[0001] Related applications
[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application filed on April 16, 2025, with application number 2025104769302, entitled "Power Supply System for Fracturing Well Site, Fracturing Well Site System and Power Supply Method for Fracturing Well Site", the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] This application relates to the technical field of oil and gas field fracturing, and in particular to a power supply system for fracturing well sites, a fracturing well site system, and a power supply method for fracturing well sites. Background Technology
[0004] Currently, traditional oilfield fracturing operations use diesel engines to drive plunger pumps. Due to the advantages of electric motors, such as low cost, low noise, and high power density, electric fracturing using electric motors to drive plunger pumps is gradually becoming the mainstream method. However, using electric motors requires a power source. Existing solutions include direct connection to the power grid, but grid installation is time-consuming and costly; furthermore, the power required for well site operations is large and cannot meet the short-term high-power load demands during fracturing operations, as the power grid capacity is insufficient. Therefore, utilizing vehicle-mounted mobile generator sets to provide power to the electric motors driving the plunger pumps at oilfield fracturing well sites has become a new approach.
[0005] In some smaller well sites, electric fracturing operations are carried out using a combination of mobile generator sets and electrically driven fracturing equipment. Compared to traditional diesel generator sets, this method has a higher power density, resulting in a smaller well site layout area. It also reduces noise and emissions during operation. The entire fracturing well site uses a single generator set; if this generator set malfunctions and shuts down, it will cause a power outage at the well site. If the fracturing operation is in the sand-addition phase, it can also lead to well blockage.
[0006] As well sites grow larger and their power demands increase, a single generator set may not be sufficient to meet the operational needs of some high-power well sites. To ensure smooth operations, multiple generator sets often need to be used in parallel at the fracturing well site. In this situation, if one generator set malfunctions and shuts down, the load will immediately shift to other operating generators, causing them to overload and eventually shut down, resulting in a complete power outage at the well site. If the fracturing operation is in the sand-addition phase, this could also lead to well blockage.
[0007] To prevent well blockage during fracturing operations due to generator power outages, fracturing sites now utilize a combination of diesel-driven and electric-driven equipment. When the electric-driven fracturing equipment shuts down due to a power outage, the diesel-driven fracturing can continue. This method avoids sand blockage accidents caused by sudden generator power failures. While this improves efficiency to some extent, it doesn't significantly reduce the footprint and noise levels of fully electric fracturing sites, and its economic advantages haven't been maximized. [0030] The technical solutions of the embodiments of this application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this application, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this application.
[0031] This application proposes a power supply system for fracturing well sites, applied to construct such a system. The system includes generator-end equipment and power-consuming equipment, with the generator-end equipment supplying power to the power-consuming equipment. The generator-end equipment includes power distribution equipment and generator units. The power-consuming equipment includes at least electrically driven fracturing equipment.
[0032] In this application, on the one hand, by adopting generator sets, electric fracturing equipment and other components to form a fully electrified well site, the investment in well site equipment is reduced, the economy of fuel use is improved, the well site operation process is optimized, and at the same time, the area of fracturing well site is reduced, well site noise is reduced, and pollutant emissions are reduced.
[0033] On the other hand, when adopting full-voltage fracturing operations, in order to avoid well blockage accidents caused by the complete shutdown of the generator set during the fracturing operation, the power generation unit and the electric drive fracturing equipment are grouped separately. This way, if a power generation unit fails, it will not affect other power generation units, thus completing the power supply task while avoiding well blockage accidents.
[0034] The following is a detailed description of the power supply system and fracturing well site system provided in the embodiments of this application, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0035] In one embodiment, a fracturing well site power supply system and a fracturing well site system constructed based on the fracturing well site power supply system are provided.
[0036] Referring to Figure 1, one embodiment of the fracturing well site power supply system includes: multiple sets of power distribution equipment 10, each power distribution equipment 10 including an incoming line section 110 and an outgoing line section 120, the outgoing line section 120 including multiple outgoing switch cabinets each having an outgoing circuit breaker 121; multiple sets of power generation units 20, the multiple sets of power generation units 20 being electrically connected to the incoming line sections 110 of the multiple sets of power distribution equipment 10; and multiple sets of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30, which are electrically connected to the outgoing line sections 120 of the multiple sets of power distribution equipment 10, each set of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 including multiple electrically driven fracturing equipment 30, each electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 being connected to one of the said outgoing circuit breakers 121 (see Figure 2).
