[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hose with micro-holes, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a hose with micro-holes composed of an inner and outer hose, wherein micro-holes are formed in the outer hose to allow air from the inner hose to be discharged, resulting in less hose deformation and a longer lifespan.
[0002] Regarding the manufacturing method of a synthetic resin hose generally used for various purposes, the agricultural sprayer hose by multilayer braiding and triple extrusion disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0250792 comprises an inner tube, a primary braiding layer, an adhesive coating layer, a secondary braiding layer, and an outer tube, which are manufactured in a single process on a single production line. The primary braiding layer is characterized by dividing a plurality of straight threads into equal intervals according to the outer diameter length of the inner tube, feeding them in the longitudinal direction of the inner tube, and then braiding each rotating thread in a spiral shape in opposite directions through two rotating plates that rotate in opposite directions so as to overlap the straight threads. One of the rotating threads is positioned above the straight threads within the entire length range of the inner tube, and the other is positioned above the straight threads and the other rotating threads within the entire length range of the inner tube.

[0032]
[0033] The present invention is provided with an extractor that pulls the hose at the mold inlet when the hose is extruded from the extruder mold, and a micro-hole forming device and a water cooling unit are provided between the mold and the extractor.
[0034] The puller consists of two conveyors, upper and lower conveyors located at the top and bottom of the hose, respectively. When these conveyors are rotated by motors, they pull the hose without damaging it due to contact friction.
[0035] When the hose is extruded from the mold, micro-holes are formed on the surface of the extruded outer hose by the micro-hole forming device at the front, and the hose with the formed micro-holes is cooled in the water cooling section and pulled by the puller at the front.
[0036] The micro-hole forming device consists of a ring, a rotating shaft, and a needle portion coupled to the ring. When the rotating shaft is rotated by a motor, the ring rotates, and the needle portion of the ring forms micro-holes on the contacted hose surface that are perpendicular to the length of the hose. The needle can be protruded from the ring or inserted into the ring by rotating the screw at the connecting part coupled to the ring to the left or right. Therefore, to make the micro-holes formed in the hose deeper, the protrusion of the needle is extended.
[0037] A bearing is coupled to the above-mentioned rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably coupled to the bearing.
[0038] The micro-hole forming device is removed when not in use. When the surface of the outer hose is extruded by a mold, multiple protrusions are formed in the mold along the longitudinal direction, thereby forming protrusions on the surface of the outer hose as well, making it easy to grip by hand.
[0039] Meanwhile, the present invention is manufactured by combining a mesh net inside a synthetic resin hose, as explained in detail.
[0040] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape, and the above mesh is manufactured together with the synthetic resin hose by being manufactured as an internal insert during the manufacturing process.
[0041] The fiber mesh structure is manufactured by inserting it in a rhombus shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction.
[0042] In addition, synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, so the internal threads are visible.
[0043] Specifically, to describe the manufacturing method,
[0044]
[0045] The hose of the present invention is manufactured by combining a mesh structure inside a hose made of synthetic resin material.
[0046] The above hose is manufactured by an extrusion method in which synthetic resin is extruded through a mold to form a hose shape.
[0047] The above mesh structure is manufactured as an internal insert during the production of the synthetic resin hose.
[0048] The above-mentioned net structure, the fiber mesh structure, is manufactured by inserting it in a rhombus shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction.
[0049] In addition, synthetic resins such as PP and PE, or rubber, are transparent materials, so the internal threads are visible.
[0050] Specifically, to describe the manufacturing method,
[0051] Generally, a braiding device is a device that twists and weaves three or more threads or wires to create various materials, including ropes, reinforcing hoses, covered power cords, and some types of lace.
[0052] Therefore, in the 'net joining device' where the braiding principle is applied, threads are twisted to form a net structure and simultaneously joined with the hose.
[0053] Soon, when the hose, which is first extruded into a hose shape through a pipe extruder, passes through a 'mesh coupling device' installed in front of the first extruder, the mesh structure simultaneously adheres to the outer circumference of the first extruded hose and wraps around it in a rounded shape.
[0054] A method for manufacturing a net structure involves inserting an annular metal braiding device into the outer circumference of a hose, inserting multiple bolts into the braiding device, and having straight threads stretched over the bolts and supplied from the thread spool along the length of the hose.
[0055] In addition, a rotary pulley of a 'mesh coupling device' is located in front of the braiding machine. The rotary pulley has a funnel shape with a smaller diameter at the rear than at the front, and thread passage holes are formed on the periphery of the rear portion with the narrower diameter.
[0056] Therefore, when the rotary pulley rotates by power, the threads of the peripheral portion rotate together to form a net structure on the outer circumference of the hose passing through the inside. Around the rotary pulley, multiple thread spools are installed radially to form a net structure on the hose, and the threads are unwound.
[0057] Afterwards, as the mesh passes through a coil-shaped thermal tunnel located in front of the 'mesh coupling device', it is compressed by heat onto the hose that was first extruded.
[0058] Thread and Hose Materials: The hose uses PVC rubber. The thread uses synthetic resin materials such as nylon and PET.
[0059] Subsequently, a second molding is performed, and the second molding forms the spiral coil hose outer section on the mesh structure.
[0060] In the forming method, a spiral coil is formed by advancing the hose while rotating it against an extrusion mold through which synthetic resin is extruded, similar to the formation of a spiral profile tube.
[0061] After that, V-shaped grooves are formed at intervals in the spiral coil using a V-shaped blade.
[0062]
[0063] Meanwhile, in the present invention, a net structure made of fiber yarn is manufactured together with a primary extruded hose during production, and as the yarn spools of the net structure made of fiber yarn unwind, they are smoothly supplied and integrated with the hose extruded from the rear to the front. However, if the supply of one of them is interrupted for any reason, a defective product is produced. Therefore, if the fact that the supply has been interrupted is detected automatically in advance, the extruder and yarn spools can be stopped to conserve materials and protect the equipment. Since the rotation speed of the yarn spools is set by a controller in accordance with the extrusion speed, optical sensors are installed on the yarn spools. If a yarn breaks, the controller activates a speaker through an alarm unit and simultaneously stops the extruder and other yarn spool drive units. Furthermore, the present invention can prepare for fire by mixing flame retardants such as phosphate into the hose raw material and non-combustible materials into the fiber yarns for the net structure.
[0064] Furthermore, the present invention monitors the synchronization speed of a yarn supply spool for a net structure using encoders, which are motor speed detection sensors. The control unit of the controller generates an alarm if the speed of the yarn supply spool for the net structure exceeds an error range. Additionally, the speed of the yarn spool is compared with the extrusion speed transmitted to the controller as a signal by a speed sensor installed in the extruder, and an alarm is generated if the difference exceeds the error range. The controller is composed of an input / output unit such as a touchscreen, a control unit, a storage unit for storing data, an extrusion unit, a motor driving unit for the yarn supply spool for the net structure, and an alarm unit.
[0065] Therefore, the present invention is composed of inner and outer hoses, wherein micro-holes are formed in the outer hose to allow air from the inner hose to be discharged, resulting in a significant effect of minimal hose deformation and a long lifespan.
