[0020] On the frame 14, mounted sequentially from above along the direction of movement of the tape 16 through the machine are an input calibration unit 1, a first unit for punching a technological hole 3, a unit for punching a service cut 4, a unit for punching corner holes 5, a unit for cutting sides 6, a second unit for punching a technological hole 7, a unit for profiling the tape 2, a unit for punching connecting holes 8, a unit for bending sides 9, a printing unit 20, a unit for pressing a profile 21 and a unit for cutting a profile 10.

[0021] Calibration unit 1 consists of a threading cage with at least a pair of rollers arranged one above the other and rollers 16 with a vertical axis of rotation, adjustable for the tape strip width. Calibration unit 1 is equipped with a tape presence sensor and an encoder (not shown in the figures) mounted to a roller or shaft that rotates simultaneously with the tape feed 16 through calibration unit 1, capable of measuring the profile length.

[0022] The calibration unit 1 is designed with the possibility of adjusting and fixing the position of the tape 16 before feeding it into the first block for punching the technological hole 3.

[0023] The first block for punching a technological hole 3, the block for punching a service cut 4, the block for punching corner cuts 5, the block for cutting sides 6, the second block for punching a technological hole 7, the block for punching connecting holes 8, the block for bending sides 9, the block for bending a profile 21 and the block for cutting a profile 10 are made hydraulic and are connected to the hydraulic station 11.

[0024] The first block for punching a technological hole 3, the block for punching a service cutout 4, the block for punching angular cutouts 5, the block for cutting jaws 6 are mounted on a common support plate 18 (see Fig. 2, 3).

[0026] Each of the aforementioned blocks 3-6, 7-10, 21 comprises a primary supporting structure formed by at least two side plates mounted on opposite sides along the support plate and a top plate mounted on the side plates. The side and top plates form, respectively, the side walls and top cover of each of the aforementioned blocks 3-6, 7-10, 21.

[0027] When placing blocks 3-6 on a common support plate 18 and for the option of placing block 7 on one support plate with blocks 3-6, the side and top plates of blocks 3-6 can also be made common, each from a single piece.

[0028] In the support plate 18, openings are made for the discharge of waste (not shown in the figures) after punching openings in the belt 16.

[0029] Each of the blocks 3-10, 21 are equipped with separate hydraulic valves with the ability to control them using the automation unit 13.

[0030] The first block for punching a technological hole 3 is designed with the possibility of punching round technological holes in the steel strip 16 in the center along the central longitudinal axis of symmetry.

[0031] The service cutout punching unit 4 is designed with the possibility of punching a rectangular service cutout in the steel strip 16 along the central longitudinal axis of symmetry along the width of the profile base, the width of which corresponds to the profile height with the possibility of transverse installation of another profile into the said cutout by threading it into the cutout.

[0032] The corner punching unit 5 is configured to punch polygonal holes symmetrically relative to the central longitudinal axis of symmetry across the steel strip 16, forming profile edge cutouts and corner cutouts extending into the base and side walls of the profile. After trimming the profile using the profile trimming unit 10, trapezoidal projections are formed across the profile in the side walls and base at the center of the aforementioned holes, capable of extending onto the adjacent profile when joining the profiles.

[0033] The side cutout unit 6 is configured to cut symmetrical rectangular or trapezoidal cutouts along the edges of the belt 16. These cutouts are located at least opposite the rectangular service cutout, and their length is equal to the height of the service cutout. These cutouts are configured to allow for profile installation within one another, either orthogonally or at an angle, for which purpose the height of the service cutout must correspond to the height of the profile to be installed.

[0034] The second block for punching a technological hole 7 is designed with the possibility of punching technological holes oblong along the central longitudinal axis of symmetry in the steel strip 16 at the center.

[0035] The block for punching connecting holes 8 is designed with the possibility of punching holes in the side walls of the profile obtained at the output of the profiling block 2, wherein said connecting holes are located at least opposite the rectangular or trapezoidal cutouts and at the edges of the profile after it has been trimmed using the profile trimming block 10.

[0036] The side bending unit 9 is designed with the possibility of bending the bent side shelves of the profile into straight sections.

[0037] The profile pressing unit 21 is designed with the possibility of local deformation (pressing) of the end section of the profile to create a zone on the profile surface into which another profile will be tightly inserted during assembly, ensuring a reliable connection of the structural elements.

[0038] Blocks 3-10, 21 are equipped with equipment designed with the possibility of punching holes, cutting out cuts and deforming the profile in the tape 16 and the profile, as well as cutting the profile to a specified length.

