Description

Recommended exercise information providing device, recommended exercise information providing method, recommended exercise information providing program, recommended exercise information providing system, medical consultation recommendation support device, physical training support method, medical consultation recommendation support method, medical consultation recommendation support program, and exercise effect inference model creation method

[0001] The present invention relates to a recommended exercise information providing device, a recommended exercise information providing method, a recommended exercise information providing program, a recommended exercise information providing system, a medical consultation recommendation support device, a physical training support method, a medical consultation recommendation support method, a medical consultation recommendation support program, and an exercise effect inference model creation method, which provide exercise recommendations optimized for users and recommendations to visit medical institutions.

[0002] In recent years, with the growing health consciousness, it has become common to use portable terminals such as smart watches to acquire one's own biological information and manage exercise. Users can easily judge their own health status using portable terminals and the like, and can also easily consider access to medical institutions.

[0003] As a technique for judging a health condition, for example, there is a proposal in Japanese Patent No. 7262979 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1). This proposal discloses a technique of acquiring health data, consciousness data, environmental data, and knowledge data, determining a user's health-related type, and creating a document that makes the user recognize their health condition.

[0004] In general, exercise is considered effective for maintaining physical and mental health. Exercise has various health-related benefits, such as preventing obesity, maintaining muscle strength and flexibility, reducing the risk of heart disease, enhancing immunity, preventing lifestyle-related diseases, as well as reducing stress and improving sleep quality. In addition, facilities such as sports gyms are also used to promote such exercise. Sports gyms and the like are equipped with extensive facilities such as full-fledged training machines that are difficult to prepare at home, providing a well-established exercise environment. Some facilities also have advantages such as being equipped with body composition analyzers that measure body fat percentage and muscle mass, and allowing users to receive guidance from trainers and instructors.

[0005] Japanese Patent No. 7262979

[0006] However, while it is possible to make users aware of their health status to some extent through the proposals in Patent Document 1, equipment in sports gyms, and mobile devices, the information obtained by these devices alone is insufficient to properly judge the effects of exercise from a health promotion perspective. Therefore, even if an exercise habit is established, it is not possible to grasp the health effects of exercise or health risks that cannot be improved by exercise, nor is it possible to obtain information to access medical institutions at the appropriate time.

[0007] The present invention aims to provide a recommended exercise information provision device, recommended exercise information provision method, recommended exercise information provision program, recommended exercise information provision system, medical consultation recommendation support device, physical training support method, medical consultation recommendation support method, medical consultation recommendation support program, and exercise effect inference model creation method, as it is sufficient to encourage actions that improve health without necessarily leading to a medical consultation.

[0008] A recommended exercise information providing device according to one aspect of the present invention has one or more processors, which transmit a first questionnaire regarding the symptoms of a user before using at least one of the multiple types of physical training equipment in a facility having multiple types of equipment, receive the answers to the first questionnaire, and output recommended exercise information to recommend aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, or exercise corresponding to a target body part based on the answers received.

[0009] A method for providing recommended exercise information according to one aspect of the present invention involves, in a facility having multiple types of physical training equipment, transmitting a first questionnaire regarding the symptoms of a user before using at least one of the multiple pieces of equipment, receiving the response to the first questionnaire, and outputting recommended exercise information to recommend aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, or exercise corresponding to a target body part, based on the received response.

[0010] A recommended exercise information provision program according to one aspect of the present invention causes a computer to perform the following steps: transmit a first questionnaire regarding the symptoms of a user before using at least one of the multiple types of physical training equipment in a facility having multiple types of equipment; receive the answers to the first questionnaire; and based on the answers received, output recommended exercise information to recommend aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, or exercise corresponding to a target body part.

[0011] A recommended exercise information provision system according to one aspect of the present invention includes a user terminal and, in a facility having multiple types of physical training equipment, transmits a first questionnaire regarding the user's symptoms before using at least one of the multiple pieces of equipment to the user terminal, receives the user's response to the first questionnaire from the user terminal, and based on the received response, transmits recommended exercise information to the user terminal to recommend aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, or exercise corresponding to a target body part.

[0012] A medical consultation recommendation support device according to one aspect of the present invention has one or more processors, which receive the user's response to a first medical interview regarding the user's symptoms in response to a first medical interview at the user's facility before exercise, acquire information about the user's exercise at the facility, receive the user's response to a second medical interview corresponding to the first medical interview, determine the effect of the exercise customized for each individual on the symptoms based on the first and second medical interview responses and the exercise information, and output the first medical interview, second medical interview and exercise information as medical consultation information.

[0013] A method for supporting the recommendation of a medical consultation according to one aspect of the present invention receives the user's response to a first medical interview regarding the user's symptoms in response to a first medical interview conducted by the user at the user's facility before exercise, obtains information regarding the user's exercise at the facility, receives the user's response to a second medical interview corresponding to the first medical interview, determines the effect of the exercise customized for each individual on the symptoms based on the first and second medical interview responses and the exercise information, and outputs the first medical interview, second medical interview, and exercise information as medical consultation information.

[0014] A medical consultation recommendation support program according to one aspect of the present invention causes a computer to execute a procedure in which it receives the user's response to a first medical interview regarding the user's symptoms in response to a first medical interview at the user's facility before exercise, obtains information regarding the user's exercise at the facility, receives the user's response to a second medical interview corresponding to the first medical interview, determines the effect of the exercise customized for each individual on the symptoms based on the first and second medical interview responses and the exercise information, and outputs the first medical interview, second medical interview, and exercise information as medical consultation information.

[0015] A physical training support method according to one aspect of the present invention involves receiving a first questionnaire response regarding the user's symptoms in response to a first questionnaire conducted by the user before exercise at the user's facility, obtaining information regarding the user's exercise at the facility, receiving a second questionnaire response from the user corresponding to the first questionnaire response, and determining the effect of the exercise customized for each individual on the symptoms based on the first and second questionnaire responses and the exercise information.

[0016] A method for creating an exercise effect inference model according to one aspect of the present invention involves creating training data by annotating information on the difference between the first questionnaire response to the first questionnaire before exercise and the second questionnaire response to the second questionnaire after exercise with information on the exercise, and then performing deep learning on the network to create an inference model that infers appropriate exercise according to the first questionnaire response before exercise.

[0017] According to the present invention, it is possible to present to users the improvement effect of exercise on health risks, and to provide appropriate support such as encouraging exercise or medical consultation.

[0019] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0020] (First Embodiment) Figure 1 is a block diagram showing a medical consultation support system including a medical consultation support device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a block diagram showing an example of a store system, a hospital system, and a knowledge database in Figure 1. This embodiment obtains answers to questions (medical interview responses) to obtain information about the user's symptoms and health before and after exercise, and records the exercise during exercise. It determines the relationship between exercise and health from the relationship between the medical interview responses and the exercise record, and makes suggestions for future exercise and visits to medical institutions based on the results. In other words, this embodiment provides technology to monitor the user's health, determines the relationship between the user's exercise and health, and enables the provision of information on exercise for health promotion and prompting access to medical treatment at an appropriate time.

[0021] For example, people may join a gym or similar facility to make exercise a habit in order to prevent the onset or worsening of lifestyle-related diseases and maintain their health. However, even if they use the information provided by the equipment at the gym, they cannot obtain information about the health effects of exercise or health risks that cannot be improved by exercise alone. This embodiment recommends effective exercise and encourages actions such as seeking medical attention early if necessary, even in a pre-disease state. It provides a device, system, and method that recommends what kind of exercise is appropriate and raises awareness of the need to seek medical attention or get examined at a hospital by linking a user terminal that collects information about individuals with equipment at gyms, etc. In other words, in this embodiment, by linking with equipment at various exercise facilities such as gyms and yoga schools, it is possible to determine the relationship between the user's health and exercise and provide the user with appropriate advice. To this end, health-related information is collected from each individual through interviews, and appropriate exercises are selected and presented to the user based on the collected user health-related information. Then, the results of the exercise are determined using the equipment at the gym, etc. that the user uses, and the relationship between exercise and health is determined through post-exercise interviews, making it possible to make suggestions about future exercise or medical visits based on the results. In this way, users can not only learn about the effects of exercise, but also learn about appropriate exercises for maintaining good health, and furthermore, learn about health risks that cannot be improved by exercise alone, which can prompt them to take necessary measures such as accessing medical facilities.

[0022] In addition to obtaining health-related information through medical interviews, it is also possible to automatically acquire health-related information using mobile devices such as smartphones and smartwatches. For example, mobile devices can provide various health-related information, including not only body temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, and respiration data, but also steps taken and sleep duration. Furthermore, health-related information automatically acquired through the user's exercise includes various data such as steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, exercise time, cardiopulmonary function / heart rate, and maximum oxygen uptake.

[0023] In the following explanation, we will describe an example of using sports facilities such as gyms, but this embodiment is applicable not only to sports facilities but also to various facilities aimed at maintaining or improving health. For example, it can be similarly applied when using facilities that offer fasting, a health method that involves dietary restrictions.

[0024] In Figure 1, the medical consultation support system 1 includes multiple user terminals 10, a medical consultation support device 20, a group of store systems 40, a group of hospital systems 50, and a knowledge database 60, and is configured by the cooperation of these systems.

