[0001] Cross-references to related applications
[0002] This application is based on and claims priority to Chinese patent applications No. 202510472119.7 and 202510464687.2, both filed on April 14, 2025, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] This application relates to the field of atomization technology, and more particularly to an aerosol generating device. Background Technology

[0082] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of this application clearer, the following detailed description is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of this application.
[0083] The specific technical features described in the specific embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. For example, different combinations of specific technical features can form different embodiments and technical solutions. To avoid unnecessary repetition, the various possible combinations of the specific technical features in this application will not be described separately.
[0084] In the following description, the terms "first," "second," etc., are used merely to distinguish different objects and do not indicate that the objects have the sameness or relationship. It should be understood that the directional descriptions "above," "below," "outside," and "inside" refer to the orientation under normal use conditions, while "left" and "right" refer to the left and right directions shown in the corresponding diagrams, which may or may not be the left and right directions under normal use conditions.
[0085] It should be noted that the terms "comprising," "including," or any other variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements includes not only those elements but also other elements not expressly listed, or elements inherent to such a process, method, article, or apparatus. Unless otherwise specified, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one..." does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that includes that element. "A plurality of" means two or more.
[0086] This application provides an aerosol generating device 100.
[0087] It should be noted that the specific type of aerosol generating device 100 provided in this application embodiment is not limited. For example, the aerosol generating device 100 can be a medical nebulizer, an air humidifier, or an electronic cigarette or other nebulizer.
[0088] Please refer to Figures 1 to 39. The aerosol generating device 100 includes a power supply assembly 10 and an atomizing device 20.
[0089] Understandably, the power supply component 10 provides electrical energy to the atomizing device 20 so that the atomizing device 20 can perform atomization operations. The atomizing device 20 atomizes the aerosol generating matrix to produce aerosols. The aerosol generating matrix includes, but is not limited to, materials used for medical, health, and beauty purposes, such as, but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, nicotine-containing materials, or nicotine-free materials. The aerosol generating matrix can be a solid or liquid material with plants such as tobacco as the main raw material and the addition of appropriate aerosol forming agents and aroma materials.
[0090] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the atomizing device 20 may not have its own power supply, that is, the atomizing device 20 cannot work independently and must obtain power from the power supply component 10 to perform atomization.
[0091] In other embodiments, the atomizing device 20 may also have its own power supply, meaning the atomizing device 20 can operate independently. In this case, the power supply component 10 can charge the atomizing device 20 to enable continuous atomization. In this embodiment, the atomizing device 20 can be detachably connected to the power supply component 10 to increase ease of use.
[0092] The atomizing device 20 stores an aerosol generating matrix. The atomizing device 20 includes an atomizing core 25, which atomizes the aerosol generating matrix under the action of electrical energy. The atomizing core 25 atomizes the aerosol generating matrix in any way, such as resistive atomization, ultrasonic atomization, electromagnetic atomization, etc., and there are no restrictions here.
[0093] For example, in an embodiment where the atomizing core 25 atomizes the aerosol to generate a matrix by heating atomization, the atomizing core 25 may include a heating needle, a heating mesh, a heating film, or a heating sheet, as shown in Figures 7 and 33, where the atomizing core 25 is a heating mesh; in an embodiment where the atomizing core 25 atomizes the aerosol to generate a matrix by ultrasonic atomization, the atomizing core 25 may include an ultrasonic atomizing sheet, and the atomizing device 20 may include a liquid guiding element. The liquid guiding element guides the aerosol to generate a matrix to the ultrasonic atomizing sheet, and the ultrasonic atomizing sheet generates ultrasonic waves by ultrasonic vibration, atomizing the aerosol to generate a matrix to form an aerosol.
[0094] Please refer to Figures 2, 3, 16, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 29 to 32. The outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 along the first side of the first direction is the first region surface 10a. The outer surface of the atomizing device 20 along the second side of the first direction is the second region surface 20a.
[0095] It should be noted that the first region surface 10a is a general term for the outer surface of the first side of the power assembly 10 along the first direction. The first region surface 10a may be a single surface or a combination of multiple different surfaces. The first region surface 10a is exposed on the outer surface of the power assembly 10 and participates in forming the outer contour of the power assembly 10. The first region surface 10a does not include the surface formed by the connecting structure, such as the protruding structure, formed thereon.
[0096] The second region surface 20a is a general term for the outer surface of the second side of the atomizing device 20 along the first direction. The second region surface 20a can be a single surface or a combination of multiple different surfaces. The second region surface 20a is exposed on the outer surface of the atomizing device 20 and participates in forming the outer contour of the atomizing device 20.
[0097] The first side and the second side are opposite sides along the first direction. During the docking process between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10, the first area surface 10a and the second area surface 20a are arranged opposite each other along the first direction. The first area surface 10a and the second area surface 20a are the surfaces used for docking and mating between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10.
[0098] The atomizing device 20 is connected to the power supply assembly 10. For example, in some embodiments, the atomizing device 20 is connected to at least one side of the power supply assembly 10 along a first direction. That is, a power supply assembly 10 can be connected and cooperate with one or more atomizing devices 20 simultaneously to provide power to at least one atomizing device 20.
[0099] It should be noted that multiple atomizing devices 20 refer to multiple atomizing devices 20 that are not connected. Each atomizing device 20 can have different shapes, structures, etc., and the way each atomizing device 20 is connected to the power supply component 10 can also be different.
[0100] When there are multiple atomizing devices 20, all atomizing devices 20 can be connected to the same side of the power supply assembly 10, i.e., the first side in the first direction; or they can be partially connected to the first side of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction, and the other part connected to different sides of the power supply assembly 10, without limitation. The first direction can be any direction, without limitation. For example, referring to Figure 37, there are two atomizing devices 20, which are respectively connected to the first side and the second side of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction. The cross-sectional shape of the mating surface of the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 is similar. For example, multiple atomizing devices 20 are respectively connected to different sides of the power supply assembly 10. In this way, multiple atomizing devices 20 can cooperate with one power supply assembly 10 at the same time and are connected to different sides, reducing the probability of interference and increasing the overall structural reliability of the aerosol generating device 100.
[0101] The first area surface 10a and the second area surface 20a abutting means that after the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are connected, at least part of the first area surface 10a and the second area surface 20a are in contact. This increases the tightness of the connection and reduces the chance of loosening. Of course, it also reduces the chance of air or liquid leakage. At the same time, the abutting action can also confirm whether the assembly is in place.
[0102] It is understandable that the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a abut each other. This can be achieved by the entire first region surface 10a and the entire second region surface 20a being completely fitted together. In this case, the shapes of the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are compatible. Thus, the connection between the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20 is tight, and the outer peripheral edges of the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a together form the outer contour of the aerosol generating device 100, reducing the gap between the parts and facilitating the increase of the flatness of the connection point, thereby increasing the aesthetic appearance of the aerosol generating device 100. Alternatively, either the first region surface 10a or the second region surface 20a may have a portion located outside the other. In this case, the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are partially fitted together. This can be the entire first region surface 10a being fitted to a portion of the second region surface 20a, the entire second region surface 20a being fitted to a portion of the first region surface 10a, or a portion of the first region surface 10a being fitted to a portion of the second region surface 20a.
