Abstract
Description
stick-type container
[0001] The present invention relates to a stick-type container, and more specifically, to a stick-type container in which solid contents drawn out to the outside are not accidentally drawn back in during use, thereby improving convenience of use.
[0002] Generally, stick-type cosmetics refer to products designed to be applied conveniently without getting them on the hands, with contents made in a solid form placed in a container. Recently, various types of stick-type cosmetics, such as foundation sticks, blush sticks, sun sticks, and deodorant sticks, are being released because they are easy to carry, hygienic, and allow for quick use.
[0003] Stick-type containers are divided into a dial rotation type, in which the contents move as a dial equipped on the container is rotated, and a container rotation type, in which the contents move as the outer container of a double-walled container is rotated.
[0004] Among these, the dial rotation method can be divided into one where the dial is located at the bottom of the container and rotates laterally, and one where the dial is located at the side of the container and rotates up and down; the latter has the advantage of being easier to operate with one hand compared to the former.
[0005] In addition, stick-type cosmetics are applied to the skin, etc., after a portion of the contents is drawn out of the container, and the user inevitably has to apply force to the contents during the application process. Since contents that are subjected to excessive force on the inner side of the container will enter the container, the user is unable to use as much of the contents as desired, resulting in the inconvenience of having to perform the operation of drawing out the contents again.
[0006] The present invention aims to solve the above problem by providing a stick-type container in which the contents are not drawn in even if force is applied by the user during the process of applying the solid contents withdrawn to the outside through dial operation.
[0007] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned technical problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0008] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a stick-type container is provided. The stick-type container comprises: a stick container having a tube shape with an open top surface; a moving member provided within the stick container and capable of moving up and down, having a solid content on its top surface; and a dial member axially coupled to the stick container such that a portion of it is exposed to the outside through one side wall of the stick container, and which moves the moving member as it rotates up and down. The dial member is in a state where it can rotate when pressure is applied inwardly to the stick container, and returns to its original position and locks when pressure is released, thereby preventing rotation.
[0009] According to the present invention, the contents can be withdrawn by rotating the dial member while applying pressure, and when the pressure on the dial member is released, the withdrawal of the contents can be prevented from falling arbitrarily, so that the contents do not enter even if force is applied during the process of the user applying the contents.
[0010] In addition, according to the present invention, when the pressure applied to the dial member is released, the dial member elastically returns to its original position, thereby allowing the dial member to be in a state where it cannot rotate. Thus, no separate operation is required to change whether the dial member can rotate, other than the user's release of the pressure.
[0011] In addition, according to the present invention, the shaft fixing part, which rotates around the upper end due to the pressure of the dial member, can move smoothly over a predetermined distance through the guide plate, and excessive rotation can be prevented, thereby ensuring sufficient durability for the shaft fixing part even if the pressure and release of the dial member are repeated.
[0012] The effects according to the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0025] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a stick-type container is provided.
[0026] In addition, the stick container may be provided with a rotation limiting means that allows a dial member to be engaged on the inner surface of one side wall.
[0027] Additionally, the dial member comprises a dial portion forming a wheel shape and a pinion gear portion provided to rotate integrally with the dial portion on at least one side of the dial portion, and the moving member comprises a rack gear portion that engages with the pinion gear portion and moves up and down according to the rotation of the pinion gear portion, wherein the rotation limiting means may include a locking projection that protrudes toward the pinion gear portion to limit the rotation of the pinion gear portion.
[0028] In addition, the dial member includes shaft portions formed at both ends to be axially coupled with a stick container, so that when pressure is applied to the dial member, the entire dial member moves inward together with the shaft portions, and when the pressure is released, the entire dial member can elastically return to its original position together with the shaft portions.
[0029] In addition, the stick container may be provided with an exposure hole formed in one side wall to expose a part of the dial member to the outside, and a shaft fixing part disposed on both sides centered on the exposure hole such that the upper end is integral with the side wall near the upper side of the exposure hole and the remaining part is spaced apart from the side wall, and the shaft part is rotatably coupled thereto.
[0030] In addition, the shaft fixing part is formed in a 'U' shape that is open downward, with its upper end extending toward one side wall of the stick container, and inside the stick container, a fluid space is formed between the shaft fixing part and the moving member in which the shaft fixing part can move, wherein the portion of the fluid space located above the shaft fixing part may be formed such that its vertical width increases as it faces inward toward the stick container.
