Detailed Implementation

[0252] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of this utility model clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of this utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this utility model, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this utility model, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the protection scope of this utility model.

[0253] With the rapid development of new energy technologies, energy storage cabinets, as a new type of energy storage device, are playing an increasingly important role in the new energy industry due to their many advantages. These advantages are mainly reflected in improving energy utilization, saving costs, protecting the environment, improving grid reliability, supporting the integration of renewable energy, and realizing the upgrading and transformation of microgrids.

[0254] Energy storage cabinets can be applied in various fields, including photovoltaic (PV) power generation, wind power generation, new energy vehicles, and power ancillary services, each offering different benefits. For example, in PV power generation, energy storage cabinets can balance power generation and consumption, improving the utilization rate of PV power. During peak PV power generation periods, the energy storage system can store excess energy and release it during peak demand periods, thus achieving peak shaving and valley filling and optimizing power supply. In the new energy vehicle sector, energy storage cabinets can provide charging services, enabling energy replenishment for new energy vehicles. Furthermore, energy storage systems can also utilize the batteries of new energy vehicles as energy storage devices, facilitating interaction between the new energy vehicle and the energy storage system and improving the efficiency of new energy vehicle use.

[0255] Energy storage cabinets typically consist of a cabinet and energy storage modules housed within it. These modules can be battery packs, battery clusters, etc. Taking battery packs as an example, in the design and assembly of energy storage cabinets in related technologies, a cabinet with a receiving cavity is usually designed first to accommodate the battery pack, and then the battery pack is inserted into the receiving cavity. In this type of energy storage cabinet, the installation of the battery pack is greatly affected by the receiving cavity, making it difficult for the battery pack to fully utilize the space of the receiving cavity, thus affecting the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet.

[0256] Analysis of the structure of the energy storage cabinet reveals that it is assembled by first installing the battery pack outside and then inside. That is, the cabinet body is formed first, and then the battery pack is installed inside the cabinet. During the installation process, the battery pack needs to be inserted into the receiving cavity under the action of external force. In order to prevent damage to the battery pack, the battery pack is usually installed in a relatively gentle way. For example, a gap is left between the battery pack and the cavity wall. This installation method cannot make full use of the space of the receiving cavity, thus affecting the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet.

[0257] In addition, the battery pack is installed using an insert method, which makes the installation of the battery pack more difficult and makes the overall assembly process of the energy storage cabinet more complicated.

[0258] Based on the above situation and problems, this application provides an energy storage cabinet that allows for the installation of energy storage modules from the inside out. That is, after the energy storage modules are installed, the cabinet surrounds the outer periphery of the energy storage modules. This allows for a tight fit between the cabinet and the energy storage modules, which can improve the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet. On the other hand, surrounding the energy storage modules with the cabinet can also reduce the assembly difficulty of the energy storage cabinet and simplify the assembly process.

[0259] Based on the aforementioned energy storage cabinet, this application also provides an energy storage system and an electrical device, which can be a new energy vehicle, etc. The energy storage system can provide charging services for new energy vehicles.

[0260] The energy storage system includes an energy storage cabinet and a power distribution bus module. The power distribution bus module is connected to the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet. The power distribution bus module does not occupy the internal space of the energy storage cabinet, which helps to save the internal space of the energy storage cabinet and also facilitates the maintenance of the power distribution bus module.

[0261] Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of an energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of another energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 3 shows a schematic diagram of yet another energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0262] In this embodiment, please refer to Figures 1 to 3. For the energy storage system, the energy storage cabinet 10 and the power distribution bus module 20 can have various combinations depending on different site requirements. The energy storage system can include at least two energy storage cabinets 10 and at least one power distribution bus module 20. At least two energy storage cabinets 10 are connected in series in the horizontal or vertical direction. For example, in the example shown in Figure 1, one energy storage cabinet 10 is used with one power distribution bus module 20, which is connected to the energy storage cabinet. For example, in the example shown in Figure 2, two energy storage cabinets 10 are connected in series to form a whole. The two energy storage cabinets 10 share a power distribution bus module 20, which is connected to the outer wall of one of the energy storage cabinets 10. For another example, in the example shown in Figure 3, eight energy storage cabinets 10 are used with four power distribution bus modules 20. The eight energy storage cabinets 10 are divided into two groups and arranged in two rows. The four power distribution bus modules 20 are respectively connected to the outer walls of the two rows of energy storage cabinets 10.

[0263] In this embodiment, the power distribution bus module 20 can monitor and control the status and charging / discharging process of the energy storage module 12 (refer to Figure 10), and protect the energy storage module 12 from abnormal conditions such as overcharging, over-discharging, and overcurrent. The power distribution bus module 20 can be designed using existing related structures; however, its structure can also be optimized, for example, by making it flat to facilitate connection of the power distribution bus module 20 to the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0264] The above-mentioned arrangement of energy storage systems makes the energy storage system more compact in structure, which is conducive to the layout of the energy storage system on the site and can improve the space utilization of the site while simplifying the layout.

[0265] In addition to the above, in other embodiments, the quantitative relationship between the energy storage cabinet 10 and the power distribution bus module 20 can be changed. For example, four energy storage cabinets 10 can be paired with two power distribution bus modules 20. It should be understood that the embodiments of this application do not limit the specific combination of the energy storage system. The combination of the energy storage cabinet 10 and the power distribution bus module 20 can be reasonably selected according to the specific site conditions and usage requirements.

[0266] Figure 4 shows a schematic layout of an energy storage converter according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 5 shows a schematic layout of another energy storage converter according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0267] In some embodiments, referring to Figure 4, the energy storage system also includes a power conversion system (PCS). The power conversion system 30 adopts an independent centralized design concept. The power conversion system 30 is isolated from other parts of the energy storage system. Multiple power distribution modules 20 can share one power conversion system 30. The power conversion system 30 can be connected to each power distribution module 20 in the energy storage system.

[0268] In some other embodiments, referring to Figure 5, the energy storage system also includes an energy storage converter 30 (PCS), which adopts an external design concept and is integrated into the power distribution bus module 20. This integrated design of the energy storage converter 30 can optimize the layout of the energy storage system on site.

[0269] Figure 6 shows a front view of an exhaust structure provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 7 shows a side view of an exhaust structure provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 8 shows a top view of an exhaust structure provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0270] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 to 8, the energy storage system further includes an exhaust structure 40, which includes a plurality of gas collection pipes 41 arranged at intervals along the height direction of the energy storage module 12 and an exhaust pipe 42 connected to each gas collection pipe 41. The gas collection pipes 41 are connected to the gas path of the energy storage module 12.

[0271] When the internal temperature of the energy storage module 12 rises due to charging and discharging cycles, the high-temperature gas can be discharged from the gas passage into the gas collection pipe 41 and then discharged from the energy storage system through the exhaust pipe 42, ensuring the internal temperature balance of the energy storage system and preventing the risk of thermal runaway.

[0272] As can be seen from the foregoing and the following embodiments, the energy storage module 12 in this application embodiment can be a battery pack 12b (refer to Figure 55) or a battery cluster 12a (refer to Figure 10). The constituent units of the battery pack 12b and the battery cluster 12a can be battery components 700. The battery components 700 can be arranged in layers along the height direction. Therefore, each layer of battery components 700 can be provided with a gas collection pipe 41. The high-temperature gas generated after each layer of battery components 700 heats up can be discharged into each gas collection pipe 41. Specifically, the gas can be discharged from the exhaust port of the battery cell into each gas collection pipe 41.

[0273] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 to 8, the gas collection pipe 41 includes a first edge pipe 41a, a second edge pipe 41b arranged along the outer periphery of the energy storage module 12, and a main pipe 41c connecting the first edge pipe 41a and the second edge pipe 41b. High-temperature gas can be discharged into the first edge pipe 41a and / or the second edge pipe 41b, and then transmitted into the main pipe 41c. The exhaust pipe 42 is connected to the main pipe 41c, and the high-temperature gas can finally enter the exhaust pipe 42 and be discharged from the energy storage system.

[0274] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 7 and 8. A gap is left between the main pipe 41c and the energy storage module 12 to prevent secondary damage to the energy storage module 12 due to excessive temperature of the main pipe 41c.

[0275] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 7 and 8, the exhaust structure 40 further includes a valve body 43, which is disposed on and communicates with the exhaust pipe 42. By controlling the opening of the valve body 43, high-temperature gas can be discharged from the exhaust pipe 42.

[0276] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figures 6 to 8. The valve body 43 is located at the top of the exhaust pipe 42 to facilitate the smooth discharge of high-temperature gas from each gas collecting pipe 41.

[0277] Figure 9 shows a structural schematic diagram of an energy storage cabinet provided according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 10 shows an exploded schematic diagram of an energy storage cabinet provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0278] In this embodiment of the application, please refer to Figures 9 and 10. The energy storage cabinet 10 includes a cabinet body 11 and an energy storage module 12, with the energy storage module 12 disposed in the cabinet body 11.

[0279] The cabinet 11 adopts an enclosed structure that can be externally enclosed to the energy storage module 12. The cabinet 11 may include a shell 11dd, and the shell 11dd includes multiple module structures 11a, which are adapted to externally enclose the energy storage module 12.

[0280] Therefore, the cabinet includes a shell 11dd, which includes multiple modular structures 11a and can surround the energy storage module 12 on the outside, thereby simplifying the structure of the energy storage cabinet 10 and improving the assembly flexibility of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0281] In some embodiments, the cabinet 11 can be freely assembled and disassembled. The cabinet 11 can achieve a close fit with the energy storage module 12, which can improve the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10. On the other hand, by surrounding the energy storage module 12 with the cabinet 11, the assembly difficulty of the energy storage cabinet 10 can be reduced, and the assembly process of the energy storage cabinet 10 can be simplified.

[0282] The cabinet 11 in this embodiment may include multiple modular structures 11a that can be assembled and disassembled with each other, and the multiple modular structures 11a can be connected in sequence and surround the outer periphery of the energy storage module 12.

[0283] The cabinet 11 adopts a modular design concept, including multiple module structures 11a. Different module structures 11a can cooperate with different parts of the energy storage module 12 to achieve a close fit between the cabinet 11 and the energy storage module 12, thereby improving the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10. On the other hand, through the surrounding design of the energy storage module 12 by multiple module structures 11a, the assembly process of the energy storage cabinet 10 can be standardized and production line-oriented. The assembly of the energy storage cabinet 10 can be achieved according to the set assembly sequence, which can reduce the assembly difficulty of the energy storage cabinet 10 and simplify the assembly process.

[0284] It is understandable that the main design concept of this application lies in the modular design of the cabinet 11. By combining multiple modular structures 11a, the energy storage module 12 can be installed in an inside-out manner. Under this design concept, in order to improve the sealing performance of the energy storage cabinet 10, this application has conducted detailed research and design on each modular structure 11a, so that after the modular structures 11a are connected to form the cabinet 11, the cabinet 11 has excellent sealing performance.

[0285] As will be appreciated in conjunction with the following embodiments, the above-mentioned module structure 11a may include a base 100, a frame 200, a top cover structure 300, a front crossbeam frame 400, a rear crossbeam frame 500, an air duct cover 600, a wire harness cover 900, and other structures. The following embodiments will describe these structures in detail.

