Description

Assembly wooden frames and manufacturing process

[0001] The present invention relates to a wooden frame for assembly and a manufacturing process, and more specifically, to a wooden frame for assembly and a manufacturing process that enables strong and stable assembly without the need for separate fasteners.

[0002] Generally, structures such as buildings, furniture, railings, landscaping facilities, wooden bridges, tables, desks, chairs, and display stands are primarily constructed using wood, and the assembly method of these wooden structures significantly affects the product's strength, durability, and ease of assembly.

[0003] Traditionally, metal fasteners such as nails or screws were commonly used to assemble wooden frames.

[0004] However, over time, these metal fasteners would rust or become exposed to the outside, not only reducing the product's durability but also posing an aesthetic problem.

[0005] Accordingly, an interlocking method using protrusions and grooves was developed for joining wood pieces together, enabling the joining of wood without the use of metal fasteners.

[0006] Patent document 1 regarding such wood joining proposed an assembly structure for assembling two different pieces of wood.

[0007] The technology is a fitting assembly method using assembly protrusions and assembly grooves, and a wedge is installed inside the assembly groove to engage with the wedge groove of the assembly protrusion.

[0008] While this structure contributes to increasing the rigidity of the assembly, gaps may develop over time due to the shrinkage and expansion of the wood, potentially leading to a decrease in structural stiffness.

[0009] In addition, Patent Document 2 proposed a prefabricated wooden deck capable of preservative treatment to prevent wood corrosion and increase durability.

[0010] This technology is configured to prevent the wood from corroding or deforming by coating the outer surface of the wooden nail that connects to the insertion hole with a preservative and interposing an elastic material between the insertion hole and the wooden nail.

[0011] However, this technology has limitations as it primarily focuses on preservative treatment and ensuring durability in external environments, while lacking consideration for a technology that optimizes the bonding structure of the wood itself to enable assembly without separate fasteners.

[0012] Furthermore, there was a limitation in the way existing solid wood picture frame structures could be used by users, as they were sold in a product state where the square (or polygonal) frame was constructed using auxiliary materials (e.g., staples, nails, adhesives, etc.) and maintained in an immutable condition.

[0015] (Patent Document 2) KR 10-1588370 B1

[0016] To solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is configured to interlock during assembly using coupling protrusions formed at the ends of the first frame and the second frame, thereby enabling a strong connection without a separate wedge or adhesive, and applies an inclined surface cut at a 45° angle to increase the contact area of the joint part, and additionally configures a fitting groove and a fitting projection to improve assembly strength, so as to provide a wooden frame for assembly and a manufacturing process that enables strong and stable assembly without a separate fastener.

[0017] In addition, the present invention aims to develop a "picture frame for assembly and disassembly of wood molding material (Do It Yourself)" that can be realized through the specific product and technology (development and use of multi-axis 3D drive CNC drilling) designed to reinterpret the structure of the "L" shaped molding material to maintain the same level of rigidity as existing joining methods (e.g., additional joining materials such as staple pins, nails, adhesives, etc.) while maintaining the brick shape of each joined corner to possess aesthetic design elements, thereby enabling repeated disassembly and assembly technically or functionally. This allows the product to be sold and distributed as a finished product in a pre-assembly state to customers even if the seller (manufacturer) and the seller are remotely separated (domestic, overseas), thereby drastically reducing risks such as "logistics costs (domestic, overseas shipping) and damage."

[0018] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned problems will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0019] To achieve the above objective, the present invention proposes an assembly wooden frame comprising a first frame and a second frame so as to form the corners of a picture frame or a door by corresponding at right angles to each other, wherein a first coupling protrusion is formed at the end of the first frame and a second coupling protrusion corresponding to the first coupling protrusion is formed at the end of the second frame, and the first coupling protrusion and the second coupling protrusion are assembled by engaging without a separate fastener.

[0020] Here, a first coupling surface formed by cutting at a 45° angle is formed at the end of a first frame having a first coupling irregularity; and a second coupling surface formed by cutting at a 45° angle is formed at the end of a second frame having a second coupling irregularity, so that the first coupling surface and the second coupling surface come into mutually corresponding contact.

