[0095] To illustrate the technical solutions described in this disclosure, the following detailed description is provided in conjunction with specific accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0096] In the description of this disclosure, unless otherwise stated, " / " indicates that the objects before and after are in an "or" relationship. For example, A / B can mean A or B. "And / or" in this disclosure is merely a description of the relationship between the related objects, indicating that there can be three relationships. For example, A and / or B can mean: A exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. A and B can be single or multiple. Furthermore, in the description of this disclosure, "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of single or multiple items. For example, at least one of a, b, and c can be represented as: a, b, c, a+b, a+c, b+c, a+b+c, where a, b, and c can be single or multiple. As another example, at least one of a, b, or c can be represented as: a, b, c, a+b, a+c, b+c, a+b+c, where a, b, and c can be single or multiple.

[0097] The water tank of the garment processing equipment supplies water to the steam generator. Currently, the water in the tank comes from an external water source. The problem is that this method is limited, and in some unforeseen circumstances, the unavailability of the external water source will affect the user's use of the drying function.

[0098] To illustrate the technical solutions described in this disclosure, the following detailed description is provided in conjunction with specific accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0099] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, some embodiments of this disclosure provide a garment processing device 100, which includes a device housing 1 and a cylindrical assembly 2 disposed within the device housing 1. The cylindrical assembly 2 is used to hold garments to be processed.

[0100] In some embodiments, the garment handling device 100 can be a washing machine, a washing machine with a drying function, or a washer-dryer combo. For the washing function, as shown in Figure 2, the drum assembly 2 includes an inner drum 22 and an outer drum 21. The outer drum 21 is generally fixedly disposed within the device housing 1, and the inner drum 22 is installed within the internal space of the outer drum 21, and the inner drum 22 is rotatable about its central axis. A garment handling space is formed inside the inner drum 22. Garments to be processed (washed and / or dried) are placed within this garment handling space. One end of the outer drum 21 and the inner drum 22 shares an opening, forming the drum opening 20 of the drum assembly 2.

[0101] The outer drum 21 is mainly used in equipment with washing functions, specifically to hold the water and detergent required for the washing process, providing a soaking and washing environment for the clothes in the inner drum 22. At the same time, the outer drum 21 provides a generally stable support structure for the inner drum 22, allowing the inner drum 22 to be accurately positioned and rotated within it. During washing and rinsing, the outer drum 21 must withstand the pressure and vibration transmitted from the inner drum 22, ensuring the overall stability of the clothing handling equipment 100.

[0102] Here, "the outer cylinder 21 is basically fixed" means that the outer cylinder 21 does not need to rotate like the inner cylinder 22. Instead, the outer cylinder 21 is connected to the inside of the equipment housing 1 through the support device 37, as shown in Figure 2. The support device 37 supports the outer cylinder 21 and also serves to dampen and buffer it. During the operation of the garment processing equipment 100, especially in the dehydration stage, when the inner cylinder 22 rotates at high speed, the outer cylinder 21 will generate a certain amount of vibration and shaking as the inner cylinder 22 rotates. The outer cylinder 21 can absorb and buffer the vibration through the support device 37, reducing the vibration transmitted to the equipment housing 1 and the outside of the garment processing equipment 100, thereby ensuring the stability of the equipment housing 1, reducing noise, and preventing the garment processing equipment 100 from shifting or being damaged due to excessive vibration.

[0103] In some embodiments, the garment handling device 100 may be a dryer. The drum assembly 2 includes an inner drum 22 as a roller, which is installed inside the device housing 1 and is rotatable about its central axis. It is understood that an outer drum 21 may not be provided inside the dryer.

[0104] As shown in Figure 2, the clothes handling equipment 100 also includes a drying module 31 for the drying function of the dryer and washer-dryer combo. The drying module 31 is used to provide high-temperature dry air into the clothes handling space of the inner drum 22 to remove moisture from the clothes.

[0105] The drying module 31 is installed inside the drying duct (not shown) within the equipment housing 1. The drying duct is connected to both ends of the clothing processing space, forming an integrated circulating air duct. The air inside the inner drum 22 contains a large amount of water. After passing through the drying module 31 in the drying duct, some of the water is removed, and the humidity decreases. The low-humidity air then returns to the inner drum 22 to continue removing moisture from the clothes. This cycle repeats until the clothes are dry.

[0106] In the embodiments of this disclosure, the specific type of the drying module 31 is not limited.

[0107] In some embodiments, the drying module 31 includes a moisture absorption and desiccation component and a regeneration component. The moisture absorption and desiccation component includes at least a moisture absorption and desiccation element and a moisture absorption and desiccation housing. The moisture absorption and desiccation housing is divided into an adsorption zone (or a moisture absorption zone) and a regeneration zone (or a desorption zone). The moisture absorption and desiccation element is disposed in the moisture absorption and desiccation housing. The shape of the moisture absorption and desiccation element is not limited; it can be triangular, square, or other polygonal shapes, or it can be disc-shaped. The disc-shaped moisture absorption and desiccation element can rotate and circulate between the moisture absorption zone and the regeneration zone. The portion of the moisture absorption and desiccation element that moves to the moisture absorption zone adsorbs moisture from the air. The portion of the moisture absorption and desiccation element that has adsorbed moisture moves to the regeneration zone for moisture desorption. The portion of the moisture absorption and desiccation element that has been desorbed moves back to the moisture absorption zone to adsorb moisture, thus repeatedly removing moisture from the circulating air duct, thereby achieving the effect of moisture absorption and desiccation.

[0108] The specific material of the moisture-absorbing and desiccant component is not limited. In some embodiments, it may include inorganic / organic fiber carriers, such as ceramics, glass fibers, MOFs (Metal-Organic Frameworks), COFs (Covalent-Organic Frameworks), cordierite, etc. The fiber carrier is coated with a desiccant such as a molecular sieve, and the desiccant is uniformly distributed between the fibers and on the surface of the fiber carrier to achieve the adsorption of moisture in the airflow. The desiccant may be zeolite, modified / synthetic zeolite, molecular sieves (including but not limited to single crystal molecular sieves or mixed crystal molecular sieves such as A-type molecular sieves, X / Y-type molecular sieves, ZSM molecular sieves, Beta molecular sieves, etc.), polymeric desiccant, alkali metal aluminosilicates (13X molecular sieves), lithium chloride, silica gel, modified silica gel, or activated alumina, etc., which are materials with moisture-absorbing properties.

[0109] The drying module 31 may also include a regeneration component (not shown) for providing energy for the desorption of moisture from the moisture-absorbing and desiccant components. In some embodiments, the regeneration component is disposed in the desorption zone and includes a heating element, such as an electric heating tube, to provide hot air to the moisture-absorbing and desiccant components in the desorption zone. After the hot air passes through the moisture-absorbing and desiccant components, water molecules are desorbed, thereby completing the regeneration of the moisture-absorbing and desiccant components.

[0110] The adsorption zone is connected to the drying air duct, while the desorption zone is isolated from the drying air duct. The adsorption of moisture from the air in the inner cylinder 22 by the moisture absorption and dehumidification components and the regeneration of the moisture absorption and dehumidification components are two independent processes.

[0111] In some embodiments, the drying module 31 may include a condenser assembly (not shown) disposed within the drying duct, which condenses the air flowing out from the inner drum 22 to remove some of the water from the air. In some embodiments, the drying module 31 may also include a heating assembly (not shown) disposed within the drying duct and upstream of the inner drum 22, which heats the air downstream of the condenser assembly to reduce the relative humidity of the air, which then re-enters the inner drum 22, effectively removing moisture from the clothing.

[0112] In some embodiments, the drying module 31 may include a moisture absorption and dehumidification component and a heat pump system. The evaporator of the heat pump system is disposed in the drying duct and is used to condense the air flowing out from the inner cylinder 22. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component is used to adsorb and dehumidify the condensed air in the drying duct downstream of the evaporator. The condenser of the heat pump system is used to heat and regenerate the moisture absorption and dehumidification component.

[0113] It is understood that the garment processing device 100 has a specific installation orientation during use. Based on this, for ease of description and understanding, please refer to Figures 1 and 2 to define the height direction Z, depth direction Y, and width direction X of the garment processing device 100. The height direction Z, depth direction Y, and width direction X are mutually perpendicular. Specifically, the height direction Z is the vertical direction, the depth direction Y corresponds to the axial direction of the inner drum 22, and the width direction X is perpendicular to both the height direction Z and the depth direction Y. Taking the orientation of the opening 20 of the garment processing device 100 when viewed directly by the user as an example, the width direction X is the left-right direction, the depth direction Y is the front-back direction, and the height direction Z is the up-down direction.

[0114] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the equipment housing 1 is a generally regular three-dimensional structure. In some embodiments, the equipment housing 1 is generally cuboid in shape. Specifically, the equipment housing 1 includes a bottom plate 11 and a top plate 12 spaced apart from each other in the height direction Z, and a plurality of side plates 13 connected between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 11, typically four side plates 13, defined as a front panel 131, a rear panel 132, a first side plate 133, and a second side plate 134, respectively. The first side plate 133 may be the left side plate, and the second side plate 134 may be the right side plate. The top plate 12, the bottom plate 11, and the plurality of side plates 13 enclose each other to protect the cylinder assembly 2, the drying module 31, etc., inside.

[0115] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2, the front panel 131 has a first opening 1311 extending through the Y direction in the depth direction. The first opening 1311 is connected to and communicates with the opening 20 of the tub assembly 2, so that the opening 20 is exposed relative to the front panel 131. The user can put clothes to be processed (washed and / or dried) into the tub assembly 2 and take out the processed clothes through the first opening 1311 and the opening 20.

[0116] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the garment handling device 100 further includes a door structure 7, which is rotatably mounted on one side edge of the front panel 131, specifically the edge on one side in the width direction X. The door structure 7 is rotatable relative to the front panel 131 in the direction close to the tube assembly 2 to close the aforementioned first opening 1311 and tube opening 20, and conversely, to open the first opening 1311 and tube opening 20.

[0117] As shown in Figures 18, 20, and 21, the door structure 7 includes a door panel 71 and a bowl-shaped component 72 disposed on the side of the door panel 71 facing the front panel 131 (in Figure 2, the bowl-shaped component 72 is obscured by the door panel 71). The door panel 71 is rotatably connected to the edge of the front panel 131 along the width direction X. The door panel 71 can drive the bowl-shaped component 72 to rotate towards the front panel 131, so that the bowl-shaped component 72 can enter the first opening 1311 and the cylindrical opening 20 and seal the cylindrical opening 20. The door panel 71 can also drive the bowl-shaped component 72 to rotate away from the front panel 131, so that the bowl-shaped component 72 disengages from the cylindrical opening 20 and the first opening 1311.

[0118] In some embodiments, the bowl-shaped component 72 is transparent. This allows the user to observe the clothing inside the tube assembly 2 from the outside through the bowl-shaped component 72.

[0119] At least the area of the door panel 71 corresponding to the bowl-shaped member 72 is a transparent area. In some embodiments, the door panel 71 has a third opening (not shown), the bowl-shaped member 72 is disposed in the third opening, and the door panel 71 is a non-transparent panel. In some embodiments, the door panel 71 may be a transparent panel as a whole.

[0120] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the garment processing device 100 further includes a steam generator system 4. The steam generator system 4 is used to provide high-temperature steam into the inner drum 22, which mixes with the high-temperature air provided by the drying module 31 into the inner drum 22 to balance the temperature and humidity of the air in the garment processing space, so that the inner and outer surfaces of the garments are dried simultaneously, reducing wrinkles and other issues.

[0121] For details regarding the steam generator system 4, please refer to Figures 3, 7 to 10.

[0122] The steam generator system 4 includes a steam generator module 5, as shown in Figures 3, 7 to 10.

[0123] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the steam generator module 5 includes a water tank 51 and a steam generator 52. As shown in Figure 14, the water tank 51 has a water storage chamber 510, and the steam generator 52 has a heating chamber (not shown). The outlet of the water storage chamber 510, which is also the outlet of the water tank 51, is connected to the inlet of the heating chamber, allowing water in the water storage chamber 510 to enter the heating chamber, where it is heated and forms steam. The steam outlet of the heating chamber is connected to the clothing handling space of the inner drum assembly 2. Thus, steam can be supplied to the clothing handling space of the inner drum 22.