[0103] The atomizing device 20 includes an atomizing core 25, a first liquid storage chamber 23a, and an atomizing chamber 20d. The first liquid storage chamber 23a is used to store the aerosol generation matrix, and the atomizing chamber 20d is connected to the first liquid storage chamber 23a. The atomizing core 25 is used to atomize the aerosol generation matrix in the atomizing chamber 20d.
[0104] The highest point of the first region surface 10a is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d.
[0105] Here, the lowest point refers to the point where the vertical distance between the structure or space and the bearing surface is the smallest, and the highest point refers to the point where the vertical distance between the structure or space and the bearing surface is the largest. The highest point of the first region surface 10a can be the part of the first region surface 10a that is closest to the atomizing device 20 along the first direction. The lowest point of the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d refers to the point among the three that is closest to the second region surface 20a in terms of vertical distance.
[0106] That is, the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d are all located on the first side of the first region surface 10a along the first direction. The atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d do not overlap with the first region surface 10a in the first direction, and the first region surface 10a does not affect the arrangement and size of the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d. The atomizing device 20 is not located within the power supply assembly 10, or the portion located within the power supply assembly 10 does not include the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d.
[0107] In some embodiments, the atomizing device 20 is located above the power supply assembly 10, and the highest point of the first region surface 10a is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d.
[0108] For example, if the lowest point of the atomizing core 25 is not higher than the lowest point of the first liquid storage chamber 23a and the atomizing chamber 20d, then the highest point of the first region surface 10a is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25.
[0109] For example, if the lowest point of the first liquid storage chamber 23a is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25 and the atomizing chamber 20d, then the highest point of the first region surface 10a is not higher than the lowest point of the first liquid storage chamber 23a.
[0110] For example, if the lowest point of the atomizing chamber 20d is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25 and the first liquid storage chamber 23a, then the highest point of the first region surface 10a is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing chamber 20d.
[0111] The maximum size of the second region surface 20a within the first region surface 10a along the first direction can be zero or greater than zero, but the first region surface 10a basically does not form a wrapping constraint on the second region surface 20a.
[0112] It should be noted that the maximum size of the second region surface 20a within the first region surface 10a refers to the maximum size of the second region surface 20a within the area enclosed by the first region surface 10a.
[0113] For example, the maximum size of the second region surface 20a within the first region surface 10a is zero, meaning that the first region surface 10a is not located within it. In this case, when the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are aligned, the first region surface 10a will not enclose the second region surface 20a; that is, the first region surface 10a will not form a groove-like structure that encloses the second region surface 20a. It should be noted that in this case, the second region surface 20a is entirely located outside the first region surface 10a.
[0114] For example, referring to Figures 2 and 6, the first region surface 10a may be entirely located outside the second region surface 20a. In this case, the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are clearly visible, facilitating connection and providing high visibility. The power supply assembly 10 can be operated to dock with the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of leakage during docking and increasing assembly reliability. Alternatively, the atomizing device 20 can be operated to dock with the power supply assembly 10, which means that assembly flexibility is higher in this case. In other examples, at least a portion of the first region surface 10a is located within the second region surface 20a. In this case, the power supply assembly 10 can be operated to dock with the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of leakage during docking and increasing assembly reliability.
[0115] Please refer to Figures 16 and 18, and Figures 24 to 27. When the maximum size of the second region surface 20a within the first region surface 10a is greater than 0, at least a portion of the second region surface 20a will be enclosed within the range of the first region surface 10a, but the maximum enclosed size is small. During assembly, the structure on the first region surface 10a is clearly visible, facilitating assembly. At the same time, the power supply component 10 will hardly form any enclosing constraint on the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of the atomizing device 20 being scratched during assembly, increasing the reliability of connection and conductive mating, and providing strong visibility, facilitating the cleaning of the end faces of the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20, simplifying assembly, saving costs, and providing more exposed space for better heat dissipation.
[0116] The first direction can be any direction; there are no restrictions here.
[0117] In some embodiments, the first direction is the top-bottom direction, which is parallel to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20. The atomizing device 20 is connected to the top side of the power supply assembly 10. The first region surface 10a is the collection of visible surfaces on the top side of the power supply assembly 10, and the second region surface 20a is the collection of visible surfaces on the bottom side of the atomizing device 20. Referring to Figures 22 and 23, and Figures 35 and 36, in embodiments where the first liquid storage chamber 23a and the atomizing chamber 20d of the atomizing device 20 are two independent structures spliced together along a direction perpendicular to the first direction, the first direction being the top-bottom direction can also reduce the number of electrical connection lines.
[0118] The aerosol generating device 100 provided in this application embodiment has a power supply component 10 that, during the docking process with the atomizing device 20, almost does not form a wrapping constraint on the atomizing device 20. This results in greater ease and flexibility of assembly, stronger assembly visibility, and convenient cleaning of the end faces of both the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20. Assembly is simple, cost-effective, and also facilitates heat dissipation. Users can dock the power supply component 10 with the atomizing device 20, reducing damage to the atomizing device 20. Furthermore, in this application embodiment, the power supply component 10 can adapt to atomizing devices 20 of different shapes, reducing the limitation in related technologies where the power supply component has a receiving cavity and the atomizing device can only be inserted into the receiving cavity. The power supply component 10 has greater adaptability and, since it does not require a receiving cavity, its size can be smaller, facilitating the miniaturization design of the aerosol generating device 100.
[0119] The specific form of the first region surface 10a is not limited.
[0120] In some embodiments, the first region surface 10a is a single plane or a single curved surface. That is, in this embodiment, the first region surface 10a is a single surface, rather than a combination of different surfaces. The structure of the first region surface 10a is simple, and the overall structure of the first region surface 10a is relatively smooth, which can reduce the complexity caused by the existence of different planes and facilitate the arrangement of the first connecting part 11.
[0121] When the first region surface 10a is a single plane, the line connecting any two points on the first region surface 10a falls on this surface. At this time, the first region surface 10a is flat and has no thickness. That is to say, when the atomizing device 20 is connected to the power supply assembly 10, the entire second region surface 20a is located outside the first region surface 10a. The first region surface 10a can be perpendicular to the first direction or it can be set at an acute angle to the first direction, that is, it is formed as an inclined surface.
[0122] When the first region surface 10a is a single curved surface, the first region surface 10a is generally smoothly arranged. In this case, the first region surface 10a is not completely flat, and at least a portion of it cannot be described by a straight line. That is, at least some parts of the first region surface 10a are curved. The first region surface 10a has thickness, meaning it has an extension dimension along the first direction. For example, the first region surface 10a can be a concave surface, a convex surface, or a surface of other shapes. In this case, the second region surface 20a can be completely outside the first region surface 10a, or it can be at least partially located within the area formed by the first region surface 10a, but it is essentially not constrained by the first region surface 10a.
