[0034] The invention and its advantages will be better understood upon reading the following description and non-limiting embodiments, with reference to the attached figures in which:

[0035] [Fig.1] represents a schematic view of a first variant of an embodiment of a removable fastening device according to the present invention.

[0036] [Fig.2] represents a schematic view of a second embodiment of a removable fastening device according to the present invention.

[0037] [Fig.3] represents a schematic view of a control element constituting the removable fastening device illustrated in figure 1 or figure 2.

[0038] [Fig.4] represents a schematic view of a method for implementing the removable fastening device illustrated in figure 2.

[0039] [Fig.5] represents a perspective view of a cover with a strap which are equipped with a removable fastening device illustrated in Figure 1 or Figure 2.

[0040] Figure 1 and Figure 2 respectively represent a first embodiment of the present invention and a second embodiment of the present invention which illustrate a removable fixing device 1 of two reversible fixing members 4, 5, including a first reversible fixing member 4 and a second reversible fixing member 5. The first reversible fixing member 4 comprises a first housing 4a and the second reversible fixing member 5 comprises a second housing 5a.

[0041] In Figure 1, the second housing 5a includes a pore 301 adapted to receive a rod 302 which includes a control key 303. The second housing 5a includes two parallel rails 305 adapted to guide the first housing 4a in translation. The second housing 5a is provided with a protrusion 306 formed between the rails 305. The protrusion 306 is adapted to evolve between a first state in which the protrusion 306 is soft and a second state in which the protrusion 306 is rigid under the action of a transformation means 307 of the rigid and / or soft character of the protrusion 306.

[0042] The control key 303 also includes a first battery 304 which allows instant activation of a control element 12 capable of safely dissociating the reversible fastening elements 4, 5.

[0043] In the unlocked position illustrated in Figure 1, the first housing 4a and the second housing 5a are separated and the protrusion 306 is in the second state, therefore rigid.

[0044] When the rod 302 is inserted into the pore 301, the first battery 304 provides the energy necessary to operate the control member 12 which communicates with a safety system 308 which actuates the transformation means 307, so that the protrusion 306 becomes in the first state, therefore soft.

[0045] From a translational movement 309 in a first direction of the first housing 4a between the rails 305, the first housing 4a can be placed opposite the protuberance 306 which is soft.

[0046] To lock the removable fastening device 1, the rod 302 is extracted from the pore 301, which stiffens the protrusion 306. This results in the first reversible fastening member 4 and the second reversible fastening member 5 being joined together.

[0047] To unlock the removable fastening device 1, the rod 302 is inserted into the pore 301, which loosens the protrusion 306 and separates the first reversible fastening member 4 and the second reversible fastening member 5 from each other. The translational movement 309 of the first housing 4a between the rails 305 in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, allows the first housing 4a and the second housing 5a to separate from each other.

[0048] In figure 2, the first housing 4a is equipped with a first finger 6 having a lug 7 and a first cavity 8. The lug 7 is a lug which is provided according to a locking direction DI which is orthogonal to an assembly / disassembly direction D2 of the first reversible fixing member 4 and of the second reversible fixing member 5.

[0049] The second housing 5a is equipped with a second cavity 9 suitable for housing the first finger 6 and the lug 7 in a locking position for the reversible fastening elements 4, 5. The second cavity 9 has an opening 9a arranged to allow the first finger 6 to pass through it. The opening 9a has a notch 9b arranged to allow the lug 7 to pass through it when the first finger 6 is inserted into the second cavity 9.

[0050] The second housing 5a is also equipped with a second finger 10 provided with a solenoid 11 capable of actuating the second finger 10. The solenoid 11 is in particular an electromagnetic solenoid allowing the second finger 10 to be actuated according to the fixing direction D3 to engage or release the locking of the reversible fixing members 4, 5.

[0051] The second finger 10 is mobile in translation along a fixing direction D3, parallel to the assembly / disassembly direction D2, between an internal position in which the second finger 10 is housed inside the second housing 5a and an external position in which an end of the second finger 10a of the second finger 10 is housed in the first cavity 8. More particularly, in the external position, the end of the second finger 10a of the second finger 10 comes against a bottom 8a of the first cavity 8 by exerting pressure on it, to push the first housing 4a away from the second housing 5a.

