[0001] The present invention relates to a method for forming a hose surface with irregularities, and more specifically, to a method for forming a hose surface with irregularities in the width direction so that the grip is secure, and a mesh made of fiber yarn is manufactured together so that tensile and bending stresses are increased, thereby reducing defects and extending the lifespan.

[0002] Regarding the manufacturing method of a synthetic resin hose generally used for various purposes, the agricultural sprayer hose by multilayer braiding and triple extrusion disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0250792 comprises an inner tube, a primary braiding layer, an adhesive coating layer, a secondary braiding layer, and an outer tube, which are manufactured in a single process on a single production line. The primary braiding layer is characterized by dividing a plurality of straight threads into equal intervals according to the outer diameter length of the inner tube, feeding them in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube, and then braiding each rotating thread in a spiral shape in opposite directions through two rotating plates that rotate in opposite directions so as to overlap the straight threads. One of the rotating threads is positioned above the straight threads within the entire length range of the inner tube, and the other is positioned above the straight threads and the other rotating threads within the entire length range of the inner tube.

[0003] According to another prior art, the hose manufacturing method of Public Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0062005 comprises the steps of providing a sacrificial layer on the surface of a hose-molded body, manufacturing a hose on the sacrificial layer, and separating the hose-molded body from the sacrificial layer.

[0004] A method for manufacturing a hose is disclosed, characterized by including the step of forcibly injecting a pressurized fluid between a sacrificial layer and a hose-formed body, and the step of separating the sacrificial layer from the hose.

[0006] Step 2: Extruding the inner tube (1) and inserting a plurality of first metal cores (21) radially along the longitudinal direction of the inner tube around the inner tube (10) being extruded;

[0007] Step 3, forming a first metal core braiding layer (20) by simultaneously performing a braiding operation of a second metal core (22) and a third metal core (23) wound on the outer surface of a plurality of first metal cores (21) with different rotational directions;

[0008] Step 4: Extruding the outer surface (30) on the outer surface of the first metal core braid layer (20) using a secondary extruder (400);

[0009] A method for manufacturing a high-pressure hose is disclosed, characterized by manufacturing the high-pressure hose by being composed of

[0010] However, the aforementioned conventional technologies had the disadvantages of being prone to slipping when gripped, posing a high risk of safety accidents, and having weak tensile or bending strength, which led to frequent defects and a short lifespan.

[0011] Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems and aims to provide a method for forming a hose surface with unevenness in the width direction so that the grip is secure, and a mesh made of fiber yarn is manufactured together to increase tensile and bending stresses, thereby reducing defects and extending the lifespan.

[0012] The present invention relates to a method for forming a hose with a serrated surface, wherein a mesh made of fiber threads is combined inside a hose made of synthetic resin or rubber material, and the serrated surface is formed on the surface of the hose to ensure a secure grip.

[0013] In addition, the above-mentioned uneven portion is characterized by being formed in the hose width direction.

[0014] In addition, the above net is characterized by the combination of a net structure and a transverse thread in the form of a straight thread.

[0015] Therefore, the present invention has a significant effect in that an uneven surface is formed in the width direction on the hose surface to ensure secure gripping, and a mesh made of fiber yarn is manufactured together to increase tensile and bending stresses, thereby reducing defects and extending the lifespan.

[0016] FIG. 1 is a drawing of the hose unevenness of the present invention.

[0017] FIG. 2 shows the net structure of the 'net coupling device' of the present invention and a drawing of the production of a horizontal yarn, which is a straight yarn.

[0018] The present invention relates to a method for forming a hose with a serrated surface, wherein a mesh made of fiber threads is combined inside a hose made of synthetic resin or rubber material, and the serrated surface is formed on the surface of the hose to ensure a secure grip.

[0019] In addition, the above-mentioned uneven portion is characterized by being formed in the hose width direction.

[0020] In addition, the above net is characterized by the combination of a net structure and a transverse thread in the form of a straight thread.

[0021] In addition, the hose is characterized by being manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin or rubber is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape.

[0022]

[0023] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0024] FIG. 1 is a drawing of the hose unevenness of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a drawing of the net structure of the ‘net coupling device’ of the present invention and the production of a straight thread, which is a transverse thread.

[0025] The present invention is provided with an extractor that pulls the hose at the mold inlet when the hose is extruded from the extruder mold, and an uneven surface forming device and a water cooling unit are provided between the mold and the extractor.

[0026] The puller consists of two conveyors, upper and lower conveyors located at the top and bottom of the hose, respectively. When these conveyors are rotated by motors, they pull the hose without damaging it due to contact friction.

[0027] When the hose is extruded from the mold, an uneven surface is formed on the surface of the extruded hose by the front uneven surface forming device, and the hose with the formed uneven surface is cooled in the water cooling section and pulled by the front puller.

[0028] The uneven surface forming device is equipped with a ring and a rotating shaft, and protrusions are formed on the surface of the ring in the horizontal direction, which is the width direction of the ring. When the rotating shaft is rotated by a motor, the ring rotates, and the protrusions of the ring form uneven surfaces on the contacted hose surface in the horizontal direction, which is perpendicular to the length direction of the hose.

[0029] A bearing is coupled to the above-mentioned rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably coupled to the bearing.

[0030] The above-mentioned unevenness forming device is provided in multiple units and arranged radially around the hose to form multiple unevenness sections along the circumferential surface of the hose.

[0031] Accordingly, one or multiple irregularities can be formed on the hose.