[0124] As shown in Figures 8, 11 to 13, the water box 51 includes a water box body 511, and the water box body 511 is provided with the aforementioned water storage cavity 510.

[0125] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9, 11, and 14, the water tank body 511 further includes a receiving cavity 5130, within which the steam generator 52 is at least partially disposed. It is understood that the receiving cavity 5130 is a semi-enclosed cavity with an open end, allowing the steam generator 52 to be removed from and inserted into the receiving cavity 5130 via this open end. The water storage cavity 510 and the receiving cavity 5130 are spaced apart; specifically, the water storage cavity 510 and the receiving cavity 5130 are not in communication with each other.

[0126] The purpose of this design is to achieve integrated operation of the steam generator module 5. The water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52 can be integrated, with the position of the steam generator 52 defined by the water tank 51. Inside the device housing 1, there is no need to reserve additional space for the steam generator 52 on one side of the water tank body 511. The shape of the water tank body 511 can be flexibly designed to fit the shape of the steam generator 52, or conversely, the shape of the steam generator 52 can be flexibly designed to fit the shape of the water tank body 511. In short, the shapes of the water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52 are designed to be compatible. Compared to the arrangement of the water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52 in a straight line, this makes the steam generator module 5 more compact, smaller, and integrated, thereby ensuring that the overall shape of the steam generator module 5 can fit the internal space of the device housing 1, improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the device housing 1, and reducing the overall size of the clothing processing device 100.

[0127] As shown in Figures 8, 9, and 14, the water tank body 511 includes a first box 5111 and a second box 5112 connected to each other. As shown in Figure 14, the first box 5111 has a first cavity 51110, and the second box 5112 has a second cavity 51120. The water storage cavity 510 includes the first cavity 51110 and the second cavity 51120 that are connected. The aforementioned receiving cavity 5130 is located on the second box 5112.

[0128] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in FIG14, the first cavity 51110 is located on one side of the receiving cavity 5130 along the first direction, and the second cavity 51120 is located on one side of the receiving cavity 5130 along the second direction. The first direction and the second direction are two mutually perpendicular directions in space. The cross-section of the water storage cavity 510 is generally "L" shaped, as shown in FIG14. The steam generator 52 is fitted into the "L"-shaped corner structure of the water storage cavity 510, so that the steam generator module 5 is generally regular in shape, such as close to a cuboid or cube, as shown in FIG7 and FIG8.

[0129] The purpose of this design is to allow the water storage cavity 510 to have a larger volume while maintaining the shape of the water box body 511 as regularly regular as possible. Furthermore, the first cavity 51110 and the second cavity 51120 can each be located on only one side of the steam generator 52, rather than multiple sides. The first cavity 51110 and the second cavity 51120 can each have a simpler, more regular shape; in some embodiments, the first cavity 51110 and the second cavity 51120 are close to cuboids. Therefore, the manufacturing of the first box body 5111 and the second box body 5112 is simpler and less costly, and the first cavity 51110 and the second cavity 51120 are easier to form.

[0130] In some embodiments, the first cavity 51110 covers the second cavity 51120 and the receiving cavity 5130 in the second direction. The water tank body 511 may be further approximated as a regular cuboid, resulting in higher space utilization within the garment handling device 100.

[0131] In some embodiments, the steam generator 52 may have its water inlet and steam outlet respectively located on both sides along a third direction. In this way, the water inlet and steam outlet of the steam generator 52 can avoid the first housing 5111 and the second housing 5112. The third direction is a direction in space that is perpendicular to both the first and second directions.

[0132] As shown in Figure 14, in some embodiments of this disclosure, the second box 5112 includes a first sidewall 51123, a top wall 51121, a second sidewall 51124, a bottom wall 51122 (shown in Figure 8), and a third sidewall 51125; the top wall 51121 is located at one end of the first sidewall 51123 and is connected to the first sidewall 51123; the second sidewall 51124 is connected to the top wall 51121 and the first sidewall 51123, and the second sidewall 51124 is connected to the top wall 51121 and the first sidewall 51123. Side wall 51123 defines a second cavity 51120; bottom wall 51122 is located on the side of second side wall 51124 away from top wall 51121 and is connected to the end of second side wall 51124 away from top wall 51121; third side wall 51125 is located on the side of bottom wall 51122 near top wall 51121 and is connected to second side wall 51124 and bottom wall 51122. Third side wall 51125, second side wall 51124, and bottom wall 51122 define a receiving cavity 5130. The opening end of second cavity 51120 is opposite in direction to the opening end of receiving cavity 5130.

[0133] The purpose of this arrangement is that the third sidewall 51125 and the second sidewall 51124 together protect the steam generator 52. Since the steam generator 52 involves electrical structures, the third sidewall 51125 and the second sidewall 51124 prevent the steam generator 52 from colliding with other structures within the equipment housing 1, thus improving the safety of the steam generator 52. The third sidewall 51125 and the second sidewall 51124 do not involve forming closed cavities, allowing for simpler manufacturing processes.

[0134] The first direction described above can be determined based on the specific installation positions of the water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52 within the equipment housing 1, and the second direction is determined similarly. In some embodiments, the first direction described above can be the height direction Z, and the second direction described above can be the depth direction Y or the width direction X. In some embodiments, the second housing 5112 and the steam generator 52 are arranged side by side along the width direction X of the clothing processing equipment 100, then the second direction is the width direction X.

[0135] In some embodiments, the dimensions of the steam generator 52 and the receiving cavity 5130 along the depth direction Y can be greater than their dimensions along the width direction X. Thus, the dimension of the steam generator module 5 along the depth direction Y of the garment handling device 100 can be greater than its dimension along the width direction X.

[0136] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 2, the steam generator module 5 is generally a cuboid structure arranged along the depth direction Y. The purpose of this arrangement is that, within the equipment housing 1, the space outside the cylinder assembly 2 is also generally a narrow space along the depth direction Y. Therefore, this shape of the steam generator module 5 is more easily adapted to the internal space of the equipment housing 1.

[0137] Furthermore, the steam generator 52 can be equipped with a water inlet and a steam outlet on both sides along the depth direction Y. This allows the water to have a longer flow path within the steam generator 52, which is beneficial for the complete steaming of the water.

[0138] In other alternative embodiments, the second housing 5112 and the steam generator 52 are arranged side by side along the depth direction Y, and the steam generator module 5 is generally arranged in a cuboid structure along the depth direction Y, as long as the steam generator module 5 can fit into the internal space of the equipment housing 1.

[0139] As shown in Figures 7, 8, and 9, the steam generator 52 also includes a cover 57, which is located on the side of the steam generator 52 opposite to the first housing 5111. In some embodiments, the cover 57 is located at the opening end of the receiving cavity 5130 and connected to the periphery of the receiving cavity 5130 to close the opening end of the receiving cavity 5130. The cover 57 further protects the steam generator 52 and prevents the steam generator 52 from contacting other structures.

[0140] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7, 8, and 9, the cover 57 is located above the steam generator 52. This arrangement is intended to prevent dripping water or other contaminants from above from flowing into the electrical structures surrounding the steam generator 52.

[0141] The connection method between the cover 57 and the periphery of the receiving cavity 5130 is not limited. A detachable connection method may specifically be screw locking, interference fit, or snap-fit connection 5125, etc. A non-detachable connection method may specifically be welding, bonding, etc. In some embodiments, the cover 57 is detachably connected to the periphery of the receiving cavity 5130 to facilitate disassembly, maintenance, and other operations of the steam generator module 5.

[0142] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the steam generator 52 includes a steam generator body 521 and an insulation shell 525 surrounding the steam generator body 521. An insulation cavity 5250 is formed inside the insulation shell 525, and the steam generator body 521 is disposed within the insulation cavity 5250. A heating cavity is disposed within the steam generator body 521. The insulation shell 525 reduces heat dissipation from the outer surface of the steam generator body 521, reduces heat transfer between the steam generator body 521 and the water tank 51, and also provides insulation between the steam generator body 521 and the water tank 51.

[0143] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the insulation shell 525 includes a first shell 5255 and a second shell 5256 connected opposite to each other. The first shell 5255 and the second shell 5256 together define an insulation cavity 5250. The steam generator body 521 is disposed between the first shell 5255 and the second shell 5256. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the first shell 5255 may be located on the side of the steam generator body 521 closer to the first housing 5111, and the second shell 5256 may be located on the side of the steam generator body 521 away from the first housing 5111. The purpose of this arrangement is that the first shell 5255 can fully or nearly fully surround the portion of the steam generator body 521 near the first housing 5111, thereby completely isolating the steam generator body 521 from the first housing 5111.

[0144] In some embodiments, the first housing 5255 is located on the side of the steam generator body 521 away from the opening end of the receiving cavity 5130. Therefore, the second housing 5256 is located on the side of the steam generator body 521 near the bottom wall 51122 of the second housing 5112. The second housing 5256 can isolate the steam generator body 521 from the bottom wall 51122 of the second housing 5112, preventing the bottom wall 51122 of the second housing 5112 from being affected by the steam generator body 521 in the event of a malfunction such as overheating.

[0145] In some embodiments, the steam generator 52 is located above the bottom wall 51122 of the second housing 5112. The steam generator body 521 is located above the first housing 5111, and the second housing 5256 is located above the first housing 5255, as shown in Figure 10. This arrangement aims to ensure that the second housing 5256 fully or nearly fully surrounds the upper portion of the steam generator body 521, further preventing water droplets from above from falling onto the surface of the steam generator body 521.

[0146] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the steam generator module 5 also includes a water pump 55. The inlet of the water pump 55 is connected to the outlet of the water storage chamber 510, and the outlet of the water pump 55 is connected to the inlet of the steam generator body 521. The water pump 55 is used to transport water from the water storage chamber 510 to the steam generator body 521. In some embodiments, the water pump 55 is located within the receiving cavity 5130. The purpose of this arrangement is that the steam generator module 5 remains an integrated and modular design, and the water box 51 can protect and isolate the water pump 55.

[0147] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the steam generator module 5 also includes a third water inlet pipe 453, one end of which is connected to the outlet of the water storage chamber 510, and the other end is connected to the inlet of the water pump 55.

[0148] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the steam generator module 5 also includes a fourth water inlet pipe 454, which is connected to the outlet of the water pump 55 and the inlet of the steam generator body 521.

[0149] At least a portion of the fourth water inlet pipe 454 is disposed between the first housing 5255 and the second housing 5256. That is, at least a portion of the fourth water inlet pipe 454 passes through the first housing 5255 and the second housing 5256. The purpose of this arrangement is that there is no need to reserve a through hole for the fourth water inlet pipe 454 on the first housing 5255 and the second housing 5256. Instead, a recessed groove structure can be provided on the mutually close end faces of the first housing 5255 and the second housing 5256, which simplifies the processing and manufacturing of the first housing 5255 and the second housing 5256. The fourth water inlet pipe 454 is located within the receiving cavity 5130. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 9 to 11, the water inlet of the steam generator body 521 is located on one side along the third direction, and the water pump 55 can be correspondingly located on this side of the steam generator body 521. The water pump 55 and the steam generator 52 are arranged and connected along the third direction. This facilitates the sequential connection between the water pump 55, the third water inlet pipe 453, and the steam generator body 521. The fourth water inlet pipe 454 can be generally parallel to or parallel to a third direction. Specifically, the fourth water inlet pipe 454 can be at least partially integrally formed with the steam generator body 521, or at least partially integrally formed with the water pump 55, or it can be an additional pipe section, such as an additional flexible hose, that is at least partially independent of the steam generator body 521 and the water pump 55. No particular limitation is made here.