[0025] (User Terminal) The user terminal 10 is a terminal device that, for example, the user possesses and carries around daily, allowing for operation, information input, and information confirmation. Since it will be used by many people, multiple terminals are envisioned, and although Figure 1 shows two user terminals 10, it is envisioned that multiple user terminals 10 will be used, which can be linked with the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 and can also build big data depending on the scale of the service. In other words, the simplest user terminal 10 could be a smartphone, for example, but various information processing terminals such as smartwatches, tablets, personal computers and their accessories can also be adopted. The smartphone may also be linked with peripheral devices, and it is envisioned that data recorded in the memory inside the user terminal 10, or recorded in linked external memory, will be effectively utilized according to the results of user input and settings. Recently, technologies have been developed that allow each individual to manage their own medical information and health checkup information. Such terminal devices can input and utilize various data through application software (software designed for a specific use or purpose; by installing this on the device via a network, etc., the user can activate functions that work in conjunction with the device's hardware) recorded in their memory.

[0026] In this embodiment, it is assumed that the user terminal 10 is used to display the medical questionnaire and input the answers to the questionnaire. The input unit 13 of the user terminal 10 may be composed of an input operation unit such as a keyboard or touchpad, or it may be composed of various interfaces for receiving data from external sources. The input unit 13 acquires operation information based on user operations and information from external sources. For example, the input unit 13 can also acquire answer information to the medical questionnaire through text input or voice input by the user.

[0027] The sensor unit 13a is an interface device for acquiring various types of information. For example, the sensor unit 13a may consist of various sensors such as a heart rate sensor, an accelerometer and gyroscope, GPS (Global Positioning System), a temperature sensor, a skin electrical activity sensor, and a blood oxygen concentration sensor. The input unit 13 is controlled by the control unit 11 to automatically and sequentially acquire vital data, which is health-related information. The vital data acquired by the sensor unit 13a may be used in the patient's response to a medical questionnaire.

[0028] The sensor unit 13a does not need to be built into a user terminal such as a smartphone; it may be a separate wearable device such as a smartwatch or eyeglasses, and may function as a single terminal by linking with the user terminal via wireless communication. There are also non-wearable health-related devices such as blood pressure monitors and scales, which can also share data in a similar manner, and such devices can be represented as part of the user terminal. Furthermore, in recent years, technologies have been developed that allow users to check health checkup results, medical record information from medical examinations, and medication information on their user terminals. In some cases, the communication of such vital data is governed by communication standards that define protocols, methods for organizing content, and encryption rules.

[0029] The input unit 13, including the sensor unit 13a, enables various measurements such as heart rate and its variability, step count and exercise tracking, sleep monitoring, location information acquisition for tracking activities like running and cycling and route acquisition, body temperature monitoring, evaluation of stress levels and relaxation levels by measuring skin electrical activity, and measurement of blood oxygen concentration.

[0030] Furthermore, the sensor unit 13a may be configured as a camera. For example, if the sensor unit 13a is configured as a camera, the sensor unit 13a can capture images of the user's skin condition, such as rashes, and the images from the camera can be used as health-related information. Users often receive various health-related information in paper form, such as medical records, prescriptions, claims, and health checkup results from medical institutions. However, by capturing images of these documents with this camera and utilizing the terminal's character recognition function, this health-related information can be imported as digital data into the user terminal.

[0031] The control unit 11 may be composed of a processor such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit) or an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), and may operate according to a program stored in memory (not shown) to control each part, or it may implement some or all of its functions with hardware electronic circuits. The control unit 11 receives user operations to the input unit 13 and controls each part of the user terminal 10 based on the user operations. The application unit 16 is controlled by the control unit 11 and can read and execute applications from memory (not shown).

[0032] In this embodiment, the application executed by the application unit 16 may be provided by the medical consultation support device 20, which will be described later. The application unit 16 presents the user with the contents of the medical questionnaire and provides an interface for obtaining the user's answers to the questionnaire (medical questionnaire responses). The application unit 16 provides the information of the acquired medical questionnaire responses to the recording unit 12.

[0033] The content of the medical interview should focus on aspects of health that can be improved through exercise. For example, the app unit 16 may ask questions about weight gain, body shape, decreased physical strength, stress levels, fatigue, mental health issues, muscle stiffness and pain, and fear of lifestyle-related diseases.

[0034] The control unit 11 records the questionnaire responses obtained by the application unit 16 in the recording unit 12. The control unit 11 also records the vital data obtained by the input unit 13 in the recording unit 12. As mentioned above, this vital data may also be used as the questionnaire responses. The recording unit 12 is composed of a predetermined recording medium such as a memory medium, and various vital data of the user (Vital 1A, Vital 2A, ...) including the questionnaire responses recorded by the control unit 11 are recorded in the recording unit 12 along with date and time information. In addition, the control unit 11 records information about the user's exercise history and profile information of the user who possesses the user terminal 10, including information such as the user's name, age, gender, nationality, height, and weight.

[0035] The display unit 14 is composed of, for example, an LCD (liquid crystal panel) and a speaker. The display unit 14 is controlled by the control unit 11 to display various information on the display screen and to output sound. For example, the display unit 14 can display information based on the operating system executed by the control unit 11, or display information based on the application executed by the application unit 16. The display unit 14 may also have a touch panel (not shown) on the display screen. By touching this touch panel, various operations such as selection operations on the display screen can be performed.

[0036] The communication unit 15, controlled by the control unit 11, enables the exchange of data between the user terminal 10 and the medical consultation support device 20, thereby enabling the user terminal 10 and the medical consultation support device 20 to cooperate. For example, the communication unit 15 outputs health-related information, including questionnaire answers recorded in the recording unit 12, to the medical consultation support device 20. In this way, health-related information from each user terminal 10 is collected by the medical consultation support device 20.

[0037] Furthermore, the communication unit 15 acquires display information from the medical consultation support device 20 and outputs it to the control unit 11. As will be described later, the communication unit 15 can acquire information from the knowledge database 60 via the medical consultation support device 20, but it may also communicate directly with the knowledge database 60. The knowledge database 60 stores "knowledge" about health and disease as data and organizes it in an easy-to-search format. It can be used by doctors and medical professionals to help diagnose patients based on their health status and to confirm treatment methods. The database information can also be enriched using information from the user terminal, and each user can access this information (via the medical consultation support device 20 in this embodiment) to self-manage their own health status. By using the medical consultation support device 20, it becomes possible to organize user data and reflect it in the database, and when providing information to users, it is possible to change specialized content into expressions that are easy for the general public to understand.

[0038] The communication unit 15 receives information related to medical interviews, information related to the effects of exercise, and information related to health improvement suggestions from the medical consultation support device 20 and provides it to the application unit 16. The application unit 16 generates display data for displaying the information indicating the content of the medical interview (hereinafter referred to as medical interview information), exercise effect information, and health improvement suggestion information provided by the medical consultation support device 20 on the display screen of the display unit 14 and outputs it to the display unit 14.

[0039] Furthermore, the memory referenced by the application unit 16 is also provided with an inference model constructed by the knowledge database 60, which will be described later. This inference model is created in the knowledge database 60 based on the relationship between medical interviews and exercise, and is used to infer effective exercises for health promotion and to infer health risks.

[0040] The application unit 16, acting as an inference unit, uses this inference model to determine effective exercises for symptoms and health risks, and generates display data for displaying the determined exercise content and risks (support display), which is then output to the display unit 14. In this way, the display unit 14 can display the content of effective exercises for health promotion and display health risks.

[0041] In addition to determination by the inference model, the risk determination unit 11a of the control unit 11 can determine health risks using the knowledge database 60. The risk determination unit 11a displays a questionnaire on the display screen based on information from the knowledge database 60. When the user inputs answers to the questionnaire, the risk determination unit 11a acquires the questionnaire response information. Furthermore, if the input unit 13 is equipped with a camera as a sensor unit 13a, the risk determination unit 11a may also be able to acquire images captured by the camera as questionnaire response information. For example, images obtained by photographing skin conditions such as rashes may be used as questionnaire response information. The risk determination unit 11a transmits the acquired questionnaire response information via the communication unit 15.

[0042] This questionnaire response information is transmitted to the communication unit 62 of the knowledge database 60 via the medical consultation support device 20. As will be described later, the knowledge database 60 generates risk information for displaying health risks based on the questionnaire response information. The knowledge database 60 supplies the generated risk information to the user terminal 10 via the medical consultation support device 20. The risk determination unit 11a displays a risk indication on the display screen according to the risk information.

[0043] The user terminal 10 is equipped with a location information unit 17. The location information unit 17 determines its own location using GPS or the like and provides the determination result to the control unit 11. The control unit 11 compares its own location with the locations of each store in the store system group 40 (described later) and each hospital in the hospital system group 50, and can display adjacent stores and hospitals on the display unit 14.

[0044] (Store System) The store system group 40 is a system group installed in various facilities (hereinafter referred to as stores) that are useful for maintaining and promoting health, such as facilities for performing exercises like sports gyms, yoga schools, fitness clubs, and pilates. The store system group 40 includes store systems 41A and 41B that respectively perform customer management at stores 40A and 40B (hereinafter referred to as store systems 41 when there is no need to distinguish between them). Although only two stores A and B are shown in FIG. 2, the number of stores is not limited to two.

[0045] Each store system 41 includes a control unit 42. The control unit 42 may be configured by a processor using a CPU, FPGA, or the like, may operate according to a program stored in a memory (not shown) to control each unit, or may implement part or all of the functions with a hardware electronic circuit. The store system 41 is provided with information from each user terminal 10 via the medical examination recommendation support device 20. The store system group 40 has a communication unit 43, and the control unit 42 of each store A and B can transmit various recorded information to the medical examination recommendation support device 20 via the communication unit 43.