[0039] The equipment of blocks 3-8 contains punches 22 and matrices 23 that correspond to them (see Fig. 4-7).

[0040] The equipment of the profile cutting block 10 contains a knife mounted on the working end of the punch (not shown in the figures).

[0041] The profile pressing unit 21 comprises a punch and a corresponding die (not shown in the figures) capable of forming blind grooves 33 along the profile by applying pressure to the profile base, at least from one of its ends. The profiling unit 2 is designed to sequentially profile a smooth steel strip 16 to the desired profile geometry and comprises working stands with profiling metal rolls arranged in pairs, one above the other, rotating on shafts.

[0042] The lower profiling roll of the first stand of the profiling block 2 is driven and is connected by a transmission to a servo drive 12 with the possibility of providing the feed of the rolled material for profiling.

[0043] The top roll of the first stand of profiling unit 2 is cylindrical in shape, transitioning smoothly to a conical shape at the base of the future profile, tapering toward the edges where the profile's bent flanges are formed. The top rolls for profiling subsequent stands of profiling unit 2 are cylindrical, transitioning to a conical shape, and widening toward the edges where the profile's bent flanges are formed.

[0044] The intermediate rollers or rolls of the profiling block 2 are located symmetrically to the left and right relative to the central axis of the profile being formed vertically and serve to guide the profile between the profiling rollers, to give shape to the profile and for additional bends.

[0045] The rollers and rolls are connected by gears into a single kinematic chain. Rotation of the rollers and rolls is achieved simultaneously at the same angular velocity using servo drive 12. The output shaft of servo drive 12 is equipped with an encoder (not shown in the figures) for coordinating the cutting of holes, notches, and profile trimming by measuring the rotation angle of servo drive shaft 12 and comparing it with the feed speed of belt 16 (the length of belt 16).

[0046] The servo drive 12 is mounted inside the frame 14 under the profiling unit 2. Inside the frame 14 under the profiling unit 2, the automation unit 13 and the hydraulic station 11 with a hydraulic accumulator (not shown in the figures) are also mounted.

[0047] Mounted on frame 7 or separately from it is a steel roll unwinder 15, equipped with clamping feet and a drive head (not shown in the figures), mounted at the outlet of unwinder 15 to ensure uniform feeding of steel strip 16 from the unwinder. The drive head comprises a pair of rollers between which the rolled material passes.

[0048] The servo drive 12 and the hydraulic station 11 are controlled by the CNC from the automation unit 13. The CNC is used to set the length of the required profile, the location of the holes and cutouts, and the said parameters can be set simultaneously for the entire range of profiles required to form the building structure. The machine is equipped with an interface module 19 connected to the automation unit directly or through a control module for interfacing the operator with the machine and controlling the machine. The profile for building structures manufactured with the claimed machine is made in the form of a lightweight C-shaped galvanized metal profile in cross-section, forming the base 24 and side walls 25 (see Figs. 10-11). The side walls 25 are made lengthwise bent inward, forming the sides of the profile 26. In Fig.8-9 show variants of fragments of tape 16 of the future profile with technological holes 32 made in it, service cutouts 34, corner cutouts 28 and cut sides 35, where the dotted longitudinal line indicates the bending boundaries of the side walls 25, and the dotted transverse line indicates the cutting line of the profile.

[0049] At least on one of the ends of the profile, the side walls 25 are made to extend beyond the ends of the base 24, forming end trapezoidal projections of the side walls 27, formed by cutting the profile with the help of the profile cutting block 10 across the center relative to the corner cuts 28, formed with the help of the corner cut punching block 5. The opposite end of the profile can be made blind, that is, without end projections, but at the same time its sides 26 can be made bent upwards along the side walls of the profile 25 with the help of the side bending block 9.

[0050] In one embodiment, the end projections of the side walls 27 can be made on both ends of the profile.

[0051] In another embodiment, the ends of the profile can be made without end projections by disabling the corner cutout punching unit 5 using the automation unit 13 and the interface module 19.

[0052] In the base 24 of the profile, due to the cutting of the profile using the profile cutting block 10, an end trapezoidal projection of the base 29 is formed across the center relative to the corner cutouts 28, made with the possibility of entering the base 24 of the adjacent profile when installing the profiles lengthwise.

[0053] Along the entire length of the profile at the base 24, symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of symmetry, stiffening ribs 30 are made in the form of through grooves formed with the help of the profiling block 2.