[0150] In some embodiments, the two ends of the third inlet pipe 453 are adapted to the positions of the water pump 55 and the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, the inlet of the water pump 55 is located on the side of the water pump 55 facing away from the steam generator 52 along a third direction, and the outlet of the water tank body 511 can be located on the side of the first cavity 51110 facing a third direction closer to the water pump 55. That is, the water tank body 511 has an outlet of the water storage cavity 510 on the side facing a third direction closer to the water pump 55. In this case, the third inlet pipe 453 is arranged in a bent form. The third inlet pipe 453 can be a flexible hose. In other embodiments, the outlet of the water tank body 511 can be located in other positions, as long as it facilitates water discharge and communication with the water pump 55.

[0151] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG9, the water box body 511 is also provided with a clearance opening 51127 communicating with the receiving cavity 5130. Of course, this clearance opening 51127 is isolated from the water storage cavity 510. Specifically, the aforementioned clearance opening 51127 is provided on the third side wall 51125 of the second box body 5112. This clearance opening 51127 is used for the third water inlet pipe 453 to pass through and communicate with the water pump 55. The purpose of this arrangement is that the third water inlet pipe 453 can be adapted to the height of the water inlet of the water pump 55 without having to go around the end face of the third side wall 51125.

[0152] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7, 8, 9, and 14, the third sidewall 51125 is provided with at least one heat dissipation hole 51126 communicating with the receiving cavity 5130. These heat dissipation holes 51126 facilitate the dissipation of heat from the receiving cavity 5130 outwards, preventing the water pump 55, steam generator 52, and their connecting terminals inside the receiving cavity 5130 from overheating.

[0153] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG9, the steam generator module 5 further includes a buffer support 56 disposed within the receiving cavity 5130 and located between at least a portion of the inner wall of the receiving cavity 5130 and at least a portion of the outer wall of the water pump 55. The buffer support 56 provides buffer support for the water pump 55 within the receiving cavity 5130, preventing a rigid connection between the water pump 55 and the water tank body 511. The purpose of this arrangement is that the water pump 55 may generate vibration during operation, and the buffer support 56 can buffer the vibration, preventing the vibration from being transmitted to the water tank body 511 and then to the device housing 1. Therefore, the overall vibration of the clothing processing device 100 can be avoided.

[0154] The form of the buffer support 56 is not limited, as long as it can prevent direct contact between the outer peripheral surface of the water pump 55 and the cavity wall of the receiving cavity 5130. As shown in Figure 9, the buffer support 56 is a closed ring, surrounding the water pump 55 and providing 360° annular support. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 9, the buffer support 56 also has one or more buffer holes 560. The buffer holes 560 can be used to further increase the deformability of the buffer support 56 to provide further cushioning for the water pump 55. In a specific embodiment of this disclosure, the aforementioned buffer holes 560 are provided on the lower and upper sides of the water pump 55, so that the buffer support 56 has good deformability in both the upper and lower squares, which can avoid the risk of the water pump 55 being damaged by pressure in the height direction Z. In other embodiments, the buffer support 56 can also be designed in other forms to flexibly support the water pump 55.

[0155] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, the steam generator module 5 further includes a return pipe 456. One end of the return pipe 456 is connected between the water pump 55 and the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, one end of the return pipe 456 is connected to the water inlet of the steam generator 52 or upstream of the water inlet of the steam generator 52, and the other end is connected to the water storage chamber 510. In some embodiments, one end of the return pipe 456 is connected to the water outlet of the water pump 55. The return pipe 456 is used to ensure that water from the water pump 55 can return to the water tank body 511 for continued storage when the water outlet of the water pump 55 is blocked, such as when the fourth water inlet pipe 454 is blocked, the water inlet of the steam generator body 521 is blocked, or the heating chamber is blocked, so that the water will not flow outside the water pump 55 and the steam generator body 521 and will not cause short circuits, leaks, or other problems.

[0156] As shown in Figures 11 and 13, the water tank body 511 is provided with a return port 5134. The return port 5134 is connected to the return pipe 456. In some embodiments, the return port 5134 can be located at a higher position of the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, the return port 5134 can be located at the highest point of the water tank body 511 to minimize the risk of water in the water tank body 511 entering the return pipe 456 through the return port 5134. In some embodiments, the second box body 5112 is located above the first box body 5111, then the return port 5134 can be opened on the upper surface of the second box body 5112, which can be on the top wall 51121.

[0157] The return pipe 456 and the fourth inlet pipe 454 are connected in parallel, and their inlet ends are connected in parallel to the outlet of the water pump 55.

[0158] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG10, in the third-order direction, the first housing 5255 protrudes to one side relative to the second housing 5256. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG10, in the third-order direction, the first housing 5255 protrudes towards the water pump 55 relative to the second housing 5256. This results in a protective groove 5251 communicating with the insulation cavity 5250 also being formed on the first housing 5255. The steam generator body 521 has a connection terminal for connecting to an external power source, and the connection terminal may be located on the side of the steam generator body 521 facing the water pump 55; therefore, the connection terminal may be located within the protective groove 5251. The fourth water inlet pipe 454 may be located correspondingly or at least partially within the protective groove 5251.

[0159] The purpose of this design is threefold: First, the first housing 5255 can semi-enclose and protect the connection terminals. If an accidental short circuit or arcing occurs at the connection terminals, the isolation provided by the first housing 5255 will prevent the water tank body 511 from being burned through. Second, the side of the protective groove 5251 away from the first housing 5111 is open, allowing for the installation of power cables connected to the connection terminals and facilitating heat dissipation at the connection terminals. Third, the return pipe 456 can be connected to the water tank body 511 via the area around the protective groove 5251 and the side of the second housing 5256 corresponding to the protective groove 5251. The return pipe 456 does not need to pass through the second housing 5256, which simplifies the structure and manufacturing of the second housing 5256.

[0160] As shown in Figures 11 and 13, in some embodiments, the water tank body 511 is also provided with an exhaust port 5133. The exhaust port 5133 is generally located at a higher position of the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, the exhaust port 5133 is located at the highest position of the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, the second box body 5112 is located above the first box body 5111, then the exhaust port 5133 may begin on the upper surface of the second box body 5112 and be spaced apart from the return port 5134.

[0161] As shown in Figures 3 and 7, the steam generator system 4 also includes an exhaust pipe 459, with an exhaust port 5133 communicating with the exhaust pipe 459. The exhaust pipe 459 extends in the height direction Z of the clothing treatment device 100, such that the exhaust port of the exhaust pipe 459 is higher than or even much higher than the water tank body 511, to provide sufficient exhaust space and prevent water in the water tank body 511 from overflowing from the exhaust pipe 459. In some embodiments, the exhaust pipe 459 may be fixed to the device housing 1, such as on the inner surface of the device housing 1. The exhaust pipe 459 may be a flexible hose, which can accommodate the relative displacement between the water tank body 511 and the device housing 1 when there is relative displacement, such as when the water tank body 511 shakes.

[0162] As shown in Figures 9, 11, 13, and 15, the inlet of the water box body 511, which is also the inlet of the water storage chamber 510, includes a first inlet 5131, and the outlet of the water box body 511 includes a first outlet 5135. The first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135 are respectively connected to the water storage chamber 510. Water can enter the water storage chamber 510 through the first inlet 5131 and flow out from the first outlet 5135 into the steam generator body 521.

[0163] As shown in Figure 15, in some embodiments, the inner wall of the water tank body 511 is provided with a dividing rib 5115. The dividing rib 5115 separates the first water inlet 5131 and the first water outlet 5135, so that the water flowing in through the first water inlet 5131 flows towards the first water outlet 5135 along the extending direction of the dividing rib 5115. The dividing rib 5115 is used to divide the water storage chamber 510 into a tortuous flow channel.

[0164] The purpose of this design is to make the water flow path in the water storage chamber 510 longer, so as to ensure that the water flow in the water storage chamber 510 is relatively stable, and to avoid the problem of turbulence during the flow of water from the first water inlet 5131 to the first water outlet 5135. The water inlet and outlet are stable and do not affect each other, ensuring that the water flow into the steam generator 52 is continuous and stable.

[0165] The dividing ribs 5115 can be set on the inner bottom wall of the water box body 511, or on the inner side wall of the water box body 511, or partly on the inner bottom wall and partly on the inner side wall of the water box body 511. Anything that extends the path from the first inlet 5131 to the first outlet 5135 is acceptable.

[0166] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, the partition ribs 5115 are disposed on the inner bottom wall of the water box body 511. Flow channels are distributed on both sides of the partition ribs 5115 in the horizontal direction.

[0167] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, one end of the dividing rib 5115 along its length is connected to the inner wall of the water tank body 511 and located between the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135, while the other end is spaced apart from the inner wall of the water tank body 511. In this way, the dividing rib 5115 divides the water storage cavity 510, making the water storage cavity 510 bend. After water enters from the first inlet 5131, it does not flow directly out of the first outlet 5135. Instead, starting from one end of the dividing rib 5115 along its length, it flows generally along one side of the dividing rib 5115 to the other end of the dividing rib 5115 where it meets the inner wall of the water tank body 511. Then, it changes direction and flows along the other side of the dividing rib 5115 to the first outlet 5135 (the dashed arrow in Figure 15 indicates the direction of water flow).

[0168] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the side of the partition rib 5115 is arranged vertically; that is, in the actual application state of the water tank body 511, the side of the partition rib 5115 is perpendicular to the horizontal direction. It is understood that this does not limit the partition rib 5115 to a completely flat structure in the horizontal direction, but rather, it can be bent to accommodate the positions of the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135 in the horizontal direction. The generatrix of the side of the partition rib 5115 is a straight line along the vertical direction.

[0169] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG14, the side of the partition rib 5115 is perpendicular to the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511. The inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 refers to the lowest inner surface of the water tank body 511 in its actual application state. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13 and FIG15, the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 is generally horizontal, or is horizontally arranged.

[0170] Please refer to Figure 15. The projections of the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135 on the horizontal plane are spaced apart from each other. The projection of one end of the dividing rib 5115 on the horizontal plane corresponds exactly between the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135. This facilitates the vertical arrangement of the dividing rib 5115 and simplifies its processing and manufacturing.

[0171] In a specific embodiment of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 11, 13 and 15, the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135 of the water box body 511 are located on the same side, specifically the rear side of the water box body 511, which can further facilitate the lengthening of the flow channel inside the water storage cavity 510.

[0172] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, in some embodiments, a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 5116 are provided on the side of the partition rib 5115. The first reinforcing ribs 5116 protrude relative to the side of the partition rib 5115 and are connected to the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511. This allows the partition rib 5115 to have a smaller thickness and makes it less prone to deformation.

[0173] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 15, the first reinforcing rib 5116 is inclined along the water flow direction, that is, in the water flow direction, the first reinforcing rib 5116 is inclined at an acute angle relative to the separating rib 5115. The purpose of this arrangement is that the first reinforcing rib 5116 can further guide the water flow, and while ensuring the strength of the separating rib 5115, it is not easy to cause turbulence or chaotic flow.

[0174] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG15, the first reinforcing ribs 5116 are oriented in opposite directions relative to the first inlet 5131 on different sides of the separating rib 5115 because the water moves in opposite directions on different sides of the separating rib 5115. As shown in FIG15, the first reinforcing ribs 5116 on different sides are arranged crosswise in the direction from one end of the separating rib 5115 to the other end. In some embodiments, in the direction from one end of the separating rib 5115 to the other end, there are a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 5116 sequentially on the side of the separating rib 5115, wherein the odd-numbered first reinforcing ribs 5116 are arranged on one side of the separating rib 5115, and the even-numbered first reinforcing ribs 5116 are arranged on the other side of the separating rib 5115. The first reinforcing ribs 5116 are relatively evenly distributed on different sides of the separating rib 5115, the deformation resistance and flow guiding capacity of the separating rib 5115 are roughly balanced, and it is beneficial to the processing and manufacturing of the separating rib 5115.

[0175] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the water box 51 further includes a scale inhibitor component 514, which is disposed within the water storage cavity 510 of the water box body 511. The scale inhibitor component 514 is sized to be larger than the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135 so that it will not detach from the first inlet 5131 and the first outlet 5135.

