Abstract
Description
[0001] High-voltage flat contact for a high-voltage component
[0002] The invention relates to a high-voltage flat contact for a high-voltage component, a high-voltage flat contact system with such a high-voltage flat contact for a high-voltage component, and a manufacturing method for such a high-voltage flat contact.
[0003] A high-voltage flat contact, for example, designed as a busbar (also known as a busbar), is an electrically conductive component used to conduct and / or distribute high-voltage electrical energy within a system. It consists of a solid metal strip that forms a conductive conductor. This conductor carries electrical current from one or more sources to one or more loads or consumers. For example, such a high-voltage flat contact is used in the power electronics of an electrified powertrain, such as between a high-voltage battery and an electric motor and / or a...
[0004] A PWM (pulse-width modulation) and a stator and / or rotor are used to ensure efficient and reliable current distribution. DC voltages typically range from 200 V (two hundred volts) to 800 V.
[0005] Industrial experience has shown that screwed high-voltage flat contacts require measures to ensure an oxide-free and therefore undisturbed electrical contact. Without such measures, high contact resistance can develop, which in turn can lead to dangerous heating of the high-voltage flat contact. This poses a significant safety risk.
[0006] Several measures are known to ensure oxide-free contact between screwed high-voltage flat contacts. These include coating the high-voltage flat contact, either using stamped coated coils or rack coating following the stamping process, passivation, and (laser) cleaning. However, these measures are costly, have a limited lifespan, and / or are not suitable for repeated connections, such as multiple screw-in cycles. If re-disconnectability of an electrical contact is required during manufacturing, planned maintenance, or necessary part replacement within a product's life cycle, the known measures alone are insufficient. For example, post-treatment (such as repeating the passivation process) or replacement of the high-voltage flat contact may be necessary.
[0007] Based on this, the present invention aims to overcome, at least partially, the disadvantages known from the prior art. The features of the invention are defined in the independent claims, for which advantageous embodiments are shown in the dependent claims. The features of the claims can be combined in any technically meaningful way, whereby the explanations in the following description and features from the figures, which comprise supplementary embodiments of the invention, can also be used.
[0008] The invention relates to a high-voltage flat contact for a high-voltage component, comprising at least the following components:
[0009] - a conductor body designed to conduct electric current with low resistance;
[0010] - a contact area with a contact surface for contacting a corresponding electrical contact element; and
[0011] - a mounting opening for fixing the contact surface to such an electrical contact element.
[0012] The high-voltage flat contact is characterized primarily by the fact that a separate connecting body with an internal mating contact surface and a connecting surface is still provided.
[0013] wherein the contact surface is designed for direct contact with said electrical contact element and is highly resistant to oxidation, and
[0014] wherein the connecting body is inserted into the mounting opening, and the connecting body is electrically contacted with the contact surface of the conductor body by means of its counter-contact surface.
[0015] Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ordinal numbers used in the preceding and following descriptions serve solely for unambiguous differentiation and do not indicate any order or ranking of the components referred to. An ordinal number greater than one does not necessarily imply the presence of another such component.
[0016] The high-voltage flat contact is designed for conventional applications, such as conducting and distributing electrical energy in high-voltage components. However, a highly economical solution is proposed that ensures a permanently oxide-free connection between two conductive elements over multiple tightening cycles.
[0017] For this purpose, a separate coated connector body is provided, which is not part of the conventionally used conductor body but is manufactured and supplied as an independent component. This has the advantage not only that the connector body can be specifically designed for low-resistance (i.e., oxide-free) electrical contact, but also that any necessary surface treatment can be applied to a smaller component (preferably the connector body is smaller than the conductor body of the high-voltage flat contact) and carried out in a separate manufacturing process. This also means that the conductor body can be treated more effectively.
[0018] In one embodiment, the conductor body is not treated accordingly, but rather joined to the connecting body so early that an oxide layer has not yet formed to a significant extent. Alternatively or additionally, a conductor body is stored in a protective atmosphere (for example, sealed in an airtight casing) until the connecting body is joined to the conductor body.