[0286] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 9 and 10, the module structure 11a includes a base 100, a frame 200, and a top cover structure 300.

[0287] The base 100 is the bottom structure of the cabinet 11. An installation area for installing the energy storage module 12 is provided on the base 100. The energy storage module 12 can be installed in the installation area. The base can limit the bottom of the energy storage module 12. When assembling the energy storage module 12, the energy storage module 12 can be installed on the base 100 first.

[0288] The frame 200 is connected to the outer periphery of the base 100. The frame 200 forms a circle around the periphery and can limit the energy storage module 12 in the circumferential direction.

[0289] The top cover structure 300 is connected to the top of the frame 200. The top cover structure 300 can limit the top of the energy storage module 12. The top cover structure 300, the frame 200 and the base 100 together form an energy storage cavity 11b for accommodating the energy storage module 12 (see Figure 14).

[0290] Understandably, in the specific design, the base 100, the frame 200 and the top cover structure 300 can be closely matched with the energy storage module 12. In other words, the energy storage module 12 can make full use of the space of the energy storage cavity 11b, thereby increasing the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0291] It is understood that the construction of the modular structure 11a, including the base 100, the surrounding frame 200, and the top cover structure 300, is for illustrative purposes only. In other embodiments, in order to form the cabinet 11 mentioned above, the modular structure 11a can also be constructed in other combinations. For example, the modular structure 11a may include the base 100, the first semi-enclosing frame, and the second semi-enclosing frame, etc. The first semi-enclosing frame and the second semi-enclosing frame can be connected to the base 100, and the first semi-enclosing frame and the second semi-enclosing frame can be connected to form a structure formed by the aforementioned surrounding frame 200 and the top cover structure 300.

[0292] In the above description, the directional descriptions can be understood in conjunction with the coordinate system shown in Figure 1. The X direction is the length direction of the cabinet 11 or energy storage cabinet 10 (or other features that require reference to the orientation). The X direction defines the front, and the direction opposite to the X direction defines the back. The Y direction is the width direction of the cabinet 11 or energy storage cabinet 10. The Y direction defines the left, and the direction opposite to the Y direction defines the right. The Z direction is the height or thickness direction of the cabinet 11 or energy storage cabinet 10. The Z direction defines the top and the top, and the direction opposite to the Z direction defines the bottom or the bottom.

[0293] In the following embodiments, it should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the definitions of the length direction, width direction and thickness direction can be referred to the above. In other words, when describing the orientation for different objects, the orientation can also be understood according to the above definition, that is, these objects can be understood according to the above orientation definition of cabinet 11 or energy storage cabinet 10.

[0294] Figure 11 shows a schematic diagram of a base provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0295] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the base 100 includes a bottom frame 110, a bottom cover 120, and an energy storage mounting assembly 130.

[0296] The bottom frame 110 is the skeleton part of the base 100, which mainly plays the role of bearing weight and ensuring strength. The bottom cover 120 is connected to the bottom frame 110. The bottom cover 120 can be made of a material with high structural strength and corrosion resistance, such as aluminum plate or stainless steel. The bottom cover 120 is connected to the bottom frame 110 so that the bottom frame 110 and the bottom cover 120 form an integral structure. This integral structure can form a bottom sealing surface at the bottom to limit and seal the bottom of the energy storage module 12.

[0297] The energy storage mounting assembly 130 is mounted on the bottom frame 110, and the energy storage module 12 is connected to the energy storage mounting assembly 130.

[0298] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG11, the energy storage installation assembly 130 includes a mounting block 131 and a grounding connection piece 132. The grounding connection piece 132 is disposed on the mounting block 131, and the energy storage module 12 is connected to the grounding connection piece 132.

[0299] The mounting block 131 supports the energy storage module 12. The mounting block 131 needs to have high structural strength; therefore, it can be a solid structure or a hollow structure with internal reinforcing ribs. The grounding connection piece 132 forms a grounding terminal. After the energy storage module 12 is connected to the grounding connection piece 132, grounding is completed, ensuring the safe use of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0300] To ensure reliable connection, at least two grounding connection points 1321 can be formed on the grounding connection piece 132. These at least two grounding connection points 1321 can be connected to the energy storage module 12. For example, as can be seen from the following embodiments, the grounding connection point 1321 can be connected to the module connection bracket 800.

[0301] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, a plurality of energy storage mounting components 130 are arranged at intervals along the width direction on the bottom frame 110.

[0302] The arrangement of these multiple energy storage mounting components 130 can improve the connection reliability between the energy storage module 12 and the bottom frame 110. It is understood that the specific number of energy storage mounting components 130 can be set according to the specifications or dimensions of the energy storage module 12.

[0303] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the energy storage mounting assembly 130 is disposed at both ends of the bottom frame 110 in the length direction.

[0304] The above-mentioned configuration of the energy storage mounting assembly 130 can ensure the connection between the energy storage module 12 and the bottom frame 110 at both ends of the length direction of the energy storage module 12. Combined with the connection relationship between the grounding connection point 1321 and the module connection bracket 800, it can improve the connection strength and facilitate the wiring of the energy storage module 12 (refer to the assembly between the module connection bracket 800 and the base 100 below).

[0305] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, in order to improve the connection strength between the energy storage module 12 and the bottom frame 110, the energy storage mounting assembly 130 further includes an intermediate connecting piece 133, which is located between the energy storage mounting assemblies 130 in the length direction.

[0306] The intermediate connecting piece 133 can be designed as a sheet structure, which can increase the contact area with the energy storage module 12, thereby improving the connection strength.

[0307] It is understandable that the specific arrangement of the intermediate connecting piece 133, such as the number of intermediate connecting pieces 133 and the positional relationship of each intermediate connecting piece 133, can be set according to requirements. For example, in the example shown in Figure 11, the intermediate connecting pieces 133 are divided into two groups, each group including four intermediate connecting pieces 133 arranged at intervals along the width direction.

[0308] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the bottom frame 110 includes a bottom outer frame 111 and a bottom reinforcing beam 112 disposed within the bottom outer frame 111.

[0309] The bottom outer frame 111 can strengthen the structural strength of the outer perimeter of the bottom frame 110, and the bottom reinforcing beam 112 can strengthen the structural strength of the interior of the bottom frame 110.

[0310] In some specific embodiments, please refer to FIG11. The bottom reinforcing beam 112 includes a crossbeam 1121 and a longitudinal beam 1122. The crossbeam 1121 extends along the length direction of the bottom frame 110, and the longitudinal beam 1122 extends along the width direction of the bottom frame 110.

[0311] The crossbeam 1121 can strengthen the structural strength of the bottom frame 110 in the length direction, and the longitudinal beam 1122 can strengthen the structural strength of the bottom frame 110 in the width direction.

[0312] The number of the crossbeams 1121 and the longitudinal beams 1122 is not limited. For example, in the example shown in Figure 11, the number of both the crossbeams 1121 and the longitudinal beams 1122 is 2.

[0313] In some specific embodiments, the top of the crossbeam 1121 and the longitudinal beam 1122 can be designed with a chamfered structure, which can further improve the structural strength of the bottom frame 110.

[0314] In some specific embodiments, referring to FIG11, the bottom reinforcing beam 112 may further include a bottom inclined beam 1123, which is connected between the bottom outer frame 111 and the longitudinal beam 1122, and / or the bottom inclined beam 1123 is connected between the bottom outer frame 111 and the crossbeam 1121, and / or the bottom inclined beam 1123 is connected between the longitudinal beam 1122 and the crossbeam 1121.

[0315] It is understandable that the installation of the bottom inclined beam 1123 can further enhance the structural strength of the bottom frame 110, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of the base 100.

[0316] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figure 11. The crossbeam 1121 and the longitudinal beam 1122 intersect to form a "well" shaped structure, which can improve the overall structural strength of the base 100.

[0317] In some specific embodiments, at least one of the crossbeams, longitudinal beams, and bottom outer frame is made of at least one of C-shaped steel, H-shaped steel, or I-beams. By selecting steel with strong supporting properties, the supporting effect of the base 100 can be improved, and the height of the base 100 can be reduced to a certain extent while ensuring the same supporting effect.

[0318] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the bottom frame 110 further includes a grounding connector 113 disposed at the bottom of the bottom outer frame 111.

[0319] The function of the grounding connector 113 is to fix the base 100 on the ground. The grounding connector 113 can be designed as a sheet structure. Grounding mounting holes can be provided on the grounding connector 113. The base 100 can be fixed on the ground by fasteners such as bolts.

[0320] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the bottom frame 110 further includes a corner sealing flange 114, which is disposed at the corner of the bottom outer frame 111 and is used to form a sealed connection with the enclosure 200.

[0321] The corner sealing flange 114 can form a sealed connection with the frame 200. Here, the corner sealing flange 114 is set at the corner of the bottom outer frame 111, which can improve the connection strength between the frame 200 and the bottom outer frame 111, and also ensure the seal. It can prevent the bottom outer frame 111 from loosening from the frame 200 due to excessive force at the angle position.

[0322] The connecting surface of the corner sealing flange 114 faces the outside of the bottom outer frame 111. The corner sealing flange 114 can be set on both sides of the width direction of the bottom outer frame 111. The corner sealing flanges 114 located on both sides can be connected to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 (the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 can be detailed in the following embodiments).

[0323] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figure 11. A limiting cavity 1141 is formed between the corner sealing flange 114 and the bottom surface of the bottom outer frame 111, or the corner sealing flange 114 itself can form a limiting cavity 1141. The limiting cavity 1141 can cooperate with the support member 2114 in the following embodiments, which aims to improve the stress situation between the frame 200 and the base 100 and enhance the connection strength between the frame 200 and the base 100. For details, please refer to the following description of the support member 2114.

[0324] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the bottom frame 110 further includes a raised sealing flange 115, which is raised on the bottom outer frame 111 and is used to form a sealed connection with the enclosure 200.

[0325] The raised sealing flange 115 can be located at the front end of the bottom outer frame 111 to form a sealing fit with the front frame 230 in the enclosure 200. As will be appreciated in the following embodiments, the front frame 230 has an openable structure and is frequently subjected to external impacts. The connection between the raised sealing flange 115 and the front frame 230 can mitigate the impact of external forces on the front frame 230, thereby improving the structural strength of the front frame 230 itself and the connection strength between the front frame 230 and other structures.

[0326] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, the base 100 further includes a wiring assembly 140 for connecting the energy storage module 12 and the power distribution bus module 20.

[0327] The purpose of the wiring assembly 140 is to form a connection between the energy storage module 12 and the power distribution bus module 20. By setting the wiring assembly 140 on the base 100, the wiring in the energy storage cabinet 10 can be simplified, and the wiring can be avoided from occupying the internal space of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0328] In some specific embodiments, please refer to FIG11. The wiring assembly 140 includes a wire harness 141 and a wire harness cover 142. The wire harness 141 is disposed on the bottom cover 120, and the wire harness cover 142 is connected to the bottom frame 110 and covers the wire harness 141.

