[0031] FIGS. 1 to 3 are drawings showing the entire boundary block side drilling machine according to the present invention, FIGS. 4 and 5 are drawings showing a bracket according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the state in which the bracket according to the present invention is installed on a boundary block, FIG. 7 is a drawing showing a moving part according to the present invention, FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a support part according to the present invention, FIGS. 9 and 11 are drawings showing a first spraying part according to the present invention, FIGS. 12 to 14 are drawings showing a second spraying part according to the present invention, FIGS. 15 to 17 are drawings showing a splash prevention part according to the present invention, and FIGS. 18 and 19 are drawings showing the usage state according to the present invention.

[0032]

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 19, the boundary block side drilling machine according to the present invention may include a bracket (100), a horizontal bar (200), a moving part (300), a support part (400), a drill part (500), and a splash prevention part (600).

[0034] The above bracket (100) may include a mounting plate (110), a mounting plate (120), a first fastener (130), a first support member (140), a second support member (150), and a connecting member (160) so as to be fixed to the upper surface of the boundary block (10).

[0035] The above-mentioned mounting plate (110) is formed in a rectangular plate shape, and a plurality of screw holes (111) may be formed on the upper surface so as to be fastened with the first support member (140), the second support member (150), and the connecting member (160) with a bolt (B).

[0036] The mounting plate (120) is formed on both front sides of the mounting plate (110), and a screw hole (111) is formed in the middle, and the first fastener (130) can be fastened to the screw hole (111).

[0037] Additionally, reinforcing members (121) may be formed on both sides of the mounting plate (120) to prevent deformation caused by the force applied by the first fastener (130).

[0038] The first fastener (130) may have a screw thread formed on one side and a lever formed on the other side.

[0039]

[0040] In addition, a bearing (131) is rotatably fitted to the end of the first fastener (130), and a rubber plate (132) can be fixed to one side of the bearing (131).

[0041] For example, the rubber plate (132) is fixed to the outer diameter of the bearing (131), and when the first fastener (130) is rotated while the end of the first fastener (130) is inserted into and fixed to the inner diameter of the bearing (131), the first fastener (130) moves toward the boundary block (10) through the screw hole (111) formed in the mounting plate (120), and at this time, the rubber plate (132) is in close contact with one side of the boundary block (10).

[0042] That is, when the first fastener (130) is rotated while the first fastener (130) is fastened to the mounting plate (120), the first fastener (130) moves toward the boundary block (10) while rotating with the inner diameter inserted into the bearing (131), and the bearing (131) fixed to the first fastener (130) moves in the same direction as the first fastener (130) moves, thereby bringing the rubber plate (132) into close contact with one side of the boundary block (10).

[0043] Meanwhile, the rubber plate (132) can be formed of silicone or rubber, etc., to absorb shocks such as shaking or vibration that occur when drilling the boundary block (10) and to prevent the bracket (100) from slipping.

[0044] And when the first fastener (130) rotates, the rubber plate (132) may rotate, but to prevent the rubber plate (132) from rotating, the bearing (131) is fastened between the rubber plate (132) and the first fastener (130).

[0045] That is, when the first fastener (130) rotates, it rotates together with the inner diameter of the bearing (131), and since the outer diameter of the bearing (131) is fixed to the rubber plate (132), the rubber plate (132) does not rotate.

[0046] The first support member (140) is formed in the shape of an L-shape plate having a certain width, and a screw hole (111) is formed on the side, and can be fastened and fixed using a bolt (B) in the screw hole (111) formed on the side of the second support member (150).

[0047] In addition, the first support member (140) is used on a boundary block (10) installed in a flowerbed located in the center of the road, and is fixed in close contact with the other side of the boundary block (10) to prevent the bracket (100) from being pushed.

[0048] For example, when the above bracket (100) is installed on the boundary block (10), the first support member (140) is fixed to the other side of the boundary block (10) after some of the soil from the flower bed has been removed.

[0049] Meanwhile, the first support member (140) described above can be installed individually on both sides of the rear of the mounting plate (110) using bolts, and can also be installed separately in the middle of the rear of the mounting plate (110) using bolts.

[0050] The second support member (150) is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate, and a screw hole (111) and an insertion hole (151) are formed on the upper side, respectively, and a fixing pin (152) can be inserted into the insertion hole (151).

[0051] Additionally, the second support member (150) can be fastened and secured using screw holes (111) formed on both rear sides of the mounting plate (110) and bolts (B).