[0046] The control unit 42 performs various types of management related to users who are subscribed to each store A and B. For example, the control unit 42 performs entry and exit management when users enter and leave each store, and records entry time and exit time. In addition, the control unit 42 performs reservation management when users use stores A and B, and records reservation times. The control unit 42 also manages the equipment used by users at stores A and B (assumed to have a database compiling a list of information such as the names of training machines, their types, effects, body parts they act on, constraint information, and usage instructions) and their usage status, and records equipment management information and usage information. It is preferable that the information on the effects of the equipment includes information indicating what kind of physical condition and health improvements the equipment is suitable for. This information is made public by the operating organization to make it easier for users to select a store for user solicitation purposes.

[0047] Regarding training centers, the main types of equipment are broadly divided into aerobic exercise machines and muscle training machines. Aerobic exercise is expected to improve endurance and cardiovascular function, and if performed for a long time, the energy source used changes from carbohydrates to fat, so a fat-burning effect can be expected, which can also have benefits such as weight control. Aerobic exercise is also said to be effective for insomnia and constipation. Aerobic exercise increases blood flow throughout the body, uses the abdominal muscles and stimulates bowel movements, and the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated, which activates bowel movements and makes it easier to feel the urge to defecate. Aerobic exercise performed one to two hours before bedtime is said to improve sleep onset because it raises the heart rate and raises body temperature, creating conditions for the body to relax. Machines that train the abdominal muscles, pectoral muscles, and the deltoids and triceps strengthen the muscles in each respective area and train the core, which is expected to improve body shape concerns and various health problems. Strengthening the core muscles promotes blood flow, which in turn improves digestion. This improved blood flow also enhances fatigue recovery, and the increased activity of internal organs can lead to the activation of various organs.

[0048] Some studies show that strength training has the effects of strengthening the immune system, enhancing immunity, and suppressing inflammation. Equipment for strength training is designed to use specific body parts, which may not be desirable for users with impairments in those parts. However, in anticipation of the needs of users who wish to target training at specific parts, it is preferable that in the store system 41, information on the body parts used during training and the body parts for which effects such as improvement through training can be expected is properly organized, recorded, and managed as equipment management and usage information. In addition, the store system 41 also has information on appropriate exercise amounts determined by information such as the user's gender, age, height, and weight. For example, in the case of muscle training, the amount of exercise is determined by setting a specific load intensity and a specific number of repetitions as one set for different purposes such as strength gain, muscle hypertrophy + strength gain, and muscular endurance improvement, and determining how many sets should be performed along with interval time and the like. In addition, in the case of anaerobic exercise such as strength training, it is said that muscles are repaired by resting for approximately 2 to 3 days after exercise, and resuming exercise at this timing can more effectively increase muscle strength and muscular endurance. By the store system 41 also holding such information, it is possible to prevent excessive strain on body parts due to unnecessary training.

[0049] Further, in aerobic exercise, it is said that when aerobic exercise is started, sugar is consumed first, and body fat (subcutaneous fat and visceral fat) begins to be consumed approximately 20 minutes after the start of exercise, so the store system 41 may be provided with information for determining the exercise time based on this time. In addition, the store system 41 may hold information that defines the target value of exercise time with reference to the result that it is preferable for health maintenance to perform moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for 150 to 300 minutes per week, or about 75 to 150 minutes if it is high-intensity. Of course, since it also depends on the user's physical condition and experience, the degree of fatigue on the day, and the allowance for rest after exercise, the target (exercise conditions such as load, number of times, and duration) may be customized for each user based on such criteria, with reference to the user's settings and past history.

[0050] For example, if you are doing aerobic exercise daily for the purpose of weight loss or preventing lifestyle-related diseases, it is recommended to aim for 20 to 30 minutes per day. It is also said that you can get the same effect by doing 10 minutes of exercise three times a day, so 10 minutes of aerobic exercise can be used as a guideline for one unit of exercise.

[0051] Such information regarding exercise is compiled by organizations such as the WHO, medical facilities, health organizations, educational institutions, research institutions, government ministries, local governments, and industry associations. The common server 44 of the store system group 40, or the health dictionary described later, may also hold this information.

[0052] The relationship between exercise and health is not always uniform due to factors such as individual constitution and other lifestyle habits. However, choosing exercises that have been shown to be effective based on research results allows for more efficient use of time and energy. Therefore, in this embodiment, the store system 41 is designed so that the benefits are organized for each exercise and piece of equipment used, and users can utilize the system with this information in mind. It would also be beneficial if the relationship between exercise and its benefits is not yet organized and presented. Furthermore, the information held by the store system 41 may include not only information on the health and beauty benefits of each piece of equipment, but also information on equipment used together, preparation before exercise, cleanup after exercise, and information on hydration and nutritional replenishment. Users may be able to expect even greater benefits by incorporating such information.

[0053] In this embodiment, the description assumes a training facility where exercise is performed using at least one specific piece of equipment, device, or apparatus from among multiple pieces of equipment, device, or apparatus. However, other types of facilities are also acceptable. In other facilities, it is preferable that the equipment also has the function to measure and record exercise performance, although this may be done in conjunction with other equipment and systems. Of course, these measurements can be substituted by the user's terminal or the like. The term "training" includes concepts such as massage and rehabilitation, and training equipment may be called health improvement equipment, or, because it acts on the body, physical training equipment or physical exercise devices. The term "exercise" may be expressed as "use of equipment" to include massage, stretching, and conditioning.

[0054] In a situation where a facility with multiple types of physical training equipment is used, this embodiment can provide recommended exercise information to users using at least one of the multiple pieces of equipment, recommending whether to perform aerobic or anaerobic exercise, or exercise corresponding to a target body part. For this purpose, the results of the initial medical interview regarding the user's symptoms before using the physical training equipment are important, and the exercise menu is determined based on these results. This embodiment proposes such an exercise recommendation method, and based on the results of this exercise, it can also provide support such as recommending a medical consultation.

[0055] (Hospital System) The hospital system group 50 includes hospital systems 51 installed in each hospital. Although only two hospitals are shown in Figure 2, the number of hospitals is not limited to two. The hospital system 51 includes a reservation reception unit 52, a prescription unit 53, an accounting unit 54, and a record-keeping unit 55. The reservation reception unit 52 accepts reservations for consultations, etc., and manages the date and time of each patient's consultation. The prescription unit 53 manages prescriptions for each patient. The accounting unit 54 manages medical expenses for each patient. Information managed by the reservation reception unit 52, the prescription unit 53, and the accounting unit 54 is recorded in the record-keeping unit 55.

[0056] The recording unit 55 records facility management information, physician information, medical record information, and patient information. Facility management information is information for managing facilities within the hospital. Physician information is information about multiple physicians working in the hospital, including, for example, physician IDs to identify physicians, skill information related to physicians, and physician schedule information (attendance information). Medical record information is information about each patient's medical record, including the presence and condition of lesions, treatment methods, and prescriptions. Patient information includes various information about each patient, such as patient IDs to identify patients, their hospital visit history, prescription history, attending physician, profile information, and appointment information. For example, medical record information also includes health-related information such as vital data acquired by each patient at the hospital. The hospital system group 50 may also be able to acquire patient health-related information from the recording unit 30 of the referral support device 20, which will be described later, and this health-related information is also included in the medical record information. Various data recorded in the recording unit 55 of the hospital system group 50 are supplied to the knowledge database 60.

[0057] (Knowledge Database) The knowledge database 60 is a database that holds medical knowledge and could be established, for example, in a public institution such as a national government or a university. The information held by the knowledge database 60 is medical diagnostic information that can be used for medical diagnosis. In this embodiment, the knowledge database 60 also holds information that shows the relationship between health and exercise. In Figure 2, the knowledge database 60 includes a control unit 61, a communication unit 62, a case database (DB) 63, a disease dictionary 64, and a health dictionary 65. The control unit 61 may be composed of a processor using a CPU (Central Processing Unit) or the like.

[0058] The control unit 61 operates in cooperation with external devices and manages the case database 63. The communication unit 62 communicates with the communication unit 25 via a predetermined transmission path to exchange data. The control unit 61 receives various information to be recorded in the case database 63 from the hospital system group 50 and constructs the case database 63.

[0059] Case DB 63 stores information for each patient. Case DB 63 records various vital signs (Vital1, Vital2, ...), information related to medical history and diagnosis, age, sex, medical history, and other information such as medical records. Disease Dictionary 64 holds knowledge information based on the information in Case DB 63.

[0060] The Disease Dictionary 64 contains knowledge information including disease-specific symptoms, disease-specific medical history, disease-specific treatment information, and information on limitations and burdens. For example, regarding symptoms, knowledge information for each disease is accumulated across a wide range of items, such as fever, cough, phlegm, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, muscle pain / joint pain, chills / shivering, fatigue / lethargy, headache, diarrhea, and taste / smell disorders. Information on limitations and burdens includes, for example, time burden, physical burden, mental burden, and economic burden. By using the disease-specific medical history and treatment information recorded in the Disease Dictionary 64, medical institutions can be provided with information on what kind of medical history should be taken for each symptom, as well as medical diagnostic information regarding appropriate treatment for those symptoms.