[0329] Specifically, the wire harness cover 142 can extend along the length direction, and both ends of the wire harness cover 142 can be connected to the bottom outer frame 111. The wire harness cover 142 can be located between two adjacent longitudinal beams 1122. The wire harness cover 142 is located above the wire harness 141 and can restrain the wire harness 141 to prevent the wire harness 141 from being arranged in a disorderly manner. The wire harness cover 142 can also fix the position of the wire harness 141 and also protect the wire harness 141.

[0330] In some embodiments, referring to FIG11, to achieve connection with the enclosure 200, the bottom frame 110 is provided with first bottom mounting holes 110a on both sides along its width direction. The first bottom mounting holes 110a can connect with the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. The bottom frame 110 is provided with second bottom mounting holes 110b on both sides along its length direction. The second bottom mounting holes 110b can connect with the front frame 230 and the rear frame 240. The left frame 210, right frame 220, front frame 230 and rear frame 240 can form the enclosure 200. The following embodiments will describe the various components of the enclosure 200 in detail.

[0331] In some embodiments, the module structure 11a further includes a wire harness cover 900, which is connected to both ends of the bottom frame 110 in the length direction. The wire harness 141 can be hidden inside the wire harness cover 900. In addition, the wire harness cover 900 can also wrap the grounding connector 113. The wire harness cover 900 can also achieve a sealed connection with the air duct cover 600.

[0332] Figure 12 shows a structural schematic diagram of a left frame (right frame) provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 13 shows a structural schematic diagram of a left frame (right frame) from another angle provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0333] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 10, 12 and 13, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 are connected to the two sides of the bottom frame 110 in the width direction.

[0334] In some embodiments, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 form a symmetrical structure, that is, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 are constructed from the same structure.

[0335] To simplify the description, the following embodiments will be illustrated using the example of a symmetrical structure formed by the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 may also be an asymmetrical structure.

[0336] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 12 and 13, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 include a first side frame 211 and a first side cover 212.

[0337] The first side frame 211 is the skeleton structure of the left frame 210 and the right frame 220, which plays a role in ensuring the overall structural strength of the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. The first side cover 212 can be made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum plate. The first side cover 212 is connected to the first side frame 211 so that the two can form an integral structure, so that the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 respectively form a left closed surface and a right closed surface, so as to limit and seal the left and right sides of the energy storage module 12.

[0338] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 12 and 13, the first side frame 211 includes a side outer frame 2111 and a side reinforcing beam 2112.

[0339] The side outer frame 2111 is used to ensure the structural strength at the edge of the first side frame 211, and the side reinforcing beam 2112 is used to enhance the internal structural strength of the first side frame 211.

[0340] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figures 12 and 13. The side outer frame 2111 includes a top beam 2111a, a bottom beam 2111b, and a side beam 2111c. The bottom beam 2111b is provided with a first connecting hole 2111b1 for connecting with the bottom frame 110. The position of the first connecting hole 2111b1 is opposite to the position of the aforementioned first bottom mounting hole 110a. By inserting fasteners such as bolts into the first connecting hole 2111b1 and the first bottom mounting hole 110a, the connection between the left frame 210, the right frame 220, and the base 100 can be achieved. The side beam 2111c connects the top beam 2111a and the bottom beam 2111b. The side beam 2111c is provided with a second connecting hole 2111c1, which enables connection with the front frame 230 and the rear frame 240.

[0341] In the above embodiment, the top beam 2111a, the bottom beam 2111b, and the side beam 2111c can form a rectangular frame structure, and the first side cover 212 can be connected to the frame structure.

[0342] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 12 and 13. The side reinforcing beam 2112 includes a main reinforcing beam 2112a, which is connected between the top beam 2111a and the bottom beam 2111b. The main reinforcing beam 2112a is arranged parallel to the side beam 2111c.

[0343] Based on the foregoing, it can be understood that the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 need to be enclosed on both sides of the width direction of the energy storage module 12. That is, the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 need to extend along the length direction, and their size is generally large. In order to ensure the structural strength of the left frame 210 and the right frame 220, a main reinforcing beam 2112a can be set between the side beams 2111c to achieve a uniform distribution of the structural strength of the left frame 210 and the right frame 220.

[0344] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 12 and 13, the side reinforcing beam 2112 may further include a side inclined beam 2112b, which is connected between the top beam 2111a and the side beam 2111c, and / or the side inclined beam 2112b is connected between the top beam 2111a and the main reinforcing beam 2112a, and / or the side inclined beam 2112b is connected between the bottom beam 2111b and the side beam 2111c, and / or the sidewall 630 inclined beam is connected between the bottom beam 2111b and the main reinforcing beam 2112a.

[0345] The side inclined beam 2112b is used to strengthen the connection strength of each connection part of the first side frame 211, which can further improve the structural strength of the first side frame 211, thereby improving the structural strength of the left frame 210 and the right frame 220.

[0346] Figure 14 shows a frame structure diagram of a cabinet according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 15 shows a schematic diagram of the cooperation between the support member and the limiting cavity.

[0347] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 12 and 14. The bottom beam 2111b is provided with a wire threading structure 2113 on its outer side, and the wire threading structure 2113 includes a wire positioning hole 2113a.

[0348] The wiring structure 2113 facilitates the wiring and bundling of the energy storage cabinet 10 during transportation. The bundling wire can pass through the wiring positioning hole 2113a, which can reduce the impact of the energy storage cabinet 10 during transportation.

[0349] In some specific embodiments, please refer to FIG12. The threading structure 2113 includes a threading piece 2113b, which is protruding on the bottom beam 2111b, and a threading positioning hole 2113a is formed on the threading piece 2113b.

[0350] The threading pieces 2113b can be set in pairs, and multiple sets of threading structures 2113 can be set along the extension direction of the bottom beam 2111b. The threading pieces 2113b can improve the structural strength of the bottom beam 2111b. When the binding wire passes through the threading structure 2113, the binding wire passes through the bottom beam 2111b along the length direction, thereby realizing the overall positioning of the energy storage cabinet 10 and preventing the energy storage cabinet 10 from shaking or other phenomena.

[0351] Referring to Figures 12 and 14, the top of the side beam 2111c is equipped with a lifting lug 2111c2 for lifting the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0352] The lifting lug 2111c2 can be welded to the top of the side beam 2111c. During transportation or on-site installation of the energy storage cabinet 10, the lifting lug 2111c2 can be used by lifting machinery to lift the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0353] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 12 and 14 to 15. A support member 2114 is provided at the bottom of the side beam 2111c, and a limiting cavity 1141 is formed at the bottom of the bottom frame 110. As mentioned above, the limiting cavity 1141 can be formed between the corner sealing flange 114 and the bottom outer frame 111, or it can be formed on the corner sealing flange 114. The support member 2114 can be inserted into the limiting cavity 1141.

[0354] During the lifting of the energy storage cabinet 10, the frame 200 and the base 100 are subjected to shear force along the Z direction. This shear force acts on the bolts connecting the bottom beam 2111b and the bottom outer frame 111, and the bolts are at risk of breaking under this shear force. To eliminate this risk, it is necessary to improve the stress distribution between the bottom beam 2111b and the bottom outer frame 111. Specifically, by forming a limiting cavity 1141 on the bottom frame 110 and setting a support member 2114 at the bottom of the side beam 2111c, the support member 2114 can be inserted into the limiting cavity 1141 during assembly. Thus, after the energy storage cabinet 10 is lifted, the support member 2114 can share part of the weight of the energy storage cabinet 10, which can prevent damage to the bolts due to excessive shear force and ensure the safety of lifting. Based on this, the connection between the first connecting hole 2111b1 and the first bottom mounting hole 110a can ensure the overall connection strength of the energy storage cabinet 10 and reduce the deformation of the energy storage cabinet 10 during lifting.

[0355] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 12, a support block 2115 is provided on the side beam 2111c for supporting the power distribution return module.

[0356] The power distribution combiner module 20 in the energy storage system can be installed on the support block 2115, and the power distribution return module can be suspended on the support block 2115 as a whole, which can simplify the installation of the power distribution combiner module 20.

[0357] In some embodiments, referring to FIG12, the side frame 2111 further includes a top cover plate 2111d, which is connected between the side beams 2111c and located on top of the side beams 2111c, and the top cover plate 2111d is provided with a third connection hole 2111d1.

[0358] The top cover plate 2111d can be connected to the side beam 2111c by means of threaded connection or welding. The third connecting hole 2111d1 on the top cover plate 2111d can be connected to the top cover structure 300.

[0359] Figure 16 shows a schematic diagram of a front frame provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0360] In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the frame 200 further includes a front frame 230 connected to one side of the bottom frame 110 in the length direction.

[0361] As mentioned above, the length direction of the bottom frame 110 is the X direction, and the bottom frame 110 forms a front end and a rear end in the length direction, with the front frame 230 connected to the front end of the bottom frame 110.

[0362] In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the front frame 230 includes a flush end 230a and a non-flush end 230b. The flush end 230a is located at the top of the front frame 230, and the non-flush end 230b is located at the bottom of the front frame 230. The front frame 230 has a notch 230c formed at the non-flush end 230b that can mate with the raised sealing flange 115. The edge of the notch 230c can connect with the edge of the raised sealing flange 115.

[0363] In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the front frame 230 includes a second side frame 231 and a second side cover 232.

[0364] The second side frame 231 is the skeleton structure of the front frame 230. The second side frame 231 can ensure the structural strength of the front frame 230. The second side cover 232 can be made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum plate. The second side cover 232 is connected to the second side frame 231 so that the two can form an integral structure, so that the front frame 230 forms a front closed surface to limit and seal the front side of the energy storage module 12.

[0365] In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the second side frame 231 is formed with a plurality of windows 231a. For example, in the example shown in FIG16, the second side frame 231 is formed with three windows 231a. The arrangement of the windows 231a facilitates the maintenance of the relevant structures inside the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0366] In some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the second side cover 232 includes a plurality of sub-covers 2321, each sub-cover 2321 covering a window 231a.

[0367] By covering the window 231a with the subshell 2321, the subshell 2321 can be associated with the relevant structure. The relevant structure can be maintained by opening the corresponding subshell 2321.

[0368] To enable the sub-shell 2321 to be opened and closed, in some embodiments, referring to FIG16, the front frame 230 further includes a flip component 233, which is disposed on the second side frame 231. The sub-shell 2321 is connected to the flip component 233, and the flip component 233 is used to drive the sub-shell 2321 to open or close the window 231a.

[0369] It is understood that the flipping component 233 can be a component that swings within a certain angle range. By connecting the sub-shell 2321 to the flipping component 233, the swinging of the sub-shell 2321 can be achieved, thereby enabling the sub-shell to open or close the window 231a.

[0370] In some specific embodiments, the flipping component 233 can be a hinge, a torsion spring, or other similar structure. When a hinge is used, a self-closing hinge can be selected, which makes the sub-shell 2321 tend to close in a free state, thus preventing improper opening and closing of the sub-shell 2321 and protecting the relevant internal structures of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0371] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG16, a handle 2321a is provided on the sub-shell 2321 to facilitate opening the sub-shell 2321.