[0037] Unless otherwise specified, when this application involves multiple groups or multiple items, the quantity refers to at least two. Multiple groups means two or more types, and multiple items means two or more items.
[0038] The power distribution unit 10 is used to supply electrical energy from the power generation unit 20 to the electric fracturing equipment 30. As shown in Figure 1, the incoming line section 110 of each power distribution unit 10 includes multiple incoming switch cabinets, each of which has an incoming circuit breaker. The multiple incoming circuit breakers of the incoming line section 110 of each power distribution unit 10 are numbered sequentially from CB1 to x, and can also be referred to as the first incoming circuit breaker, the second incoming circuit breaker, ... the Xth incoming circuit breaker. The outgoing line section 120 includes multiple outgoing switch cabinets, each of which includes an outgoing circuit breaker 121. The multiple outgoing circuit breakers 121 of the outgoing line section 120 of each power distribution unit 10 are numbered sequentially from CB1 to y, and can also be referred to as the first outgoing circuit breaker, the second outgoing circuit breaker, ... the Yth outgoing circuit breaker.
[0039] The power generation unit 20 can have any suitable type, and this application embodiment does not specifically limit it. The power generation unit 20 includes, for example, at least one of an internal combustion engine generator set, a solar panel, and an energy storage device. Optionally, the types of each group of power generation units 20 are different. Each group of power generation units 20 includes at least one power source. The at least one power source is connected in parallel or arranged in parallel. Furthermore, the power generation unit 20 can adopt one or more forms such as vehicle-mounted, mobile skid-mounted, semi-trailer-mounted, etc., and this application embodiment does not specifically limit it.
[0040] The electrically driven fracturing unit 30 is configured, for example, to pressurize low-pressure fracturing fluid and deliver it to the formation below well 60. For example, the electrically driven fracturing unit 30 may include an electric motor and a fracturing pump, and the electrically driven fracturing unit 30 may be in a skid-mounted, vehicle-mounted, or semi-trailer loading configuration. The electric motor can be controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter may include a frequency converter used to connect to and control the electric motor on the electrically driven fracturing unit 30. The frequency converter may also be in a skid-mounted, vehicle-mounted, or semi-trailer loading configuration. The fracturing pump is, for example, a plunger pump.
[0041] The electrically driven fracturing unit 30 may also include a lubrication system. The lubrication system includes, for example, an electric motor, a lubrication pump, a lubrication oil tank, and a radiator. The lubrication pump delivers the lubrication oil from the lubrication oil tank to the radiator for cooling, and then delivers the lubrication oil cooled by the radiator to the fracturing pump.
[0042] In addition, as shown in Figure 1, the power supply system for the fracturing well site also includes auxiliary equipment 40. Auxiliary equipment 40 supplies power to all electrically driven fracturing equipment 30. Auxiliary equipment 40 includes, for example, a sand mixing device 410, which supplies power to all electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 via a low-pressure pipeline 420.
[0043] Auxiliary equipment 40 may also include, for example, a mixing and supplying fluid device and a sand supply device. In some cases, the fracturing fluid injected into the well 60 is a sand-carrying fluid, which is produced by mixing water, sand, and chemical additives to suspend the sand particles in the fracturing fluid. For example, water and chemical additives can be mixed in the mixing and supplying fluid device to form a mixed fluid. The mixed fluid in the mixing and supplying fluid device and the sand in the sand supply device are then mixed together in the sand mixing device to form the sand-carrying fracturing fluid required for the operation. The sand mixing device 410 delivers the formed low-pressure fracturing fluid to the inlet of the electrically driven fracturing device 30, which pressurizes the low-pressure fracturing fluid and delivers it to the high-pressure pipeline 310.
[0044] In this embodiment, the fracturing well site system also includes a power generation monitoring center 70 and a fracturing monitoring center 80, which are used to monitor the working status of each power generation unit 20 and the working status of each electric fracturing device 30, respectively.
[0045] In this application, multiple power generation units 20 can be divided into groups A, B...N, multiple electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 can be divided into groups a, b...n; multiple power distribution equipment 10 can be divided into groups (1), (2)...(X), and multiple wells 60 can be divided into well I, well II...X. For example, taking the power generation units 20 as divided into two groups A and B, and the electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 as divided into two groups a and b, the working principle of the fracturing well site power supply system of this application embodiment will be explained in detail.