[0176] In some embodiments, the scale inhibitor component 514 is fixedly disposed within the water tank body 511. The scale inhibitor component 514 will not move within the water tank body 511 with the flow of water, and the scale inhibitor component 514 will not collide with the inner wall of the water tank body 511, thus avoiding damage to each other.

[0177] The scale inhibitor component 514 is used to release chemical scale inhibitors in the water. These chemical scale inhibitors can form stable chelates with metal ions such as calcium and magnesium in the water. In other words, the chemical scale inhibitors released by the scale inhibitor component 514 can "encapsulate" these ions, making it difficult for them to combine with anions such as carbonate and sulfate to form scale. This can reduce or even avoid the formation of scale in the water tank body 511, between the water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52, and inside the steam generator body 521.

[0178] To ensure the scale inhibitor component continuously releases the aforementioned chemical scale inhibitor, as shown in Figure 15, in some embodiments, at least a portion of the inner bottom wall of the water tank 51 is lower than the first outlet 5135, forming an immersion zone 5118, within which the scale inhibitor component 514 is disposed. The immersion zone 5118 is essentially part of the water storage chamber 510. Because at least a portion of the inner bottom wall of the water tank 51 is lower than the first outlet 5135, the portion of water in the water tank body 511 below the first outlet 5135 cannot flow out from the first outlet 5135. The water tank body 511 always stores a portion of water, and the scale inhibitor component 514 is always immersed in this portion of water to continuously release the aforementioned chemical scale inhibitor. Even after the laundry treatment equipment 100 has been idle for an extended period, sufficient chemical scale inhibitor is ensured in the water flowing between the water tank body 511 and the steam generator 52.

[0179] The soaking zone 5118 can be formed by a portion of the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 being recessed downwards, or by the entire inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 being lower than the first outlet 5135. Alternatively, the first outlet 5135 of the water tank body 511 can be raised relative to the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511. In specific applications, the volume of the soaking zone 5118, or the amount of water that can be stored in the soaking zone 5118, is set according to specific needs. In some embodiments, the amount of water that can be stored in the soaking zone 5118 is determined in conjunction with the height of the scale inhibitor component 514. In some embodiments, the height difference between the first outlet 5135 and the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 is approximately 5 mm to 15 mm, specifically 10 mm, which ensures that most or all of the scale inhibitor component 514 can always be submerged in water. In other embodiments, the height difference between the first outlet 5135 and the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 can have other numerical ranges, which are not particularly limited here.

[0180] As shown in Figures 14 and 15, in some embodiments, the scale inhibitor component 514 is disposed between a portion of the side surface of the partition rib 5115 and the inner wall of the water tank body 511. A portion of the inner bottom wall below the scale inhibitor component 514 is relatively recessed to form a soaking zone 5118. In some embodiments, the scale inhibitor component 514 can be interference-fitted between a portion of the side surface of the partition rib 5115 and the inner wall of the water tank body 511. By relying on the size design of the scale inhibitor component 514 and the size design between the partition rib 5115 and the inner wall of the water tank body 511, the scale inhibitor component 514 is fixed by a clamping method, eliminating the need for cumbersome fastening structures and simplifying the assembly difficulty of the scale inhibitor component 514.

[0181] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG15, the scale inhibitor component 514 may be interference-fitted between a portion of the first reinforcing rib 5116 of the partition rib 5115 and the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511. The purpose of this arrangement is to provide a smaller contact area between the first reinforcing rib 5116 and the side of the scale inhibitor component 514, thereby increasing the pressure acting on the side of the scale inhibitor component 514. This is more conducive to the stability of the scale inhibitor component 514 and can significantly reduce the risk of movement of the scale inhibitor component 514 relative to the partition rib 5115.

[0182] As shown in Figures 9, 14, and 15, in some embodiments, a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 5117 are provided on the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511. The side of the second reinforcing rib 5117 protrudes relative to the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511 and extends along the height direction Z of the water tank body 511. The second reinforcing ribs 5117 are used to improve the deformation resistance of the sidewall of the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, the second reinforcing ribs 5117 protrude perpendicularly to the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511.

[0183] As mentioned above, the water box body 511 includes a first box 5111 and a second box 5112 that are installed opposite to each other. The partition ribs 5115 and their first reinforcing ribs 5116, second reinforcing ribs 5117, etc., can be formed on the first box 5111 and / or the second box 5112 respectively.

[0184] As shown in Figures 9, 11, and 13, in some embodiments, the water tank body 511 is further provided with a second water inlet 5132 communicating with the water storage chamber 510. The second water inlet 5132 is isolated from the first water inlet 5131. Water can also enter the water storage chamber 510 from the second water inlet 5132. It should be noted that the second water inlet 5132 and the first water inlet 5131 are used to connect to different water sources. In some embodiments, the second water inlet 5132 is used for manual water addition by the user, and the first water inlet 5131 is used to connect to an external water source (tap water), etc. In this way, different water addition methods can be realized for the water tank 51, meeting different water addition needs of users and improving the flexibility of use of the clothing processing device 100.

[0185] The steam generator system and clothing processing equipment provided in some embodiments of this disclosure allow users to manually add water through its second water inlet 5132 and second water inlet pipe, and to automatically add water by connecting to an external water source through its first water inlet 5131 and first water inlet pipe. The water box allows for different water addition methods to meet different water addition needs of users and improves the flexibility of the clothing processing equipment.

[0186] Specifically, when the external water source (tap water) is unavailable, the user can manually add water to the water box body 511 through the second water inlet 5132 to meet the operating needs of the steam generator 52; or, when the user is inconvenient or does not want to add water manually, water can be automatically added to the water box body 511 through the external water source.

[0187] As shown in Figures 3 and 7, in some embodiments of this disclosure, the steam generator system 4 further includes a first water inlet pipe 451 and a first control valve 91. The first water inlet 5131 is connected to an external water source through the first water inlet pipe 451 and the first control valve 91. By opening and closing the first control valve 91, the connection between the external water source and the first water inlet pipe 451 can be controlled.

[0188] As shown in Figures 3 and 7, in some embodiments of this disclosure, the steam generator system 4 further includes a second water inlet pipe 452. One end of the second water inlet pipe 452 is connected to the second water inlet 5132 of the water box body 511, and the other end of the second water inlet pipe 452 has a liquid filling port, which is used by the user to manually add water or acidic descaling agent to the water box body 511.

[0189] As shown in Figures 9, 11, and 13, in some embodiments, the second inlet 5132 of the water tank body 511 is higher than its first outlet 5135. When a user manually adds water through the second inlet 5132, the water flows into the water tank body 511 due to its own gravity. The higher placement of the second inlet 5132 above the first outlet 5135 ensures that the water level remains below the second inlet 5132 (not considering the possibility of blockage downstream of the first outlet 5135), preventing water from entering the second inlet pipe 452.

[0190] Specifically, the second water inlet 5132 is located at the top of the water box body 511. The second water inlet pipe 452 extends vertically upward so that the liquid filling port at its upper end is kept at a high position.

[0191] As shown in Figures 11 and 13, in some embodiments, the first inlet 5131 is lower than the first outlet 5135.

[0192] As shown in Figures 11 and 12, in some embodiments, the water tank 51 further includes a first liquid level detection element 515 and a second liquid level detection element 516. The first liquid level detection element 515 and the second liquid level detection element 516 are respectively disposed on the water tank body 511 and at least partially located within the water storage cavity 510. The water level detected by the first liquid level detection element 515 is higher than the water level detected by the second liquid level detection element 516. The first liquid level detection element 515 is used to detect high water levels, and the second liquid level detection element 516 is used to detect low water levels. When the first liquid level detection element 515 detects a liquid level signal, it indicates that the water level in the water storage cavity 510 has reached a high water level; when the second liquid level detection element 516 detects a liquid level signal, it indicates that the water level in the water storage cavity 510 has reached a low water level. This provides different water level signals to the user, reminding them to add water to prevent the steam generator 52 from drying out, or to stop adding water to avoid overflowing the water tank body 511.

[0193] In some embodiments, the detection position of the first liquid level detector 515 is lower than the highest point of the water storage chamber 510. The purpose of this arrangement is that when the first liquid level detector 515 outputs a high water level signal, there is still some space in the water storage chamber 510 for continuing to store water, which can provide sufficient reserve space for the control delay of the first control valve 91, as well as sufficient reserve space for operational errors such as manual water addition (failure to stop manual water addition in time).

[0194] In application, the distance difference between the detection position of the first liquid level detection element 515 and the highest point of the water storage cavity 510 can be determined according to specific needs. This height difference determines the volume of the reserved space. In some embodiments, when the first liquid level detection element 515 outputs a liquid level signal, at least 100 ml of space can be reserved in the water storage cavity 510.

[0195] In some embodiments, the detection position of the second liquid level detector 516 is higher than the first water outlet 5135 of the water tank body 511. This arrangement ensures that when the second liquid level detector 516 sends a liquid level signal, a portion of the water in the water storage chamber 510 remains above the first water outlet 5135, allowing it to continue flowing from the first water outlet 5135 to the steam generator 52. This reserved water allows the steam generator 52 to continue operating for a few minutes, preventing water shortages or dry burning in the steam generator body 521 due to signal delays or malfunctions of the second liquid level detector 516.

[0196] In specific applications, the distance difference between the detection position of the second liquid level detector 516 and the first water outlet 5135 can be determined according to specific needs. This height difference determines the amount of water reserved. In some embodiments, when the second liquid level detector 516 outputs a liquid level signal, at least 100 ml of water can be reserved in the water storage chamber 510 for the steam generator 52 to continue to use.

[0197] In some embodiments, the detection position of the first liquid level detection element 515 is lower than the highest point of the water storage cavity 510, and the detection position of the second liquid level detection element 516 is higher than the first water outlet 5135 of the water box body 511.

[0198] In other embodiments, the water tank 51 may include one of a first liquid level detection element 515 and a second liquid level detection element 516.

[0199] As shown in Figure 13, in some embodiments, the first liquid level detection element 515 includes a first reed switch 5151 and a float 5150, and the second liquid level detection element 516 includes a second reed switch 5161 and shares the float 5150 with the first liquid level detection element 515. The float 5150 is disposed in the water storage cavity 510. When the water level in the water storage cavity 510 changes, the float 5150 can float up and down with the water level. When the float 5150 approaches the first reed switch 5151, it can trigger the first reed switch 5151, which sends a high liquid level signal. When the float 5150 approaches the second reed switch 5161, it can trigger the second reed switch 5161, which sends a low liquid level signal.

[0200] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG15, the inner wall of the water box body 511 is provided with a guide sidewall 5121. The guide sidewall 5121 extends in the direction from the second reed switch 5161 to the first reed switch 5151. The guide sidewall 5121 is located around the float 5150 and is used to define a floating space 5119 within the water storage cavity 510 for the float 5150 to move.

[0201] In some embodiments, the floating space 5119 may be defined by guide sidewalls 5121 and the inner wall of the water tank body 511. In some embodiments, there may be one or more guide sidewalls 5121, which are spaced apart from the inner wall of the water tank body 511, thereby allowing communication between the inside and outside of the floating space 5119, and thus, the floating space 5119 has the same water level inside and outside. In some embodiments, there may be multiple guide sidewalls 5121, which are arranged around the float 5150 and spaced apart.

[0202] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13, the guide sidewall 5121 has an inner wall surface that smoothly transitions in the direction surrounding the float 5150. This adapts to the smoothly transitioned outer peripheral surface of the float 5150, reducing the contact area between the float 5150 and the guide sidewall 5121 to ensure smooth floating of the float 5150 in the height direction Z.

[0203] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG13, at least one guide sidewall 5121 may be at least partially disposed on the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511. The purpose of this arrangement is that the floating space 5119 can be as close as possible to the inner sidewall of the water tank body 511 and away from the partition rib 5115. That is, in the direction of water flow, the guide sidewall 5121 can avoid the water flow as much as possible and reduce the frontal obstruction of the water flow to reduce turbulence.