[0019] In the proposed high-voltage flat contact, the contact surface of the connector body takes on the function of a conventional contact surface of the conductor body. This is achieved by making the contact surface highly resistant to oxidation, thus protecting it from impairment caused by exposure to an oxidative environment and / or insensitive to surface damage, which can lead to oxidation of the conductor body material despite a passivating coating. The contact surface also has a sufficient size to ensure low-resistance electrical contact. It should be noted that, due to the use of a different material (with better conductivity of the material itself and / or contact quality) than that of the conductor body, this expansion can be implemented differently (preferably smaller) than would be required for the same performance with a contact directly between the contact surface of the conductor body and a corresponding contact element.
[0020] The conductor body is conventionally made of copper or a copper alloy, or of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, thus choosing a comparatively inexpensive material with good electrical conductivity. It should be noted that in one embodiment, the high-voltage flat contact optionally includes one or more additional components, such as being overmolded with plastic and / or including mounting lugs. In such an embodiment, the term "high-voltage flat contact" is synonymous with (depending on the application) terms such as "busbar" and / or "current rail" or "bus busbar." Alternatively, here, "high-voltage flat contact" is understood to mean simply a component (e.g., a contact element) that is involved in conducting electrical current for high-voltage components (possibly as part of an assembly).
[0021] The contact area is a section of the conductor body that has sufficient cross-sectional dimensions to minimize the current density and sufficient mechanical strength to connect the conductor body to a corresponding contact element. The contact surface is an outer surface that is brought into mechanical contact with the connecting element (i.e., is brought into contact during manufacturing) in such a way that a low-resistance electrical contact with the connecting element is formed (or can be formed).
[0022] For most applications, the high-voltage flat contact or conductor body must be mechanically securely connected to the respective corresponding contact element, for example for safe electrical conductivity and / or noise reduction, the so-called NVH [noise, vibration, harshness]. In one embodiment, a frictional connection is formed, which can be implemented cost-effectively using a screw connection and / or a rivet connection, with the mounting opening then being provided for the insertion of such a fastening element.
[0023] It is further proposed that the connecting element be inserted into the mounting opening of the conductor body. This forms a (at least securely connected) assembly of the conductor body and the connecting element, which is easy to handle. Preferably, the connecting element is connected to the conductor body (at least securely) exclusively via the mounting opening. This does not preclude the possibility (alternatively or additionally) of an electrical contact between the connecting element (i.e., its mating contact surface) and the conductor body (i.e., its contact surface) being formed at a location other than the direct mechanical connection.
[0024] The mating contact surface of the connector is referred to as internal because it is located within the high-voltage flat contact and is not disconnected, nor is it adversely affected or impaired, when an electrical connection with a corresponding contact element is broken. The mating contact surface of the connector and the contact surface of the conductor body are joined together under controlled conditions during manufacturing, ensuring a reliable (or at least sufficiently oxide-free) electrical connection through standard quality control procedures. This electrical connection between the contact surface and mating contact surface remains intact throughout the life cycle of the high-voltage flat contact and is not affected (at least with regard to electrical conductivity) by the influences of operation.
[0025] In a further advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact, it is proposed that the mating contact surface of the connecting body is directly electrically contacted with the contact surface of the conductor body arranged in the mounting opening.
[0026] In the embodiment proposed here, the mating contact surface of the connector is directly electrically contacted with the contact surface of the conductor located in the mounting opening. This is achieved by the contact surface being arranged within the mounting opening and the mating contact surface being positioned relative to the complementary receiving surface of the connector, which is brought into mechanical contact radially with the mounting opening. The mounting opening of the conductor is dimensioned such that the connector can be inserted into it via its mating contact surface, preferably with a backlash-free connection. In one embodiment, this is achieved by means of a thermal shrink connection. Electrical contact is thus ensured by a precise mechanical connection between the mating contact surface and the contact surface in the mounting opening. It should be noted that electrical contact is not necessarily achieved via the mounting opening alone.
[0027] In a further advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact, it is proposed that the mating contact surface of the connecting body is electrically contacted directly with the contact surface of the conductor body adjacent to the mounting opening.