[0052] The above fixing pin (152) is used in a part where it is difficult to install the first support member (140), that is, in a part where it is difficult to open the other side of the boundary block (10). For example, if the other side of the boundary block (10) is finished with concrete or the like, a hole is formed in the concrete part and the fixing pin (152) is inserted into the insertion hole (151) to fix the bracket (100).

[0053] The above connecting part (160) may include a support plate (161) that is fastened and fixed with a bolt (B) to a screw hole (111) formed in the center of the mounting plate (110), and a fixing plate (162) formed on the upper side of the support plate (161).

[0054] The fixed plates (162) are formed on each side of the support plate (161) at a certain distance from each other, and the horizontal bar (200) can be connected between the fixed plates (162) so as to be rotatable within a certain range.

[0055] Additionally, the fixed plate (162) has a plurality of height adjustment holes (163) formed therein, and the height of the horizontal bar (200) can be adjusted by the height adjustment holes (163).

[0056] The horizontal bar (200) is formed as a square frame having a certain length, and one side is rotatably fastened to the fixed plate (162) with a bolt and nut, and may be provided to allow the moving part (300) to move in the longitudinal direction.

[0057] And the horizontal bar (200) can be rotated upward to check the drilled portion after the drilling work on the side of the boundary block (10) is finished.

[0058] For example, after installing the bracket (100) on the boundary block (10) and maintaining the horizontal bar (200) horizontally, when the moving part (300) moves toward the boundary block (10), the drill part (500) fixed to the moving part (300) starts drilling on the side of the boundary block (10), and after finishing the drilling work, the operator checks the drilled part while rotating the horizontal bar (200) upward to check the drilled part.

[0059] The above-mentioned moving part (300) is formed as a square frame with a through hole in the interior and is fitted onto the horizontal bar (200) so that it can move along the length direction of the horizontal bar (200).

[0060] Additionally, a pinion gear (320) is formed inside the moving part (300), and a rack gear (310) that meshes with the pinion gear (320) is formed at the bottom of the horizontal bar (200), and the moving part (300) can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal bar (200) by the rotation of a handle (330) connected to the pinion gear (320).

[0061] The above support member (400) may include a fixing bar (410) that is fixed to the other side of the horizontal bar (200) and a support rod (440) that is fixed to the fixing bar (410).

[0062] The above fixing bar (410) is formed in the shape of a square bar so that an insertion groove (411) is formed in the middle, and through holes (412) into which the support rod (440) is inserted may be formed on both sides of the upper surface.

[0063] Additionally, the fixing bar (410) may have a second fastener (420) attached to the middle of its upper side and a third fastener (430) attached to the middle of its outer side. That is, the second fastener (420) may be used so that the fixing bar (410) can be fixed to the horizontal bar (200), and the third fastener (430) may be used so that the support rod (440) is inserted into the through hole (412) and the support rod (440) is fixed. In this case, the second fastener (420) and the third fastener (430) may be used as wing bolts.

[0064] The above drill part (500) may include a housing (510), a rotating body (520), a main core (530), and a water supply part (550).

[0065] The above housing (510) is fixed to the lower part of the moving part (300) and can be moved by the moving part (300).

[0066] Meanwhile, a motor (not shown) that rotates by receiving power from the outside is installed inside the housing (510), and the rotating body (520) is fixed to the rotating shaft of the motor so that the rotating body (520) can be rotated by the rotation of the motor.

[0067] The above-mentioned rotating body (520) has a first inclined portion (521) formed in the center that is inclined inward, and a screw thread (524) may be formed extending inward from the first inclined portion (521).

[0068] Additionally, the rotating body (520) may have a screw-shaped fastening projection (523) formed on its outer surface and a water passage (522) formed inside.

[0069] The main core (530) is connected to the rotating body (520) and is formed in a cylindrical shape of a certain diameter, and a through hole (531) may be formed in the center.

[0070] A screw-shaped fastening groove (532) is formed on the inner surface of the above-mentioned through hole (531) and can be fastened to the above-mentioned fastening projection (523).

[0071] In addition, a first cutting edge (533) may be formed at an equal interval in the circumferential direction on the outer end of the main core (530).

[0072] The first cutting edge (533) is formed protruding from the end of the main core (530) and can be formed to perform a drilling operation on the boundary block (10).