[0204] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG15, at least two flow ports 51210 are spaced apart from each other among the plurality of guide sidewalls 5121. The flow ports 51210 are arranged generally along the water flow direction. That is, in the water storage cavity 510, a portion of the water can enter the floating space 5119 from one flow port 51210 and flow out from the other flow port 51210. The flow of water in the floating space 5119 is generally consistent with the flow direction of other water, which can further reduce turbulence.

[0205] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, a guide rod 5120 is provided inside the water box body 511, which is arranged vertically. A float 5150 passes through the guide rod 5120 and can slide relative to the guide rod 5120. That is, the float 5150 can float along the guide rod 5120 with the water level. The guide rod 5120 defines the space in which the float 5150 can float, so that the float 5150 can be aligned with the first reed switch 5151 and the second reed switch 5161 respectively during the up and down floating process.

[0206] The guide rod 5120 and the guide sidewall 5121 can be optionally provided or can be provided simultaneously. As shown in Figures 13 and 15, in some specific embodiments of this disclosure, the guide rod 5120 is provided between multiple guide sidewalls 5121, and the float 5150 passes through the guide rod 5120 between the guide sidewalls 5121.

[0207] There is a limiting sensing distance D between the float 5150 and the reed switches (referring to the first reed switch 5151 and the second reed switch 5161). That is, the float 5150 does not need to contact the reed switch to trigger it. The reed switch can be triggered and emit a corresponding liquid level signal when the distance between the float 5150 and the reed switch is less than or equal to the aforementioned limiting sensing distance D. In other words, the reed switch's position on the water tank body 511 is not equal to its detection position. Specifically, the float 5150 triggers the first liquid level detection element 515 with its uppermost end and the second liquid level detection element 516 with its lowermost end. When the uppermost end of the float 5150 exactly triggers the corresponding reed switch, the distance between the uppermost end of the float 5150 and the reed switch is the limiting sensing distance D; when the lowermost end of the float 5150 exactly triggers the corresponding reed switch, the distance between the lowermost end of the float 5150 and the reed switch is also the limiting sensing distance D.

[0208] In addition, the density of the buoy 5150 is less than that of water. When it floats with the water, part of it will be above the liquid surface and the other part will be below the liquid surface.

[0209] Taking the height of the part of the float 5150 above the liquid surface as H1 and the height of the part below the liquid surface as H2 as an example, H = H1 + H2, where H is the total height of the float 5150. When the first liquid level detection element 515 outputs a high liquid level signal, the distance between the liquid surface and the lower end of the first liquid level detection element 515 is D + H1. When the second liquid level detection element 516 outputs a low liquid level signal, the distance between the liquid surface and the upper end of the second liquid level detection element 516 is D + H2.

[0210] Therefore, as long as the distance between the first outlet 5135 and the upper end (sensing end) of the second liquid level detection element 516 is less than D+H2, some water can still be supplied to the steam generator 52 after the second liquid level detection element 516 outputs a low water level signal. As long as the distance between the highest point of the water storage chamber 510 and the lower end (sensing end) of the first liquid level detection element 515 is less than D+H1 (this includes the case where the highest point of the water storage chamber 510 is higher than the lower end of the first liquid level detection element 515), some space in the water storage chamber 510 can still be used to continue storing water after the first liquid level detection element 515 outputs a high water level signal.

[0211] As shown in Figures 11, 12, and 13, in some embodiments, the top of the water tank body 511 is provided with a downwardly recessed second mounting groove 51140, and the first liquid level detection element 515 is partially disposed within the second mounting groove 51140 and partially located within the water storage cavity 510. Specifically, the second mounting groove 51140 is located on the upper side of the second housing 5112. The purpose of this arrangement is that, firstly, the bottom of the second mounting groove 51140 is lower than the top surface of the second housing 5112, therefore, the first liquid level detection element 515 can be positioned lower than the highest point of the water storage cavity 510; secondly, the sidewall of the second mounting groove 51140 provides a certain degree of protection for the periphery of the first liquid level detection element 515; and thirdly, the upper end of the first liquid level detection element 515 can be lower than the top surface of the second housing 5112, so that the first liquid level detection element 515 will not protrude in the vertical direction, thus preventing the first liquid level detection element 515 from colliding with and being damaged by other structures within the equipment housing 1.

[0212] As shown in Figures 11, 12, and 13, in some embodiments, the bottom of the water tank body 511 is provided with an upwardly recessed first mounting groove 51130, and the second liquid level detection element 516 is partially disposed in the first mounting groove 51130 and partially located in the water storage cavity 510. Similarly, the first mounting groove 51130 is located on the lower side of the first box body 5111. First, the bottom of the first mounting groove 51130 is flush with or even higher than the inner bottom wall of the water storage cavity 510. Therefore, the water level detected by the second liquid level detection element 516 can be higher than the lowest point of the water storage cavity 510. Second, the side wall of the first mounting groove 51130 provides a certain degree of protection for the area around the second liquid level detection element 516. Third, the lower end of the second liquid level detection element 516 can be higher than the first housing 5111, so that the second liquid level detection element 516 will not protrude in the vertical direction. Therefore, it is beneficial to install the second liquid level detection element 516 in the equipment housing 1 and avoid the second liquid level detection element 516 from colliding with other structures in the equipment housing 1 and being damaged.

[0213] To ensure that the inner bottom wall of the water tank body 511 is as flat as possible, or in other words, to minimize the height difference at different locations on the inner bottom wall, as shown in Figure 12, in some embodiments, the bottom of the water tank body 511 is provided with multiple supporting ribs 5124. Specifically, multiple supporting ribs 5124 are provided on the side of the first box body 5111 opposite to the second box body 5112, and the aforementioned first mounting groove 51130 is provided between the supporting ribs 5124. On the one hand, the first mounting groove 51130 will not cause a significant bulge to form on the inner bottom wall of the water storage cavity 510, thus preventing turbulence within the water storage cavity 510; on the other hand, the supporting ribs 5124 can simultaneously strengthen the bottom of the water tank body 511, preventing deformation of the water tank body 511.

[0214] Please refer to Figures 3 and 7. In some embodiments, within the clothing processing device 100, the other end of the second water inlet pipe 452 should be positioned higher to accommodate the user's height and facilitate manual operation. Therefore, the lower end of the second water inlet pipe 452 is connected to the second water inlet 5132, and the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452 is used for the user to add water using a container.

[0215] The other end of the first water inlet pipe 451 is also usually set higher, typically to accommodate the location of external water sources such as tap water.

[0216] Users can add water to the second water inlet pipe 452 through the liquid inlet at the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452 using a container with a thin nozzle.

[0217] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3, 4 and 5, the steam generator system 4 further includes a dispensing box 41, wherein the dispensing box 41 includes a first dispensing box 411, the first dispensing box 411 having a water filling area 4110 inside, the water outlet of the water filling area 4110 being connected to the liquid filling port at the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452, or the water outlet of the water filling area 4110 serving as the liquid filling port at the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452.

[0218] Specifically, as shown in Figure 5, the water outlet (defined as the second water outlet 4111) at the upper end of the water filling area 4110 is located on the inner bottom wall of the water filling area 4110, and the second water outlet 4111 is also the liquid filling port at the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452. In some embodiments, referring to Figure 5, the inner bottom wall of the water filling area 4110 can be at least partially horizontal, and the second water outlet 4111 of the water filling area 4110 is a vertically opened hole. The purpose of this arrangement is that the water added by the user to the water filling area 4110 can automatically flow downward through the second water outlet 4111 of the water filling area 4110 under the action of gravity.

[0219] As shown in Figure 5, the water filling area 4110 is the space surrounding the second water outlet 4111, which is used by the user to place a part of the container (such as a slender spout) inside and align it with the second water outlet 4111. In addition, any liquid accidentally spilled by the user during manual water filling can be temporarily stored in the water filling area 4110.

[0220] As shown in Figure 5, in some embodiments, the front end of the dispensing box 41 is an open port 4114. As shown in Figure 5, the front side of the water filling area 4110 has an open port 4114. The open port 4114 is used to allow a portion of the container to be inserted, and to align the portion of the container with the liquid filling port at the upper end of the second water inlet pipe 452.

[0221] In some embodiments, the dispensing box 41 is fixedly mounted on the device housing 1. In some embodiments, the dispensing box 41 is fixedly mounted inside the device housing 1. The position of the dispensing box 41 on the device housing 1 is such that at least an opening 4114 is exposed.

[0222] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2, the front panel 131 is further provided with a second opening 1312, and an opening 4114 is located at the second opening 1312. The opening 4114 communicates with the second opening 1312 so that the opening 4114 can be exposed through the second opening 1312.

[0223] In some embodiments, the second opening 1312 is located within the projection of the door structure 7 onto the front panel 131 (referring to the projection of the door structure 7 along the depth direction Y when it is closed). That is, when the door structure 7 is closed, the second opening 1312 is blocked and closed; when the door structure 7 is open, the second opening 1312 is open relative to the user, allowing the user to manually add water through the second opening 1312 and the opening 4114.

[0224] In other embodiments, the projection of the door structure 7 onto the front panel 131 (referring to the projection of the door structure 7 in the closed state) is spaced apart from the second opening 1312. That is, the second opening 1312 is not obstructed by the door structure 7. In this case, even with the door structure 7 closed, the user can manually add water through the second opening 1312 and the opening 4114. Of course, in some cases, the opening 4114 can be further closed by a movable structure such as a cover 57.

[0225] As shown in Figures 3 and 7, the steam generator system 4 also includes a steam outlet pipe 455, one end of which is connected to the steam outlet of the steam generator body 521, and the other end is connected to the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2.

[0226] As shown in Figures 4 and 6, the steam generator system 4 also includes a water-vapor separator 44, which is fixedly installed inside the equipment housing 1. As shown in Figures 3 and 6, the steam outlet pipe 455 includes a first pipe section 4551 and a second pipe section 4552 connected sequentially along the steam flow direction. The water-vapor separator 44 has a water-vapor separation chamber 440, and a steam inlet and a steam outlet connected to the water-vapor separation chamber 440. The first pipe section 4551 connects the other end of the steam generator 52 and the steam inlet of the water-vapor separator 44. The second pipe section 4552 connects to the steam outlet of the water-vapor separator 44. The steam outlet end of the second pipe section 4552 is located inside the cylinder assembly 2 to supply steam to the cylinder assembly 2.

[0227] The water vapor separator 44 is positioned higher on the equipment housing 1 than the steam generator 52, so that the steam has already traveled a certain path when it reaches the water vapor separator 44.

[0228] As shown in Figure 6, the steam inlet of the water vapor separator 44 is lower than the steam outlet. Because the path of steam from the steam generator body 521 to the cylinder assembly 2 is relatively long, some water vapor will condense into water droplets during the steam's movement. When the water droplets and steam arrive at the water vapor separator 44 together, because the steam outlet is higher than the steam inlet, the denser water droplets are blocked by the portion of the water vapor separator 44 below the steam outlet, while the less dense steam can flow smoothly out of the steam outlet. Thus, the water droplets are blocked within the water vapor separation chamber 440 of the water vapor separator 44.

[0229] As shown in Figure 3, the first pipe section 4551 is adapted to the positions of the steam generator 52 and the water-vapor separator 44, and is arranged from bottom to top along the steam flow direction. Therefore, the part of the first pipe section 4551 that connects to the steam inlet of the water-vapor separator 44 can gradually slope upwards along the steam flow direction, as shown in Figure 6. The purpose of this arrangement is that the inner bottom wall of the part of the first pipe section 4551 that connects to the steam inlet gradually slopes upwards, allowing the separated water to flow directly back into the steam generator 52 along the sloping inner bottom wall of this section and continue to be vaporized.

[0230] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6, the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is concave downward relative to the steam inlet. This arrangement aims to provide further vertical space for the settling and separation of denser water droplets. Therefore, the recessed area 4401 helps to improve the efficiency of water vapor separation.

[0231] The separated water can be temporarily stored in the sinking zone 4401. When the water level in the sinking zone 4401 is level with the steam inlet, the water can flow back to the steam generator 52 through the steam inlet and the inner bottom wall of the first pipe section 4551.

