[0037] It should be noted that similar labels and letters in the following figures indicate similar items; therefore, once an item is defined in one figure, it does not need to be discussed further in subsequent figures.

[0038] Referring to Figure 1, this disclosure provides a battery electrolyte filling device, which includes:

[0039] Battery conveying mechanism 1, used to convey batteries;

[0040] Battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2, which is used to fill the battery with electrolyte;

[0041] Battery transfer mechanism 3, which can transfer the battery from battery conveying mechanism 1 to battery liquid filling mechanism 2;

[0042] Battery refilling mechanism 4 is located at the front end of battery conveying mechanism 1 and is used to receive batteries to be replenished.

[0043] In the above embodiments, the batteries mentioned include batteries that need to be injected with liquid for the first time, and batteries that need to be replenished with liquid one or more times after the first injection. Batteries that need to be replenished with liquid can also be called NG batteries.

[0044] Referring to Figure 1, the battery conveying mechanism 1 can be a conveyor belt or a roller conveyor. As the basic part of the battery flow in the entire battery liquid injection device, the battery conveying mechanism 1 can transport the battery from one position to another, such as transporting the battery from the initial feeding position to the operable position of the battery transfer mechanism 3, ensuring that the battery can be transported according to the predetermined path, so that subsequent liquid injection and other operations can be carried out in an orderly manner.

[0045] The battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2 can precisely control parameters such as the filling volume and speed to meet the filling requirements of different battery types and different filling levels. For example, the same battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2 can fill batteries that need initial electrolyte filling as well as batteries that need replenishment after initial filling. Through precise electrolyte filling control, the quality of battery electrolyte filling can be guaranteed, improving battery performance and safety.

[0046] The battery transfer mechanism 3 acts as a bridge and link between the battery conveying mechanism 1 and the battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2, transferring batteries from the battery conveying mechanism 1 to the battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2. The precise positioning and handling capabilities of the battery transfer mechanism 3 ensure that the batteries arrive at the correct electrolyte filling position in the battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2. This achieves automatic battery transfer between different mechanisms, reducing manual intervention and improving the level of automation. It avoids production delays or quality problems caused by untimely transfer or inaccurate positioning, thereby improving the overall production efficiency and stability of the battery electrolyte filling device.

[0047] The battery refilling mechanism 4 is located at the front end of the battery conveying mechanism 1, that is, at the feeding end of the battery conveying mechanism 1. The battery refilling mechanism 4 can transfer the battery to be replenished to the battery conveying mechanism 1 after receiving the battery that needs to be replenished, so as to ensure that the battery to be replenished is replenished in the battery liquid injection device.

[0048] In one embodiment, the battery refilling mechanism 4 can accommodate a certain number of batteries to be replenished with electrolyte and transport the batteries to the battery conveying mechanism 1 in an orderly manner according to production needs. The cooperation between the battery refilling mechanism 4 and the battery conveying mechanism 1 enables the synchronous automatic feeding of multiple batteries to be replenished with electrolyte, further improving the automation level and production efficiency of the battery electrolyte injection device.

[0049] The battery electrolyte filling device provided in this embodiment simplifies the battery electrolyte replenishment process through the coordinated operation of the battery conveying mechanism 1, the battery electrolyte filling mechanism 2, the battery transfer mechanism 3, and the battery refilling mechanism 4. It has a high degree of automation and improves the efficiency of battery electrolyte replenishment; it also ensures the efficiency of the electrolyte filling equipment during normal production and improves the stability of battery production.

[0050] In an optional embodiment, the battery liquid injection device provided in this disclosure can utilize the main structure of existing liquid injection equipment, and add a battery refilling mechanism 4 at the feeding point, thereby reducing equipment costs and enhancing adaptability to different battery liquid replenishment needs.

[0051] In some embodiments, see Figure 1.

[0052] The battery liquid injection mechanism 2 has an injection mode and a replenishment mode. When the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 is in the injection mode, the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 can inject liquid into the battery.

[0053] When the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 is in liquid replenishment mode, it can replenish the liquid in the battery to be replenished received by the battery refilling mechanism 4. For example, the battery in the liquid replenishment state can be transported to the battery conveying mechanism 1 through the battery refilling mechanism 4 so that the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 can replenish the liquid in the battery to be replenished.

[0054] In the above embodiments, when the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 is in the liquid injection mode, the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 performs normal liquid injection operation on the battery according to preset process parameters, such as performing the first liquid injection on the battery according to a fixed amount of liquid or according to the weight of the battery, so as to stably and efficiently complete the liquid injection task of a large number of batteries. The liquid injection mode is the main working mode of the battery liquid injection device, which ensures the liquid injection needs of the battery in the normal production process, and can complete the liquid injection operation with high efficiency and accuracy, meeting the requirements of large-scale production.