[0054] Connecting openings 31 formed in the side walls of profile 25 are designed to provide longitudinal and transverse connections between the profiles. Recesses may be formed around connecting openings 31 by embossing. Technological openings 32 in the base of profile 24 are designed to allow for pouring a mixture through said openings 32, pulling reinforcement through them, and / or laying utility network elements through them, such as water pipes or cables, etc. Said openings 32 may be round or oval.

[0055] The said openings 32 can be made by punching with embossing in either direction, in which case the edges of the said openings 32 are deformed, protruding inward above the plane of the base 24, forming the sides of the said openings 32.

[0056] The sides of the technological holes 32 form stiffening ribs and provide resistance to deformation of the profile under external influence.

[0057] The height of the side of the technological holes 30 is made from two to four times the thickness of the profile.

[0058] The profile for building structures is used to form walls, trusses, partitions, and ceilings, followed by the formation of a closed structure, limited by enclosing structures - walls, partitions, ceilings, formwork, etc.

[0059] Along the base of the profile 24, blind grooves 33 are made symmetrically relative to the central longitudinal axis of symmetry with the possibility of deforming (narrowing) the ends of the profile in width and facilitating the connection of the profiles both in length with the ends between themselves and at an angle, using, among other things, service cutouts 34 and bent sides 26.

[0060] At least the lower part of the machine frame 14, where the hydraulic station 11, servo drive 12, and automation unit 13 are located, is covered from the outside by the panels of the housing 36.

[0061] The operation of a mobile machine for the production of profiles for building structures includes several stages, each of which is performed by the corresponding unit of the machine.

[0062] Initially, a roll of steel tape 16, from which the profile will be manufactured, is loaded into the unwinder 15. The said unwinder 15 ensures the unwinding of the tape 16 and its uniform feeding into the loading cage of the calibration block 1.

[0063] The calibration unit 1, using vertical rollers and horizontal rolls, ensures a fixed position of the tape 16 before feeding it into the first block for punching a technological hole 3. The tape presence sensor sends a signal to the automation unit 13 about the presence of the tape 16 at the input of the calibration unit 1 and the readiness of the machine for operation.

[0064] In the automation unit 13, with the help of the interface module 19, the length of the profiles being manufactured is set for controlling the punch of the profile cutting unit 10, the speed of movement of the tape 16 (due to the speed of rotation of the drive roll of the tape profiling unit 1), the coordinates of the location of the angular cuts 28 for controlling the operation of the punches 22 of the block for punching angular cuts, connecting holes 31 for controlling the operation of the punches 22 of the block for punching connecting holes 8, process holes 32 for controlling the operation of the punches 22 of the first block for punching process hole 3 and the second block for punching process hole 7, blind grooves 33 for controlling the punch of the profile pressing unit 21, service cuts 34 for controlling the punch 22 of the block for punching service cut 4, bent flanges 26 for controlling the flange bending unit 9.The measurement of the length of profile 10 is carried out using an encoder mounted in the input calibration block 1, the data from which is transmitted to the automation block 13.

[0065] From the calibration block 1, the tape passes sequentially through the first block for punching a technological hole 3, the block for punching a service cut 4, the block for punching corner cuts 5, the block for cutting sides 6, the second block for punching a technological hole 7, the punches of which punch technological holes 32, a service cut 34, corner cuts 28, and side cuts 35.

[0066] Next, the tape 16 is fed into the tape profiling unit 2, where, passing through a series of rollers and rolls, the tape 16 takes the form of a profile with a base 24, side walls 25 and sides 26, wherein the side walls 25 are bent orthogonally from the base in one direction, and the edges of the side walls 25 are bent inward orthogonally to the side walls 25, forming the sides of the profile 26.

[0067] After profiling in the tape profiling block 2, using the block for punching connecting holes 8, the punches of which move towards each other parallel to the base of the profile 24, the said connecting holes 31 are punched.

[0068] Next, the profile is fed into the side bending unit 9, where the sides 26 are bent in separate sections of the profile.

[0069] Next, the profile is fed into the printing unit 20, where markings are applied to its surface in accordance with the accepted designation, including, for example, the designation, the profile size, information about the manufacturer, the designation according to the specification in the building structure and other information. Next, the profile is fed into the profile pressing unit 21 for deformation (narrowing) of the ends of the profile along the width of the base by forming blind grooves 33.

[0070] Next, the profile is fed into the profile cutting unit 10, which is used to cut the profile to a specified length.