[0028] In the embodiment proposed here, the mating contact surface of the connecting body is in direct electrical contact with the contact surface of the conductor body adjacent to the mounting opening. The contact surface of the conductor body is arranged such that it is directly or indirectly adjacent to the mounting opening, for example, as a bearing surface for a crimped edge (of a sleeve), screw head (e.g., of a hollow screw), or flange (e.g., not circumferentially around a central connecting axis of the mounting opening), or a similar feature (e.g., a shoulder of a turned part) of the connecting body. It should be noted that in a preferred embodiment, the mounting opening is arranged centrally within such a contact surface, for example, for a screw or a rivet, with the contact surface forming a radial ring around this central mounting opening.Alternatively, such a mounting opening is not centrally located; for example, several mounting openings or comparable openings are provided, wherein preferably the contact surface of the conductor body adjacent to the mounting opening is formed in an intersection (or overlapping area) with a contact surface of the mounting opening. The contact surface is defined by the respective fastening element in the mounting opening. In an embodiment with several mounting openings and associated contact surfaces, at least a portion of the contact surface is arranged in an overlapping area of all or some of the several contact surfaces.
[0029] Such a contact is mechanically well-defined and enables a reliable electrical connection between the mating contact surface of the connector and the contact surface of the conductor. It should be noted that in one embodiment, this connection (as an additional connection) is not necessarily protected against oxidation and / or is only reliably ensured (mechanically) when the high-voltage flat contact is connected to a corresponding contact element. Preferably, such a connection is well protected against oxidation and also reliably electrically contacted (mechanically) even without a tightened fastener in the mounting opening, for example, by means of a plastically deformed connection between the mating contact surface and the contact surface.
[0030] It should be noted that the contact surface of the conductor body and the mating contact surface of the connector body described here are not necessarily the only surfaces, but preferably an additional (separate) or a partial surface of the total contact surface or mating contact surface. In a simplified view, the dimensions of the contact surface and the mating contact surface are identical (preferably in every embodiment). Any protrusions and depressions, differing radii of curvature and / or chamfers, as well as similar design deviations from this simplified view, are not taken into account.
[0031] In an advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact, it is further proposed that the mating contact surface of the connecting body has at least a relative excess to the mounting opening in some areas, preferably that the connecting body is fixed in the mounting opening by means of an interference fit.
[0032] The excess dimension of the connecting body, or of the body part received by the mounting opening (preferably including the mating contact surface), is, in one embodiment according to a generally accepted definition, a dimension that is larger than the mounting opening. In another embodiment, the connecting body and / or the mounting opening alternatively or additionally has at least one local protrusion, which forms a (relative) excess dimension. These protrusions are, for example, designed as ribs, knurling, threads, or teeth. In one embodiment, the at least one protrusion is used exclusively to ensure a secure mechanical connection between the connecting body and the mounting opening.
[0033] Preferably, a reliable electrical connection between the mating contact surface of the connector and the contact surface of the conductor is formed by means of the interference fit. This occurs when the connector is inserted into the mounting opening, causing the surface of the mounting opening that forms (all or part of) the contact surface to be plastically deformed, preferably shearing off or at least locally displacing any oxide layer that may have formed. In one embodiment, a cutting surface similar to a milling tooth is provided. Preferably, such a cutting surface is formed on the connector, which is preferably made of a harder material or at least has a mating contact surface that is harder (e.g., surface-treated) than the contact surface of the conductor, and / or such a cutting surface can be manufactured more extensively and / or more cost-effectively on the connector.
[0034] In one embodiment, the interference fit is not intended for mechanically fastening the connecting body to the conductor body, but rather serves solely, or is mechanically insufficient for, such a mechanically reliable connection between these two components. Preferably, this interference fit provides, by means of an interference fit, and more preferably (at least in the unconnected state), the only mechanical (or mechanically reliable) connection between the connecting body and the conductor body. In one embodiment, the interference fit also provides the only electrical (or electrically reliable) connection between the connecting body and the conductor body, i.e., the contact surface and the mating contact surface are (at least partially) arranged in the surfaces involved in the interference fit.
[0035] In one embodiment, the connecting body can be inserted into the mounting opening by hammering or sliding it in and can simultaneously be fixed therein.
[0036] In a further advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact, it is proposed that the connecting body has a passivation coating,
[0037] wherein the passivation coating is preferably applied to the connecting body by means of barrel electroplating.