[0123] In embodiments where the first region surface 10a is the same plane or the same curved surface, the second region surface 20a can also be the same plane or the same curved surface to facilitate fitting with the first region surface 10a. The second region surface 20a can also be a combination of different surfaces, thus facilitating adaptation to manufacturing or assembly requirements, and no restrictions are imposed here.
[0124] In some embodiments, along the direction from the first side to the second side of the first direction, the first region surface 10a is formed as a concave surface, and the highest point of the concave surface is not higher than the lowest point of the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d. That is, there is no overlap with the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d along the first direction.
[0125] In this embodiment, the first region surface 10a is concave, but the depth of the concave surface is small, so it will not basically form a wrapping constraint on the atomizing device 20. While not affecting the connection between the atomizing device 20 and the power component 10, it helps to increase the tightness of the connection between the atomizing device 20 and the power component 10. At the same time, it will hide the uneven structure on the second region surface 20a, reducing the appearance and size requirements of the second region surface 20a.
[0126] It is understood that in this embodiment, the second region surface 20a may be at least partially located within the area enclosed by the concave surface, meaning the concave surface will enclose the second region surface 20a, but the enclosed size is small and will not constitute a constraint, facilitating the visual connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21. Alternatively, the second region surface 20a may only abut against the end of the concave surface, achieving a stable abutment between the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a through the connection between the second connecting part 21 and the first connecting part 11. Of course, the second region surface 20a may also enclose the first region surface 10a; in this case, the depth of the concave surface will not affect the connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21, and this embodiment does not impose any limitations on this.
[0127] In other embodiments, the first region surface 10a is formed as a convex surface along the direction from the first side to the second side of the first direction.
[0128] In this embodiment, the first region surface 10a is formed as a convex surface and does not cover the second region surface 20a. The second region surface 20a is completely located outside the first region surface 10a. At this time, the second region surface 20a can cover part of the outer periphery of the power component 10. The atomizing device 20 forms a wrapping and constraint on the power component 10, which can increase the tightness of the connection and thus increase the connection stability. At the same time, during assembly, there is no need to operate the atomizing device 20, reducing the chance of leakage. Of course, it can also increase the aesthetic appearance.
[0129] Of course, in some embodiments, the first region surface 10a can also be formed as a curved surface similar to a quarter-circle arc surface. In this case, the first region surface 10a will not wrap around the second region surface 20a.
[0130] In other embodiments, the first region surface 10a is a composite surface. That is, in this embodiment, the first region surface 10a can be a combination of at least two surfaces, which can facilitate the adaptation to different structures of the power supply component 10.
[0131] In some embodiments, the first region surface 10a includes at least an end surface 10c and a non-end surface 10d, wherein the end surface 10c and the non-end surface 10d are different surfaces.
[0132] It is understood that end face 10c is the outer peripheral edge of the first region surface 10a, and the first region surface 10a is connected to the outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 (excluding the first direction) through end face 10c. Non-end face 10d is the collection of surfaces of the first region surface 10a other than end face 10c. End face 10c and non-end face 10d are different surfaces; that is, end face 10c and non-end face 10d are not on the same plane or the same curved surface. In this embodiment, the first region surface 10a can be a collection of at least two surfaces, which facilitates adaptation to different structures of the power supply assembly 10.
[0133] In some embodiments, the direction from the second side to the first side along the first direction (see Figures 16, 18, and 25) is such that the position of the end face 10c is higher than the position of the non-end face 10d, and at least a portion of the second region surface 20a is located on the second side of the end face 10c along the first direction.
[0134] In this embodiment, a height difference is formed between the end face 10c and the non-end face 10d, with the end face 10c protruding relative to the non-end face 10d, thereby forming a stepped structure between the end face 10c and the non-end face 10d. At least a portion of the second region surface 20a is located on the second side of the end face 10c along the first direction, that is, at least a portion of the second region surface 20a extends from the end face 10c toward the non-end face 10d. Thus, the first region surface 10a can form a groove-like structure with the cooperation of the end face 10c and the non-end face 10d, thereby increasing the connection convenience and the connection tightness between the power assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20. The second region surface 20a can fit against the non-end face 10d.
[0135] In the embodiment where the second region surface 20a abuts against the non-end surface 10d and the non-end surface 10d is formed as a plane, please refer to Figure 18. The maximum dimension of the end surface 10c exceeding the non-end surface 10d is d. The area enclosed by the two will not substantially enclose or constrain the atomizing device 20.
[0136] In other embodiments, along the direction from the second side to the first side of the first direction, the position of the end face 10c is lower than the position of the non-end face 10d, and at least a portion of the non-end face 10d is located within the second region surface 20a.
[0137] In this embodiment, a height difference is formed between the end face 10c and the non-end face 10d. The end face 10c is concave relative to the non-end face 10d, and the non-end face 10d is convex relative to the end face 10c. At least a portion of the non-end face 10d is located within the second region surface 20a, that is, the non-end face 10d can be wrapped by the second region surface 20a, which increases the tightness of the connection between the power component 10 and the atomizing device 20. At this time, the end face 10c can abut and fit against the second region surface 20a, so that the atomizing device 20 and the power component 10 have almost no gap on the outer contour of the aerosol generating device 100, which increases the aesthetic appearance.
[0138] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 24 to 27, the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are completely fitted together. That is, the shapes of the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a can be adapted to each other, which facilitates increasing the tightness of the connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20.
[0139] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 1 to 14, the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a abut against each other along a first direction; the power assembly 10 includes a first connecting portion 11 connected to the first region surface 10a, and the atomizing device 20 includes a second connecting portion 21 connected to the second region surface 20a. One of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 is inserted into the other along the first direction and connected to each other to realize the connection between the power assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20.
[0140] In other words, the first area surface 10a is the surface of the power supply component 10 used to connect with the atomizing device 20. The first connecting part 11 can be recessed relative to the first area surface 10a or protruding relative to the first area surface 10a. The surface of the first connecting part 11 is not part of the first area surface 10a. The first connecting part 11 can be integrally formed on the first area surface 10a or connected to the first area surface 10a by physical connection. No restrictions are imposed here.
[0141] The second region surface 20a is the surface of the atomizing device 20 used to dock with the power supply component 10. The second connecting part 21 can be recessed relative to the second region surface 20a or protruding relative to the second region surface 20a. The surface of the second connecting part 21 is not part of the second region surface 20a. The second connecting part 21 can be integrally formed on the second region surface 20a or connected to the second region surface 20a by physical connection. No limitation is made here.