[0031] In addition, the shaft fixing part includes shaft fixing plates arranged on both sides centered on the exposed hole, and the stick container may further include a guide plate material that is erected from the bottom surface and guides the movement of the shaft fixing plate from the lower side.

[0036]
[0037] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially exploded perspective view of a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0038] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the stick-type container (1000) may include a stick container (100); a moving member (200); and a dial member (300), and may further include a cover cap (400) and an outer cap (500).
[0039] The stick container (100) may be in the form of a container with an empty interior and an open top surface, and a moving member (200) and a dial member (300) are installed inside.
[0040] According to an embodiment, the stick container (100) may include a container body (100a) having a hollow interior and an open top surface and bottom surface, and a container support (100b) coupled to the bottom of the container body (100a) to seal the bottom surface of the container body (100a). This is to facilitate the installation of a moving member (200) and a dial member (300) within the container body (100a).
[0041] The moving member (200) may be provided with solid contents (10) on its upper surface and may be provided within a stick container (100) and move up and down. For example, the contents (10) may include lipstick, foundation, blush, sun stick, deodorant, etc. However, it is not limited thereto, and other types of cosmetics, medical contents, etc. may be applied. When the moving member (200) moves upward, the contents (10) may be exposed to the outside through the open upper surface of the stick container (100), and when the moving member (200) moves downward, the contents (10) may be contained within the stick container (100).
[0042] According to an embodiment, the moving member (200) may include a content fixing part (210) in which the contents (10) are fixed upward as shown in FIG. 3, and a rack gear part (220) that moves the content fixing part (210) up and down in conjunction with a dial member (300).
[0043] According to an embodiment, the contents fixing part (210) may be formed to surround the lower part of the solid contents (10), and the contents (10) may be fixed inside it. At this time, to firmly fix the contents (10), a plurality of fixing pieces (not shown in the symbol) may be formed protruding inwardly on the side wall of the contents fixing part (210). The rack gear part (220) may be formed to be integral with the contents fixing part (210) from the center downward from the contents fixing part (210). To avoid redundant descriptions, the specific coupling relationship between the rack gear part (220) and the dial member (300) will be described later in the description regarding FIGS. 4 to 8.
[0044] The dial member (300) is axially coupled to the stick container (100) so that a portion of it is exposed to the outside through one side wall of the stick container (100), and can move the moving member (200) as it rotates up and down.
[0045] According to an embodiment, the dial member (300) may be axially coupled with the stick container (100) inside the stick container (100) located below the contents fixing part (210) and may be coupled with the moving member (200). In addition, in order to allow a part of the dial member (300) to be exposed through one side wall of the stick container (100), an exposure hole (120) having an upper length greater than the diameter of the dial member (300) may be formed in one side wall of the stick container (100).
[0046] For example, when a user rotates the dial member (300) downward through the part of the dial member (300) exposed to the outside through the exposure hole (120), the moving member (200) moves upward so that the contents (10) can be exposed to the outside, and when the dial member (300) is rotated upward, the moving member (200) moves downward so that the contents (10) can be received inside the stick container (100). However, the rotation of the dial member (300) and the direction in which the moving member (200) moves are not limited to the example described above.
[0047] According to an embodiment, the dial member (300) may be configured to move inward toward the stick container (100) upon pressing by the user, and to return to the outward toward the stick container (100) when the user releases the press. Additionally, the dial member (300) may be configured to be normally locked so that no arbitrary rotation occurs. Accordingly, when the dial member (300) is pressed inward toward the stick container (100), the lock is released and it forms a state where it can rotate, and when the pressure is released, it returns to its original position and locks, forming a state where it cannot rotate.
[0048] For example, when a user wants to withdraw the contents (10) contained in the stick container (100), if the dial member (300) is pushed inward toward the stick container (100) and rotated downward, the moving member (200) moves upward so that the contents (10) can be exposed to the outside. After the contents (10) are withdrawn, the user releases the pressure on the dial member (300) to prevent the dial member (300) from rotating, thereby effectively preventing the contents (10) from re-entering the stick container (100) by allowing the dial member (300) to rotate arbitrarily while the contents (10) are in contact with the skin with a predetermined force.
[0049] The cover cap (400) is configured to seal the open upper surface of the stick container (100), and according to the embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, it is formed in a plate shape and can be detachably coupled to the upper part of the stick container (100). This cover cap (400) can serve to protect the contents (10) contained within the stick container (100) from foreign substances.