[0038] The connector body has a passivation coating, preferably consisting of nickel [Ni], nickel-tin [Ni / Sn], or nickel-silver [Ni / Ag]. The passivation coating is highly resistant to oxidation and protects the connection surface of the connector body from deterioration due to an oxidative environment. At the same time, such a passivation coating is a good electrical conductor, preferably better than the material of the conductor body and / or the base material of the connector body. In one embodiment, electrical conduction through the connector body occurs (at least predominantly) solely within the passivation coating. In one embodiment, the passivation coating is applied to the base body of the connector body by means of so-called barrel plating.Barrel plating is a process in which mass-produced goods such as screws, nuts, or rivets (in this case, the fastener body, for example, designed as a sleeve) are electrolytically coated in a rotating drum. During the rotation of this drum, a passivation coating is applied to the base body of the fastener in a cost-effective, uniform, and reliable manner.
[0039] In a further advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact, it is proposed that the connecting body is inserted into the mounting opening, which is designed as a through-hole, as a sleeve in this through-hole.
[0040] In this embodiment, the connecting element is inserted into the through-hole mounting opening as a sleeve. The through-hole is an opening that extends completely through the conductor body, allowing, for example, a screw or rivet to be inserted through it. Preferably, the through-hole itself, and particularly preferably together with the inserted sleeve, is designed as a clearance opening. Alternatively or additionally, contact is possible or unavoidable; in one embodiment, a thread for a corresponding screw is provided, i.e., the through-hole is designed as a so-called core hole.
[0041] The sleeve is a hollow component with a main axial extent, which can be inserted into the through-hole or is installed in the finished high-voltage flat contact. The sleeve is dimensioned with an effective diameter (not necessarily circular) such that it can be inserted precisely (for example, for an interference fit) into the mounting opening, which is designed as a through-hole. Radially, the sleeve has (all or part of) the mating contact surface and / or is designed radially to form a (preferably the only) mechanical or mechanically reliable connection between the connecting body and the conductor body. In one embodiment, the sleeve has an axial slot for elastic reduction of the effective diameter.
[0042] In one embodiment, the sleeve has at least one flange or crimped edge by means of which an electrical contact (forming at least a portion of the mating contact surface) and / or an axial (mechanical) stop to the conductor body is formed. Preferably, the connecting surface of the connecting body for a (repeatedly releasable) reliable electrical contact with a corresponding contact element is formed on the opposite side of such a flange or edge.
[0043] According to another aspect, a high-voltage flat contact system is proposed for a high-voltage component, featuring
[0044] at least one pair of high-voltage flat contacts according to an embodiment as described above,
[0045] wherein the respective pair of high-voltage flat contacts are directly electrically contacted with each other via the respective connecting surface of the two connecting bodies.
[0046] The high-voltage flat contact system for a high-voltage component comprises at least one pair of high-voltage flat contacts (i.e., two). These high-voltage flat contacts are both designed according to an embodiment of the preceding one, at least with respect to the properties mentioned above. The respective pair of high-voltage flat contacts is electrically contacted directly with each other (preferably exclusively) via the respective contact surfaces of the two connecting bodies.
[0047] It should be noted that in one embodiment, a high-voltage flat contact is connected to several contact elements (for example, each or partially designed as high-voltage flat contacts), wherein preferably a pair of connecting bodies are directly electrically contacted with each other via their respective connecting surfaces. Furthermore, in an advantageous embodiment of the high-voltage flat contact system, it is proposed that the connecting bodies are each designed as sleeves for receiving a fastening element inside the sleeves, wherein the fastening element preferably comprises a screw.
[0048] The connecting elements are each designed as sleeves to receive a fastening element inside. The sleeve is a hollow component with a main axial extent that can be inserted into the through-hole or is already installed in the finished high-voltage flat contact. The sleeve has an effective diameter (not necessarily circular) dimensioned such that it can be inserted precisely (for example, for an interference fit) into the through-hole. Radially, the sleeve has (all or part of) the mating contact surface and / or is designed to form a (preferably the only) mechanical or mechanically reliable connection between the connecting element and the conductor body. In one embodiment, the sleeve has an axial slot for elastic reduction of the effective diameter.
[0049] The fastening means preferably comprises a screw which is screwed into a corresponding core hole (for example, of a connecting body) and / or screwed into a screw nut, preferably with respect to the connecting surface on the back of the respective other high-voltage flat contact.