[0055] The battery in the replenishment state is the battery awaiting replenishment. When the battery is in the replenishment state, the battery filling mechanism 2 switches from the filling mode to the replenishment mode. In this mode, the battery filling mechanism 2 performs precise replenishment operations to address issues such as insufficient battery filling volume, ensuring that the battery filling quality meets the qualified standards. The battery filling device can provide personalized processing for the replenishment needs of different batteries, improving the accuracy and effectiveness of replenishment. Through the switching settings of the replenishment mode, the replenishment process has virtually no impact on the efficiency of normal battery filling, and it is applicable to various filling methods and structures, improving the applicability of the battery filling device.

[0056] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, a detection mechanism 5 is provided on the battery delivery mechanism 1;

[0057] Testing agency 5 can test the electrolyte filling status of the battery after electrolyte filling. The electrolyte filling status of the battery includes qualified status and replenishment status.

[0058] In the above embodiment, the detection mechanism 5 is installed on the battery conveying mechanism 1, enabling real-time detection of the battery during the battery conveying process. For example, the detection mechanism 5 uses image recognition, optical detection, and weight detection to obtain relevant information about the battery before and after electrolyte injection. This achieves real-time detection of the battery electrolyte injection status, timely detection of battery electrolyte injection problems, provides accurate basis for subsequent electrolyte replenishment operations, and helps ensure the consistency of battery electrolyte injection quality.

[0059] In other embodiments, the detection mechanism 5 may also be set separately to improve the flexibility of setting the detection mechanism 5; or the detection mechanism 5 may be set on a mechanism other than the battery delivery mechanism 1.

[0060] When the testing unit 5 detects that the battery is in a replenishing state, the battery filling mechanism 2 switches from the filling mode to the replenishing mode. In this mode, the battery filling mechanism 2 performs precise replenishment operations to address issues such as insufficient battery filling volume, ensuring that the battery's filling quality meets the qualification standards. The battery filling device can provide personalized processing for the replenishment needs of different batteries, improving the accuracy and effectiveness of replenishment. Through the switching settings of the replenishment mode, the replenishment process has minimal impact on the efficiency of normal battery filling, and it is applicable to various filling methods and structures, improving the applicability of the battery filling device.

[0061] When the testing agency 5 determines that the batteries are in a state of needing liquid replenishment, these batteries are transported to the battery refilling mechanism 4. Specifically, the batteries to be replenished can be buffered or stored after being fed into the system. Once a set number of buffered or stored batteries have been replenished, they are then transferred to the battery refilling mechanism 4. After receiving the batteries, the battery refilling mechanism 4 can re-transfer them to the battery conveying mechanism 1, allowing them to re-enter the working range of the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 for liquid replenishment. This achieves automatic refilling and liquid replenishment of defective batteries, forming a closed-loop production process and improving production efficiency.

[0062] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the battery conveying mechanism 1 includes a loading conveying section 11 and a unloading conveying section 12, and the battery transfer mechanism 3 is disposed between the loading conveying section 11 and the unloading conveying section 12.

[0063] The testing mechanism 5 includes a barcode scanning unit 51 and a first weighing unit 52, which are spaced apart in the feeding and conveying section 11.

[0064] In the above embodiment, the battery refilling mechanism 4 is located at the front end of the feeding conveyor section 11 to ensure complete electrolyte replenishment of the batteries to be replenished. The battery conveying mechanism 1 is divided into feeding and unloading sections, clarifying the different stages and flow directions of the batteries during the conveying process. The feeding conveyor section 11 is responsible for conveying the batteries to the designated location, and can also perform battery barcode scanning and weighing detection in the feeding conveyor section 11. The unloading conveyor section 12 can convey the batteries that have undergone electrolyte injection or replenishment, facilitating subsequent packaging, storage, or further processing operations, thereby improving the overall working efficiency of the conveying mechanism.

[0065] The battery transfer mechanism 3 connects the loading and unloading conveying sections, and can transfer batteries from the loading conveying section to the unloading conveying section, ensuring the smooth flow of batteries between various workstations.

[0066] In the above embodiments, the barcode scanning unit 51 and the first weighing unit 52 can scan and weigh the battery to be injected with liquid normally, and can also scan and weigh the battery to be replenished with liquid.

[0067] Specifically, when the barcode scanning unit 51 and the first weighing unit 52 scan and weigh the battery to be replenished, the barcode scanning unit 51 can scan the identification code of the battery to be replenished. The battery to be replenished passes through the first weighing unit 52, which can detect the current weight of the battery. Based on the battery identification code information recorded by the liquid injection system, the weight of the battery before liquid injection is retrieved. The current liquid injection amount is calculated by comparing the current weight of the battery with the weight before liquid injection. The liquid injection amount is then compared with the required liquid injection amount according to the production process, and the current liquid injection amount of the battery is calculated and provided to the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 to prepare for subsequent liquid preparation.