[0050] According to the embodiment, the outer cap (500) may be formed in a tube shape that encloses the stick container (100), a dial member (300) with a portion exposed to the outside of the stick container (100), and a cover cap (400). When the stick container (100) is configured to include a container body (100a) and a container support (100b) as described above, the upper surface and side of the container body (100a) may be enclosed, and the lower end may be detachably connected to the container support (100b).
[0051] The stick-type container (1000) according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is exemplary, and various configurations may be applied according to embodiments to which the present invention is applied.
[0052]
[0053] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional perspective view showing the coupling structure between a stick container and a dial member applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the installation structure of a dial member applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view showing the state of the dial member applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention before pressurization, FIG. 7 is a side cross-sectional view showing the state of the dial member applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention after pressurization, and FIG. 8 is a side cross-sectional view showing the state of the dial member applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention after pressurization has been released. The drawings illustrated in FIG. 5(b) to FIG. 8 are illustrated based on the cross-sections AA and BB indicated in FIG. 5(a).
[0054] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the stick container (100) may include a rotation limiting means (110), the dial member (300) may include a dial portion (310) and a pinion gear portion (320), and the moving member (200) may include a rack gear portion (220).
[0055] According to an embodiment, the rotation limiting means (110) may be provided on the inner side of one side wall of a stick container (100) in which an exposed hole (120) is formed, so as to cause the dial member (300) to be engaged in normal circumstances. For example, the rotation limiting means (110) may be provided on at least one side adjacent to the exposed hole (120) so as to cause the dial member (300) to be engaged in normal circumstances in which no pressure is applied in the inner direction of the stick container (100) as shown in FIG. 6.
[0056] According to an embodiment, the rotation limiting means (110) may include a locking projection (111) that protrudes toward the pinion gear portion (320) to be described later and limits the rotation of the pinion gear portion (320), and it is preferable that the locking projection (111) is formed to protrude toward the rotation axis from a point on one side wall of the stick container (100) corresponding to the rotation axis of the dial member (300).
[0057] According to an embodiment, the dial member (300) may include a dial portion (310) that forms a wheel shape as shown in FIG. 4 and is partially exposed to the outside through an exposed hole (120), and a pinion gear portion (320) that is provided to rotate integrally with the dial portion (310) on at least one side of the dial member (300).
[0058] According to an embodiment, the pinion gear portion (320) may have a plurality of gears formed along its outer circumference and may be formed to be smaller than the diameter of the dial portion (310). This pinion gear portion (320) may be engaged with the rack gear portion (220) in the inner direction of the stick container (100) and engaged with the rotation limiting means (110) in the outer direction of the stick container (100). For example, as shown in FIG. 6, when pressure is not applied to the dial member (300) by a user, the pinion gear portion (320) is engaged with both the rack gear portion (220) and the locking projection (111), and as shown in FIG. 7, when pressure is applied to the dial member (300) by a user, the engagement with the locking projection (111) is released and the pinion gear portion (320) is engaged with the rack gear portion (220). Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, when the pressure applied by the user to the dial member (300) is released, the pinion gear part (320) is again engaged with both the rack gear part (220) and the locking projection (111).
[0059] According to an embodiment, the rack gear portion (220) may be moved up and down in accordance with the rotation of the pinion gear portion (320) by engaging with the pinion gear portion (320), and the entire moving member (200) may be moved up and down in accordance with the up and down movement of the rack gear portion (220). For example, the rack gear portion (220) may be formed in a bar shape extending downward from the center of the bottom surface of the contents fixing portion (210), and a gear capable of engaging with the gear of the pinion gear portion (320) may be formed along the longitudinal direction in a portion corresponding to the pinion gear portion (320) of the dial member (300).
[0060] According to the embodiment, in order to ensure stable movement of the moving member (200) and smooth engagement of the dial member (300), the rotation limiting means (110) is provided on both sides of the exposed hole (120), the pinion gear portion (320) is provided on both sides of the dial portion (310), and the rack gear portion (220) is also preferably provided such that a pair of pinion gear portions (320) each mesh with the rack gear portion (220).
[0061] The stick-type container (1000) according to FIGS. 4 to 8 is exemplary, and various configurations may be applied depending on the embodiment to which the present invention is applied.
[0062]
[0063] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing the structure of a shaft fixing part applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a side cross-sectional view showing the state in which a shaft part is coupled to a shaft fixing plate applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a side cross-sectional view showing that a shaft fixing plate applied to a stick-type container according to an embodiment of the present invention is guided by a guide plate material and moves as a dial member is pressed. FIG. 9(b) is a bottom view of FIG. 9(a) viewed from direction A, and the drawings shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are drawn based on the AA and CC cross-sections indicated in FIG. 5(a).
