[0053] Furthermore, in the embodiments of this application, directional terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," and "right" are defined relative to the positions in which the components are schematically placed in the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these directional terms are relative concepts, used for relative description and clarification, and can change accordingly depending on the position of the components in the accompanying drawings.

[0054] In the embodiments of this application, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the term "connection" should be interpreted broadly. For example, "connection" can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral part; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium.

[0055] The following describes in detail the earphone 2 provided in one embodiment of this application with reference to Figures 1 to 14.

[0056] In this embodiment, the number of clip-on earphones can be one or two. When there are two clip-on earphones, one can be a left clip-on earphone and the other a right clip-on earphone. The two clip-on earphones can be used interchangeably or not.

[0057] Referring to Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10, the earphone 2 includes a front ear component 12, a back ear component 11, a connector 13, and an ear cap 121. The front ear component 12 is placed in front of the ear, the back ear component 11 is placed behind the ear, the connector 13 is disposed between the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11, and the ear cap 121 is disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11. The ear cap 121 includes a first side 1210 opposite to the front ear component 12. The first side 1210 includes a first part 1211A and a second part 1211B. The first part 1211A surrounds the periphery of the second part 1211B. The second part 1211B is recessed relative to the first part 1211A along the side near the front ear component 12 to form a relief portion. The first part 1211A forms a partial clamping portion, which, together with the back ear component 11, clamps the auricle. Therefore, the ear cap 121 can also be called a fastener.

[0058] In this embodiment, the earphone 2 is fixed to the ear 1' by clipping it onto the auricle. When worn, the ear cap 121 fits against the ear 1' for wearing. Specifically, the ear 1' includes a front part and a back part. The front part may include the helix crus 11', the supratragus notch 12', the tragus 13', the antitragus 14', the helix 15', the cymba conchae 16', the antihelix 17', and the ear clip cavity 18', etc. The back part includes the upper ear root 19', the postauricular attachment point 20', and the papillary point 201', etc. In some embodiments, when worn, the ear cap 121 fits against the ear 1', and the ear cap 121 may fit between the ear clip cavity 18' and the cymba conchae 16'.

[0059] In this embodiment of the application, the earphone 2 can also be called an open wearable stereo (OWS) earphone 2. Here, it should be explained that the OWS earphone 2 adopts an open design, usually using an ear-hook or bone conduction type. It does not directly enter the ear canal, but conducts sound through the outer ear or bone, so that users can perceive the sound of the surrounding environment while enjoying music, thus improving their safety.

[0060] In this embodiment of the application, the side of the ear 1' that is closer to the face and away from the head can be called the front of the ear, and the side of the ear 1' that is closer to the face and away from the head can be called the back of the ear; the side of the ear 1' that is closer to the ear canal can be called the front of the ear, and the side of the ear 1' that is away from the ear canal can be called the back of the ear.

[0061] In this embodiment, the connector 13 can be made of an elastomer material or a soft material, such as rubber, silicone, or soft plastic. In this embodiment, the connector 13 is made of a material with a hardness of 65A-85A. It should be noted that this hardness range of 65A-85A is the hardness range of the material under the Shore A hardness standard.

[0062] In this embodiment, the connector 13 can be integrally formed with the preauricular component 12 and the postauricular component 11. For example, the connector 13 can be welded to the preauricular component 12 and the postauricular component 11. Alternatively, the connector 13 can be separately formed with the preauricular component 12 and the postauricular component 11 and then connected by a connecting structure. For example, the connector 13 can be connected to the preauricular component 12 and the postauricular component 11 by a snap-fit structure.

[0063] In this embodiment, in addition to the front ear component 12, the back ear component 11, and the connector 13, the earphone 2 may also include a button component. Here, the button component can turn the earphone 2 on; the button component can also turn the earphone 2 off; the button component can also switch the content within the earphone 2, etc. It should be noted that this embodiment does not limit the function or role of the button component. Furthermore, the button component can be located on the front ear component 12; the button component can also be located on the back ear component 11; and the button component can also be located on the connector 13.

[0064] In this embodiment, connector 13 may include a non-memory connector. It should be noted that a non-memory connector is one that, under the action of an external force, transitions from a first state to a second state, but cannot transition back to the first state after the external force is removed. Alternatively, connector 13 may include a memory connector 130. It should be noted that a memory connector 130 is one that, under the action of an external force, transitions from a first state to a second state, and then transitions back to the first state after the external force is removed. Connector 13 may be made of stainless steel; it may also be made of other materials. In this embodiment, the memory connector 130 is made of memory steel wire with a diameter A1 of 0.4 to 0.5 mm.

[0065] In this embodiment, the ear cap 121 is disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11. By disposing of the ear cap 121, the risk of the earphone 2 easily falling off when the user walks or exercises can be reduced. At the same time, it can reduce the discomfort when the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11 clamp the auricle. Based on this, the ear cap 121 can be non-removably disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11, thus reducing the risk of the ear cap 121 falling off. Of course, the ear cap 121 can also be detachably disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11, thus allowing for timely repair and replacement of the ear cap 121. For example, the ear cap 121 can be disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11 through a snap-on connection structure; or, for example, the ear cap 121 can be disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11 through a threaded connection structure.

[0066] In this embodiment, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the orthographic projection of the first side 1210 can be a regular shape, such as a square, a rectangle, or a circle; of course, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the orthographic projection of the first side 1210 can also be a regular shape. In this embodiment, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the orthographic projection of the first side 1210 is a circle with a diameter A2 of 8 mm to 11 mm, and along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the thickness L1 of the ear cap 121 is 1.5 to 4.0 mm.

[0067] In this embodiment, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the first part 1211A and the second part 1211B can both be regular shapes, such as both squares, both rectangles, or both circles; along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, one of the first part 1211A and the second part 1211B can also be a regular shape and the other an irregular shape; of course, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, both the first part 1211A and the second part 1211B can also be irregular shapes. In this embodiment, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, both the first part 1211A and the second part 1211B are circular.

[0068] In this embodiment, the second part 1211B is recessed relative to the first part 1211A along the side near the preauricular part 12 and can directly abut against the preauricular part 12; of course, the second part 1211B may not abut against the preauricular part 12 if it is recessed relative to the first part 1211A along the side near the preauricular part 12.

[0069] In this embodiment of the application, the first part 1211A forms a clamping part, and the ear cap 121, except for the other parts of the first side 1210, forms a clamping part.

[0070] In this embodiment, the clamping part and the back-ear component 11 together clamp the auricle. Here, the clamping surfaces of both the clamping part and the back-ear component 11 that clamp the auricle can be curved surfaces, thus allowing the clamping part and the back-ear component 11 to fit more tightly against the auricle. Alternatively, one of the clamping surfaces of the clamping part and the back-ear component 11 can be a plane and the other a curved surface; of course, both the clamping surfaces of the clamping part and the back-ear component 11 can also be planes.

[0071] The earphone 2 provided in this embodiment has a front ear component 12 for placement in front of the ear and a back ear component 11 for placement behind the ear. A connector 13 is disposed between the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11, thus connecting the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11 into a single unit. An ear cap 121 is disposed on the side of the front ear component 12 near the back ear component 11, and the ear cap 121 includes a first side 1210 opposite to the front ear component 12. The first side 1210 includes a first portion 1211A and a second portion 1211B. The first portion 1211A surrounds the front ear component 12... The second part 1211B is recessed on the side near the front ear component 12 relative to the first part 1211A to form a relief portion, while the first part 1211A forms a partial clamping portion. At this time, only the first part 1211A in the first side 1210 forms a clamping portion, and the clamping portion and the back ear component 11 together clamp the auricle. The second part 1211B in the first side 1210 does not form a clamping portion. In this way, the contact area between the ear cap 121 and the auricle is reduced, resulting in a reduction in the pressure on the user's ear 1', thereby improving the user's experience.

[0072] Referring to Figures 11, 12, 13, and 14, in this embodiment, the second part 1211B is located at the center of the first side 1210. In this embodiment, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, if the first side 1210 is circular, the center position can be the center of the circle; if the first side 1210 is triangular, the center position can be the centroid of the triangle; if the first side 1210 is square, the center position can be the intersection of the two diagonals of the square.

[0073] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment has a second part 1211B located at the center of the first side 1210, which makes it convenient for the operator to position the second part 1211B during the processing of the ear cap 121.

[0074] Referring to Figures 4, 5, 6, and 7, in this embodiment, the distance L2 between the center of the first side 1210 and the connector 13 is between 13 mm and 17 mm. This reduces user discomfort during use, as the ear cap 121 may not be positioned accurately due to an excessively short or long distance between the center of the first side 1210 and the connector 13. Similarly, the distance L3 between the first side 1210 and the behind-the-ear component 11 is between 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm. This also reduces user discomfort during use, as the distance between the first side 1210 and the behind-the-ear component 11 may be excessively short or long.

[0075] Referring to Figures 9 and 10, in this embodiment of the application, along the setting direction of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, a first cavity 1213 is formed between the preauricular component 12 and the side of the first portion 1211A that is close to each other. The first cavity 1213 is used to fill gas, and the second portion 1211B is recessed relative to the first portion 1211A in the direction close to the preauricular component 12 and abuts against the preauricular component 12. At this time, the ear cap 121 can also be referred to as an air bladder.

[0076] In this embodiment, the first cavity 1213 can be formed by directly leaving a gap between the front ear component 12 and the first part 1211A on the side that are close to each other during the actual processing; the first cavity 1213 can also be formed by removing part of the material from the side of the first part 1211A that is close to the front ear component 12 during the actual processing. This can help to make the headphone 2 lightweight in terms of structural design.

[0077] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment forms a first cavity 1213 by bringing the front ear component 12 and the first part 1211A close to each other. The first cavity 1213 is used to fill gas, which helps to make the earphone 2 lightweight. At the same time, when vibration occurs, the gas in the first cavity 1213 can buffer the vibration, so as to reduce the discomfort caused by excessive vibration during wearing. On this basis, the second part 1211B is recessed relative to the first part 1211A in the direction close to the front ear component 12 and abuts against the front ear component 12 to improve the reliability of the ear cap 121.

[0078] Referring to Figures 9 and 10, in this embodiment of the application, a second cavity 26 is formed on the side of the preauricular component 12 and the second part 1211B that are close to each other. The second cavity 1214 is used to fill gas and is connected to the first cavity 1213. The cavity formed by the connection between the first cavity 1213 and the second cavity 1214 can also be called an air sac cavity.

[0079] In this embodiment, the second cavity 1214 can be formed by pre-reserving a gap between the front ear component 12 and the second part 1211B on the side that is close to each other during the actual processing; the second cavity 1214 can also be formed by removing part of the material from the side of the second part 1211B that is close to the front ear component 12 during the actual processing. This can help to make the headphone 2 lightweight in terms of structural design.

[0080] In this embodiment, along the direction perpendicular to the orientation of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the size of the first cavity 1213 can be larger than the size of the second cavity 1214; the size of the first cavity 1213 can be equal to the size of the second cavity 1214; or the size of the first cavity 1213 can be smaller than the size of the second cavity 1214. Here, along the direction perpendicular to the orientation of the first side 1210 and the preauricular component 12, the sizes of the first cavity 1213 and the second cavity 1214 are also limited by the shape of the surface of the preauricular component 12 near the first side 1210. In this embodiment, the surface of the preauricular component 12 near the first side 1210 is planar, and the size of the first cavity 1213 is larger than the size of the second cavity 1214.

[0081] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment forms a first cavity 1213 by bringing the front ear component 12 and the first part 1211A close to each other. The first cavity 1213 is used to fill gas. The front ear component 12 and the second part 1211B close to each other form a second cavity 1214, which is also filled with gas. The second cavity 1214 is connected to the first cavity 1213. This helps to achieve a lightweight design for the earphone 2. At the same time, when vibration occurs, the gas in the first cavity 1213 can buffer the vibration, thereby reducing the discomfort caused by excessive vibration during wear.

[0082] Referring to Figures 11, 12, 13, and 14, the ear cap 121 is an elastic element made of soft rubber material. It should be noted that soft rubber material generally refers to polymers with low hardness and good elasticity, and its hardness is generally measured using Shore A as a standard. Soft rubber material can be thermoplastic elastomer; soft rubber material can be silicone; soft rubber material can be natural rubber and synthetic rubber; soft rubber material can be soft polyvinyl chloride, etc. In the embodiments of this application, the ear cap 121 is made of silicone, and the hardness of the silicone is between 35A and 50A.

[0083] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment improves the user experience by making the ear cap 121 of soft rubber material to buffer the clamping force and making the soft rubber more comfortable to fit the human skin.

[0084] Referring to Figures 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, in this embodiment, the earphone 2 further includes a sound-generating component. The sound-generating component is disposed on the side of the in-ear component 12 opposite to the connector 13, and is used to produce sound. Here, the sound-generating component may include a dynamic driver unit, which uses electromagnetic induction to drive the diaphragm to produce sound; the sound-generating component may include a balanced armature driver unit, which uses armature vibration to transmit sound; the sound-generating component may include a hybrid driver unit, where a dynamic driver handles low frequencies and a balanced armature driver handles mid-to-high frequencies, with frequency band connections optimized through a crossover circuit; the sound-generating component may include an air diaphragm unit, which transmits sound through air vibration, reducing the pressure on the ear canal compared to traditional diaphragms.