[0073] In addition, the main core (530) may have a plurality of second cutting blades (534) formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction in the middle of the outer surface.

[0074] The second cutting blade (534) may be provided to form a chamfer on the outer edge portion of the hole during the hole drilling operation of the boundary block (10).

[0075] And when a chamfer is formed in the perforated part of the boundary block (10), when a reflector is inserted, the edge of the reflector adheres to the chamfer of the perforated corner part and is fixed with adhesive or the like. That is, after the cutting operation on one side of the boundary block (10) is finished by the main core (530), if an external impact such as a hammer is applied to the part where the work is completed, the cut part is severed and one side of the boundary block (10) becomes perforated, and at this time, a reflector is inserted and fixed in the perforated part.

[0076] The above water supply unit (550) may include a water supply pipe (550a), a first injection unit (550b), and a second injection unit (550c).

[0077] The above water supply pipe (550a) may be installed and fixed on the outside of the housing (510) and may be provided to receive water from the outside and transfer it to the first spraying unit (550b) or the second spraying unit (550c).

[0078] For example, water supplied from the water supply pipe (550a) is transferred to the first injection part (550b) or the second injection part (550c) through the flow path (522) formed in the center of the rotating body (520) and sprayed outward.

[0079] The first injection part (550b) may be formed integrally or detachably on the rotating body (520) and may include a first fastening part (551) and a first head part (552) so that water can be sprayed radially into the interior of the main core (530).

[0080] The first injection part (550b) may be formed integrally or detachably on the rotating body (520) and may include a first fastening part (551) and a first head part (552) so that water can be sprayed radially into the interior of the main core (530).

[0081] Meanwhile, when the first injection part (550b) is formed integrally with the rotating body (520) and used, the first fastening part (551) can be inserted into the flow path (522) formed in the rotating body (520) and fixed by welding or the like.

[0082] Additionally, when the first injection part (550b) is used in a detachable form, a screw thread is formed on the outer surface of the first fastening part (551) and can be fastened to the screw thread formed inside the rotating body (520).

[0083] The first head portion (552) is formed in a disc shape on one side of the first fastening portion (551), and a plurality of first injection holes (554) may be formed on the outer surface at regular intervals in the circumferential direction.

[0084] The first injection hole (554) is connected to the flow path (553) formed in the first fastening part (551) and can be formed to allow water moving through the flow path (553) to be sprayed radially.

[0085] The second injection part (550c) may include a first connecting part (551) and a second head part (556) to regulate the water pressure while spraying water radially into the interior of the main core (530).

[0086] The second fastening part (555) has screw threads formed on its outer surface and can be fastened to the screw groove formed inside the rotating body (520) in a screw manner.

[0087] The second head portion (556) is formed on one side of the second fastening portion (555) and is formed in a frustum shape so that a second inclined portion (559) is formed on the outer surface, and a plurality of second injection holes (558) may be formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction in the middle of the second inclined portion (559).

[0088] The second injection hole (558) is connected to the flow path (557) formed in the second fastening part (555) and can be formed to allow water moving through the flow path (557) to be sprayed radially into the main core (530).

[0089] Meanwhile, the second injection part (550c) can adjust the water pressure according to the movement of the second connecting part (555).

[0090] For example, when the first inclined portion (521) and the second inclined portion (559) are in close contact with each other, the flow path (557) is sealed by the first inclined portion (521).

[0091] And, when the second connecting part (555) is moved into the interior of the rotating body (520) so that its position is adjusted by the rotation of the second connecting part (555), the distance between the first inclined part (521) and the second inclined part (559) narrows, increasing the water pressure, and when the second connecting part (555) is moved out of the rotating body (520), the distance between the first inclined part (521) and the second inclined part (559) widens, causing the water pressure to weaken and a large amount of water to be sprayed.

[0092]

[0093] The above splash prevention part (600) may include a fixed frame (610), a movable frame (620), an inlet cover (630), and a waterproof cover (640).

[0094] The above fixed frame (610) is formed as a square-shaped frame, and an opening (613) into which the horizontal bar (200) is inserted is formed on the upper front side, and side screw holes (612) into which a fourth fastener (611) is fastened are formed on both sides of the opening (613), and a front screw hole (612) into which a fifth fastener (621) is fastened is formed on the lower front side.

[0096] The above-mentioned movable frame (620) is formed in the shape of a square plate and is positioned in close contact with the lower part of the above-mentioned fixed frame (610), and a guide groove (622) is formed on the upper front surface, and a through hole (412) may be formed on the lower surface.