[0052] The locking of housings 4a and 5a is achieved by inserting the first finger 6 into the second cavity 9. This insertion is possible thanks to the notch 9b provided in the orifice 9a of the second cavity 9. Then, a quarter turn is performed, for example counterclockwise, to offset the lug 7 and the notch 9b in order to lock housings 4a and 5a together. Finally, the second finger 10 is actuated by the solenoid 11 to secure the locking of housings 4a and 5a together.

[0053] The unlocking of the housings 4a, 5a is achieved by actuation of the solenoid 11 which allows the second finger 10 to be withdrawn from the first cavity 8, which allows a quarter turn, for example in the opposite direction to the trigonometric direction, to allow the lug 7 to pass through the notch 9b and consequently a disassembly of the housings 4a, 5a from each other.

[0054] The removable fixing device 1, and in particular the second housing 5a, advantageously includes a geolocation device 1051 capable of communicating with a geolocation terminal 105a to determine a position of the removable fixing device 1, for example in the event of an attempted theft or theft of the latter.

[0055] The removable fastening device 1, and in particular the second housing 5a, also advantageously includes an alarm device 1061, audible, visual, for example capable of being activated by vibrations caused by an attempted theft affecting the removable fastening device 1 and / or the helmet 100.

[0056] The second housing 5a is equipped with a first power supply element 14, of the pogo pin type or similar. It is understood that the second housing 5a integrates the first power supply element 14, enabling instantaneous activation of a locking / unlocking system 102 via a second battery 103. The locking / unlocking system 102 includes a control element 12 capable of activating the solenoid 11 to securely disengage the reversible fastening elements 4, 5. Figure 3 illustrates the control element 12, which is fitted to the control key 303 according to the first embodiment and to the second housing 5a according to the second embodiment. The control element 12 is coded.

[0057] The control unit 12 houses a first electronic card 21 comprising a first microprocessor 31 having a first identifier 41. The first electronic card 21 is also equipped with a first transmitter / receiver 51.

[0058] The control unit 12 houses a second electronic board 22 which includes a second microprocessor 32 with a second identifier 42. The second microprocessor 32 is associated with control means 13 for the safety system 308 according to the first embodiment, or for the solenoid 11 according to the second embodiment. The second electronic board 22 is also equipped with a second transmitter / receiver 52.

[0059] The first transmitter / receiver 51 is capable of transmitting a first message 61 recognized by the second transmitter / receiver 52 and the second transmitter / receiver 52 is capable of transmitting a second message 62 recognized by the first transmitter / receiver 51.

[0060] It is understood that the locking and unlocking of the removable fastening device 1 are controlled via the control element 12.

[0061] It results from the combination of a second secure housing 5a and a control unit 12 offering electronic locking, double mechanical and electronic protection against theft of the helmet 100.

[0062] In other words, the control member 12 enables the activation of the safety system 308 according to the first embodiment, or of the solenoid 11 according to the second embodiment, the control member 12 being associated with a battery 304, 103, such as the first battery 304 according to the first embodiment or the second battery 103 according to the second embodiment, a connection port 104 enabling the charging of the battery 304, 103, a second power supply member 105, of the pogo pin type or similar, designed to establish a physical connection between the control member 12 and the second housing 5a.

[0063] The control unit 12 also includes a power and data transmission circuit 106, enabling the transmission of an electrical current to the second housing 5a, and the sending of an encrypted message ensuring the authentication of the control unit 12 before actuating the solenoid 11. The encrypted authentication between the control unit 12 and the first housing 4a prevents any unauthorized use of the control unit. The locking / unlocking system 102 detects any attempt at tampering using an integrated sensor.

[0064] An audible or visual alert is triggered, for example, in the event of unauthorized manipulation. The second housing 5a is preferably made of ultra-resistant materials preventing the solenoid 11 from being picked.

[0065] These features aim to provide a comprehensive helmet security solution, combining mechanical resistance and advanced electronic locking. The keyless system, according to the second variant, eliminates the risks of loss and duplication, while the second battery (103) and activation by the first power supply (14) ensure reliable and autonomous operation.