[0085] In this embodiment, the distance L4 between the sound-generating component and the connector 13 is between 20 mm and 22.5 mm.

[0086] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment, by placing the sound-generating component on the side of the front ear part 12 away from the connector 13, facilitates the rapid transmission of the sound emitted by the sound-generating component to the ear canal.

[0087] Referring to Figures 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, in this embodiment of the application, a receiving cavity is formed in the preauricular component 12, and the sound-emitting component is hidden in the receiving cavity on the side opposite to the connector 13. A through hole is opened on the side of the preauricular component 12 opposite to the connector 13, and the sound-emitting component emits sound to the outside through the through hole.

[0088] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment forms a receiving cavity in the front ear component 12, and hides the sound-generating component in the receiving cavity on the side away from the connector 13. In this way, the front ear component 12 can protect the sound-generating component and reduce the probability of damage to the sound-generating component. On this basis, a through hole is opened on the side of the front ear component 12 away from the connector 13, and the sound-generating component emits sound to the outside through the through hole so that the sound emitted by the sound-generating component can be quickly transmitted to the ear canal.

[0089] Referring to Figures 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, in this embodiment of the application, the sound-emitting component includes a sound-emitting body and a protective member 27. The sound-emitting body is concealed within the receiving cavity on the side opposite to the connector 13, and the protective member 27 is disposed on the side of the sound-emitting body near the through hole to protect the sound-emitting body. Here, this means that the protective member 27 is not exposed on the outside of the preauricular component 12.

[0090] In this embodiment, the protective member 27 can be a mesh structure made of a rigid material; the protective member 27 can also be a mesh structure made of a flexible material. In this embodiment, the protective member 27 is a sound-emitting steel mesh.

[0091] In this embodiment, the distance L5 between the protective member 27 and the outer surface of the preauricular component 12 is 6.5 mm to 9.0 mm. In other words, the protective member 27 is 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm higher than the outer surface of the preauricular component 12.

[0092] The earphone 2 provided in this application embodiment protects the sound output body by placing the protective member 27 on the side of the sound output body near the through hole. At the same time, since the protective member 27 is placed on the side of the sound output body near the through hole, it is equivalent to the protective member 27 not being exposed on the outside of the ear part 12, so as to avoid the protective member 27 directly contacting the outside world during use and causing contamination to the protective member 27.

[0093] The following describes in detail another embodiment of the earphone 3 provided in this application with reference to Figures 15 to 22. Unless otherwise specified, the features of the earphone 3 provided in this embodiment can be combined with the features of the clip-on earphone 2 described above.

[0094] Referring to Figures 15 and 16, the adaptive rebound earphone 3 includes an earphone body 301, an airbag 121, and an adjustment assembly 30. The airbag 121 is connected to the earphone body 301, and the side of the airbag 121 facing away from the earphone body 301 is designed to conform to the contour of the ear. An airbag cavity 1215 is formed on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. The adjustment assembly 30 includes a main exhaust channel 31, which is located on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. The first end of the main exhaust channel 31 is located inside the airbag cavity 1215, and the second end of the main exhaust channel 31 communicates with the outside to connect the airbag cavity 1215 to the outside.

[0095] In this embodiment, the earphone body 301 may include a front ear component 12, a back ear component 11, and a connector 13. The connector 13 is located between the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11 to connect the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11 into a whole. An airbag 121 is disposed on at least one of the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11. In this embodiment, the airbag 121 is disposed on the front ear component 12. Furthermore, an earphone speaker may be disposed within the front ear component 12, and an earphone battery, an earphone magnet, and an earphone antenna may be disposed within the back ear component 11. The connector 13 may also include an ear clip wire, and both ends of the connector 13 are respectively provided with hard adhesive to connect to the front ear component 12 and the back ear component 11.

[0096] In this embodiment, the airbag 121 can be made of silicone; of course, the airbag 121 can also be made of other materials, such as rubber. In this embodiment, the airbag 121 is made of silicone, which has advantages such as fit and stability, thereby improving the user's wearing comfort.

[0097] In this embodiment, the connection between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301 can be non-removable, for example, by welding or bonding. Alternatively, the connection can be detachable, such as by threading or snap-fitting. In this embodiment, the airbag 121 and earphone body 301 are fixed using a combination of adhesive application and snap-fitting, making the connection more secure and reliable. Adhesive application provides good bonding strength, while snap-fitting further enhances the stability of the connection from a mechanical perspective. Together, they effectively prevent the airbag 121 from loosening or falling off during daily use, extending the lifespan of the adaptive rebound earphone 3.

[0098] In this embodiment of the application, the inner contour of the airbag cavity 1215 can be a regular structure, for example, the inner contour of the airbag cavity 1215 is a cylindrical structure; or for example, the inner contour of the airbag cavity 1215 is an elliptical structure; of course, the inner contour of the airbag cavity 1215 can also be an irregular shape.

[0099] In this embodiment, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 may be located at the edge of the airbag cavity 1215; the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 may also be located at the center of the airbag cavity 1215.

[0100] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment has a main exhaust groove 31 opened on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. At this time, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 is located inside the airbag cavity 1215, and the second end of the main exhaust groove 31 is connected to the outside, so that the airbag cavity 1215 is connected to the outside. When the earphone is worn on the ear contour, and the side of the airbag 121 away from the earphone body 301 fits against the ear contour, if the ear contour squeezes the airbag 121 due to movement, the gas in the airbag cavity 1215 can be quickly discharged through the main exhaust groove 31, reducing the internal pressure of the airbag cavity 1215. This allows the airbag 121 to quickly adapt to the deformation of the ear contour. When the pressure on the ear contour is released, external air can enter the airbag cavity 1215 in reverse through the main exhaust channel 31, increasing the internal pressure of the airbag cavity 1215. This allows the airbag 121 to quickly return to its initial state, maintaining a stable fit with the ear. The airbag 121 can achieve rapid adaptive rebound, adjusting in real time according to the dynamic changes in the ear contour. This ensures a stable fit of the airbag 121 with the ear contour in various usage scenarios, thereby improving the wearing comfort and stability of the headphones. Based on this, the adaptive rebound headphones 3 provided in this embodiment can significantly improve the performance and user experience of headphone products, exhibiting clear advantages in wearing comfort, stability, and structural robustness.

[0101] Referring to Figures 17 and 18, in the adaptive rebound earphone 3 of this embodiment, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 is located at the center of the air bladder cavity 1215. For example, when the inner contour of the air bladder cavity 1215 is a spherical structure, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 can be located at the center of the sphere; as another example, when the inner contour of the air bladder cavity 1215 is a cube structure, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 can be located at the center of the cube; and as yet another example, when the inner contour of the air bladder cavity 1215 is an irregular structure, the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 can be located at the center of gravity of the irregular structure.

[0102] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment, by positioning the first end of the main exhaust groove 31 at the center of the airbag cavity 1215, facilitates the positioning of the first end of the main exhaust groove 31; on the other hand, when exhausting or inhaling, air is first introduced or exhausted at the center of the airbag cavity 1215, which is beneficial to the stable deformation of the airbag 121.

[0103] Referring to Figures 19 to 22, in this embodiment of the application, the orthographic projection of the airbag 121 along the connection direction between the airbag 121 and the headphone body 301 is a closed shape, and there are multiple main exhaust grooves 31. The multiple main exhaust grooves 31 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape on the side of the airbag 121 close to the headphone body 301.

[0104] In this embodiment, the orthographic projection of the airbag 121 along the connection direction between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301 is a closed shape. Here, the closed shape can be a regular shape, such as a circle or a square; of course, the closed shape can also be an irregular shape. In this embodiment, the closed shape is a circle, and correspondingly, the circumferential direction of the outer contour of the closed shape should also be the circumferential direction of the circle.

[0105] In this embodiment, there can be two main exhaust channels 31, which are evenly distributed along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape at intervals of 180 degrees on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. Of course, there can also be four main exhaust channels 31, which are evenly distributed along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape at intervals of 90 degrees on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301.

[0106] In this embodiment, the circumferential dimension of the main exhaust groove 31 along the outer contour of the closed shape can be 5 mm, 10 mm, or 15 mm. Through precise calculation, this ensures that the gas in the airbag cavity 1215 can be quickly expelled when the pressure changes along the ear contour, while also preventing excessive gas leakage that could cause the airbag 121 to rebound excessively. There is only one main exhaust groove 31, and its circumferential dimension along the outer contour of the closed shape is greater than or equal to 5 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm, to meet the exhaust requirements of different usage scenarios.

[0107] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment is provided with multiple main exhaust channels 31, and the multiple main exhaust channels 31 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301, so as to accelerate the speed at which the gas in the airbag cavity 1215 is discharged to the outside through the main exhaust channels 31 and the speed at which the outside air enters the airbag cavity 1215 through the main exhaust channels 31.

[0108] Referring to Figures 19 to 22, in the adaptive rebound earphone 3 of this application embodiment, the adjustment component 30 further includes a secondary exhaust groove 32. The secondary exhaust groove 32 is opened on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. The first end of the secondary exhaust groove 32 is connected to the main exhaust groove 31, and the second end of the secondary exhaust groove 32 is connected to the outside.

[0109] In this embodiment, the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is connected to the main exhaust channel 31. It should be noted that the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is only connected to the main exhaust channel 31 and not to the airbag cavity 1215. Furthermore, the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is connected to a portion of the main exhaust channel 31 near its first end; the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is connected to a portion of the main exhaust channel 31 near its second end; and the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is connected to a portion of the main exhaust channel 31 located between its first and second ends. Based on this, the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 is directly connected to the main exhaust channel 31; in other words, the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 extends into the main exhaust channel 31. Of course, the first end of the auxiliary exhaust channel 32 can also be indirectly connected to the main exhaust channel 31.

[0110] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment has a secondary exhaust groove 32, with the first end of the secondary exhaust groove 32 connected to the main exhaust groove 31 and the second end of the secondary exhaust groove 32 connected to the outside. When the earphone 3 is worn on the ear contour, if the ear contour squeezes the airbag 121 due to movement, the gas in the airbag cavity 1215 is first quickly discharged through the main exhaust groove 31, reducing the internal pressure of the airbag cavity 1215, so that the airbag 121 can quickly adapt to the deformation of the ear contour; at the same time, the secondary exhaust groove 32 will also discharge some gas simultaneously, further accelerating the exhaust speed and realizing the rapid rebound of the airbag 121. Once the pressure on the ear contour is released, external air enters the airbag cavity 1215 in the opposite direction through the main exhaust channel 31 and the secondary exhaust channel 32, causing the airbag 121 to quickly return to its initial state and maintain a stable fit with the ear contour. Through the double-layer design of the main exhaust channel 31 and the secondary exhaust channel 32, the airbag 121 can quickly adapt to the dynamic changes of the ear contour and adjust its shape in a timely manner according to the movement of the ear contour, always maintaining a close fit with the ear contour. This effectively avoids the problem of sound leakage and sound quality degradation caused by changes in fit, improving wearing comfort and stability. Whether during sports, daily activities, or long-term wear, users can enjoy a more comfortable and stable wearing experience.

[0111] Referring to Figures 19 to 22, in this embodiment, the orthographic projection of the airbag 121 along the connection direction between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301 is a closed shape. There is one main exhaust groove 31 and multiple secondary exhaust grooves 32. The first ends of the multiple secondary exhaust grooves 32 are all connected to the main exhaust groove 31, and the second ends of the multiple secondary exhaust grooves 32 are all connected to the outside. The multiple secondary exhaust grooves 32 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. The main exhaust groove 31 is opened between two adjacent secondary exhaust grooves 32.

[0112] For example, there is one main exhaust slot 31 and four secondary exhaust slots 32. The four secondary exhaust slots 32 are evenly distributed at 90-degree intervals along the circumference of the outer contour of the closed shape on the side of the airbag 121 near the headphone body 301. The main exhaust slot 31 is opened between two adjacent secondary exhaust slots 32. It should be noted that the number and distribution of the secondary exhaust slots 32 can be optimized according to the size and shape of the airbag 121.

[0113] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment can achieve rapid rebound of the airbag 121 when the pressure changes of the ear contour are relatively complex. The secondary exhaust groove 32 assists the main exhaust groove 31 in exhausting, thereby accelerating the exhaust speed.

[0114] Referring to Figures 19 to 22, in the embodiments of this application, the circumferential dimensions of the plurality of secondary exhaust channels 32 along the outer contour of the closed shape are all smaller than the circumferential dimensions of the main exhaust channel 31 along the outer contour of the closed shape.

[0115] For example, the circumferential dimension of the main exhaust groove 31 along the outer contour of the closed shape is greater than or equal to 5 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm, and correspondingly, the circumferential dimension of the plurality of auxiliary exhaust grooves 32 along the outer contour of the closed shape is less than 5 mm.

[0116] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment ensures that the circumferential dimensions of the multiple secondary exhaust channels 32 along the outer contour of the closed shape are all smaller than the circumferential dimensions of the main exhaust channel 31 along the outer contour of the closed shape. This prevents the airbag 121 from rebounding excessively due to excessive gas leakage while ensuring that the gas in the airbag cavity 1215 can be quickly discharged during the process of pressure change on the ear contour.

