[0084] This application provides an aerosol generating device. Referring to Figures 1 to 6, the aerosol generating device includes a power supply assembly 10 and an atomizer 20.

[0085] The outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 includes a first surface 10a, and the first surface 10a has a power supply area 10b.

[0086] The outer surface of the atomizer 20 is provided with a power receiving area 20a, and a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0087] At least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a forms the outer edge of the power supply assembly 10.

[0088] The outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 refers to the surface of the power supply assembly 10 that can be directly observed from the outside when it exists independently without contacting other components in the aerosol generating device.

[0089] Understandably, the outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 includes multiple surfaces, which can be flat or curved.

[0090] The power supply area 10b refers to the part of the power supply component 10 used to output electrical energy through electrical connection, wireless charging, or other means.

[0091] The atomizer 20 is used to atomize the aerosol generating matrix and mix the atomized aerosol generating matrix with the airflow before discharging it for the user to inhale.

[0092] The power receiving area 20a refers to the part of the atomizer 20 that can obtain electrical energy through electrical connection, wireless charging, or other means.

[0093] A conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a, so that the power supply area 10b can supply power to the power receiving area 20a.

[0094] The outer edge of the power supply component 10 refers to the edge of the power supply component 10 that is directly exposed to the outside world.

[0095] It is understandable that the first surface 10a can be a plane or a curved surface.

[0096] It is understandable that the first surface 10a can be formed by a portion of the surface of a single part, or by a combination of the respective portions of multiple parts.

[0097] In some embodiments, at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10. That is, at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a is not obstructed by other parts of the power assembly 10, and thus can be directly exposed to the outside of the power assembly 10. In this way, by forming the edge of the first surface 10a as the outer edge of the power assembly 10, it is beneficial for at least a portion of the first surface 10a to be directly attached to the atomizer 20, so that the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a cooperate to form a conductive path.

[0098] Referring to Figures 2 and 3, all edges of the first surface 10a form the outer edge of the power supply assembly 10; referring to Figure 4, a portion of the edges of the first surface 10a form the outer edge of the power supply assembly 10.

[0099] In other embodiments, the outer surface of the power assembly 10 is provided with a receiving cavity 11, and a portion of the inner wall of the receiving cavity 11 forms a first surface 10a. A portion of the atomizer 20 extends into the receiving cavity 11. The atomizer 20 includes a main storage chamber 24, an atomizing chamber, and an atomizing core 25. The receiving area 20a is electrically connected to the atomizing core 25. The main storage chamber 24 contains a main storage cavity 24a, which is in fluid communication with the atomizing core 25. When the atomizer 20 is connected to the power assembly 10, the highest point of the receiving cavity 11 is not higher than the lowest point of the main storage cavity 24a, the atomizing chamber, and the atomizing core 25. That is, the power assembly 10 is placed on the first surface 10a, which can be a horizontal surface, an inclined surface, a vertical surface, etc. For example, the first surface 10a is a horizontal surface. When the atomizer 20 is connected to the power assembly 10, the atomizer 20 is located above the power assembly 10, and the highest point of the open edge of the receiving cavity 11 is not higher than the lowest point of the main storage cavity 24a and the atomizer core 25.

[0100] Here, the lowest point refers to the point where the structure or space is at its smallest vertical distance relative to the first surface 10a, and the highest point refers to the point where the structure or space is at its largest vertical distance relative to the first surface 10a. For example, the lowest point in the main storage cavity 24a and the atomizing core 25 refers to the point that is closest to the first surface 10a among the three, and the highest point of the opening edge of the receiving cavity 11 refers to the point where the highest point of the opening edge of the receiving cavity 11 is furthest from the first surface 10a.

[0101] In this way, the arrangement and size of the receiving cavity 11 and the first surface 10a will not affect the arrangement and size of the main storage cavity 24a, the atomizing cavity and the atomizing core 25, increasing the user's observability of the atomization process and the aerosol generation matrix, and also facilitating the compatibility of atomizers 20 of different shapes and sizes with the power supply assembly 10.

[0102] The aerosol generating device in this embodiment of the application is advantageous because the fit between atomizers 20 of different sizes and shapes and the first surface 10a is not interfered with by the portion of the power supply component 10 located outside the first surface 10a. This also facilitates the ability of the power receiving area 20a of atomizers 20 of different sizes and shapes to obtain electrical energy from the power supply area 10b of the power supply component 10, thereby improving the versatility of the power supply component 10. The aerosol generating matrix in the main storage cavity 24a can be absorbed by the atomizing core 25. After receiving electrical energy through the power supply area 10b, the atomizing core 25 can atomize the aerosol generating matrix by converting electrical energy into heat energy.

[0103] The specific electrical connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 is not limited, as long as the power supply method, shape, size and other factors of the two are compatible.

[0104] For example, the connection between the power supply area and the power receiving area can be wireless or electrical, achieved through physical structures such as pins, springs, contacts, magnets, and grooves.

[0105] In some embodiments, when the power supply area and the power receiving area are electrically connected using a solid structure, this solid structure can also simultaneously achieve a physical connection between the power supply component 10 and the atomizer 20. Thus, the power supply component 10 and the atomizer 20 can achieve both electrical and physical connection using a single solid structure, which helps simplify the assembly steps of the atomizer 20 and improves the assembly efficiency of the atomizer 20.

[0106] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 are physically connected via a solid structure, which may not require an electrical connection between them. Specifically, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 can be wirelessly connected. This way, only one set of physical structures needs to be assembled during assembly, simplifying the assembly process and improving efficiency. Alternatively, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 can be electrically connected via another set of physical structures. This allows for separate electrical and physical connections between the two sets of structures, without interference between them, thus improving the stability and reliability of both the electrical and physical connections.

[0107] In some embodiments, the atomizer 20 is provided with a connection hole, one end of which opens toward the power supply assembly 10. The atomizer 20 includes a conductive sheet and an atomizing body. The conductive sheet is bent and extended to form a connection portion and a conductive portion. At least part of the conductive portion is located on the side of the connection portion perpendicular to a first direction. The connection portion extends along the first direction and is electrically connected to the atomizing body. The conductive portion extends along the first direction and one end of it is electrically connected to the connection portion along the first direction. The other end of the conductive portion is spaced apart from the connection portion perpendicular to the first direction. The connection position between the conductive portion and the connection portion can produce elastic deformation, so that the gap between the conductive portion and the connection portion changes. At least part of the connection portion and at least part of the conductive portion are located in the connection hole. The power supply assembly 10 includes a first conductive rod. The first conductive rod extends along the first direction and forms a power supply area 10b. The first conductive rod is inserted into the connection hole and clamped between the conductive portion and the inner wall of the connection hole perpendicular to the first direction and electrically connected to the conductive portion. The conductive portion forms the power supply area. The change in the gap between the conductive portion and the connection portion is beneficial to maintaining the electrical conduction between the first conductive rod and the conductive portion, and is also beneficial to adapting to first conductive rods of different sizes and shapes.