[0232] The fourth pipe section 444 can be installed horizontally or gradually inclined upwards along the steam flow direction. As long as it facilitates steam flow and the end of the fourth pipe section 444 is connected to the cylinder assembly 2, it is acceptable.

[0233] As shown in Figure 6, the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 installed opposite to each other, and a water vapor separation chamber 440 is formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442. The third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442 are manufactured separately and then connected together. In some embodiments, the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442 are both manufactured by injection molding and are fixedly connected together by means of screw locking, bonding, or welding.

[0234] The third housing 441 and the fourth housing 442 can be connected relative to each other in the height direction Z to ensure that the cavity wall of the recessed area 4401 is continuous and will not leak. In some embodiments, the fourth housing 442 is located above the third housing 441, and the lower end face of the fourth housing 442 is sealed to the upper end face of the third housing 441. At least a portion of the recessed area 4401 can be formed on the third housing 441.

[0235] Referring to Figure 6, in some embodiments, a third pipe section 443 protrudes from the side of the water vapor separator 44 facing the first pipe section 4551, and a steam inlet is located within the third pipe section 443. The third pipe section 443 and the first pipe section 4551 are nested together. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 6, the third pipe section 443 is located within the first pipe section 4551. In some embodiments, the third pipe section 443 is disposed within the first pipe section 4551 with an interference fit.

[0236] The third pipe segment 443 can be integrally formed on the third housing 441 or the fourth housing 442. In some embodiments of this disclosure, referring to FIG6, the third pipe segment 443 is integrally formed on the fourth housing 442.

[0237] As shown in Figure 6, in some embodiments, a fourth pipe section 444 protrudes from the side of the water vapor separator 44 facing the second pipe section 4552, and a steam outlet is located within the fourth pipe section 444. The fourth pipe section 444 and the second pipe section 4552 are nested together. In some embodiments, referring to Figure 6, the fourth pipe section 444 is located within the second pipe section 4552. In some embodiments, the fourth pipe section 444 is disposed within the second pipe section 4552 with an interference fit.

[0238] The fourth pipe segment 444 can be integrally formed on the third housing 441 or the fourth housing 442. In some embodiments of this disclosure, referring to FIG6, the fourth pipe segment 444 is integrally formed on the fourth housing 442.

[0239] In other embodiments, the third pipe segment 443 may be omitted from the water vapor separator 44. In some embodiments, the first pipe segment 4551 is connected to the water vapor separator 44 by aligning with or inserting into the steam inlet of the water vapor separator 44; alternatively, the fourth pipe segment 444 may be omitted from the water vapor separator 44. In some embodiments, the second pipe segment 4552 is connected to the water vapor separator 44 by aligning with or inserting into the steam outlet of the water vapor separator 44. Further implementations are not limited, as long as the first pipe segment 4551, the water vapor separator 44, and the second pipe segment 4552 are sequentially connected.

[0240] Then, referring to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the water vapor separator 44 is fixedly connected to the first dispensing box 411, specifically, the water vapor separator 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first dispensing box 411. The purpose of this arrangement is twofold: firstly, the water vapor separator 44 and the first dispensing box 411 can be installed as a single unit within the equipment housing 1; secondly, the height of the first dispensing box 411 determines the height of the water vapor separator 44, thereby determining the path length of water vapor from the steam generator body 521 to the water vapor separator 44, facilitating the separation of water and steam. Furthermore, the water vapor separator 44 is located on the lower surface of the first dispensing box 411, thus not affecting the water filling area 4110 and the opening 4114 of the first dispensing box 411.

[0241] The water vapor separator 44 can be fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first dispensing box 411 by means of screw locking, bonding, welding, etc. In order to ensure the stability of the sealed connection between the first pipe section 4551, the second pipe section 4552 and the water vapor separator 44, in some embodiments, the first pipe section 4551 and the second pipe section 4552 can also be fixedly connected to the lower surface of the dispensing box 41 by the above-mentioned methods.

[0242] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies at least one of the following: the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is recessed downward relative to the steam inlet; the water vapor separation box 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first delivery box 411; the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 that are mounted opposite to each other, and the water vapor separation chamber 440 is formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442.

[0243] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following condition: the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is recessed downward relative to the steam inlet.

[0244] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following condition: the water vapor separation box 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first dispensing box 411.

[0245] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following: the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 installed opposite to each other, and the water vapor separation chamber 440 is formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442.

[0246] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following: the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is recessed downward relative to the steam inlet; and the water vapor separation box 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first delivery box 411.

[0247] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following: the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is recessed downward relative to the steam inlet; and the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 mounted opposite to each other, with the water vapor separation chamber 440 formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442.

[0248] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following: the water vapor separation box 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first delivery box 411; and the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 mounted opposite to each other, and a water vapor separation chamber 440 is formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442.

[0249] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water vapor separation box 44 satisfies the following: the water vapor separation chamber 440 includes a recessed area 4401 that is recessed downward relative to the steam inlet; the water vapor separation box 44 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first delivery box 411; and the water vapor separation box 44 includes a third box body 441 and a fourth box body 442 that are mounted opposite to each other, with the water vapor separation chamber 440 formed between the third box body 441 and the fourth box body 442.

[0250] As shown in Figure 5, in some embodiments, the first dispensing box 411 is further provided with a main water inlet area 4115. The main water inlet area 4115 has a main water inlet 41150, which is connected to the internal space of the cylinder assembly 2. An external water source can quickly and in large quantities supply cleaning water to the cylinder assembly 2 through the main water inlet area 4115 and the main water inlet 41150.

[0251] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG5, the main water inlet zone 4115 and the water filling zone 4110 are connected. Excess water or other liquid in the water filling zone 4110 can be discharged into the cylinder assembly 2 through the main water inlet 41150.

[0252] As shown in Figure 3, the steam generator system 4 also includes a main water inlet pipe 461 and a reversing valve 92. One end (water inlet) of the reversing valve 92 is connected to one end (water outlet) of the first control valve 91, and the other end of the reversing valve 92 has multiple outlets, one of which is connected to the main water inlet pipe 461, and the other outlet is connected to the other end of the first water inlet pipe 451. Therefore, the first water inlet pipe 451 and the main water inlet pipe 461 can be selectively opened under the action of the reversing valve 92.

[0253] As shown in Figure 5, in some embodiments, the dispensing box 41 further includes a second dispensing box 412, which has a dispensing area 4120 and a premixing area (neither shown) that are connected to each other. The dispensing area 4120 is for the user to add cleaning agent. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5, the steam generator system 4 also includes a cleaning agent dispensing drive 42, which is connected between the dispensing area 4120 and the premixing area. As shown in Figure 3, the steam generator system 4 also includes a spray pipe 61, the water outlet of the premixing area is also connected to the spray pipe 61, and the spray pipe 61 is also connected to the cylinder assembly 2.

[0254] As shown in Figure 3, the steam generator system 4 also includes a premixed water inlet pipe 457 and a second control valve 93. The outlet of the second control valve 93 is connected to the premixed zone through the premixed water inlet pipe 457.

[0255] The cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 is used to deliver the cleaning agent in the dispensing area 4120 to the premixing area. The cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 has at least two states. In the working state, that is, when the cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 is open, it can deliver the cleaning agent in the dispensing area 4120 to the premixing area. In the non-working state, when the cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 is closed, it can disconnect and isolate the dispensing area 4120 from the premixing area, so that the dispensing area 4120 and the premixing area do not affect each other.

[0256] When the second control valve 93 is opened, water from an external water source can enter the premixing zone through the second control valve 93. In the premixing zone, water and cleaning agent are mixed. Under the pressure of the external water source, the mixed solution of water and cleaning agent continues to flow through the spray pipe 61 until it reaches the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2.

[0257] When the second control valve 93 is open and the cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 is closed, and there is no cleaning agent in the premixing zone or the cleaning agent has been completely carried away by water, water can enter the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2 through the premixing zone and the spray pipe 61. That is, the premixing zone and the spray pipe 61 can provide a mixture of water and cleaning agent to the inner cylinder 22, or they can provide water directly.

[0258] The form of the cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 is not limited, as long as it allows the cleaning agent in the dispensing area 4120 to be delivered to the premixing area. In some embodiments, the cleaning agent dispensing drive 42 may be a peristaltic pump or the like.

[0259] The dispensing area 4120 can be a single, continuous space used for dispensing one type of cleaning agent, or it can be multiple parallel spaces, each used for dispensing one type of cleaning agent. Different dispensing areas 4120 can be used for dispensing different types of cleaning agents. Cleaning agents include laundry detergent, disinfectant, fabric softener, fragrance, etc.

[0260] Each dispensing zone 4120 is connected to the premixing zone through a cleaning agent dispensing drive 42. Specifically, each dispensing zone 4120 may be connected to the premixing zone through a cleaning agent dispensing drive 42, or each dispensing zone 4120 may be connected to the premixing zone simultaneously through a cleaning agent dispensing drive 42.

[0261] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the water filling area 4110 and the dispensing area 4120 are not connected to each other and are functionally independent. The first dispensing box 411 and the second dispensing box 412 are two independent structures. The first dispensing box 411 and the second dispensing box 412 can be connected together according to their respective shapes to minimize the overall volume of the dispensing box 41. In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the second dispensing box 412 can be at least partially located within the first dispensing box 411. At least a portion of the space within the first dispensing box 411 located below the second dispensing box 412 can be the water filling area 4110 and the main water inlet area 4115.

[0262] In other embodiments, the first dispensing box 411 and the second dispensing box 412 may not necessarily be connected. In some embodiments, the first dispensing box 411 and the second dispensing box 412 are made as separate structures and are installed on the equipment body respectively, as long as it does not affect the manual water addition operation and the premixing operation of the cleaning agent.

[0263] In some embodiments, the dispensing box 41 may be an integral structure, and simultaneously provide the main water inlet area 4115, the water filling area 4110, the dispensing area 4120, and the premixing area.

[0264] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4, the steam generator system 4 further includes a three-way pipe 422. Of the three ports of the three-way pipe 422, two inlets are connected to the premixed water inlet pipe 457 and the premixed zone, respectively, and one outlet is connected to the spray pipe 61. The three-way pipe 422 may be a venturi pipe.

[0265] The premixing zone refers to the space where the cleaning agent from the dispensing area 4120 and the water from the premixing inlet pipe 457 combine. In some embodiments, the premixing zone may be a space located on the second dispensing box 412, a space located on the premixing inlet pipe 457, or a space located on the spray pipe 61. In some embodiments, the second inlet of the three-way pipe 422 is connected to the outlet of the cleaning agent dispensing drive unit 42. In this case, the premixing zone may also be a space located before the outlet of the three-way pipe 422.

[0266] As shown in Figure 5, in some embodiments, the front of the first dispensing box 411 has an open opening 4114, allowing the user to manually add water from the front panel 131. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the front of the first dispensing box 411 has an overflow baffle 4113, with the open opening 4114 above the overflow baffle 4113. The rear side of the overflow baffle 4113 is the water filling area 4110. Compared to the inner bottom wall of the water filling area 4110, the overflow baffle 4113 has a certain height, thus preventing water from flowing out of the water filling area 4110 to the front of the front panel 131.

[0267] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3, the upper end of the exhaust pipe 459 is fixedly connected to the dispensing box 41. Specifically, the upper end of the exhaust pipe 459 can be fixedly connected to the lower surface of the first dispensing box 411. The purpose of this arrangement is that the water box 51, the exhaust pipe 459 and the first dispensing box 411 can be installed as an integral module in the device housing 1; on the other hand, it allows the exhaust pipe 459 to be relatively fixed.

[0268] As shown in Figure 3, the other end (upper end) of the vent pipe 459 is connected to the water filling area 4110. The purpose of this arrangement is that, in some unexpected circumstances, if the water volume in the water box 51 is too large, causing some water to enter the vent pipe 459 and overflow from the upper end of the vent pipe 459, the overflowing water can be temporarily stored in the water filling area 4110 and then flow back into the water box 51 through the outlet of the water filling area 4110 or the main inlet 41150.

