[0069] In the following description based on FIG. 4, a camera device (200) for AF driving and OIS driving will be described. However, the camera device (200) of the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
[0070] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a camera device according to one embodiment, cut along line A-A' of FIG. 3.
[0071] The configuration of FIG. 4 may be referenced by the configuration of other drawings to the extent that they are not disposed of from each other. The same terms and / or the same reference numerals have been used for configurations that are identical or substantially identical to the configuration of other drawings.
[0072] According to one embodiment, at least a portion of the lens assembly (220) may be disposed inside the housing (210). The lens assembly (220) may be disposed movably relative to the housing (210). For example, the camera device (200) may include at least one actuator (260) for moving the lens assembly (220) relative to the housing (210).
[0073] For example, the lens assembly (220) can be moved in a third direction (e.g., +z-axis direction or -z-axis direction) relative to the housing (210) by a first actuator (not shown) for AF driving of the camera device (200). For example, the lens assembly (220) can be moved in at least one of a second direction (e.g., +x-axis direction or -x-axis direction) or a first direction (e.g., +y-axis direction or -y-axis direction) relative to the housing (210) by a second actuator (not shown) for OIS driving of the camera device (200). However, it is not limited thereto.
[0074] According to one embodiment, the image sensor (250) may be placed on the base (240). For example, the image sensor (250) may be placed on the upper surface of the base (240) (e.g., the surface facing the -z direction). For example, the image sensor (250) may be in contact with the upper surface of the base (240).
[0075] According to one embodiment, the printed circuit board (230) may be electrically connected to the image sensor (250). At least a portion of the printed circuit board (230) may at least partially surround the image sensor (250). [0076] According to one embodiment, a housing (210) may be disposed on a printed circuit board (230). For example, the printed circuit board (230) may be disposed between the housing (210) and the base (240). The housing (210) may overlap with the printed circuit board (230). For example, the housing (210) may overlap with the printed circuit board (230) in a direction (e.g., the optical axis direction) toward the printed circuit board (230) from the lens assembly (220).
[0077] According to one embodiment, as the performance of the image sensor (250) improves, the size of the image sensor (250) may increase. As the size of the image sensor (250) increases, the printed circuit board (230) may require a larger area (e.g., an area where the circuit is formed). Accordingly, the size of the printed circuit board (230) may increase. As the size of the printed circuit board (230) increases, at least one edge of the printed circuit board (230) may protrude further than at least one side of the housing (210). For example, at least one edge of the printed circuit board (230) may be located at a position protruding further than at least one side of the housing (210).
[0078] In this case, at least a portion of the printed circuit board (230) may be damaged during the process in which the camera device (200) is placed on an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device (100) of FIG. 1). For example, at least one edge of the printed circuit board (230) that protrudes more than at least one side of the housing (210) may be damaged.
[0079] The present disclosure may provide a camera device and an electronic device including the same that prevent damage to a printed circuit board (230) when at least one edge of the printed circuit board (230) protrudes more than at least one side of the housing (210).
[0080] The present disclosure can provide a camera device and an electronic device including the same with improved productivity and economic efficiency by optimizing the design of a protective member (e.g., protective member (300) of FIG. 9) that prevents damage to a printed circuit board (230) according to the size of the printed circuit board (230).
[0081] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 5, 6, 7 and 8, various methods of arranging a camera device in an electronic device will be described, and with reference to FIGS. 9 and below, a protective member (300) will be described in detail.

[0083] FIG. 6 is a plan view of an electronic device including a camera device disposed within a recess according to one embodiment.
[0084] The configurations of FIGS. 5 and 6 may be referenced by configurations of other drawings to the extent that they are not disposed of from each other. The same terms and / or the same reference numerals have been used for configurations that are identical or substantially identical to configurations of other drawings.
[0085] Referring to FIG. 5, at least one camera device may be disposed within an electronic device (10) according to one embodiment (e.g., the electronic device (100) of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2). [0101] The present disclosure may provide a protective member (e.g., protective member (300) of FIG. 9) for reducing or preventing damage to a printed circuit board when a camera device (200) is inserted into a recess (21).
[0102] Below, the protective member will be explained in detail.
[0103] FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a camera device including a protective member according to one embodiment.
[0104] The configuration of FIG. 9 may be referenced by the configuration of other drawings to the extent that they are not disposed of from each other. The same terms and / or the same reference numerals have been used for configurations that are identical or substantially identical to the configuration of other drawings.
[0105] Referring to FIG. 9, a camera device (200) according to one embodiment may include at least one protective member (300). The at least one protective member (300) may be configured to protect at least one edge of a printed circuit board (230) that protrudes further than at least one side of a housing (210).

For example, the housing (210) may include at least one of a first side (211), a second side (212), a third side (213), or a fourth side (214). The second side (212) may be opposite to the first side (211). For example, the second side (212) may face in a direction opposite to the first side (211). The third side (213) may face in a direction different from the first side (211) and the second side (212). For example, the third side (213) may face in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first side (211) and the second side (212). The fourth side (214) may be opposite to the third side (213). For example, the fourth side (214) may face in the opposite direction to the third side (213).
[0107] According to one embodiment, at least a portion of the protective member (300) may be disposed on at least one side of the housing (210). For example, at least a portion of the protective member (300) may be disposed on at least one of the first side (211), the second side (212), the third side (213), or the fourth side (214). For example, at least a portion of the protective member (300) may be disposed on the side of the housing (210) corresponding to the edge of the printed circuit board (230) located at a position protruding further than the side of the housing (210).
[0108] For example, the first edge of the printed circuit board (230) (e.g., the first edge (231) of FIG. 13) may correspond to the first side (211) of the housing (210). For example, the first edge of the printed circuit board (230) may face a direction substantially parallel to the direction in which the first side (211) of the housing (210) faces (e.g., the -y direction). If the first edge of the printed circuit board (230) protrudes further than the first side (211) of the housing (210), at least a portion of the protective member (300) may be placed on the first side (211).
