Description

High-altitude work system for working the inner walls of ball tanks

[0001] An embodiment according to the concept of the present invention relates to a high-altitude work system for working on the inner wall of a ball tank, and in particular, to a high-altitude work system for working on the inner wall of a ball tank that can be easily installed even on a ball tank having a center hole formed in the central area of the floor, thereby facilitating inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0002] A ball tank is a means of storing large quantities of gaseous gases, such as butane and propane, by applying high pressure to convert them into a liquid state. It is a massive, spherical steel structure manufactured by welding steel plates of unit sizes.

[0003] As ball tanks are manufactured using a welding method, the inner walls must be periodically inspected or maintained to prevent safety accidents caused by leakage. Additionally, the inner walls of the ball tank must be cleaned when replacing the gas filled inside with a different gas.

[0004] As such, inspecting, maintaining, or cleaning the inner walls of a ball tank requires devices for workers performing tasks at height, such as scaffolding systems. However, because conventional scaffolding systems have complex structures, installing or dismantling them is inevitably very cumbersome, leading to significant losses such as prolonged time consumption.

[0005] Therefore, recently, aerial work systems are used that feature a series of structures capable of moving a basket, on which a worker can ride, along the inner wall of a ball tank. These systems have a simpler structure than classic scaffolding systems, making installation and dismantling easier.

[0006] However, among the various types of ball tanks, there are examples with side holes and a center hole in the lower area. These holes are utilized for the entry and exit of equipment.

[0007] Ball tanks with side holes have a structure where the center bottom area is not perforated, so there are no significant obstacles to the installation of aerial work systems. However, ball tanks with a center hole in the middle of the bottom inevitably make it difficult to install structures to support aerial work systems due to their structure. Consequently, the need for technological development to address this issue arises, as existing conventional aerial work systems cannot be applied.

[0008] The technical problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a high-altitude work system for working on the inner wall of a ball tank, which can be easily installed even on a ball tank having a center hole formed in the central area of the bottom, thereby facilitating inspection, maintenance, or cleaning of the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0009] The above objective is achieved by a high-altitude work system for working on the inner wall of a ball tank, characterized by comprising: a rotatable center column positioned along the vertical direction and rotatable within a center area of a ball tank in which a side hole is formed in a side area of the bottom or a center hole is formed in a central area; a basket in which a worker carrying a tool for inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank rides; a connecting rod connecting the rotatable center column and the basket so as to be rotatable relative to each other; a basket moving part for moving the basket so that the basket can move along the inner wall of the ball tank; and a column supporting unit detachably coupled to the rotatable center column adjacent to the center hole and supporting the rotatable center column based on the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0010] The above column supporting unit may include: a unit body plate; a column supporter having a column insertion coupling portion provided in the upper central region of the unit body plate and supported by inserting and coupling the lower region of the rotary center column; a plurality of support pockets provided in the lower part of the unit body plate opposite the column supporter with respect to the unit body plate; and a plurality of support members, one end of which is inserted and coupled into the support pocket and the other end of which is supported on the bottom of the ball tank in the outer region of the center hole.

[0011] The column supporting unit may further include a bridge foot provided at the exposed end of the support member and substantially supported on the bottom of the ball tank.

[0012] The above support pocket has a support insertion coupling portion in which one end of the support support is inserted and coupled, and the support pockets are coupled to the unit body plate in a shape inclined to one side with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rotary center column, and the support pockets can be arranged at equal angular intervals on the unit body plate.

[0013] The above column supporting unit may further include a plurality of reinforcing supports coupled between the unit body plate and the column supporter to reinforce and support the unit body plate and the column supporter.

[0014] The above support member may be a fixed support member with a fixed length or a variable support member with a variable length.

[0015] The basket moving unit may include a basket up-and-down moving unit that moves the basket along the up-and-down direction on the inner wall of the ball tank; and a basket left-and-right moving unit that moves the basket along the left-and-right direction on the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0016] The above basket left and right moving part includes a rod-type basket left and right moving part that directly rotates the rotary center column through a rod-type structure, or a handle-type basket left and right moving part that rotates the rotary center column through a handle rotation and gear structure, wherein the rod-type basket left and right moving part is applied to the ball tank having the center hole formed therein, and the handle-type basket left and right moving part may be applied to the ball tank having the side hole formed therein.

[0017] The column supporting unit may include: a supporting unit body; a column supporter having a column insertion coupling portion provided in the upper central region of the supporting unit body and supported by inserting and coupling the lower region of the rotary center column; and a plurality of support bridges, one side of which is connected to the supporting unit body and the other side of which is supported on the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0018] The support bridge may include a main bridge connected to the supporting unit body; a detachable connecting member having one end detachably connected to the main bridge; and a sub-bridge having one end detachably connected to the detachable connecting member, while the other end is supported on the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0019] According to the present invention, it can be easily installed even on a ball tank having a center hole formed in the center of the bottom area, and thereby has the effect of facilitating inspection, maintenance, or cleaning of the inner wall of the ball tank.