[0372] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 16. The sub-shell 2321 is provided with a front frame air inlet valve 2321b and a front frame exhaust valve 2321c. The front frame air inlet valve 2321b is located below the front frame exhaust valve 2321c. Outside air can enter the energy storage cabinet 10 through the front frame air inlet valve 2321b, and the gas in the energy storage cabinet 10 can be discharged from the energy storage cabinet 10 through the front frame exhaust valve 2321c. The setting of the front frame air inlet valve 2321b and the front frame exhaust valve 2321c can ensure the airtight environment inside the energy storage cabinet 10, which is beneficial to improving the safety and performance of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0373] Figure 17 shows a side view of a front frame provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 18 shows a structural schematic diagram of a first sealing connector provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0374] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 16 and 17, the edge of the sub-shell 2321 is provided with a first seal 234, which is used to form a seal between the sub-shell 2321 and the second side frame 231.

[0375] The first seal 234 can be made of materials such as rubber. The first seal 234 can be set on the edge of the sub-shell 2321 with an edge-wrapping structure, so that when the sub-shell 2321 closes the window 231a, the sub-shell 2321 can form a seal with the second side frame 231.

[0376] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 16 to 18, a plurality of first sealing connectors 235 are provided circumferentially on the second side frame 231 for connecting the second side frame 231 to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220.

[0377] Referring to Figure 16, the second side frame 231 includes a front top edge 231b, a front side edge 231c, and a front bottom edge 231d. The front side edge 231c needs to be connected to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. Specifically, the first sealing connector 235 on the front side edge 231c can be connected to the second connecting hole 2111c1 on the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. The front bottom edge 231d needs to be connected to the base 100. Specifically, the first sealing connector 235 on the front bottom edge 231d can be connected to the second bottom mounting hole 110b on the bottom outer frame 111 and the aforementioned raised sealing flange 115. The front top edge 231b is mainly used to achieve the connection with the top cover structure 300.

[0378] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 17 and 18. The first sealing connector 235 includes a force-receiving part 2351, a connecting part 2352, and a sealing gasket 2353.

[0379] The force-bearing part 2351 can accept the force applied by tools such as wrenches, so that the first sealing connector 235 can be screwed into the second side frame 231. The connecting part 2352 is connected to the force-bearing part 2351 and can pass through the second side frame 231. The force-bearing part 2351 has a flange 2354 protruding from the connecting part 2352. The sealing gasket 2353 is provided on the side of the flange 2354 facing the connecting part 2352.

[0380] After the first sealing connector 235 is assembled to the second side frame 231, the sealing gasket 2353 is located between the flange 2354 and the second side frame 231. Based on the function of the sealing gasket 2353, the sealing performance between the first sealing connector 235 and the second side frame 231 can be improved.

[0381] In some embodiments, referring to FIG17, a second seal 236 is provided on the side of the second side frame 231 facing the left frame 210, and the connecting portion 2352 can pass through the second side frame 231 and the second seal 236.

[0382] By placing the second seal 236 on the side of the second side frame 231 facing the left frame 210, after the front frame 230 is installed on the left frame 210 and the right frame 220, the second seal 236 is located between the second side frame 231 and the left frame 210 and between the second side frame 231 and the right frame 220, thereby improving the sealing performance between the front frame 230 and the left frame 210 and between the front frame 230 and the right frame 220.

[0383] The sealing gasket 2353 and the second sealing element 236 can be made of a material with sealing properties, such as rubber. The overall size of the sealing gasket 2353 can be larger than or slightly smaller than the size of the flange. The specific structure of the sealing gasket 2353 can be set according to the shape of the flange. For example, when the flange is circular, the sealing gasket 2353 can also be designed to be circular. The second sealing element 236 can be attached to the surface of the second side frame 231, or the second sealing element 236 can be embedded in the second side frame 231 and partially exposed to contact the left frame 210 and the right frame 220.

[0384] Figure 19 shows a schematic diagram of a rear frame provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0385] In some embodiments, the frame 200 further includes a rear frame 240 connected to the other side of the bottom frame 110 in the longitudinal direction.

[0386] As mentioned above, the rear frame 240 is connected to the rear end of the bottom frame 110.

[0387] In some embodiments, referring to FIG19, the rear frame 240 includes a third side frame 241 and a third side cover 242.

[0388] The third side frame 241 is the skeleton structure of the front frame 230. The third side frame 241 can ensure the structural strength of the rear frame 240. The third side cover 242 can be made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum plate. The third side cover 242 is connected to the third side frame 241 so that the two can form an integral structure, so that the rear frame 240 forms a rear closed surface to limit and seal the rear side of the energy storage module 12.

[0389] Thus, in conjunction with the foregoing, the base 100 can form a bottom closed surface, the left frame 210 can form a left closed surface, the right frame 220 can form a right closed surface, the front frame 230 can form a front closed surface, and the rear frame 240 can form a rear closed surface. By combining the bottom closed surface, the left closed surface, the right closed surface, the front closed surface, and the rear closed surface, the bottom, left side, right side, front side, and right side of the energy storage module 12 can be limited and sealed. Based on this, combined with the top cover structure 300, the cabinet 11 can surround the energy storage module 12.

[0390] In some embodiments, referring to FIG19, the third side frame 241 is provided with a plurality of second sealing connectors 243 along its circumference for connecting the third side frame 241 to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220.

[0391] The third side frame 241 includes a rear top edge 241a, a rear side edge 241b, and a rear bottom edge 241c. The rear side edge 241b needs to be connected to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. Specifically, the second sealing connector 243 on the rear side edge 241b can be connected to the second connecting hole 2111c1 on the left frame 210 and the right frame 220. The rear bottom edge 241c needs to be connected to the base 100. Specifically, the second sealing connector 243 on the rear bottom edge 241c can be connected to the second bottom mounting hole 110b on the bottom outer frame 111. The front top edge 231b is mainly used to achieve the connection with the top cover structure 300.

[0392] The second sealing connector 243 can adopt the same structure as the first sealing connector 235 mentioned above, and will not be described again. Similarly, in order to improve the sealing performance between the rear frame 240 and the left frame 210 and the right frame 220, a second sealing connector 236 can be provided on the side of the rear frame 240 facing the left frame 210.

[0393] Figure 20 shows a schematic diagram of the connection of a front frame according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 21 shows a partial enlarged view of part A in Figure 20.

[0394] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 10 and 20 to 21, the module structure 11a further includes a front crossbeam frame 400 and a rear crossbeam frame 500. The front crossbeam frame 400 is connected to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 and is located above the front frame 230. The rear crossbeam frame 500 is connected to the left frame 210 and the right frame 220 and is located above the rear frame 240.

[0395] The front crossbeam frame 400 and the rear crossbeam frame 500 can be connected to the top sealing plate 2111d in the aforementioned left frame 210 and right frame 220, so that the front crossbeam frame 400, the rear crossbeam frame 500 and the top sealing plate 2111d can form the installation area 11c of the top cover structure 300 (see Figure 57), and the top cover structure 300 can be installed in the installation area 11c.

[0396] The front crossbeam frame 400 can form a sealed connection with the front top edge 231b of the front frame 230. The front crossbeam frame 400 is provided with a front crossbeam mounting hole 401. The rear crossbeam frame 500 can form a sealed connection with the rear top edge 241a of the rear frame 240. The rear crossbeam frame 500 is provided with a rear crossbeam mounting hole 501. Based on the setting of the third mounting hole 2111d1, the front crossbeam mounting hole 401 and the rear crossbeam mounting hole 501, the top cover structure 300 can be installed in the installation area 11c.

[0397] Figure 22 shows a schematic diagram of a top cover structure provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 23 shows a schematic diagram of the cold air circulation of an energy storage cabinet provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 24 shows another schematic diagram of the cold air circulation of an energy storage cabinet provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0398] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG22, the top cover structure 300 includes a top cover 310 and a cooling structure 320.

[0399] The connecting top cover 310 is the shell structure of the top cover structure 300, ensuring the structural strength of the top cover structure 300. The connecting top cover 310 is connected to the top of the frame 200, specifically, the connecting top cover 310 can be installed in the aforementioned installation area 11c. The air-cooling structure 320 is connected to the connecting top cover 310, and the air-cooling structure 320 is used to generate cold air and deliver the cold air to the energy storage cavity 11b (see Figure 14).

[0400] For the energy storage cabinet 10, the energy storage module 12 is confined within the energy storage cavity 11b. To prevent the energy storage module 12 from overheating or even experiencing thermal runaway, it is necessary to dissipate heat from the energy storage module 12 to control its temperature. The top cover structure 300, through the air-cooling structure 320, can dissipate heat from the energy storage module 12. Integrating this air-cooling method into the top cover structure 300 makes the energy storage cabinet 10 more compact in structure, which is beneficial for improving the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0401] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG22, the connecting top cover 310 is formed with an internal cavity (not shown in the figure) and an air vent (not shown in the figure) communicating with the internal cavity. The air-cooled structure 320 includes a cooling structure 321 disposed in the internal cavity. The cold air generated by the cooling structure 321 can be transmitted to the air vent and discharged from the connecting top cover 310.

[0402] The air-cooled structure 320 also includes a cold air housing 322, which is connected to the connecting top cover 310. The cold air housing 322 can form an air duct, which is connected to the air outlet, and cold air can be delivered from the air outlet into the air duct.

[0403] It is understandable that the design of the air vents and ducts aims to create a cold airflow within the top cover structure 300 and the energy storage cabinet 10. This cold airflow needs to enter the energy storage cabinet 10 to dissipate heat from the energy storage module 12. Therefore, as will be seen in the following embodiments, structures such as an air duct cover 600 are also provided in the energy storage cabinet 10 to facilitate the flow of cold air.

[0404] In some embodiments, please refer to Figure 22. The air outlet includes an air outlet and a return air outlet 310a, and the air duct includes an air outlet duct 322a and a return air duct 322b. The air outlet duct 322a is connected to the air outlet, and the return air duct 322b is connected to the return air outlet 310a.

[0405] Understandably, when the cooling structure 321 generates cold air, the cold air can enter the air outlet duct 322a from the air outlet, and then enter the energy storage cabinet 10. After flowing in the energy storage cabinet 10, the cold air then passes through the return air duct 322b and the return air outlet 310a in sequence. The above flow of cold air can form the above-mentioned cold air flow. This cold air flow can circulate in the energy storage cabinet 10, which can improve the heat dissipation effect on the energy storage module 12 and ensure the temperature consistency of the energy storage module 12.

[0406] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figure 22. The return air vent 310a is located between the two air outlets, and the air outlet duct 322a is located between the two return air ducts 322b.

[0407] Specifically, the two air outlets are spaced apart along the width direction, and the return air outlet 310a is located between the two air outlets. This allows the cold airflow to fill the energy storage module 12 along the width direction, ensuring the temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 12 in the width direction.

[0408] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figure 22, the air vents are located at both ends of the length direction of the connecting top cover 310, and the air ducts are located at both ends of the length direction of the connecting top cover 310.

[0409] This allows cold air to enter the energy storage cabinet 10 from the front and rear ends respectively, and form a circulation at the front and rear ends of the energy storage module 12, thereby ensuring the temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 12 along its length.

