one, following a sequence of "3→2→1→3"—from level 3 to level 2, then from level 2 to level 1, and a short press from level 1 returns to level 3, forming a cycle. This cyclical switching allows passengers to easily and quickly adjust to the appropriate level based on their needs and comfort. Simultaneously, the brightness of the ambient light changes with the heater level; for example, level 3 is the brightest, and level 1 is the dimmest. This change in brightness allows passengers to intuitively perceive the current heating level, further enhancing ease of operation and user experience. During heating operation, passengers can long-press the heating switch to turn it off, thus shutting down the heater.

[0118] When the heating switch is turned off, the memory unit 41 records the heating function status and temperature data, and sends the records to the main control system for storage, so that the main control system can monitor the operation of the heating function in real time and carry out further monitoring and management.

[0119] The control flow for the massage adjustment unit 615 is as follows:

[0120] The massager is activated by pressing and holding the flexible switch 11 (hereinafter referred to as the "massage switch") corresponding to the massage adjustment unit 61. Upon initial startup, the massager operates at low power (e.g., low power level 1). The memory unit 41 records the massage function status and sends the record to the main control system. The ambient light setting history related to the massage function stored in the main control system is read, and the light is illuminated according to the last stored user setting. If no user setting is specified, the current color is used, and the illumination frequency adopts a water droplet effect. A short press of the massage switch switches the massage mode, and the ambient light illumination frequency changes accordingly, for example, from a water droplet / breathing / flying cycle. During massage operation, a long press of the massage switch deactivates the massage function. When the massage switch is deactivated, the control box memory records the massage function status and sends the record to the main control system.

[0121] The control flow for the ambient lighting adjustment unit 614 is as follows:

[0122] The ambient light is activated by default when passengers are seated to provide initial lighting and enhance passenger comfort. It reads the ambient light color settings stored in the main control system and illuminates the light according to the last stored user setting. If no user settings are available, the color setting of the currently active function is used; for example, if the heating function is currently active, the ambient light may use a color associated with heating (e.g., red). Passengers can change the ambient light color settings via the control box, and the status information is returned to the main control system for saving.

[0123] When the ambient light function is not needed, the ambient light function can be turned off by pressing and holding the flexible switch 11 (hereinafter referred to as "ambient light switch") corresponding to the ambient light adjustment unit 614. When the ambient light switch is turned off, the memory unit 41 records the ambient light status and sends the record to the main control system to inform the main control system that the ambient light has stopped running. This helps the main control system to perform status monitoring and data recording to ensure consistency.

[0124] The control process for the lumbar support adjustment unit 617 is as follows:

[0125] Corresponding to the lumbar support adjustment unit 617 are four flexible switches 11. These four switches 11 respectively control the opening and closing of the up, down, left, and right air valves of the lumbar support. The function of each flexible switch 11 is pre-programmed in the memory unit 41. Because the control program corresponding to the lumbar support function is stored in the memory unit 41, the corresponding function is directly activated upon power-on according to the signal input. Even if the control system is not connected to the vehicle's main control system, the lumbar support function can still be used normally. Passengers can press and hold some of the flexible switches 11 to activate the lumbar support air valves and control the air pump inflation, valve size, and opening / closing duration according to the activated switch function. That is, passengers can perform a short press for brief air pump inflation or a long press for continuous air pump inflation. When the corresponding flexible switch 11 is closed, the memory unit 41 records the lumbar support function status and sends the record to the main control system.

[0126] The control process for the seat position adjustment unit 618 is as follows:

[0127] A plurality of flexible switches 11 correspond to the seat position adjustment unit 618, each corresponding to a seat lift motor, seat slide motor, footrest angle adjustment motor, and backrest angle adjustment motor, respectively. A long press or short press of some of the flexible switches 11 activates the corresponding motor, with the motor's operating time matching the activation time of the corresponding switch. Furthermore, the motor current is cut off when the motor stalls for a certain period (e.g., 0.5 seconds) to prevent overheating or damage. The memory unit 41 records the operating status of all motors (e.g., motor start-up time, running time, stall status, etc.) and sends this information to the main control system. The main control system then prompts the passenger to save the settings as personal preferences.

[0128] It's important to note that the example above mentions the memory unit sending recorded information to the main control system. This is so that the main control system can monitor the operation of the corresponding functional units in real time and synchronize settings for further monitoring and management. This does not mean that the involvement of the main control system is a necessary procedure for controlling and adjusting the functional units. In fact, many functions of a car seat can be adjusted and controlled through the control system without the involvement of the main control system.

[0129] The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and effects of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Therefore, all equivalent modifications or alterations made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical concept disclosed in the present invention should still be covered by the claims of the present invention.