[0041] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings attached to this specification.

[0042] FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a ball tank with a side hole formed in the side area of the bottom, FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a ball tank with a center hole formed in the central area of the bottom, FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the state in which a high-altitude work system for inner wall work of a ball tank according to the first embodiment of the present invention is installed and operated in the ball tank of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the lower area of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a plan view of the rotary center column area in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a structural diagram of the installation of a key part of the ball tank area of FIG. 2, FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the column supporting unit area of FIG. 6, FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional exploded view of the column supporting unit of FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a modified example of the column supporting unit corresponding to FIG. 8.

[0043] Referring to these drawings, the high-altitude work system (50) for working on the inner wall of a ball tank according to the present embodiment can be easily installed, in particular, even for a ball tank (1a) in which a center hole (12) is formed in the center area of the floor as in FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7, thereby making it easy to perform inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a).

[0044] The ball tank (1, 1a) may be in the form of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 depending on the type. It may be a ball tank (1) with a side hole (11) formed in the side area of the bottom as in FIG. 1, or a ball tank (1a) with a center hole (12) formed in the center area of the bottom as in FIG. 2. The side hole (11) and the center hole (12) can be used as passages for the entry and exit of equipment.

[0045] At this time, the ball tanks (1, 1a) of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 have the same function and role, differing only in the position of the holes (10, 20). That is, as previously mentioned, the ball tank (1, 1a) is a means for storing gaseous gases such as butane and protan in a large capacity by applying high pressure to change them into a liquid state, and is a massive steel structure forming a spherical shape. On the exterior of the ball tank (1, 1a), support means (20, 30), including various scaffolding systems that support the ball tank (1, 1a), are provided.

[0046] First, with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, we will examine the structure of the high-altitude work system (50) for inner wall work of the ball tank according to the present embodiment, which is installed in the ball tank (1) in which the side hole (11) is formed.

[0047] The high-altitude work system (50) for working on the inner wall of a ball tank according to the present embodiment includes a rotary center column (110), a basket (130), a connecting rod (150), and a basket moving part (160, 170).

[0048] The rotary center column (110) is a shaft-type structure that is rotatably positioned along the vertical direction in the center area within the ball tank (1). A basket (130), a connecting rod (150), a basket moving part (160, 170), etc. are mounted on the rotary center column (110) at various locations.

[0049] The larger the ball tank (1), the longer the length of the rotary center column (110) becomes in proportion. However, since it is not possible to manufacture a rotary center column (110) that is infinitely long, the rotary center column (110) can be applied by connecting unit columns (110a) having unit sizes.

[0050] The basket (130) is a means for a worker to ride in. For safety, it takes the form of a cup with only the top open. The basket (130) is equipped with tools for inspection, maintenance, or cleaning of the inner wall of the ball tank (1).

[0051] Multiple baskets (130) are provided. Therefore, since multiple workers can inspect, maintain, or clean the inner wall of the ball tank (1) while riding in the basket (130), work efficiency can be increased and work time can be reduced.

[0052] The connecting rod (150) is a rod-shaped structure that connects the rotary center column (110) and the basket (130) so as to be rotatable relative to each other. Since the worker must work stably while riding in the basket (130), the connecting rod (150) connects the rotary center column (110) and the basket (130) so as to be rotatable relative to each other.

[0053] As illustrated, the connecting rod (150) may be a non-linear structure and may be manufactured by connecting multiple rod-shaped structures in a non-linear form. The number of connecting rods (150) is equal to the number of baskets (130).

[0054] The basket moving part (160, 170) is a means for moving the basket (130) so that the basket (130) can move along the inner wall of the ball tank (1).

[0055] These basket moving parts (160, 170) include a basket up-down moving part (160) that moves the basket (130) along the up-down direction on the inner wall of the ball tank (1), and a basket left-right moving part (170) that moves the basket (130) along the left-right direction on the inner wall of the ball tank (1).

[0056] Since the basket (130) can be moved by the action of the basket up-and-down moving part (160) and the basket left-and-right moving part (170), the worker can stably perform inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank (1) while moving across the entire inner wall area of the ball tank (1) which has a spherical shape.

[0057] The basket vertical movement unit (160) is applied as a winch type. That is, in this embodiment, the basket vertical movement unit (160) includes a vertical movement handle (161) for vertical movement of the basket (130), a vertical movement gearbox (162) coupled to the vertical movement handle (161) and operating along the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation direction of the vertical movement handle (161), and a wire (163) connected to the vertical movement gearbox (162), a connecting rod (150), or the basket (130).