[0142] One of the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is inserted into the other, that is, the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 are inserted into each other. This provides high connection stability, allowing the relative positions of the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 to be fixed, facilitating the supply of stable power. At the same time, even if subjected to slight vibration or impact during use, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 will not easily separate, maintaining a stable power supply. Of course, the insert-type connection also facilitates quick installation and disassembly.
[0143] It should be noted that the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 are inserted into each other. The first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can be simply plugged into each other, or the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can move relative to each other after insertion and then lock together. After the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 are docked, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are physically connected, and at the same time, an electrical connection can also be achieved.
[0144] The insertion connection of the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can also increase the connection stability between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20, and facilitate disassembly and assembly.
[0145] In some embodiments, the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 are anti-rotationally coupled.
[0146] In this embodiment, after one of the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is inserted into the other, the two will not rotate relative to each other. Once inserted into place, the connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can be achieved. Thus, the connection is quick and convenient, and the relative positions of the second connecting part 21 and the second connecting part 21 are fixed, resulting in high stability.
[0147] For example, in some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 7, one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 is a protrusion and the other is a slot, with the protrusion inserted into and engaged with the slot.
[0148] It is understandable that the first connecting part 11 can be a protrusion, with one end connected to the first area surface 10a and the other end protruding towards the second area surface 20a, and the second connecting part 21 can be a slot, with one end connected to the second area surface 20a and the other end recessed in a direction away from the first area surface 10a; or the second connecting part 21 can be a protrusion, with one end connected to the second area surface 20a and the other end protruding towards the first area surface 10a, and the first connecting part 11 can be a slot, with one end connected to the first area surface 10a and the other end recessed in a direction away from the second area surface 20a.
[0149] For example, the first connecting portion 11 is a protrusion, and the second connecting portion 21 is a slot. It is understood that in this embodiment, the protrusion can be a charged electrode post or a non-charged physical connection structure. Referring to Figures 5 to 7, a charging area 12 can be formed within the protrusion, and a receiving area 22 can be provided within the slot. When the protrusion is engaged with the slot, the receiving area 22 is inserted into the charging area 12.
[0150] In this embodiment, the protrusion and the slot are inserted and engaged, so the protrusion is not easy to fall out of the slot after it is inserted into place, which is highly stable. The first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 will not rotate relative to each other. At the same time, the structure of the protrusion and the slot is intuitive, and the connection can be completed with just one insertion without complicated operation steps. Of course, when disassembly is required, the disassembly operation is also relatively simple, which is convenient for replacing, cleaning or repairing the atomizing device 20.
[0151] Please refer to Figures 1 to 7. The first direction is parallel to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20, and the protrusion and the slot are aligned axially. Please refer to Figure 16. The first direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20, and the protrusion and the slot are aligned laterally (perpendicular to the first direction).
[0152] It is understood that in this embodiment, the number of the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is not limited; there can be one or more. The number of the first connecting part 11 can correspond one-to-one with the number of the second connecting part 21.
[0153] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 to 10, one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 is an elastic hook and the other is a hooking groove, with the elastic hook hooking onto the hooking groove.
[0154] It is understandable that the first connecting part 11 can be an elastic hook and the second connecting part 21 can be a hanging groove; or the second connecting part 21 can be an elastic hook and the first connecting part 11 can be a hanging groove.
[0155] In this embodiment, the cooperation between the elastic hook and the mounting slot allows the hook to be stably attached to the mounting slot through its elastic force, thus ensuring a secure connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20, preventing it from easily loosening or falling off. Simultaneously, when the elastic hook is attached to the mounting slot, a clicking sound or noticeable resistance allows the operator to confirm the connection is in place.
[0156] The specific construction of the elastic hook is not limited.
[0157] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 8 to 10. The elastic hook includes an elastic operating part 111 and a hook part 112 connected to each other. The elastic operating part 111 is exposed on the outer surface of the aerosol generating device 100. The hanging groove has a hanging wall 211. The elastic operating part 111 can deform under the action of external force to drive the hook part 112 into the hanging groove, and after the external force is removed, the hook part 112 is hooked on the hanging wall 211.
[0158] The flexible operating part 111 is exposed on the outer surface of the aerosol generating device 100. That is, the flexible operating part 111 can be seen from the outer surface of the aerosol generating device 100. In this way, it is convenient to apply an operating force to the flexible operating part 111 to realize the connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20.
[0159] It should be noted that the external force here includes external operating force and resisting force.
[0160] For example, taking the elastic hook connected to the first area surface 10a and the hanging groove connected to the second area surface 20a as an example, the hook 112 is connected to the side of the elastic operating part 111 facing the second area surface 20a. When it is necessary to assemble the power assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20, a pressing or pushing force is applied to the elastic operating part 111 to drive the hook 112 into the hanging groove. At this time, the pressing or pushing force can be removed. At this time, the elastic operating part 111 maintains elastic deformation when the hook 112 abuts against the groove wall of the hanging groove. When the hook 112 moves to the hanging wall 211, the hook 112 loses contact with the groove wall of the hanging groove, and the elastic operating part 111 restores its elastic deformation, so that the hook 112 hooks onto the hanging wall 211.
[0161] In this embodiment, the cooperation between the elastic operating part 111 and the hook part 112 enables a quick and reliable connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20. The connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 can only be achieved when the hook part 112 is attached to the mounting wall 211. After connection, the connection will not be broken by a simple pull-out action, reducing the risk of misoperation and increasing the reliability of the connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20. When disconnection is required, an operating force can be applied through the exposed elastic operating part 111, making the operation intuitive.
[0162] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 to 14, the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 can rotate relative to each other.
[0163] In this embodiment, after one of the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is inserted into the other, the two can be connected by relative rotation. That is, after insertion, they are not fully connected and need to be locked in place by rotation. In this case, misoperation can be effectively prevented, reducing the probability of the user accidentally pulling out or loosening the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 during use, and the overall reliability is high.
[0164] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 13 and 14, one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 includes a rotating protrusion, and the other includes a guide groove 21a and a locking groove 21b that are in communication with each other. The rotating protrusion can rotate along the guide groove 21a to lock into the locking groove 21b.
[0165] It is understood that the first connecting portion 11 may include a rotating protrusion, one end of which is connected to the first region surface 10a and the other end protruding toward the second region surface 20a, and the second connecting portion 21 may include a guide groove 21a and a locking groove 21b that are interconnected, and the guide groove 21a and the locking groove 21b may be arc-shaped and connected; or the second connecting portion 21 may include a rotating protrusion, one end of which is connected to the second region surface 20a and the other end protruding toward the first region surface 10a, and the first connecting portion 11 may include a guide groove 21a and a locking groove 21b that are interconnected.
[0166] During assembly, the rotating protrusion first engages with the guide groove 21a. At this time, there is no locking relationship between the rotating protrusion and the guide groove 21a. The rotating protrusion can rotate along the guide groove 21a toward the direction close to the locking groove 21b. When the rotating protrusion moves to the locking groove 21b, the locking groove 21b can lock and position the rotating protrusion, making it difficult for the rotating protrusion to come out.