[0410] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figure 22. The connecting top cover 310 is also provided with return air vents 310a on both sides in the width direction. The return air vents 310a and the aforementioned return air vents 310a provided at the front and rear ends of the connecting top cover 310 can form a better heat dissipation effect for the energy storage module 12.

[0411] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 23 and 24, the air outlet and part of the return air outlet 310a are located at both ends of the top cover 310 along its length, and the other part of the return air outlet 310a is located on both sides of the top cover 310 along its width. Cold air enters the energy storage cavity from the air outlet and flows in opposite directions along the length of the top cover 310 to form convection. The convection-flowed cold air flows to the return air outlet 310a.

[0412] Referring to Figures 23 and 24, the cold air in the top cover structure 300 enters the energy storage cabinet 10 through the air outlet duct 322a. For simplicity, the front end of the energy storage cabinet 10 is used as an example. First, referring to Figure 23, the cold air enters the energy storage cabinet 10 along the U direction from the two air outlet ducts 322a located at the front end and is transported downwards within the energy storage cabinet 10. Next, referring to Figure 24, during the downward transport of the cold air, it is also transported along the V direction from front to back into the interior of the energy storage module 12. During this transport process, part of the cold air is transported upwards along the W1 direction and enters the return air duct 322b, while the other part enters along the W2 direction into the return air inlets 310a located on both sides connecting the top cover 310. This completes the circulation of cold air between the top cover structure 300 and the energy storage cabinet 10, which can cool the energy storage module 12 and ensure the overall temperature uniformity of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0413] The cold air circulation at the rear end of the energy storage cabinet 10 can be referred to the above and will not be repeated here. It can be understood that by setting the position and number of the air outlet and return air outlet 310a as described above, the cold air circulation in the entire energy storage cabinet 10 can be fully interactive with the energy storage module 12, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect of the energy storage module 12 and ensuring the temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 12.

[0414] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG22, the connecting top cover 310 includes a top cover body 311 and a partition 312. The air outlet can be provided at both ends of the length direction of the top cover body 311, and the return air outlet 310a can be provided at both ends of the length direction of the top cover body 311, or on both sides of the width direction of the top cover body 311. The partition 312 is connected to the top cover body 311 and forms an internal cavity.

[0415] The design of the connecting top cover 310, which includes a top cover body 311 and a partition 312, simplifies the production and assembly of the connecting top cover 310. The combination of the top cover body 311 and the partition 312 forms an internal cavity, which facilitates the installation of the cooling structure 321 within the connecting top cover 310.

[0416] The refrigeration structure 321 in this embodiment is a structure capable of generating cold air. The refrigeration structure 321 can be a refrigeration fan or an air conditioning system.

[0417] Figure 25 shows a cross-sectional view of a top cover structure provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 26 shows a partial enlarged view of part B in Figure 25.

[0418] In some embodiments, referring to FIG25, for the return air inlets 310a disposed on both sides of the connecting top cover 310 in the width direction, a third sealing member 330 may be provided around the return air inlet 310a. The third sealing member 330 can realize the sealed communication between the return air inlet 310a and the related structure. For example, it can realize the sealed communication between the return air inlet 310a and the frame 200, so that cold air can enter the return air inlet 310a, and at the same time improve the sealing performance between the frame 200 and the return air inlet 310a.

[0419] The third seal 330 can be made of materials such as rubber, and the third seal 330 can be set around the periphery of the return air inlet 310a in the form of an edge wrapping.

[0420] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 22 and 25, the top cover structure 300 further includes a waterproof cover 340, which has an inclined guide surface 341. The waterproof cover 340 is circumferentially connected to the outer periphery of the top cover 310, so that rainwater can be gathered at the waterproof cover 340 and flow out of the energy storage cabinet 10 through the guide surface 341 of the waterproof cover 340.

[0421] The aforementioned cold air housing 322 can be housed inside the waterproof cover 340. The waterproof cover 340 can protect the cold air housing 322 and also serve as a heat insulation structure to prevent external high temperatures from affecting the cold air housing 322 and thus impacting the cold air circulation.

[0422] Furthermore, heat insulation material can be placed between the cold air housing 322 and the waterproof cover 340, thereby optimizing the cold air circulation effect.

[0423] In some embodiments, referring to FIG26, a flow channel 3121 is formed on the partition 312, which can guide water, making it difficult for water to accumulate in the top cover structure 300.

[0424] Figure 27 shows a schematic diagram of the connection between a top cover structure and a frame according to an embodiment of this application.

[0425] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 22 and 27. Top cover connecting assemblies 350 are provided on both sides of the top cover body 311 in the width direction for connecting the top cover body 311 to the frame 200. Specifically, they are used to connect the top cover to the aforementioned third connecting hole 2111d1.

[0426] In some specific embodiments, please refer to Figures 22 and 27. The top cover connection assembly 350 includes a top cover connection block 351 and a top cover fastener 352. The top cover fastener 352 can pass through the top cover connection block 351 and the frame 200, thereby realizing the connection between the top cover structure 300 and the frame 200.

[0427] In conjunction with the foregoing, the top cover structure 300 can also be connected to the aforementioned front crossbeam mounting hole 401 and rear crossbeam mounting hole 501. For this purpose, the connection between the top cover structure 300 and the front crossbeam frame 400 and the rear crossbeam frame 500 can be completed by using the first sealing connector 235 mentioned above.

[0428] Figure 28 shows a schematic diagram of the connection between a duct cover and an energy storage module according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 29 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of an energy storage cabinet with the front frame removed according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 30 shows a partial enlarged view of part C in Figure 29; Figure 31 shows a schematic diagram of the connection between a top cover and a duct cover according to an embodiment of this application.

[0429] In conjunction with the foregoing description and referring to Figures 28 to 30, the module structure 11a may further include a duct cover 600, which is connected to the energy storage module 12 and forms an internal duct 601 with the energy storage module 12 (see Figure 24). The internal duct 601 is connected to the outlet duct 322a.

[0430] The cold air in the top cover structure 300 can enter the internal air duct 601 from the air outlet duct 322a and be transmitted in the energy storage cabinet 10 along the U direction.

[0431] The design of the air duct cover 600 can rationally plan the direction of the cold air flow, so that the cold air flow can be evenly distributed to various positions of the energy storage module 12.

[0432] In some embodiments, referring to FIG28, a gap is formed between the air duct cover 600 and the energy storage module 12, and the gap is filled with sealant 602.

[0433] The sealant 602 creates a seal between the duct cover 600 and the energy storage module 12, allowing cold air to be delivered only along the internal duct 601.

[0434] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 29 and 30, the duct cover 600 is formed with a flange 610, which is connected to the energy storage module 12.

[0435] Specifically, referring to Figure 10, the duct cover 600 is a semi-open shell structure. The duct cover 600 includes a bottom wall 620 and two side walls 630 connected to both sides of the bottom wall 620. A flange 610 can be formed on the side of the side wall 630 facing the energy storage module 12. Based on the setting of the flange 610, the connection reliability between the duct cover 600 and the energy storage module 12 can be improved, and the aforementioned gap can be formed between the side wall 630 and the energy storage module 12.

[0436] As can be seen from the following embodiments, the connection between the duct cover 600 and the energy storage module 12 can be achieved by means of the module connection bracket 800 in the energy storage module 12, that is, the duct cover 600 can be connected to the module connection bracket 800 of the energy storage module 12.

[0437] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG31, a fourth sealing member 640 is provided between the air duct cover 600 and the connecting top cover 310, which enables a sealed connection between the air outlet duct 322a and the internal air duct 601.

[0438] As described above, the connecting top cover 310 may include a top cover body 311 and a partition 312. The partition 312 is located between the top cover body 311 and the air duct cover 600. By providing a fourth sealing element 640 between the partition 312 and the air duct cover 600, a sealed connection between the partition 312 and the air duct cover 600 can be achieved.

[0439] Of course, in some embodiments, a fourth sealing element 640 may be provided between the top cover body 311 and the partition 312 to achieve a sealed connection between the top cover body 311 and the partition 312.

[0440] Figure 32 shows a top view of the cabinet structure provided according to an embodiment of this application, with the top cover removed.

[0441] In some embodiments, referring to FIG32, the frame 200 and the base 100 are connected in a staggered manner. This staggered connection means that the frame 200 and the base 100 are not connected in an aligned manner, but are staggered in the length and width directions. This facilitates the injection of sealant 602 between the frame 200 and the base 100, which helps to form a seal between the base 100 and the frame 200 and prevents moisture and other substances from entering the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0442] Figure 33 shows a schematic diagram of the connection between a heat insulation device and a housing according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 34 shows a side view of a heat insulation device and a housing according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 35 shows a cross-sectional view of a heat insulation device according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 36 shows a fluid flow diagram of an air duct according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 37 shows a schematic diagram of the connection between a heat insulation device and an outer wall according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0443] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 33 to 37, a heat insulation device 60 is provided on the outer side of the housing 11dd, which is used to form an air duct communicating with the outside.

[0444] The heat insulation device 60 is installed on the outer side of the housing 11dd. By interacting with the outside airflow, it can cool the housing 11dd, thereby enabling external control of the energy storage cabinet temperature.

[0445] The heat insulation device 60 provided in the embodiments of this application includes a first heat insulation member 61 and a second heat insulation member 62. The first heat insulation member 61 is connected to the housing 11d by screws or other connecting members. Along the vertical direction of the heat insulation device 60, the first heat insulation member 61 and the outer wall of the housing 11d are spaced apart to form a heat insulation cavity 60a. The second heat insulation member 62 is located in the heat insulation cavity 60a and is connected between the outer wall and the first heat insulation member 61. When the second heat insulation member 62 melts, an air duct communicating with the outside is formed at the heat insulation cavity 60a.

[0446] Understandably, the first heat insulation member 61 is used to connect with the shell 11d, so that a heat insulation cavity 60a is formed between the first heat insulation member 61 and the shell 11d. The second heat insulation member 62 is disposed in the heat insulation cavity 60a. When the second heat insulation member 62 melts, an air duct communicating with the outside is formed at the heat insulation cavity 60a. The arrangement of the air duct allows the outside of the first heat insulation member 61 to communicate with the air duct, so that air can circulate between the inside and outside of the air duct. That is, air inside the air duct can circulate to the outside of the air duct, and air outside the air duct can circulate to the inside of the air duct. During this process, the air inside the air duct can form a high-pressure area to reduce the spread of fire towards the side closer to the heat insulation cavity 60a. In addition, during the air circulation, some of the heat of the energy storage system can be carried away to reduce the continuous temperature rise of the energy storage system.

[0447] It should be noted that the connecting parts can be bolts, connecting rods, pins, or other components that can serve a connecting function. There are no restrictions on this, and the appropriate part can be selected according to the actual usage requirements.

[0448] Understandably, by providing a connector, the flexibility of the connection between the first thermal insulation element 61 and the housing 11d can be improved.

[0449] In some embodiments, the first heat insulation member 61 has a first extension end 61a and a second extension end 61b extending along the height direction of the heat insulation device 60, with the second extension end 61b located above the first extension end 61a; along the vertical height direction of the heat insulation device 60, the first extension end 61a and the outer wall of the housing 11d are spaced apart to form an air inlet forming an air guide duct, and the second extension end 61b and the outer wall are spaced apart to form an air outlet forming an air guide duct.