[0064] Referring to FIGS. 9 to 11, the dial member (300) may include a shaft portion (330), and the stick container (100) may further include a shaft fixing portion (130) and a guide plate (150).
[0065] According to an embodiment, the dial member (300) may further include shaft portions (330) formed at both ends to be axially coupled with the stick container (100), in addition to the dial portion (310) and pinion gear portion (320) described above. The shaft portions (330) may be formed to protrude outward from the pinion gear portion (320) and may be rotatably axially coupled to the inner surface facing the container body (100a) constituting the stick container (100).
[0066] When a user applies pressure to rotate the dial member (300), the shaft portion (330) remains fixed and only the dial portion (310) and the pinion gear portion (320) move, thereby releasing the locking caused by the rotation limiting means (110). However, it is preferable that the shaft portion (330) also move together so that the dial portion (310) and the pinion gear portion (320) can rotate stably while under pressure. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, when pressure is applied to the dial member (300), the entire dial member (300), including the shaft portion (330), moves inward, and when the pressure is released, the entire dial member (300) can return elastically.
[0067] According to an embodiment, the stick container (100) may further include an axis fixing part (130) so that the entire dial member (300) can move and elastically return. The axis fixing part (130) may be arranged on both sides centered on the exposed hole (120) such that the upper end is integral with one side wall near the upper side of the exposed hole (120) and the remaining part is spaced apart from the side wall. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the axis fixing part (130) may form a 'C' shape that is open downward, and the upper end may be extended toward one side wall of the stick container (100) to form an axis with one side wall.
[0068] According to an embodiment, the shaft fixing portion (130) may include shaft fixing plates (131) arranged on both sides centered on the exposed hole (120). As a specific example, the shaft fixing plate (131) is arranged on the outer side of the rotation limiting means (110), and a shaft portion (330) constituting the dial member (300) may be rotatably coupled to the central portion.
[0069] For example, when a user presses the dial member (300) as shown in FIG. 11 (a), the shaft fixing part (130) moves inward with respect to the upper end, with the remaining part formed by being spaced apart from one side wall as shown in FIG. 11 (b), and at this time, the movement is made so as not to interfere with the rack gear part (220). Then, when the user releases the pressure on the dial member (300), the shaft fixing part (130) can elastically return to its original position with respect to the upper end.
[0070] According to an embodiment, in order to facilitate smooth movement of the shaft fixing part (130), a fluid space (140) in which the shaft fixing part (130) can move may be formed inside the stick container (100) between the shaft fixing part (130) and the moving member (200). In particular, the portion of the fluid space (140) located above the shaft fixing part (130) is preferably formed such that its vertical width increases as it faces inward toward the stick container (100), taking into account that the front end of the shaft fixing part (130) rotates around the rear end of the upper part of the shaft fixing part (130) which is integral with one side wall of the stick container (100).
[0071] According to an embodiment, the guide plate (150) can be erected from the bottom surface of the stick container (100) to guide the movement of the shaft fixing plate (131) from the lower side. As a specific example, the guide plate (150) can be erected vertically from the bottom surface of the container support (100b) so as not to interfere with the rack gear part (220), and its upper end can be positioned adjacent to the lower end of the shaft fixing plate (131) so as not to cause excessive movement of the shaft fixing plate (131).
[0072] According to the embodiment, the lower front edge portion facing inward from the shaft fixing plate (131) is chamfered, and a slanted step portion inclined upward toward the front is formed on the upper end of the guide plate (150) to correspond to this. Accordingly, when a user presses the dial member (300) toward the inner direction of the stick container (100), the chamfered portion of the shaft fixing plate (131) moves along the slanted step portion, so that the shaft fixing plate (131), to which the shaft portion (330) of the dial member (300) is coupled, can smoothly rotate forward around the upper end. In addition, the shaft fixing plate (131), which has rotated forward by a predetermined angle around the upper end due to the user's pressure, can have its movement restricted as the lower rear edge portion comes into contact with the upper end of the guide plate (150), thereby preventing excessive rotation of the shaft fixing portion (130).
[0073] The stick-type container (1000) according to FIGS. 9 to 11 is exemplary, and various configurations may be applied depending on the embodiment to which the present invention is applied.
[0074] As described above, the best embodiments have been disclosed in the drawings and specification. Specific terms have been used herein, but they are used only for the purpose of describing the invention and are not intended to limit the meaning or the scope of the invention as described in the claims. Therefore, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims.