[0050] The screw is inserted into the sleeve, ensuring a force-fit connection between the high-voltage flat contacts (with sufficient spatial pre-positioning and / or sufficient clearance) and facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. In a preferred embodiment, the screw is not involved in an electrical connection, or only to a negligible extent, because the conductor resistance is significantly greater than that of the conductor chain of the pair of high-voltage flat contacts from the first conductor body, from its (first) contact surface, via the (first) mating contact surface of the (first) connecting body, via the (first) connecting surface of the connecting body to the (second) connecting surface of the further (second) connecting body, via the (second) mating contact surface of the (second) connecting body, into the (second) contact surface of the (second) conductor body, and thus into this second conductor body.
[0051] According to a further aspect, a manufacturing process for a high-voltage flat contact according to an embodiment as described above is proposed, comprising the following steps in the order mentioned: a. Providing the conductor body,
[0052] b. Place at least one disc onto the mounting opening,
[0053] c. to form the connecting body from the disc, shaping the disc into a sleeve, adjacent to the mounting opening,
[0054] which forms the contact surface and the counter-contact surface between the sleeve and the mounting opening and / or electrically contacts them.
[0055] The manufacturing process proposed here enables the simple and cost-effective production of a high-voltage flat contact for a high-voltage component, ensuring permanently oxide-free contact over several screw-in cycles.
[0056] Regarding the high-voltage flat contact produced, reference is made to the preceding description, as well as, optionally, to the aspects of the manufacturing process mentioned therein. Preferably, a high-voltage flat contact is formed in which the connecting body is inserted as a sleeve into a mounting opening designed as a through-hole.
[0057] First, in step a., a conductor body is provided, which is designed for conducting electric current with low resistance. The conductor body adjoins or has a contact area with a contact surface for contacting a corresponding electrical contact element. In addition, at least one mounting opening is provided for fixing the contact surface to such a (separate) electrical contact element. Subsequently, in step b., at least one disk is placed onto the mounting opening. Preferably, the disk is made of a flat sheet metal material.
[0058] In one embodiment, a passivation coating is provided on the disc, preferably being applied to both sides of the disc. Alternatively, the passivation coating is formed exclusively on the side of the disc where the bonding surface is formed.
[0059] In step c, the disc is then formed into a sleeve that rests against the mounting opening. For example, a forming piston and / or a stamping tool is used, preferably exerting a relative movement between the disc (and its resulting counter-contact surface) and the contact surface such that the contact surface is machined and / or plastically deformed. Alternatively or additionally, in a subsequent step, the sleeve is formed from the inside out (completely or partially expanded), thereby plastically deforming and / or machining the contact surface.
[0060] This creates a contact surface and a counter-contact surface between the sleeve and the mounting opening, via which the sleeve and the conductor body are reliably electrically contacted, even if an oxide layer has formed on the contact surface.
[0061] The resulting sleeve, now formed and contacted, has a contact surface for direct contact with the aforementioned electrical contact element. This contact surface is highly resistant to oxidation.
[0062] In an advantageous embodiment of the manufacturing process, it is further proposed that in step b. a plurality of disks are placed on each of a mounting opening, preferably a plurality of conductor bodies, and in step c. they are jointly formed.
[0063] wherein the discs preferably form part of a continuous strip. In one embodiment, step c. is carried out with a tool with which a plurality of discs can be formed simultaneously or immediately one after the other. Preferably, the discs are positioned simultaneously by the same tool in step b.
[0064] Preferably, the discs are part of a continuous strip. The strip, or its discs, are positioned relative to the mounting openings of the conductor bodies and then formed into connecting elements in a forming process. This forming is preferably carried out by means of a stamping and / or deep-drawing process. Preferably, the strip is simultaneously cut during this process, thus releasing the mechanical connection between the discs, preferably only when the mounting openings belong to separate high-voltage flat contacts.
[0065] The invention described above is explained in detail below against the relevant technical background with reference to the accompanying drawings, which show preferred embodiments. The invention is in no way limited by the purely schematic drawings, although it should be noted that the drawings are not to scale and are not suitable for defining size relationships. It is illustrated in
[0066] Fig. 1: a high-voltage flat contact system in a spatial exploded view;
[0067] and
[0068] Fig. 2: the high-voltage flat contact system according to Fig. 1 in a sectional view in the assembled state.