[0450] It is understood that the above-described implementation allows air to enter the air duct through the lower gap between the first heat insulation member 61 and the housing 11d, and then exit through the upper gap between the first heat insulation member 61 and the housing 11d. This allows the air in the air duct to form a high-pressure area, thereby reducing the spread of fire towards the side closer to the heat insulation cavity 60a. Furthermore, during the air circulation process, some of the heat from the energy storage system can be carried away, thereby reducing the continuous temperature rise of the energy storage system.

[0451] In some embodiments, the first heat insulation member 61 has a first extension end 61a and a second extension end 61b extending along the height direction of the heat insulation device 60, with the second extension end 61b located above the first extension end 61a; along the vertical height direction of the heat insulation device 60, the second extension end 61b and the outer wall are spaced apart to form an air inlet forming an air guide duct, and the first extension end 61a and the outer wall are spaced apart to form an air outlet forming an air guide duct.

[0452] It is understood that the above-described implementation allows air to enter the air duct through the upper gap between the first heat insulation member 61 and the housing 11d, and then exit through the lower gap between the first heat insulation member 61 and the housing 11d.

[0453] In some embodiments, when the second heat insulation member 62 melts, the heat insulation cavity 60a forms an air guide channel. Alternatively, in some embodiments, when the second heat insulation member 62 melts, the first heat insulation member 61 and the shell 11d enclose each other to form an air guide channel. Specifically, the method of forming the air guide channel is not limited and can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0454] It is understood that the above-described implementation method can improve the flexibility of the air duct layout, thereby improving the flexibility of the heat insulation device 60 layout.

[0455] In some embodiments, the second heat insulation element 62 is a low melting point material. When the temperature of the second heat insulation element 62 is less than a temperature threshold, or when the temperature of the second heat insulation element 62 is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold, the second heat insulation element 62 melts to form an air duct communicating with the outside of the first heat insulation element 61 at the heat insulation cavity 60a.

[0456] It is understandable that, through the above implementation method, the second heat insulation component 62 can block the air duct at room temperature. When the temperature is greater than or equal to the temperature threshold, the second heat insulation component 62 melts and releases the blockage of the air duct, so that the air duct can be used normally, which has the advantage of simple control.

[0457] In some embodiments, when the temperature of the second insulation 62 is less than a temperature threshold, the second insulation 62 is located in the top region of the first insulation 61.

[0458] It is understandable that, through the above implementation method, the second heat insulation component 62 can block the air duct under normal temperature conditions.

[0459] It should be noted that the second heat insulation element 62 is configured to change from a solid state to a liquid or gaseous state when absorbing heat.

[0460] It should be noted that the second heat insulation element 62 is configured to be solid at room temperature. The solid second heat insulation element 62 can be connected to the first heat insulation element 61 and the housing 11d respectively, so that the solid second heat insulation element 62 can be installed between the first heat insulation element 61 and the housing 11d.

[0461] It should be noted that the second heat insulation element 62 is configured to melt when the temperature of the second heat insulation element 62 is greater than or equal to a temperature threshold, that is, the solid second heat insulation element 62 melts into the liquid second heat insulation element 62, or the solid second heat insulation element 62 melts into the gaseous second heat insulation element 62.

[0462] In some embodiments, the solid second heat insulation element 62 is melted into a liquid second heat insulation element 62, and the liquid second heat insulation element 62 is led out to the outside of the heat insulation cavity 60a through the lower end gap between the first heat insulation element 61 and the housing 11d.

[0463] In some embodiments, the solid second heat insulation element 62 melts into a gaseous second heat insulation element 62, that is, the solid second heat insulation element 62 sublimates into a gaseous second heat insulation element 62, and the gaseous second heat insulation element 62 is led out to the outside of the heat insulation cavity 60a through the upper gap between the first heat insulation element 61 and the housing 11d.

[0464] It should be noted that the solid-state second heat insulation element 62 has a variety of different configurations. The configurations of the solid-state second heat insulation element 62 will be illustrated below.

[0465] In some embodiments, the solid second thermal insulation element 62 has a plate-like structure.

[0466] It is understandable that the solid second heat insulation element 62 is a plate-like structure, which can be connected to the first heat insulation element 61 and the shell 11d respectively to improve the connection strength between the first heat insulation element 61 and the shell 11d.

[0467] In another embodiment, the solid second heat insulation element 62 has a particulate structure.

[0468] It is understandable that the solid second heat insulation component 62 has a granular structure. By placing the granular structure inside the heat insulation cavity 60a, the heat insulation device can reduce the operating noise of the energy storage system.

[0469] Understandably, the configuration of the solid-state second heat insulation component 62 is not limited and can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0470] In some embodiments, the second heat insulation element 62 may be one or a combination of materials with a carbon number of 40-60, such as paraffin, fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, fatty alcohol, polyether ether ketone, polyphenylene sulfide, or other materials that are solid at room temperature and can be melted or sublimated by heating. There are no restrictions on this, and the material may be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0471] It should be noted that since the materials of the second heat insulation element 62 cannot be exhaustively listed, other materials that are solid at room temperature and can be heated to melt or sublimate are also within the scope of protection of this application.

[0472] It is understandable that the second heat insulation component 62 is made of the aforementioned material, which allows the second heat insulation component 62 to absorb the heat of the shell 11d when the temperature of the shell 11d is higher than room temperature, thereby cooling the energy storage system.

[0473] It should be noted that the first heat insulation element 61 has a variety of different configurations, and the configurations of the first heat insulation element 61 will be illustrated below.

[0474] In one feasible implementation, when the solid second heat insulation member 62 is a plate-like structure, the first heat insulation member 61 is constructed as a plate-like structure.

[0475] It is understandable that when the solid second heat insulation component 62 is a plate-like structure, the first heat insulation component 61 is constructed as a plate-like structure. This can increase the connection strength between the first heat insulation component 61 and the second heat insulation component 62 by increasing the contact area between them.

[0476] In another feasible implementation, when the solid second heat insulation element 62 is a granular structure, the first heat insulation element 61 is constructed as a hollow structure.

[0477] It is understandable that when the solid second heat insulation element 62 has a granular structure, the first heat insulation element 61 is constructed as a hollow structure, which allows the first heat insulation element 61 to support the second heat insulation element 62.

[0478] Understandably, there are no restrictions on the way the first heat insulation component 61 is installed; it can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0479] It should be noted that the first heat insulation element 61 is made of a high melting point material, and the melting point of the first heat insulation element 61 is greater than the temperature threshold.

[0480] It is understandable that the melting point of the first heat insulation component 61 is greater than the temperature threshold, which ensures that the first heat insulation component 61 will not melt in an environment with a temperature greater than the temperature threshold, thereby improving the service life of the air duct.

[0481] It should be noted that the second heat insulation element 62 is made of a low melting point material, and the melting point of the second heat insulation element 62 is less than or equal to the temperature threshold.

[0482] It is understandable that the melting point of the second heat insulation component 62 is less than or equal to the temperature threshold, which allows the second heat insulation component 62 to melt in an environment with a temperature less than or equal to the temperature threshold, so that an air duct is formed at the heat insulation cavity 60a that is connected to the outside of the first heat insulation component 61. When the second heat insulation component 62 melts, it can absorb some of the heat, which can help slow down the spread of fire.

[0483] It should be noted that multiple first heat insulation elements 61 are provided, and multiple first heat insulation elements 61 are respectively connected to different outer walls of the shell 11d to form multiple different heat insulation cavities 60a.

[0484] It is understandable that increasing the number of first heat insulation components 61 can increase the number of heat insulation cavities 60a formed with the shell 11d, thereby increasing the number of air ducts and increasing the extension area of the air ducts, so as to provide heat insulation protection for multiple different locations or multiple different outer walls of the energy storage system.

[0485] It should be noted that there are multiple second heat insulation components 62, and the multiple second heat insulation components 62 are configured one-to-one with the multiple first heat insulation components 61, and are respectively located in the corresponding heat insulation cavity 60a.

[0486] It is understandable that increasing the number of second heat insulation elements 62 can increase the amount of heat absorbed by the shell 11d by the second heat insulation elements 62, thereby improving the cooling effect on the energy storage system. The one-to-one correspondence between multiple second heat insulation elements 62 and multiple first heat insulation elements 61 can improve the processing efficiency of the heat insulation device 60. Furthermore, the multiple second heat insulation elements 62 are located in their respective heat insulation cavities 60a, allowing the second heat insulation elements 62 to absorb heat from multiple different locations in the energy storage system, thereby improving the cooling effect of the energy storage system.

[0487] In some embodiments, two first heat insulation members 61 are provided, and the two first heat insulation members 61 are spaced apart along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device 60. In some embodiments, when two first heat insulation members 61 are provided, two heat insulation cavities 60a are formed, and the two heat insulation cavities 60a are spaced apart along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device 60. In some embodiments, when two first heat insulation members 61 are provided, two second heat insulation members 62 are provided, and the two second heat insulation members 62 are spaced apart along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device 60.

[0488] It is understandable that the above-described implementation method can further improve the heat dissipation effect of the heat insulation device 60 in order to protect the energy storage system.

[0489] It should be noted that when the temperature of the housing 11d is less than the temperature threshold, the first heat insulation member 61 has a first mounting part, the second heat insulation member 62 has a second mounting part, and the first mounting part and the second mounting part are configured to cooperate.

[0490] It is understandable that when the temperature of the housing 11d is less than the temperature threshold, the second heat insulation element 62 can be connected to the housing 11d and the first heat insulation element 61 respectively to improve the connection strength between the first heat insulation element 61 and the housing 11d.

[0491] It should be noted that the first mounting section and the second mounting section have several different configuration methods. The configuration methods of the first mounting section and the second mounting section will be illustrated with examples below.

[0492] In one feasible implementation, the first mounting part is a first through hole, which is disposed through the first heat insulation member 61, and the second mounting part is a second through hole, which is disposed through the second heat insulation member 62, and the first through hole and the second through hole are connected.

[0493] It is understandable that the first through hole and the second through hole are connected. By setting a connector and connecting the connector to the first through hole and the second through hole respectively, the first heat insulation element 61 and the second heat insulation element 62 can be connected through the connector.

[0494] In some implementations, the connector may be a screw, connecting rod, adhesive connector, or other component that performs a connecting function. There are no restrictions on this, and the connector may be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0495] In some embodiments, when the connector is a screw, a threaded hole may be provided on the housing 11d, through which the screw passes and through the first through hole and the second through hole, and is threadedly connected to the threaded hole.

[0496] Understandably, the screws allow the first heat insulation element 61 and the second heat insulation element 62 to be threadedly connected to the housing 11d, thereby improving the connection stability between the first heat insulation element 61 and the second heat insulation element 62 and the housing 11d.

[0497] In another feasible embodiment, the first mounting part is a groove, which is formed on the first heat insulation member 61, and the second mounting part is a protrusion, which is disposed on the second heat insulation member 62. The groove and the protrusion are configured to cooperate.

[0498] It is understandable that the first heat insulation element 61 and the second heat insulation element 62 can be connected by the combination of grooves and protrusions.

