Description

Cosmetic container equipped with a spatula

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more specifically, to a cosmetic container equipped with a spatula that allows for convenient dispensing of cosmetic contents.

[0002] Conventional cosmetic containers generally consist of a container body and a cap that seals it. These containers store high-viscosity cosmetic contents such as creams, lotions, and gels, and users extract the contents using their hands or a separate tool. However, this method entails several problems.

[0003] First, dispensing the contents of cosmetics directly with your hands may lead to hygiene issues. There is a possibility that contaminants remaining on your hands could enter the container, which could result in a deterioration of the cosmetic's quality.

[0004] Second, if a separate spatula is provided, it is difficult to store it after use. If the spatula is left exposed, there is a high risk of contamination, and if stored indoors, it may come into contact with cosmetics, which can be unhygienic.

[0005] Third, conventional cosmetic containers feature simple opening and closing structures, which often prevents the contents from being used efficiently to the very end. This results in a problem where some of the cosmetic product remains on the walls of the container, rather than being fully utilized.

[0006] To address these issues, various types of cosmetic containers have been developed. For example, methods such as attaching a spatula inside the cap for storage or creating a separate storage space within the container have been proposed. However, existing methods still have several drawbacks.

[0007] In some cosmetic containers, a separate space was provided for storing spatulas, but the process of taking them out and putting them back in was inconvenient for users. Additionally, in some containers, the spatula was not completely sealed, posing a problem of vulnerability to external contamination.

[0008] Alternatively, a structure was developed that integrated the spatula with the cap to allow for easy user access. However, this method had the disadvantage of increasing the size of the cap and resulted in higher manufacturing costs due to its structural complexity.

[0009] The aforementioned technical configuration is provided as background technology to aid in understanding the present invention and does not constitute prior art widely known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.

[0010] The present invention aims to solve the problems of existing cosmetic containers and to enable the dispensing of cosmetic contents in a more hygienic and convenient manner. In particular, there is a need for a technology that allows a spatula to be efficiently placed inside the cosmetic container for easy storage after use, while simultaneously maintaining the container's airtightness to protect the quality of the contents.

[0011] In addition, it is necessary to configure the inner and outer containers separately to enable more efficient use of the contents and to maximize user convenience by adding a pumping function. Such improved cosmetic containers can enhance user convenience, resolve hygiene issues, and contribute to reducing cosmetic waste.

[0012] According to one aspect of the present invention, a cosmetic container may be provided comprising: a container body; a cap portion detachably coupled to the container body; and a spatula portion detachably coupled to the cap portion and the container body and onto which cosmetic contents are applied, wherein the spatula portion comprises a spatula flange disposed inside the container body and a spatula bar coupled to the spatula flange.

[0013] The above spatula portion may further include a spatula ball that is coupled to the upper part of the spatula bar and exposed to the outside of the cap portion.

[0014] The above cap portion may include a cap body detachably coupled to the container body; and a spatula holding portion provided in the cap body to hold the spatula portion.

[0015] The above spatula holding portion may include a first straight portion coupled to the ceiling portion of the cap body; a first inclined portion provided at an angle below the first straight portion; and a second inclined portion provided at an angle below the first inclined portion to hold the spatula bar.

[0016] The above container body may include an outer container portion in which the spatula flange is received; and an inner container portion coupled to the outer container portion and in which cosmetic contents are stored.

[0017] The above outer container portion may include an outer container body in which the spatula flange is disposed inside; and a container cap that supports the spatula flange and is detachably coupled to the outer container body.

[0018] The above outer container part may further include a container holding part provided in the container cap for holding the spatula flange.

[0019] The inner container part may include an inner container body that is detachably coupled to the outer container part and stores the cosmetic contents; and a pumping part coupled to the inner container body and pumping the cosmetic contents to the outside of the inner container body.

[0020] In the embodiments of the present invention, the spatula part is integrally combined with the cap part and the container body, making it easy to store after use and effectively preventing external contamination.

[0021] It features a structure that securely stores the spatula inside the cap, allowing users to easily take it out and use it, and making storage convenient.

[0022] By configuring the inner and outer container sections separately, the contents of the cosmetic can be used more efficiently, and the remaining contents can be utilized to the very end.

[0023] The container is designed with a sealed structure, which allows the freshness of the contents to be maintained for a long period and prevents oxidation or spoilage.

[0024] Productivity can be improved by applying a design that simplifies the existing complex structure while effectively combining spatulas.

[0025] The cosmetic container of the present invention has a hygienic and practical structure, which can provide consumers with a more satisfactory user experience.