[0269] To facilitate the overall manufacturing of the dispensing box 41, the upper end of the vent pipe 459 can be located on the inner bottom wall of the water filling area 4110, as shown in Figure 5. The upper end of the vent pipe 459 serves as the third outlet 4112 of the water filling area 4110. In this case, the vent pipe 459 also serves as the overflow return water of the water filling area 4110. Both the third outlet 4112 and the second outlet 4111 of the water filling area 4110 are kept in a low position.

[0270] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the steam generator system 4 satisfies at least one of the following: the front side of the water filling area 4110 has an open port 4114, and the liquid filling port of the second water inlet pipe 452 is located on the inner bottom wall of the water filling area 4110; the front side of the first dispensing box 411 is provided with an overflow baffle 4113, and the rear side of the overflow baffle 4113 forms the water filling area 4110; the water box body 511 is provided with an exhaust port 5133 communicating with its water storage chamber 510, one end of the exhaust pipe 459 is connected to the exhaust port 5133, and the other end of the exhaust pipe 459 is connected to the water filling area 4110.

[0278] As shown in Figures 1, 2, 16, and 17, the bottom plate 11 of the device housing 1 is connected to the lower edges of the front panel 131, the back panel 132, the first side panel 133, and the second side panel 134. In some embodiments, the bottom plate 11 includes multiple bottom plate members 111 disposed on opposite sides of the tubular assembly 2 along the width direction X. One bottom plate member 111 connects to the lower edges of the front panel 131, the back panel 132, and the first side panel 133, while the other bottom plate member 111 connects to the lower edges of the front panel 131, the back panel 132, and the second side panel 134. That is, the bottom plate 11 does not completely cover the tubular assembly 2 at the bottom of the device housing 1. The purpose of this arrangement is to save material costs for the bottom plate 11, reduce the weight of the device housing 1, and facilitate heat dissipation at the bottom of the clothing processing device 100, while ensuring the connection strength of the front panel 131, the back panel 132, the first side panel 133, and the second side panel 134.

[0279] As shown in Figures 2, 16, and 17, in some embodiments of this disclosure, the steam generator module 5 is disposed on one of the base plate components 111. In the width direction X, the steam generator module 5 is located to one side of the central axis of the cylinder assembly 2, such as the right or left side. In the height direction Z, the steam generator module 5 is located below the central axis of the cylinder assembly 2. That is, in both the width direction X and the height direction Z, the steam generator module 5 is offset from the central axis of the cylinder assembly 2. The purpose of this arrangement is that the equipment housing 1 is generally a regular hexahedron, while the cylinder assembly 2 is a generally cylindrical structure. Thus, within the equipment housing 1, the remaining space around the cylinder assembly 2 is a narrow space along the depth direction Y. The steam generator module 5 is disposed within this narrow space, improving the utilization rate of the internal space of the equipment housing 1, and without significantly increasing the overall height or width of the clothing processing equipment 100, which is beneficial for the overall compactness and small size of the clothing processing equipment 100. In addition, it helps to lower the center of gravity of the garment processing equipment 100 and improve the stability of the garment processing equipment 100.

[0280] In one specific embodiment, the elongated space is generally located on the upper left, lower left, upper right, and lower right sides of the cylinder assembly 2. This disclosure uses the example of the steam generator module 5 being located on the lower left side of the cylinder assembly 2 as an example. That is, the steam generator module 5 is located on the base plate 111 located on the left side.

[0281] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17, a third reinforcing rib 1111 is provided on the base plate 111, and the steam generator module 5 is disposed on the third reinforcing rib 1111. By providing the third reinforcing rib 1111, the strength of the base plate 111 can be improved, so that the base plate 111 will not deform, thereby ensuring that the steam generator 52 is stably supported on the base plate 111.

[0282] The form of the third reinforcing rib 1111 is not limited; it can be upwardly protruding, downwardly protruding, or partially upwardly and partially downwardly protruding. In a specific embodiment, as shown in Figure 17, the third reinforcing rib 1111 of the base plate 111 is upwardly protruding, and the steam generator module 5 is fixed to the upper surface of the third reinforcing rib 1111.

[0283] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG12, the bottom of the steam generator module 5 is provided with at least one buckle 5125. Specifically, at least one buckle 5125 is provided on the support rib 5124 on the lower side of the first housing 5111, as shown in FIG17. The third reinforcing rib 1111 is provided with at least one slot 1110 that is adapted to the buckle 5125. Through the cooperation of the slot 1110 and the buckle 5125, the steam generator module 5 and the base plate 111 can be fixed or pre-fixed.

[0284] Specifically, as shown in Figure 12, in some embodiments, the latch 5125 includes a first latch portion 5126 extending downward from the bottom surface of the steam generator module 5, and a second latch portion 5127 bent and connected to the lower end of the first latch portion 5126. As shown in Figure 17, the base plate 11 is provided with at least one slot 1110. The length of the second latch portion 5127 is greater than the inner length of the slot 1110. The first opening 1311 is at least partially located within the slot 1110, and the second latch portion 5127 is located on one side of the lower surface of the base plate 111. In the height direction Z, the second latch portion 5127 is restricted by the base plate 111 and cannot disengage upward from the slot 1110, thereby fixing the steam generator module 5 in the height direction Z.

[0285] In order to ensure that the steam generator module 5 is fixed in all places, in some embodiments, as shown in Figures 12 and 17, the bottom of the steam generator module 5 is provided with multiple buckles 5125. As shown in Figure 17, the bottom plate 111 is provided with a slot 1110 corresponding to each buckle 5125.

[0286] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the base plate 111 has a relatively small thickness, and the slot 1110 is disposed on the base plate 111, which is convenient to process. In other embodiments, the slot 1110 and the buckle 5125 can be interchanged.

[0287] Multiple snap-fits 5125 are spaced apart along the depth direction Y, as shown in Figures 12 and 17. The steam generator module 5 has sufficient dimensions in the depth direction Y to facilitate the spaced arrangement of the multiple snap-fits 5125.

[0288] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 12 and 17, the second latching portion 5127 is bent relative to the first latching portion 5126 along the depth direction Y, specifically, bent backward along the depth direction Y. This arrangement allows the latch 5125 to move forward along the depth direction Y to disengage from the latching slot 1110, and the latch 5125 to be confined below the base plate 111 after moving backward along the depth direction Y. Therefore, the steam generator module 5 can be latched onto and detached from the base plate 111 along the depth direction Y. Thus, the assembly and disassembly of the steam generator module 5 on the base plate 111 requires only a portion of the depth space, eliminating the need for additional space in the width direction X. This helps ensure that the garment processing device 100 has a small width and volume.

[0289] As shown in Figures 2 and 16, in some embodiments, the garment processing device 100 further includes a support device 37, the lower end of which is disposed on the base plate 11, and the upper end of which is connected to the tube assembly 2. The support device 37 is used to support the tube assembly 2 on the base plate 11 to maintain the tube assembly 2 at a suitable height and position within the device housing 1.

[0290] In some embodiments, the support device 37 is a buffer support structure. The support device 37 provides a certain range of movement for the cylinder assembly 2 when supporting it. Thus, the support device 37 and the cylinder assembly 2 are not rigidly connected, allowing the outer cylinder 21 to adapt and change its position as the inner cylinder 22 rotates while the outer cylinder 21 supports it. Specifically, the support device 37 can be a spring support rod assembly or a pneumatic support rod assembly, etc.

[0291] The support device 37 includes multiple support members, which are respectively disposed at different positions on the cylinder assembly 2. In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the support device 37 includes a first support member 371, a second support member 372, a third support member, and a fourth support member (not shown). The first support member 371 and the second support member 372 are disposed on one side of the base plate 11 along the width direction X, such as the left side, and the third support member and the fourth support member are disposed on the other side of the base plate 11 along the width direction X, that is, the right side. The third support member is used to support the lower left surface of the cylinder assembly 2, and the fourth support member is used to support the lower right surface of the cylinder assembly 2.

[0292] Furthermore, the first support member 371 and the second support member 372 are spaced apart along the depth direction Y to uniformly support the cylinder assembly 2 in the depth direction Y. The third support member and the fourth support member are spaced apart along the depth direction Y.

[0293] In one specific embodiment, the first support member 371 is located on the left front side of the cylindrical assembly 2, the second support member 372 is located on the left rear side of the cylindrical assembly 2, the third support member is located on the right front side of the cylindrical assembly 2, and the fourth support member is located on the right rear side of the cylindrical assembly 2. In other embodiments, more support members can be provided as needed. Alternatively, the third and fourth support members can be combined into a single support member located on the right center side of the cylindrical assembly 2, etc., as needed. Overall, the number of support members should be sufficient to stably support the cylindrical assembly 2.

[0294] In some embodiments of this disclosure, at least a portion of the steam generator module 5 is located between the first support 371 and the second support 372, as shown in FIG16.

[0295] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG16, a wiring groove is provided on the surface of the first side plate 133 of the equipment housing 1 facing the cylinder assembly 2. In the steam generator system 4, at least a portion of the piping assembly 45 connected to the steam generator module 5 is located within the wiring groove. The piping assembly 45 mentioned herein includes the first water inlet pipe 451, the second water inlet pipe 452, the third water inlet pipe 453, the fourth water inlet pipe 454, the steam outlet pipe 455, the return pipe 456, and the exhaust pipe 459, etc.

[0296] The cable tray can limit and fix the pipe assembly 45, so that the pipe assembly 45 is fixed on the first side plate 133. On the one hand, it can prevent the pipe from shaking when liquid or gas flows in the pipe assembly 45, and on the other hand, it can optimize and simplify the wiring layout inside the equipment housing 1.

[0297] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17, the wiring trough includes a first wiring trough 1341 and a second wiring trough 1342. At least a portion of the second water inlet pipe 452 in the piping assembly 45 is located within the first wiring trough 1341, and at least a portion of the first water inlet pipe 451 is located within the second wiring trough 1342.

[0298] The first wiring trough 1341 and the second water inlet pipe 452 are both located on the front side of the steam generator module 5. The second wiring trough 1342 and the first water inlet pipe 451 are both located on the rear side of the steam generator module 5.

[0299] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17, the wiring trough further includes a third wiring trough 1343 and a fourth wiring trough 1344, with the steam outlet pipe 455 of the piping assembly 45 at least partially located within the third wiring trough 1343, and the pressure relief pipe at least partially located within the third wiring trough 1343. In some embodiments, both the third wiring trough 1343 and the fourth wiring trough 1344 are located on the front side of the steam generator module 5.

[0300] In one specific embodiment of this disclosure, as shown in FIG17, the second wiring groove 1342, the third wiring groove 1343 and the fourth wiring groove 1344 are sequentially disposed along the depth direction Y on the surface of the first side plate 133 facing the cylinder assembly 2.

[0301] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17, one or more wire clamping blocks 1345 are provided on the surface of the first side plate 133 facing the cylinder assembly 2, and the wire clamping blocks 1345 abut against the side of the conduit assembly 45 opposite to the bottom wall of the cable tray. The purpose of this arrangement is to confine the conduit assembly 45 within the cable tray by abutting against it with the wire clamping blocks 1345.

[0302] In other embodiments, the conduit assembly 45 can be fixed in the cable tray by means of bonding or interference fitting. Alternatively, the conduits in the conduit assembly 45 can be fixed in the cable tray by various methods including wire clamping block 1345, bonding, and interference fitting.

[0303] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG17, the garment processing device 100 further includes a buffer pad 135 disposed between the first side plate 133 and the steam generator module 5. When the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2 rotates, the inner cylinder 22 drives the outer cylinder 21 to rotate, the outer cylinder 21 causes the support device 37 to shake, the support device 37 further causes the base plate 11 to vibrate, and the steam generator module 5 located on the base plate 11 shakes accordingly. The steam generator module 5 may collide with the first side plate 133 after shaking along the width direction X, causing damage to the steam generator module 5 and generating noise. In some embodiments of this disclosure, the buffer pad 135 is disposed between the steam generator module 5 and the first side plate 133, which can mitigate the collision between the steam generator module 5 and the first side plate 133, reduce the risk of damage to the steam generator module 5, and reduce the noise between the steam generator module 5 and the first side plate 133.