[0066] Figure 3 shows a removable fastening device 1 for a helmet 100 on a support 101. The helmet 100 is, for example, a protective helmet intended for use by a user during a sporting activity, leisure activity, or while riding in a vehicle. The helmet 100 is notably that of a driver of a land or sea vehicle, such as a motorcycle, quad bike, scooter, bicycle, kick scooter, jet ski, or any other similar vehicle. More specifically, the helmet 100 can be a full-face helmet, an open-face helmet, a modular helmet, or similar. The helmet 100 is useful, essential, or even mandatory when the user is engaged in their activity, but the helmet 100 becomes cumbersome when the user has finished their activity, as the user is often obliged to keep the helmet 100 with them, which is inconvenient.

[0067] The present invention also proposes a removable fastening device 1 that allows the helmet 100 to be temporarily and reversibly attached to the support 101, particularly at the end of an activity and before resuming it. The support 101 may be an integral part of the vehicle, such as handlebars, a frame, a luggage rack, a seat, a chassis, or the like, or an external element, such as a railing, a post, or the like. Thus, the removable fastening device 1 advantageously constitutes an anti-theft device for the helmet 100, particularly for users of two-wheeled vehicles.

[0068] The removable fastening device 1 includes a cover 2 suitable for housing the helmet 100. The cover 2 is a multi-layered protective cover, comprising an inner layer of a soft material, such as microfiber, neoprene or similar, protecting the helmet 100 from scratches, an intermediate layer of a reinforced cut-resistant fabric, incorporating for example a metal mesh or aramid fibers and an outer layer of a waterproof and UV-resistant material for protection against the elements.

[0069] Cover 2 includes a compartment 103 intended to house a garment 104, compartment 103 being preferentially located inside cover 2.

[0070] The removable fastening device 1 comprises a strap 3, one end 3a of which is irreversibly attached to the cover 2. The strap also includes an end 3b, at which the first reversible fastening element 4 is preferably located. The strap 3 is a high-security strap, incorporating, in particular, a stainless steel cable resistant to cutting attempts and an abrasion- and puncture-resistant coating. The strap 3 is compact and foldable for easy transport and storage.

[0071] The strap 3 is equipped with a first reversible fastening element 4 adapted to cooperate with a second reversible fastening element 5 fitted to the cover 2. It is understood that the reversible fastening elements 4 and 5 are easily assembled and separated from each other. The reversible fastening elements 4 and 5 are preferably interlocking. The first reversible fastening element 4 attached to the strap 3 and the second reversible fastening element 5 positioned on the cover 2 together form a locking / unlocking system 102 allowing the helmet 100 to be attached to or removed from the support 101. It should be noted that the first reversible fastening element 4 is adapted to slide along the strap 3 to adjust the support of the removable fastening device 1 on the support 101. It should also be noted that the second reversible fastening element 5 is permanently fixed to the cover 2.

[0072] In Figure 3, the locking / unlocking system 102 is advantageously a secure electronic system comprising a coded control unit 12. The control unit 12 houses a first electronic card 21 comprising a first microprocessor 31 with a first identifier 41. The first electronic card 21 is also equipped with a first transmitter / receiver 51.

[0073] The second housing 5a contains a second electronic board 22 which includes a second microprocessor 32 with a second identifier 42. The second microprocessor 32 is associated with control means 13 for the solenoid 11. The second electronic board 22 is also equipped with a second transmitter / receiver 52. The second housing 5a is provided with a first power supply element 14, of the pogo pin type or similar.

[0074] It is understood that the second housing 5a integrates the first power supply unit 14, allowing instant activation of the locking / unlocking system 102 via the second battery 103, which causes the activation of the solenoid 11 to securely dissociate the reversible fastening units 4, 5.

[0075] The first transmitter / receiver 51 is capable of transmitting a first message 61 recognized by the second transmitter / receiver 52 and the second transmitter / receiver 52 is capable of transmitting a second message 62 recognized by the first transmitter / receiver 51.

[0076] It is understood that the locking and unlocking of the removable fixing device 1 are controlled via the control unit 12 which is coded and which communicates with the second box 5a.

[0077] It results from the combination of a high-strength strap 3, a second secure housing 5a and a control unit 12 offering electronic locking, double mechanical and electronic protection against helmet theft 100.

[0078] In other words, the control member 12 allows the supply and activation of the solenoid 11, the control member 12 integrating the second battery 103 associated inside the control member 12, a connection port 104 allowing the charging of the second battery 103, a second power supply member 105, of pogo pin type or similar, designed to establish a physical connection between the control member 12 and the second housing 5a.