[0499] It is understandable that there are no restrictions on the specific setup of the first and second installation sections, and they can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0500] It should be noted that there are multiple first mounting parts, which are spaced apart; there are multiple second mounting parts, which are spaced apart; and the multiple first mounting parts and multiple second mounting parts are connected in a one-to-one correspondence.

[0501] It is understandable that increasing the number of first mounting parts and second mounting parts can improve the connection strength between the first heat insulation member 61 and the second heat insulation member 62, thereby making the connection between the first heat insulation member 61 and the second heat insulation member 62 more stable, and thus improving the stability of the heat insulation device 60.

[0502] Please refer to Figure 35. The heat insulation device provided in the embodiment of this application also includes a third heat insulation member 63. The third heat insulation member 63 is used to connect with the housing 11d. The third heat insulation member 63 and the first heat insulation member 61 are located on opposite sides of the housing 11d.

[0503] Understandably, the third insulation element 63 is used to protect the housing 11d to reduce the temperature rise of the outer wall of the energy storage system, thereby extending the service life of the energy storage system. In some embodiments, the third insulation element 63 may be made of flame-retardant material, which can reduce the risk of fire and thus improve the safety performance of the insulation device 60.

[0504] It should be noted that the flame-retardant material of the third heat insulation component 63 may be one or a combination of polyurethane foam with added flame retardants, calcium silicate, ceramics, flame-retardant polycarbonate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, or other flame-retardant materials, without any restrictions.

[0505] It should be noted that the third heat insulation component 63 has a variety of different installation positions, and the installation positions of the third heat insulation component 63 will be illustrated below.

[0506] In one feasible implementation, the third thermal insulation element 63 is connected to the inner wall of the housing 11d.

[0507] Understandably, the third heat insulation element 63 prevents the spread of flames and high temperatures between the inside and outside of the energy storage system. Specifically, in the event of a fire inside the energy storage system, it limits the spread of flames from the inside to the outside, and vice versa. Furthermore, the third heat insulation element 63 is connected to the inner wall of the housing 11d, reducing the external space occupied by the energy storage system and improving the utilization rate of its internal space.

[0508] In another feasible embodiment, the third heat insulation element 63 is connected to the outer wall of the housing 11d.

[0509] Understandably, the third heat insulation component 63 can prevent the spread of flames and high temperatures between the inside and outside of the energy storage system. That is, in the event of a fire inside the energy storage system, it can limit the spread of the flames inside the energy storage system to the outside of the energy storage system, and in the event of a fire outside the energy storage system, it can limit the spread of the flames outside the energy storage system to the inside of the energy storage system.

[0510] In addition, in another feasible embodiment, two third heat insulation members 63 are provided, one of which is connected to the inner wall of the housing 11d, and the other is connected to the outer wall of the housing 11d.

[0511] Understandably, the third thermal insulation element 63 prevents the spread of flames and high temperatures between the inside and outside of the energy storage system. Specifically, in the event of a fire inside the energy storage system, it limits the spread of flames from the inside to the outside, and vice versa. Furthermore, the third thermal insulation element 63, connected to the inner wall of the housing 11d, reduces the external space occupied by the energy storage system and improves the utilization rate of its internal space.

[0512] Understandably, there are no restrictions on the installation location of the third thermal insulation component 63, which can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0513] It should be noted that the third heat insulation element 63 and the first heat insulation element 61 are located on opposite sides of the same shell wall thickness direction of the shell 11d.

[0514] It is understandable that the above-described implementation method can further enhance the heat insulation effect of the heat insulation device, thereby protecting the energy storage system.

[0515] In some embodiments, along the thickness direction of the outer wall of the housing 11, the orthographic projection of the third heat insulation member 63 onto the surface of the outer wall is located inside the orthographic projection of the first heat insulation member 61 onto the surface of the outer wall.

[0516] It is understandable that the above-described implementation method can further enhance the heat insulation effect of the heat insulation device 60, thereby protecting the energy storage system.

[0517] Please refer to Figures 35 and 36. It should be noted that the first heat insulation member 61 has a heat insulation cavity 611, which is used to accommodate the phase change material.

[0518] Understandably, the heat insulation cavity 611 is designed to contain the phase change material, which can absorb heat from the first heat insulation element 61, thereby extending the service life of the first heat insulation element 61.

[0519] It should be noted that the phase change material can be one or a combination of multiple of the following: paraffin wax with a carbon number of 40-60, fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, fatty alcohols, lauric acid-palmitic acid eutectics, molten salt complexes, or other phase change materials. There are no restrictions on this, and the material can be selected according to the actual application requirements.

[0520] In some embodiments, the extending direction of the heat-insulating cavity 611 may be parallel to the height direction of the energy storage system.

[0521] It is understandable that the extension direction of the heat insulation cavity 611 can be parallel to the height direction of the energy storage system, which can insulate the phase change material inside the heat insulation cavity 611 and absorb heat at different positions of the first heat insulation component 61, thereby extending the service life of the first heat insulation component 61.

[0522] In some embodiments, the melting point of the phase change material is less than or equal to a temperature threshold.

[0523] It is understood that, through the above implementation method, the phase change material can melt when the temperature threshold is reached, thereby absorbing the heat at the first heat insulation member 61 to protect the first heat insulation member 61.

[0524] In some embodiments, the melting point of the phase change material is lower than the melting point of the first heat insulation element 61.

[0525] It is understood that, through the above-described embodiments, the melting of the phase change material can absorb the heat at the first heat insulation member 61, thereby protecting the first heat insulation member 61.

[0526] In some embodiments, the melting point of the phase change material is less than or equal to a temperature threshold, and the melting point of the phase change material is less than the melting point of the first heat insulation element 61.

[0527] It is understood that, through the above-described embodiments, the melting of the phase change material can absorb the heat at the first heat insulation member 61, thereby protecting the first heat insulation member 61.

[0528] The first heat insulation member 61 provided in the embodiments of this application has an addition port 611a, which is in communication with the heat insulation cavity 611.

[0529] It is understandable that the addition port 611a is used to add phase change material into the heat insulation cavity 611, so as to facilitate the addition of phase change material into the heat insulation cavity 611.

[0530] In some embodiments, after the phase change material is melted by absorbing heat, it can be further evaporated, that is, the liquid phase change material is vaporized into a gaseous phase change material. The gaseous phase change material can be discharged to the outside of the heat insulation cavity 611 through the addition port 611a.

[0531] It is understandable that when the gaseous phase change material is discharged to the outside of the heat insulation cavity 611 after passing through the addition port 611a, the addition port 611a can reduce the increase of gas pressure inside the heat insulation cavity 611, thereby improving the safety performance of the first heat insulation component 61.

[0532] It should be noted that the addition port 611a is located on the top wall of the first heat insulation element 61.

[0533] Understandably, adding the port 611a to the top wall of the first heat insulation member 61 can reduce the leakage of the phase change material after heat absorption and melting.

[0534] It should be noted that, along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device, there is a gap H between the first heat insulation element 61 and the shell 11d, and the gap H satisfies: 100mm > H > 30mm.

[0535] Understandably, the gap between the first heat insulation element 61 and the shell 11d can be used to install the second heat insulation element 62. When the second heat insulation element 62 melts, the gap between the first heat insulation element 61 and the shell 11d is used to form an air duct. The gap H satisfies: 100mm > H > 30mm. This allows the gap of the air duct along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device 60 to increase, thereby reducing the resistance to air flow in the air duct and allowing more air to be transported. This can remove some of the heat from the energy storage system and reduce the continuous temperature rise of the energy storage system.

[0536] It should be noted that the spacing can be 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 85mm, 90mm, 95mm, or any value between 30mm and 100mm. There are no restrictions here, and you can choose according to the actual use requirements.

[0537] It is understandable that the spacing of the above values can meet the normal use of the air duct and can increase the spacing of the air duct along the height direction of the vertical heat insulation device, thereby reducing the resistance of air flow in the air duct and allowing more air to be transported, which can remove some of the heat from the energy storage system and reduce the continuous temperature rise of the energy storage system.

[0538] Understandably, the first insulation element 61 of the insulation device 60 is connected to the outer wall of the housing 11d, which allows for more flexible installation of the insulation device 60.

[0539] It should be noted that the first heat insulation component 61 and the housing 11d can be connected by screws, bolts and nuts, quick-release fasteners or other connection methods. There are no restrictions here, and the appropriate method can be selected according to actual usage requirements.

[0540] It is understandable that the above-mentioned connection method between the first heat insulation component 61 and the shell 11d of the cabinet can improve the flexibility of the arrangement between the first heat insulation component 61 and the shell 11d, thereby making the installation between the heat insulation device 60 and the energy storage cabinet 10 more flexible.

[0541] Please refer to Figure 37. The outer wall of the housing 11d provided in the embodiment of this application includes a first housing wall 12 and a second housing wall 13. The first housing wall extends along the height direction of the energy storage device, and the second housing wall 13 extends along the height direction of the energy storage device and is connected to the first housing wall 12. The first heat insulation member 61 of the heat insulation device 60 is connected to the outer wall of the second housing wall 13, the third heat insulation member 63 of the heat insulation device 60 is connected to the outer wall of the second housing wall 13, and the second heat insulation member 62 of the heat insulation device 60 is disposed at the connection between the first housing wall 12 and the second housing wall 13, and is connected to the outer wall of the first housing wall 12 and the outer wall of the second housing wall 13.

[0542] Understandably, the first shell wall 12 is used to bear the load of the top wall or other upper structure of the cabinet and distribute these loads to the second shell wall 13 to improve the stability of the cabinet. The second heat insulation element 62 of the heat insulation device 60 is disposed at the connection between the first shell wall 12 and the second shell wall 13, and is connected to the outer wall of the first shell wall 12 and the outer wall of the second shell wall 13. This allows the second heat insulation element 62 to seal the connection between the first shell wall 12 and the second shell wall 13, thereby enhancing the sealing performance of the shell wall of the housing 11d.

[0543] The above embodiments provide a detailed description of each component of the cabinet 11. As can be seen from the above embodiments, the cabinet 11 in this application embodiment can be formed by connecting various modular structures 11a. The cabinet 11 can surround the energy storage module 12, thereby increasing the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10. As mentioned above, the energy storage module 12 in this application embodiment can be a battery pack 12b or a battery cluster 12a. The following embodiments will describe the specific structure of the battery cluster 12a in detail.

[0544] Figure 38 shows a schematic diagram of a battery cluster according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 39 shows a schematic diagram of the front end of a battery cluster according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 40 shows a partial enlarged view of part D in Figure 39.

[0545] In some embodiments, referring to FIG38, the battery cluster 12a includes overlapping battery components 700 and a module connection bracket 800, which is disposed at the end of the battery components 700 and is used to connect two adjacent battery components 700.

[0546] Referring to Figures 38 to 40, the battery modules 700 are stacked along the Z direction. Each layer of battery modules 700 is in contact with each other through their respective module connection brackets 800. It can be understood that the connection between adjacent layers of battery modules 700 can be achieved by fixing the module connection brackets 800 of adjacent layers. This connection method can avoid direct connection between battery modules 700 on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is conducive to forming micro gaps in the battery cluster 12a, which facilitates the flow of cold air in the battery cluster 12a.