[0108] For example, the atomizer includes a third conductive rod, the power supply assembly 10 includes a second conductive rod, the second conductive rod extends along a first direction and forms a power supply area 10b, the third conductive rod and the second conductive rod abut against each other along the first direction, and at least one of them can elastically extend and retract along the first direction so that the contact between the third conductive rod and the second conductive rod along the first direction remains stable, thus maintaining the stability of electrical conduction between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20.

[0109] For example, referring to Figures 26, 32, 33, and 34, the power supply assembly 10 includes a wireless charging transmitter 17, with a power supply area 10b located on the wireless charging transmitter 17. The atomizer 20 also includes a second battery 255 and a second wireless charging receiver, which are electrically connected. A power receiving area 20a is located on the wireless charging receiver. Thus, charging the power supply assembly 10 wirelessly improves the flexibility of powering the atomizer 20.

[0110] Understandably, the second battery 255 can achieve multiple charge and discharge cycles to extend the service life of the aerosol generation device.

[0111] The specific type of the second battery 255 is not limited, such as a lithium battery.

[0112] In some embodiments where there are multiple power supply areas 10b, one portion of the power supply area 10b is a wireless charging transmitter 17, and another portion of the power supply area is a third conductive element 14.

[0113] Thus, by making the specific form of the power supply area 10b different, users can accurately identify the atomizer 20 that is compatible with a specific power supply area 10b, thereby improving the user's ease of use.

[0114] It is understood that the multiple power supply areas 10b of the power supply assembly 10 may include at least two of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17 described above, so as to be adapted to the atomizer 20 having a conductive sheet, a second conductive rod, and a second wireless charging receiver, respectively.

[0115] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 are detachably connected. This allows for a fixed connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, stabilizing the relative position between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a, ensuring a stable power supply from the power supply assembly 10 to the atomizer 20 for normal operation. Simultaneously, it facilitates the replacement of either the power supply assembly 10 or the atomizer 20.

[0116] The specific number of 10a on the first side is not limited; it can be one or more, such as two, three, four, five, six, etc.

[0117] The specific number of power supply zones 10b is not limited; there can be one or more, such as two, three, four, five, six, etc.

[0118] In some embodiments, the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction. It should be noted that the first surface 10a being located on one side of the atomizer along the first direction means that, for a single first surface 10a, the atomizer 20 adapted to that first surface is located on one side of the first surface 10a along the first direction.

[0119] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 1 and 6, the atomizer 20 includes a first atomizer 21, the first atomizer 21 having a first air outlet 21a, one end of the first air outlet 21a along a first direction having a first air outlet 21b, the first air outlet 21b being connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device, and the power supply assembly 10 being disposed on the side of the first atomizer 21 away from the first air outlet 21b along the first direction.

[0120] The first air outlet channel 21a is used to discharge the atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow inside the first atomizer 21. The atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow are discharged to the outside of the aerosol generating device through the first air outlet 21b for the user to inhale.

[0121] This allows the power supply component 10 to utilize the space on the side of the first atomizer 21 opposite to the air outlet, reducing the probability that the user will be obstructed by the power supply component 10 when inhaling the atomized aerosol generation matrix through the air outlet; it also allows the power supply component 10 to be adapted to the first atomizer 21, which has a larger size perpendicular to the first direction, and makes the structure of the aerosol generation device more compact.

[0122] In some embodiments, the first air outlet channel 21a extends in a first direction, and the first air outlet 21b is located at one end of the first air outlet channel 21a along the first direction.

[0123] It is understandable that the first atomizer 21 may approach the power assembly 10 along the first direction until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; or at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a perpendicular to the first direction forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and the first atomizer 21 moves relative to the power assembly 10 perpendicular to the first direction, gradually making more of the first surface 10a and the first atomizer 21 face each other along the first direction from the edge of the first surface 10a forming the outer edge of the power assembly 10, until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0124] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction coincides with the projection portion of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0125] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction is located within the projection range of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0126] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction coincides with the projection of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0127] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction is located within the projection range of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction.

[0128] In some embodiments where the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, referring to Figures 7 and 8, the atomizer 20 includes a second atomizer 22, the second atomizer 22 is provided with a second air outlet 22a, one end of the second air outlet 22a along the second direction is provided with a second air outlet 22b, the second air outlet 22b is connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device, and the first direction intersects the second direction.

[0129] The second air outlet channel 22a is used to discharge the atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow inside the second atomizer 22. The atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow are discharged to the outside of the aerosol generating device through the second air outlet 22b for the user to inhale.

[0130] This allows the power supply assembly 10 to utilize the space of the second atomizer 22 perpendicular to the second direction, even when the second atomizer 22 has a larger size along the second direction, thereby reducing the overall size of the aerosol generating device along the second direction and making the overall size of the aerosol generating device more compact.

[0131] It is understandable that the second atomizer 22 may approach the power assembly 10 along the first direction until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; or at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a perpendicular to the first direction forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and the second atomizer 22 moves relative to the power assembly 10 along the second direction, gradually making more of the first surface 10a and the second atomizer 22 face each other along the first direction from the edge of the first surface 10a forming the outer edge of the power assembly 10, until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0132] In some embodiments, referring to FIG7, one end of the second atomizer 22 having a second air outlet 22b protrudes from the power supply assembly 10 along the second direction.

[0133] In some embodiments where the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, referring to FIG7, at least a portion of the second atomizer 22 protruding along the second direction from the power assembly 10 forms a mouthpiece 23, and a second air outlet 22b is provided on the mouthpiece 23. The mouthpiece 23 is used for the user to inhale, so that the atomized aerosol discharged from the second air outlet 22b generates a matrix for the user to inhale.

[0134] In some embodiments, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

[0135] In some embodiments, the number of first surfaces 10a is one and the number of power supply areas 10b is one, such that the first atomizer 21 and the second atomizer 22 are selectively matched with the power supply area 10b.

[0136] In other embodiments, there is one first surface 10a and multiple power supply areas 10b, so that the first atomizer 21 and the second atomizer 22 can be arranged opposite to the first surface 10a and each cooperate with a power supply area 10b.

[0137] In some other embodiments, there are multiple first surfaces 10a and one or more power supply areas 10b provided on each first surface 10a, so that the first atomizer 21 and the second atomizer 22 can be arranged opposite to different first surfaces 10a and cooperate with a power supply area 10b respectively.