[0061] This medical diagnostic information is listed in medical books, health-related books, and various online resources that provide this information electronically. The disease dictionary 64 may record and make searchable a compilation or summary of such online information categorized by situation and countermeasures, or it may use generating AI to collect and organize various information as needed, making it possible to use information that links situations and countermeasures.

[0062] Health Dictionary 65 records information for each symptom, including interview information, medical department information, causal information, improvement guide information, disease case information, and limitations / burden information. Figure 2 shows examples of information only for symptoms A and B, but information for many symptoms is recorded. The improvement guide information is about diet, sleep, and exercise to improve symptoms. The limitations / burden information is information that indicates the restrictions and burdens necessary to maintain health for each symptom. By using the interview information and improvement guide information recorded in Health Dictionary 65, it is possible to provide medical institutions with information on what kind of interview to conduct for each symptom, as well as health improvement information that indicates appropriate judgments regarding diet, sleep, and exercise for that symptom.

[0063] In other words, the control unit 61 of the knowledge database 60 can respond to external sources via the communication unit 62 with medical diagnosis information and health improvement information in accordance with the information recorded in the disease dictionary 64 and the health dictionary 65. For example, when information such as the affected area, onset symptoms, subjective symptoms, and various causal information is received from a predetermined sender via the communication unit 62, the control unit 61 can transmit treatment information, progress information, and medical diagnosis information regarding representative patient cases to the information sender based on the information in the disease dictionary 64. Alternatively, when information on the affected area and subjective symptoms is received from the sender, the control unit 61 can also respond with medical diagnosis information regarding the corresponding onset symptoms and disease name. Furthermore, when information of questionnaire responses is received from a predetermined sender via the communication unit 62, the control unit 61 can transmit health improvement information regarding appropriate diet, appropriate sleep, and appropriate exercise to the information sender based on the information in the health dictionary 65. The control unit 61 may also be configured to transmit medical diagnosis information and health improvement information to the user terminal 10 in accordance with requests from the user terminal 10.

[0064] The knowledge database 60 may include a database summarizing information on the types, effects, body parts used, limitations, and usage of the aforementioned training machines, as well as a list of stores that can provide them. Alternatively, it may be linked with the store system group 40 database to allow searching and provision of information on which stores offer which equipment and what effects can be obtained. Rehabilitation through moderate exercise using exercise equipment often contributes to smooth recovery from illness and maintenance of good health, and the information in the databases of the knowledge database 60 and the store system group 40 also becomes important medical information or health improvement information.

[0065] The control unit 61 may construct a health dictionary 65 using information such as each user's medical questionnaire responses and the results of exercise effectiveness assessments recorded in the recording area 31 of the medical consultation support device 20. By using the information in the health dictionary 65, improvement guides regarding diet, sleep, exercise, etc., can be obtained for each symptom.

[0066] (Medical Examination Recommendation Support Device) The medical examination recommendation support device 20 communicates with the user terminal 10, the store system group 40, the hospital system group 50, and the knowledge database 60. For example, the medical examination recommendation support device 20 may be configured on a server within the exercise-related facility. From the user terminal 10's perspective, the medical examination recommendation support device 20 resides on the cloud.

[0067] The medical consultation recommendation support device 20 includes a control unit 21, communication units 22-25, and a recording unit 30. The control unit 21 may be composed of a processor using a CPU, GPU, FPGA, etc., and may operate according to a program stored in a memory (not shown) to control each unit, or it may implement some or all of its functions with hardware electronic circuits. The communication unit 22 communicates with the communication unit 15 of the user terminal 10 and exchanges data between the control unit 11 and the control unit 21. The communication unit 23 communicates with the communication unit 43 of the store system group 40, the communication unit 24 communicates with the communication unit 56 of the hospital system group 50, and the communication unit 25 communicates with the communication unit 62 of the knowledge database 60.

[0068] The control unit 21 includes a terminal display control unit 21a, a medical interview unit 21b, a menu suggestion unit 21c, a customization unit 21d, an execution result confirmation unit 21e, an effect confirmation unit 21f, an improvement suggestion unit 21g, and an application provision unit 21h.

[0069] The communication unit 22 communicates with the communication unit 15 of the user terminal 10 to acquire information recorded in the recording unit 12 of the user terminal 10, i.e., health-related information including the medical questionnaire responses of the user who owns the user terminal 10. The communication unit 22 may also acquire health-related information from all user terminals 10 equipped with a communication unit 15, for example, in a time-division multiplexing manner at a predetermined interval. The control unit 21 provides the health-related information acquired from each user terminal 10 to the recording unit 30 for recording and processes the received health-related information.

[0070] The recording unit 30 is comprised of a recording device equipped with a predetermined recording medium. The recording unit 30 may also be comprised of a service provider offering cloud services over a network.

[0071] The control unit 21 determines which user terminal 10 the received health-related information originated from based on the ID assigned to each user terminal 10. When recording data in the recording unit 30, the control unit 21 records the data with, for example, the ID of the user terminal 10 so that it is clear which user terminal 10 the received health-related information was obtained from. Note that in Figure 2, for the sake of simplicity, only the recording area 31 for health-related information from one user terminal 10 is shown, but the recording unit 30 has recording areas 31 for health-related information from all user terminals 10.

[0072] Each recording area 31 contains ID information, profile information, and QR code information to identify each user, as well as information on the user's contract details and the user's store usage history. Furthermore, information on multiple questionnaire responses is also recorded in the recording area 31. In addition, the recording area 31 records information on exercises that contributed to the improvement of the user's symptoms and exercises that did not contribute to the improvement of symptoms. In Figure 1, an example is shown in which exercises that contributed to symptom improvement, such as exercise 1 for symptom improvement 1 and exercise 2 for symptom improvement 2, are recorded, and exercises that did not contribute to symptom improvement, such as exercise 3 for no symptom improvement 3 and exercise 4 for no symptom improvement 4, are recorded.

[0073] The recording unit 30 can supply this stored information to the control unit 21 and the knowledge database 60. The knowledge database 60 can use the information from the recording unit 30 to construct a health dictionary 65.

[0074] The terminal display control unit 21a of the control unit 21 displays the contents of the medical questionnaire on each user terminal 10, displays the exercise menu created according to the answers to the medical questionnaire on each user terminal 10, and generates display information to display the effects of the exercise and suggestions for health improvement on each user terminal 10. The terminal display control unit 21a supplies the generated display information to the user terminal 10. By receiving this display information, the user terminal 10 can display various displays such as the medical questionnaire, the exercise menu, and the effects of the exercise and suggestions for health improvement on the display screen of the display unit 14.

[0075] The medical interview unit 21b generates the content of the medical interview. The medical interview unit 21b determines the content of the medical interview based on various information, including health-related information for each individual, recorded in the recording area 31. For example, the medical interview unit 21b may determine the content of the medical interview for each individual based on a health questionnaire obtained when contracting with a store or the user's store usage history. In addition, in this embodiment, in order to investigate the relationship between exercise and health, a medical interview is conducted after exercise to grasp the effects and make suggestions for improvement, and the medical interview unit 21b also generates the content of this medical interview.

[0076] The menu suggestion unit 21c determines an exercise menu based on the answers to the medical questionnaire. For example, the menu suggestion unit 21c may have a database (not shown) that records the correspondence between medical questionnaire answers and exercise menus, and proposes an exercise menu that corresponds to the medical questionnaire answers. The customization unit 21d customizes the exercise menu proposed by the menu suggestion unit 21c. For example, the customization unit 21d customizes the exercise menu according to individual characteristics such as age and gender. For example, the customization unit 21d customizes the exercise menu to optimize the number of repetitions and types of exercises according to the individual characteristics.

[0077] The execution result confirmation unit 21e confirms the results of the exercise. The execution result confirmation unit 21e communicates with the exercise equipment installed in the store system 41 via the communication units 23 and 43, and can acquire information about the user's exercise in cooperation with the exercise equipment used by the user. For example, when exercise is performed using equipment such as a treadmill, the execution result confirmation unit 21e can confirm how the exercise was performed and whether it was performed correctly based on the data measured by the equipment.

[0078] The effectiveness confirmation unit 21f determines the health effects of the exercise based on the results of the exercise and the answers to the questionnaire. The determination result of the effectiveness confirmation unit 21f is recorded in the recording area 31. When a user uses a designated physical training device, the effectiveness confirmation unit 21f can determine whether the exercise is good or bad according to the determined exercise conditions and convey the good or bad information to the user.

[0079] The improvement suggestion unit 21g creates health improvement suggestions based on the effects confirmed by the effect confirmation unit 21f and the answers to the medical questionnaire, by referring to the information in the recording area 31. The improvement suggestion unit 21g can also obtain information for creating health improvement suggestions by using the information in the knowledge database 60. The health dictionary 65 in the knowledge database 60 can provide information for determining whether the user's exercise is appropriate, what kind of exercise is suitable for the user's symptoms, whether health has been improved by exercise, and health risks that cannot be improved by exercise. The improvement suggestion unit 21g creates health improvement suggestions by accessing the health dictionary 65 in the knowledge database 60.

[0080] The judgment result of the effect confirmation unit 21f and the improvement proposal from the improvement proposal unit 21g are recorded in the recording area 31. In other words, in this embodiment, by utilizing the recording unit 30 and the knowledge database 60, it is possible to conduct a medical interview with the user with appropriate content and to provide appropriate health advice according to the answers to the interview.

[0081] The application provision unit 21h creates an application to be executed in the application unit 16 of the user terminal 10 and provides it to each user terminal 10. For example, this application is created to manage users and provide services to users at each store. By running this application, a user can, for example, receive the services of a sports gym when using the gym.