[0068] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, when the battery filling mechanism 2 is in the filling mode, the battery filling mechanism 2 fills the battery with liquid according to the weighing result of the first weighing unit 52.

[0069] In the production process of liquid injection mode, the battery liquid injection mechanism 2 calculates the liquid preparation amount according to the weighing result of the corresponding battery in the first weighing unit 52 and then prepares the liquid to ensure that the liquid injection amount of each battery meets the design requirements.

[0070] Furthermore, the weighing results and electrolyte injection parameters can be linked and stored with battery production information (such as production batch and production date), providing crucial evidence for battery quality traceability. If quality issues are subsequently discovered, the cause and process of the problem can be quickly identified by querying relevant data, facilitating the implementation of appropriate improvement measures.

[0071] In the production process of replenishment mode, the replenishment amount is calculated after the corresponding battery to be replenished is weighed by the first weighing unit 52, so as to ensure that the replenishment amount of each battery to be replenished meets the production process requirements.

[0072] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the detection mechanism 5 includes a second weighing unit 53, which is disposed in the unloading conveying section 12 and is used to detect the weight of the battery after electrolyte injection.

[0073] In the above embodiments, the second weighing unit 53 focuses on detecting the state of the battery after electrolyte injection, and can more accurately reflect the weight change of the battery after electrolyte injection, thereby more accurately judging the electrolyte injection state. For example, the second weighing unit 53 can detect whether the battery is in a qualified state or a replenishment state after electrolyte injection, and can judge the battery state based on the weight of the battery after electrolyte injection.

[0074] The second weighing unit 53 is set in the unloading and conveying section 12, so that the liquid injection status can be detected directly during the unloading process after the battery is filled with liquid. The system calculates whether the liquid injection volume of the battery meets the production process requirements. Batteries that are not filled with liquid and need to be replenished are transported to the battery conveying mechanism 1 through the battery refilling mechanism 4, which avoids the extra transfer and waiting time of the battery during the detection and conveying process and improves production efficiency.

[0075] In the above embodiment, the required amount of liquid replenishment can be calculated by the difference between the weighing result of the second weighing unit 53 and the preset liquid replenishment amount of the battery. When replenishing the battery, the liquid replenishment can be carried out directly according to the amount of liquid replenishment, eliminating the need for the first weighing unit 52 to weigh the battery to be replenished, thus simplifying the liquid replenishment process.

[0076] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the battery liquid injection device further includes a liquid replenishing battery feeding structure 6, which is disposed in the feeding conveying section 12.

[0077] The electrolyte replenishment battery feeding structure 6 includes a feeding transfer component 61 and a battery buffer component 62. The feeding transfer component 61 is used to transfer the battery in the electrolyte replenishment state to the battery buffer component 62.

[0078] In the above embodiment, the electrolyte replenishment battery unloading structure 6 is set in the unloading and conveying section 12, so that after the battery has completed the electrolyte injection and testing, the screening and unloading of batteries that need electrolyte replenishment can be carried out directly during the conveying process, realizing seamless connection of the production process, reducing the transfer distance and time of batteries between different workstations, and improving production efficiency.

[0079] Batteries in the liquid replenishment state, also known as batteries awaiting liquid replenishment, are shown in Figure 1. The unloading and transfer component 61 is responsible for transferring batteries in the liquid replenishment state from the unloading conveyor section 12, ensuring that defective batteries can be quickly and accurately removed from the conveyor line. Batteries awaiting liquid replenishment are transferred to the battery buffer component 62 through the unloading and transfer component 61. The battery buffer component 62 is used to temporarily store these defective batteries (batteries awaiting liquid replenishment), providing buffer space for subsequent liquid replenishment or other processing operations, and preventing defective batteries from accumulating on the production site.

[0080] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the replenishing battery unloading structure 6 further includes a storage component 63, which has multiple battery storage stations and is used to store batteries in a replenished state that are cached in the battery buffer component 62.

[0081] In the above embodiments, the battery in the replenishment state is the battery to be replenished, and the storage component 63 can be a battery tray or a buffer mechanism.

[0082] The design of multiple battery storage stations increases the number of batteries that can be stored in storage unit 63, which can meet the storage needs of defective batteries generated by the production line within a certain period of time. This avoids difficulties in handling defective batteries due to insufficient storage space and ensures the normal operation of the battery electrolyte filling device production line.