[0138] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 9 and 10, the power supply assembly 10 has a first surface 10a on each of its opposite sides along a first direction.

[0139] This allows the power supply assembly 10 to be simultaneously or selectively paired with the atomizer 20 on both sides along the first direction, making the adaptation between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 more flexible. Furthermore, with the atomizer 20 set on both sides simultaneously, it increases the distance between the two atomizers 20, making it easier to adapt to atomizers 20 of different shapes and sizes.

[0140] It is understood that the two atomizers 20 adapted to both sides of the power assembly 10 along the first direction may have identical or different shapes and sizes. It is also understood that the power supply area 10b of the power assembly 10 may include at least two of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17. The two atomizers 20 adapted to both sides of the power assembly 10 along the first direction may each have two different types of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17 to adapt to different forms of power supply area 10b of the power assembly 10.

[0141] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the power supply assembly 10 includes a plurality of first surfaces 10a, which are circumferentially evenly arranged along a first axis 10c extending in a second direction.

[0142] This allows the power supply assembly 10 to work with multiple atomizers 20 simultaneously, making the adaptation between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizers 20 more flexible. It is understood that the multiple power supply areas 10b of the power supply assembly 10 may include at least two of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17. Each of the circumferentially arranged atomizers 20 has one of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17 to adapt to different forms of power supply areas 10b of the power supply assembly 10.

[0143] It is understandable that the first axis 10c extending in the second direction is a virtual straight line.

[0144] In some embodiments where the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, referring to Figures 2 and 3, the outer surface of the power assembly 10, other parts of which are outside the first surface 10a, do not protrude from the first surface 10a along the first direction, such that the peripheral edge of the first surface 10a completely forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and other parts of the power assembly 10 do not protrude from the first surface 10a.

[0145] This allows the first surface 10a to contact the atomizer 20 along the first direction before the other parts of the power assembly 10, so as to achieve the cooperation between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a, thereby reducing the probability of interference between the other parts of the power assembly 10 and the atomizer 20. This also makes the power assembly 10 adaptable to atomizers 20 of more shapes and sizes, thus improving the adaptability of the power assembly 10.

[0146] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 12 and 13, the power supply assembly 10 includes a first part 12 and a second part 13. The first part 12 is located on one side of the second part 13 along a second direction and protrudes from the second part 13 along the second direction. The second part 13 includes a protrusion 131 that protrudes from the first part 12 in a direction perpendicular to the second direction.

[0147] In some embodiments with a first part 12 and a second part 13, referring to FIG13, at least a portion of the surface of the first part 12 near the protrusion 131 forms a first surface 10a.

[0148] In this way, the atomizer 20 can be limited by the first part 12 and the protrusion 131, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0149] In some embodiments, the outer surface of the atomizer 20 is provided with a mounting cavity, which forms a mounting opening to communicate with the outside of the atomizer 20. The inner wall of the mounting cavity is provided with a power supply area 10b, and the portion of the power supply assembly 10 with the first surface 10a extends into the mounting cavity through the mounting opening.

[0150] Thus, the structure of the mounting cavity formed by the atomizer 20 can protect the conductive path formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a, so as to ensure stable power supply from the power supply area 10b to the power receiving area 20a.

[0151] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6, the outer surface of the atomizer 20 includes a second surface 20b, which is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, and the second surface 20b is provided with a power receiving area 20a.

[0152] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6, at least a portion of the edge of the second surface 20b forms the outer edge of the atomizer 20.

[0153] In other words, at least part of the edge of the second surface 20b is not obscured by other parts of the atomizer 20, and thus can be directly exposed to the outside of the atomizer 20.

[0154] Thus, by forming the edge of the second surface 20b of the outer edge of the atomizer 20, it is advantageous for at least a portion of the second surface 20b to be directly attached to the power supply assembly 10, so that the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a cooperate to form a conductive path, thereby facilitating the adaptation of atomizers 20 of different shapes and sizes to the power supply assembly 10.

[0155] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 and 8, the outer surface of the atomizer 20 includes a second surface 20b, which is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along a first direction. Other parts of the outer surface of the atomizer 20 outside the second surface 20b do not protrude from the second surface 20b along the first direction. The second surface 20b is provided with a power receiving area 20a.

[0156] This allows the second surface 20b to contact the power supply assembly 10 in the first direction before the other parts of the atomizer 20, thereby enabling the power supply area 10b to cooperate with the power receiving area 20a. This reduces the probability of interference between the other parts of the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10, and makes it easier for the power supply assembly 10 to adapt to atomizers 20 of more shapes and sizes.

[0157] The specific method of fluid communication between the main storage chamber 24a and the atomizing core 25 is not limited. For example, the atomizer 20 is provided with a supply channel, one end of which is open and connected to the main storage chamber 24a. The atomizing core 25 covers the other end of the supply channel so that the aerosol generating matrix in the main storage chamber 24a enters the supply channel and then contacts the atomizing core 25. Alternatively, the main storage chamber 24a is provided with an open opening, and the atomizing core 25 covers the open opening so that the aerosol generating matrix in the main storage chamber 24a can directly contact the atomizing core 25.

[0158] The specific structural form of the atomizing core 25 is not limited. The atomizing core 25 generally includes a liquid guiding element and an atomizing body. The atomizing body atomizes the aerosol-generating matrix that has penetrated the liquid guiding element and mixes it with the airflow to form an aerosol. The liquid guiding element transports or delivers the aerosol-generating matrix to the atomizing body, which can be done through capillary forces or other forces, including but not limited to ceramics, glass, quartz, or fibers. Of course, in some cases, the liquid guiding element can be omitted.

[0159] The atomizing body can generate a matrix by atomizing aerosols through methods such as heating atomization, ultrasonic atomization, and electromagnetic atomization, and there are no restrictions here.

[0160] The atomizing body includes a heating element, which uses heating to achieve the purpose of generating a matrix from atomized aerosol. Heating elements include, but are not limited to, resistance heating wires, heating meshes, heating films, etc., and may also include infrared, electromagnetic, laser and other heating elements.

[0161] In some embodiments, the atomizing core 25 includes a liquid-guiding cotton and a heating mesh. The liquid-guiding cotton has through-holes for airflow, and the heating mesh is disposed on the inner wall of the airflow holes and electrically connected to the power receiving area 20a. The liquid-guiding cotton is located on the outer surface opposite to the airflow holes and is in fluid communication with the main storage cavity 24a. The liquid-guiding cotton can absorb the aerosol generating matrix, and the heating mesh can convert electrical energy into heat energy to heat the aerosol generating matrix absorbed in the liquid-guiding cotton and atomize it. The atomized aerosol generating matrix is located in the airflow holes and mixes with the airflow in the airflow holes before being discharged from the atomizer 20.

