Abstract
Description
[0001] Winding threads
[0002] The invention relates to a device and a method for winding threads.
[0003] Devices are known for winding threads into spools. These are used, for example, to wind synthetic threads after their production. It is common practice to wind threads in parallel in several adjacent winding positions. For this purpose, several spools are arranged side by side on a spool spindle.
[0004] The threads to be wound are typically moved back and forth by a changing unit, thus laying them across the entire width of the spool being wound. Each winding position is assigned its own changing unit.
[0005] A changing unit allows a thread to be moved back and forth across a changing width. However, the changing unit is generally wider than the changing width. This makes it difficult to arrange the spools of the individual winding positions close together. This close proximity is desirable, however, to utilize the spool spindle efficiently.
[0006] It is known from the prior art to arrange the changing units axially overlapping each other by offsetting them vertically. While this allows the coils to be positioned close together, the vertical offset of the changing units results in the threads being guided differently in the individual winding positions. This can affect the properties of the coils being wound and is therefore undesirable.
[0007] The object of the present invention is to create a way to wind threads onto spools arranged as close together as possible, whereby the threads are guided in as similar a manner as possible.
[0008] This problem is solved by the device and method according to the independent claims. According to the invention, a device for winding threads is presented. The device has at least one pair of a first winding position and a second winding position, which are arranged next to each other in an axial direction. The device comprises:
[0009] a spool spindle with an axially oriented spool spindle axis, a pressure roller device,
[0010] for each of the winding positions a respective changing unit, wherein the changing units each have a first end and a second end opposite the first end, and wherein the changing units each have a changing thread guide at their first end,
[0011] wherein the device is configured to wind one of the threads onto a corresponding spool held by the spool spindle in each of the winding positions, while the thread is changed with the changing unit of the winding position and pressed against the corresponding spool with the pressure roller device, wherein the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position overlap each other in the axial direction, and wherein the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are tilted relative to each other in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction such that the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are inclined towards each other when viewed from the respective second end to the respective first end.
[0012] The device is designed for winding threads. These threads can be, for example, synthetic threads. They can be wound with the device immediately after production. Alternatively, the device can also be used, for example, to wind threads made of natural materials and / or to wind threads after processing. Generally, the type of thread being wound and the context in which the device is used are irrelevant to its functionality.
[0013] The device has at least two winding positions arranged side by side in an axial direction. For the following description, these winding positions are grouped into pairs of two adjacent winding positions. Each pair has one winding position referred to as the first winding position and one winding position referred to as the second winding position.
[0014] If the device has exactly two winding positions, there is exactly one such pair. One of the two winding positions is then the first winding position of this pair, and the other winding position is the second winding position of this pair.
[0015] If the device has exactly three winding positions, there are exactly two pairs. The middle winding position then belongs to both pairs. If this is designated as the second winding position, the other two winding positions each represent a first winding position. The three winding positions are therefore arranged next to each other in the following order: first winding position, second winding position, first winding position.
[0016] If the device has more than three winding positions, this pattern continues accordingly. The number of pairs is always one less than the number of winding positions. Each winding position is either a first winding position or a second winding position.
[0017] This section describes, in particular, the relationship between the first and second winding positions. If there are exactly two winding positions, the description applies to the relationship between these two positions. However, if there are more than two winding positions, this description applies to each pair of first and second winding positions. Therefore, for winding positions not located at the edge of the device, the description herein applies to both the relationship to the winding position to the right and the relationship to the winding position to the left.
[0018] The device comprises a winding spindle with an axially oriented winding spindle axis. Spools onto which the threads are wound can be held side by side axially on the winding spindle. The winding spindle is preferably cantilevered. The winding spindle is preferably supported at one end, while the other end is preferably a free end. The finished wound spools can be removed from the winding spindle via this free end. The winding spindle can be supported at its first end by a winding turret. Preferably, another winding spindle is supported by the winding turret, allowing the threads to be wound continuously.
[0019] The device further comprises a pressure roller assembly. The pressure roller assembly can be formed by a single pressure roller extending over all winding positions. Alternatively, the pressure roller assembly can have a separate pressure roller for each winding position. It can also have a pressure roller extending over a portion of the winding positions. For the operation of the device described herein, it is irrelevant whether the pressure roller assembly is divided into several parts and, if so, to what extent the parts are assigned to the winding positions. Therefore, it is referred to herein generally as the pressure roller assembly.