[0021] At this time, a fitting groove is formed in the first coupling surface of the first frame, and a fitting projection corresponding to the fitting groove is formed protrudingly on the second coupling surface of the second frame, so that the fitting projections are mutually fitted into the fitting grooves.

[0022] In addition, the first frame and the second frame are each characterized by having an L-shaped form in which a vertical plate and a horizontal plate are integrally formed.

[0023] Meanwhile, a process for manufacturing a wooden frame for assembly using a CNC machine is proposed, characterized by comprising: a cutting step of cutting a first frame and a second frame to a set length using a cutting machine; a first processing step of processing a first coupling protrusion and a second coupling protrusion capable of mutual interlocking at the ends of the first frame and the second frame cut by the CNC machine; a second processing step of processing a first coupling surface and a second coupling surface, respectively, cut at a 45° angle at the ends of the first frame and the second frame by the CNC machine; and a third processing step of forming a recessed groove on the first coupling surface and processing a fitting projection corresponding to the groove on the second coupling surface by the CNC machine.

[0024] Herein, when processing the first frame and the second frame with a CNC machine, it is characterized by including an adjustment step that provides an optimal cutting speed and processing depth to maintain the strength and durability of the wood.

[0025] In addition, as a post-processing step performed for joining and finishing the exposed parts of the assembly wooden frame after the third processing step, it is characterized by including: a polishing process for polishing wood dust and rough surfaces generated after CNC machining; a coating process for applying a protective paint to the surface of the assembly wooden frame to increase moisture resistance and durability; and an inspection process for verifying the precision of the CNC machining and inspecting whether the joint irregularities and interlocking joints are assembled smoothly.

[0026] By providing the present invention configured as described above, problems such as rust, corrosion, and appearance degradation occurring in conventional methods using metal fasteners can be effectively resolved. Furthermore, the problem of gaps caused by the shrinkage and expansion of wood in conventional assembly methods can be minimized. Unlike conventional methods where fixing strength decreases over time after assembly, a stable joint state can be maintained for a long period. Additionally, by improving the alignment between parts during assembly, precise assembly is possible without separate reinforcement work. Thus, through a wooden frame structure that allows assembly without fasteners, assembly convenience is enhanced, durability is improved, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.

[0027] In addition, by reinterpreting the structure of the proprietary "L" shaped molding material from solid wood, it is possible to develop a "wood molding material assembly and disassembly picture frame (Do It Yourself)" that can be realized through the specific product and technology (development and use of multi-axis 3D drive CNC drilling) designed to allow for repeated disassembly and assembly, thereby enabling the product to be sold and distributed as a finished product in a pre-assembly state to customers even if the seller (manufacturer) and the seller are remotely separated (domestic, overseas), thereby drastically reducing risks such as "logistics costs (domestic, overseas shipping) and damage."

[0028] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description in the claims.

[0040] FIGS. 1 and 2 are configuration diagrams showing an assembly wooden frame according to the present invention, FIGS. 3 and 4 are configuration diagrams showing an assembly wooden frame according to the present invention, FIGS. 5 and 6 are cross-sectional configuration diagrams showing an assembly wooden frame according to the present invention, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are exploded views showing an assembly wooden frame according to the present invention.

[0041] As shown in the drawing, the assembly wooden frame (100) of the present invention may include a first frame (110) and a second frame (120) so as to form the corners of a picture frame or door by corresponding at right angles to each other.

[0042] According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a first coupling protrusion (111) is formed at the end of the first frame (110), and a second coupling protrusion (121) corresponding to the first coupling protrusion (111) is formed at the end of the second frame (120), so that the first coupling protrusion (111) and the second coupling protrusion (121) can be assembled by engaging without a separate fastener.

[0043] The first coupling protrusion (111) is an uneven structure formed at the end of the first frame (110) and is designed to interlock with the second coupling protrusion (121) of the second frame (120) so that the two frames can be joined together without a separate fastener during assembly and maintain a strong coupling force even after assembly.

[0044] The first joint protrusion (111) is not a simple rectangular protrusion but includes a first joint surface (113) cut at a 45° angle, so that when assembled, it comes into contact with the second joint surface (123) of the second frame (120) to maximize the contact area, thereby minimizing the occurrence of gaps due to the natural expansion and contraction of the wood and maintaining structural stability after assembly.