[0162] In another embodiment, the atomizing core 25 includes a ceramic substrate, a base, and a heating element. The base has a matrix channel that communicates with the main storage cavity 24a. The inner wall of the matrix channel has a fixing hole that communicates with the outside of the base. The ceramic substrate is disposed within the fixing hole and is sealed to the inner wall of the fixing hole. The heating element is disposed on the side surface of the ceramic substrate opposite to the matrix channel and is electrically connected to the power receiving area 20a. The ceramic substrate can absorb aerosol to generate a matrix, and the heating mesh can convert electrical energy into heat energy to heat the aerosol-generating matrix absorbed in the liquid-conducting cotton and atomize it. The atomized aerosol-generating matrix is located in the airflow hole and mixes with the airflow in the airflow hole before being discharged from the atomizer 20.

[0163] In some embodiments, the heating element may be one of the heating body and heating mesh in the foregoing embodiments.

[0164] In some embodiments, the atomizing body is located at one end of the outlet channel along the extension direction of the outlet channel and is in fluid communication with the outlet channel, such that at least a portion of the atomizing body directly faces the outlet. In some embodiments, the atomizing body surrounds a through-hole atomizing cavity, one end of which is connected to one end of the outlet channel along the extension direction of the outlet channel. In some embodiments, in the straight direction of the extension direction of the outlet channel, the atomizing region of the atomizing body for forming the atomized aerosol is an atomizing surface, and the normal direction of the atomizing surface intersects the extension direction of the outlet channel.

[0165] In some embodiments, the number of atomizing cores 25 is one.

[0166] In some embodiments, the number of atomizing cores 25 is multiple.

[0167] In some embodiments with multiple atomizing cores 25, the atomizing cores 25 are arranged to form a through atomizing chamber, and the atomizing chambers of at least two atomizing cores 25 are connected in series. This facilitates the mixing of aerosol generating matrices of different types generated by the multiple atomizing cores 25, thereby enriching the flavor of the aerosol produced by the aerosol generating device.

[0168] In some embodiments, there are multiple main storage cavities 24a, and the atomizing cores 25 connected in series with each other are in fluid communication with different main storage cavities 24a.

[0169] In some embodiments, the atomizing chambers connected in series are connected to the same air outlet channel.

[0170] In some embodiments with multiple atomizing coils 25, the atomizing coils 25 are arranged to form a through atomizing chamber, and the atomizing chambers of at least two atomizing coils 25 are connected in parallel. In this way, it is beneficial for the aerosol generating matrix of different types of atomization produced by the multiple atomizing coils 25 to be discharged independently for the user to inhale.

[0171] In some embodiments, there are multiple main storage cavities 24a, and the atomizing cores 25 connected in parallel are in fluid communication with different main storage cavities 24a.

[0172] In some embodiments, the atomizing chambers connected in parallel are each connected to different air outlet channels, so that the user can independently inhale the aerosol discharged from any atomizing chamber.

[0173] In some embodiments, the atomizing chambers connected in parallel can be selectively connected to the same air outlet channel. That is, any one of the multiple atomizing chambers connected in parallel can be selectively connected to or isolated from the air outlet channel, so that the user can independently inhale the aerosol emitted by any one atomizing chamber, or the aerosol emitted by some or all of the multiple atomizing chambers connected in parallel can be mixed before being inhaled by the user, thus enriching the user experience.

[0174] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 16 and 29, the atomizing core 25 includes a first atomizing body 251 and a first conductive element 252. The first conductive element 252 is electrically connected to the first atomizing body 251, and the first atomizing body 251 is in fluid communication with the main storage cavity 24a. The first conductive element 252 forms a power receiving area 20a.

[0175] The first conductive element 252 transmits electrical energy to the first atomizer 251, and the first atomizer 251 converts the electrical energy into other forms of energy such as heat energy to generate a matrix by atomizing aerosol.

[0176] The first atomizer 251 can be the heating mesh or heating element in the aforementioned embodiments.

[0177] The specific structural form of the first conductive element 252 is not limited. In some embodiments, the first conductive element 252 forms the first conductive rod in the aforementioned embodiments. In other embodiments, the first conductive element 252 forms the third conductive rod in the aforementioned embodiments.

[0178] The first conductive component 252 is made of metal material, such as copper alloy or aluminum alloy.

[0179] In some embodiments, referring to FIG17, the atomizing core 25 includes a second atomizing body 253, a second conductive element 254, a second battery 255, and a charging element 256. The second atomizing body 253 is in fluid communication with the main storage cavity 24a. The second conductive element 254 is electrically connected to the second battery 255 and the second atomizing body 253 so that the second battery 255 supplies power to the second atomizing body 253. The charging element 256 is electrically connected to the second battery 255 and forms a power receiving area 20a.

[0180] The second battery 255 transmits electrical energy to the second atomizer 253, which converts the electrical energy into other forms of energy such as heat to generate a matrix from atomized aerosol.

[0181] The second atomizer 253 can be the heating mesh or heating element in the aforementioned embodiments.

[0182] In other words, even when disconnected from the power supply assembly 10, the atomizer 20 can still be powered by its own second battery 255 to atomize aerosols and generate a matrix.

[0183] Thus, the power supply assembly 10 is used to charge the second battery 255 in the atomizer 20 in order to extend the duration for which the atomizer 20 can atomize the aerosol generation matrix.

[0184] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 14 to 18, the aerosol generating device further includes an additional storage chamber 30, which has an additional storage cavity 30a for storing the aerosol generating matrix. The atomizer 20 is detachably connected to the additional storage chamber 30, and the additional storage cavity 30a is in fluid communication with the main storage cavity 24a.

[0185] The aerosol generation matrix in the additional storage chamber 30 can be replenished into the main storage chamber 24a to supply the atomizing core 25.

[0186] Thus, by setting up an additional storage chamber 30, the amount of aerosol generating matrix stored in the aerosol generating device is increased, thereby increasing the number of times the user can inhale; by disassembling and assembling the additional storage chamber 30, a new additional storage chamber 30 can be replaced after the aerosol generating matrix in the additional storage chamber 30a is exhausted, further extending the service life of the aerosol generating device.

[0187] The specific number of additional storage compartments 30 is not limited; there can be one or more. The specific number of additional storage compartments 30 can be two, three, four, five, etc.

[0188] In some embodiments with a first atomizer 21, referring to Figures 14, 15, 27 and 28, the auxiliary storage chamber 30 and the first atomizer 21 are located on the same side of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction, and the auxiliary storage chamber 30 is located on the side of the first atomizer 21 perpendicular to the first direction, so as to reduce the distance between the first atomizer 21 and the auxiliary storage chamber 30, and facilitate the auxiliary storage chamber 30 to replenish the aerosol production matrix into the first atomizer 21 in a timely manner.

