Description

Hose cap connection structure

[0001] The present invention relates to a hose cap connection structure, and more specifically, to a hose cap connection structure in which the left and right hoses are securely connected and fixed without coming loose by mutual compression between an external compression part and an internal cylinder.

[0002] Generally, as a hose end protection cover having a connector function for connecting hoses, Publication No. 10-2011-0032041 comprises a body having an inlet into which a hose is inserted, and a connector having a one-touch hose binding structure formed by a movable member, a fixed member, and a lock ring built into the inlet side of the body, comprising the following:

[0003] A connector for hose connection is disclosed, characterized by having a sealing element for preventing leakage of the hose at a position on the outer side of the inlet of the body, that is, in the insertion direction of the hose, prior to the hose reaching the lock ring. Additionally, Publication No. 10-2024-0000920 discloses a cylindrical body connected to a first hose;

[0004] A connector connected to the second hose and inserted into the body; and

[0005] A quick connector device for hose connection with an improved separation structure is disclosed, characterized by including a rotating handle that is rotatably coupled to the outer surface of the body and prevents the connector from detaching from the body, wherein the connector has an ejection guide portion whose outer diameter increases as it moves toward the direction of separation from the body, and the body has a separation button that presses the ejection guide portion to move the connector toward the direction of separation from the body.

[0006] However, the aforementioned conventional technologies had the disadvantage that the connecting hose would become loose and easily detach, would not be securely fixed, and the hose end would be easily damaged.

[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a hose protection cover structure that protects the end of the hose and securely fixes the hose without it coming loose through the compression of the external compression part and the internal cylinder.

[0008] The present invention relates to a hose cap connection structure comprising a left member (10);

[0009] The right member (20) is attached and detached by screwing by a spiral, and the left and right members (10, 20) are characterized by having a compression part (40) formed on the outside and left and right inner cylinders (50, 60) formed on the inside, and the left and right hoses are respectively connected between the compression part (40) and the left and right inner cylinders (50, 60).

[0010] In addition, the left member (10) is characterized in that the left side has a compression part (40) attached to the outside and a left inner cylinder attached to the inside, and the right side has a plug (11) formed.

[0011] In addition, the right member (20) is characterized in that a nut (21) is formed on the left side, a compression part (40) is formed on the outside of the right side, and a right inner cylinder is coupled inside.

[0012] Therefore, the present invention has the significant effect of securely fixing the hose without it coming loose and protecting the hose end through the compression of the external compression part and the internal cylinder.

[0050] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0051] FIG. 1 is a photograph of the hose cap connection of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a photograph of the hose of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a photograph of the hose cap separation of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a photograph of the inner cylinder of the right member of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a photograph of the cylindrical shape of the compression part of the present invention before compression, FIG. 6 is a photograph of the compression part of the present invention assembled in the inner cylinder before compression, FIG. 7 is a photograph of the hose of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional photograph of FIG. 7, FIG. 9 is a detailed photograph of FIG. 7, and FIG. 10 is a manufacturing photograph of the mesh structure of the ‘mesh coupling device’ of the present invention and the mesh using a horizontal thread which is a straight thread being integrally molded onto the hose.

[0052]

[0053] The hose cap connection structure of the present invention comprises a left member to which the hose end is connected, and;

[0054] The right-side member is attached and detached via a screw connection using a spiral. In other words, it connects or disconnects the hose.

[0055] The above compression part is joined by compression while the hose is inserted.

[0056] The above-mentioned compression portions are formed on the left and right members respectively, and the compression portions themselves are formed in two places along the longitudinal direction, namely the left and right compression portions.

[0057] As shown in the drawing, the left and right compression sections are each composed of protrusions and concave sections formed by compression.

[0058] The protrusion formed by the above compression has a cross-section that is a square shape with a convex center, and the concave part has a square planar shape.

[0059] In addition, a step is formed on the left side of the right inner cylinder, and a rubber ring is attached to the left side of the step. Since the left hole of the nut is larger than the right hole, when the inner cylinder is inserted into the left hole of the nut from the right side, the step of the inner cylinder catches on the right hole of the nut to secure it.

[0060] The above nut has a spiral formed on its inner diameter.

[0061] The right side of the above-mentioned right inner cylinder is inserted into the left inner side of the hose, and a compression part is located on the outside; when the compression part is compressed with a crimping tool, the left end of the hose is positioned between the left inner cylinder and the external compression part and is compressed and fixed.

[0062] In addition, when the above-mentioned compression part is compressed with a compression tool, the right end of the compression part is not compressed, so the left end of the hose is inserted and can move up, down, left, and right.

[0063] The right inner cylinder rotates freely in the right hole of the nut. The step is formed in two stages, with the right step having a smaller diameter than the left step. The right hole of the nut engages with the left step.

[0064] In addition, the left member of the present invention has a compression portion formed on the left side and a plug formed on the right side.

[0065] The above plug has a hexagonal head bolt formed on the left end, and a spiral formed on the outer circumference of the right body.

[0066]

[0067] The present invention may use a hose made of only general synthetic resin, but uses a transverse reinforcing hose for strength reinforcement, and the transverse reinforcing hose is manufactured by combining a mesh inside a synthetic resin hose.