[0069] Figure 1 shows a three-dimensional exploded view of a high-voltage flat contact system 10, simplified here to the components required for an electrical contact. For example, no connected high-voltage component and no electrical insulation (e.g., overmolding of the conductor body 2) are shown. The high-voltage flat contact system 10 comprises two high-voltage flat contacts 1 (here shown identically for clarity and without exclusion of generality), each of which forms a corresponding contact element 5 for the other high-voltage flat contact 1.The high-voltage flat contacts 1 each comprise a conductor body 2 and a connecting body 7 (here optionally designed as an unslotted sleeve) and are connected to each other by means of a fastening element 11 comprising a screw and a screw nut via their corresponding fastening openings 6 by means of a frictional connection along the fastening axis 12.
[0070] The (respective) conductor body 2 has a contact area 3, which has a contact surface 4 for contacting the corresponding mating contact surface 8 (see Fig. 2) of the connecting body 7. Here, the mounting opening 6 is provided as a through-hole with a first diameter 13, into which the connecting body 7, with its complementary section (contact shaft 15) and mating contact surface 8 having a second diameter 14, can be received. Preferably, the connecting body 7 is fixed relative to the conductor body 2 by means of an interference fit, i.e., with a larger second diameter 14 (of the connecting body 7) than the first diameter 13 (of the mounting opening 6), and is simultaneously reliably electrically contacted. For example, the contact shaft 15 is inserted into the fastening opening 6, for example by hammering it in, and in the process, due to the excess material, any oxide layer that may have formed is lifted off or at least partially broken through.
[0071] In the illustrated embodiment, only the respective connecting surface 9 (here, to be contacted in pairs) of the connecting body 7 is used for electrical contact with the respective contact element 5. This connecting surface 9 is resistant to oxidation and preferably to surface damage, and is therefore suitable for repeatedly disconnectable electrical contact. The internal mating contact surface 8, on the other hand, is connected only once during manufacturing to the contact surface 4 of the oxidation-prone conductor body 2 and is not disconnected again. Therefore, no separate measures are required to ensure reliability during repeated disconnection, and thus no passivation coating is necessary. Figure 2 shows the high-voltage flat contact system 10 according to Figure 1 in a sectional view in its assembled state. In this case, only the upper connecting body 7 shown in the illustration is provided with reference numerals with regard to the partner surfaces of the electrical contacting and the functional units on the lower connecting body 7 shown in the illustration.
[0072] The connecting elements 7 are inserted into the respective mounting opening 6 (here with an interference fit), so that a secure mechanical hold and a secure electrical contact are created between the contact surface 4 in the mounting opening 6 and the mating contact surface 8 on the contact shaft 15 of the connecting element 7. Alternatively or additionally, a (supplementary, decisive or sole) electrical contact pair is formed on the reverse side of the connecting surface 9 (i.e., on the conductor body side) at the edge 16 of the connecting element 7.
[0073] As shown in the illustration, a rib 17 is indicated by a dashed line to the right of the mounting axis 12. In one embodiment, this rib is formed into the material of the conductor body 2 by plastic deformation and / or machining, either as an alternative or additional to an interference fit of the base body from which the rib 17 rises radially (relative to the mounting axis 12). This ensures that, if an oxide layer is present on the inner surface of the mounting opening 6, which is intended for forming the contact surface 4, this oxide layer is sufficiently removed to ensure good electrical conductivity and to reliably prevent dangerous heating in a cost-effective manner with minimal quality control effort. Preferably, a plurality of such ribs 17 or a comparable geometry is formed on the contact shaft 15. Alternatively or additionally, such a or similar protrusion (for example, as sacrificial material) is provided in the mounting opening 6.
[0074] In one embodiment, an alternative or additional tooth 18 (also shown with a dashed line to the right of the mounting axis 12) is provided on the conductor body-side rear face of the edge 16 of the connecting body 7. When the connecting body 7 is inserted, this tooth is plastically deformed and thus recessed into the conductor body 2 to form a good contact pair. Alternatively, a good contact pair can also be formed by removing or displacing any oxide layer that may be present (for example, by rotating the connecting body 7 about the mounting axis 12). It should be noted that with such a plastically deforming and / or machining element, a measure to protect the conductor body 2 from oxidation is unnecessary, thus reducing storage requirements and overall effort.
[0075] The high-voltage flat contact proposed here for a high-voltage component ensures permanently oxide-free contact over several screw-in cycles. (See list of reference symbols.)