[0117] Referring to Figures 15 to 18, in the adaptive rebound earphone 3 of this application embodiment, the earphone body 301 includes a third part 124 and a fourth part 125. The third part 124 has a protrusion 111 extending from the side of the fourth part 125 near the airbag 121. The protrusion 111 has a snap-fit groove 113 (i.e., a limiting groove). The airbag 121 has a snap-fit protrusion 403 (i.e., a limiting protrusion) extending from the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301 along the center direction of the airbag cavity 1215. The snap-fit protrusion 403 extends into the snap-fit groove 113 to snap the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121 together. When the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121 are snapped together, the side of the snap-fit protrusion 403 away from the airbag cavity 1215 and the fourth part 125 are provided with a communication channel 40 along the connection direction between the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121. The secondary exhaust groove 32 and the main exhaust groove 31 are connected through the communication channel 40.

[0118] In this embodiment of the application, the fourth part 125 may be surrounded by the third part 124; the fourth part 125 may also be surrounded by the third part 124.

[0119] In this embodiment, the protrusion 111 may have a certain degree of elasticity and toughness, so that the snap-fit protrusion 403 can be inserted into the snap-fit groove 113 to snap the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121 together; correspondingly, the protrusion 111 may be made of plastic with elasticity and toughness; the protrusion 111 may also be made of metal with elasticity and toughness; the protrusion 111 may also be made of rubber with elasticity and toughness.

[0120] In this embodiment, the snap-fit protrusion 403 may also have a certain degree of elasticity and toughness, so that the snap-fit protrusion 403 can extend into the snap-fit groove 113 to snap the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121 together; correspondingly, the snap-fit protrusion 403 may be made of elastic and tough plastic; the snap-fit protrusion 403 may also be made of elastic and tough metal; the snap-fit protrusion 403 may also be made of elastic and tough plastic.

[0121] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment provides a snap-fit groove 113 on the earphone body 301 and a snap-fit protrusion 403 on the side of the airbag 121 near the earphone body 301. The snap-fit protrusion 403 extends into the snap-fit groove 113, which facilitates the snap-fit between the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121, ensures the connection strength, and makes the connection between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301 more reliable.

[0122] Referring to Figures 15 to 18, in the adaptive rebound earphone 3 of this application embodiment, the protrusion 111 or the snap-fit protrusion 403 is made of an elastic material. Here, the elastic material can be made of rubber; the elastic material can be made of plastic, etc.

[0123] The adaptive rebound earphone 3 provided in this application embodiment is made of elastic material for the protrusion 111 or the snap-fit protrusion 403, so that the snap-fit protrusion 403 can easily extend into the snap-fit groove 113 of the protrusion 111.

[0124] Referring to Figures 21 and 22, in this embodiment, a dispensing portion 23 is formed on the side of the snap-fit protrusion 403 opposite to the air bladder cavity 1215, along the side away from the earphone body 301. The dispensing portion 23 is used for dispensing adhesive. When the snap-fit protrusion 403 extends into the snap-fit groove 113, the earphone body 301 and the air bladder 121 are bonded together by the adhesive dispensed on the dispensing portion 23. It should be noted that the dispensing should not obstruct the exhaust of the main exhaust groove 31 and the secondary exhaust groove 32.

[0125] In this embodiment, the dispensing process has the advantage of high precision. The adhesive dispensing part 23 can be selected with high strength and aging resistance, which can ensure the connection strength while adapting to different usage environments and temperature changes, effectively preventing the airbag 121 from falling off due to long-term use or environmental factors.

[0126] In this embodiment, the location of the adhesive dispensing portion 23 is carefully designed and analyzed, and can be distributed at the edge of the airbag 121 and key stress points to ensure a tight connection between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301. In this embodiment, adhesive can be dispensed at the upper and lower ends of the airbag 121 and at the position close to the ear contour contact surface to form a continuous adhesive layer, firmly bonding the airbag 121 to the earphone body 301.

[0127] In this embodiment, the earphone body 301 and the airbag 121 are connected by a combination of snap-fit and adhesive application. The snap-fit connection can be positioned in conjunction with the adhesive application. For example, the snap-fit connection can be located on the left and right sides of the airbag 121, while the adhesive application can be located on the top and bottom sides of the airbag 121. Alternatively, the snap-fit connection can be located on the top and bottom sides of the airbag 121, while the adhesive application can be located on the left and right sides of the airbag 121. In this way, while ensuring a secure connection, the connection between the airbag 121 and the earphone body 301 becomes more robust and reliable.

[0128] The following detailed description of another embodiment of the ear-clip earphone 4 provided in this application is based on Figures 23 to 44. Unless otherwise specified, the features of the ear-clip earphone 4 provided in this embodiment can be combined with the features of the ear-clip earphone 2 or ear-clip earphone 3 described above.

[0129] In this embodiment, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may include a first housing 11, a second housing 12, a sound-generating component 120, and a connector 13. In use, the second housing 12 is placed in front of the ear, and the first housing 11 is placed behind the ear; therefore, the second housing 12 may also be referred to as the in front-ear component, and the first housing 11 may also be referred to as the behind-ear component.

[0130] As an example, the second housing 12 may be generally spherical. The second housing 12 may have a receiving cavity, namely an audio cavity 122. The audio cavity 122 is used to house the audio structural components of the clip-on earphone 4. For example, the audio cavity 122 may house a sound-generating component 120, which may be disposed within the audio cavity 122 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The second housing 12 may have a sound outlet 163, through which the audio from the sound-generating component 120 can be transmitted to the outside of the second housing 12. The second housing 12 may have a rear cavity through-hole 115, which can prevent sound leakage. The structure of the sound-generating component 120 is not limited. For example, the sound-generating component 120 is a structure capable of generating audio. As an example, the sound-generating component 120 may be a speaker or other structure capable of generating audio information. In some examples, the clip-on earphone 4 may include a pickup element 194, which may be disposed within the audio cavity 122 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. Here, the second housing 12 may have a sound pickup hole 128, through which the sound pickup element 194 can pick up external sounds. The structure of the sound pickup element 194 is not limited. For example, the sound pickup element 194 may include a microphone or other structure capable of picking up sound. Of course, in other examples, the sound pickup element 194 may also be disposed within the cavity of the first housing 11 by means of adhesive bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. Here, the first housing 11 may have a sound pickup hole 128.

[0131] For example, the second housing 12 may include a first half-shell 111A and a second half-shell 112A. The second half-shell 112A and the first half-shell 111A can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; an audio cavity 122 can be defined between the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A. By setting the second housing 12 to include the second half-shell 112A and the first half-shell 111A, it is convenient to process and manufacture, and it is also convenient to install the sound-generating component 120 in the audio cavity 122.

[0132] Here, the sound-generating component 120 can be disposed in the second half-shell 112A by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc., and is located within the audio cavity 122 defined by the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A. Of course, in other examples, the sound-generating component 120 can also be disposed in the first half-shell 111A by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.

[0133] Here, the first half-shell 111A and the first end of the connector 13 can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. Of course, the second half-shell 112A and the first end of the connector 13 can also be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.

[0134] Here, the second half-shell 112A may have a sound outlet 163. Of course, the first half-shell 111A may also have a sound outlet 163.

[0135] Here, the first half-shell 111A may have one or two rear cavity through holes 115. Of course, the second half-shell 112A may also have one or two rear cavity through holes 115.

[0136] Here, in the wearing state, the second half-shell 112A is used to fit with the wearer's ear.

[0137] As shown in Figures 23 and 24, the second housing 12 may further include an elastic element 121, which may be an ear cap or an airbag. The elastic element 121 may be disposed on the side of the second half-shell 112A facing the first half-shell 111A by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; thereby, the second housing 12 engages with the wearer's ear through the elastic element 121. By contacting the wearer's ear with the elastic element 121, the deformation of the elastic element 121 can reduce the clamping force of the ear clip headphones 4 on the wearer's ear, thereby improving the wearing experience of the ear clip headphones 4.

[0138] Here, the material of the elastic element 121 can be elastic, and the material of the elastic element 121 is not limited. For example, the material of the elastic element 121 can be silicone, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), etc. As an example, the material of the elastic element 121 can be silicone rubber with a Shore A hardness of 30-40A.

[0139] Here, the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A can be made of rigid materials. For example, the material of the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A can be plastic. The hardness of the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A can be greater than the hardness of the elastic element 121.

[0140] The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are spaced apart, forming a clamping space for holding the wearer's ear between the first housing 11, the second housing 12 and the connector 13. In the wearing state, the second housing 12 can be located in front of the wearer's ear, and the first housing 11 can be located behind the wearer's ear, with the wearer's ear clamped between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11.

[0141] As an example, the first housing 11 may be generally ellipsoidal. The cavity of the first housing 11 may be used to accommodate the structural components of the ear clip-on earphone 4.

[0142] For example, as shown in Figures 23 and 24, the first housing 11 may include an exposed half-shell 121A and a mating half-shell 122A. The mating half-shell 122A and the exposed half-shell 121A can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. A cavity of the first housing 11 is defined between the mating half-shell 122A and the exposed half-shell 121A. The mating half-shell 122A can be used to fit with the wearer's ear. In the wearing state, the mating half-shell 122A can contact the wearer's ear, and the exposed half-shell 121A can be in an exposed state.

[0143] Here, the exposed half-shell 121A and the mating half-shell 122A can be arranged opposite each other in the thickness direction of the first shell 11.

[0144] The length dimension of the first housing 11 can be greater than the width dimension of the first housing 11, as shown in Figure 34. The connector 13 can be disposed on one side of the width direction of the first housing 11. The width dimension of the first housing 11 can be greater than the thickness dimension of the first housing 11.

[0145] The connector 13 can be made of an elastic material, allowing the distance between the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 to be adjusted. This facilitates both wearing the ear clip-on earphone 4 on the wearer's ear and removing it from the wearer's ear. As an example, the connector 13 can be made of silicone, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). A steel wire can also be incorporated within the connector 13 to enhance its strength and elasticity.

[0146] The connector 13 can be C-shaped, n-shaped, etc. The connector 13 can be curved. The curves of the connector 13 in each segment can be the same or different.

[0147] The connector 13 can be connected to the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 respectively by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The connector 13 may include a first end 131A and a second end 132A disposed opposite to each other; the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be connected to the second housing 12 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc., and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be connected to the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.

[0148] As an example, as shown in Figure 23, the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be connected to the first half-shell 111A of the second housing 12 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The second end 132A of the connector 13 can be connected to the exposed half-shell 121A of the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. Of course, the first end 131A of the connector 13 can also be connected to the second half-shell 112A and / or the first half-shell 111A of the second housing 12 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc., and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can also be connected to the exposed half-shell 121A and / or the mating half-shell 122A of the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.

[0149] As another example, as shown in Figures 28 and 37, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may include a first fixing member 171 and a second fixing member 172. The first fixing member 171 may be disposed at the first end 131A of the connector 13 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the first fixing member 171 and the second housing 12 may be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the second fixing member 172 may be disposed at the second end 132A of the connector 13 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the second fixing member 172 and the first housing 11 may be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.

[0150] Here, the hardness of the first fastener 171 can be greater than the hardness of the connector 13;

[0151] The hardness of the second fixing member 172 can be greater than that of the connector 13, so that the connection strength between the first end 131A of the connector 13 and the second housing 12 can be improved by the harder first fixing member 171, and the connection strength between the second end 132A of the connector 13 and the first housing 11 can be improved by the harder second fixing member 172; at the same time, the softer connector 13 can adapt to the deformation of the wearer's ear shape, so as to improve the fit and clamping ability of the ear clip earphone 4.

[0152] Here, the area of the connector 13 located between the first fixing member 171 and the second fixing member 172 is deformable. The area where the connector 13 connects to the first fixing member 171 is substantially non-deformable. The area where the connector 13 connects to the second fixing member 172 is substantially non-deformable.

[0153] In this embodiment, the earcup earphone 4 may include a power supply assembly 110 for supplying power to the earcup earphone 4. The power supply assembly 110 may be disposed in the second housing 12, the first housing 11, or the connector 13.

[0154] As an example, as shown in Figures 28 and 37, the power supply assembly 110 can be disposed in the cavity of the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the power supply assembly 110 can be used to supply power to the sound-generating assembly 120.

[0155] Here, the thickness direction of the power supply assembly 110 can be the same as or substantially the same as the thickness direction of the first housing 11. The power supply assembly 110 can be a rotating structure with an axis, such as a column or a cone, and the axis of the power supply assembly 110 can be the same as or substantially the same as the thickness direction of the first housing 11.

[0156] In this embodiment, the clip-on earphone 4 may include a first circuit board 174. The first circuit board 174 may be disposed on the second housing 12, the first housing 11, or the connector 13.

[0157] As an example, as shown in Figures 28 and 37, the first circuit board 174 can be disposed in the cavity of the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the first circuit board 174 can be electrically connected to the power supply assembly 110.

[0158] Here, the thickness direction of the first circuit board 174 can be the same as or substantially the same as the thickness direction of the first housing 11.