[0082] (Inference Model) The application provision unit 21h also provides the user terminal 10 as an application to be executed in the application unit 16, which is an inference model that provides health improvement suggestions from the knowledge database 60. The knowledge database 60 includes an inference model creation unit 66 that creates an inference model that performs inference for improvement suggestions. The inference model creation unit 66 may use information such as each user's medical questionnaire answers and the results of exercise effectiveness assessments recorded in the recording area 31 to create an inference model for providing health improvement suggestions. By using this information, it is also possible to construct an exercise effect inference model that performs inference for improvement suggestions regarding diet, sleep, exercise, etc., for each symptom.

[0083] The inference model created by the inference model creation unit 66 in Figure 1 is provided to the user terminal 10 by the application provision unit 21h of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 and used in the application unit 16. For example, the inference model creation unit 66 performs training by providing the network with training data created by annotating information on the difference between pre- and post-exercise questionnaire responses to the type and amount of exercise in response to the pre-exercise questionnaire responses. The network design is determined so that the network can obtain an output corresponding to the input by performing training with a large amount of training data, such as deep learning. Through such training, the network obtains an inference model that infers appropriate exercise according to the pre-exercise questionnaire responses.

[0084] Figure 3 is a flowchart showing the flow of creating training data used to create an inference model by the inference model creation unit 66.

[0085] In the example shown in Figure 3, the inference model creation unit 66 uses pre- and post-exercise questionnaire responses and information on the type and amount of exercise to create an inference model that estimates the effects of exercise and health risks that cannot be improved by exercise. In S1, the inference model creation unit 66 determines whether or not it is before exercise. If it is before exercise (YES in S1), the inference model creation unit 66 obtains the health status (symptoms) from the first questionnaire responses obtained in the first questionnaire (S2).

[0086] Methods for improving health through exercise (physical activity, movement, practice, training), stretching, massage, meditation, and bathing are widely known, but these methods often require specialized equipment or locations. Furthermore, the presence of experts such as instructors or assistants can sometimes lead to better results. Mental care is also effective for health when necessary, and efforts to improve one's condition from mental, physical, and health perspectives are sometimes called conditioning. This embodiment makes it easier to access specialized facilities and equipment that enable such conditioning based on one's health condition.

[0087] Furthermore, even if one's health is currently good, current efforts may be preventing deterioration, and the above-mentioned countermeasures may be effective depending on genetics, living environment, and lifestyle-related constitution. Of course, it is also advisable to consider factors such as gender and age.

[0088] Regarding individual profile information, health status, constitution, environment, habits, and other factors, various types of information are organized and stored in different fields such as medicine, health, beauty, exercise, and conditioning, according to the specific concerns. This embodiment assumes that this data is organized and recorded in the aforementioned disease dictionary 64, but information scattered across various databases may be compiled and used, or summaries generated by AI from miscellaneous information may be used.

[0089] In step S2, a recommended amount of exercise may be suggested. For example, if the suggestion is to perform 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, and the user's input indicates that they are confident they can perform more exercise, the exercise conditions may be adjusted by extending the exercise time or increasing the exercise intensity. Through such adjustments, a standardized exercise time and intensity can be determined based on each individual's exercise time and intensity. If the standardized exercise results in health benefits, these standardized values can be used as a reference for future exercise recommendations or when suggesting exercise amounts to others.

[0090] Rather than setting individual exercise times like 11 minutes or 9 minutes, specifying something like "exercise for 10 minutes" is easier for users to understand, remember in their daily minds, and can be easily incorporated as a guideline for preparing for exercise. Since users have limited time to use the facility, clear messages are more encouraging to continue.

[0091] In S3, the inference model creation unit 66 determines whether or not exercise has been performed after the first medical interview. If exercise has not been performed, the inference model creation unit 66 returns to processing S1. If exercise has been performed (YES in S3), the inference model creation unit 66 moves to processing S4 to determine the type and amount of exercise. If the type or amount of exercise determined in S4 is unexpected, warnings, persuasion, or changes to the exercise menu may be taken. For example, if the type or amount of exercise is unexpected and too strenuous, there is a possibility of physical injury, and measures such as interruption or warnings may be necessary.

[0092] The inference model creation unit 66 may also acquire information such as the content of the first medical interview, the type and amount of exercise, user-specific profile information, and environmental information such as season and temperature / humidity. The data used may differ depending on whether a general inference model is being created or an inference model is being created for each user profile.

[0093] Furthermore, this information is useful not only for use in inference models, but also for creating various reports, including improvement advice, and for big data analysis.

[0094] In the following S5, the inference model creation unit 66 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed since the exercise following the first medical interview. If it has not elapsed, the inference model creation unit 66 waits until it does. Once the time has elapsed (YES in S5), the inference model creation unit 66 acquires the health status based on the second medical interview answers obtained from the second medical interview. The second medical interview does not need to be as detailed as the first medical interview. The second medical interview answers only need to contain information such as whether there has been improvement, whether there has been a deterioration, etc., so this can be automatically determined by sensors, etc. For example, changes in weight, the number of times the toilet has been used, improvements in sleep duration, and improvements in lack of exercise can be determined in cooperation with devices using IoT technology. It is well known that smartwatches can measure sleep duration, steps, blood pressure, heart rate, etc. It may also be linked with devices that measure sweat volume, weight, etc. The sensor unit 13a of the user terminal 10 can be used as such a device.

[0095] In S7, the inference model creation unit 66 creates training data by annotating the difference between the answers to the first and second questionnaires for the type and amount of exercise for the first questionnaire. Thereafter, the inference model creation unit 66 acquires a large amount of training data by repeating the processes S1 to S7 for the same user and other users. The results of the second questionnaire are also important, so various incentives may be given to the user. Alternatively, incentives may only be given when both the first and second questionnaires are completed.

[0096] In Figure 3, an example is shown in which training data is created by sequentially acquiring the first questionnaire response, exercise-related information, and second questionnaire response from each user. However, as in the case where data is acquired from 31 of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20, the first and second questionnaire responses before and after exercise, along with information related to the exercise, may be recorded sequentially, and the recorded data may be annotated in S7 to acquire a large amount of training data.

[0097] The inference model creation unit 66 determines whether reliable learning has been achieved through learning using accumulated training data. If reliable learning has been achieved, it creates an inference model based on the network design obtained through learning. This inference model makes inferences about the effects of exercise on the first questionnaire responses and about health risks that cannot be improved by exercise.

[0098] The knowledge database 60 also includes an image inference unit 67. Images may be included in the medical questionnaire response information from the user terminal 10. The image inference unit 67 infers health risks for the images included in the medical questionnaire response information. For example, the image inference unit 67 learns by providing the network with training data obtained by annotating risks for the images included in the medical questionnaire response information. The network design is determined so that the network can obtain an output corresponding to the input by performing training on a large amount of training data, such as deep learning. Through such learning, the network obtains a risk inference model that infers risks according to the input image. The image inference unit 67 infers the risks for the images included in the medical questionnaire response information using the created risk inference model. This inference result is provided to the user terminal 10 by the control unit 61.

[0099] Deep learning is a multi-layered structure of the machine learning process using neural networks. A typical example is the "feedback neural network," which sends information from front to back to make a decision. In its simplest form, it only requires three layers: an input layer consisting of m1 neurons, a hidden layer consisting of m2 neurons given by parameters, and an output layer consisting of m3 neurons corresponding to the number of classes to be classified. Each neuron in the input layer and the hidden layer, and the hidden layer and the output layer, are connected by connection weights, and a bias value is added between the hidden layer and the output layer, making it easy to form logic gates. Three layers are sufficient for simple classification, but by using many hidden layers, it becomes possible to learn how to combine multiple features during the machine learning process. In recent years, networks with 9 to 152 layers have become practical due to their relationship with learning time, classification accuracy, and energy consumption.

[0100] Various publicly known networks can be used as the network for machine learning. For example, R-CNN (Regions with CNN features) or FCN (Fully Convolutional Networks), which utilize CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), can be used. These involve a process called "convolution" to compress image features, operate with minimal processing, and are strong in pattern recognition. Furthermore, to handle more complex information and to support information analysis where the meaning changes depending on the order and sequence, a "recurrent neural network" (fully connected recurrent neural network), where information flows bidirectionally, can be used.

[0101] To realize these technologies, conventional general-purpose computing circuits such as CPUs and FPGAs can be used, but since much of the processing in neural networks involves matrix multiplication, specialized GPUs and Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) are sometimes used. In recent years, these artificial intelligence (AI) dedicated hardware, called "Neural Network Processing Units (NPUs)," have been designed to be integrated and embedded together with CPUs and other circuits, and are sometimes part of the processing circuit.

[0102] (Operation) Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as described above will be explained with reference to Figures 4 to 14. Figures 4 and 5 are flowcharts for explaining the operation of the embodiment. Figure 4 shows an example of operation of the user terminal 10, and Figure 5 shows an example of operation of the medical consultation support device 20. Figures 6 to 13 are explanatory diagrams for explaining the operation of the embodiment. Although images P1 to P13 in Figures 6 to 13 are explained as being displayed on the display screen of the display unit 14 of the user terminal 10, they may also be displayed on other display devices.