[0046] Group A power generation unit 20 is connected to multiple incoming circuit breakers CB1 to x of group (1) power distribution equipment 10, and multiple outgoing circuit breakers 121 (CB1 to y) of group (1) power distribution equipment 10 are connected to each electric fracturing device 30 in group a. Similarly, group B power generation unit 20 is connected to multiple incoming circuit breakers CB1 to x of group (2) power distribution equipment 10, and multiple outgoing circuit breakers 121 (CB1 to y) of group (2) power distribution equipment 10 are connected to each electric fracturing device 30 in group b.
[0047] For example, there are two wells 60, namely well I and well II. Part of the electric fracturing equipment 30 in group a supplies well I, and the remainder supplies well II. Part of the electric fracturing equipment 30 in group b supplies well I, and the remainder supplies well II.
[0048] Specifically, the number of electrically driven fracturing units 30 in group a is, for example, four. The number of electrically driven fracturing units 30 in group b is, for example, four. Of the four electrically driven fracturing units 30 in group a, two supply well I and the other two supply well II. Of the four electrically driven fracturing units 30 in group b, two supply well I and the other two supply well II.
[0049] For Well I and Well II: Well I is equipped with four electrically driven fracturing units 30, and the power supply for these four units includes Group A power generation unit 20 and Group B power generation unit 20. Well II is also equipped with four electrically driven fracturing units 30, and the power supply for these four units also includes Group A power generation unit 20 and Group B power generation unit 20. Thus, if either Group A power generation unit 20 or Group B power generation unit 20 fails and shuts down, both Well I and Well II will still have one power generation unit 20 supplying power, preventing well blockage accidents.
[0050] In this application, by grouping the power generation unit 20 and the electric fracturing equipment 30, and dividing the electric fracturing equipment 30 into two or more independently operating groups, the power supply to the electric fracturing equipment 30 of each well 60 is not limited to a single power generation unit 20. However, each power generation unit supplies power independently without interference. If one power generation unit 20 fails, it will not affect the other power generation units 20. This not only completes the power supply task but also avoids well blockage accidents. When the power generation unit 20 and the electric fracturing equipment 30 are divided into two or more groups, the principle is similar, and so on, without further explanation.
[0051] Furthermore, multiple auxiliary power supplies 50 are connected to an automatic transfer switch 510, and the automatic transfer switch 510 simultaneously supplies power to the auxiliary equipment 40. The multiple auxiliary power supplies 50 supply power to the auxiliary equipment 40 shared by each electrically driven fracturing unit 30 through the automatic transfer switch 510.
[0052] For example, the automatic transfer switch 510 connects two auxiliary power supplies 50, group A and group B. When auxiliary power supply 50 of group A fails, it immediately switches to auxiliary power supply 50 of group B, which is not faulty, so as to realize the rapid recovery of auxiliary equipment 4040.
[0053] The fracturing well site system of this embodiment includes the fracturing well site power supply system described above, and multiple wells 60. Each group of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 is divided into multiple subgroups to supply power to different wells 60.
[0054] Another embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, is a further improvement upon one of the embodiments. In this embodiment, the incoming lines 110 of each power distribution device 10 are connected in parallel via a busbar 130. Thus, each power distribution device 10 is connected to a group of power generation units 20 (A, B...N). Multiple groups of power generation units 20 supply power in parallel. In this embodiment, the outgoing circuit breaker 210 (CB in Figure 2) of the power generation unit 20 can be connected to the incoming circuit breaker of each power distribution device 10. Auxiliary equipment 40, such as a sand mixing device, can be connected to one of the outgoing circuit breakers 121 of any power distribution device 10.
[0055] For example:
[0056] Auxiliary equipment 40 is connected to CB1 (first outgoing circuit breaker) of group (1) power distribution equipment 10. If group A power generation unit 20 fails, the outgoing circuit breaker 210 of group A power generation unit 20 will open. At this time, by the opening state of the outgoing circuit breaker 210 of group A power generation unit 20, the CB2~y of group (1) power distribution equipment 10 connected to part a electric drive equipment can be disconnected, that is, the second outgoing circuit breaker 121, the third outgoing circuit breaker 121...the Yth outgoing circuit breaker 121 of group (1) power distribution equipment 10 can be disconnected, thereby disconnecting part a electric drive fracturing equipment 3010. The opening state of the outgoing circuit breaker 210 of each group of power generation unit 20 can be monitored by the power generation monitoring center 70.