[0079] The control unit 12 also includes a power and data transmission circuit 106, enabling the transmission of an electrical current to the second housing 5a, and the sending of an encrypted message ensuring the authentication of the control unit 12 before actuating the solenoid 11. The encrypted authentication between the control unit 12 and the first housing 4a prevents any unauthorized use of the control unit. The locking / unlocking system 102 detects any attempt at tampering using an integrated sensor.

[0080] For example, an audible or visual alert is triggered in the event of unauthorized manipulation.

[0081] The second housing 5a is preferably designed in ultra-resistant materials preventing the solenoid 11 from being picked.

[0082] These features aim to provide a comprehensive helmet security solution, combining mechanical resistance and advanced electronic locking. The keyless system, according to the second variant, eliminates the risks of loss and duplication, while the second battery (103) and activation by the first power supply (14) ensure reliable and autonomous operation.

[0083] Figure 4 shows a method for implementing 200 the removable fastening device 1. The implementation method 200 includes an initialization phase 201 which includes an exchange step 201a of the identifiers 41, 42 of the microprocessors 31, 32, an encryption key 70 and at least one random message 80.

[0084] The implementation method 200 then includes a locking phase 202 of the first housing 4a and the second housing 5a which includes an insertion step 202a of the first finger 6 and the lug 7 inside the second cavity 9.

[0085] The implementation process 200 then includes an unlocking phase 203 of the first box 4a and the second box 5a, which includes a connection step 203a of the transmitters / receivers 51, 52 to each other, a first encryption step 203b by the second microprocessor 32 of the second identifier 42 and a random message 80 into a first message 61, a first sending step 203c of the first message 61 by the second transmitter / receiver 52 to the first transmitter / receiver 51, a first reception step 203d of the first message 61 by the first transmitter / receiver 51, a first decryption step 203e of the first message 61 by the first microprocessor 31, a first verification step 203f of the second identifier 42 by the first microprocessor 31, and a second encryption step 203g by the first microprocessor 31 of the first identifier 41 and a random message 80 in a second message 62,a second sending step 203h of the second message 62 by the first transmitter / receiver 51 to the second transmitter / receiver 52, a second receiving step 203i of the second message 62 by the second transmitter / receiver 52, a second decryption step 203j of the second message 62 by the second microprocessor 32, a second verification step 203k of the first identifier 41 by the second microprocessor 32, and an actuation step 2031 of the control means 13 of the solenoid 11 by the second microprocessor 32 to move the second finger 10 inside the first cavity 8.,

[0086] Figure 5 shows the removable fastening device 1, which is a removable fastening device 1 for a helmet 100 on a support 101. The fastening device 1 shown is the fastening device including, in particular, the reversible fastening elements 4, 5 shown in Figure 2. Note that, mutatis mutandis, Figure 5 also illustrates the removable fastening device 1 including, in particular, the reversible fastening elements 4, 5 shown in Figure 1.

[0087] A 100-meter helmet, for example, is a protective helmet designed to equip a user during a sporting activity, leisure activity, or while riding in a vehicle. A 100-meter helmet is specifically designed for drivers of land or water vehicles, such as motorcycles, quad bikes, scooters, bicycles, kick scooters, jet skis, or any other similar vehicle. More precisely, a 100-meter helmet can be a full-face helmet, an open-face helmet, a modular helmet, or a similar type. A 100-meter helmet is useful, essential, and even mandatory when the user is engaged in their activity, but it becomes cumbersome afterward, as the user is often required to keep the helmet with them, which is inconvenient.

[0088] The present invention also proposes a removable fastening device 1 that allows the helmet 100 to be temporarily and reversibly attached to the support 101, particularly at the end of an activity and before resuming it.

[0089] The removable fastening device 1 includes a cover 2 suitable for housing the helmet 100.

[0090] Cover 2 has a compartment 1031 intended to hold a garment 1041, compartment 1031 being preferably located inside cover 2.

[0091] The removable fastening device 1 includes a strap 3, one end of which 3a is permanently attached to the cover 2. The strap 3 is a high-security strap, incorporating, in particular, a stainless steel cable resistant to cutting attempts and an abrasion- and puncture-resistant coating.