[0167] It should be noted that the depths of the guide groove 21a and the locking groove 21b in the first direction may be different. For example, along the direction from the guide groove 21a to the locking groove 21b, the depths of the guide groove 21a and the locking groove 21b gradually increase. In this way, the guide groove 21a can guide the rotating protrusion so that the rotating protrusion can gradually extend into and lock into the locking groove 21b.
[0168] In this embodiment, the connection can be completed with a simple action of insertion and rotation, without the need for complicated tools or additional operating steps. The connection is highly stable, and rotation is also required when it needs to be removed, reducing the chance of the user accidentally pulling it out during use.
[0169] The number of rotating protrusions is unlimited; there can be one or more. The number of rotating protrusions corresponds one-to-one with the locking groove 21b.
[0170] It is understood that the rotating protrusion in the above embodiment rotates in a circumferential manner, and the docking cross-sectional shape of the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 is adapted to each other.
[0171] In other embodiments, referring to Figures 19 to 21, the atomizing device 20 can rotate relative to the center of the power supply assembly 10 by the relative rotation of the second connecting portion 21 and the first connecting portion 11. The first connecting portion 11 is located in the central region of the first regional surface 10a, and the second connecting portion 21 is located in the central region of the second regional surface 20a. The second regional surface 20a and the first regional surface 10a can be partially intersecting, that is, they do not need to completely overlap along the plane projection perpendicular to the first direction. In this way, the power supply assembly 10 can be adapted to atomizing devices 20 of various shapes, and is not limited to a cylindrical shape.
[0172] The first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can also be non-insertion type connections.
[0173] In some embodiments, a first connecting portion 11 is connected to a first region surface 10a, and a second connecting portion 21 is connected to a second region surface 20a. At least one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 forms a guide area so that the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 cooperate and connect in a preset direction to realize the connection between the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20.
[0174] The first connecting part 11 may be integrally formed on the first region surface 10a, or it may be physically connected to the first region surface 10a; there is no limitation on this. The second connecting part 21 may be integrally formed on the second region surface 20a, or it may be physically connected to the second region surface 20a; there is no limitation on this.
[0175] At least one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 has a guide area. It can be that one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 has a guide area, or both the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 have guide areas.
[0176] Here, the guide area enables the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 to be connected in a preset direction. The guide area can be a guide groove, a guide rail, or a magnetic attraction area, as long as it enables the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 to be connected in a preset direction.
[0177] It should be noted that the preset direction is the direction in which the guide area forms the guide. That is, although the first connecting part 11 is provided on the first area surface 10a and the second connecting part 21 is provided on the second area surface 20a, the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 may not necessarily cooperate along the first direction.
[0178] The guiding connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 makes the connection between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 simple and direct, providing users with connection guidance and facilitating disassembly and assembly.
[0179] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 24 to 27, 35 to 36, and 38 to 39, where the preset direction is the same as the first direction. That is, the connection direction of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 is the same as the relative direction of the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a. This allows the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a to directly engage along the first direction when the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 are connected along the first direction, making operation quick and convenient. When it is necessary to separate the power assembly 10 from the atomizing device 20, applying an operating force from the first direction can separate the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21, and also separate the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a.
[0180] In this embodiment, the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can be engaged along the first direction by magnetic attraction.
[0181] In other embodiments, as shown in Figures 28 to 34, the preset direction is perpendicular to the first direction. That is, the connection direction between the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 is perpendicular to the relative direction of the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a. In other words, during the connection process between the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21, the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a gradually come into contact. In this configuration, when it is necessary to separate the power assembly 10 from the atomizing device 20, a separation force needs to be applied from the preset direction. When a force is applied in the first direction to separate the first region surface 10a from the second region surface 20a, the power assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 will not separate, reducing the risk of user error.
[0182] In this embodiment, the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 can be connected along a preset direction by relative sliding, and the first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a can be abutted.
[0183] Of course, the preset direction can also be at an acute angle to the first direction, and there are no restrictions here.
[0184] The specific structure of the first connecting part 11 is not limited, and the specific structure of the second connecting part 21 is not limited.
[0185] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 25 to 27, 36, and 39, the first connecting portion 11 includes a first magnetic element, and the second connecting portion 21 includes a second magnetic element. The first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are magnetically engaged, and the surfaces of the first and second magnetic elements facing each other form a guide area. In this embodiment, the preset direction is the same as the first direction.
[0186] In this embodiment, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are connected by the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component. The magnetic attraction method is simple, which can reduce damage to the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20, reduce the phenomenon of loose or tight assembly caused by the snap-fit connection method, and facilitate disassembly.
[0187] In some embodiments, the first magnetic element is a magnet or an adsorbed metal adsorbed on the first region surface 10a, and / or the second magnetic element is a magnet or an adsorbed metal adsorbed on the second region surface 20a.
[0188] It should be noted that the above embodiments include various scenarios.
[0189] The first type: the first magnetic component is a magnet, and the second magnetic component is a magnet.
[0190] The second type: the first magnetic component is a magnet, and the second magnetic component is an adsorbed metal adsorbed on the surface of the second region 20a. Here, the adsorbed metal can be a metal such as iron or nickel.
[0191] The third type: The first magnetic component is an adsorbed metal adsorbed on the surface of the first region 10a, and the second magnetic component is a magnet. Here, the adsorbed metal can be a metal such as iron or nickel.
[0192] In this embodiment, the structural arrangement of the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component enables sufficient adsorption force between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply component 10, making the docking more stable and reliable.
[0193] In some embodiments, one of the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 includes a groove or slide rail, and the other includes a sliding portion that slides in cooperation with the groove or slide rail, the groove or slide rail defining a guide area.
[0194] In this embodiment, the preset direction can be perpendicular to the first direction.
[0195] For example, referring to Figures 28 to 33, a groove or slide rail is formed in the first connecting portion 11, and a sliding portion is formed in the second connecting portion 21. Referring to Figures 28 to 32, the atomizing device 20 slides in cooperation with the power supply assembly 10 from top to bottom along its axial direction on the paper, with a first direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20. The first region surface 10a and the second region surface 20a are in contact. In this case, the groove or slide rail extends in the vertical direction on the paper. Referring to Figure 33, the atomizing device 20 slides in cooperation with the power supply assembly 10 in the horizontal direction on the paper, with a first direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20. In this case, the groove or slide rail extends in the horizontal direction on the paper.
[0196] Referring to Figures 28 to 33, the first connecting portion 11 protrudes and bends from the first region surface 10a toward the second region surface 20a to define a groove or slide rail. The power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are constrained by the cooperation between the groove or slide rail and the sliding portion. Of course, the groove or slide rail may also be recessed into the first region surface 10a.
[0197] The slide or rail can be elongated, and can consist of two opposing tracks or a single track; there are no restrictions on this. Similarly, the direction of extension of the slide or rail can be at an acute angle to the vertical direction of the paper; there are no restrictions on this as well.