[0057] If the B group power generation unit 20 malfunctions, the output circuit breaker 210 of the B group power generation unit 20 will trip. At this time, through the tripped state of the output circuit breaker 210 of the B group power generation unit 20, the outgoing circuit breakers CB2~y of the (2) group power distribution equipment 10 connected to the B part electric drive equipment can be disconnected, that is, the second outgoing circuit breaker, the third outgoing circuit breaker... the Yth outgoing circuit breaker of the (2) group power distribution equipment 10 can be disconnected, thereby disconnecting the B part electric drive fracturing equipment 30. If the N group power generation unit 20 malfunctions, the same logic applies.
[0058] It should be noted that in this embodiment, each group of power generation units 20 is connected in parallel to supply power. Therefore, taking the failure of group A power generation unit 20 as an example, the outgoing circuit breaker CB2~y of group (2) power distribution equipment 10 can be disconnected, thereby disconnecting part b of the electric fracturing equipment 30.
[0059] In this way, when a fault occurs in a certain group of power generation units 20, the outgoing circuit breaker 121 of the power distribution equipment 10 can be controlled to disconnect, thereby achieving load shedding.
[0060] In this embodiment, the power interface of the auxiliary device 40 can be connected to any outgoing circuit breaker 121 of any power distribution device 10. The power supply to the auxiliary device 40 will not be interrupted regardless of a fault in any generator set, ensuring that the auxiliary device 40 remains powered. Alternatively, the power supply method for the auxiliary device 40 in this embodiment can be the same as that described in Figure 1, i.e., using the auxiliary power supply 50 mode of one of the embodiments described in Figure 1.
[0061] As shown in Figure 3, another embodiment is obtained by further improving upon another embodiment. The difference between this other embodiment and the aforementioned other embodiment is that:
[0062] In another embodiment, a first control module 710 is further included. The first control module 710 is connected to each power generation unit 20. The first control module 710 is configured with a mapping relationship between multiple sets of power generation units 20 and all outgoing circuit breakers 121. During the fracturing well site operation, the first control module 710 acquires information on the power generation units 20 that are not in use among the multiple sets of power generation units 20, and disconnects the outgoing circuit breaker 121 corresponding to the power generation unit 20 that is not in use.
[0063] The first control module 710 is located in the power generation monitoring center 70. The first control module 710 communicates with each power distribution device 10 and power generation unit 20 via wired or wireless means. Optionally, the first control module 710 communicates with each power distribution device 10 and power generation unit 20 via an Ethernet cable 720. Optionally, the power supply method of the auxiliary equipment 40 is the same as in another embodiment, and will not be described again. The activation status information of the power generation unit 20 can be obtained by monitoring the status of its output circuit breaker 210.
[0064] In this embodiment, the generator units 20 are pre-grouped according to their maximum power and the power consumption of the electric fracturing equipment 30, and a mapping relationship is established. Specifically, the controller pre-assigns groups A, B, ... N of the generator units 20 to the corresponding outgoing circuit breakers 121 of the power distribution equipment 10. Generally, the maximum output power of each generator unit 20 is different, and the number of electric fracturing equipment 30s corresponding to the power of each generator unit 20 is also different. The circuit breaker signals of each generator unit 20 can be arbitrarily grouped across the power distribution equipment 10 to the outgoing circuit breakers 121 of the power distribution equipment 10.
[0065] For example, assuming that the power of generator unit 20 in group A is smaller than that of generator unit 20 in group B, generator unit 20 in group B can interlock more outgoing circuit breakers 121. Assume that auxiliary equipment 40 is connected to CB1 of power distribution equipment 10 in group (1), that is, connected to the first outgoing circuit breaker of power distribution equipment 10 in group (1). At this time, generator unit 20 in group A can be pre-set to interlock CB2 to CB3 of outgoing section 120 of power distribution equipment 10 in group (1), that is, interlock the second and third outgoing circuit breakers of power distribution equipment 10 in group (1). Group B power generation unit 20 is interlocked with the outgoing circuit breakers CB4~y of group (1) power distribution equipment 10, that is, the fourth outgoing circuit breaker to the yth outgoing circuit breaker of group (1) power distribution equipment 10 is interlocked, and the outgoing circuit breakers CB4~y of group (2) power distribution equipment 10 and the outgoing circuit breakers CB1~2 of group (X) power distribution equipment 10 are interlocked; the N generator set is interlocked with the outgoing circuit breakers CB4~y of group (2) power distribution equipment 10.