[0020] The pressure roller assembly has a pressure roller axis. This is preferably oriented parallel to the axial direction. In this case, the spool spindle and the one or more pressure rollers of the pressure roller assembly are parallel to each other.
[0021] The device further comprises a separate changing unit for each of the winding positions. The changing principle employed by the changing units is irrelevant to the functioning of the device described herein.
[0022] Each changing unit has a first end and a second end opposite the first. Each changing unit has a changing thread guide at its first end. This defines the first end. The first end is the end at which the thread to be changed is changed. This is achieved by moving the thread back and forth with the changing thread guide. The first and second ends, in particular, define the orientation of the changing units relative to each other.
[0023] The device is designed to wind one of the threads onto a corresponding spool held by the spool spindle in each of the winding positions, while the thread is changed by the changing unit of the winding position and pressed against the corresponding spool by the pressure roller device. The winding of the threads with the described device can, in principle, be carried out in the same way as with known devices of this type.
[0024] However, with the described device it is possible to wind the threads onto spools arranged particularly close together and to guide the threads in as uniform a manner as possible.
[0025] To achieve this, the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are designed to overlap axially. This allows the coils to be positioned particularly close together, even if the changing units are wider than their respective changing widths. This design can be achieved, for example, by offsetting the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position relative to each other in a vertical direction.
[0026] On the other hand, the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are tilted relative to each other in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction such that, when viewed from their respective second ends to their respective first ends, the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are inclined towards each other. This applies both when viewing from the second end of the changing unit of the first winding position to the first end of the changing unit of the first winding position and when viewing from the second end of the changing unit of the second winding position to the first end of the changing unit of the second winding position.
[0027] The changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are preferably tilted relative to each other by a rotation about the pressure roller axis. However, it is also conceivable that the changing units are rotated relative to each other by a rotation about an axis of rotation spaced apart from the pressure roller axis. Therefore, it is generally preferred that the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are tilted relative to each other by a rotation about an axis of rotation, wherein the axis of rotation coincides with or is parallel to the pressure roller axis. The first ends of the changing units, on which the changing thread guides are arranged, are positioned closer together by this arrangement than the second ends. The changing thread guides are therefore arranged particularly close together. This results in a particularly small difference in the trailing lengths.
[0028] The statement that the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are inclined towards each other when viewed from the respective second end to the respective first end can be replaced by any of the formulations that
[0029] ■ the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are inclined towards each other on the side of their first ends,
[0030] ■ the second end of the changing unit of the first winding position is further away from the second end of the changing unit of the second winding position than the first end of the changing unit of the first winding position is from the first end of the changing unit of the second winding position,
[0031] ■ a changing unit axis of the changing unit of the first winding position and a changing unit axis of the changing unit of the second winding position approach each other from the second end of the changing unit of the first winding position to the first end of the changing unit of the first winding position.
[0032] The decisive factor in every case is the relative orientation of the changing units to each other. For example, the changing unit of the first winding position can be horizontally oriented, while the changing unit of the second winding position can be tilted relative to it. The fact that the changing unit of the first winding position is horizontally oriented means that its axis is horizontally aligned, i.e., perpendicular to a vertical direction. However, it is also possible that the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are tilted at different angles relative to the horizontal.
[0033] In a preferred embodiment of the device, the changing unit of the first winding position is configured to lay the thread wound in the first winding position with a first trailing length on the pressure roller device, wherein the changing unit of the second winding position is configured to lay the thread wound in the second winding position with a second trailing length on the pressure roller device, and wherein the first trailing length and the second trailing length differ from each other by a maximum of 20%.
[0034] The trailing length is determined by the distance between the changing thread guide and the point where the thread is laid down on the spool. Ideally, the trailing length is the same for all threads, ensuring consistent guidance. This helps to produce finished spools with uniform properties. However, minor deviations are acceptable. In the present embodiment, this is quantified such that the first and second trailing lengths may differ by a maximum of 20%. Preferably, however, this deviation should be as small as possible. It is therefore preferred that the first and second trailing lengths differ by a maximum of 10%, and in particular by a maximum of 5%. The first and second trailing lengths can differ by 0 to 20%, preferably by 0 to 10%, and most preferably by 0 to 5%.