[0159] In this embodiment, the clip-on earphone 4 may include a second electrical connector 177. One end of the second electrical connector 177 can be electrically connected to the first circuit board 174, and the first circuit board 174 can charge or supply power to the power assembly 110. The other end of the second electrical connector 177 can be exposed and is used to contact and connect with the first electrical connector 251 of the earphone case, so that when the clip-on earphone 4 is stored in the earphone case, the power assembly 110 of the clip-on earphone 4 can be charged through the earphone case.

[0160] Here, the second electrical connector 177 and the first circuit board 174 can be located in the same housing. For example, the second electrical connector 177 and the first circuit board 174 can be disposed in the first housing 11.

[0161] In this embodiment, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may further include an operation key 150, which may be located on the second housing 12, the first housing 11, or the connector 13. The operation key 150 can be used to control the operation of the ear clip-on earphone 4.

[0162] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 28 and 44, the ear-clip earphone 4 may further include a first dustproof component 195, which may be disposed at the rear cavity through-hole 115 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The structure of the first dustproof component 195 is not limited. For example, the first dustproof component 195 may be a mesh structure. Alternatively, the first dustproof component 195 may have a structure with multiple holes. The material of the first dustproof component 195 is not limited. For example, the material of the first dustproof component 195 may be metal, fabric, etc. The first dustproof component 195 may also have a sound-tuning function. In some embodiments, the first dustproof component 195 may be a dustproof tuning mesh.

[0163] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG28, the ear-clip earphone 4 may further include a second dustproof component 196, which may be disposed at the sound outlet 123 by means of adhesive bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The structure of the second dustproof component 196 is not limited. For example, the second dustproof component 196 may be a mesh structure. Alternatively, the second dustproof component 196 may have a structure with multiple holes. The material of the second dustproof component 196 is not limited. For example, the material of the second dustproof component 196 may be metal, fabric, etc. The second dustproof component 196 may also have a sound tuning function. In some embodiments, the second dustproof component 196 may be a dustproof tuning mesh.

[0164] As shown in Figure 23, the connector 13 may include a mating portion 133 located between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11; the cross-sectional area of the mating portion 133 may be less than or equal to 9 mm. 2 .

[0165] The inventors discovered that when headphones are worn, they frequently press against the wearer's earlobe. Prolonged wear can cause pain and discomfort. However, the ear-clip type earphone 4 of this application has a cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 that is less than or equal to 9mm². 2 In other words, the relatively small cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 allows the connector 13 to deform more easily at the mating part 133, thereby reducing the deformation force of the mating part 133. This reduces the likelihood of the connector 13 pressing on the wearer's earlobe, improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip-on headphones 4. Simultaneously, the relatively smaller cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 results in less weight, making it lighter and providing a better user experience. Furthermore, with the ear clip-on headphones 4 maintaining the same overall height, the smaller cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 creates a larger clamping space, thus improving the ear clip-on headphones 4's ability to adapt to different ear sizes.

[0166] For example, when the ear clip-on earphone 4 is worn by a wearer with a larger ear size, the wearer's ear may come into contact with the connector 13 of the ear clip-on earphone 4, and the connector 13 may push the ear clip-on earphone 4 away from the wearer's head, resulting in a larger distance between the second shell 12 and the wearer's concha cavity. This leads to a decrease in the volume and sound quality of the audio received by the wearer, affecting the audio performance of the ear clip-on earphone 4. However, the ear clip-on earphone 4 of this application has a larger clamping space formed by the smaller cross-sectional area of the mating part 133, making it less likely for the wearer to push the ear clip-on earphone 4 up or up. At the same time, the relatively small cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 allows the connector 13 to deform more easily at the mating part 133, thereby reducing the deformation force of the mating part 133. This makes it easier for the connector 13 to adapt to the wearer's ear size deformation, thereby reducing the possibility of the connector 13 pressing on the wearer's helix and improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip-on earphone 4. In addition, since the connector 13 can have a small deformation force, it can also reduce the force of the ear clip earphone 4 clamping the wearer's ear, thereby further improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip earphone 4.

[0167] In this embodiment, the mating portion 133 can be the area with the smallest cross-sectional area in the connector 13, and the mating portion 133 can be the area in the connector 13 that is most easily deformed. When the connector 13 is subjected to force, the mating portion 133 can deform first, thereby allowing for rapid adjustment of the clamping space or clamping force between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 through the mating portion 133.

[0168] In some examples, the mating portion 133 may be located in the middle of the connector 13; here, the length of the connector 13 between the mating portion 133 and the first end 131A of the connector 13 is substantially the same as the length of the connector 13 between the mating portion 133 and the second end 132A of the connector 13. Here, the length of the connector 13 can be the length extending from the first end 131A to the second end 132A of the connector 13, and does not refer to the straight-line distance between the two ends of the connector 13. Of course, in other examples, the mating portion 133 may not be located in the middle of the connector 13. For example, as shown in Figures 23 and 24, the length of the connector 13 between the mating portion 133 and the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be greater than the length of the connector 13 between the mating portion 133 and the second end 132A of the connector 13. The length of the connector 13 between the mating portion 133 and the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be the length extending from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A of the connector 13. The length between the mating part 133 and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be the length from the mating part 133 to the second end 132A of the connector 13.

[0169] The mating part 133 can be used to mate with the wearer's auricle. In the wearing state, the mating part 133 can contact the wearer's auricle, or the mating part 133 can have a small gap with the wearer's auricle. By setting the mating part 133 in the area where the connector 13 mates with the wearer's auricle, the connector 13 can deform first in the area where it mates with the wearer's auricle, and the deformation force of the connector 13 in the area where it mates with the wearer's auricle can be minimized. This reduces the contact pressure between the connector 13 and the wearer's auricle and improves wearing comfort.

[0170] In this embodiment, the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be connected to the side of the second housing 12 opposite to the first housing 11; the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be connected to the first housing 11. The inventors have discovered that when earphones are clipped to the wearer's ear, insufficient clamping space often causes the earphones to press against the wearer's earlobe. With prolonged wear, this can cause pain and discomfort. By connecting the first end 131A of the connector 13 to the side of the second housing 12 opposite to the first housing 11, the length of the connector 13 and the clamping space can be further increased, improving the connector 13's ability to accommodate wearers with larger ears and reducing the likelihood of the connector 13 pressing against the wearer's earlobe, thus improving the wearing comfort of the ear-clip earphone 4.

[0171] Here, as shown in Figure 28, the length H7 of the connector 13 extending from the first end 131A to the second end 132A can be 31.5mm to 33.5mm, 31mm to 33mm, 32mm to 34mm, etc.; the length H7 of the connector 13 extending from the first end 131A to the second end 132A can also be 31mm, 31.5mm, 32mm, 32.4mm, 32.5mm, 33mm, etc.; by using a relatively long connector 13, the deformation capacity of the connector 13 can be increased, the clamping force of the ear clip earphone 4 can be reduced, and the wearing comfort of the ear clip earphone 4 can be improved.

[0172] In this embodiment, the length H8 of the connector 13 extending from the first fixing member 171 to the second fixing member 172 can be 23mm to 25mm, 23mm to 24mm, 24mm to 25mm, 23.5mm to 24.5mm, etc. The length H8 of the connector 13 extending from the first fixing member 171 to the second fixing member 172 can be 23mm, 23.5mm, 24mm, 24.5mm, 25mm, etc.; by using a longer connector 13, the length H8 of the connector 13 extending from the first fixing member 171 to the second fixing member 172 can be increased, thereby increasing the effective deformation length of the connector 13 between the first fixing member 171 and the second fixing member 172, and thus improving the deformation capacity of the connector 13.

[0173] Of course, in other examples, the first end 131A of the connector 13 can also be connected to the side of the second housing 12 facing the mating part 133, where the length of the connector 13 is relatively small.

[0174] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the connector 13 can gradually increase from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A; this can both increase the connection area and connection strength between the first end 131A and the second housing 12, and make the connector 13 appear smoother. Of course, in another example, the cross-sectional area of the connector 13 can also gradually decrease or remain unchanged from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A.

[0175] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the connector 13 gradually increases from the mating portion 133 to the second end 132A; this not only increases the connection area and connection strength between the second end 132A and the second housing 12, but also makes the connector 13 appear smoother. Of course, in another example, the cross-sectional area of the connector 13 may also gradually decrease or remain unchanged from the mating portion 133 to the second end 132A.

[0176] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 can be less than or equal to 9 mm. 2 For example, the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 can be 7 mm. 2 Up to 8mm 2 7mm 2 Up to 9mm 2 8mm 2 Up to 9mm 2 For example, the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 can be 7 mm². 2 7.5mm 2 8mm 2 8.5mm 2 9mm 2 Etc. Of course, in other examples, the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 may also be greater than 9 mm.2 .

[0177] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be 8.2 mm. 2 Up to 9.2mm 2 8mm 2 Up to 9mm 2 8.5mm 2 Up to 9.5mm 2 For example, the cross-sectional area of the first end 131A of the connector 13 can be 8.2 mm². 2 8.5mm 2 8.7mm 2 8.9mm 2 wait.

[0178] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be 10 mm. 2 Up to 11mm 2 9.5mm 2 Up to 10.5mm 2 10.5mm 2 Up to 11.5mm 2 For example, the cross-sectional area of the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be 9.5 mm². 2 10mm 2 10.2mm 2 10.5mm 2 10.7mm 2 11mm 2 11.5mm 2 12mm 2 wait.

[0179] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 23 and 24, a clamping space 101 can be defined between the second housing 12, the first housing 11, and the connector 13; the cross-sectional dimension H1 of the mating part 133 in the first direction can be less than or equal to 3 mm, wherein the first direction is the width direction of the first housing 11; the surface of the mating part 133 defining the clamping space 101 is located on one side of the clamping space 101 in the first direction; when the clamping distance between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 increases, by making the dimension of the mating part 133 in the first direction defining the clamping space 101 smaller, the deformation force at the mating part 133 can be further reduced, thereby reducing the clamping force between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 and reducing the difficulty of opening and closing the ear clip earphone 4, and improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip earphone 4. Meanwhile, when the overall height of the ear clip headphones 4 is the same and the cross-section of the mating part 133 is the same, by making the size of the mating part 133 in the first direction of the clamping space 101 smaller, the size of the clamping space 101 in the first direction can be further increased, thereby further improving the ability of the ear clip headphones 4 to adapt to ears of different sizes.

[0180] Here, the dimension H2 of the mating part 133 in the second direction can be larger than the dimension H1 of the mating part 133 in the first direction, where the second direction is the length direction of the first housing 11; the second direction and the first direction can be perpendicular or substantially perpendicular, so that the dimension H1 of the mating part 133 in the first direction can be set to be smaller, and the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 can meet specific requirements, so that the deformation force of the mating part 133 can be reduced when the cross-sectional area of the mating part 133 is the same, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip-on headphones 4.

[0181] Here, the dimension H1 of the mating part 133 in the first direction can be 2.3mm to 2.7mm, 2mm to 2.5mm, 2.5mm to 3mm, etc. For example, the dimension H1 of the mating part 133 in the first direction can be 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, etc.

[0182] Here, the dimension H2 of the mating part 133 in the second direction can be 3.4mm to 3.8mm, 3mm to 4mm, 3.5mm to 4mm, etc.

[0183] Here, the dimension H1 of the connector 13 in the first direction can gradually increase from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A. This not only reduces the clamping force of the ear clip-on earphone 4 and makes it easier to open and close the ear clip-on earphone 4 by using a smaller mating portion 133, but also increases the connection area and connection strength between the connector 13 and the second housing 12 by using a larger first end 131A, and also makes the connector 13 look smoother. Of course, in other examples, the dimension H1 of the connector 13 in the first direction from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A can remain unchanged.

[0184] Here, the dimension H2 of the connector 13 in the second direction from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A can remain unchanged, so as to make the connector 13 smaller and lighter. Of course, in other examples, the dimension H2 of the connector 13 in the second direction from the mating portion 133 to the first end 131A can also gradually increase.

[0185] Here, the dimension H1 of the connector 13 in the first direction can gradually decrease from the mating portion 133 to the second end 132A. This not only reduces the clamping force of the ear clip-on earphone 4 and makes it easier to open and close the ear clip-on earphone 4 by using the smaller mating portion 133, but also increases the connection area and connection strength between the connector 13 and the first housing 11 by using the larger second end 132A, and also makes the connector 13 look smoother. Of course, in other examples, the dimension H1 of the connector 13 in the first direction from the mating portion 133 to the second end 132A can remain unchanged.

[0186] Here, the dimension H2 of the connector 13 in the second direction from the mating part 133 to the second end 132A can remain unchanged, so as to make the connector 13 smaller and lighter. Of course, in other examples, the dimension H2 of the connector 13 in the second direction from the mating part 133 to the second end 132A can also gradually increase.

[0187] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG23, there is a first distance H3 between the mating part 133 and the second housing 12. The value of the first distance H3 can be 9mm to 11mm, 9mm to 10mm, 10mm to 11mm, 9.5mm, 10.5mm, 10mm, etc. Since the first distance H3 is set relatively large, the ability of the ear clip-on earphone 4 to adapt to large-sized ears can be greatly improved.