[0068] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape.

[0069] The above mesh is manufactured as an internal insert during the production of the synthetic resin hose.

[0070] The above mesh is manufactured by combining a straight cross thread along the length of the hose with the mesh structure, and the fiber mesh structure is inserted in a rhombus shape when viewed from the length direction.

[0071] In addition, synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, so the internal threads are visible.

[0072] Specifically, to describe the manufacturing method,

[0073] A braiding device is a device that twists and weaves three or more threads or wires to create various materials, including ropes, reinforced hoses, covered power cords, and some types of lace.

[0074] Therefore, in the ‘net joining device (100)’ to which the braiding principle is applied, a thread (2) is twisted to form a net structure, and a straight thread (3) is placed in a straight line along the length of the hose on the net structure made above to produce a net and simultaneously join it with the hose.

[0075]

[0076] Soon, when the hose, which is first extruded into a hose shape through a pipe extruder, passes through a 'mesh coupling device' installed in front of the first extruder, a mesh manufactured by a mesh structure and a straight thread simultaneously adheres to the outer circumference of the first extruded hose and wraps around it in a rounded shape.

[0077] A method for manufacturing a net using a net structure and straight threads involves inserting an annular metal braiding device (200) into the outer circumference of a hose, inserting multiple bolts (210) into the braiding device, and having straight threads (2) stretched over the bolts and supplied along the length of the hose from the threads.

[0078] In addition, a rotating pulley (110) of a 'net coupling device' is located in front of the braiding device. The rotating pulley has a funnel shape with a diameter smaller at the rear than at the front, and holes for thread passage are formed at the periphery of the rear portion where the diameter is narrowed.

[0079] Therefore, when the rotary pulley rotates by power, the threads of the peripheral portion rotate together to form a net structure on the outer circumference of the hose passing through the inside. At the same time, a straight thread moving straight from the rear to the front is placed on the net structure to form a net. Around the rotary pulley, multiple thread spools are installed radially to form a net structure on the hose, and the threads are unwound.

[0080] Afterwards, as the mesh passes through a coil-shaped thermal tunnel located in front of the 'mesh coupling device', it is compressed by heat onto the hose that was first extruded.

[0081] Afterwards, it is extruded while passing through a secondary extruder installed in front of the 'mesh coupling device', and the hose outer casing is formed by the extrusion of synthetic resin or rubber to complete the process.

[0082] Soon, the hollow hose is manufactured in the order of a primary extruded hose, a mesh, and a secondary extruded hose from the inside.

[0083] Thread and Hose Materials: The hose uses PVC rubber. The thread uses synthetic resin materials such as nylon and PET.

[0084] Meanwhile, the present invention uses a wire rope instead of a shear yarn, and the core material consisting of a wire component and five surrounding fiber threads are arranged radially and twisted to increase rigidity and bending stress, thereby extending the lifespan of the hose. The five fiber threads are coated with a flame-retardant and non-combustible agent to prevent the hose from completely breaking in the event of a fire or when installed underground, making maintenance convenient. Additionally, the fiber threads of the mesh of the present invention are coated with copper yarn.

[0085] In the present invention, a net structure made of fiber yarn and a cross yarn are manufactured together in a hose that is first extruded. As the fiber yarn net structure skeins and cross yarn skeins are unwound, they are smoothly supplied and integrated with the hose extruded from the rear to the front. However, if the supply of one of them is interrupted for any reason, defective products are produced. Therefore, if the fact that the supply has been interrupted is detected in advance, the extruder and yarn skeins can be stopped to conserve materials and protect the equipment. Since the rotation speed of the yarn skeins is set by the controller in accordance with the extrusion speed, optical sensors are installed on the yarn skeins. If the yarn breaks, the controller activates a speaker through an alarm unit, and simultaneously, if the extruder and other yarn skeins—such as the yarn for the net structure—break, the cross yarn skein is stopped through the extruder drive unit and the cross yarn skein drive unit. Meanwhile, if a wire rope with an iron core is used for the cross yarn, a magnetic sensor that detects magnetic force is installed next to the cross yarn skein so that if the cross yarn breaks, it is immediately detected by a change in magnetism. In addition, the present invention can prevent fire by mixing flame retardants such as ginseng salt into the hose raw material and non-combustible materials into the fiber yarn and transverse yarn for the net structure.

[0086] The present invention monitors the synchronization speed of a thread supply spool for a net structure and a cross yarn supply spool using encoders, which are motor speed detection sensors. The control unit of the controller generates an alarm when the speeds of the thread supply spool for the net structure and the cross yarn supply spool exceed an error range. Additionally, the controller generates an alarm if the speeds of the thread spool and the cross yarn supply spool are compared with the extrusion speed transmitted to the controller as a signal by a speed sensor installed in the extruder and exceed the error range. The controller is composed of an input / output unit such as a touchscreen, a control unit, a storage unit for storing data, an extrusion unit, a motor driving unit for the thread supply spool for the net structure, a motor driving unit for the cross yarn supply spool, and an alarm unit.

[0087] Therefore, the present invention has a significant effect in that the hose is connected to the left and right members respectively, and is securely fixed without coming loose by the compression of the compression part and the inner cylinder.