[0058] As previously mentioned, the high-altitude work system (50) for working on the inner wall of a ball tank according to the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of baskets (130), and a basket up-and-down moving part (160) is provided for each basket (130) in correspondence.

[0059] Accordingly, if the handle (161) for vertical movement of the basket vertical movement unit (160) is rotated, for example, clockwise, the basket (130) can move to the upper area through the action of the vertical movement gearbox (162) and the wire (163). Conversely, if the handle (161) for vertical movement of the basket vertical movement unit (160) is rotated, for example, counterclockwise, the basket (130) can move to the lower area through the action of the vertical movement gearbox (162) and the wire (163).

[0060] The basket left / right moving part (170) is a means for moving the basket (130) along the left / right direction along the inner wall of the ball tank (1) as described above. At this time, the basket left / right moving part (170) applied in this embodiment is applied as a handle-type basket left / right moving part (170) that rotates the rotary center column (110) through handle rotation and a gear structure.

[0061] This handle-type basket left-right movement unit (170) may include a left-right movement handle (171) for moving the basket (130) left and right, and a left-right movement gearbox (172) connected to the left-right movement handle (171). The left-right movement gearbox (172) is connected to the left-right movement handle (171) and the rotary center column (110), and serves to rotate the rotary center column (110) while operating in the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation direction of the left-right movement handle (171).

[0062] In conjunction with moving the basket (130) up or down within the ball tank (1) by the action of the aforementioned basket up / down moving part (160), if the left / right moving handle (171) of the handle-type basket left / right moving part (170) is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the basket (130) can move in the left / right direction by the action of the left / right moving gearbox (172). Accordingly, the worker riding in the basket (130) can cover the entire inner wall area of the ball tank (1) which forms a spherical shape, and can perform inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank (1) without omission.

[0063] Meanwhile, the ball tank (1) of FIGS. 3 to 5 has a structure in which the central area of the bottom is closed, so there is no particular problem in installing the handle-type basket left and right moving part (170).

[0064] However, in the case of a ball tank (1a) in which a center hole (12) is formed in the center area of the bottom as in FIGS. 6 and 7, the center hole (12) causes positional interference, so the aforementioned handle-type basket left-right moving part (170) cannot be installed, and consequently, the rotary center column (110) cannot be supported. Therefore, in this case, a rod-type basket left-right moving part (70) and a column supporting unit (80) must be applied.

[0065] As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the case of a ball tank (1a) in which a center hole (12) is formed in the center area of the bottom, a column supporting unit (80) can be applied to support a rotary center column (110). Additionally, a rod-shaped basket left-right moving part (70) can be directly installed on the rotary center column (110) to rotate the rotary center column (110). The rod-shaped basket left-right moving part (70) has the same function as the aforementioned handle-shaped basket left-right moving part (170), differing only in structure. That is, by rotating the rod-shaped basket left-right moving part (70), the rotary center column (110) can be rotated, and through this, the basket (130) can be moved in the left-right direction on the inner wall of the center hole (12).

[0066] Meanwhile, a column supporting unit (80) that can be applied to a ball tank (1a) having a center hole (12) formed in the bottom central area as in FIGS. 6 to 8 is detachably coupled to a rotary center column (110) adjacent to the center hole (12) and serves to support the rotary center column (110) based on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a). This column supporting unit (80) includes a unit body plate (81), a column supporter (82), a support pocket (83), and a support member (84).

[0067] The unit body plate (81) is a flat plate-shaped structure. The unit body plate (81) supports the column supporter (82) and the support pocket (83).

[0068] A column supporter (82) is provided in the upper central area of the unit body plate (81). A column insertion coupling part (82a) is formed in the column supporter (82) to support the lower portion of the rotary center column (110) by insertion and coupling. Of course, after the lower portion of the rotary center column (110) is inserted and coupled into the column insertion coupling part (82a), it is preferable to fix it with a separate fixing member (not shown).

[0069] A reinforcing support (86) is applied to ensure a stable and robust connection between the unit body plate (81) and the column supporter (82). The reinforcing support (86) is connected between the unit body plate (81) and the column supporter (82) to reinforce and support the unit body plate (81) and the column supporter (82). Multiple reinforcing supports (86) are provided at equal intervals between the unit body plate (81) and the column supporter (82). The reinforcing supports (86) can be welded together between the unit body plate (81) and the column supporter (82).

[0070] The support pocket (83) is provided at the bottom of the unit body plate (81), opposite the column supporter (82) with respect to the unit body plate (81). The support pocket (83) is provided with a support insertion coupling part (83a) that is supported by inserting and coupling one end of the support member (84).