[0045] The second coupling protrusion (121) is formed at the end of the second frame (120) and includes a second coupling surface (123) that is cut at a 45° angle with a shape corresponding to the first coupling protrusion (111) so as to be coupled with it, and is configured to make surface contact with the first coupling surface (113) when assembled.

[0046] In addition, the second coupling protrusion (121) goes beyond simple interlocking coupling and forms a structure resistant to external impact during coupling through combination with the first coupling surface (113) of the first frame (110), and performs an auxiliary role to prevent separation after assembly.

[0047] The assembly structure of the present invention is assembled in such a way that the first coupling protrusion (111) and the second coupling protrusion (121) interlock, and can maintain high fixing force without additional fasteners, and can effectively solve the problems of wood deformation and reduced fixing force that appear in existing wood assembly technology by further improving the assembly force by additionally including a fitting groove (115) and a fitting projection (125).

[0048] In conclusion, the first coupling protrusion (111) and the second coupling protrusion (121) in the present invention are key elements that enable assembly without a fastener, and can maintain structurally stable and strong fixing force even after assembly.

[0049] According to FIGS. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, when the present invention is assembled in the shape of a picture frame, a portion of the inner surface of the horizontal plate (103) can be cut at an angle to form an optical illusion surface (105) so as to induce an optical illusion that makes a picture or photograph located in the center stand out more.

[0050] According to FIGS. 3 and 4, a first coupling surface (113) formed by cutting at a 45° angle is formed at the end of a first frame (110) having a first coupling irregularity (111); and a second coupling surface (123) formed by cutting at a 45° angle is formed at the end of a second frame (120) having a second coupling irregularity (121), so that the first coupling surface (113) and the second coupling surface (123) can come into mutual contact.

[0051] In other words, in the present invention, the first coupling surface (113) and the second coupling surface (123) are formed at the ends of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120), respectively, and are characterized by being cut at a 45° angle to be in close contact with each other. The first coupling surface (113) is formed at the end of the first frame (110) together with the first coupling protrusion (111), and is designed to maximize the coupling strength by making surface contact with the second coupling surface (123) during assembly, and the second coupling surface (123) is formed at the end of the second frame (120) and is arranged together with the second coupling protrusion (121) to be accurately engaged with the first coupling surface (113).

[0052] The first joint surface (113) and the second joint surface (123) reinforce the interlocking structure so that no gaps occur between the frames even when assembled, and minimize deformation due to shrinkage and expansion of the wood. In addition, as the contact area increases, structural rigidity is improved after assembly, and the solidity of the joint can be maintained even when an external impact is applied.

[0053] The assembly method of the present invention is characterized by the fact that assembly alignment is naturally achieved during the process in which the first joining surface (113) and the second joining surface (123) come into contact and join, and the stability of the assembly can be further enhanced by additionally including a fitting groove (115) and a fitting projection (125). Compared to the conventional simple assembly method (KR 10-1200388 B1), this structure can maintain a strong bonding force even after time has passed since assembly and has the effect of preventing deformation due to changes in the external environment.

[0054] Accordingly, it is desirable that the first joining surface (113) and the second joining surface (123) of the present invention act as key elements that increase the durability of the assembled wooden frame, simplify the assembly process, and maintain high joining strength without the need for separate fasteners.

[0055] A fitting groove (115) is formed in the first coupling surface (113) of the first frame (110), and a fitting projection (125) corresponding to the fitting groove (115) is formed protrudingly on the second coupling surface (123) of the second frame (120), so that the fitting projection (125) can be mutually fitted into the fitting groove (115).

[0056] In other words, in the present invention, the fitting groove (115) and the fitting projection (125) are key elements for reinforcing the assembly strength of the assembly wooden frame (100) and maintaining structural stability after assembly. The fitting groove (115) is formed as a recess in the first coupling surface (113) of the first frame (110), and the fitting projection (125) can be formed as a protrusion corresponding to the second coupling surface (123) of the second frame (120).

[0057] The fitting groove (115) is formed to a certain depth on the first coupling surface (113) and is configured to have appropriate dimensions so that the fitting projection (125) can be inserted, and the fitting projection (125) is formed to protrude from the second coupling surface (123) and preferably has a corresponding shape so that it can be accurately inserted into the fitting groove (115) during assembly.