[0188] In this embodiment of the application, there is a second distance H4 between the first end 131A and the second end 132A of the connector 13; the value of the second distance H4 can be 17mm to 19mm, 17mm to 18mm, 18mm to 19mm, 17.5mm, 18.5mm, etc.; since the second distance H4 is set relatively large, the ability of the ear clip-on headphones 4 to adapt to large-sized ears can be greatly improved.

[0189] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the connector 13 is not limited. For example, the cross-section of the connector 13 can be elliptical, the short end of the cross-section of the connector 13 can be located in a first direction, and the long end of the cross-section of the connector 13 can be located in a second direction. By setting the short end of the cross-section of the connector 13 in the first direction, the clamping force of the ear clip earphone 4 can be reduced, the difficulty of opening and closing the ear clip earphone 4 can be reduced, and the wearing safety of the ear clip earphone 4 can be improved by the smooth connector 13.

[0190] In this embodiment of the application, the connector 13 may further include an extension 134 disposed at the first end 131A of the connector 13. The extension 134 extends away from the mating part 133 and is disposed on the side of the second housing 12 opposite to the first housing 11, so as to increase the contact area and connection strength between the connector 13 and the second housing 12, and also make the overall ear clip earphone 4 smoother.

[0191] In this embodiment, the extension 134 is formed by the first end 131A of the connector 13 extending toward the side of the second housing 12 opposite to the first housing 11; thus, the extension 134 can increase the contact area and connection strength between the connector 13 and the second housing 12, and also make the overall ear clip earphone 4 smoother. Of course, in another example, the connector 13 may not include the extension 134.

[0192] Here, as shown in FIG23, the side of the extension 134 facing the second housing 12 may have a first surface 1341, which may mate with the second surface 114 of the second housing 12; here, the first surface 1341 and the second surface 114 may mate in contact or have a small gap.

[0193] Here, the first surface 1341 can be curved to improve the fit between the first surface 1341 and the second surface 114. In other examples, the first surface 1341 can also be planar.

[0194] Here, the second surface 114 can be curved to improve the fit between the first surface 1341 and the second surface 114. In other examples, the second surface 114 can also be flat.

[0195] Here, the first surface 1341 can be a curved surface, and the second surface 114 can be a curved surface adapted to the first surface 1341, so as to further improve the fit between the first surface 1341 and the second surface 114.

[0196] Here, as shown in Figure 28, the first fixing member 171 can be disposed at the first end 131A and the extension 134 of the connector 13 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; the first fixing member 171 and the second housing 12 can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; by connecting the first fixing member 171 to the first end 131A and the extension 134 of the connector 13 respectively, the connection strength between the connector 13 and the second housing 12 can be improved. Of course, in some other examples, the first fixing member 171 can also be connected to only one of the first end 131A and the extension 134 of the connector 13.

[0197] As shown in Figure 28, the length H5 of the extension 134 can be 7mm to 8mm, 7.5mm to 8mm, 7mm to 7.5mm, etc. By setting an extension 134 of appropriate length, the strength of the connection between the connector 13 and the second housing 12 can be improved, and the overall ear clip earphone 4 can be made smoother and more beautiful, thereby improving the user experience of the ear clip earphone 4.

[0198] As shown in Figures 28 and 37, the extension 134 may have a first mounting hole 1342 on the side opposite to the second housing 12; the ear clip-on earphone 4 may also include a decorative piece 173, which may be attached to the first mounting hole 1342 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; by providing the decorative piece 173, the ear clip-on earphone 4 can have different appearance effects. For example, the material, color, surface texture, etc. of the decorative piece 173 may be different from those of the extension 134.

[0199] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 28 and 29, the first housing 11 may include a protruding connecting portion 123A. The connecting portion 123A and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The first housing 11 is connected to the second end 132A of the connector 13 through the connecting portion 123A, which can make the connection smoother and neater, and reduce the size of the second end 132A of the connector 13, thereby achieving the lightweight design of the ear clip-on earphone 4.

[0200] Here, the second end 132A of the connector 13 may include a first inclined surface 1321, and the connecting portion 123A includes a second inclined surface 1231. The first inclined surface 1321 and the second inclined surface 1231 cooperate to increase the contact area between the connecting portion 123A and the second end 132A of the connector 13, thereby improving the connection strength between the connecting portion 123A and the second end 132A of the connector 13. Of course, in other examples, the connecting portion 123A and the second end 132A of the connector 13 may also be in contact through two planes.

[0201] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG29, the maximum distance D1 between the mating part 133 and the extension part 134 can be 24.5mm to 26.5mm, 24mm to 27mm, 24.5mm to 25.5mm, 25.5mm to 26.5mm, etc. By providing the extension part 134, the clamping space of the ear clip earphone 4 for clamping the wearer's ear can be increased, and the connection strength between the connector 13 and the second housing 12 can also be increased.

[0202] Here, the maximum distance D3 between the second end 132A of the connector 13 and the extension 134 can be 26.5mm to 28.5mm, 26.5mm to 27.5mm, 27.5mm to 28.5mm, 26.5mm to 27mm, 27mm to 28.5mm, etc.; the first end 131A of the connector 13 is connected to the side of the second housing 12 opposite to the first housing 11, which can greatly increase the clamping space of the ear clip earphone 4 for clamping the wearer's ear.

[0203] In the embodiments of this application, the maximum distance D2 between the mating part 133 and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be 13.5mm to 15.5mm, 13.5mm to 14.5mm, 14.5mm to 15.5mm, 13.5mm to 14mm, 14mm to 15.5mm, 13.5mm to 15mm, etc.

[0204] In this embodiment of the application, the operation key 150 can be movably disposed on the first housing 11; wherein, the operation key 150 and the connector 13 are located on adjacent sides of the first housing 11, as shown in Figures 25 and 26.

[0205] The inventors discovered that the operating mechanism of headphones often leads to misoperation due to headphone shaking, making operation inconvenient. For example, the operating mechanism frequently fails to operate, requiring multiple attempts. In this application, the operation button 150 and the connector 13 are located on adjacent sides of the first housing 11; the operator can operate the headphone by pinching the operation button 150 between their index finger and thumb. Here, the first housing 11 and the operation button 150 are held between the operator's index finger and thumb, preventing the operation button 150 from shaking with the first housing 11, reducing misoperation of the operation button 150, and thus greatly improving the ease of operation of the ear clip-on headphones 4.

[0206] In this embodiment, the operation key 150 and the connector 13 can be located on adjacent sides of the first housing 11 in the non-thickness direction.

[0207] In this embodiment, when worn, the second housing 12 can be located in front of the wearer's ear, the first housing 11 can be located behind the wearer's ear, the connector 13 can be arranged generally in the horizontal direction, and the operation button 150 can be located on the top side of the first housing 11. Referring to the state of the ear clip earphone 4 in Figure 24, the wearer can operate the operation button 150 by contacting the bottom end of the first housing 11 in the length direction with the thumb and operating the operation button 150 with the index finger, or by squeezing the ear clip earphone 4 with both the thumb and index finger at the same time. Since the operation button 150 and the first housing 11 are located between the wearer's index finger and thumb, the operation button 150 can be operated accurately.

[0208] Of course, in another example, when worn, the operation key 150 can also be located on the bottom side of the first housing 11. Here, the operation key 150 and the first housing 11 are also located between the wearer's index finger and thumb, which also allows for accurate operation of the operation key 150.

[0209] In this embodiment, the operation key 150 is used to control the sound output of the sound-producing component 120. For example, the operation key 150 can control the sound output volume of the sound-producing component 120, the audio playback order, start audio playback, pause audio playback, etc.

[0210] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 25 and 30, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may further include a control key 180. The control key 180 may be disposed on the first circuit board 174 by means of bonding, welding, etc.; the fifth part 181 of the control key 180 protrudes from the side of the first circuit board 174; the operation key 150 corresponds to the position of the fifth part 181 of the control key 180 to press the control key 180; because the fifth part 181 of the control key 180 protrudes from the side of the first circuit board 174, the operation key 150 can press the control key 180 by pressing the fifth part 181 of the control key 180.

[0211] The thickness of the first circuit board 174 can be the same as or substantially the same as the thickness of the first housing 11. The operation key 150 is located on the side of the first housing 11 in the non-thickness direction. The fifth part 181 of the control key 180 protrudes from the side of the first circuit board 174, which can improve the space utilization of the first housing 11.

[0212] As shown in Figure 30, the first housing 11 may have a mounting through hole 124; the operation key 150 is movably disposed at the mounting through hole 124; the ear clip-on earphone 4 may further include: a reset member 176, which is disposed in the cavity of the first housing 11; the reset member 176 is connected to the wall on the periphery of the mounting through hole 124; the reset member 176 is elastic; the operation key 150 is used to press the control key 180 through the reset member 176.

[0213] When an external force is applied to the operation key 150, the operation key 150 moves closer to the control key 180 and pushes the reset member 176 to contact the control key 180, so that the control key 180 is pressed and the reset member 176 is deformed; when the external force is removed, the deformation force of the reset member 176 causes the operation key 150 to move away from the control key 180, and the pressing force of the reset member 176 on the control key 180 disappears.

[0214] The material of the reset member 176 is not limited. For example, the material of the reset member 176 can be a flexible polymer material such as silicone or rubber. The reset member 176 and the peripheral wall of the mounting through hole 124 can be sealed together by sealant, sealing structure or the like, so that the first housing 11 is sealed at the mounting through hole 124 to prevent external liquid from entering the cavity of the first housing 11.

[0215] Here, when operation key 150 is not pressed, reset element 176 and control key 180 can be in contact or have a small gap. Operation key 150 and reset element 176 can be in contact or have a small gap.

[0216] In this embodiment, the first housing 11 may include a first exposed surface 125 and a first mating surface 126 disposed opposite to each other in the thickness direction, and a connecting side surface 127 connected to the first exposed surface 125 and the first mating surface 126 respectively; the operation key 150 and the connector 13 are located on adjacent sides of the connecting side surface 127, as shown in FIG34, so that the operation key 150 does not affect wearing and is easy to operate; wherein, the first mating surface 126 can be used to fit with the wearer's ear.

[0217] Here, the operation key 150 can be located on one side of the length direction of the first housing 11, and the connector 13 can be located on one side of the width direction of the first housing 11.

[0218] In this embodiment, the thickness of the operation keys 150 in the moving direction can be the same or different.

[0219] As shown in Figure 30, the operation key 150 may include a second mating surface 152 and a second exposed surface 151 arranged opposite each other in the movement direction; the second exposed surface 151 may be a curved surface; the connecting side 127 of the first housing 11 where the operation key 150 is located may also be a curved surface; the bending direction of the second exposed surface 151 can match the bending direction of the connecting side 127 of the first housing 11, thereby making the shape of the operation key 150 located on the connecting side 127 more compatible with the shape of the connecting side 127, thus improving the smoothness and flatness of the ear clip-on earphone 4. Of course, in some other examples, the second exposed surface 151 may also be a plane. The second mating surface 152 may be a plane to facilitate manufacturing.

[0220] In this embodiment, the operation key 150 can be located on one side of the length direction of the first housing 11; the connector 13 can be located on one side of the width direction of the first housing 11, so that the connector 13 and the operation key 150 do not affect or interfere with each other. Meanwhile, in the wearing state, the connector 13 is generally located in the horizontal direction, the length direction of the first housing 11 is generally located in the vertical direction, and the width direction of the first housing 11 is generally located in the horizontal direction. The smaller size of the first housing 11 is sandwiched between the wearer's ear and head, which can improve the wearing comfort of the ear-clip headphones 4. Of course, in other examples, the operation key 150 can also be located on one side of the width direction of the first housing 11, and the connector 13 can also be located on one side of the length direction of the first housing 11.

[0221] The operation key 150 can be strip-shaped and can be set along the width direction of the first housing 11, thereby increasing the contact area between the wearer and the operation key 150 and improving the wearer's pressing feel.

[0222] In this embodiment, the operation key 150 and the connector 13 can be located on adjacent sides of the exposed half-shell 121A. The mating half-shell 122A and the exposed half-shell 121A can be connected by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. The mating half-shell 122A can be used to fit with the wearer's ear. By setting the operation key 150 and the connector 13 on the exposed half-shell 121A, it is convenient to operate the operation key 150, and it can also prevent the operation key 150 and the connector 13 from affecting the fit between the mating half-shell 122A and the wearer's ear.

[0223] As shown in Figure 27, in this embodiment of the application, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may include a sound outlet 160. The sound outlet 160 may be disposed in the second housing 12. The sound outlet 160 has at least two sound outlet holes 123 communicating with the audio cavity 122; the at least two sound outlet holes 123 are strip-shaped.

[0224] The inventors discovered that the sound holes of headphones are generally circular, resulting in uniform sound wave transmission characteristics in all directions and thus poor adaptability. In contrast, the at least two sound holes in this application are strip-shaped. The smaller aperture in the width direction of the sound holes improves the diffraction characteristics of sound waves in that direction. The larger aperture in the length direction allows some wavelengths of sound waves to propagate directly without obstruction, making the sound wave transmission more concentrated. This improves the sound wave utilization rate in the length direction of the sound holes, enhancing the adaptability of the clip-on headphones 4. For example, when worn, sound waves can be more concentratedly transmitted to the wearer's concha in the length direction of the sound holes, allowing more sound waves to reach the wearer's concha and improving the effective utilization rate of the sound output of the clip-on headphones 4.

