Description

Mesh structure combined coil hose

[0001] The present invention relates to a coil-type hose combined with a mesh structure, and more specifically, to a coil-type hose combined with a mesh structure manufactured together with a fiber mesh structure, wherein tensile and bending stresses are increased, and the correct shape of the hose is maintained by an external coil ring, thereby reducing defects and extending the lifespan.

[0002] Regarding the manufacturing method of a synthetic resin hose generally used for various purposes, the agricultural sprayer hose by multilayer braiding and triple extrusion disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0250792 comprises an inner tube, a primary braiding layer, an adhesive coating layer, a secondary braiding layer, and an outer tube, which are manufactured in a single process on a single production line. The primary braiding layer is characterized by dividing a plurality of straight threads into equal intervals according to the outer diameter length of the inner tube, feeding them in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube, and then braiding each rotating thread in a spiral shape in opposite directions through two rotating plates that rotate in opposite directions so as to overlap the straight threads. One of the rotating threads is positioned above the straight threads within the entire length range of the inner tube, and the other is positioned above the straight threads and the other rotating threads within the entire length range of the inner tube.

[0003] According to another prior art, the hose manufacturing method disclosed in Public Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0062005 is characterized by comprising the steps of providing a sacrificial layer on the surface of a hose-molded body, manufacturing a hose on the sacrificial layer, forcibly injecting a pressurized fluid between the sacrificial layer and the hose-molded body to separate the hose-molded body from the sacrificial layer, and separating the sacrificial layer from the hose.

[0004] Additionally, Publication No. 10-2019-0063725 describes a first step of moving a primary extruder (100) in a straight line to insert an inner tube extrusion die (200), which is coupled to the tip of the primary extruder, into a weaving machine (300);

[0005] Step 2: Extruding the inner tube (1) and inserting a plurality of first metal cores (21) radially along the longitudinal direction of the inner tube around the inner tube (10) being extruded;

[0006] Step 3, forming a first metal core braiding layer (20) by simultaneously performing a braiding operation of a second metal core (22) and a third metal core (23) wound on the outer surface of a plurality of first metal cores (21) with different rotational directions;

[0007] A method for manufacturing a high-pressure hose is disclosed, characterized by the following steps: extruding the outer surface (30) on the outer surface of the first metal core braid layer (20) using a secondary extruder (400).

[0008] However, the aforementioned conventional technologies had the disadvantage of being prone to defects and having a short lifespan due to weak tensile or bending strength.

[0009] Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems and aims to provide a coil-type hose with a mesh structure combined, in which a fiber mesh structure is manufactured together with the hose to increase tensile and bending stresses, and the hose maintains its proper shape through external coiling, thereby reducing defects and extending its lifespan.

[0010] The present invention relates to a coil-type hose with a mesh structure, characterized in that a mesh structure made of fiber threads is formed together inside a hose made of synthetic resin or rubber material, and a coil is coupled to the outside of the hose.

[0011] In addition, the coil is characterized by being extruded in a spiral shape along its length with a cross-section in the shape of a circular ring.

[0012] In addition, the above coil is characterized by being made of plastic material.

[0013] Therefore, the present invention has a significant effect in that the hose is manufactured with a fiber mesh structure, which increases tensile and bending stresses, and maintains the correct shape of the hose through external coiling, thereby reducing defects and extending its lifespan.

[0014] Figure 1 is a photograph of the hose of the present invention.

[0015] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional photograph of Figure 1.

[0016] FIG. 3 is a manufacturing drawing of integrally molding the mesh structure of the present invention onto a hose.

[0017] The present invention relates to a coil-type hose with a mesh structure, characterized in that a mesh structure made of fiber threads is formed together inside a hose made of synthetic resin or rubber material, and a coil is coupled to the outside of the hose.

[0018] In addition, the coil is characterized by being extruded in a spiral shape along its length with a cross-section in the shape of a circular ring.

[0019] In addition, the above coil is characterized by being made of plastic material.

[0020] In addition, the above net structure is characterized by being combined in a mesh form.

[0021] In addition, the above-mentioned mesh structure is characterized by being rhomboidal when viewed from the length direction of the hose.

[0022] In addition, the synthetic resin is characterized by being a transparent material that allows the internal fibers to be visible.

[0023] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows. FIG. 1 is a photograph of the hose of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional photograph of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a manufacturing drawing of the mesh structure of the present invention being integrally molded into the hose.

[0024] The present invention relates to a cover structure for hose protection, wherein a mesh structure made of fiber threads is combined inside a hose made of synthetic resin or rubber material, and a coil is combined on the outer circumference.

[0025] The above coil is manufactured by extrusion in the longitudinal direction with a circular cross-section.