[0058] The fitting groove (115) and fitting projection (125) serve to guide automatic alignment during the assembly process and provide strong fixing force by preventing gaps between frames in the assembled state. In conventional technology, a problem of play occurred due to the shrinkage and expansion of wood when using a coupling structure with simple assembly projections and assembly grooves, but in the present invention, the assembly strength can be further improved by adding the fitting groove (115) and fitting projection (125).

[0059] The first frame (110) and the second frame (120) each have an L-shaped form in which the vertical plate (101) and the horizontal plate (103) are integrally formed.

[0060] The assembly wooden frame (100) of the present invention is configured such that the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) can be assembled at right angles to each other, and each frame is composed of a vertical plate (101) and a horizontal plate (103), and the vertical plate (101) and the horizontal plate (103) are formed integrally to have an L-shape, thereby allowing structural stability to be maintained even after assembly.

[0061] The vertical plate (101) is positioned vertically in the assembled state and serves to support the overall load of the assembly wooden frame (100). The vertical plate (101) may include a coupling protrusion structure so that it can interlock with the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) when joined, thereby reinforcing the frame so that it does not shake or separate after assembly.

[0062] The horizontal plate (103) is arranged in a horizontal direction in the assembled state and serves to maintain the overall shape of the assembly wooden frame (100). The horizontal plate (103) forms an 'L' shape together with the vertical plate (101), which is characterized by having a strong structural bonding force during assembly.

[0063] Accordingly, the vertical plate (101) and horizontal plate (103) of the present invention play a role in maintaining the rigidity of the assembled frame and effectively distributing the load, and it is desirable that they act as important elements that increase the convenience of the assembly process and the stability of the connection.

[0064] FIGS. 9 and FIGS. 10 are diagrams of a bundled state for the distribution of an assembly wooden frame according to the present invention.

[0065] According to FIGS. 9 and 10, the present invention allows for the distribution of four items bundled together in a band to minimize distribution costs caused by increased volume when distributed in a conventionally assembled framed state, thereby making it easy for users to assemble them in a 'DIY' manner and reducing distribution costs.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 11, the present invention may configure a process for manufacturing a wooden frame (100) for assembly, including a cutting step (S100), a first processing step (S200), a second processing step (S300), and a third processing step (S400), using a CNC machine.

[0067] The cutting step (S100) can cut the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) to a set length using a cutting machine.

[0068] The cutting step (S100) of the present invention is the first step in forming a basic shape during the process of manufacturing a wooden frame (100) for assembly, and is a process of processing a first frame (110) and a second frame (120) by cutting the wood raw material to a set length.

[0069] In the cutting step (S100), the wood raw material is cut to a specific standard using a CNC machine or a general wood cutter. During this process, it is important to accurately maintain the dimensions of the frame. It is also desirable to set the optimal cutting speed and processing depth according to the material and characteristics of the wood to minimize deformation or surface damage that may occur during processing.

[0070] In addition, the cutting angle is precisely adjusted so that the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) can be assembled together during the cutting process, and for this purpose, the cutting can be done at an angle of 90° or 45°, so it is desirable to ensure the precision of the wood by considering the pre-cutting of the part where the first joint surface (113) and the second joint surface (123) are to be formed.

[0071] The cutting step (S100) of the present invention is an important step that increases assembly precision and improves product quality in subsequent processing steps. It is necessary to manage the cut wood so that it can be processed without dimensional errors in the subsequent joint unevenness processing and bevel surface processing steps. The core process of the present invention is to reduce errors that may occur during the assembly process and to enable accurate interlocking without fasteners.

[0072] The first processing step (S200) can process a first coupling protrusion (111) and a second coupling protrusion (121) capable of mutually engaging and joining at the ends of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) cut through a CNC machine.

[0073] The first processing step (S200) of the present invention is a step of forming a first coupling protrusion (111) and a second coupling protrusion (121) at the ends of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120), which are cut to a length set in the cutting step (S100), so that they can be mutually coupled.

[0074] In this stage, a coupling protrusion is machined on the end of the wood using a CNC machine or precision cutting equipment to enable a structure that can be assembled without a separate fastener. A first coupling protrusion (111) is formed on the end of the first frame (110), and a second coupling protrusion (121) is formed on the end of the second frame (120) in correspondence. It is important to ensure machining precision so that precise dimensions and an accurate shape are maintained.