[0198] In this embodiment, through the sliding engagement of the sliding part with the sliding groove or slide rail, the user only needs simple linear movement to complete the docking and separation of the power component 10 and the atomizing device 20. During the connection process, the sliding groove or slide rail provides guidance, reducing the requirements for the user's operation direction and alignment. After docking the sliding part with the sliding groove or slide rail, the user can directly slide along the sliding groove or slide rail. The operation is convenient and direct, and the connection is tight. It can also reduce the probability of incorrect installation and reduce the risk of wear.
[0199] It is understood that in this embodiment, the extension direction of the chute or rail is the preset direction.
[0200] It is understood that the first connecting part 11 may include a slide groove or slide rail, and the second connecting part 21 may include a sliding part, or the second connecting part 21 may include a slide groove or slide rail, and the first connecting part 11 may include a sliding part; no limitation is made here.
[0201] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 includes a first positioning structure disposed on a first region surface 10a, and the atomizing device 20 includes a second positioning structure disposed on a second region surface 20a. The first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are positioned and cooperated to limit the sliding stroke of the sliding part on the slide groove or slide rail.
[0202] In this embodiment, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are configured to position the sliding part. That is, when the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are in cooperation, the sliding part cannot continue to move along the slide groove or slide rail in the current direction. At this time, the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20 are connected in place.
[0203] The specific construction of the first and second positioning structures is not limited; they can be magnetic structures or other types of structures, and no restrictions are placed here.
[0204] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 1 to 14, 36, 38 and 39. The power supply assembly 10 includes a charging region 12, and the atomizing device 20 includes a receiving region 22. The charging region 12 is disposed on a first region surface 10a, and the receiving region 22 is disposed on a second region surface 20a. The charging region 12 and the receiving region 22 are electrically connected to supply power to the atomizing device 20.
[0205] It should be noted that the conductive connection between the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 is not limited.
[0206] For example, the conductive engagement between the charging region 12 and the receiving region 22 can be a contact engagement. For instance, referring to Figures 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 25, 26, 29, and 31, the charging region 12 may include a pin or a spring, and the receiving region 22 may include an electrical contact. The pin or spring contacts the electrical contact to achieve conductive engagement. Alternatively, the charging region 12 may include an electrode post, and the receiving region 22 may include a pin or a conductive spring. The pin or conductive spring contacts the electrode post to achieve conductive engagement. Of course, the charging region 12 and the receiving region 22 can also be other physical structures capable of forming electrical contact, which is not limited here. In this case, after the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 are connected, the charging region 12 and the receiving region 22 also achieve electrical contact engagement.
[0207] For example, the conductive connection between the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 can be a non-contact connection. That is, after the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 are connected, the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 can be located in a predetermined position. In this position, the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 can achieve conductive connection without contact. In this case, the conductive connection between the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 can be wireless charging. For example, the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 achieve conductive connection through electromagnetic induction.
[0208] In this embodiment, the charging area 12 and the first connecting part 11 are located on the first area surface 10a, that is, on the same side of the power component 10 along the first direction. The receiving area 22 and the second connecting part 21 are located on the second area surface 20a, that is, on the same side of the atomizing device 20 along the first direction. Thus, when the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 are connected along the first direction, the charging area 12 can also cooperate with the receiving area 22 along the first direction. Since the charging area 12 and the first connecting part 11 are located on the same side, during assembly, only the first area surface 10a and the second area surface 20a need to be cooperated, without having to consider other surfaces of the atomizing device 20 and the power component 10, which increases the ease and comfort of assembly. At the same time, it can also reduce the impact on the appearance of other surfaces of the atomizing device 20 and the power component 10.
[0209] It should be noted that the first connecting part 11 and the charging area 12 can be two unrelated parts, and the second connecting part 21 and the power receiving area 22 can be two unrelated parts. In this case, please refer to Figures 2, 3, 9, 10, 12 and 13. The connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is only a physical connection. Alternatively, the first connecting part 11 and the charging area 12 can be the same component, and the second connecting part 21 and the power receiving area 22 can be the same component. In this case, the connection between the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21 is both a physical connection and an electrical connection.
[0210] For example, referring to Figures 6 and 7, the charging area 12 is part of the first connecting portion 11; the power receiving area 22 is part of the second connecting portion 21. That is, at this time, the charging area 12 and the first connecting portion 11 are the same component, and the power receiving area 22 and the second connecting portion 21 are the same component. The first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 are both physically and electrically connected. At this time, there is no need to set up an additional electrical connection structure, and the connection method between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 is simpler.
[0211] For example, please refer to Figures 6 and 7. The first connecting part 11 can be an electrode post, and the second connecting part 21 can be an electrical connection groove.
[0212] In some embodiments, the charging region 12 and the first connecting portion 11 are located on the same surface of the first region surface 10a. In this embodiment, the charging region 12 and the first connecting portion 11 can be the same component or unrelated parts. The first region surface 10a can be the same plane or the same curved surface; the first region surface 10a can also be a composite surface, and there is no limitation here.
[0213] In this embodiment, the charging area 12 and the first connecting part 11 are located on the same side, which can simultaneously achieve the alignment of the charging area 12 and the power receiving area 22 when connecting the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21, making docking convenient.
[0214] In other embodiments, the charging region 12 and the first connecting portion 11 are located on different surfaces of the first region surface 10a. In this embodiment, the charging region 12 and the first connecting portion 11 are unrelated parts, which facilitates the dispersion of the charging region 12 and the first connecting portion 11, and makes it easier to arrange the first connecting portion 11 and the charging region 12 separately, reducing the probability of docking interference and increasing docking reliability.
[0215] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 1 to 14, 35 and 36, the first direction is parallel to the axis of the atomizing device 20. That is, the atomizing device 20 is connected to the power supply assembly 10 along its axis, so that assembly can be performed with the axis of the atomizing device 20 as a reference, providing clear directional guidance.
[0216] For example, referring to Figures 1 to 14, the mating surfaces of the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 have roughly similar shapes. For example, when both the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are columnar or rod-shaped, after the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 are mated along the first direction, the aerosol generating device 100 can be columnar or rod-shaped, and the dimensions of the aerosol generating device 100, except for the axial direction, can be small, making it easy for the user to hold during use.
[0217] In other embodiments, referring to Figures 15-18, 24-34, 38, and 39, the first direction intersects the axial direction of the atomizing device 20. Exemplarily, the first direction may be perpendicular to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20.
[0218] In this embodiment, the connection direction between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply component 10 intersects with the axial direction of the atomizing device 20, which can reduce the size of the aerosol generating device 100 along the axial direction of the atomizing device 20, making the size of the aerosol generating device 100 more balanced in the first direction and the axial direction of the atomizing device 20.
[0219] In this embodiment of the application, the atomizing device 20 and the power supply component 10 can be combined to form aerosol generating devices 100 of different forms.