[0026] In addition, the coil is made of plastic. The coil is manufactured by extrusion in a spiral shape along its length with a circular ring cross-section, and a folding groove is formed on one side so that it can be spread open and folded, while the opposite side is cut so that it can be grasped and spread open. Since the coil is made of elastic plastic, it maintains its spiral coil shape unless a tube is inserted inside it and the coil is spread open by force due to its elasticity.

[0027] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape.

[0028] The above fiber thread is inserted inside the synthetic resin hose during manufacturing to form a mesh structure.

[0029] The above net structure is combined in a mesh form, and the fiber mesh is manufactured in a rhombus shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction.

[0030] Synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, allowing the internal fiber threads to be visible. The hose of the present invention is manufactured by combining a mesh structure inside a synthetic resin hose.

[0031] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape.

[0032] The above mesh structure is manufactured as an internal insert during the production of the synthetic resin hose.

[0033] The above-mentioned net structure, the fiber mesh structure, is manufactured by inserting it in a rhombus shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction.

[0034] In addition, synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, so the internal threads are visible.

[0035] To describe the manufacturing method specifically, a braiding device is generally a device that twists and weaves three or more threads or wires to make various materials, including ropes, reinforced hoses, covered power cords, and some types of lace.

[0036] Therefore, in the 'net joining device' where the braiding principle is applied, threads are twisted to form a net structure and simultaneously joined with the hose.

[0037] Soon, when the hose, which is first extruded into a hose shape through a pipe extruder, passes through a 'mesh coupling device' installed in front of the first extruder, the mesh structure simultaneously adheres to the outer circumference of the first extruded hose and wraps around it in a rounded shape.

[0038] A method for manufacturing a net structure involves inserting an annular metal braiding device into the outer circumference of a hose, inserting multiple bolts into the braiding device, and having straight threads stretched over the bolts and supplied from the thread spool along the length of the hose.

[0039] In addition, a rotary pulley of a 'mesh coupling device' is located in front of the braiding machine. The rotary pulley has a funnel shape with a smaller diameter at the rear than at the front, and thread passage holes are formed on the periphery of the rear portion with the narrower diameter.

[0040] Therefore, when the rotary pulley rotates by power, the threads of the peripheral portion rotate together to form a net structure on the outer circumference of the hose passing through the inside. Around the rotary pulley, multiple thread spools are installed radially to form a net structure on the hose, and the threads are unwound.

[0041] Afterwards, as the mesh passes through a coil-shaped thermal tunnel located in front of the 'mesh coupling device', it is compressed by heat onto the hose that was first extruded.

[0042] Thread and Hose Materials: The hose uses PVC rubber. The thread uses nylon and PET synthetic resin materials.

[0043] Subsequently, a second molding is performed, and the second molding forms the spiral coil hose outer section on the mesh structure.

[0044] In the forming method, a spiral coil is formed by advancing the hose while rotating it against an extrusion mold through which synthetic resin is extruded, similar to the formation of a spiral profile tube.

[0045] After that, V-shaped grooves are formed at intervals in the spiral coil using a V-shaped blade.

[0046] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a net structure made of fiber yarn is manufactured together with a primary extruded hose during production, and as the yarn spools of the net structure made of fiber yarn unwind, they are smoothly supplied and integrated with the hose extruded from the rear to the front. However, if the supply of one of them is interrupted for any reason, a defective product is produced. Therefore, if the fact that the supply has been interrupted is detected automatically in advance, the extruder and yarn spools can be stopped to conserve materials and protect the equipment. Since the rotation speed of the yarn spools is set by a controller in accordance with the extrusion speed, optical sensors are installed on the yarn spools. If a yarn breaks, the controller activates a speaker through an alarm unit and simultaneously stops the extruder and other yarn spool drive units. Furthermore, the present invention can prepare for fire by mixing flame retardants such as phosphate into the hose raw material and non-combustible materials into the fiber yarns for the net structure.

[0047] Furthermore, the present invention monitors the synchronization speed of a yarn supply spool for a net structure using encoders, which are motor speed detection sensors. The control unit of the controller generates an alarm if the speed of the yarn supply spool for the net structure exceeds an error range. Additionally, the speed of the yarn spool is compared with the extrusion speed transmitted to the controller as a signal by a speed sensor installed in the extruder, and an alarm is generated if the speed exceeds the error range. The controller is composed of an input / output unit such as a touchscreen, a control unit, a storage unit for storing data, an extrusion unit, a motor driving unit for the yarn supply spool for the net structure, and an alarm unit.

[0048] Therefore, the present invention has a significant effect in that the hose is manufactured with a fiber mesh structure, which increases tensile and bending stresses, and maintains the correct shape of the hose through external coiling, thereby reducing defects and extending its lifespan.