[0066] In this embodiment, if a power generation unit 20 malfunctions, the controller automatically disconnects the corresponding outgoing circuit breaker 121 according to the pre-set grouping settings to shed the load. This ensures that if one or more power generation units 20 malfunction, the load of the subsequently connected electric fracturing equipment 30 will not be transferred to other remaining fault-free power generation units 20, ensuring that well site operations can continue and preventing well blockage.
[0067] As shown in Figure 4, another embodiment is a further improvement upon another embodiment. The difference between this second embodiment and the previous embodiment is that:
[0068] The power supply system for the fracturing well site includes a first control module 710 and a second control module 810. The second control module 810 communicates with each electrically driven fracturing device 30 and the first control module 710 via wired or wireless means. The second control module 810 monitors the power information and total power information of each electrically driven fracturing device 30 in real time and sends this information to the first control module 710. The first control module 710 is connected to each power generation unit 20 and is used to determine and disconnect a portion of the outgoing circuit breakers 121 based on the total output power of multiple power generation units 20 during fracturing well site operations.
[0069] The second control module 810 is located in the fracturing monitoring center 80. The second control module 810 reads the real-time power of all electrically driven fracturing equipment 30, adds them up to the total power, and sends the data to the first control module 710.
[0070] Similar to another embodiment and yet another embodiment, in this embodiment, the auxiliary device 40 can be connected to one of the outgoing circuit breakers 121 of any of the power distribution equipment 10. The power supply to the auxiliary device 40 will not be interrupted regardless of a fault in any generator set, and the auxiliary device 40 will always remain powered.
[0071] Each power distribution device 10 can be connected to each group of electric fracturing equipment 30 in an interval connection manner, that is, (1) the power distribution device 10 is connected to the group a electric fracturing equipment 30, (2) the power distribution device 10 is connected to the group b electric fracturing equipment 30, and so on.
[0072] When a power generation unit 20 fails, the first control module 710 automatically calculates the maximum output power capacity of the remaining power generation units 20 and compares it with the total power sent from the second control module 810 to determine how many outgoing circuit breakers 121 need to be disconnected, thereby ensuring that the load power does not exceed the maximum output power of the remaining power generation units 20.
[0073] In some embodiments, the first control module 710 is used to: sequentially disconnect each outgoing circuit breaker 121 until the total output power is not less than the total power when the total output power of the multiple sets of power generation units 20 is less than the total power of the electric fracturing equipment 30. That is, the controller is pre-configured with the sorting relationship of each outgoing circuit breaker 121, so that each outgoing circuit breaker is automatically disconnected according to the sequence number from smallest to largest.
[0074] This ensures that if one or more power generation units 20 fail, the load of the subsequent electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 will not be transferred to other remaining fault-free power generation units 20, thus ensuring that well site operations can continue and preventing well blockage.
[0075] For example, referring to Figure 4, assume that auxiliary equipment 40 is connected to CB1 of group (1) power distribution equipment 10, that is, connected to the first outgoing circuit breaker of group (1) power distribution equipment 10. Each power distribution equipment 10 has 10 outgoing circuit breakers 121, each electric fracturing device 30 has a power of 2MW, and the output power of group A power generation unit 20 is 30MW. When group A power generation unit 20 fails, the first control module 710 disconnects 15 outgoing circuit breakers 121 according to calculations. Then, the first control module 710 automatically disconnects CB2 to 10 of group (1) power distribution equipment 10 and disconnects CB1 to 6 of group (2) power distribution equipment 10.
[0076] In this embodiment, the first control module 710 sequentially disconnects each outgoing circuit breaker 121 until the total output power is not less than the total power. Of course, the first control module 710 can disconnect the outgoing circuit breakers 121 according to other algorithm rules.
[0077] For example, the first control module 710 sequentially selects and disconnects one outgoing circuit breaker 121 from each of the power distribution equipment 10. When all the power distribution equipment 10 disconnects one outgoing circuit breaker 121 but the total output power is still less than the total power, the system repeats the process of sequentially selecting and disconnecting one outgoing circuit breaker 121 from each of the power distribution equipment 10.
[0078] In this way, if one or more power generation units 20 fail, as many power distribution equipment 10s as possible can be put into use at the same time, so that each well 60 can have some electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 supplying the well 60 normally.