[0035] The small deviation in the trailing lengths defined herein can be achieved by tilting the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position relative to each other in the plane perpendicular to the axial direction, as described.
[0036] It was previously explained that the changing unit of the first winding position and the changing unit of the second winding position are preferably tilted relative to each other by a rotation about the pressure roller axis. In particular, by selecting the pressure roller axis as the pivot point, the desired identical trailing lengths can be achieved. However, since, as explained, the trailing lengths do not necessarily have to be identical, it is also conceivable that the changing units are rotated relative to each other by a rotation about an axis of rotation spaced apart from the pressure roller axis.
[0037] In a further preferred embodiment of the device, the changing thread guide of the changing unit of the first winding position is arranged at a first distance from a cylindrical surface of the pressure roller device, wherein the changing thread guide of the changing unit of the second winding position is arranged at a second distance from the cylindrical surface of the pressure roller device, and wherein the first distance and the second distance differ from each other by a maximum of 20%.
[0038] If the pressure roller assembly consists of a single pressure roller, the surface area of the pressure roller assembly is the surface area of that pressure roller. If the pressure roller assembly consists of several individual pressure rollers, each pressure roller has its own surface area. The surfaces of the individual pressure rollers together form the surface area of the pressure roller assembly. Therefore, in this case, it is composed of several parts.
[0039] The distance considered here is defined in relation to the outer surface of the pressure roller, which is assigned to the respective winding position under consideration.
[0040] Ideally, the first and second spacings are identical. In this case, all threads are guided in the same way. This also contributes to the desired goal of obtaining spools with identical properties. However, minor deviations are acceptable. This is quantified as a maximum deviation of 20% between the first and second spacings. Preferably, however, this deviation should be as small as possible. It is therefore preferred that the first and second spacings differ by a maximum of 10%, and in particular by a maximum of 5%. The first and second spacings can differ by 0 to 20%, preferably by 0 to 10%, and most preferably by 0 to 5%.
[0041] In a further preferred embodiment, the device comprises a respective thread deflection device for each of the winding positions, wherein the thread deflection device of the first winding position and the thread deflection device of the second winding position are arranged such that the thread wound in the first winding position is fed to the changing unit of the first winding position via the thread deflection device of the first winding position in such a way that the thread wound in the first winding position is deflected by the changing unit of the first winding position by a first deflection angle, and the thread wound in the second winding position is fed to the changing unit of the second winding position via the thread deflection device of the second winding position in such a way that the thread wound in the second winding position is deflected by the changing unit of the second winding position by a second deflection angle.and wherein the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle differ from each other by a maximum of 20°.
[0042] Previously, it was described that the threads between the respective changing thread guide and the pressure roller assembly are preferably guided in an identical manner. In this embodiment, however, the path of the threads before they reach the changing thread guides is considered. This path reveals, in particular, whether and to what extent the threads are deflected at the changing thread guide. This is expressed by the deflection angle at the changing thread guide. In the present embodiment, this occurs in as uniform a manner as possible for all threads. This can be used as an alternative or in addition to the measures previously described regarding the path of the threads between the respective changing thread guide and the pressure roller assembly.
[0043] For the present embodiment, the deflection angles by which the threads are deflected by the changing thread guides are considered. These deflection angles can also be referred to as wrap angles. Ideally, the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle are identical. In this case, all threads are guided in an identical manner. This also contributes to the desired goal of obtaining bobbins with identical properties. However, minor deviations are acceptable. This is quantified such that the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle may differ from each other by a maximum of 20°. Preferably, however, this deviation should be as small as possible. It is therefore preferred that the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle differ from each other by a maximum of 10°, and in particular by a maximum of 5°.The first deflection angle and the second deflection angle can differ from each other by 0 to 20°, preferably by 0 to 10°, and most preferably by 0 to 5°. These specifications refer to the magnitude of the deflection angles. It is possible that the deflection with the changing unit of the first winding position and the deflection with the changing unit of the second winding position occur with different directions of rotation.