[0075] In addition, the joint irregular structure of the present invention enables a more robust connection by combining inclined surfaces (113, 123), a fitting groove (115), and a fitting projection (125), rather than a simple fitting method as in the prior art, and in the first processing step (S200), it is preferable to form high-precision joint irregularities through CNC machining so that the bonding strength is not reduced due to the natural shrinkage and expansion of the wood.

[0076] The first coupling protrusion (111) and the second coupling protrusion (121) processed in the first processing step (S200) interlock with each other during assembly to exert a strong fastening force, and deformation can be minimized even after assembly. Since the processing quality in this step is an important factor in determining compatibility in subsequent processing steps, optimal cutting speed and processing conditions can be set.

[0077] Accordingly, the first processing step (S200) of the present invention is a key step for forming a high-precision assembly structure that can be assembled without fasteners, going beyond a simple snap-fit assembly method, and is characterized by enabling the realization of an assembly wooden frame with strong durability while simplifying the production process.

[0078] The second processing step (S300) can process the first joining surface (113) and the second joining surface (123), which are cut at a 45° angle at the ends of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120), respectively, through a CNC machine.

[0079] The second processing step (S300) of the present invention is a step of cutting the first joint surface (113) and the second joint surface (123) at a 45° angle at the ends of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) formed through the cutting step (S100) and the first processing step (S200).

[0080] In this step, the ends of the frames are cut at a 45° angle using a CNC machine or precision cutting equipment, thereby maximizing the degree of contact between the frames during assembly, and the first joining surface (113) is formed at the end of the first frame (110), and the second joining surface (123) is formed to correspond to the end of the second frame (120).

[0081] By performing the second processing step (S300), the interlocking strength of the frame can be increased and structural stability after assembly can be improved. Furthermore, by applying an inclined surface contact method rather than a simple vertical interlock, the durability of the assembly part is strengthened when external impact or load is applied. In existing technologies, there was a high possibility of gaps occurring due to the shrinkage and expansion of wood caused by the right-angle joint method, but in the case of the present invention, by applying an inclined surface cut at 45°, deformation of the wood can be minimized and a strong fastening force can be maintained even after assembly.

[0082] In addition, the first joining surface (113) and the second joining surface (123) formed in the second processing step (S300) serve as preliminary preparations to enable precise processing during the subsequent processing step of forming the fitting groove (115) and fitting projection (125). Accordingly, in this step, the cutting speed and cutting depth of the CNC machine are optimized to minimize processing errors and form a smooth cutting surface.

[0083] The second processing step (S300) of the present invention is an important step that maximizes the bonding strength between frames after assembly and allows a stable structure to be maintained without deformation even after long-term use, thereby improving the precision of the assembly process and increasing overall durability.

[0084] In the third processing step (S400), a recessed groove (115) is formed in the first coupling surface (113) and a fitting projection (125) corresponding to the groove (115) is formed in the second coupling surface (123) using a CNC machine.

[0085] The third processing step (S400) of the present invention is a step of precisely processing a fitting groove (115) and a fitting projection (125) on the first joining surface (113) and the second joining surface (123), which are cut at a 45° angle through the second processing step (S300).

[0086] In this step, a first coupling surface (113) is machined to form a recessed groove (115) and a second coupling surface (123) is machined to form a protruding projection (125) corresponding to the groove (115), so that the groove (115) and the projection (125) are designed to interlock precisely with each other. This strengthens the coupling force between the frames and ensures that no shaking or play occurs even after assembly.

[0087] In the conventional assembly method, a simple fitting structure using assembly protrusions and assembly grooves was applied, but in the present invention, by adding fitting grooves (115) and fitting protrusions (125), the assembly strength can be further enhanced and the joint structure can be improved to be strong against external impacts.

[0088] In addition, the fitting groove (115) and fitting projection (125) formed in the third processing step (S400) enable a sturdy assembly without the need for a separate fastener and prevent the problem of reduced assembly strength due to the natural shrinkage and expansion of the wood. To this end, the depth of the fitting groove (115) and the protrusion length of the fitting projection (125) are optimized during processing so that a constant fastening force can be maintained even after assembly.