[0189] In some embodiments where a second atomizer 22 is provided, referring to FIG18, the additional storage chamber 30 and the second atomizer 22 are arranged along a second direction, which helps to reduce the adverse effects of disassembly and assembly of the additional storage chamber 30 and the second atomizer 22 on the connection between the additional storage chamber 30 and the power supply assembly 10.

[0190] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 19, 20 and 31, the aerosol generating device further includes a mounting housing 40, which has a mounting space 40a. At least a portion of the atomizer 20 is located within the mounting space 40a, and at least a portion of the outer surface of the mounting housing 40 forms the outer surface of the aerosol generating device.

[0191] The housing 40 can cover the atomizer 20 to provide some protection.

[0192] It is understandable that, given a fixed size for the mounting housing 40, atomizers 20 of different sizes can occupy different amounts of space within the mounting space 40a. Thus, the compatibility of atomizers 20 of different sizes and shapes with the same mounting housing 40 helps maintain the overall external dimensions and shape of the aerosol generating device, improving the user experience; it also facilitates the adaptation of atomizers 20 with different volumes of the main storage chamber 24a.

[0193] Understandably, the mounting housing 40 can be detachably connected to at least one of the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10.

[0194] In some embodiments, the mounting housing 40 is detachably connected to the power assembly 10 and detachably connected to the atomizer 20, and the splitting force between the mounting housing 40 and the power assembly 10 is less than the splitting force between the mounting housing 40 and the atomizer 20.

[0195] The separation force between the mounting housing 40 and the power assembly 10 refers to the minimum force required to separate the mounting housing 40 from the power assembly 10.

[0196] Thus, during the disassembly of the aerosol generating device, the user applies force to the aerosol generating device, causing the mounting shell 40 to separate from the power supply component 10 before separating from the atomizer 20. This avoids the inconvenience caused by the mounting shell 40 remaining on the power supply component 10, which would hinder the subsequent reinstallation of the power supply component 10 and the atomizer 20.

[0197] In some embodiments, the mounting housing 40 is made of a light-transmitting material so that the user can observe the type of atomizer 20 and also easily observe and determine whether the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a are in a state of electrical conduction.

[0198] In some embodiments, the main storage chamber 24 is made of a light-transmitting material so that the user can observe the amount of aerosol-generating matrix in the main storage cavity 24a.

[0199] In some embodiments, the material of the additional storage chamber 30 is a light-transmitting material so that the user can observe the amount of aerosol-generating matrix in the additional storage chamber 30a.

[0200] The specific type of light-transmitting material is not limited, such as glass, engineering plastics, etc.

[0201] In some embodiments where a second surface 20b is provided, referring to Figures 2, 6, 24 and 25, the shape of the first surface 10a is the same as the shape of the second surface 20b.

[0202] In this way, on the one hand, it is beneficial to achieve a close fit between the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b, so as to maintain the stability of electrical conduction between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; on the other hand, the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b have the same shape, which can serve as an indicator during the user's installation of the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, thereby improving the convenience of user operation.

[0203] The specific shapes of the first face 10a and the second face 20b are not limited, such as circles, polygons, ellipses, oval shapes, etc.

[0204] In some embodiments, the first surface 10a is oval in shape, and the second surface 20b is oval in shape.

[0205] In some embodiments, the first surface 10a is rectangular in shape, and the second surface 20b is rectangular in shape.

[0206] In some embodiments, the first surface 10a is planar and the second surface 20b is planar.

[0207] In some embodiments, one of the shapes of the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b is a convex arc surface, and the other is a convex arc surface.

[0208] In some implementations, a first convex edge is provided on the periphery of a portion of the first surface 10a, and a second convex edge is provided on the periphery of a portion of the second surface 20b. When the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b are in contact, the first convex edge and the second convex edge can form a complete annular structure.

[0209] In some embodiments where a second surface 20b is provided, the area of the first surface 10a is the same as the area of the second surface 20b.

[0210] This facilitates a tighter fit between the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b, reducing the probability of separation caused by external objects contacting or exerting force on the first surface 10a or the second surface 20b; it also serves as an indicator during the user's installation of the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, improving the convenience of user operation.

[0211] In some embodiments where the number of first surfaces 10a is multiple, referring to FIG10, the multiple first surfaces 10a include a first sub-surface 10aa and a second sub-surface 10ab, the shape of the first sub-surface 10aa being different from the shape of the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0212] This makes it easier for users to determine which atomizer 20 is compatible with the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab by observing the difference in shape between the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab, as well as the shape of the corresponding second sub-surface 20b of the atomizer 20, thus improving the convenience of user operation.

[0213] It is understandable that the shape of the first sub-surface 10aa is the same as the shape of the second sub-surface 20b of its corresponding atomizer 20; the shape of the second sub-surface 10ab is the same as the shape of the second sub-surface 20b of its corresponding atomizer 20.

[0214] In some embodiments where the number of first surfaces 10a is multiple, referring to FIG10, the multiple first surfaces 10a include a first sub-surface 10aa and a second sub-surface 10ab, the area of the first sub-surface 10aa being different from the area of the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0215] This allows users to easily determine which atomizer 20 is compatible with the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab by comparing the area of the first sub-surface 10aa with the area of the second sub-surface 10ab, and thus improves the convenience of user operation.

[0216] It is understandable that the area of the first sub-surface 10aa is the same as the area of the second sub-surface 20b of its corresponding atomizer 20; the area of the second sub-surface 10ab is the same as the area of the second sub-surface 20b of its corresponding atomizer 20.

[0217] It is understood that the power supply area 10b on the first sub-surface 10aa may include one of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17, and the power supply area 10b on the second sub-surface 10ab may include one of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17 that is different from the power supply area 10b on the first sub-surface aaa, so that users can intuitively distinguish the differences between the atomizers 20 that are adapted to the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0218] In some embodiments where the power supply assembly 10 has multiple first surfaces 10a and the atomizer 20 has multiple second surfaces 20b, referring to Figures 24 and 25, the atomizer 20 has a second surface 20b on the side opposite to the air outlet of the air outlet channel, and one of the first surfaces 10a of the power supply assembly cooperates with it. The atomizer 20 has another second surface 20b on the side perpendicular to the extension direction of the air outlet channel, and another first surface 10a of the power supply assembly cooperates with it.

[0219] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, the power supply assembly 10 includes two first surfaces 10a, which are located on one side of the power supply assembly 10 along different directions.