[0225] In this embodiment, the sound output component 160 can be disposed on the second housing 12 by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc. By separating the sound output component 160 from the second housing 12, it is easier to process the sound output component 160. Of course, in other examples, the sound output component 160 and the second housing 12 can also be a single structural component.

[0226] In the embodiments of this application, the lengths of at least two sound outlets 123 may be the same or different. When the lengths of at least two sound outlets 123 are different, it is possible to transmit sound waves of different wavelengths more concentratedly, and it is also convenient to set more sound outlets 123.

[0227] In this embodiment of the application, at least two sound outlets 123 may include a first type of sound outlet 161 and a second type of sound outlet 162; the length of the first type of sound outlet 161 may be greater than the length of the second type of sound outlet 162.

[0228] Here, the length L1 of the first type of sound outlet 161 can be greater than 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, etc. As an example, the length of the first type of sound outlet 161 can be 1.2mm to 2mm, 1.2mm to 1.9mm, 1.3mm to 2mm, 1.4mm to 2mm, 1.5mm to 2mm, 1.6mm to 2mm; 1.7mm to 2mm; 1.8mm to 2mm, etc.

[0229] Here, the length L2 of the second type of sound outlet 162 can be less than 1 mm. As an example, the length of the second type of sound outlet 162 can be 0.7 mm to 0.9 mm, 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm, 0.8 mm to 0.9 mm, etc.

[0230] The first type of sound outlet 161 and the second type of sound outlet 162 can be spaced apart in the length direction, so that when the setting space is the same, the first type of sound outlet 161 can be set longer, and the overall setting space of the sound outlet 123 can be increased by using the second type of sound outlet 162 which is shorter.

[0231] The distance L3 between the first type of sound hole 161 and the second type of sound hole 162 in the longitudinal direction can be 0.2mm to 0.3mm, 0.25mm to 0.3mm, 0.2mm to 0.25mm, etc.

[0232] At least two sound outlet holes 123 can be spaced apart in the width direction; the distance L4 between two adjacent sound outlet holes 123 in the width direction can be 0.25mm to 0.4mm, 0.25mm to 0.35mm, 0.25mm to 0.3mm, 0.3mm to 0.4mm, 0.35mm to 0.4mm, etc.; by setting an appropriate distance L4 in the width direction of the sound outlet holes 123, the installation area of the sound outlet holes 123 can be greatly increased.

[0233] Here, as shown in Figures 31 and 32, in the width direction of the sound outlet 123, one first-type sound outlet 161 can be arranged adjacent to another first-type sound outlet 161 and another second-type sound outlet 162, and one second-type sound outlet 162 can be arranged adjacent to another first-type sound outlet 161. By staggering the first-type sound outlet 161 and the second-type sound outlet 162 in the width direction of the sound outlet 123, the transmission performance of sound waves of each wavelength in each region can be made more uniform.

[0234] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG32, the first type of sound outlet 161 may include a first sub-first type of sound outlet 1611 and a second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612. The first sub-first type of sound outlet 1611 is located at both ends of the sound outlet member 160 in the width direction of the sound outlet 123; the second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612 may be located in the middle of the sound outlet member 160 in the width direction of the sound outlet 123; the length of the second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612 may be greater than the length of the first sub-first type of sound outlet 1611, so that a longer second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612 is provided in the middle of the sound outlet member 160.

[0235] The first type of sound outlet 161 may further include a third sub-first type of sound outlet 1613, which may be located between the first sub-first type of sound outlet 1611 and the second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612 in the width direction of the sound outlet 123; wherein, the length of the third sub-first type of sound outlet 1613 may be greater than the length of the first sub-first type of sound outlet 1611, and the length of the third sub-first type of sound outlet 1613 may be less than the length of the second sub-first type of sound outlet 1612; by setting multiple first type of sound outlets 161 of different lengths, the wavelength range of the concentrated transmission of sound waves can be increased, thereby enabling the concentrated transmission of sound waves of more different wavelengths.

[0236] Of course, in other examples, the first type of sound hole 161 may also include one or two of the following: a first sub-first type of sound hole 1611, a second sub-first type of sound hole 1612, and a third sub-first type of sound hole 1613.

[0237] The length L11 of the first sub-type first-element sound outlet 1611 can be 1.3mm to 1.5mm, 1.3mm to 1.4mm, 1.4mm to 1.5mm, etc. The length L12 of the second sub-type first-element sound outlet 1612 can be 1.8mm to 2mm, 1.9mm to 2mm, 1.8mm to 1.9mm, etc. The length L13 of the third sub-type first-element sound outlet 1613 can be 1.4mm to 1.6mm, 1.5mm to 1.6mm, 1.4mm to 1.5mm, etc.

[0238] The cross-sectional area of the first type of sound outlet 1611 can be 0.6 to 0.7 square millimeters, 0.6 to 0.65 square millimeters, or 0.65 to 0.7 square millimeters. The cross-sectional area of the second type of sound outlet 1612 can be 0.85 to 0.9 square millimeters, 0.8 to 0.9 square millimeters, or 0.85 to 0.95 square millimeters, etc. The cross-sectional area of the third type of sound outlet 1613 can be 0.7 to 0.8 square millimeters, 0.7 to 0.75 square millimeters, or 0.75 to 0.8 square millimeters, etc.

[0239] In the embodiments of this application, the width L5 of the sound outlet 123 can be 0.4mm to 0.6mm, 0.4mm to 0.5mm, 0.4mm to 0.5mm, etc.

[0240] In this embodiment, the cross-section of the sound outlet 123 can be an oblong shape to allow sound waves to propagate along the smooth sound outlet 123. Of course, in other examples, the cross-section of the sound outlet 123 can also be elliptical or the like.

[0241] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG31, the sound output element 160 can be a strip structure, and the length direction of the sound output element 160 can be different from the length direction of the sound outlet 123. Of course, in other examples, the sound output element 160 can also be a non-strip structure; or, the length direction of the sound output element 160 can be the same as the length direction of the sound outlet 123.

[0242] As shown in Figure 31, the length direction of the sound outlet 160 and the length direction of the sound outlet 123 form a first included angle E, which can be 40 degrees to 60 degrees, 40 degrees to 50 degrees, 50 degrees to 60 degrees, 45 degrees to 60 degrees, 55 degrees to 60 degrees, etc.

[0243] As shown in Figure 34, in this embodiment of the application, the pickup element 194 can be disposed in the cavity of the first housing 11. The second included angle K1 formed by the first plane O where the pickup hole 128 is located and the symmetry plane I of the connector 13 is less than or equal to 60 degrees; wherein, the first plane O is the plane formed by the contour of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 of the first housing 11.

[0244] The inventors discovered that, in the wearing state, the surface of some headphones with the microphone port is generally vertically positioned, allowing outside wind to blow directly into the microphone port, creating wind noise. This wind noise affects the sound pickup structure and reduces the headphone's sound pickup effect. In this application, the second angle K1 formed by the first plane O of the microphone hole 128 and the symmetrical plane I of the connector 13 is less than or equal to 60 degrees. In the wearing state, the connector 13 can be roughly horizontal, and the first plane O of the microphone hole 128 is not vertically positioned. This reduces the amount of outside wind blowing into the microphone hole 128, thereby reducing the impact of wind noise on the sound pickup of the microphone 194 and improving the sound pickup effect of the clip-on headphones 4.

[0245] The structures of the connector 13 on both sides of its plane of symmetry I can be the same or substantially the same. The plane of symmetry I of the connector 13 can be parallel or substantially parallel to the width direction of the first housing 11. The plane of symmetry I of the connector 13 can also be the plane of symmetry of the first housing 11, and the structures of the first housing 11 on both sides of the plane of symmetry I of the connector 13 can be the same or substantially the same. The plane of symmetry I of the connector 13 can also be the plane of symmetry of the second housing 12, and the structures of the second housing 12 on both sides of the plane of symmetry I of the connector 13 can be the same or substantially the same, as shown in Figure 24.

[0246] In this embodiment, the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 can be entirely located on the first plane O, or it can be arranged approximately symmetrically with respect to the first plane O. For example, the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 can be straight, where the entire outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 is located on the first plane O. Alternatively, the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 can be curved, where a portion of the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 is located on the first plane O, and another portion of the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 can be located on opposite sides of the first plane O, with the maximum distance from the first plane O being approximately the same; in other words, the outline of the pickup hole 128 on the first outer surface 1251 is arranged approximately symmetrically on opposite sides of the first plane O.

[0247] In this embodiment, the second included angle K1 formed by the first plane O and the symmetrical plane I of the connector 13 can be 40 to 55 degrees, 40 to 50 degrees, 45 to 55 degrees, 45 to 55 degrees, 45 to 60 degrees, 40 to 60 degrees, etc.

[0248] In this embodiment, the first outer surface 1251 can be a curved surface. By placing the pickup hole 128 on the surface of the curved surface, the curved surface can guide the sound waves, making it easier for external sound waves to be transmitted through the pickup hole 128 into the cavity of the first housing 11 and picked up by the pickup element 194. In other examples, the first outer surface 1251 can also be a plane.

[0249] In this embodiment, the first outer surface 1251 can be exposed so that the pickup hole 128 is unobstructed, thereby improving the sound pickup effect of the pickup hole 128.

[0250] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 34 and 35, the first outer surface 1251 is located on the side of the first exposed surface 125 near the connecting side 127. This not only improves the sound pickup effect through the exposed pickup hole 128, but also reduces the distance between the pickup hole 128 and the wearer's mouth by being close to the first outer surface 1251 near the connecting side 127.

[0251] As shown in Figure 36, the first housing 11 may include a major axis P1, which may be the line connecting the two farthest endpoints in the length direction of the first housing 11.

[0252] The pickup hole 128 can be located closer to the long axis P1 in the width direction of the first housing 11 to reduce the distance between the pickup hole 128 and the wearer's mouth and improve the sound pickup effect of the pickup hole 128. Of course, in other examples, the pickup hole 128 can also be located away from the long axis P1 in the width direction of the first housing 11.

[0253] The distance Q2 between the pickup hole 128 and the major axis P1 can be smaller than the distance Q1 between the pickup hole 128 and the second end 132A of the connector 13, in order to reduce the distance between the pickup hole 128 and the wearer's mouth and improve the sound pickup effect of the pickup hole 128. Of course, in some other examples, the distance Q2 between the pickup hole 128 and the major axis P1 can be greater than or equal to the distance Q1 between the pickup hole 128 and the second end 132A of the connector 13.

[0254] The distance Q2 between the pickup hole 128 and the long shaft P1 can be 2.5mm to 3.5mm, 2.5mm to 3mm, 3mm to 3.5mm, etc. The distance Q1 between the pickup hole 128 and the second end 132A of the connector 13 can be 4.5mm to 5.5mm, 4.5mm to 5mm, 5mm to 5.5mm, etc.

[0255] The extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 can be non-parallel to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13. If the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 is parallel to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13, most of the external wind will blow directly into the pickup hole 128 when worn, creating wind noise, which reduces the sound pickup effect. By setting the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 to be non-parallel to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13, the amount of external wind blowing into the pickup hole 128 can be reduced, thereby reducing the impact of wind noise on the sound pickup of the pickup element 194 and improving the sound pickup effect of the clip-on earphone 4.

[0256] As shown in Figure 36, the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 can be perpendicular to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13. Here, the outside wind will basically not blow into the pickup hole 128, which can greatly reduce the impact of wind noise on the pickup component 194 to pick up sound and improve the sound pickup effect of the ear clip headphones 4.

[0257] The angle K2 formed by the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 and the symmetry plane I of the connector 13 can be 80 to 110 degrees, 80 to 100 degrees, 80 to 90 degrees, 90 to 110 degrees, 90 to 100 degrees, etc. By setting the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128 to be closer to perpendicular to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13, the influence of wind noise on the sound pickup of the pickup element 194 can be greatly reduced, and the sound pickup effect of the ear clip-on headphones 4 can be improved.

[0258] In this embodiment, there can be two microphone holes 128. The two microphone holes 128 can be symmetrically arranged with respect to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13. One of the two microphone holes 128 is used to pick up the wearer's voice, and the other microphone hole 128 is used to pick up the sound of the external environment. By symmetrically arranging the two microphone holes 128, the left and right ears of the ear clip earphone 4 can be interchanged, thereby improving the adaptability of the ear clip earphone 4.

[0259] In this embodiment of the application, the number of the microphone 194 can be two. One of the two microphones 194 can be used to pick up the wearer's voice, and the other of the two microphones 194 can be used to pick up the sound of the external environment, so as to achieve noise reduction of the ear clip headphones 4.

[0260] One of the two pickup elements 194 corresponds to one of the two pickup holes 128, and the other of the two pickup elements 194 corresponds to the other of the two pickup holes 128.

[0261] In this embodiment, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may further include a sound guide assembly 190, which is disposed within the first housing 11. The sound guide assembly 190 has a sound guide channel 193. One end of the sound guide channel 193 is connected to the pickup hole 128, and the other end of the sound guide channel 193 corresponds to the position of the pickup element 194. The direction of the sound guide channel 193 is different from the extension direction of the pickup hole 128, so as to improve the sound pickup effect of the pickup element 194 through the sound guide channel 193.