[0032] The uneven surface forming device is removed when not in use.

[0033] Meanwhile, the present invention is manufactured by combining a mesh net inside a synthetic resin hose, as explained in detail.

[0034] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape, and the above mesh is manufactured together with the synthetic resin hose by being manufactured as an internal insert during the manufacturing process.

[0035] The above mesh is manufactured by combining a straight cross thread along the length of the hose with the mesh structure, and the fiber mesh structure is inserted in a rhombus shape when viewed from the length direction.

[0036] In addition, synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, so the internal threads are visible.

[0037] Specifically, to describe the manufacturing method,

[0038] A braiding device is a device that twists and weaves three or more threads or wires to create various materials, including ropes, reinforcing hoses, covered power cords, and some types of lace.

[0039] Therefore, in a 'net joining device' to which the braiding principle is applied, threads are twisted to form a net structure, and a straight thread is placed in a straight line along the length of the hose over the created net structure to produce a net and simultaneously join it with the hose.

[0040] Soon, when the hose, which is first extruded into a hose shape through a pipe extruder, passes through a 'mesh coupling device' installed in front of the first extruder, a mesh manufactured by a mesh structure and a straight thread simultaneously adheres to the outer circumference of the first extruded hose and wraps around it in a rounded shape.

[0041] A method for manufacturing a net using a net structure and straight threads involves inserting an annular metal braiding device into the outer circumference of a hose, inserting multiple bolts into the braiding device, and having straight threads stretched over the bolts and supplied from the thread spool in the length direction of the hose.

[0042] In addition, a rotary pulley of a 'mesh coupling device' is located in front of the braiding machine. The rotary pulley has a funnel shape with a smaller diameter at the rear than at the front, and thread passage holes are formed on the periphery of the rear portion with the narrower diameter.

[0043] Therefore, when the rotary pulley rotates by power, the threads of the peripheral portion rotate together to form a net structure on the outer circumference of the hose passing through the inside. At the same time, a straight thread moving straight from the rear to the front is placed on the net structure to form a net. Around the rotary pulley, multiple thread spools are installed radially to form a net structure on the hose, allowing the threads to unravel.

[0044] Afterwards, as the mesh passes through a coil-shaped thermal tunnel located in front of the 'mesh coupling device', it is compressed by heat onto the hose that was first extruded.

[0045] Afterwards, it is extruded while passing through a secondary extruder installed in front of the 'mesh coupling device', and the hose outer casing is formed by the extrusion of synthetic resin or rubber to complete the process.

[0046] Soon, the hollow hose is manufactured in the order of a primary extruded hose, a mesh, and a secondary extruded hose from the inside.

[0047] Thread and Hose Materials: The hose uses PVC rubber. The thread uses synthetic resin materials such as nylon and PET.

[0048]

[0049] Meanwhile, the present invention allows straight transverse threads to be combined into a spiral mesh structure. Furthermore, by using a wire rope instead of transverse threads, the core material consisting of wire components and the surrounding five strands of fiber are arranged radially and twisted to increase rigidity and bending stress, thereby extending the lifespan of the hose. The five fiber strands are coated with a flame-retardant and non-combustible agent to prevent the hose from completely breaking in the event of a fire or when installed underground, making maintenance convenient. Additionally, the fiber strands of the mesh of the present invention are coated with copper fibers.

[0050] In the present invention, a net structure made of fiber yarn and a cross yarn are manufactured together in a hose that is first extruded. As the fiber yarn net structure skeins and cross yarn skeins are unwound, they are smoothly supplied and integrated with the hose extruded from the rear to the front. However, if the supply of one of them is interrupted for any reason, defective products are produced. Therefore, if the fact that the supply has been interrupted is detected in advance, the extruder and yarn skeins can be stopped to conserve materials and protect the equipment. Since the rotation speed of the yarn skeins is set by the controller in accordance with the extrusion speed, optical sensors are installed on the yarn skeins. If the yarn breaks, the controller activates a speaker through an alarm unit, and simultaneously, if the extruder and other yarn skeins—such as the yarn for the net structure—break, the cross yarn skein is stopped through the extruder drive unit and the cross yarn skein drive unit. Meanwhile, if a wire rope with an iron core is used for the cross yarn, a magnetic sensor that detects magnetic force is installed next to the cross yarn skein so that if the cross yarn breaks, it is immediately detected by a change in magnetism. In addition, the present invention can prevent fire by mixing flame retardants such as ginseng salt into the hose raw material and non-combustible materials into the fiber yarn and transverse yarn for the net structure.

[0051] The present invention monitors the synchronization speed of a thread supply spool for a net structure and a cross yarn supply spool using encoders, which are motor speed detection sensors. The control unit of the controller generates an alarm when the speeds of the thread supply spool for the net structure and the cross yarn supply spool exceed an error range. Additionally, the controller generates an alarm if the speeds of the thread spool and the cross yarn supply spool are compared with the extrusion speed transmitted to the controller as a signal by a speed sensor installed in the extruder and exceed the error range. The controller is composed of an input / output unit such as a touchscreen, a control unit, a storage unit for storing data, an extrusion unit, a motor driving unit for the thread supply spool for the net structure, a motor driving unit for the cross yarn supply spool, and an alarm unit.

[0052] Therefore, the present invention has a significant effect in that an uneven surface is formed in the width direction on the hose surface to ensure secure gripping, and a mesh made of fiber yarn is manufactured together to increase tensile and bending stresses, thereby reducing defects and extending the lifespan.