[0220] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 23 and 24, the two first surfaces 10a have different shapes or sizes, and the atomizer 20 includes two second surfaces 20b, each adapted to a different first surface 10a. The power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 have two engagement modes: a first state and a second state. In the first state, referring to Figure 24, the power supply assembly 10 is located on the side of the atomizer 20 perpendicular to the extension direction of the air outlet channel; in the second state, referring to Figure 25, the power supply assembly 10 is located on the side of the atomizer 20 opposite to the air outlet of the air outlet channel. This allows for variations in the outer contour of the aerosol generating device to adapt to different usage scenarios and improve the user experience.

[0221] It is understandable that in the two first surfaces 10a and the two second surfaces 20b, the power supply area 10b of the first surface 10a and the power receiving area 20a of the second surface 20b that are adapted to each other have the same form. For example, in one set, the first surface 10a is provided with a wireless charging transmitter 17 and the second surface 20b is provided with a second wireless charging receiver.

[0222] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, the atomizer 20 includes two second surfaces 20b, which are located on one side of the atomizer 20 in different directions.

[0223] In some embodiments, the two first surfaces 10a have different shapes or sizes, and there are two atomizers, each atomizer 20 including a second surface 20b, so that the two first surfaces 10a respectively cooperate with two different atomizers 20. The forms of the receiving areas 20a of the two different atomizers can be the same or different.

[0224] The specific structure for achieving a detachable connection between the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10 is not limited.

[0225] For example, referring to Figures 1, 2, 6, 8, 10 and 13, one of the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 is provided with a groove 10d, and the other is provided with a slider 26. The groove 10d has an inlet and outlet at one end along its extension direction. At least a portion of the slider 26 can enter and exit the groove 10d through the inlet and outlet and can move within the groove 10d along its extension direction to switch the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 between a separated state and a connected state. In the connected state, the slider 26 can abut against the inner wall of the groove 10d to prevent the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 from separating along the first direction.

[0226] The guiding effect of the inner wall of the slide groove 10d can constrain the movement direction of the slider 26 within the slide groove 10d, thereby constraining the relative movement direction between the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10. This ensures that the relative movement direction between the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10 follows a predetermined direction, facilitating the formation of a conductive path between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a in the connected state, and also facilitating the separation between the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10.

[0227] In some embodiments, referring to FIG13, at least a portion of the atomizer 20 is located on the side of the power assembly 10 perpendicular to the first direction. A groove 10d extends linearly along the first direction, with the inlet and outlet located at one end of the groove 10d along the first direction. The groove 10d is open on the side perpendicular to the first direction to allow the slider 26 to slide within it. The atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 are constrained by the inner wall of the groove 10d and can move closer to or further apart from each other along the first direction. In the connected state, the inner wall of the groove 10d perpendicular to the first direction, closer to the side of the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 where the slider 26 is located, abuts against the slider 26.

[0228] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2 and 6, at least a portion of the atomizer 20 is located on one side of the power assembly 10 along a first direction. A groove 10d extends linearly perpendicular to the first direction, and one side of the groove 10d is open to allow the slider 26 to slide within it. The atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 are constrained by the inner wall of the groove 10d and can move closer to or further apart from each other perpendicular to the first direction. In the connected state, the inner wall of the groove 10d along the first direction, closer to the side of the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 where the slider 26 is located, abuts against the slider 26.

[0229] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 21 and 22, the slider 26 is located in the power assembly 10, at least a portion of the atomizer 20 is located on one side of the power assembly 10 along a first direction, and the groove 10d extends circumferentially about a second axis 10e extending along the first direction. The groove 10d is open on one side along the first direction so that the slider 26 can rotate within the groove 10d. The atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 are constrained by the inner wall of the groove 10d and can rotate relative to each other about the second axis 10e extending along the first direction. In the connected state, the inner wall of the groove 10d along the first direction near the side of the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 where the slider 26 is located abuts against the slider 26.

[0230] In some embodiments, one of the groove 10d and the slider 26 is located on the first surface 10a.

[0231] In some embodiments, referring to FIG23, one of the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 is provided with a buckle 15, and the other is provided with a slot 20c. One side of the slot 20c is open to form a slot inlet. The buckle 15 can elastically deform along the opening direction of the slot 20c. A part of the buckle 15 is inserted into the slot 20c through the slot inlet and stops and cooperates with the inner wall of the slot 20c perpendicular to the opening direction of the slot 20c.

[0232] With the clip 15 embedded in the slot 20c, the clip 15 maintains its embedded state due to its elastic potential energy. The clip 15 and the inner wall of the slot 20c stop each other, limiting the relative position between the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10, so that the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a are kept electrically connected. By applying external force to the clip 15, the clip 15 is disengaged from the slot 20c, so that the atomizer 20 and the power assembly 10 can be separated.

[0233] The buckle 15 can be made of engineering plastic, rubber or metal so that the buckle 15 can undergo elastic deformation.

[0234] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2 and 6, the atomizer 20 includes a first adsorption element 27, and the power supply assembly 10 includes a second adsorption element 16, wherein an adsorption force at least along a first direction can be generated between the first adsorption element 27 and the second adsorption element 16.

[0235] The first adsorption element 27 is located on the side of the atomizer 20 close to the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction, and the second adsorption element 16 is located on the side of the power supply assembly 10 close to the atomizer 20 along the first direction.

[0236] The atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10 can be limited along the first direction by the first adsorption member 27 and the second adsorption member 16. It is understood that a force greater than the adsorption force and opposite to the adsorption force is applied to the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction to separate the atomizer 20 and the power supply assembly 10.

[0237] The specific form of the adsorption force is not limited. For example, one of the first adsorption element 27 and the second adsorption element 16 is a magnet and the other is iron, so that a magnetic attraction force is generated between the first adsorption element 27 and the second adsorption element 16.

[0238] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 16, 17, 29 and 30, the power supply assembly 10 includes a first battery 18 for storing electrical energy to power the atomizer 20.

[0239] The specific type of the first battery 18 is not limited, such as a lithium battery.

[0240] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2, 29 to 31, the power supply assembly 10 further includes a third conductive element 14, the first battery 18 is electrically connected to the third conductive element 14, the third conductive element 14 is in contact with the power receiving area 20a to form an electrical connection, and the third conductive element 14 forms a power supply area 10b.

[0241] The power supply assembly 10 supplies power to the atomizer 20 directly through the third conductive element 14 in a physical connection to improve power supply efficiency.

[0242] The third conductive element 14 can be either the first conductive rod or the second conductive rod in the aforementioned embodiments.

[0243] Understandably, the first battery 18 can achieve multiple charge and discharge cycles to extend the service life of the aerosol generation device.