[0262] As shown in Figure 35, the pickup element 194 can be fixed to the first circuit board 174 by means of bonding, welding, snap-fitting, etc.; the sound guide assembly 190 and the pickup element 194 are located on opposite sides of the thickness direction of the first circuit board 174; the first circuit board 174 has a sound guide hole 1741; one end of the sound guide hole 1741 is connected to the sound guide channel 193, and the other end of the sound guide hole 1741 faces the sound pickup surface of the pickup element 194; the sound is transmitted through the sound guide hole 1741 and the sound guide channel 193, which can further improve the sound pickup effect of the pickup element 194.

[0263] The sound guiding assembly 190 may include a sound guiding element 191 and a sealing element 192. The sound guiding element 191 may be disposed within the cavity of the first housing 11 and connected to the wall of the first housing 11; the sound guiding element 191 may have a sound guiding channel 193; the sealing element 192 may be filled between the sound guiding element 191 and the first circuit board 174 to seal the gap between the sound guiding element 191 and the first circuit board 174; thereby preventing noise from entering the sound guiding channel 193 from the gap between the sound guiding element 191 and the first circuit board 174, thereby improving the sound pickup effect of the pickup element 194; at the same time, it can also prevent liquid in the sound guiding channel 193 from entering other areas of the cavity of the first housing 11 through the gap between the sound guiding element 191 and the first circuit board 174.

[0264] The sound guide 191 can be installed in the cavity of the first housing 11 by means of bonding, welding, snap-fitting, etc. Of course, the sound guide 191 and the first housing 11 can also be a single structural component.

[0265] The structure of the seal 192 is not limited. For example, the seal 192 can be cylindrical, annular, etc. The sound guide channel 193 and the pickup element 194 can be connected through the cavity of the seal 192.

[0266] In some examples, the orientation P3 of the sound guide channel 193 can be perpendicular to the extension direction P2 of the pickup hole 128.

[0267] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 39 and 41, the sound-generating assembly 120 can divide the audio cavity 122 into a front cavity 1131 and a rear cavity 1132; the second housing 12 can have a sound outlet 123 communicating with the front cavity 1131, and the second housing 12 can have a rear cavity through hole 115 communicating with the rear cavity 1132. The rear cavity through hole 115 is located in the clamping space 101 and is close to the connector 13.

[0268] The inventors discovered that dust often gets into the earphone's perforation structure, affecting the earphone's audio performance. The ear-clip earphone 4 of this application has a rear cavity through-hole 115 located in the clamping space 101 and close to the connector 13; in other words, the rear cavity through-hole 115 is located on the side of the second housing 12 facing the connector 13. The connector 13 can cover at least a portion of the rear cavity through-hole 115, preventing external dust from entering the rear cavity through-hole 115 and affecting the audio performance of the ear-clip earphone 4, thereby improving the audio performance of the ear-clip earphone 4. Simultaneously, because the connector 13 can cover at least a portion of the rear cavity through-hole 115, the second housing 12 also looks cleaner and more complete, thus improving the user experience of the ear-clip earphone 4.

[0269] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG38, the second housing 12 may have a rear cavity through hole 115; compared with two or more rear cavity through holes 115, a rear cavity through hole 115 can reduce the processing difficulty of the ear clip earphone 4; here, when the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 is the same, a rear cavity through hole 115 with a larger cross-sectional area is easier to process and manufacture.

[0270] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the sound outlet 123 and the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be the same or close. By making the size of the rear cavity through hole 115 close to the size of the sound outlet 123, high-frequency sound leakage can be effectively offset, the phenomenon of sound leakage can be reduced, thereby improving the audio effect of the ear clip headphones 4.

[0271] The difference between the cross-sectional area of the sound outlet 123 and the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through-hole 115 can be less than or equal to 2.5 square millimeters, 2 square millimeters, 1.5 square millimeters, 1 square millimeter, etc. Alternatively, the difference between the cross-sectional area of the sound outlet 123 and the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through-hole 115 can be 1.5 square millimeters to 2.5 square millimeters, 1.5 square millimeters to 2 square millimeters, 2 square millimeters to 2.5 square millimeters, etc. By setting the cross-sectional areas of the sound outlet 123 and the rear cavity through-hole 115 to be closer, high-frequency sound leakage can be effectively offset, reducing the occurrence of sound leakage, thereby improving the audio effect of the ear clip-on headphones 4.

[0272] In the embodiments of this application, the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be greater than or equal to 3 square millimeters, 4 square millimeters, 4.5 square millimeters, 5 square millimeters, etc. The cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be 4.5 square millimeters to 5.5 square millimeters, 4.5 square millimeters to 5 square millimeters, 5 square millimeters to 5.5 square millimeters, etc.

[0273] In this embodiment, the number of sound outlet holes 123 can be at least two, and the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the at least two sound outlet holes 123 can be greater than or equal to 4 square millimeters, 5 square millimeters, 6 square millimeters, etc. The cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be 4 square millimeters to 6 square millimeters, 4 square millimeters to 5 square millimeters, 5 square millimeters to 6 square millimeters, etc.

[0274] In this embodiment, the rear cavity through hole 115 can be located on the side of the second housing 12 near the first end 131A of the connector 13. By placing the rear cavity through hole 115 on the side near the first end 131A of the connector 13, the distance between the connector 13 and the rear cavity through hole 115 can be further reduced, thereby improving the shielding effect of the connector 13 on the rear cavity through hole 115.

[0275] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 39 and 40, a portion of the rear cavity through-hole 115 may be located on the symmetry plane I of the connector 13, thereby enabling the connector 13 to cover more of the rear cavity through-hole 115. Of course, in other examples, a portion of the rear cavity through-hole 115 may not be located on the symmetry plane I of the connector 13.

[0276] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 39 and 40, the rear cavity through-hole 115 can be symmetrically arranged with respect to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13; this allows the connector 13 to uniformly cover the rear cavity through-hole 115, and also makes the second housing 12 look neater and more complete, thereby improving the user experience of the clip-on earphone 4. Of course, in other examples, the rear cavity through-hole 115 can also be asymmetrically arranged with respect to the symmetry plane I of the connector 13.

[0277] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG41, the sound outlet 123 and the rear cavity through hole 115 can be located on opposite sides of the second housing 12, thereby increasing the distance between the sound outlet 123 and the rear cavity through hole 115, further offsetting high-frequency sound leakage, reducing the phenomenon of sound leakage, and thus improving the audio effect of the ear clip-on headphones 4.

[0278] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 38 and 40, the cross-section of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be strip-shaped; so that the cross-sectional area of the rear cavity through hole 115 can both satisfy the need to cancel high-frequency sound leakage and reduce the influence of the rear cavity through hole 115 on the strength of the second housing 12.

[0279] As shown in Figure 40, the cross-sectional length T1 of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be 4mm to 5mm, 4.5mm to 5mm, 4mm to 4.5mm, etc.; the cross-sectional width T2 of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be 1mm to 1.4mm, 1.1mm to 1.4mm, 1.2mm to 1.4mm, 1.3mm to 1.4mm, etc.

[0280] The cross-section of the rear cavity through hole 115 can be set along a curved trajectory; of course, the cross-section of the rear cavity through hole 115 can also be set along a straight trajectory.

[0281] As shown in Figure 41, in this embodiment of the application, the sound outlet 123 can be located on the side of the second housing 12 away from the mating part 133, and the rear cavity through hole 115 can be located on the side of the second housing 12 close to the mating part 133, so that the rear cavity through hole 115 can be blocked by the connector 13, and the high frequency leakage can be canceled by the rear cavity through hole 115.

[0282] In this embodiment, the first half-shell 111A may have a rear cavity through hole 115; the second half-shell 112A may have a sound outlet hole 123; and the sound-generating component 120 may be disposed in the second half-shell 112A and located within the audio cavity 122 defined by the first half-shell 111A and the second half-shell 112A.

[0283] In this embodiment, a third cavity 102 is defined between the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12. Since the elastic member 121 can be an airbag, the third cavity 102 can also be called an airbag cavity. The third cavity 102 is connected to the audio cavity 122.

[0284] In the wearing state, the second housing 12 can be located in front of the wearer's ear, and the second housing 12 can be generally located in the wearer's concha cavity. The audio of the sound-generating component 120 inside the second housing 12 can be transmitted to the wearer's concha cavity. The first housing 11 can be located behind the wearer's ear, and the connector 13 can contact the wearer's auricle or have a gap with the wearer's auricle. By clamping the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 on opposite sides of the wearer's ear bone, the ear clip-on headphones 4 can be stably worn on the wearer's ear. Since the elastic member 121 is provided on the side of the second housing 12 facing the first housing 11, the second housing 12 can contact the wearer's ear through the elastic member 121, and the clamping force of the ear clip-on headphones 4 on the wearer's ear can be reduced by the deformation of the elastic member 121. During wear, the elastic element 121 can adapt to the shape deformation of the wearer's ear, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the ear clip headphones 4. When the elastic element 121 is deformed, since the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 are connected, the gas in the third cavity 102 can enter the audio cavity 122 under the extrusion force of the elastic element 121, thereby allowing the elastic element 121 to deform quickly and adaptively, and increasing the deformation space of the elastic element 121, thus improving the ability of the ear clip headphones 4 to adapt to different sizes and shapes of ears. After wearing, the elastic element 121 can also restore its shape based on the deformation force. Here, the gas in the audio cavity 122 can enter the third cavity 102, thereby allowing the elastic element 121 to restore its shape more quickly to adapt to the position of the ear after wearing. Thus, the elastic element 121 can improve both the wearing comfort and the stability of the ear clip headphones 4. At the same time, by connecting the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122, the ability of the elastic element 121 to deform and recover quickly can be greatly improved, and the ability of the ear clip-on headphones 4 to adapt to different sizes and shapes of ears can also be improved.

[0285] The inventors discovered that clip-on earphones can cause ear pain when worn for extended periods, thus affecting the wearing experience. The ear clip-on earphone 4 of this application, since the elastic element 121 is disposed on the side of the second housing 12 facing the first housing 11, in the wearing state, the elastic element 121 and the wearer's ear are located between the second housing 12 and the first housing 11. Through the deformation of the elastic element 121, the clamping force of the ear clip-on earphone 4 on the wearer's ear can be reduced, preventing the ear clip-on earphone 4 from pinching the wearer's ear painfully during long-term wear. At the same time, since a third cavity 102 is defined between the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12, and the third cavity 102 is connected to the audio cavity 122, the elastic element 121 can deform and contract quickly through the exhaust of the audio cavity 122 when under pressure, thereby quickly fitting with the wearer's ear. In addition, when the pressure on the elastic element 121 decreases or disappears, gas can quickly enter the third cavity 102 through the audio cavity 122, thereby enabling the elastic element 121 to quickly reset, thus solving the problem of the elastic element 121 failing to reset or having a slow reset speed.

[0286] Furthermore, since the sound outlet 123 is connected to the audio cavity 122, during the deformation and recovery process of the elastic element 121 when wearing the ear clip-on headphones 4, the gas in the third cavity 102 can more easily enter the audio cavity 122, and the gas in the audio cavity 122 can also more easily enter the third cavity 102, thereby further improving the deformation and recovery capability of the elastic element 121. At the same time, since the ear clip-on headphones 4 basically no longer deform after being worn, the gas between the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 basically no longer flows, so that the third cavity 102 will not affect the sound output effect of the sound-generating component 120.

[0287] As shown in Figure 26, in this embodiment, the height H10 of the elastic element 121 protruding from the second housing 12 is not limited. For example, the height H10 of the elastic element 121 protruding from the second housing 12 can be 2mm to 3mm, 2mm to 3.5mm, 2.5mm to 3.5mm, etc. For another example, the height H10 of the elastic element 121 protruding from the second housing 12 can be 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, etc.

[0288] The higher the elastic element 121 protrudes from the second housing 12, the greater the deformation of the elastic element 121. For example, when the wall thickness of the elastic element 121 is 0.5 mm, the maximum deformation height of the elastic element 121 can be the value of the height H10 of the elastic element 121 protruding from the second housing 12 minus 0.5 mm.

[0289] The manner in which the third cavity 102 is defined between the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 is not limited. For example, the elastic member 121 may be C-shaped, and most of the third cavity 102 may be located within the elastic member 121. As another example, a recessed space may be formed on the side of the second housing 12 facing the first housing 11, and the recessed space may form most of the third cavity 102.

[0290] The third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 can be connected by one or more through holes.

[0291] In some embodiments, the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 are sealed together. By sealing the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12, leakage of audio emitted by the sound-generating assembly 120 from between the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 can be prevented, thereby preventing the elastic member 121 from affecting the audio emitted by the sound-generating assembly 120. When the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 are sealed together, if the elastic member 121 is deformed under pressure, the gas in the third cavity 102 is discharged through the audio cavity 122. When the pressure on the elastic member 121 is removed, the gas in the audio cavity 122 enters the third cavity 102, causing the elastic member 121 to return to its shape. The method of sealing the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 is not limited. For example, the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 can be sealed together with sealant. Alternatively, the elastic member 121 and the second housing 12 can be sealed together with a sealing structure such as a sealing ring or a sealing gasket.