[0044] In addition to the deflection angles at the changing thread guides, the deflection angles by which the threads are deflected by the thread deflection devices can also influence the quality of the bobbins. These deflection angles can also be referred to as wrap angles. It is preferred that the thread deflection device of the first winding position and the thread deflection device of the second winding position are arranged such that the thread wound in the first winding position is deflected by a third deflection angle by the thread deflection device of the first winding position, and the thread wound in the second winding position is deflected by a fourth deflection angle by the thread deflection device of the second winding position of the changing unit of the second winding position, wherein the third and fourth deflection angles differ from each other by a maximum of 20°. Ideally, the third and fourth deflection angles are identical to each other. In this case, all threads are guided in an identical manner. This also contributes to the desired goal of obtaining bobbins with identical properties. Minor deviations are acceptable, however. This is quantified by the fact that the third and fourth deflection angles may differ from each other by a maximum of 20°. Preferably, however, this deviation should be as small as possible. It is therefore preferred that the third and fourth deflection angles differ from each other by a maximum of 10°, and in particular by a maximum of 5°. The third and fourth deflection angles may differ from each other by 0 to 20°, preferably by 0 to 10°, and most preferably by 0 to 5°. These specifications refer to the magnitude of the deflection angles. It is possible that the deflection with the first thread deflection device and the deflection with the second thread deflection device occur in different directions of rotation.
[0045] The thread deflection devices can be implemented in various ways. For the present embodiment, it is only relevant that the threads can be deflected by the thread deflection device. For example, the thread deflection devices can be designed as thread guides. Particularly when the thread deflection devices are designed as thread guides, it is preferred that the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle are identical to each other or differ only within the range described above, and that the third deflection angle and the fourth deflection angle are identical to each other or differ only within the range described above. The thread deflection devices can also each have several elements, each of which deflects the corresponding thread individually or together.
[0046] In another preferred embodiment of the device, the changing unit of the first winding position is arranged on the same side next to the yarn wound in the first winding position as the pressure roller assembly, and / or the changing unit of the second winding position is arranged on the same side next to the yarn wound in the second winding position as the pressure roller assembly. The "and" case is preferred. In particular, in this embodiment, the changing unit of the first winding position can be arranged at least partially above the pressure roller assembly, and / or the changing unit of the second winding position can be arranged at least partially above the pressure roller assembly. This results in a particularly compact design. When viewed perpendicular to the axial direction, the device is therefore particularly narrow. In addition, comparatively long follower lengths can be achieved in this configuration.
[0047] In an alternative preferred embodiment of the device, the changing unit of the first winding position is arranged on a different side of the thread wound in the first winding position than the pressure roller assembly, and / or the changing unit of the second winding position is arranged on a different side of the thread wound in the second winding position than the pressure roller assembly. The "and" case is preferred.
[0048] In this particular embodiment, the changing unit for the first winding position can be arranged next to the pressure roller assembly, and / or the changing unit for the second winding position can be arranged next to the pressure roller assembly. The threads thus run between the respective changing unit and the pressure roller assembly. This arrangement simplifies the design because the changing units are not located in the generally limited installation space above the pressure roller assembly. Furthermore, comparatively short trailing lengths can be achieved with this configuration.
[0049] In another preferred embodiment of the device, a changing unit axis of the changing unit of the first winding position and a changing unit axis of the changing unit of the second winding position enclose an angle with each other in the range of 5 to 45°, in particular in the range of 10 to 30°.
[0050] In this embodiment, the degree to which the changing units of the adjacent winding positions are tilted relative to each other is quantified. In a further preferred embodiment, the device has several pairs, each consisting of a first winding position and a second winding position, arranged side by side in the axial direction, with the first winding positions and the second winding positions being arranged alternately in the axial direction.
[0051] If the device has exactly four winding positions, there are exactly three pairs. The winding positions can then be arranged next to each other in the following order: first winding position, second winding position, first winding position, second winding position. If the device has exactly five winding positions, there are exactly four pairs. The winding positions can then be arranged next to each other in the following order: first winding position, second winding position, first winding position, second winding position, first winding position. This can be continued indefinitely.
[0052] When viewed in the plane perpendicular to the axial direction, the first winding positions can be arranged identically to each other, and / or the second winding positions can be arranged identically to each other. Since the first and second winding positions alternate, the advantages described herein can be achieved even with a particularly simple design using only two different types of winding positions. These advantages can also be achieved with numerous other designs. In general, it suffices that, for all pairs, the relationship between the corresponding first winding position and the corresponding second winding position is designed as described herein.
