Abstract
Description
Hose connector
[0001] The present invention relates to a hose connecting device, and more specifically, to a hose connecting device in which two hoses are quickly and securely connected to each other by means of adjusting screws radially connected to the hose connecting device and internal rings, steps, and rubber rings.
[0002] Generally, two hoses are connected to each other for the purpose of extending their length. In this case, a connector is used as a connecting device. As an example of prior art, Publication No. 10-2011-0032041 describes a connector having a body equipped with an inlet into which a hose is inserted, and having a one-touch hose binding structure built into the inlet side of the body, consisting of a movable member, a fixed member, and a lock ring, comprising the following:
[0003] A connector for hose connection is disclosed, characterized by having a sealing element for preventing leakage of the hose at a position on the outer side of the inlet of the body, that is, in the insertion direction of the hose, prior to the hose reaching the lock ring. Additionally, Publication No. 10-2024-0000920 discloses a cylindrical body connected to a first hose;
[0004] A connector connected to the second hose and inserted into the body; and
[0005] A quick connector device for hose connection with an improved separation structure is disclosed, characterized by including a rotating handle that is rotatably coupled to the outer surface of the body and prevents the connector from detaching from the body, wherein the connector has an ejection guide portion whose outer diameter increases as it moves toward the direction of separation from the body, and the body has a separation button that presses the ejection guide portion to move the connector toward the direction of separation from the body.
[0006] However, the aforementioned conventional technologies had the disadvantage that leakage was likely to occur at the connection points, and the connection work was complex and time-consuming.
[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a hose connecting device in which two hoses are quickly and securely connected to each other by means of adjusting screws radially coupled to the hose connecting device and internal rotation, step, and rubber ring.
[0008] The present invention relates to a hose connecting device comprising: a fixing part (10) having a hole formed in the center through which a left hose passes and is connected;
[0009] It is characterized by being composed of a gripping part (200) that is coupled to the right side of the fixed part (100) and connects the right hose.
[0010] Additionally, the fixed part (100) is composed of a left body (110) with a small diameter on the left side where a hole is formed and a right body (120) with a large diameter, and a step is formed between the left body (110) and the outer body, and an internal step (111) with a diameter smaller than the hole is formed in the hole of the left body, so that the left hose passes through the hole and is fixed by the internal step (111).
[0011] In addition, the gripping part (20) is characterized by having adjustment screws (201) coupled thereto, and by rotating the adjustment screw (21) to grip the outer circumference of the hose passing through the central hole.
[0012] Therefore, the present invention has the remarkable effect of quickly and securely connecting and fixing two hoses to each other through adjusting screws radially coupled to the hose connecting device and internal rotation, step, and rubber ring.

[0022] The present invention relates to a hose connecting device comprising: a fixing part having a hole formed in the center to allow a left hose to pass inside;
[0023] It is characterized by being composed of a gripping part that is coupled to the right side of the fixed part and connects the right hose.
[0024] In addition, the above-mentioned fixed part is characterized by having an external step formed in the middle of the outer periphery and having a larger diameter on the right body than on the left body.
[0025] In addition, the fixed part is characterized by having an internal step formed inside.
[0026] In addition, the internal step is characterized by being formed at the same length point as the external step.
[0027] In addition, it is characterized by the left hose being connected to the internal step.
[0028] In addition, the above-mentioned fixing part is characterized by the fact that the hole in the left body is larger than the diameter of the internal step formed inside.
[0029] In addition, the outer periphery of the right body is characterized by serrations formed with repeating grooves and protrusions to facilitate gripping and rotating.
[0030] In addition, the inner diameter of the right body is larger than the inner diameter of the left body, and a ring-shaped protrusion is formed on the inner side of the step where the left and right bodies meet, and a rubber ring is attached to the end of the protrusion to prevent leakage.
[0031] In addition, the diameter of the above-mentioned ring end is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the left body and smaller than the inner diameter of the right body.
[0032] In addition, a spiral section is formed on the left side of the gripping part, and holes are formed radially on the right main body, and adjustment screws are coupled to the holes so that the outer circumference of a hose passing through the central hole is gripped by rotating the adjustment screws.
[0033] In addition, the above-mentioned fixing part is characterized by having a threaded portion formed on the inner diameter of the right body and a corresponding threaded portion formed on the outer circumference of the left main body of the gripping part so that they are screw-coupled to each other.
[0034]
[0035] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows. FIG. 1 is a photograph of the hose connecting device of the present invention assembled, FIG. 2 is a photograph of the left side of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a photograph of the right side of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a photograph of the hose connecting device of the present invention disassembled, FIG. 5 is a photograph of the right side of the fixing part of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a detailed photograph of the internal step and rotation of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a photograph of the right side of the fixing part of the present invention with a rubber ring placed on the right side, FIG. 8 is a photograph of the right side of the gripping part of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a photograph of the left side of the gripping part of the present invention.
[0036] The hose connecting device of the present invention comprises a fixing part having a hole formed in the center to allow the left hose to pass inside;
[0037] It consists of a gripping part that is connected to the right side of the above-mentioned fixed part and connects the right hose.
[0038] The above-mentioned fixed part has an external step formed in the middle of its outer periphery, and the diameter of the right body is formed to be larger than that of the left body.
[0039] In addition, an internal step is formed in the aforementioned fixed part, wherein the internal step is formed at a point of the same length as the external step, and the left hose is connected to the left side of the internal step. The right hose, having passed through the turn hole, is fixed in contact with the right side of the internal step.
[0040] The above-mentioned fixing part has a hole in the left body that is larger than the diameter of the internal step formed inside, and the outer circumference of the right body has serrations formed with repeating grooves and protrusions to make it easy to grip and rotate.
[0041] The inner diameter of the right body is larger than the inner diameter of the left body, and a ring-shaped protrusion is formed on the inner side of the step where the left and right bodies meet, and a rubber ring is attached to the end of the protrusion to prevent leakage.
[0042] The diameter of the above-mentioned ring end is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the internal step and smaller than the inner diameter of the right body.
[0043] In addition, a spiral section is formed on the left main body of the gripping part, and holes are formed radially on the right main body, and adjustment screws are coupled to the holes so that the outer circumference of the hose passing through the central hole is gripped by rotating the adjustment screws.
[0044] The above-mentioned fixing part has a threaded portion formed on the inner diameter of the right body and a corresponding threaded portion formed on the outer circumference of the left main body of the gripping part, so that they are screw-coupled to each other.
[0045] Meanwhile, the reason the center hole of the rubber ring in the present invention is small is to make it easy to apply even when various faucets and pipes are connected. In addition, as water flowing in through the faucet and pipe passes through the center hole of the rubber ring, it moves from a wide hole to a narrow hole, thereby increasing the water pressure.
[0046] Therefore, the present invention has the significant effect of securely connecting and fixing the hose by means of adjusting screws radially connected to the hose connector.