[0292] Of course, in some other embodiments, the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 may also be non-sealed; here, the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 may be tightly fitted.

[0293] In this embodiment, the third cavity 102 may only communicate with the audio cavity 122, and the third cavity 102 may be sealed in all areas except the area communicating with the audio cavity 122. For example, the elastic member 121 is a solid structure without holes.

[0294] In some embodiments, the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 can be bonded together by means of adhesive, ultrasonic welding, injection molding, etc. The bonding area is generally set to be small, thereby reducing the space required for the bonding area between the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12. When the space is fixed, the deformation space of the elastic element 121 can be set to be larger, thereby further improving the ability of the elastic element 121 to adapt to ears of different sizes. If the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 are not connected, the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 are generally connected by a snap-fit structure so that the gas in the third cavity 102 can be discharged through the gap between the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12. During the deformation recovery process of the elastic element 121, the external gas can enter the third cavity 102 through the gap between the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 to realize the deformation recovery of the elastic element 121. However, since the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 are generally in close contact during the deformation recovery process, the gap between the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 is easily blocked, resulting in a weak deformation recovery ability of the elastic element 121. This application can greatly improve the deformation recovery ability of the elastic element 121 by connecting the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122.

[0295] In some embodiments, the elastic element 121 may be bowl-shaped, and the periphery of the elastic element 121 may be bonded to the second housing 12 by means of adhesive, ultrasonic welding, injection molding, etc. Both the bowl-shaped elastic element 121 and the elastic element 121 bonded together can greatly increase the space in which the elastic element 121 can deform, thereby greatly improving the ability of the ear clip earphone 4 to adapt to ears of different sizes.

[0296] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 42 and 43, the audio cavity 122 and the third cavity 102 can be arranged adjacent to each other, thereby reducing the installation space of the second housing 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the audio cavity 113 and the third cavity 102 may not be arranged adjacent to each other. Here, the audio cavity 122 and the third cavity 102 can be connected by a tube or channel.

[0297] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 42 and 43, the second housing 12 may have an annular groove 119 on the side facing the first housing 11; the elastic member 121 may have an annular flange 1161 inserted into the annular groove 119; the ear clip-on earphone 4 may also include an adhesive member, which may be disposed between the annular flange 1161 and the annular groove 119, so that the second housing 12 and the first housing 11 are bonded together by the adhesive member. At the same time, by disposing of the adhesive member between the annular flange 1161 and the annular groove 119, the adhesive member can be prevented from being exposed on the outside of the second housing 12, thereby improving the neatness of the appearance of the second housing 12. By filling the adhesive between the annular flange 1161 and the annular groove 119, the adhesive can be prevented from flowing into the interior of the second housing 12. At the same time, by filling the adhesive between the annular flange 1161 and the annular groove 119, the third cavity 102 can form a sealed cavity in areas other than the area communicating with the audio cavity 122, thereby improving the audio effect of the clip-on headphones 4.

[0298] Of course, in other examples, the elastic element 121 and the second housing 12 can also be directly bonded face-to-face by an adhesive.

[0299] In some embodiments, if the overall height of the elastic member 121 is 3.5mm, the elastic member 121 is connected to the second housing 12 by a snap-fit structure or a snap-fit structure. The height of the snap-fit structure or snap-fit structure can be approximately 1.8mm, and the wall thickness of the elastic member 121 can be 0.5mm. Here, the elastic member 121 can deform to a height of 3.5mm - 1.8mm - 0.5mm = 1.2mm.

[0300] In this example, if the overall height of the elastic element 121 is 3.5mm, the height of the annular flange 1161 is 0.5mm, and the wall thickness of the elastic element 121 can be 0.5mm, then the elastic element 121 can deform to a height of 3.5mm - 0.5mm - 0.5mm = 2.5mm. The annular flange 1161 and the annular groove 119 are connected by adhesive, which can greatly increase the deformation height of the elastic element 121 and improve the ability of the elastic element 121 to adapt to different ear sizes.

[0301] In this example, the adhesive can be a bonding agent, adhesive, or other adhesive-based structure. For example, the adhesive can be a modified silane polymer adhesive, a special silicone adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, a cyanoacrylate adhesive, an epoxy resin adhesive, a neoprene rubber adhesive, etc. In some embodiments, the second housing 12 and the elastic member 121 are connected by the adhesive, and the connection has been tested to stably achieve a tensile force of more than 1.2 kg, resulting in a secure assembly and stable connection strength.

[0302] In this example, the specific placement of the adhesive is not limited. For example, the adhesive can be placed between the end face 1162 of the annular flange 1161 and the bottom sidewall 1191 of the annular groove 119, where a gap may exist between the end face 1162 of the annular flange 1161 and the bottom sidewall 1191 of the annular groove 119. Alternatively, the adhesive can be placed between the side of the annular flange 1161 and the outer sidewall 1193 of the annular groove 119, where a gap may exist between the side of the annular flange 1161 and the outer sidewall 1193 of the annular groove 119. Another example is that the adhesive can be placed between the side of the annular flange 1161 and the inner sidewall 1192 of the annular groove 119, where a gap may exist between the side of the annular flange 1161 and the inner sidewall 1192 of the annular groove 119. For example, the adhesive can be placed between the end face 1162 of the annular flange 1161 and the bottom sidewall 1191 of the annular groove 119, and the adhesive can be placed between the side of the annular flange 1161 and the inner sidewall 1192 and the outer sidewall 1193 of the annular groove 119, so as to increase the bonding area and improve the bonding strength.

[0303] In this example, the distance between the annular flange 1161 and the outer wall 1193 of the annular groove 119 can be smaller than the distance between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119. This allows most of the adhesive to be filled between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119. During manufacturing, if the amount of adhesive is accidentally set too large, the larger distance between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119 allows a larger amount of adhesive to enter the third cavity 102, thus preventing the adhesive from overflowing out of the second housing 12 and affecting the appearance of the second housing 12.

[0304] Of course, in other examples, the distance between the annular flange 1161 and the outer wall 1193 of the annular groove 119 can also be greater than or equal to the distance between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119.

[0305] In this example, the annular flange 1161 and the outer wall 1193 of the annular groove 119 can be arranged adjacent to each other, and the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119 can be arranged at intervals. Here, the annular flange 1161 and the outer wall 1193 of the annular groove 119 can be in contact or have a small gap; thus, most of the adhesive can be filled between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119. During the manufacturing process, if the amount of adhesive is accidentally set too large, since the distance between the annular flange 1161 and the inner wall 1192 of the annular groove 119 is large, a larger amount of adhesive can enter the third cavity 102, thereby preventing the adhesive from overflowing outside the second housing 12 and affecting the appearance of the second housing 12.

[0306] Of course, in other examples, the annular flange 1161 and the outer sidewall 1193 of the annular groove 119 can also be spaced apart; the annular flange 1161 and the inner sidewall 1192 of the annular groove 119 can also be adjacent to each other.

[0307] In this example, at least one limiting rib 1194 may be provided in the annular groove 119, and at least one limiting groove is provided in the annular flange 1161; at least one limiting rib 1194 is inserted into at least one limiting groove to limit the peripheral position of the elastic member 121 relative to the second housing 12 and prevent the elastic member 121 from rotating relative to the second housing 12.

[0308] Here, the number of defined ribs 1194 is not limited. The number of defined grooves is not limited. For example, as shown in Figure 44, there can be two defined ribs 1194, which are spaced apart. There can also be two defined grooves, which are spaced apart. The two defined ribs 1194 are inserted into the two defined grooves respectively.

[0309] In this embodiment, the second housing 12 may include a first wall 117 located between the audio cavity 122 and the third cavity 102; the first wall 117 has a first through hole 118; the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 are connected through the first through hole 118, thereby enabling the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 to be arranged adjacently to reduce the installation space of the second housing 12, and enabling the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122 to be connected through the first through hole 118 so that gas can flow between the third cavity 102 and the audio cavity 122.

[0310] As shown in Figures 42 and 43, the cross-sectional area of the first through-hole 118 can gradually increase in the direction from the audio cavity 122 to the third cavity 102. Of course, in other embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the first through-hole 118 can also gradually decrease in the direction from the audio cavity 122 to the third cavity 102, or the cross-sectional area of the first through-hole 118 can remain unchanged in the direction from the audio cavity 122 to the third cavity 102.

[0311] The cross-section of the first through hole 118 can be circular to facilitate manufacturing. Of course, in other embodiments, the cross-section of the first through hole 118 can also be square, elliptical, etc.

[0312] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in Figures 42 and 43, the sound-generating component 120 can divide the audio cavity 122 into a front cavity 1131 and a rear cavity 1132; the front cavity 1131 is connected to the third cavity 102; the second housing 12 is also provided with a sound outlet 123 connected to the front cavity 1131, so that gas can flow quickly between the front cavity 1131 and the third cavity 102 through the sound outlet 123, thereby greatly improving the speed and ability of the elastic element 121 to deform and recover.

[0313] The rear cavity through-hole 115 can communicate with the rear cavity 1132. Of course, in some other embodiments, the rear cavity 1132 can also communicate with the third cavity 102. Here, the rear cavity through-hole 115 allows gas to flow rapidly between the rear cavity 1132 and the third cavity 102.

[0314] The connector 13 may include a mating part 133 for corresponding to the position of the wearer's helix, and the sound outlet 123 may be located on the side of the second housing 12 away from the mating part 133 so that the sound outlet 123 is close to the wearer's concha cavity.

[0315] As shown in Figures 23 and 42, the distance H9 between the elastic member 121 and the first housing 11 can gradually decrease in the direction from away from the mating portion 133 to near the mating portion 133, so that the protruding portion of the elastic member 121 near the mating portion 133 can enter the recess of the wearer's ear, thereby further improving the wearing stability of the ear clip-on earphone 4. Of course, in other embodiments, the distance H9 between the elastic member 121 and the first housing 11 can also gradually increase in the direction from away from the mating portion 133 to near the mating portion 133, or the distance H9 between the elastic member 121 and the first housing 11 can remain unchanged in the direction from away from the mating portion 133 to near the mating portion 133.

[0316] Here, the elastic element 121 can be disposed on the second half shell 112A by means of bonding, snap-fitting, welding, etc.; a third cavity 102 can be defined between the elastic element 121 and the second half shell 112A; the connector 13 can be connected to the first half shell 111A by means of bonding, welding, snap-fitting, etc.

[0317] As shown in Figures 23 and 29, in this embodiment of the application, the curvature of the first connecting segment 135 of the connector 13 located between the first end 131A and the mating part 133 is less than the curvature of the second connecting segment 136 of the connector 13 located between the second end 132A and the mating part 133.

[0318] The inventors discovered that a large distance between the earphone's connecting part and the wearer's ear affects the stability of the earphone structure. For example, a large distance between the connecting part located in front of the wearer's ear and the ear causes the earphone to frequently wobble, affecting its stability. In the ear-clip earphone 4 of this application, because the curvature of the first connecting segment 135 between the first end 131A and the mating part 133 of the connector 13 is smaller than the curvature of the second connecting segment 136 between the second end 132A and the mating part 133, the first connecting segment 135 fits more snugly against the front of the wearer's ear. This prevents the first connecting segment 135 from wobbling or wobbling significantly, thus improving the stability of the ear-clip earphone 4. Furthermore, by setting a smaller curvature for the first connecting segment 135 between the first end 131A and the mating part 133, the size and weight of the first connecting segment 135 can be reduced, thereby achieving miniaturization and weight reduction of the ear-clip earphone 4.

[0319] In this embodiment, when worn, the second housing 12 can be located in the concha of the wearer, the mating part 133 can be located in the helix of the wearer, the first connecting segment 135 can be located in front of the wearer's ear, and the second connecting segment 136 can be located in back of the wearer's ear. Since the area from the concha to the helix of the wearer is relatively flat, by setting the curvature of the first connecting segment 135 to be smaller, the distance between the first connecting segment 135 and the front of the wearer's ear can be reduced, making the first connecting segment 135 fit the front of the wearer's ear more closely.

[0320] In this embodiment of the application, as shown in FIG37, the ear clip-on earphone 4 may include a second suction member 178 and a fourth suction member 179. The second suction member 178 may be disposed on the second housing 12 by means of bonding, snapping, welding, etc.; the fourth suction member 179 may be disposed on the first housing 11 by means of bonding, snapping, welding, etc.

[0321] Based on this, referring to Figures 4 and 5, this application embodiment also provides an earphone module, which includes an earphone case and earphones 2 (or earphones 3 and 4) provided in this application embodiment, wherein a fourth cavity is formed inside the earphone case, and earphones 2 are accommodated in the fourth cavity.

[0322] In this embodiment, the earphone case may only include the function of accommodating the earphones 2; the earphone case may also include the function of charging the earphones 2 in addition to accommodating the earphones 2.

[0323] The above are merely preferred embodiments of this application and do not limit the patent scope of this application. Any equivalent structural or procedural transformations made using the content of this application's specification and drawings, or direct or indirect applications in other related technical fields, are similarly included within the patent protection scope of this application.