[0053] As a further aspect of the invention, a method for winding threads with a device designed as described is described, wherein in each of the winding positions one of the threads is wound onto a corresponding spool held by the spool spindle, while the thread is changed with the changing unit of the winding position and pressed against the corresponding spool with the pressure roller device.
[0054] The described advantages and features of the device are applicable and transferable to the method, and vice versa. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures. The figures show particularly preferred embodiments, to which, however, the invention is not limited. The figures and the size relationships shown therein are only schematic. They show:
[0055] Figs. 1a and 1b: a device for winding threads known from the prior art,
[0056] Figs. 2a and 2b: a device according to the invention for winding threads,
[0057] Fig. 3: a detail of a device according to the invention for winding threads,
[0058] Figs. 4 to 6: Partially shown further examples of devices according to the invention for winding threads.
[0059] Figures 1a and 1b show a device 1 for winding threads 2, known from the prior art. A coordinate system is used to describe the device 1, which is defined by a first direction x, a second direction y, and an axial direction a. Figure 1a shows a side view perpendicular to the first direction x, while Figure 1b shows a side view perpendicular to the axial direction a. The second direction y can also be referred to as a vertical direction.
[0060] The device 1 has several winding positions 3.1, 3.2, which are arranged next to each other in the axial direction a. Adjacent winding positions 3.1, 3.2 each form a pair 3 consisting of a first winding position 3.1 and a second winding position 3.2. In the example shown in Figures 1a and 1b, there are three such pairs 3. Apart from the two winding positions 3.1, 3.2 located at the edge, each of the winding positions 3.1, 3.2 belongs to two of the pairs 3. The first winding positions 3.1 and the second winding positions 3.2 are arranged alternately in the axial direction a.
[0061] The device 1 comprises a spool spindle 4 with a spool spindle axis 5 oriented in the axial direction a. Furthermore, the device 1 comprises a pressure roller assembly 6, which in the example shown here is designed as a simple pressure roller. The pressure roller assembly 6 has a cylindrical surface 12 and a pressure roller axis 15. The device 1 also comprises a change unit 7 for each of the winding positions 3.1, 3.2. The change units 7 each have a first end 8 and a second end 9 opposite the first end 8. The change units 7 each have a change thread guide 10 at their first end 8. The change units 7 each have a change unit axis 14.
[0062] The device 1 is configured to wind one of the threads 2 onto a corresponding spool 11 held by the spool spindle 4 in each of the winding positions 3.1, 3.2, while the thread 2 is changed by the changing unit 7 of the winding positions 3.1, 3.2 and pressed against the corresponding spool 11 by the pressure roller device 6. The changing of the threads 2 is indicated in Fig. 1a by dotted double arrows.
[0063] The changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 is configured to lay down the yarn 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 with a first trailing length Si at the pressure roller assembly 6. The changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 is configured to lay down the yarn 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 with a second trailing length s2 at the pressure roller assembly 6. This is indicated in Fig. 1b.
[0064] The changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 overlap each other in the axial direction a. This can be seen in Fig. 1a. This arrangement allows the coils 11 to be positioned particularly close together on the spool spindle 4. The changing units 7 can be arranged overlapping each other because the changing units 7 of the first winding positions 3.1 are offset from the changing units 7 of the second winding positions 3.2 in the second direction y. However, this offset arrangement leads to a significant difference between the first trailing length Si and the second trailing length s2 in the prior art device 1 shown in Figs. 1a and 1b. This is indicated in Fig. 1b.
[0065] Figures 2a and 2b show a device 1 according to the invention for winding threads 2. Only the differences from the prior art device 1 shown in Figures 1a and 1b are described below. Unlike the device 1 shown in Figures 1a and 1b, the device 1 according to the invention shown in Figures 2a and 2b is provided that, in each of the pairs 3, the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 are tilted relative to each other in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction a, such that the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 are inclined towards each other when viewed from their respective second end 9 to their respective first end 8. This means that the second end 9 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 is located away from the second end 9 of the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2.2 further away than the first end 8 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 from the first end 8 of the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2. The changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 are therefore inclined towards each other on the side of their first ends 8. A changing unit axis 14 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 and a changing unit axis 14 of the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 approach each other from the second end 9 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 to the first end 8 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1.