[0103] Let's assume that a user uses a sports gym to exercise for purposes such as health promotion. The application provision unit 21h of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 provides an application (hereinafter referred to as the sports gym app) for providing sports gym services to the application unit 16 of the user terminal 10, in accordance with the user terminal 10's request. By entering into a usage agreement with the sports gym, the user can receive various sports gym services through the sports gym app executed by the application unit 16. For example, the sports gym app can display codes such as a QR code (registered trademark) for entry permission. Management information for each user based on the contract between each user and the sports gym is recorded in the store system 41.

[0104] In S11 of Figure 4, the control unit 11 of the user terminal 10 determines whether an operation has occurred to turn on the display unit 14 of the user terminal 10. If a general smartphone is used as the user terminal 10, various applications can be executed on the user terminal 10, not just the sports gym app. Various information is exchanged with the outside world through these various applications. When the display is turned on, the control unit 11 acquires information (S12) and determines whether there is information to be displayed (S13). If there is information to be displayed among the acquired information, the information is displayed (S32) and the presence or absence of user operation is determined (S33). If there is no user operation, the control unit 11 proceeds to S14, and if there is a user operation, it performs control according to the user operation (S34) and then proceeds to S14. Note that even if the display is not turned on in S11, information may be acquired and displayed as needed (S31).

[0105] In S14, the control unit 11 displays the start screen on the display unit 14. By tapping the icon for the sports gym app on the start screen, the launch screen of the sports gym app is displayed. Now, suppose the user wants to enter the sports gym. In this case, the user performs the entry operation using the sports gym app.

[0106] The control unit 11 determines in S15 whether or not an entry operation has been performed. If an entry operation has been performed, the control unit 11 communicates entry information to confirm registration information, etc. (S16). The control unit 21 of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 determines in S51 of Figure 5 whether or not entry information has been received. If entry information is received, the control unit 21 confirms the registration information by communicating between the control unit 11 of the user terminal 10 and the control unit 42 of the store system group 40 (S71).

[0107] The control unit 21 determines whether or not the user is qualified to enter the room (S52). If the user is not qualified, the control unit 21 sends information to the user terminal 10 to present the contract and issue a warning (S72). If the user is qualified to enter the room, the medical interview unit 21b of the control unit 21 sends the pre-exercise medical interview (first medical interview) to the user terminal 10 (S53).

[0108] In S17, the control unit 11 of the user terminal 10 determines whether the conditions for entering the gym are met based on the results of the registration information confirmation communication. If the conditions for entering the gym are not met, the control unit 11 returns to S12. If the conditions are met, in S18, the control unit 11 displays the pre-exercise medical questionnaire (first questionnaire) transmitted from the medical consultation support device 20 on the display screen of the display unit 14. In this embodiment, entry to the sports gym is permitted when a response is given to the displayed questionnaire. That is, the medical consultation support device 20 permits the user to use the sports gym when it obtains the user's response to the first questionnaire.

[0109] In S19, the control unit 11 determines whether or not a response to the medical questionnaire has been received, and if a response has been received, it displays the image P2 of the QR code P2a for entering the room on the display unit 14 (S20). The control unit 11 then transmits the medical questionnaire response to the medical consultation support device 20. Meanwhile, in S54, the control unit 21 determines whether or not a response to the medical questionnaire has been received. If a response to the medical questionnaire has not been received, the control unit 21 waits for a predetermined time in S73, and if no response to the medical questionnaire is received, it transmits information to the user terminal 10 to present a contract and issue a warning (S74).

[0110] As shown in Figure 6, a QR code reader 72 is provided near the entrance / exit door 71 of the sports gym. The sports gym app has a function to display an image P2 including the QR code P2a for entry shown in Figure 7, and when user U1 holds image P2 over the QR code reader 72, the user can open the entrance / exit door 71 and enter. After receiving the medical questionnaire response, the control unit 21 of the medical consultation support device 20 receives the QR code for entry, etc., and unlocks the entrance / exit door 71 to allow entry (S55). In S56, the control unit 21 determines whether user U1 has entered or not, and if not, waits for a predetermined time in S75, and if still not entered after waiting, locks the door and sends information to the user terminal 10 to issue a warning (S76).

[0111] The steps taken after receiving the questionnaire responses, such as "permission to display QR codes, etc." or "unlocking and permission to enter," are restrictive measures designed to semi-forcibly encourage users to complete the questionnaire. Since the goal is to recommend optimal exercise for improving the user's physical condition, health, and lifestyle, it is important to have a mechanism that encourages users to be aware of the value of the user information obtained from the questionnaire and to make effective use of it. The "information that needs improvement" obtained from the questionnaire may be too late if it is only after a specific ailment has been articulated. People tend to become aware of their ailments only after some kind of problem has occurred, so extracting information from unconscious situations makes it possible to effectively improve health in advance.

[0112] Therefore, it is preferable to have some kind of incentive or constraint to encourage information input, and here, a "constraint" or "restriction" is imposed such that the door will not open unless information is input. Other such constraints include disabling equipment used for exercise or equipment that records exercise results. In other words, the part written as "unlocking" could also be expressed as "permission to use equipment (device, facility)" or "available state." Figure 5 shows an example of this being implemented by determining whether or not entry into a room where equipment, devices, or facilities are installed is permitted, but it is possible to achieve a similar effect by imposing constraints such as the equipment, devices, or facilities not working, not being able to perform at a predetermined level, or not being able to record data.

[0113] In addition to encouraging information input through such constraints, information input can also be encouraged through rewards. For example, items such as props that enhance the exercise effect, antiperspirants, sweat wipes, deodorants, perfumes, detergents, towels, and paper could be provided; or the equipment could be used in modes or conditions not normally available; or supplements or food and beverages could be provided; or various service improvements could be made, such as extending the usage period or offering various preferential treatments. Alternatively, incentives could be proposed such as reporting and awarding achievements, or being featured as a success story.

[0114] Furthermore, a medical interview does not necessarily require users to input information. It can be completed by sharing information that has already been obtained. For example, an operation that involves agreeing to share vital data information based on specific terms and conditions can also be described as a medical interview, as it provides health-related information with the user's consent. Inputting information such as age, gender, physical constitution, environment, habits, hormone balance, and cycle is also important, as it goes without saying that this information is crucial for effective exercise and other related matters.

[0115] Thus, in this embodiment, in order for the user terminal 10 to display the entry QR code P2a for entering the room, it is necessary to display a questionnaire and answer the questionnaire. That is, the locking of the facility is controlled according to whether or not the first questionnaire is answered. This ensures that members using the sports gym complete the questionnaire. In the examples of Figures 4 and 5, the first questionnaire is described as being conducted when entering the sports gym, but as mentioned above, it is sufficient to conduct it before using the sports gym equipment, and it does not necessarily have to be done before entering the room.

[0116] Image P1 in Figure 6 shows the medical questionnaire display. Image P1 in Figure 6 is displayed when the user enters the room. The medical questionnaire display in Image P1 has items P1a of concern regarding physical condition, such as "weight gain," "lethargy," "constipation," "lack of sleep," and "cold sensitivity," and the user U1 can select from these using buttons. In the example in Figure 6, the filled-in button indicates that the user U1 has selected "constipation" as the appropriate physical condition. Image P1 also has an entry button P1b. When user U1 operates the entry button P1b, image P2, which includes the entry QR code P2a shown in Figure 7, is displayed on the display unit 14.

[0117] The sensor unit 13a of the user terminal 10 acquires various health-related information at predetermined intervals, and when the control unit 11 acquires health-related information, it records the acquired information along with time information in the recording unit 12. The control unit 11 may also use the health-related information recorded in the recording unit 12 as the medical questionnaire response.

[0118] If the control unit 11 does not determine in S19 that there is a response, it determines in S25 whether or not user U1 has performed an operation to indicate that they will not enter the room. If this operation is not performed, the control unit 11 continues displaying the medical questionnaire in S18. If user U1 has performed an operation to indicate that they will not enter the room, the control unit 11 returns to processing in S12. The control unit 11 makes an entry determination in S21.

[0119] The menu suggestion unit 21c of the medical consultation support device 20 determines an exercise menu based on the received medical questionnaire answers (S57). As already explained, this can be determined by the databases of the health dictionary 65 and the store system 41, as well as the information and generated AI of the inference model creation unit 66. For example, the menu suggestion unit 21c can determine an exercise menu by referring to effective equipment, the load and duration that can be set there, and other information found in various health records. In a simple example, the menu suggestion unit 21c may determine an exercise menu based on the information that aerobic exercise is good for constipation, using 20 to 30 minutes as a guideline for an effective aerobic exercise duration. Equipment suitable for aerobic exercise is compiled and recorded in store information, etc. The menu suggestion unit 21c may recommend equipment that is available at the store the person is using, or it may use settings that allow the person to perform aerobic exercise with their preferred equipment. Furthermore, the customization unit 21d customizes the exercise menu based on the user U1 information provided by the store system 41. For example, the customization unit 21d may customize the exercise menu according to the user U1's age, gender, etc. However, if personal information is not provided to the medical consultation support device 20, in this case, customization by the customization unit 21d will not be performed, and only customization by the sports gym app of the app unit 16 will be performed. The customization of the exercise menu may be performed by either the user terminal 10 or the medical consultation support device 20. The exercise menus provided by the menu suggestion unit 21c and the customization unit 21d are offered to the user terminal 10 as recommended exercise menus (S58).