[0244] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 further includes a first wireless charging receiver electrically connected to the first battery 18 so as to charge the first battery 18 wirelessly, thereby improving the ease of use of the power supply assembly 10.

[0245] In some embodiments where a wireless charging transmitter 17 is provided, the wireless charging transmitter 17 may be electrically connected to the first battery 18 or may be connected to an external power source.

[0246] This application provides an aerosol generating device. Referring to Figures 1 to 6, 8, 26 and 27, the aerosol generating device includes a power supply assembly 10 and an atomizer 20.

[0247] The power supply assembly 10 has multiple power supply areas 10b. The outer surface of the power supply assembly 10 includes a first surface 10a, and the first surface 10a has at least one power supply area 10b.

[0248] The outer surface of the atomizer 20 is provided with a power receiving area 20a, and a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a. The atomizer 20 includes a first atomizer 21 and a second atomizer 22.

[0249] The first surface 10a includes a first sub-surface 10aa and a second sub-surface 10ab. The first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab have a first power supply area and a second power supply area, respectively. The first atomizer 21 and the second atomizer 22 have a first power receiving area and a second power receiving area, respectively. The first power supply area and the second power supply area are connected to the first power receiving area and the second power receiving area, respectively, to realize the connection between the first atomizer 21 and the second atomizer 22 and the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0250] The power supply assembly 10 has multiple power supply areas 10b, which can facilitate the power supply assembly 10 to supply power to multiple atomizers 20 at the same time, and can also facilitate the atomizer 20 to be adapted to one of the suitable power supply areas 10b.

[0251] The aerosol generating device in this embodiment of the application provides multiple power supply areas 10b, so that the power supply component 10 can be adapted to multiple atomizers 20. It can also be adapted to atomizers 20 of different shapes and sizes as needed, thereby improving the versatility of the power supply component 10. It is beneficial that the cooperation between atomizers 20 of different sizes and shapes and the first surface 10a is not interfered with by the part of the power supply component 10 located outside the first surface 10a, and that the power receiving area 20a of atomizers 20 of different sizes and shapes can obtain electrical energy from the power supply area 10b of the power supply component 10.

[0252] The aerosol generation matrix in the main storage chamber 24a can be absorbed by the atomizing core 25. After receiving electrical energy through the power supply area 10b, the atomizing core 25 can atomize the aerosol generation matrix by converting electrical energy into heat energy.

[0253] The power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20 are detachably connected. On the one hand, this allows for a fixed connection between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, ensuring a stable relative position between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a. This allows the power supply assembly 10 to stably supply power to the atomizer 20, enabling the atomizer 20 to function properly. On the other hand, it also facilitates the replacement of either the power supply assembly 10 or the atomizer 20.

[0254] In some embodiments, the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction. It should be noted that the first surface 10a being located on one side of the atomizer along the first direction means that, for a single first surface 10a, the atomizer 20 adapted to that first surface is located on one side of the first surface 10a along the first direction.

[0255] The number of the first surface 10a and the number of the power supply area 10b can be the same or different.

[0256] The number of power supply zones 10b set in the first face 10a can be one or more.

[0257] In some embodiments, the atomizer 20 is provided with an air outlet, one end of which is connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device.

[0258] The atomized aerosol generating matrix of the atomizer 20 can enter the air outlet channel and be discharged through the air outlet for the user to inhale.

[0259] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 1 and 6, the atomizer 20 includes a first atomizer 21, the first atomizer 21 having a first air outlet 21a, a first air outlet 21b at one end of the first air outlet 21a along a first direction, the first air outlet 21b being connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device, and a power supply assembly 10 being located at one end of the first atomizer 21 away from the first air outlet 21b along the first direction.

[0260] The first air outlet channel 21a is used to discharge the atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow inside the first atomizer 21. The atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow are discharged to the outside of the aerosol generating device through the first air outlet 21b for the user to inhale.

[0261] This allows the power supply component 10 to utilize the space on the side of the first atomizer 21 opposite to the air outlet, reducing the probability that the user will be obstructed by the power supply component 10 when inhaling the atomized aerosol generation matrix through the air outlet; it also allows the power supply component 10 to be adapted to the first atomizer 21, which has a larger size perpendicular to the first direction, and makes the structure of the aerosol generation device more compact.

[0262] In some embodiments, the first air outlet channel 21a extends in a first direction, and the air outlet is located at one end of the first air outlet channel 21a along the first direction.

[0263] In some embodiments, the maximum dimension of the first atomizer 21 in the cross-section perpendicular to the first direction is the first dimension, the maximum dimension of the first atomizer 21 in the first direction is the second dimension, and the ratio of the first dimension to the second dimension of the first atomizer 21 is not less than 1. That is, the first atomizer 21 has a larger dimension perpendicular to the first direction.

[0264] It is understandable that the first atomizer 21 may approach the power assembly 10 along the first direction until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; or at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a perpendicular to the first direction forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and the first atomizer 21 moves relative to the power assembly 10 perpendicular to the first direction, gradually making more of the first surface 10a and the first atomizer 21 face each other along the first direction from the edge of the first surface 10a forming the outer edge of the power assembly 10, until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0265] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction coincides with the projection portion of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0266] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction is located within the projection range of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0267] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction coincides with the projection of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction.

[0268] In some embodiments, in a projection plane perpendicular to the first direction, the projection of the power supply assembly 10 along the first direction is located within the projection range of the first atomizer 21 along the first direction.

[0269] Referring to Figures 8 and 26, the atomizer 20 includes a second atomizer 22, which has a second air outlet 22a. One end of the second air outlet 22a along the second direction has a second air outlet 22b, which is connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device. The power supply component 10 is located on the side of the second atomizer 22 perpendicular to the second direction, where the first direction intersects the second direction.

[0270] The second air outlet channel 22a is used to discharge the atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow inside the second atomizer 22. The atomized aerosol generating matrix and airflow are discharged to the outside of the aerosol generating device through the second air outlet 22b for the user to inhale.

[0271] This allows the power supply assembly 10 to utilize the space of the second atomizer 22 perpendicular to the second direction, even when the second atomizer 22 has a larger size along the second direction, thereby reducing the overall size of the aerosol generating device along the second direction and making the overall size of the aerosol generating device more compact.

[0272] In some embodiments, the maximum dimension of the second atomizer 22 in the second direction is a third dimension. The second atomizer 22 has a fourth dimension in a cross-section perpendicular to the second direction, and the ratio of the third dimension to the fourth dimension of the second atomizer 22 is not less than 1. The fourth dimension refers to the maximum dimension of the outer contour of the projection of the second atomizer 22 onto a plane perpendicular to the second direction. That is, the second atomizer 22 has a larger dimension in the second direction.