[0089] The third processing step (S400) of the present invention is a key step that maximizes the durability of the assembled frame and enables the maintenance of strong bonding strength without fasteners, thereby simplifying the production process while enabling the realization of a high-strength assembled structure.

[0090] When processing the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) with a CNC machine, a control step (S500) may be included to provide an optimal cutting speed and processing depth to maintain the strength and durability of the wood.

[0091] The adjustment step (S500) of the present invention is a step of adjusting the optimal cutting speed and processing depth while maintaining the strength and durability of the wood during the process of performing the first processing step (S200), the second processing step (S300), and the third processing step (S400).

[0092] In this stage, the machining speed, cutting depth, and cutting pressure of the CNC machine and cutting equipment are adjusted to minimize damage to the wood and maximize machining precision. Since the degree of shrinkage and expansion of wood varies depending on the material, excessive cutting speed or depth control may result in surface cracking or dimensional errors.

[0093] Accordingly, in the control step (S500) of the present invention, the heat and pressure generated during processing are appropriately distributed so that the wood is not deformed and can maintain its original strength.

[0094] In addition, in this stage, it is important to optimize the tolerances of the CNC machine to maintain the alignment of the joint irregularities, inclined surfaces, grooves, and protrusions formed in each machining stage, and to adjust them to minimize dimensional deviations after machining. To achieve this, intermediate machining inspections can be performed to correct dimensional errors in real time or to adjust the machining speed to maintain consistent quality.

[0095] In existing technologies, there is a lack of consideration for error correction occurring during the cutting and processing stages, which may result in play or reduced strength after assembly. In contrast, the adjustment step (S500) of the present invention includes a precise adjustment process during processing, thereby enabling the maintenance of strong bonding strength without the need for fasteners.

[0096] Accordingly, the adjustment step (S500) of the present invention is a key step for setting optimal processing conditions to enable precise assembly while maintaining the strength of the wooden frame, thereby improving the quality of the production process and maximizing the durability of the product.

[0097] After the third processing step (S400), a post-processing step (S600) including a polishing process (S610), a coating process (S620), and an inspection process (S630) may be further proposed to perform finishing treatment on the joint and exposed parts of the assembly wooden frame (100).

[0098] The grinding process (S610) can grind wood powder and rough surfaces generated after CNC machining.

[0099] The polishing process (S610) of the present invention is a step of removing wood dust and rough surfaces generated after CNC machining in the manufacturing process of the assembly wood frame (100), and smoothing the surface of the wood to increase assembly precision.

[0100] In the grinding process (S610), the cut surface, joint irregularities, inclined surface, fitting groove, and fitting protrusion of the frame are precisely ground using a sanding machine or a manual grinding tool, thereby improving the alignment between parts during assembly.

[0101] Since cutting marks or rough surfaces generated during the CNC machining process can affect the accuracy of the joint during assembly, grinding improves the precision of the joint surface and maintains stable bonding strength even after assembly.

[0102] In addition, the polishing process (S610) improves the surface quality of the parts exposed after assembly to enhance appearance, and serves as a preliminary preparation to ensure uniform application during subsequent moisture-proofing treatment or protective coating application processes.

[0103] In existing technologies, the polishing process to increase assembly precision is insufficient, which leads to problems such as gaps occurring after assembly or deterioration of surface quality. In contrast, the polishing process (S610) of the present invention is characterized by performing precise surface treatment after CNC machining to maximize assembly precision and prevent damage to the assembled part due to friction or impact even after long-term use.

[0104] Therefore, the polishing process (S610) of the present invention is an important step that improves the quality of the assembled wooden frame and increases the degree of contact between the assembled parts to maintain a strong bonding force, thereby ensuring both durability and aesthetics even after assembly.

[0105] The coating process (S620) may apply a protective paint to the surface of the assembly wooden frame (100) to increase moisture resistance and durability.

[0106] The coating process (S620) of the present invention is a step of applying a protective paint to increase the moisture resistance and durability of the wood surface during the manufacturing process of the wooden frame (100) for assembly.

[0107] The coating process (S620) is characterized by uniformly applying a protective coating to the exterior and exposed assembly parts of the wooden frame (100) to improve moisture resistance, durability, and aesthetics, thereby preventing deformation caused by the external environment.