[0220] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 to 18 and Figures 28 to 33. The outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 along the first side of the second direction is a third region surface 10b, which is connected to the first region surface 10a. The outer surface of the atomizing device 20 along the second side of the second direction is a fourth region surface 20b, which is connected to the second region surface 20a.
[0221] It should be noted that the third region surface 10b is a general term for the outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 along the first side of the second direction. The third region surface 10b can be a single surface or a combination of multiple different surfaces. The third region surface 10b is exposed on the outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 and participates in forming the outer contour of the power supply assembly 10. The third region surface 10b does not include the surface formed by connecting structures such as protruding structures formed thereon. The third region surface 10b is connected to the first region surface 10a, that is, the third region surface 10b and the first region surface 10a are arranged adjacent to each other and are connected and cooperate with each other.
[0222] The fourth region surface 20b is a general term for the outer surface of the second side of the atomizing device 20 along the second direction. The fourth region surface 20b can be a single surface or a combination of multiple different surfaces. The fourth region surface 20b is exposed on the outer surface of the atomizing device 20 and participates in forming the outer contour of the atomizing device 20. The fourth region surface 20b does not include the surface formed by connecting structures such as protruding structures formed thereon. The fourth region surface 20b is connected to the second region surface 20a, that is, the fourth region surface 20b and the second region surface 20a are arranged adjacent to each other and connected and cooperate with each other.
[0223] The third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b abut against each other along the second direction. The second direction intersects with the first direction.
[0224] The third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b abutting in the second direction means that when the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 are aligned in the first direction, the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b are aligned in the second direction. At least partial contact between the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b further increases the tightness of the connection, reduces the probability of loosening, and also forms a connection support.
[0225] For example, please refer to Figures 17 to 18 and 29. When the first direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20, the second direction can be parallel to the axial direction of the atomizing device 20. In this case, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 can form a connection support through the cooperation of the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b.
[0226] In this embodiment, the atomizing device 20 or the power supply assembly 10 can be formed in an L-shape. For example, the power supply assembly 10 is formed in an L-shape and provides support for the atomizing device 20 through the third region surface 10b.
[0227] It is understandable that the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b abut against each other along the second direction. This can be achieved by completely fitting the entire third region surface 10b with the entire fourth region surface 20b. In this case, the shapes of the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b are compatible. Thus, the connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizing device 20 is tight, and the outer peripheral edges of the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b together form the outer contour of the aerosol generating device 100, reducing the gap between the parts and facilitating the increase of the flatness of the connection point, thereby increasing the aesthetic appearance of the aerosol generating device 100. Alternatively, either the third region surface 10b or the fourth region surface 20b may have a portion located outside the other. In this case, the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b are partially fitted. This can be achieved by the entire third region surface 10b being partially fitted with the fourth region surface 20b, or by a portion of the third region surface 10b being partially fitted with the fourth region surface 20b.
[0228] Along the second direction, the atomizing core 25, the first liquid storage chamber 23a, and the atomizing chamber 20d are all located outside the third region surface 10b. That is, they do not overlap with the third region surface 10b in the second direction.
[0229] Along the second direction, the maximum size of the fourth region surface 20b within the third region surface 10b can be zero or greater than zero, but the third region surface 10b basically does not form a wrapping constraint on the third region surface 10b.
[0230] It should be noted that the maximum size of the fourth region surface 20b within the third region surface 10b refers to the maximum size of the fourth region surface 20b within the area enclosed by the third region surface 10b.
[0231] For example, the maximum size of the fourth region surface 20b within the third region surface 10b is zero, meaning that the fourth region surface 20b is not located within the third region surface 10b. In this case, when the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b are joined, the third region surface 10b will not enclose the fourth region surface 20b; that is, the third region surface 10b will not form a groove-like structure that encloses the fourth region surface 20b. It should be noted that in this case, the fourth region surface 20b is entirely located outside the third region surface 10b. For example, the third region surface 10b may be entirely located outside the fourth region surface 20b. In this case, the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b are directly visible, facilitating connection and providing high visibility. The power supply assembly 10 can be operated to dock with the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of leakage during docking and increasing assembly reliability. Alternatively, the atomizing device 20 can be operated to dock with the power supply assembly 10, which offers greater assembly flexibility. In other examples, at least a portion of the third region surface 10b is located within the fourth region surface 20b. In this case, the power supply assembly 10 can be operated to dock with the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of leakage during docking and increasing assembly reliability.
[0232] For example, when the maximum size of the fourth region surface 20b within the third region surface 10b is greater than 0, at least a portion of the fourth region surface 20b will be enclosed within the range of the third region surface 10b, but the maximum enclosed size is small. During assembly, the structure on the third region surface 10b is clearly visible, facilitating assembly. At the same time, the power supply component 10 will hardly form any enclosing constraint on the atomizing device 20, reducing the probability of the atomizing device 20 being scratched during assembly and increasing the reliability of connection and conductive mating.
[0233] In this embodiment, when the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 are also in contact and engaged along the second direction, the power supply assembly 10 will not essentially enclose the atomizing device 20. Most of the structure of the atomizing device 20 is located outside the power supply assembly 10, increasing the visibility of the assembly.
[0234] It is understandable that when the atomizing device 20 and the power supply assembly 10 only abut against each other along the first direction, the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b may be non-intersecting or non-overlapping.
[0235] It should be noted that the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b may simply abut without any structure for realizing electrical or physical connection, or they may abut while also having a structure for realizing electrical and / or physical connection.
[0236] In some embodiments, the charging region 12 is located on the third region surface 10b, and the receiving region 22 is located on the fourth region surface 20b.
[0237] In this embodiment, the charging area 12 and the first connecting portion 11 are located on different sides of the power assembly 10, and the receiving area 22 and the second connecting portion 21 are located on different sides of the atomizing device 20. When the first connecting portion 11 and the second connecting portion 21 are aligned in a first direction, the charging area 12 and the receiving area 22 align in a second direction. This facilitates physical and electrical connections in different directions, increasing connection flexibility.
[0238] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 includes a third connection portion connected to a third region surface 10b, and the atomizing device 20 includes a fourth connection portion connected to a fourth region surface 20b. When the first connection portion 11 is connected to the second connection portion 21, the third connection portion and the fourth connection portion are connected along a second direction.
[0239] In this embodiment, connection structures can also be provided on the third region surface 10b and the fourth region surface 20b respectively. When the first connection part 11 is connected to the second connection part 21, the third connection part is connected to the fourth connection part to further increase the connection tightness between the power supply component 10 and the atomizing device 20.
[0240] It is understandable that the connection method of the third and fourth connecting parts is not limited, and can be the same as the insertion connection or non-insertion connection as the first connecting part 11 and the second connecting part 21.
[0241] The specific structure of the atomizing device 20 is not limited.