[0273] It is understandable that the second atomizer 22 may approach the power assembly 10 along the first direction until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; or at least a portion of the edge of the first surface 10a perpendicular to the first direction forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and the second atomizer 22 moves relative to the power assembly 10 along the second direction, gradually making more of the first surface 10a and the second atomizer 22 face each other along the first direction from the edge of the first surface 10a forming the outer edge of the power assembly 10, until a conductive path is formed between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0274] In some embodiments, the second atomizer 22 protrudes from both ends of the power supply assembly 10 along the second direction.

[0275] In some embodiments, referring to FIG26, one end of the second atomizer 22 having a second air outlet 22b protrudes from the power supply assembly 10 along the second direction.

[0276] In some embodiments where the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, referring to FIG26, at least a portion of the second atomizer 22 protruding along the second direction from the power assembly 10 forms a mouthpiece 23, and a second air outlet 22b is provided on the mouthpiece 23. The mouthpiece 23 is used for the user to inhale, so that the atomized aerosol discharged from the second air outlet 22b generates a matrix for the user to inhale.

[0277] In some embodiments, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.

[0278] In some embodiments where the number of first surfaces 10a is multiple, referring to Figures 3, 10 and 11, the power supply assembly 10 has first surfaces 10a on both opposite sides along a first direction.

[0279] Thus, the power supply assembly 10 can be adapted to the atomizer 20 on both sides of the first direction. With the atomizer 20 set on both sides at the same time, it is beneficial to increase the distance between the two atomizers 20, making it easier to adapt to atomizers 20 of different shapes and sizes.

[0280] It is understood that the two atomizers 20 adapted to both sides of the power assembly 10 along the first direction may have identical or different shapes and sizes.

[0281] In some embodiments, the power supply assembly 10 can be adapted to the atomizer 20 on both adjacent sides along the first direction, and their shapes and sizes can be exactly the same or different.

[0282] In some embodiments where the number of first surfaces 10a is multiple, referring to FIG11, the power supply assembly 10 includes multiple first surfaces 10a, which are circumferentially evenly arranged along a first axis 10c extending in a second direction.

[0283] This allows the power supply assembly 10 to work with multiple atomizers 20 simultaneously, making the adaptation between the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizers 20 more flexible.

[0284] It is understandable that the first axis 10c extending in the second direction is a virtual straight line.

[0285] In some embodiments where the first surface 10a is located on one side of the atomizer 20 along the first direction, referring to Figures 2 and 26, the outer surface of the power assembly 10, other parts of which are outside the first surface 10a, do not protrude from the first surface 10a along the first direction, such that the peripheral edge of the first surface 10a completely forms the outer edge of the power assembly 10, and other parts of the power assembly 10 do not protrude from the first surface 10a.

[0286] This allows the first surface 10a to contact the atomizer 20 along the first direction before the other parts of the power assembly 10, so as to achieve the cooperation between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a, thereby reducing the probability of interference between the other parts of the power assembly 10 and the atomizer 20. This also makes the power assembly 10 adaptable to atomizers 20 of more shapes and sizes, thus improving the adaptability of the power assembly 10.

[0287] In some embodiments with an air outlet and an air outlet, referring to FIG26, the air outlet is connected to the outside of the aerosol generating device, and a portion of the atomizer 20 protrudes from the power supply assembly 10 in a first direction to form a protrusion 131 and the air outlet is located at the protrusion 131.

[0288] This helps to reduce the adverse effects of the power supply component 10 on user operation during the process of users inhaling the atomized aerosol matrix through the air outlet, thereby improving the convenience of user operation.

[0289] Understandably, at least a portion of the protrusion 131 forms the suction nozzle 23.

[0290] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 12 and 13, the power supply assembly 10 includes a first part 12 and a second part 13. The first part 12 is located on one side of the second part 13 along a second direction and protrudes from the second part 13 along the second direction. The second part 13 includes a protrusion 131 that protrudes from the first part 12 in a direction perpendicular to the second direction.

[0291] In some embodiments with a first part 12 and a second part 13, referring to FIG29, at least a portion of the surface of the first part 12 near the protrusion 131 forms a first surface 10a.

[0292] In this way, the atomizer 20 can be limited by the first part 12 and the protrusion 131, thereby improving the stability of the connection between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a.

[0293] The shape of the first face 10a is not limited, such as circle, polygon, ellipse, oval, etc.

[0294] In some embodiments where the number of first surfaces 10a is multiple, referring to FIG10, the shape of the first sub-surface 10aa is different from the shape of the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0295] This makes it easier for users to determine which atomizer 20 is compatible with the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab by observing the difference in shape between the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab, thus improving the convenience of user operation.

[0296] In some embodiments where there are multiple first faces 10a, referring to FIG10, the area of the first sub-face 10aa is different from the area of the second sub-face 10ab.

[0297] This makes it easier for users to determine which atomizer 20 is compatible with the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab by comparing the area of the first sub-surface 10aa and the area of the second sub-surface 10ab, thus improving the convenience of user operation.

[0298] It is understood that the power supply area 10b on the first sub-surface 10aa may include one of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17, and the power supply area 10b on the second sub-surface 10ab may include one of the first conductive rod, the third conductive rod, and the wireless charging transmitter 17 that is different from the power supply area 10b on the first sub-surface aaa, so that users can intuitively distinguish the differences between the atomizers 20 that are adapted to the first sub-surface 10aa and the second sub-surface 10ab.

[0299] The specific shape of the second side 20b is not limited, such as circle, polygon, ellipse, oval, etc.

[0300] In some embodiments where a second surface 20b is provided, referring to Figures 2, 6, 24 and 25, in the power supply region 10b and the power receiving region 20a forming a conductive path, the shape of the first surface 10a where the power supply region 10b is provided is the same as the shape of the second surface 20b where the power receiving region 20a is provided.

[0301] In this way, on the one hand, it is beneficial to achieve a close fit between the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b, so as to maintain the stability of electrical conduction between the power supply area 10b and the power receiving area 20a; on the other hand, the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b have the same shape, which can serve as an indicator during the user's installation of the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, thereby improving the convenience of user operation.

[0302] In some embodiments where a second surface 20b is provided, in the power supply region 10b and the power receiving region 20a forming a conductive path, the area of the first surface 10a where the power supply region 10b is provided is the same as the area of the second surface 20b where the power receiving region 20a is provided.

[0303] This facilitates a tighter fit between the first surface 10a and the second surface 20b, reducing the probability of separation caused by external objects contacting or exerting force on the first surface 10a or the second surface 20b; it also serves as an indicator during the user's installation of the power supply assembly 10 and the atomizer 20, improving the convenience of user operation.