[0547] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG40, the module connection bracket 800 includes a connection end 810, and the connection ends 810 of two adjacent module connection brackets 800 can form a fixed connection.

[0548] Specifically, threaded holes can be provided on the connecting end 810, and the threaded holes on the two connecting ends 810 correspond to each other in position, so that the connection between the module connecting brackets 800 can be achieved by passing fasteners such as bolts through the threaded holes.

[0549] In some embodiments, referring to FIG40, the module connection bracket 800 further includes a support portion 820, which extends along the thickness direction of the battery assembly 700, and the connection end 810 is connected to both ends of the support portion 820.

[0550] The support portion 820 can be connected to the battery assembly 700. For example, the support portion 820 can be connected to the end plate of the battery assembly 700. The support portion 820 extends along the thickness direction of the battery assembly 700 to improve the structural strength of the battery assembly 700.

[0551] The connecting end 810 is connected to the upper and lower ends of the support part 820, so that the module connecting bracket 800 can be connected to another module connecting bracket 800 at both its upper and lower ends.

[0552] In some specific embodiments, please refer to FIG40, the connection end 810 includes a first connection end 811 and a second connection end 812. The dimension of the first connection end 811 along the width direction of the battery assembly 700 is greater than the dimension of the second connection end 812 along the width direction of the battery assembly 700.

[0553] A groove 8111 can be formed on the first connecting end 811, and the second connecting end 812 can be accommodated in the groove 8111. Through the matching design of the second connecting end 812 and the groove 8111, the assembly between two adjacent battery modules 700 can be positioned, and misalignment between battery modules 700 of different layers can be prevented.

[0554] In some embodiments, the connecting end 810 of the module connecting bracket 800 extends from the thickness direction of the battery assembly 700, thereby enabling micro-gaps to be formed between adjacent battery assemblies 700 after the multiple battery assemblies 700 form a battery cluster 12a.

[0555] Figure 41 shows a disassembled view of a battery assembly provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0556] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 40 and 41, each battery assembly 700 is configured with at least one module connection bracket 800, so that two battery assemblies 700 can be combined, for example, to form a battery cluster including two battery assemblies 700.

[0557] In some embodiments, the battery assembly 700 includes a plurality of battery cells 710 and an insulating connector 712. The insulating connector 712 may be made of an insulating material, including but not limited to insulating polymer materials. The insulating connector 712 is connected to the plurality of battery cells 710, enabling the plurality of battery cells 710 to form the battery assembly 700.

[0558] It is understandable that, in order to achieve the conduction between each cell unit 710, as shown in Figure 38, a metal connecting piece 713 can be provided on one side of the cell unit 710. The electrical connection between each cell unit 710 in the battery assembly 700 can be achieved through the metal connecting piece 713.

[0559] In some embodiments, referring to FIG41, the battery assembly 700 includes an end plate 720, and a module connection bracket 800 is disposed on the outside of the end plate 720 to prevent damage to the cell unit 710.

[0560] In some embodiments, the module connection bracket 800 includes an I-beam, which can improve the structural strength of the module connection bracket.

[0561] In some embodiments, referring to FIG41, an insulating connector 712 is connected between two opposing module connection brackets 800. The insulating connector 712 is used to restrain multiple battery cells 710. The insulating connector 712 can also exert a tensile force on the battery cells 710 to control the overall size of the battery cells 710.

[0562] The above embodiments describe in detail the components of the energy storage cabinet 10. Based on the cooperation of the cabinet body 11 and the energy storage module 12, the energy storage cabinet 10 can improve the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10, and also improve the temperature uniformity of the energy storage module 12. Another design concept of this application embodiment lies in the design of the power distribution busbar module 20. By placing the power distribution busbar module 20 on the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet 10, the installation of the power distribution busbar module 20 can be simplified and its maintenance can be facilitated.

[0563] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the power distribution bus module 20 includes a power distribution bus cabinet 20a, which is configured as a flat structure and is connected to the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0564] Based on the preceding text, the outer wall here refers to the left frame 210 or the right frame 220 in the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0565] Designing the power distribution combiner cabinet 20a as a flat structure and connecting it to the left frame 210 or the right frame 220 can control the size of the energy storage system and facilitate the layout of the energy storage system on site.

[0566] As mentioned above, support blocks 2115 are provided on the left frame 210 and the right frame 220, and the power distribution junction box 20a can be supported on the support blocks 2115.

[0567] In some embodiments, the power distribution bus module may include a power distribution bus housing, and the power distribution bus module includes a power distribution structure, a bus structure, a BMS structure, a cooling structure 20d, and a fire protection structure, wherein the power distribution structure, bus structure, BMS structure, cooling structure 20d, and fire protection structure are integrated on the power distribution bus housing.

[0568] The 20a power distribution combiner unit adopts an integrated design, which makes it more compact in structure and also makes it easier to assemble onto the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet.

[0569] In some embodiments, the power distribution structure includes a weak current area and a strong current area, which are separated from each other. For example, two areas can be divided inside the power distribution bus shell to form a weak current area and a strong current area, thereby preventing mutual interference between the weak current and the strong current.

[0570] In some embodiments, the cooling structure is used to generate airflow that passes sequentially through the weak current area and the strong current area. This configuration of the cooling structure can make full use of the cold air and achieve the purpose of dissipating heat from both the weak current area and the strong current area.

[0571] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the power distribution bus module 20 further includes a fire box 20b, which is connected to the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet 10 and located above the power distribution branch cabinet.

[0572] The power distribution bus module 20 is equipped with a fire protection box 20b to protect the energy storage system. Commonly used fire-fighting equipment can be placed inside the fire protection box 20b.

[0573] In some embodiments, referring to FIG1, the power distribution combiner module 20 further includes a waterproof structure 20c, which is connected to the energy storage cabinet 10 and located on both sides of the power distribution combiner cabinet 20a. The waterproof structure 20c includes a bending portion 20c1, which extends in a direction away from the outer wall.

[0574] The waterproof structure 20c, based on the setting of the bending part 20c1, can guide rainwater away from the outer wall, that is, guide rainwater away from the power distribution junction box 20a, thus protecting the power distribution junction box 20a.

[0575] Figure 42 shows a top view of an energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 43 shows a partial enlarged view of part E in Figure 42.

[0576] Please refer to Figures 42 and 43. The waterproof structure 20c can be a hollow shell structure. The waterproof structure 20c can be connected to the left frame 210 or the right frame 220 using the aforementioned first sealing connector 235. The waterproof structure 20c extends a bent portion 20c1 on the side away from the power distribution junction box 20a. The bent portion 20c1 can form a wrapping area with the front frame 230, so that rainwater can be guided from the side where the left frame 210 or the right frame 220 is located to the side where the front frame 230 is located, thereby protecting the power distribution junction box 20a.

[0577] In some embodiments, please refer to FIG1, the waterproof structure 20c includes a first waterproof box 20c2 and a second waterproof box 20c3, which are connected together.

[0578] The design of the waterproof structure 20c here, which includes a first waterproof box 20c2 and a second waterproof box 20c3, simplifies the assembly of the waterproof structure 20c.

[0579] The function of the power distribution combiner cabinet 20a in this application embodiment can be designed with reference to the prior art. The structure of this application embodiment is optimized based on the application of traditional functions, so that it can better adapt to the above-mentioned shape of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0580] Figure 44 shows a front view of an energy storage cabinet 10 provided according to an embodiment of this application; Figure 45 shows a partial enlarged view of part F in Figure 44.

[0581] In some embodiments, please refer to Figures 44 and 45. The energy storage cabinet 10 is provided with a fastener 13 inside, which is connected to the energy storage module 12.

[0582] The fastener 13 can be installed on the front frame 230, rear frame 240, left frame 210 or right frame 220. The fastener 13 can be connected with the module connection bracket 800 in the energy storage module 12, thereby forming a more stable connection between the cabinet 11 and the energy storage module 12 and preventing the energy storage module 12 from shaking.

[0583] Figure 46 shows a schematic diagram of the left side of an energy storage cabinet provided according to an embodiment of this application.

[0584] In some embodiments, referring to FIG46, the energy storage system further includes an anti-seismic beam 50, which is connected to the outer wall of the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0585] The seismic beam 50 can be connected to the left frame 210 or the right frame 220. The installation of the seismic beam 50 can improve the overall strength of the energy storage cabinet 10 and prevent the energy storage cabinet 10 from deforming after the power distribution bus module 20 is installed into the energy storage cabinet 10.

[0586] The number of seismic beams 50 can be set according to requirements. For example, in the example shown in Figure 46, two seismic beams 50 are used and the two seismic beams 50 are arranged crosswise on the left frame 210.

[0587] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 10 and 42, the length, width, and height of the energy storage module 12 are d1, d2, and d3, respectively, and the volume of the energy storage module 12 is v1. The length, width, and height of the energy storage cabinet 10 are d4, d5, and d6, respectively, and the volume of the energy storage cabinet 10 is v2. d1, d2, d3, d4, d5, and d6 satisfy the following relationships: 0.867 < d1:d4 < 0.903, 0.889 < d2:d5 < 0.907, 0.836 < d3:d6 < 0.848.

[0588] v1 and v2 satisfy the relationship: 0.644 < v1: v2 < 0.695.

[0589] The above relationship shows the volume ratio of the energy storage module 12 in the energy storage cabinet 10. Designing the energy storage module 12 and the energy storage cabinet 10 according to the above dimensions can improve the volumetric energy density of the energy storage cabinet 10 while ensuring that the energy storage cabinet 10 has sufficient capacity.

[0590] In the specific design, the values of d1:d4 can be set according to the requirements. For example, d1:d4 can be 0.87, 0.89, 0.9, etc. The values of d2:d5 can be set according to the requirements. For example, d2:d5 can be 0.89, 0.9, etc. The values of d3:d6 can be set according to the requirements. For example, d3:d6 can be 0.84, 0.842, etc. The values of v1:v2 can be set according to the requirements. For example, v1:v2 can be 0.645, 0.67, 0.68, 0.69, etc.

[0591] In some embodiments, the energy storage system includes at least two energy storage cabinets 10 and at least one power distribution bus module 20, with the at least two energy storage cabinets 10 connected in series in the horizontal or vertical direction.

[0592] Figure 47 shows a layout diagram of an energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 48 shows a layout diagram of another energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application; Figure 49 shows a layout diagram of yet another energy storage system provided according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0593] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 47 to 49, the energy storage system further includes a top cover structure 300, and at least one energy storage cabinet 10 is configured with a top cover structure 300.

[0594] The structure of an energy storage cabinet 10 with a top cover structure 300 has been described in the foregoing embodiments. According to the above embodiments, the top cover structure 300 can be installed in the installation area 11c formed by the frame 200.

[0595] Referring to Figure 47, in some embodiments, two energy storage cabinets 10 can be used with a top cover structure 300. The dimensions of the top cover structure 300 need to be changed accordingly. To achieve cooperation with the two energy storage cabinets 10, the connecting top cover 310 in the top cover structure 300 can be structurally adjusted.