[0304] The cushioning pad 135 can be an elastic padding layer. For example, the cushioning pad 135 can be one or more of the following: sponge layer, brush layer, fleece layer, elastic plastic layer, elastic silicone layer, elastic rubber layer, etc.

[0305] Next, the spray assembly 6 of some embodiments of this disclosure will be introduced.

[0306] The spray assembly 6 is used in the garment processing device 100 of a washing machine or a washing machine with a drying function. As shown in FIG3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the spray assembly 6 of the garment processing device 100 is used to provide detergent into the inner drum 22 of the drum assembly 2. The spray assembly 6 includes the aforementioned dispensing box 41, which may be a second dispensing box 412, and a spray pipe 61. Water in the premixing zone of the second dispensing box 412, or a mixture of water and detergent, can reach the inner drum 22 of the drum assembly 2 through the spray pipe 61.

[0307] As previously described, one end of the spray pipe 61 is connected to the premixing zone, and in this embodiment, the other end of the premixing zone is connected to the cylinder assembly 2. This allows the cleaning agent entering the premixing zone to be carried into the cylinder assembly 2 via an external water source, or it allows external water to enter the cylinder assembly 2 through the premixing zone. In other words, the spray pipe 61 can supply a mixture of water and cleaning agent to the cylinder assembly 2, or it can supply water alone.

[0308] The spray assembly 6 also includes a spray head 62, as shown in Figures 3, 18, 19 and 21. The other end of the spray pipe 61 is connected to the spray head 62, which is located inside the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2, so as to spray the mixture of water and cleaning agent or water into the inner cylinder 22 of the cylinder assembly 2.

[0309] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in FIG19, the spray head 62 is provided with a first spray port 621 and a second spray port 622 connected in parallel, and the first spray port 621 and the second spray port 622 have different orientations. The first spray port 621 and the second spray port 622 with different orientations are used to spray liquid from the spray pipe 61 into the cylinder assembly 2 in different directions and positions.

[0310] Specifically, in some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in FIG19, the first spray nozzle 621 and the second spray nozzle 622 are configured to face the outer surfaces of different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72 for rinsing the different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72. The first spray nozzle 621 and the second spray nozzle 622 are used to spray liquid from the spray pipe 61 onto the outer surface of the bowl-shaped component 72. In some embodiments, a mixture of water and detergent from the spray pipe 61 is sprayed onto the different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72 to wash the different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72. Then, water from the spray pipe 61 is sprayed onto the different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72 to further rinse and clean the different sides of the bowl-shaped component 72, preventing detergent residue from remaining on the surface of the bowl-shaped component 72, thus keeping the surface of the bowl-shaped component 72 clean.

[0311] In the embodiments of this disclosure, the spray head 62 at the end of the spray pipe 61 has a first spray port 621 and a second spray port 622 facing different directions, so that different sides of the surface of the bowl-shaped part 72 can be cleaned simultaneously through a single spray head 62. This ensures the cleanliness of the surface of the bowl-shaped part 72 and reduces the number of pipes in the spray assembly 6.

[0312] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 18, 19, and 20, the device housing 1 further includes a cylindrical seal 23. The cylindrical seal 23 is disposed within the first opening 1311 of the front panel 131 and is used for a sealing connection with the cylinder opening 20 of the cylindrical assembly 2 and a sealing connection with the outer surface of the cup-shaped member 72, thereby sealing the internal space of the cylindrical assembly 2. The cylindrical seal 23 is at least capable of sealingly connecting with the front peripheral edge of the outer cylinder 21. Through the sealing cooperation of the cylindrical seal 23 and the cup-shaped member 72, water, cleaning agents, etc., inside the cylindrical assembly 2 can be prevented from leaking through the cylinder opening 20 and the first opening 1311.

[0313] In one specific embodiment of this disclosure, the spray pipe 61 passes through the cylinder seal 23 so that the spray head 62 can face inward into the cylinder assembly 2, unaffected by the rotation of the inner cylinder 22, and can be aligned with the outer side of the bowl-shaped part 72, as shown in Figures 18, 19 and 21.

[0314] In the embodiments of this disclosure, the reduction in the number of pipes in the spray assembly 6 also correspondingly reduces the number of perforations in the cylindrical seal 23. Since the cylindrical seal 23 will deform to a certain extent with the shaking of the cylindrical assembly 2, the tensile force exerted by the spray assembly 6 on the cylindrical seal 23 in some embodiments of this disclosure can be reduced, which is beneficial to ensuring the sealing performance of the cylindrical seal 23.

[0315] As shown in Figure 19, in some embodiments, the spray head 62 is also provided with a third spray nozzle 623, which is connected in parallel with the first spray nozzle 621 and the second spray nozzle 622; the third spray nozzle 623 has a different orientation from the first spray nozzle 621 and the second spray nozzle 622.

[0316] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the third spray nozzle 623 is configured to avoid the bowl-shaped member 72 and face the rear side of the inner drum 22. Therefore, the third spray nozzle 623 is used to spray liquid from the spray pipe 61 into the space inside the rear side of the inner drum 22 without spraying onto the bowl-shaped member 72. The third spray nozzle 623 is primarily used to spray liquid from the spray pipe 61 onto clothing located inside and at the bottom of the inner drum 22. In some embodiments, a mixture of water and detergent from the spray pipe 61 can be sprayed onto clothing located inside and at the bottom of the inner drum 22.

[0317] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the spray head 62 sprays cleaning agent into the inner cylinder 22 and cleans different sides of the bowl-shaped part 72 through the first spray port 621, the second spray port 622 and the third spray port 623, which simplifies the pipeline of the spray assembly 6 and improves the stress deformation and sealing performance of the cylinder seal 23.

[0318] As shown in Figure 21, the outer surface of the bowl-shaped component 72 is generally circular. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 21, the outer surface of the bowl-shaped component 72 includes an annular surface 720 and a sloped surface 721. The annular surface 720 is arranged around the central axis of the cylindrical assembly 2, and the generatrix of the annular surface 720 is generally parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical assembly 2. Specifically, it can be parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical assembly 2 or the angle between it and the central axis of the cylindrical assembly 2 is very small (e.g., not exceeding 10°). The sloped surface 721 is configured to gradually slope downwards from the highest point of the annular surface 720 in a direction away from the door panel 71. The annular surface 720 mainly provides a sealing connection with the inner periphery of the cylindrical seal 23, while the sloped surface 721 prevents residues of cleaning agents, water, stains, etc.

[0319] As shown in Figures 21 and 22, in some embodiments, the spray head 62 is located on one side of the bowl-shaped member 72 in the width direction X, and in the height direction Z, the spray head 62 is below the highest point G of the bowl-shaped member 72 and above the height center line of the bowl-shaped member 72. This arrangement is intended to allow the spray head 62 to avoid the bowl-shaped member 72, and to allow the spray head 62 to avoid the water inside the drum assembly 2 when the laundry processing device 100 is running a washing program.

[0320] As shown in Figure 19, the center line of the third spray nozzle 623 is set to be inclined downward in the direction from front to back, so that the liquid from the spray pipe 61 is sprayed onto the clothes in a downward tilting manner after passing through the third spray nozzle 623, and will not be sprayed onto the inner wall of the inner drum 22.

[0321] As shown in Figure 22, the centerline of the first spray nozzle 621 is set to slope downwards in the width direction X, specifically towards the annular surface 720. Also as shown in Figure 22, the centerline of the second spray nozzle 622 is set to slope downwards in the width direction X towards the highest point G of the annular surface 720. This arrangement ensures that the liquid from the spray pipe 61, after passing through the first spray nozzle 621, is sprayed downwards onto the upper half of the annular surface 720 near the spray head 62, as shown by point E in Figure 22, and continues to flow downwards, cleaning the side of the annular surface 720 near the spray head 62. The liquid from the spray pipe 61, after passing through the third spray nozzle 623, is sprayed towards the highest point G of the annular surface 720. After reaching the area where the liquid reaches the highest point G of the annular surface 720, it can continue to reach the upper half of the other side of the annular surface 720, as shown by the area around point F in Figure 22.

[0322] Specifically, the liquid falling at the highest point G spreads outwards. Under the influence of gravity, part of it flows downwards along the annular surface 720, thus cleaning the side of the annular surface 720 away from the spray head 62 along its width X. The other part flows onto the inclined surface 721, where it is washed and rinsed. Overall, the outer surface of the bowl-shaped component 72 can be thoroughly cleaned.

[0323] In some embodiments, the centerline of the first spray nozzle 621 is perpendicular to the depth direction Y. The purpose of this arrangement is that the liquid from the first spray nozzle 621 is sprayed in a plane perpendicular to the depth direction Y, and the liquid from the first spray nozzle 621 can be aligned as much as possible with one side of the annular surface 720, so that the annular surface 720 has the largest cleaning area and can clean a large area of the surface of the annular surface 720 facing the first spray nozzle 621.

[0324] In some embodiments, the centerline of the second spray nozzle 622 is perpendicular to the depth direction Y. This arrangement aims to ensure that the liquid from the second spray nozzle 622 is sprayed in a plane perpendicular to the depth direction Y. This allows the water flow from the second spray nozzle 622 to be aligned with the annular surface 720, maximizing the cleaning area on the annular surface 720 and enabling a large-area cleaning of the surface of the annular surface 720 opposite to the second spray nozzle 622. Furthermore, in the width direction X, the second spray nozzle 622 is farther from point F, and its centerline is perpendicular to the depth direction Y, which helps ensure that the liquid from the third spray nozzle 623 completely falls onto the annular surface 720.

[0325] In some embodiments, the centerline of the second spray nozzle 622 and the centerline of the first spray nozzle 621 lie in the same plane. In some embodiments, the plane containing the centerlines of the second spray nozzle 622 and the first spray nozzle 621 is perpendicular to the depth direction Y.

[0326] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the first spray nozzle 621 is smaller than that of the third spray nozzle 623. Since the first spray nozzle 621 and the third spray nozzle 623 are connected in parallel, the liquid flow rate in the spray pipe 61 is constant. The cross-sectional area of the first spray nozzle 621 is smaller, and the liquid flowing out of the first spray nozzle 621 has a greater velocity. This is beneficial for the liquid to rinse away stains, cleaning agents, etc. on the surface of the bowl-shaped part 72.

[0327] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the second spray nozzle 622 is smaller than that of the third spray nozzle 623. The smaller cross-sectional area of the second spray nozzle 622 allows for a higher velocity of the liquid flowing out from it. This higher velocity facilitates the rinsing of stains, cleaning agents, and other contaminants from the surface of the bowl-shaped component 72.

[0328] The cross-sectional area of the second spray nozzle 622 is designed to be not much different from that of the first spray nozzle 621. Specifically, the cross-sectional area of the second spray nozzle 622 is equal to that of the first spray nozzle 621.

[0329] As shown in Figure 22, the second pipe segment 4552 of the steam outlet pipe 455 also passes through the cylindrical seal 23, and the steam outlet of the steam outlet pipe 455 is located inside the cylindrical assembly 2. In some embodiments, in the width direction X, the second pipe segment 4552 and the spray head 62 are located on opposite sides of the cup-shaped member 72. This allows the second pipe segment 4552 and the spray pipe 61 to be separated by a certain distance, ensuring the sealing performance of the cylindrical seal 23.

[0330] Furthermore, it should be noted that in some embodiments of the garment processing device 100 disclosed herein, the spraying function of the spray assembly 6 also requires the cooperation of other components such as the second control valve 93, the second dispensing box 412, and even the reversing valve 92, the detergent dispensing drive 42, the premixed water inlet pipe 457, and the first dispensing box 411. Therefore, the second control valve 93, the second dispensing box 412, and even the reversing valve 92, the detergent dispensing drive 42, the premixed water inlet pipe 457, and the first dispensing box 411 can also be regarded as part of the spray assembly 6.

[0331] The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of this disclosure and is not intended to limit this disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of this disclosure should be included within the scope of protection of this disclosure.