[0108] The type of paint can be selected according to the product's intended use and environment of use. For example, if water resistance is required, polyurethane-based or water-based varnish paints may be applied, and oil stains or eco-friendly preservatives may be used to enhance durability.

[0109] By performing the coating process (S620) of the present invention, the expansion and contraction of the wood are prevented so that the shape can be maintained even after assembly, and the frictional resistance of the wood surface is increased to maximize the protective effect against external impact.

[0110] In existing technologies, there were problems such as deformation or cracking of the wood during long-term use due to insufficient consideration of the coating process, but in the present invention, durability can be maximized by strengthening the surface protection of the assembled frame.

[0111] In addition, during the coating process (S620), an appropriate method among spraying, brushing, or immersion is selected and applied to uniformly apply the protective paint. It is also desirable to optimize the amount of paint applied during this process to prevent excessive absorption or clumping of the paint on the surface.

[0112] In addition, after applying the paint, sufficient drying time is ensured so that the applied protective film is fully cured, and additional polishing can be performed if necessary to improve the final finish quality.

[0113] Accordingly, the coating process (S620) of the present invention is an important step that increases the durability of the assembly wooden frame (100), strengthens resistance to the external environment, and ensures that quality is maintained even with long-term use, thereby simultaneously securing the quality and functionality of the product.

[0114] The inspection process (S630) can verify the precision of the CNC machining and inspect whether the joint irregularities and interlock joints are assembled smoothly.

[0115] The inspection process (S630) of the present invention is a step of checking the precision of CNC machining in the manufacturing process of the wooden frame (100) for assembly and inspecting whether the joint irregularities and interlocking joints are assembled smoothly.

[0116] The inspection process (S630) is characterized by measuring the dimensional error of the processed frame and evaluating the alignment of the joints to verify whether assembly is performed smoothly.

[0117] To this end, digital calipers, a 3D scanner, or a measuring gauge can be used to precisely measure the dimensions of the machined joint protrusions (111, 121), inclined surfaces (113, 123), fitting grooves (115), fitting protrusions (125), etc., and analyze the deviation from the designed specifications.

[0118] In addition, during the inspection process (S630), the processed wooden frame (100) is actually assembled to check the interlocking state, and it is important to check whether any gaps or play occur even after assembly.

[0119] Therefore, in existing technologies, the assembly precision inspection process is insufficient, leading to the problem of gaps occurring due to the shrinkage and expansion of the wood over time after assembly. In contrast, the present invention adds a post-processing inspection step to correct dimensional precision in advance, thereby maintaining structural stability even after assembly.

[0120] In the inspection process (S630), a feedback system is operated to adjust processing conditions and perform reprocessing in the event of an anomaly, thereby maintaining consistent quality throughout the entire production process.

[0121] In addition, inspection results can be databased and utilized for future process improvements, and it is also possible to increase productivity by introducing automated inspection equipment.

[0122] Accordingly, the inspection process (S630) of the present invention is an important step that guarantees the quality of the manufactured assembly wooden frame (100) and prevents problems that may occur during assembly in advance, thereby maximizing the durability and assembly precision of the final product.

[0123] By providing the present invention configured as described above, problems such as rust, corrosion, and appearance degradation occurring in conventional methods using metal fasteners can be effectively resolved.

[0124] In addition, the present invention can develop a "picture frame for assembly and disassembly of wood molding material (Do It Yourself)" that can be realized through the specific product and technology (development and use of multi-axis 3D drive CNC drilling) designed to reinterpret the structure of the "L" shaped molding material itself from solid wood, thereby maintaining the same level of rigidity as existing joining methods (e.g., additional joining materials such as staple pins, nails, adhesives, etc.), while maintaining the brick shape of each joined corner to possess aesthetic design elements, so that it can be used to repeatedly disassemble and assemble technically or functionally. This allows the product to be sold and distributed as a finished product in a pre-assembly state to the point of demand even if the seller (manufacturer) and the seller are remotely separated (domestic, overseas), thereby drastically reducing risks such as "logistics costs (domestic, overseas delivery) and damage."

[0125] The terms and words used in the specification and claims described above should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.

[0126] Therefore, the configurations illustrated in the drawings and embodiments described in this specification are merely one preferred embodiment of the present invention and do not represent all technical ideas of the present invention; thus, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application.