[0242] For example, please refer to Figures 4, 7, 10, 27, 33 and 36. The atomizing device 20 includes an atomizing component, which includes a first liquid storage element 23, an atomizing seat 24 and an atomizing core 25. The first liquid storage element 23 forms a first liquid storage cavity 23a for storing the aerosol generating matrix. The first liquid storage element 23 is connected to the atomizing seat 24, which forms an atomizing cavity 20d. The atomizing component also forms an air outlet channel 20c, which communicates with the atomizing cavity 20d. The aerosol generated after the atomizing matrix is atomized flows out through the atomizing cavity 20d and the air outlet channel 20c for user use.
[0243] It is understood that the atomizer base 24 may extend at least partially into the first liquid reservoir 23 for connection with it. The air outlet channel 20c may be defined by the first liquid reservoir 23, and the air outlet channel 20c is not interconnected with the first liquid reservoir chamber 23a. Of course, the air outlet channel 20c may also be defined by other structures, which are not limited here. The air outlet channel 20c may be coaxially arranged with the atomizing chamber 20d, or it may be at least partially non-coaxial, which are not limited here. The atomizer base 24 includes a cavity or space for accommodating the atomizing core 25 and a space for supporting the atomizing core 25.
[0244] The atomizing seat 24 can be located entirely outside the first region surface 10a, or partially within the first region surface 10a, but is basically not constrained by the first region surface 10a.
[0245] The atomizing core 25 is placed inside the atomizing chamber 20d to generate a matrix by atomizing aerosol.
[0246] The aerosol generating matrix can be guided to the atomizing core 25 via a liquid guiding component. The liquid guiding component is a structure that transmits or delivers the aerosol generating matrix to the atomizing core 25 via capillary action or other forces, including but not limited to ceramics, glass, quartz, or fibers. For example, the liquid guiding component can be a rigid structure with capillary pores, allowing it to guide the aerosol generating matrix to the atomizing core 25 via capillary action. The liquid guiding component can also be porous ceramic, porous metal, or porous glass, using a porous structure to guide the aerosol generating matrix to the atomizing core 25.
[0247] Of course, the aerosol generation matrix can also be directly guided to the atomizing core 25 through the atomizing seat 24, that is, there is no need to set up an additional liquid guiding component. In this case, the atomizing seat 24 can be porous ceramic, porous metal or porous glass.
[0248] Of course, in some embodiments, the atomizing seat 24 may also have a liquid guiding groove directly to guide the aerosol generating device 100 directly to the atomizing core 25.
[0249] It should be noted that a first liquid storage component 23 may form one first liquid storage chamber 23a or multiple first liquid storage chambers 23a. The first liquid storage chambers 23a and atomizing chambers 20d may correspond one-to-one, or one atomizing chamber 20d may correspond to multiple first liquid storage chambers 23a; there is no limitation here. Of course, the number of air outlet channels 20c may also be one or more; there is no limitation here either.
[0250] For example, referring to Figures 22 and 23, and Figures 35 and 36, the first liquid reservoir 23 and the atomizing seat 24 are arranged in separate compartments. The first liquid reservoir 23 and the atomizing seat 24 are located on the first side of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction shown in the figures. The first liquid reservoir 23 and the atomizing seat 24 are two independent structures, which are connected to form the atomizing device 20. In this case, the air outlet channel 20c is formed in the atomizing seat 24.
[0251] For example, an atomizing component may have only one atomizing chamber 20d.
[0252] In other embodiments, an atomizing component is provided with multiple atomizing chambers 20d, which can be connected in series. This facilitates the mixing of different types of aerosol generating matrices produced by multiple atomizing cores 25, thereby enriching the taste of the aerosols produced by the aerosol generating device 100.
[0253] Multiple atomizing chambers 20d can be connected in parallel to each other, connected to the same air outlet channel 20c, or correspond to different air outlet channels 20c respectively, without any restrictions.
[0254] Taking the direction of the air outlet channel 20c as upward as an example, the atomizing surface of the atomizing core 25 used to atomize the aerosol generation matrix can face upward or downward, and the atomizing surface is perpendicular to the air outlet channel 20c. Alternatively, the atomizing surface can be set at an acute angle to the air outlet channel 20c; or the atomizing surface can be set parallel to at least part of the air outlet channel 20c. For example, please refer to Figures 10 and 36, where the atomizing surface faces upward and is entirely aligned with the air outlet channel 20c, thus reducing the probability of airflow bends.
[0255] It should be noted that the connection method between the first liquid storage component 23 and the atomizing base 24 is not limited. It can be a movable connection, meaning that relative movement can occur between the first liquid storage component 23 and the atomizing base 24. For example, relative rotation, sliding, or translation can be used to connect or disconnect the flow path between the first liquid storage chamber 23a and the atomizing core 25. Of course, the first liquid storage component 23 and the atomizing base 24 can also be without relative rotation, meaning that the flow path between the first liquid storage chamber 23a and the atomizing core 25 is connected after docking.
[0256] Understandably, users can inhale aerosols by using an additional nozzle in conjunction with the atomizing device 20, or they can directly inhale aerosols through the end of the first liquid storage component 23 that has an air outlet channel 20c.
[0257] For example, at least a portion of the outer surface of the first liquid reservoir 23 is formed as a transparent or semi-transparent structure so that the liquid level of the first liquid reservoir 23a is visible to the user. Of course, the first liquid reservoir 23 can also be a non-transparent component, and this is not a limitation.
[0258] In other embodiments, the atomizing device 20 includes an atomizing assembly and an auxiliary assembly connected to each other along the axial direction.
[0259] For example, the additional component is provided with a second liquid storage chamber for storing the aerosol generation matrix, and the aerosol generation matrix in the second liquid storage chamber can flow to the atomization chamber 20d.
[0260] In this embodiment, the second liquid storage chamber enables the atomizing device 20 to have sufficient aerosol generation matrix to generate enough aerosol for continuous inhalation by the user.
[0261] For example, the liquid storage capacity of the second liquid storage chamber can be greater than that of the first liquid storage chamber 23a.
[0262] In some embodiments, the additional components include a battery assembly for powering the atomizing assembly so that the atomizing device 20 can atomize as a standalone module, and a power supply assembly 10 for charging the battery assembly.
[0263] In this embodiment, the additional component is electrically connected to the atomizing component, providing power to the atomizing component. Even without the power supply component 10, the atomizing device 20 can atomize independently, ensuring high reliability. In this case, the plug-in or guide-type connection between the atomizing device 20 and the power supply component 10 facilitates the removal of the atomizing device 20 from the power supply component 10 for independent atomization. When the battery pack's power is insufficient, it is reconnected to the power supply component 10 to obtain power.
[0264] It is understood that in this embodiment, the second connecting part 21 can be disposed on the atomizing component or on the additional component, and there is no limitation.
[0265] In embodiments where the additional component is provided with a second liquid storage chamber, the additional component may also include a battery component, thus enabling the atomizing device 20 to function as a standalone module and also increasing the content of the aerosol generating matrix.