[0071] At this time, the support pockets (83) are attached to the unit body plate (81) in a shape inclined to one side with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rotary center column (110). Then, a plurality of support pockets (83) are arranged at equal angular intervals on the unit body plate (81). Therefore, when a support member (84) is attached to the support pockets (83), the attachment force can be stably achieved.

[0072] One end of the support member (84) is inserted into and connected to the support member insertion joint (83a) of the support member pocket (83), and the other end is supported on the bottom of the ball tank (1a) in the outer area of the center hole (12). Multiple support members (84) are applied, equal to the number of support member pockets (83).

[0073] A support foot (85, bridge foot) is provided at the exposed end of such a support member (84). The support foot (85) is a structure that is substantially supported on the bottom of the ball tank (1a). Therefore, it is preferable that the support foot (85) be made of an elastic material that not only provides stable support but also prevents slipping.

[0074] Accordingly, as shown in Fig. 8, when the support member (84) is separated, the support member (84) is assembled by inserting it into the support member pockets (83), and the rotary center column (110) is inserted and coupled to the column supporter (82), the equipment can be installed so that the rotary center column (110) can be stably supported regardless of the center hole (12), even if the center hole (12) is formed.

[0075] Meanwhile, the cases of FIGS. 6 to 8 correspond to a fixed support member (84) in which the length of the support member (84) is fixed.

[0076] However, as illustrated in Fig. 9, which depicts a modified example, the support member (84') of the column supporting unit (80') is applied as a variable support member (84') with variable length. This variable support member (84') includes a fixed support member (84a) that is coupled by being inserted into the column insertion coupling part (82a) of the column supporter (82), a length-variable support member (84b) to which a support foot (85) is coupled to one end, and a support member fixing member (84c) that selectively fixes the length-variable support member (84b) to the fixed support member (84a). When the variable support member (84') is applied as in Fig. 9, there is an advantage that the variable support member (84') can be easily mounted to fit the size of the ball tank (1a).

[0077] Accordingly, when a center hole (12) is formed in the bottom central area of the ball tank (1a), a column supporting unit (80, 80') as shown in FIG. 8 or FIG. 9 is applied to support a rotary center column (110) based on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a), so the high-altitude work system (50) for working on the inner wall of the ball tank according to the present embodiment can be applied without any problems.

[0078] According to the present embodiment, which operates based on the structure described above, it can be easily installed even on a ball tank (1a) in which a center hole (12) is formed in the center area of the bottom, thereby making it easier to perform inspection, maintenance, or cleaning work on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a).

[0079] FIG. 10 is a structural diagram of a column supporting unit area applied to a high-altitude work system for inner wall work of a ball tank according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of a key part of FIG. 10.

[0080] Referring to these drawings, in the case of the present embodiment, the structure and configuration of the column supporting unit (180) differ from the previously described embodiment. Of course, even though the structure and configuration differ, the function and role of the column supporting unit (180) are the same as those of the previously described embodiment. Furthermore, since the structure and configuration other than the column supporting unit (180) are identical to those of the previously described embodiment, a redundant description is omitted.

[0081] The column supporting unit (180) according to the present embodiment can also be applied to a ball tank (1a) in which a center hole (12) is formed, and is a structure that is detachably coupled to a rotary center column (110) adjacent to the center hole (12). That is, it is a structure that can be assembled and used only when necessary.

[0082] These column supporting units (180) serve to support the rotary center column (110) based on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a). That is, only when the column supporting units (180) are present can the lower region of the long rod-shaped rotary center column (110) be stably supported.

[0083] The column supporting unit (180) includes a supporting unit body (181), a column supporter (182) having a column insertion coupling part (182a) provided in the upper central area of the supporting unit body (181) and supported by inserting and coupling the lower area of the rotary center column (110), and a plurality of support bridges (190) one side connected to the supporting unit body (181) and the other side supported on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a).

[0084] A support bridge (190) is a substantial support structure in which one side is connected to a supporting unit body (181) and the other side is supported by the inner wall of a ball tank (1a). A plurality of support bridges (190) are arranged at equal intervals relative to the supporting unit body (181). For example, the support bridges (190) are arranged in a triangular configuration or larger. Thus, stable support force can be secured.

[0085] The support bridge (190) may include a main bridge (191) connected to a supporting unit body (181), a detachable connecting member (192) having one end detachably connected to the main bridge (191), and a sub-bridge (193) having one end detachably connected to the detachable connecting member (192) while the other end is supported on the inner wall of the ball tank (1a). In this embodiment, the sub-bridge (193) may have a non-linear shape.

[0086] The main bridge (191) may be formed integrally with the supporting unit body (181) or may be connected via a separate screw structure. Also, since the main bridge (191), the detachable connector (192), and the sub-bridge (193) are structures that can be disassembled and assembled, the detachable connector (192) having a length suitable for the internal conditions of the ball tank (1a) can be used.