[0079] Referring to Figure 5, one embodiment of this application proposes a method for power supply to a fracturing well site, including the following steps:
[0080] S100, connect multiple sets of power generation units 20 to the incoming line section 110 of multiple sets of power distribution equipment 10 respectively, and the outgoing line section 120 of each power distribution equipment 10 includes multiple outgoing switch cabinets, each with an outgoing circuit breaker 121.
[0081] S200, Multiple sets of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 are electrically connected to the output terminals 120 of multiple sets of power distribution equipment 10 and supplied to multiple wells 60, wherein each set of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 includes multiple electrically driven fracturing equipment 30, each electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 is connected to an output circuit breaker 121, and the multiple electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 in each set of electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 supplies to different wells 60.
[0082] Referring to Figure 1, by grouping the power generation unit 20 and the electric fracturing equipment 30 into two or more independent groups of equipment, and dividing the area, the power supply to the electric fracturing equipment 30 of each well 60 is not limited to one power generation unit 20. However, each power generation device supplies power independently without interfering with each other. If any power generation unit 20 fails, it will not affect other power generation units 20. Thus, while completing the power supply task, it can also avoid well blockage accidents.
[0083] Referring to Figure 2, in some embodiments, the method further includes the step: S300, disconnecting the outgoing circuit breaker 121 of the corresponding power distribution equipment 10 according to the open state of the outgoing circuit breaker 210 of the power generation unit 20.
[0084] In this embodiment, when a power generation unit 20 malfunctions, the output circuit breaker 210 of that power generation unit 20 is disconnected, and the operator can disconnect the corresponding outgoing circuit breaker 121 of the power distribution equipment 10. When the corresponding outgoing circuit breaker 121 of the power distribution equipment 10 is not connected to the auxiliary equipment 40, all outgoing circuit breakers 121 of the power distribution equipment 10 are disconnected. When one outgoing circuit breaker 121 of the corresponding power distribution equipment 10 is connected to the auxiliary equipment 40, the other outgoing circuit breakers 121 on the power distribution equipment 10 are disconnected.
[0085] Referring to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the following steps are also included:
[0086] S400: Monitor and acquire information on power generation units 20 that are not in use among multiple groups of power generation units 20.
[0087] S500, disconnect the outgoing circuit breaker 121 corresponding to the unactivated power generation unit 20.
[0088] In this embodiment, the first control module 710 of the monitoring center of the power generation unit 20 can obtain information about the power generation unit 20 that is not in use (i.e., information about the power generation unit 20 that has malfunctioned). For example, the tripping status of the output circuit breaker 210 of the power generation unit 20 can be used to determine whether a fault has occurred. Then, the first control module 710 disconnects the output circuit breaker 121 corresponding to the power generation unit 20 that has malfunctioned.
[0089] Referring to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the following steps are also included:
[0090] S600: Obtain the power information and total power information of each of the electrically driven fracturing devices 30.
[0091] S700. During fracturing well site operations, based on the total output power of the multiple sets of power generation units 20, determine and disconnect some outgoing circuit breakers 121.
[0092] Further, step S700 includes:
[0093] S710, when the total output power of the multiple sets of power generation units 20 is less than the total power of the electric fracturing equipment 30, each outgoing circuit breaker 121 is disconnected in sequence until the total output power is not less than the total power. For example, the first control module 710 disconnects each outgoing circuit breaker 121 in sequence until the total output power is not less than the total power.
[0094] Alternatively, step S700 includes:
[0095] S720, when the total output power of the multiple sets of power generation units 20 is less than the total power of the electric fracturing equipment 30, one outgoing circuit breaker 121 is selected and disconnected from each of the power distribution equipment 10 in sequence.
[0096] S730. When all power distribution equipment 10 disconnects one outgoing circuit breaker 121 but the total output power is still less than the total power, the process of repeatedly disconnecting one outgoing circuit breaker 121 from each power distribution equipment 10 in turn is repeated.
[0097] In this embodiment, when a power generation unit 20 fails, the first control module 710 automatically calculates the maximum output power capacity of the remaining power generation units 20 and compares it with the total power sent from the second control module 810 to determine how many outgoing circuit breakers 121 need to be disconnected, thereby ensuring that the load power does not exceed the maximum output power of the remaining power generation units 20. This ensures that after one or more power generation units 20 fail, the load of the subsequent electrically driven fracturing equipment 30 will not be transferred to other remaining fault-free power generation units 20, ensuring that well site operations can continue and preventing well blockage.
[0098] The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined in any way. For the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered to be within the scope of this specification.