[0066] This tilted arrangement causes the first tow length Si and the second tow length s2 to differ from each other by a maximum of 20%, or even to be identical. However, the figures are only schematic, particularly with regard to the tow length Si,s2.
[0067] That a deviation in the trailing lengths Si,s2 can be reduced or avoided by tilting the changing units 7 is also illustrated in Fig. 3. This figure shows a section of a device 1, which can be constructed in principle like the device 1 shown in Figs. 2a and 2b. Only the elements particularly important for understanding are shown in Fig. 3. These are the threads 2, the changing units 7, and the pressure roller assembly 6.
[0068] As can be seen in Fig. 3, in particular, the changing thread guide 10 of the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 is arranged at a first distance from a cylindrical surface 12 of the pressure roller assembly 6, and the changing thread guide 10 of the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 is arranged at a second distance from the cylindrical surface 12 of the pressure roller assembly 6. The first distance and the second distance are identical in this example. For the sake of clarity, the first distance and the second distance are not indicated by dimension lines in Fig. 3.
[0069] The changing unit axis 14 of changing unit 7 in the first winding position 3.1 and the changing unit axis 14 of changing unit 7 in the second winding position 3.2 form an angle β with each other, which in the example shown is approximately 15°. The changing unit axis 14 of changing unit 7 in the first winding position 3.1 intersects the pressure roller axis 15 of the pressure roller assembly 6. The pressure roller axis 15 is perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The changing unit axis 14 of changing unit 7 in the second winding position 3.2 also intersects the pressure roller axis 15 of the pressure roller assembly 6. The changing unit axes 14 thus meet at the pressure roller axis 15.
[0070] Figures 4 and 5 each show that the device 1 further comprises a respective thread deflection device 13 for each of the winding positions 3.1, 3.2. Figure 6 shows a corresponding embodiment without a thread deflection device 13.
[0071] Figures 4 to 6 each show a section of a device 1, which, unless otherwise indicated, can be constructed in principle like the device 1 shown in Figures 2a and 2b. Figures 4 to 6 show only the elements essential for understanding the device. These are the threads 2, the changing units 7, and the pressure roller assembly 6.
[0072] The thread deflection device 13 of the first winding position 3.1 and the thread deflection device 13 of the second winding position 3.2 are arranged such that the thread 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 is fed via the thread deflection device 13 of the first winding position 3.1 to the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 in such a way that the thread 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 is deflected by the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 by a first deflection angle, and the thread 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 is fed via the thread deflection device 13 of the second winding position 3.2 to the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 in such a way that the thread 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 is deflected by the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 by a second deflection angle.By positioning the thread deflection devices 13, it can be achieved that the first deflection angle and the second deflection angle differ from each other by a maximum of 20° or are even identical. The thread deflection devices 13 are also arranged such that the thread deflection device 13 of the first winding position 3.1 deflects the thread 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 with a third deflection angle, and the thread deflection device 13 of the second winding position 3.2 deflects the thread 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 with a fourth deflection angle. By positioning the thread deflection devices 13, it can be achieved that the third deflection angle and the fourth deflection angle differ from each other by a maximum of 20° or are even identical in magnitude.
[0073] Figures 4 and 6, as well as Figures 2a, 2b, and 3, show examples in which the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 is arranged on a different side next to the thread 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 than the pressure roller assembly 6, and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 is arranged on a different side next to the thread 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 than the pressure roller assembly 6. The threads 2 thus run between the respective changing unit 7 on the one hand and the pressure roller assembly 6 on the other.
[0074] In contrast, Fig. 5 shows an example in which the changing unit 7 of the first winding position 3.1 is arranged on the same side next to the thread 2 wound in the first winding position 3.1 as the pressure roller assembly 6, and the changing unit 7 of the second winding position 3.2 is arranged on the same side next to the thread 2 wound in the second winding position 3.2 as the pressure roller assembly 6. In the example shown, the changing units 7 and the pressure roller assembly 6 are each arranged to the right of the threads 2. Reference numeral list 1 Device