[0071] The execution of corner cutouts 28, connecting holes 31, technological holes 32, blind grooves 33, service cutouts 34, side cutouts 35 can be variable, that is, the profile can contain both all of the specified elements, and each of them separately or in various combinations, depending on the building structure formed with the help of the produced profile, that is, in one profile released from the machine all the elements can be present, in another - only connecting holes 31, or side cutouts 25, or technological holes 32 cutouts, or service cutout 34, in the third - connecting holes and an upper cutout, in the fourth - connecting holes 31 and side cutouts 25, in the fifth - technological holes 32 and service cutout 34, etc. The number of holes and cutouts in the profiles can also be different.The specified profile manufacturing options are entered into the automation block 13 for each of the profiles for the production of series of profiles, as well as for each building structure and a set of profiles for it.

[0072] As mentioned above, the entire profile production process is controlled by automation unit 13, which manages the operation of all machine units, sets the profile production parameters (length, location of holes and cutouts), and synchronizes the operation of the units based on data from the encoder.

[0073] Technological accuracy of equipment is the ability of equipment in its equipped state (machine-fixture-tool-part) to ensure, over a certain period of time, the specified accuracy of manufacturing a product in terms of size, shape and surface finish, as established by design documentation and technical requirements.

[0074] The stated technical result - the possibility of creating a technologically precise machine for the production of profiles for building structures - is achieved due to the fact that:

[0075] 1) corner cutouts 28, connecting holes 31, technological holes 32, service cutout 34, cutouts of sides 35 are made in the tape 16 before forming the profile, which in turn ensures the accuracy of the location of the mentioned holes and cutouts and the reduction of wear of punches 22 and dies 23 due to the precise coordination of the holes and cutouts on the tape 16, in contrast to the coordination on the profile, which is subject to deformation when punches 22 act on it;

[0076] 2) an encoder is used in the profiling block 1, which is responsible for measuring the length of the tape 16 passing through the said block 1, and an encoder in the servo drive 12, which is responsible for implementing the CNC and coordinating the holes, cuts and grooves on the tape 16 and on the profile, as well as trimming the profile;

[0077] 3) simplifying the design of blocks 3-7, which reduces the wear of the interacting punches and the matrix and eliminates the need to equip the support structure of said blocks 3-7 with support elements for the side walls 25 and sides 26 of the profile, which would support the shape of the profile when impacted by punches 22.

[0078] In addition, the machine has high technological efficiency due to the execution of blocks 3-10, 21 as separate units, including their separate control, which ensures:

[0079] Increased machine versatility due to the ability to variably turn on / off a specific profile from a batch of profiles (a construction kit) or a separate batch of profiles from blocks 3-9, 21, which allows the machine to be adapted to perform various operations (punching holes, making cuts, trimming) depending on the requirements for profile production; - Increased productivity due to the simultaneous execution of several operations (punching, cuts, trimming) on a single machine, which reduces the profile processing time and decreases the number of process steps;

[0080] - simplified equipment reconfiguration thanks to the modular design, which allows for quick changes in the machine configuration depending on production requirements;

[0081] - increasing the accuracy of processing by using separate hydraulic valves for separate control of blocks 3-10, 21, which ensures independent and precise execution of operations;

[0082] - reduction in equipment costs, which reduces the need to purchase several specialized machines to perform various operations;

[0083] - improving product quality by minimizing errors through punching holes and cutouts before the profile formation stage and eliminating the need to move the profile between different machines, since all operations are performed on a single piece of equipment;

[0084] - production flexibility due to the ability to quickly adapt the machine to changing production requirements (for example, to new types of profiles or changes in technological processes).

[0085] In addition, the high functionality of the machine is achieved due to the fact that, thanks to the automation unit 13 and the presence in the machine design of the interface module 19, connected to the automation unit 13, it is possible to produce a set of assembly parts for each individual project loaded into the automation unit 13. This eliminates the need to load the coordinates of the measured sections into the machine control program from the automation unit 13.

[0086] Another advantage of the machine's functionality is its mounting on support wheels or rollers, as well as its light weight and compact size, making it easily transportable to the construction site. This allows for the fabrication of structures directly on-site, saving on logistics and production capacity, and allowing for immediate assembly of the building structure.

[0087] The machine is also designed to be placed on a transportable platform (trailer) and to organize mobile production on the construction site, saving labor intensity and costs on logistics, task formation, quality control, and making changes to the profile design on the construction site based on customer requirements or design features.

[0088] The inventor manufactured a machine according to the description above. Operation of the machine demonstrated its high technological precision for reproducing structural profiles based on 13 dimensions programmed into the automation unit. For 1,000 profiles each 3 meters long, the maximum deviation in profile length, hole placement, and cutouts was 0.5 mm, which is significant for creating long structures from such structural profiles, especially since all structural elements made from the same type of profile are manufactured on a single machine.