[0120] The control unit 11 of the user terminal 10 acquires recommended exercises in S22. The control unit 11 customizes and displays the acquired recommended exercise information based on user U1 information (S23). For example, it can be customized according to the user U1's age and gender, or according to their physical condition on that day. Figure 8 shows image P3 which indicates recommended exercises. In the example in Figure 8, image P3 shows that the recommended exercise menu displays P3a and P3b recommend 20 minutes of exercise on a treadmill and 20 minutes of exercise on an exercise bike (registered trademark).

[0121] In response to the display of such recommended exercise menus, user U1 will perform a run on the treadmill 73, as shown in Figure 8. The treadmill 73 has functions to measure calories burned, heart rate, distance run, exercise time, etc., and also has a function to transmit the measurement results to the control unit 21 of the medical consultation support device 20. The control unit 11 determines in S24 whether or not the display has been turned off. If the display has not been turned off, the control unit 21 returns to S12, and if the display has been turned off, it returns to S11.

[0122] The execution result confirmation unit 21e of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 acquires information from the exercise equipment when the user U1 completes a predetermined exercise and records the amount of exercise performed by user U1, the type of exercise equipment (aerobic or anaerobic exercise, muscle training), the mode such as load, the expected effects, the environment and time of use, etc. (S59).

[0123] If the first questionnaire is not entered, this record may not be created, thus imposing restrictions on motivation. Also, if the type or amount of exercise identified in S59 is unexpected, warnings, persuasion, or changes to the exercise program may be provided to support the individual in performing the expected exercise. If the type or amount of exercise is unexpected and too strenuous, there is a possibility of physical injury, and measures such as interruption or warnings may be necessary.

[0124] Furthermore, the results of the medical interview, the type of exercise equipment used, and the amount of exercise can be used to create inference models for exercises aimed at improving physical condition, as well as to generate various reports, including improvement advice, and to create big data.

[0125] In S60, the control unit 21 of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 determines whether all of user U1's exercises have been completed. If all exercises have not been completed, the control unit 21 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed (S78), and after the predetermined time has elapsed, generates information for displaying guides, advice, etc. on the user terminal 10 and outputs it to the user terminal 10 (S79). For example, as such guides and advice, the customization unit 21d may customize the menu of the next exercises based on the results of the exercises completed by user U1, or it may simply output information for displaying the results of the completed exercises. Once all of user U1's exercises are completed, the control unit 21 waits for user U1 to exit (S61).

[0126] User U1 launches the gym app when leaving the gym. If the control unit 11 determines in S15 that no entry operation has been performed, it determines in S40 whether an exit operation has been performed. If user U1 performs an exit operation, the control unit 11 displays a QR code, etc., in S41. User U1 can open the exit door and go outside by holding the QR code, etc., over a QR code reader at the exit (not shown). When the control unit 21 of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 detects user U1's exit operation and reception of the QR code, it unlocks the exit door (S62) and determines whether user U1 has left (S63). If user U1 has not left, the control unit 21 waits for a predetermined time in S81, and if user U1 has not left after the predetermined time has elapsed, it controls the dispatch of a security guard (S82).

[0127] When user U1 leaves, the control unit 21 encourages them to continue exercising at the gym and creates information for the next reservation, which is then sent to the user terminal 10 (S64). The control unit 21 may also provide advice on diet and sleep in addition to exercise. Meanwhile, the control unit 11 of the user terminal 10 makes a determination of departure in S42. When user U1 leaves, the control unit 11 displays the exercise results at an appropriate time (S43). The execution result confirmation unit 21e of the control unit 21 of the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 understands how user U1 exercised using the treadmill based on information from each piece of equipment in the gym. The execution result confirmation unit 21e sends the confirmed exercise execution results to the user terminal 10. As a result, the control unit 21 of the user terminal 10 displays the exercise record shown in images P4 and P5 of Figure 9 in S43. In the example shown in image P4 of Figure 9, the date display P4a indicates that the exercise record is for January 29th, the machine display P4b indicates that the exercise was performed on a treadmill for 25 minutes, and the message display P4c indicates that the goal was achieved and that improvement in constipation can be expected.

[0128] Furthermore, in the example shown in image P5 of Figure 9, the date display P5a indicates that the exercise record is for January 29th, the machine display P5b indicates that the user exercised on a treadmill for 25 minutes, and the message display P56c indicates that 60% of the aerobic exercise required to achieve the goal has been achieved. By displaying the results of such exercise, it is expected that the user U1's motivation to achieve the goal will increase.

[0129] The control unit 21 of the medical consultation support device 20 determines whether a predetermined amount of time has elapsed between the end of User U1's exercise at the gym and the time it becomes possible to confirm the effects of the exercise, if User U1 has indicated a health problem in their response to the first questionnaire (first questionnaire) (S83). If the predetermined amount of time has not elapsed, the control unit 21 returns the process to S83 via S85. Once the predetermined amount of time has elapsed, the control unit 21 transmits the post-exercise questionnaire (second questionnaire) created by the questionnaire unit 21b to the user terminal 10 (S84). In this case, the questionnaire unit 21b creates a second questionnaire corresponding to the response to the first questionnaire. For example, if the user answered "constipation" in their response to the first questionnaire, the questionnaire unit 21b conducts a second questionnaire about that symptom, "constipation".

[0130] The application unit 16 of the user terminal 10 receives a notification from the medical consultation support device 20 regarding a post-exercise medical interview (second interview) (hereinafter also referred to as the effectiveness interview) after a predetermined period has elapsed since user U1 exercised at a sports gym.

[0131] For example, while improvements in constipation might be noticeable on the same day, improvements in other ailments such as insomnia or stiff shoulders might not be apparent until the following day or later. Therefore, the specified time frame may be adjusted based on the results of the initial consultation. Frequent inquiries to the user can be stressful and may create an uncomfortable user environment, so the specified time frame should be set to an appropriate duration that takes user stress into consideration.

[0132] Upon notification regarding the second questionnaire, user U1 launches the sports gym app, causing the app unit 16 to conduct the effectiveness questionnaire. In the example in Figure 4, user U1 launches the sports gym app and then conducts the effectiveness questionnaire and answers in S44. Alternatively, the second questionnaire may be conducted when user U1 next visits the sports gym, for example, by using a terminal such as a computer (not shown) provided at the sports gym. If the control unit 11 determines in S44 that the second questionnaire will not be conducted, it determines other operations such as video operation (S46), performs control according to the operation (S47), and when the other operation is completed (YES in S48), proceeds to S24.

[0133] Image P6 in Figure 10 shows an example of the second questionnaire and the corresponding questionnaire response. In Image P6 of Figure 10, the date display P6a indicates that the questionnaire was conducted on February 3rd, the questionnaire display P6b indicates that the question is "Has your constipation improved?", and the questionnaire response display P6c shows the multiple-choice questionnaire response. In Image P6, user U1 checks a button in response to the questionnaire about constipation, indicating that the symptoms have improved.

[0134] The control unit 11 transmits the second questionnaire response to the medical consultation support device 20. Upon receiving the second questionnaire response (YES in S85), the control unit 21 determines in S86 and S87 whether the symptoms have improved or worsened based on the second questionnaire response. That is, the effect confirmation unit 21f confirms the health effects of the exercise based on the exercise performed by user U1 in response to the first questionnaire and the results of the second questionnaire regarding the effects of this exercise. The effect confirmation unit 21f may determine the effect based on only one use of the sports gym, but it may also determine the health effects and risks based on multiple first questionnaire responses, multiple second questionnaire responses, and information on multiple exercises obtained after using the sports gym several times.

[0135] If the control unit 21 determines in S86 that there has been improvement, in S89 it provides information to the user terminal 10 for giving the user a reward, etc., and in S90 it organizes the recording area 31, which will become a database, based on the profile, symptoms and exercises performed.

[0136] If an improvement is seen after performing the recommended exercises, the user may be rewarded with various service improvements that make them feel they are getting a good deal. These could include antiperspirants, sweat wipes, deodorants, perfumes, detergents, towels, paper, access to equipment in modes or conditions not normally available, supplements or food / drinks, extensions of the usage period, or various other benefits. Alternatively, incentives such as reporting on the progress and awarding recognition, or being featured as a success story, could be proposed.

[0137] Furthermore, even if the recommended exercises are not performed and no improvement is seen, it is still appreciated that the person tried to do them. Therefore, an incentive can be offered to acknowledge their effort in trying but being unable to complete the exercises.

[0138] Furthermore, if the suggested exercises are performed but do not produce results, it may be possible to provide items such as props to enhance the exercise's effectiveness, or to suggest or provide foods, drinks, or supplements that are believed to promote the effects, or to provide information on meal plans or advice on improving lifestyle habits.

[0139] For the time and effort required to answer the second questionnaire, users could be rewarded. Alternatively, they could be allowed to modify their answers to the second questionnaire in conjunction with their input from the first questionnaire.

[0140] By rewarding users, it is expected that their motivation to continue exercising for their health will increase, and that they will continue to use the sports gym app. Another possible reward method is to allow users to share information with other users. Sharing information allows users to share a sense of accomplishment and joy, which is expected to satisfy the user's need for recognition and satisfy their sense of superiority, thereby improving their motivation. It is also possible that other users who have received the shared information will consider using the sports gym in question.

[0141] Furthermore, if the control unit 21 determines that the condition has worsened or that there has been no improvement for a long period of time, it will recommend a medical institution and provide assistance in making an appointment at a medical institution (S88). If there is neither improvement nor worsening of symptoms, the control unit 21 will encourage the patient to continue exercising at a sports gym and will create information for the next appointment and send it to the user terminal 10 (S91).