[0083] In one embodiment, different battery storage stations can be used to store batteries of different types, batches, or due to different reasons for failure. Categorized storage facilitates the statistical analysis of defective batteries, providing more accurate information for subsequent electrolyte replenishment or other treatment measures, thereby improving processing efficiency and quality.

[0084] In one embodiment, referring to Figure 1, the number of batteries to be replenished in the whole tray can be 32, so as to achieve simultaneous batch replenishment of 32 batteries and improve replenishment efficiency.

[0085] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the battery transfer mechanism 3 includes a battery transfer structure 31 and a battery liquid injection fixture 32. The battery transfer structure 31 is disposed adjacent to the feeding conveying section 11, and the battery liquid injection fixture 32 is used to transfer batteries between the battery transfer structure 31 and the battery liquid injection mechanism 2.

[0086] In the above embodiments, the battery transfer mechanism 3 can transfer batteries to be injected with liquid or batteries to be replenished with liquid. The battery transfer structure 31 is arranged adjacent to the feeding and conveying section 11, so that the battery can directly enter the working range of the battery transfer structure 31 after the feeding and conveying is completed, which reduces the transfer distance and time between different work stations and improves production efficiency.

[0087] The battery filling fixture 32 can accurately grasp the battery on the battery transfer structure 31 and safely and stably transfer it to the designated position in the battery filling mechanism 2. This avoids damage to the battery during the transfer process and ensures that the battery is accurately placed in the battery filling mechanism 2, providing favorable conditions for subsequent filling operations.

[0088] In one embodiment, the battery transfer structure 31 can receive multiple groups of batteries. The groups of batteries to be replenished are transferred to the battery filling mechanism 2 together with the battery filling fixture 32 to complete the replenishment process corresponding to the replenishment amount of each battery.

[0089] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the battery injection device further includes an injection wetting mechanism 7, and the battery transfer mechanism 3 further includes a tray transport structure 33, which is used to transfer the injected battery to the injection wetting mechanism 7 and can transfer the wetting battery to the battery transfer structure 31.

[0090] In the above embodiments, the electrolyte injection and wetting mechanism 7 provides a specific wetting environment for the battery after electrolyte injection and replenishment, so that the electrolyte can fully and uniformly penetrate into the electrode material of the battery, improve the contact between the electrode and the electrolyte, and improve the electrochemical performance of the battery.

[0091] The pallet handling structure 33 transfers batteries after liquid injection or replenishment from the battery injection mechanism 2 to the liquid injection wetting mechanism 7, and transfers the wetting batteries from the liquid injection wetting mechanism 7 to the battery transfer structure 31, ensuring the orderly flow of batteries throughout the entire production process, avoiding battery accumulation and disorder, and improving production efficiency.

[0092] In one embodiment, the battery that has completed liquid injection or replenishment continues to flow to the liquid injection and wetting mechanism 7 via the tray transport structure 33. After passing through the battery transfer structure 31, the battery is transferred to the battery conveying mechanism 1. The battery conveying mechanism 1 places the battery after liquid injection or replenishment at the second weighing unit 53, weighs the battery after liquid injection or replenishment, calculates the current liquid injection amount of the battery, and compares it with the liquid injection amount required by the production process to determine whether the liquid injection amount of the battery after liquid injection or replenishment meets the process requirements.

[0093] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the battery liquid injection device further includes a control mechanism 8, and the battery delivery mechanism 1, the battery liquid injection mechanism 2, the battery transfer mechanism 3 and the battery refill mechanism 4 are electrically connected to the control mechanism 8.

[0094] In the above embodiments, the control mechanism 8, as the core control unit of the entire battery liquid injection device, can centrally control and coordinate the battery conveying mechanism 1, the battery liquid injection mechanism 2, the battery transfer mechanism 3, and the battery refilling mechanism 4. It can precisely direct each mechanism to work in a predetermined sequence and rhythm according to the preset production process and process parameters, ensuring the smooth progress of the entire production process.

[0095] In one embodiment, under the control of the control mechanism 8, the battery conveying mechanism 1 can accurately convey the battery to each workstation according to the set speed and path, ensuring the positional accuracy and continuity of the battery during the production process.

[0096] In one embodiment, the control mechanism 8 can precisely control parameters such as the injection volume and injection speed of the battery injection mechanism 2 to ensure that each battery receives an accurate injection volume and improve battery quality.

[0097] In one embodiment, under the coordination of the control mechanism 8, the battery transfer mechanism 3 can quickly and accurately transfer batteries from one workstation to another, thereby improving production efficiency.

[0098] In one embodiment, when a battery fails to meet the requirements during the electrolyte injection process, the control mechanism 8 can control the battery re-injection mechanism 4 to reinject the defective battery into the production process for further processing, thereby improving the battery pass rate.