[0097] The guide groove (622) is located in the front screw hole (612) formed in the fixed frame (610), and the fifth fastener (621) is inserted so that the movable frame (620) moves upward or downward relative to the fixed frame (610), and may be provided to adjust the height of the inlet cover (630) and the waterproof cover (640).

[0098] The above-mentioned fifth fastener (621) may be provided to pass through the guide groove (622) and be fastened to the front screw hole (612) formed in the fixed frame (610) so that the movable frame (620) is fixed to the fixed frame (610).

[0099] The above-mentioned entrance cover (630) is fixed to one side of the through hole (412) formed in the above-mentioned movable frame (620) and can be formed in a dome shape so that the main core (530) is inserted.

[0100] Additionally, a discharge port (621) may be formed at the bottom of the inlet cover (630) to discharge water generated during the drilling operation of the boundary block (10) to the outside.

[0101] For example, a large amount of wastewater may be generated during the drilling of a boundary block (10). In this case, water is directed to the discharge port (621) and moved through a hose connected to the discharge port (621) to receive the recovered water in a water tank provided externally, thereby preventing water from splashing around the work area, and the recovered water is reused.

[0102] The above waterproof cover (640) is formed in the shape of a corrugated pipe or a pipe and is fixed to the other side of the through hole (412) formed in the movable frame (620), and is provided to be in close contact with the boundary block (10) to prevent water generated during drilling work from splashing out.

[0103] Additionally, the waterproof cover (640) may further include a cover (631) positioned at a portion of the upper part that is partially cut, so that the cut part can be sealed or opened.

[0104] The above cover (631) can be axially coupled to one side of the cut portion of the waterproof cover (640) so as to be rotatable in an outward direction.

[0105] For example, before drilling the boundary block (10), the cover (631) is opened so that the cut portion of the waterproof cover (640) is exposed, and then the main core (530) is checked to be accurately positioned in the boundary block (10), after which the cover (631) is closed and the drilling operation is performed.

[0106]

[0107] Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 19, the operation method of a boundary block side drilling machine according to the present invention will be described.

[0108] First, a bracket (100) is placed on top of a pre-installed boundary block (10), then a support member (400) is installed, and a first support member (140) is fitted and fixed to the other side of the boundary block (10). Then, using a first fastener (130), the rubber plate (132) is pressed against the boundary block (10), and the horizontal bar (200) is installed by using the fixing bar (410) of the support member (400) to level the horizontal bar.

[0109] Then, the fixed frame (610) attached to the horizontal bar (200) is moved so that the waterproof cover (640) is installed in close contact with the boundary block (10), and then secured using the fourth fastener (611).

[0110] Next, the handle (330) of the moving part (300) is rotated so that the moving part (300) moves toward the boundary block (10) and the main core (530) is positioned close to the boundary block (10), and then power is applied to the drill part (500) so that the main core (530) is rotated.

[0111] Next, water transported from the outside is supplied to the water supply pipe (550a), and the water transported to the water supply pipe (550a) is then transferred to the first spraying section (550b), and then water is sprayed radially from the first head section (552) into the main core (530) so that water is evenly sprayed onto the first cutting blade (533). As described above, water is sprayed directly onto the first cutting blade (533), which has the advantage of preventing wear on the first cutting blade (533) and enabling fast operation.

[0112] Then, when the handle (330) formed on the moving part (300) is slowly rotated, the pinion gear (320) causes the moving part (300) to move along the horizontal bar (200) toward the boundary block (10) by means of the rack gear (310), and when the moving part (300) moves, the drill part (500) fixed to the moving part (300) moves together, and the main core (530) begins drilling work on the side of the boundary block (10).

[0113] Next, water generated during the drilling operation of the boundary block (10) is discharged through the waterproof cover (640) to the discharge port (621) formed in the inlet cover (630), and the water discharged through the discharge port (621) is stored in a water tank provided externally, and the water stored in the water tank is transferred back to the water supply unit (550) using a pump, etc.

[0114] Next, after the drilling work is finished, the horizontal bar (200) axially connected to the connecting part (160) is rotated upward to check the drilled part of the boundary block (10). Then, when impact is applied to the circularly cut drilled part with a hammer or similar tool, the center breaks off and a groove is formed, into which a reflector is inserted.