[0142] The sports gym app run by the app unit 16 enables the transmission of various information about user U1 regarding exercise and health, in addition to answering questionnaires. Image P7 in Figure 10 shows the display when there has been an improvement in health as a result of answering questionnaires, as in Image P6. In Image P7 of Figure 10, the date display P7a indicates that the message is from February 3rd, the message display P7b indicates that there was a message saying "!! Congratulations on achieving your goal", and the transmission information display P7c indicates that the user can choose whether or not to share the information and whether or not to obtain a coupon by clicking "Get Coupon!". In Image P7, user U1 indicates that they wish to share the information by checking the button.

[0143] For example, as shown in image P8 of Figure 11, user U1 entered the information "I was suffering from constipation on 1 / 29, but I cured it by running on a 3% incline treadmill for 25 minutes for three consecutive days" as share information display P8b on February 3rd, as shown in the date display P8a. The selection display P8c indicates that the user can choose to modify the content of share information display P8b, share it, or cancel sharing. The control unit 21 may also create share information display P8b using generation AI and then allow user U1 to choose to modify, share, or cancel sharing.

[0144] Furthermore, as mentioned above, the sports gym app in the app unit 16 can also offer suggestions for improvement if the symptoms do not improve. Image P9 in Figure 11 shows the second medical questionnaire and the answers to that questionnaire. Image P9 shows that the questionnaire was conducted on February 3rd, indicated by the date display P9a; the questionnaire display P9b indicates that the question is "Has your constipation improved?"; and the questionnaire answer display P9c indicates that, based on the multiple-choice answers to the questionnaire, the constipation has not yet improved.

[0145] In this case, the sports gym app can communicate with the medical consultation support device 20 to display information based on the improvement suggestion unit 21g. Image P10 in Figure 12 shows an example of this display. Image P10 shows the message "!! Drink some water and try again" via message display P10b, and displays for reserving a sports gym machine via reservation display P10c. When user U1 checks the button on reservation display P10c, the reservation information is sent to the sports gym.

[0146] Furthermore, the sports gym app may display image P11 in Figure 12 either following or replacing image P10. Image P11, via message display P11b, displays the message "Let's try to find the cause" and prompts user U1 to send various possible causes of "constipation."

[0147] Furthermore, if there are health risks that cannot be improved by exercise, the user may respond to the second questionnaire as shown in image P12 of Figure 13. Image P12 shows the message "Has your constipation improved?" via message display P12b, and the questionnaire response display P12c indicates that the user has responded that their symptoms have worsened. In this case, for example, the improvement suggestion unit 21g may display the information shown in image P13 of Figure 13 via the sports gym app in the app unit 16. Image P13 shows the message "! Consult a specialist" via message display P13b, and the symptom display P13c indicates that the message "Symptom: 'Constipation since 1 / 29, no improvement even with exercise'" has been displayed. User U1 can also recognize the history of the situation through the symptom display P13c. User U1 can understand that the symptoms cannot be improved by exercise and recognize that they should consult a specialist.

[0148] The control unit 21 can store information in the recording area 31, such as exercises that contributed to symptom improvement and exercises that did not contribute to symptom improvement, based on the first and second medical interviews and the answers to those interviews. The control unit 21 also supplies the information recorded in the recording area 31 to the knowledge database 60. This enriches the health dictionary 65.

[0149] Thus, the health dictionary 65 of the knowledge database 60 stores various knowledge items that show the relationship between health and exercise. The control unit 61 of the knowledge database 60 can respond to the medical consultation support device 20 via the communication unit 62 with information on exercises necessary for health promotion and health risks that cannot be improved by exercise, etc., according to the contents of the health dictionary 65. The menu suggestion unit 21c and customization unit 21d of the medical consultation support device 20 can suggest exercises for maintaining health. In addition, the improvement suggestion unit 21g can make suggestions for improving the health condition using information from the knowledge database 60. For example, the improvement suggestion unit 21g may output information on the first medical interview, the second medical interview, and exercise to the user terminal 10 as medical consultation information.

[0150] For example, when the medical consultation support device 20 receives information via the communication unit 62 indicating that the user has symptoms of "constipation," the control unit 61 can transmit information about exercises suitable for treatment and suggestions for improving constipation to the medical consultation support device 20 based on the information in the health dictionary 65. In this embodiment, the user terminal 10 can also use the knowledge in the knowledge database 60 to obtain information such as appropriate exercises for the user's symptoms and risks that cannot be improved by exercise.

[0151] The control unit 21 of the medical consultation support device 20 can provide effective advice to the user terminal 10, such as recommending a visit to a medical institution, if it determines from the results of the medical interview that there are symptoms that cannot be improved by exercise. Furthermore, the control unit 21 may be configured to transmit information about the user's exercise and medical interview results, as well as information about any health concerns, to the medical institution when the user of the user terminal 10 visits a hospital or other medical institution.

[0152] In this embodiment, before and after exercise, a medical interview is conducted to obtain information about the user's symptoms and health, and the user's responses are obtained. During exercise, the exercise is recorded, and the relationship between the medical interview responses and the exercise record is used to determine the relationship between exercise and health. Based on the results, suggestions are made regarding future exercise or visits to medical institutions. As a result, the user can understand effective exercise for maintaining health, recognize health risks that cannot be improved by exercise at an early stage, and take appropriate action such as visiting a medical institution. In this case, the control unit 11 can suggest an appropriate hospital or other medical facility based on the positional relationship between the user's location and the hospital's location.

[0153] (Second Embodiment) Figure 14 is a block diagram illustrating the schematic configuration of the second embodiment. In Figure 14, the same reference numerals are used for components identical to those in Figure 1, and their descriptions are omitted. In the first embodiment, an example was described in which the medical consultation recommendation support device 20 is installed in, for example, a sports gym, and the user goes to the sports gym to exercise. This embodiment shows an example of a medical consultation recommendation support system that enables users to acquire knowledge about the relationship between exercise and health, regardless of whether or not they use sports gyms or other exercise facilities.

[0154] The medical consultation support system 100 shown in Figure 14 includes a user terminal 10, a cloud area 81, and a medical facility 82. Users of the user terminal 10 may also use the exercise facility 80. When a user uses the exercise facility 80, information about the user's exercise (exercise information) can be provided by the exercise facility 80. Even if a user does not use the exercise facility 80, exercise information can still be acquired on the user terminal 10.

[0155] As shown in Figure 14, the recording unit 12 of the user terminal 10 holds various information (classification information) such as the personal ID. The recording unit 12 also holds the first questionnaire response information from a pre-exercise questionnaire and the second questionnaire response information from a post-exercise questionnaire. The recording unit 12 also holds information related to the user's exercise. This information from the user terminal 10 is supplied to, for example, the cloud area 81. The cloud area 81 acquires information about the user's exercise from the exercise facility 80 or the user terminal 10. The cloud area 81 classifies the exercise information and determines the content of the exercise and its effects. The cloud area 81 provides the obtained information to the medical facility 82, such as the knowledge database 60. As a result, a database of symptoms and effective exercises is built in the knowledge database 60. When the information from this database is supplied to the user terminal 10, the user terminal 10 is provided with an effective exercise menu according to the user's symptoms, as well as effective advice such as recommending a visit to a medical institution for symptoms that cannot be improved by exercise. If the results of the medical interview do not show improvement or change, or if the information from the sensor used to assess effectiveness does not move in a positive direction, then information on medical institutions or pharmacies specializing in diagnosis and treatment that address the individual's health condition and concerns should be provided.

[0156] Thus, the same effects as in the first embodiment can be obtained in this embodiment as well.

[0157] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and the components can be modified and implemented in practice without departing from the spirit of the invention. Furthermore, various inventions can be formed by appropriately combining the multiple components disclosed in the embodiments described above. For example, some components of all the components shown in the embodiments may be deleted. Moreover, components from different embodiments may be appropriately combined.

[0158] Furthermore, many of the controls and functions described here, primarily those explained in flowcharts, can be configured by programs, and these controls and functions can be realized by a computer reading and executing these programs. These programs can be recorded or stored, in whole or in part, as computer program products on portable media such as flexible disks, CD-ROMs, and non-volatile memory, or on storage media such as hard disks and volatile memory, and can be distributed or provided at the time of product shipment or via portable media or communication lines. Users can easily implement the recommended exercise information provision device, recommended exercise information provision method, recommended exercise information provision program, recommended exercise information provision system, medical consultation recommendation support device, physical training support method, medical consultation recommendation support method, medical consultation recommendation support program, and exercise effect inference model creation method of this embodiment by downloading and installing the program on a computer via a communication network or installing it on a computer from a recording medium.

[0159] As explained above, the block diagrams of each function, such as the hardware in each embodiment of this application, and the flowcharts explaining how the algorithms are controlled in cooperation with their respective functions, are designed to improve the user experience as a user-friendly, easy-to-understand, and convincing guide, and these improvements are brought about or created by the technical features. In other words, these demonstrate examples of how the processing speed of the hardware can be increased, improving computational efficiency, execution effectiveness, power consumption, and the overall cost performance of the system.

[0160] For example, using appropriate and easily obtainable data in the relevant application, or data appropriately selected from a wealth of data, and the efficient coordination of each function that processes this data, aims to improve the efficiency of various judgments, branching, calculations, and correct and desirable analysis and information input / output. This helps reduce the amount of data to be stored and retained, and also improves the computational efficiency and execution effectiveness of the hardware.
